We've been with Vector for many years, we trust that they will do a good job securing our house. Our interactions with the maintenance staff over the years have been pleasant. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They don't always have the parts necessary to do the repair but they get the items in timely manner and arrive on time for repairs. Mr. Abayomi ** is the last technician we had over to repair our sensors. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. He was very sympathetic to our frustration caