Very happy with the customer interaction with the technician. Technician cleaned up after himself walked me through how to use the alarm system in the garage. Very happy with both the garage installation in the main house installation of the cameras. Very pleasant to work with.

We had Guardian force security for years and have had good service with them. We was impressed on the new system and the options we have to help make our property more interactive. We are looking at adding a few extra security devices that was brought up by the technician, Patrick, To help ease our minds (wireless panic buttons) for when we are working alone after hours or walking the property.

Excellent Service Sales and Install. Chuck was professional and helped by explaining how to proceed after he left. He was also diligent on letting us know how the internet worked with the system. We are pleased with our system and your company. Hope your company kills it in 2018 and you are getting some humor.

About ten years ago a representative from Vector Security was in our neighborhood knocking on doors. We decided to go with Vector. We have stayed with Vector through the years. For the most part we are happy with the service. A few times we had problems with the system that disappointed us but we have been happy with the technicians who go above and beyond to fix the problems.

Here at the Palmer residence, we have had Vector for many years. As Mrs. **'s assistant, Vector has always been easy to deal with and priced fairly. The technician was extremely courteous and professional. They were flexible with my schedule as well for the upcoming upgrade. Thank you!

We have been with Vector Security since 2001. The system we have. It Has been very reliable. Also we have been able to add to it when we added several sheds to our property. We live off the beaten path, so it give us peace of mind when we travel.

They are on contract with Railworks Track Systems, Beaumont Office. They maintain our alarms system and can always be reach in case of an emergency. They do good work and are always courteous. The tech was on time. He installed a new systems and was able to make compatible with doors and window sensors with one key remote and smoke detector. Alarms for all was tested. The tech did show how the new systems works (one on one hands on training). We also went over the mobile app and it to work. KUDOS to the tech.

This alarm was here when we move in and has been working fine just getting age on her and it's showing the window sensors are yellow from the years of sun beating down on them. All working just needs to swap them out when the sun completely destroys them as needed. Until then we just keep the batteries changed and alarm system keeps on trucking.

Peter ** was excellent! His service was top-notch... and I would recommend him to anyone. He was thorough and explained things very clearly. He also had a very pleasant way about him — friendly and easy to work with. I look forward to using the new system now that Peter showed me how to do it. He even offered to make himself available to answer questions after he’s gone. I may take him up on that!

I really love Vector. I like how prompt the service is. Something was going on with my system and after I called they sent someone right away. Not only did he get to me fast. He was very knowledgeable and he checked my entire system. Oh and he smelled amazing. They seem to have great people working for them. Thanks Vector.

We had another company at first that had promised great service and as well a great product but it turned out not the be the case. Soon after the alarm was put in the problems began. The alarm did have a lot of bells and whistles and was just too confusing. When problems with cellular connection dropped the alarm became problematic and after a couple of weeks it had to go. Saw Vector people at a house down the road and got you to put in a better alarm the following month where this one fit in. Vector is easy to use and simple. It's been in for over three years and only needed sensor batteries replaced.

My interactions with Vector service people have been excellent. Our service man Oral has been outstanding over the years and we have built a great relationship with him. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a long time to get an appointment.

Peter ** is an excellent installer. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Good customer service is hard to come by these days so it's great when you have an installer like Peter who’s customer service is great.

We love working with Frank. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He always explains everything to us in terms we can understand, not always an easy thing to do. He is also helpful in providing additional training when we ask.

Delores ** was excellent. I recently requested an alarm certificate and she was prompt in getting it sent over via email. I appreciate all the work that goes into having great customer service. Timing is everything, and often times it's hard to get a response. But not this time. Thank you very much Delores!

We had an existing Vector system & wanted to upgrade to a newer wireless system that would allow us to upgrade further in the future. Peter ** was the person who came to install the new system. He is a very pleasant person to deal with and obviously enjoys not only his job, but also working with folks. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is so positive about everything who is also patient and makes sure we understand how the system works. He has a tremendous sense of humor and an infectious laugh in addition to being very knowledgeable and professional. What an enjoyable experience!!!

Ed and Todd came to our DairyLand and walked thru the job with us. Once completed I was very please how the wiring and cameras were installed. Connection to our phones also. We will be having work also completed at our home. Thank you very much for the work completed.

It took several months since I changed my service to correct and change the billing due to service change. Finally, today, I spoke with April ** from service who was able to answer my questions and assist me to finally make a payment to my account. April went above and beyond to assist me today. It was a pleasure to speak with someone who knew what she was doing after months of going back and forth with the accounting department with no resolution. In today's climate, it is rare to find a dedicated employee who is a problem solver and is customer service oriented.

Mr Greg ** did an excellent job. He was very polite, knowledgeable with a great personality. He discussed all the upgrades and features and also offered discounts. Even though I did not accept the offers he still has my recommendation. Can't ask for a better tech.

We was in the local shopping center where we live and was entering into a drawing to enter to win a big John Deere lawn mower. We didn't win the lawn mower but ended up getting a free alarm system. We had another alarm company already in the house that was a old alarm nothing fancy. The Vector alarm is easy to use and it talks when the doors open.

The salesmen came here telling me how good the service was and that I did not a home phone. And of course that sold me with the doorbell and camera, and that you could answer the doorbell on my cellphone from home or away.

Vector was recommended to me years ago by people I highly respect. My interaction with Vector staff over the years has been a 5 star experience. My technician, Frank **, has been taking excellent care of me for years. He's professional, warm, friendly, and patient. Those same qualities describe Chris **, who recently installed my wireless system and security upgrades. Today I received exactly the help I needed from Tiffany in the service department. She went above and beyond anything I would have expected to help me clarify some issues. All three of these wonderful people have helped me feel cared for and protected. I treasure my relationship with them.

Your associate was very professional, he was on time, he got here at 6:44 AM for a 7:00 AM appointment, identified himself and walked around and identified things that were missing, the contact magnets, fixed them, gave us a zone list that Vector never given to us for over 11 years we have been living here. The most professional Vector employee we have had in about 12 years dealing with Vector.

Kudos to Greg and Vector Security. He was at my door right on time. He had his booties on when he entered my home. He installed my camera right where I wanted it and programmed my recorder. He gave me a demonstration and helped set up my phone. Finally he cleaned up all the dust inside and out and left it like he found it. Couldn’t be happier.

I called and asked for a copy of my Alarm Certificate be forwarded to my insurance co. required by the insurance policy. This was completed immediately and your representative, Agata ** was extremely courteous and pleasant! Agata is as asset to your company.

Overall I had a great installation experience. Peter was prompt, even early, very helpful in explaining the tools, and overall very friendly. He did a thorough job walking the house and ensuring everything was working properly prior to completing the job. I would highly recommend Peter and Vector again.

We had our system inspection today for the first time in 14 years and the technician told us that it was like it was just installed, Allen was very pleasant and very knowledgeable of the questions we had and was helpful in suggesting some of their new products.

I have had Vector for about 18 years, they have always been a great company. Very pleasant and helpful. The salesperson, Jeff was knowledgeable and helpful. The technician was also excellent and efficient. It was an all around great experience.

Technicians were professional and on time. They were not provided the details of the initial setup discussed with sales rep. They have to come back at a later date to finish installing all parts as they did not have all ordered.

Vector Security took over Security Associates which is who I had for 20 years. The telephone customer service experience was not good but the actual tech was excellent. He took the time to test everything, we figured out which zone tripped and why it tripped, and he recommended to go wireless. He changed the battery, explained everything in detail. He said he would contact a sales rep to contact me for a wireless system, gave me his honest opinion. I knew the system was old and probably needed an upgrade and now I know what to ask for.

We chose Vector because it was already in the home. The service has been nothing but wonderful! They came out, showed me how to properly work our system and also informed me of everything Vector has to offer! I would recommend to anyone looking for a security system!

Prior experience with this company and their service is always excellent. This is the second house that I have had them to do my security system installation. I have been a satisfied customer for over 25 years and they have never let me down.

My install went great. John and James were very professional. Clean and considerate of house. Todd was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. I decided to switch services because I wanted to upgrade and likened how John is very professional on another job I saw him on.

Cameras installed in a clean and timely manner. Tech showed how to use the product and we coordinated the camera angles and names and use. Howard is always a pleasure to have on a Vector job. Product is what we imagined it would be. Motion detect is a nice feature.

The lady on the phone, Lupita, was patient, knew the system, and totally professional. We worked through a tech issue, and a billing issue too. Total pro. GIven she is your front like the company was repped VERY well. Nice to have a real person on the other end.

Called Vector Security for service yesterday evening and was very impressed with the fast response I got when they told me they could come out the next day anytime I was available. The technician called ahead and was very prompt and professional, he found the issue right away and fixed it. 5 Star tech and a 5 Star company.

Greg did a good job on maintenance check. He was on time, completely checked my system, and heard my concerns. He was told when the alarm went off, the monitoring station never contacted the police department. He states he will be looking into why that was the case.

We have been with Vector about a year. The Equipment includes Temperature Monitors in several coolers where Thousands of dollars of Meat and Poultry are stored. It has been successful in notifying us when cooling units went down this past summer saving my business any unnecessary major expenses.

The technician showed up within the specified time range, called ahead to notify me prior to arrival. He was able to quickly determine the issue and provided a fast solution. He was polite and respectful and I had no issues whatsoever to the service he provided.

Came out after system test showed weak signal message. Addressed all issues and questions very well. Described system features and explained additional options available. I have been very happy with the service and the professionalism of Vector Security service technicians and the fast response of Vector's monitoring.

David ** is the best & most competent and courteous staff representative I have ever encountered from any company, no brag, just fact! This was the third time he has conducted a service call to my home for various reasons and every time I have been very satisfied with his professionalism. We needed up with Vector service after having ADT security. Vector came into the neighborhood with a new model alarm service and cheaper price. Alarm service does what it's suppose to do and works great. Alarm works good.

I chose Vector because they are my alarm company and I feel very confident using their services. The technician worked very clean and I was very happy with the installation. I would highly recommended this company to anyone looking for an alarm company. They do the job right the first time.

First two years of contract was fine. System started posting errors. After three attempts to correct in 90 days. I gave up and tried to cancel acct. Retention department made offer to correct. While waiting for the required new paperwork Vector continued to bill at current rate knowing the installed system was not functioning. The system has been powered down (per Vector). This has been ongoing since July 2017. I've continues to pay but received no service or credits and they won't cancel the acct.

Vector Security system was already installed when I moved in. Interaction with staff in the office so far has been great. Derek was the tech who set up the system. He was very helpful and professional. Made sure all my questions were answered and explained how to use the system very well.

They greet you by name. Technician explains what every thing before they do it. Cleans up after the job and makes sure you are satisfied with everything they have done. They take the time to explain any additional services that are available for you. Good reputation, excellent service. Technicians are informative friendly and punctual.

The technician was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. The equipment is of very good quality and we have not had any major problems with the equipment. We would definitely recommend Vector to our friends. The alarm system works very well and it is very user friendly.

I got my Vector alarm after the next door neighbor had the service installed and recommended me as a potential customer. I had the service installed soon after and have been well pleased with it... Happy with alarm... happy with service... happy with Vector alarm... happy with all.

Since November of 2017 I have been contacting Vector. Regarding the transferring of service to a new location. December 2017, we had a appointment with Vector to come and remove the equipment to take to a new address, that never happen. Since I explained to Vector that I was going to be at the new address, I would need a call before the tech arrive time, well he call when he was at the new house, I asked for him to wait, that I was on my way, he left and didn't wait. :(

When I moved into my home I went shopping for a security system. Vector seemed to be the best priced system for the money. I pay what I believe to be a high monthly service charge but it has been worth it. They respond timely to requests for service. I am very satisfied!!!

We did not choose Vector but were handed down from CV and then Security Associates. We are extremely happy to see the return of our favorite technician, Alan **. He immediately discovered the problem and replaced and tested the bad sensor. Although we considered trying Xfinity security, now that Alan is back, we will remain with Vector as long as he is there. We wish to have him for all our service needs if he is available.

We originally chose Vector Security because they offered more features than the competing companies. They always contact me quickly when the alarm goes off. The staff is very professional and proficient and pleasant. I would recommend this company to others with no hesitation.

I called customer service on January 5, because I was locked out of my house, as I always walk my puppy before turning in for the night and usually close my door by the keypad, and upon my return I was unable to enter my house using my passcode or the key to enter, however, I never walk without my cell phone and was able to call Vector Security for help. My first encounter was they were unable to locate my account in the system, after several minutes a supervisor was able to locate my account and I was told I would get a call back from service department which I did.

The system was in the house when we bought it. We decided to keep the system and have been very pleased throughout the years. We really have not had too many problems. Vector has always been helpful with the problems that have occurred.

One of our clients worked for Vector Security and recommended using them for our new location. Working with Mike was excellent and pricing was very affordable for what we needed. Installation was very clean and professional. I have and would recommend Vector to others.

I would highly recommend these guys for any fire inspection that needs to be completed in a sensitive environment like Signature Health. I am requesting these guys for our annual Ashtabula inspection every year.

We have been with Vector Security for a long time. Jeff ** did a wonderful, rapid response when in dire need of getting newer cameras immediately the same day he came out to the house and made sure at least two of the newer outside cameras were installed that same day. JEFF made sure that Rick had the hours to complete the vital part of the job in 3 days. There was an attempted break in and so it was an urgent matter. JEFF listen to the customer and he acted upon it in a very professional manner. We got service immediately and we ordered more cameras and break the glass types of prevention for in the house as well.

When the house was built, Vector did the install and was kept through the years. Service has been overall good. I've had an issue with office communication and finding a solution to our problem. The techs have been great.

We had an alarm issue with the second floor smoke detector. The tech came and replaced the batteries even when we first called the monitoring center said that sensor was bad. The tech Terry determined that the sensor was bad and checked the system. This restored our confidence with our service.

Agata ** was very helpful providing the insurance certificate. She was very professional and helpful. I would for sure recommend Vector to friends and family. I am very happy with her performance. Very good job and delivered the outcome according to the deadline she promised.

Extremely pleased with technician staff. Especially Steve and Chris. Always helpful and pleasant! They know how to troubleshoot problems and get the job done right, the first time!!! However, on a separate note: Suggest that the customer service telephone call in times be shorter. Not good customer service to keep clients waiting on hold for over 30-40 minutes, before even answering the phone. Maybe Vector should hire more telephone reps?

I am very pleased with the security system. This is my first security system installed in my home since my purchase in 2005. The installers were courteous, polite and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the system and explaining how the system operates. The installation was completed in a timely manner. Their system is very easy to operate for someone in my age group. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend this Security company to anyone.

We were already a client of Vector Security. Communication was excellent with Howard ** on a daily basis and during installation of new equipment. I was very impressed with the cleanliness during each area worked on (a tarp was laid down and debris swept up each time).

Very satisfied with the alarm technician. We had an appointment scheduled for a later date, but the technician was able to come out earlier. Technician was very efficient and corrected all issues and made sure everything was working right before his departure. We first started out with another alarm security company whereas we had for several years and got tired of fooling with them because they month price keep getting higher all the time and we just got plain tired of that because I'm not made of money. So when Vector alarm came around the town I jumped on the service and been happy because ever since I've had the system the price has been the same and they even check the alarm for inspection once in a while.

Had Vector before, but went to bundle. Did not like it so wanted to go back to Vector. Vector always monitored us so well, whereas the other provided did not. I would highly recommend Vector, they make you feel safe.

It took some doing to finally get the Alarm Certificate for my insurance company, but I finally got it. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

We got Vector after having another security alarm provider. The other company monthly price was going up almost all the time and Vector salesman say price never change so we chose Vector alarm system. Only thing we have to pay is maybe a twenty five dollars trip bill for service when it's needed.

Vector acquired our alarm company. Very happy with the updates. Someone broke into my home about one year and half ago and the alarm went off and saved my home. Police were dispatched very quickly and check out my home to make sure nobody was still in it. They left without getting anything. Very pleased with the service.

Technician has been wonderful and efficient. The company's selection and hiring of employees has been very good. We have only had service calls a few times and each time they fixed the system and we haven't had the same issues since then.

We recently purchased Alexa and we love her she is so much fun, we found a lot of useful skills that will make our lives easier. My daughter age 8 recently found that Alexa can help with homework, like math and spelling. My other daughter age 13 use the cooking skills. She now can boil water. I of course I love it with my alarm system and am looking forward to so other home automation.

My neighbor had Vector and recommended them. I've been with this company for about 8 years and have never had any issues and more importantly they haven't raised the prices every year. Technician showed up right around the scheduled time and was friendly.

I get Vector alarm because a lot of people at my job have the Vector alarm for their house. And also the ADT company is charge a lot of money with the stuff that look like old part. I like the alarm just it take a lot of people to talk to when we have to make call when alarm need fix.

It was recommended when I moved into the home in 2007. It has been a good system and has performed well. I have not had any issues with the system. I have been a homeowner since 2007 and Vector Security has been with the house.

We picked Vector after being with ADT for so long and the cell connection service provided for the alarm was very bad so when Vector came around with a alarm system that use Verizon and had a better design alarm we naturally picked them. We like the alarm just Vector needs to work on their service logistics. The return to be repair time of 2 weeks is just unsatisfactory. Otherwise we are happy with the alarm service.

I had service done on my system today by the technician Hugh, very pleasant to have around. Hugh was well informative of what I was getting and the advantage of having the radio over a phone line. He also advised me of other devices and functions that now I can add to my alarm. As of this time I'm ok. I did let him know if I decide to add on I would let the company know. I have been trying for the last 4 days to schedule an appointment with Vector for repairs to the sensors in my home. My personal information is taken and I'm told someone will call me to schedule a day and time for repairs. Thus far, I have not received a single call. I have been calling daily. The customer service is terrible. When my contract is at an end, I will end my association with Vector and try another security firm.

The service technician was great. He was very personable, polite and knew what he was talking about. He explained everything very thoroughly and left me with no questions. He also catered everything to my specific needs regarding children's ages and taking the dog out in the middle of the night.

The service representative replaced the battery and gave instructions on the way to turn off the alarm. He was patient and exacting. He tested out my system and even notice that my 2nd floor motion had a low battery and replaced it. I would recommend this service to anyone.

None. There is nothing I can say about this company except that they have charged me for an entire year for a service that I no longer needed and that they couldn't provide in my new location. And trying to get this stopped has been an absolute nightmare.

A person came to my door several years ago and was selling your service. After my time had expired I requested a lower service fee. It seems in doing this they fragrantly signed my name to a new 36 month contract. Found this out when I realized my key fob had a issue with corrosion. I thought I was month to month service. Had called about a month ago and told this. I wanted to get a new key fob because I didn't want to have issues with it.

I was told by the city that I needed to have a fire alarm system installed, I called 3 different alarm companies and Vector was able to install a system that would combine my security system as well, so I saved money switching to Vector. The installers (George & Eric) were great, so glad I made this choice.

We had a service call to fix the new security system as it was constantly throwing an error because a Verizon chip was used even though ample warning was provided that ATT is the only service that works where we live. After the security system was installed our phone line stopped working. Tech said they didn't touch it so we had to have Verizon out and waited for them the next day. Verizon showed us where the phone line was cut in the house and then we were charged $120.00 because it was not Verizon who cut the line.

Just wanna say a big thank you to Anthony from Vector Security. He came to my house to fix a dial tone problem on my old alarm panel. He said to me you should upgrade your panel. So we did. Love the new alarm panel. Anthony did a great job installing it very fast and clean. I also love the App. Great system. Very pleased with the install!!!

Very happy that we upgraded from an older system, had our smoke detectors all updated, had out the door contacts replaced and using the app to Arm and disarm the system.
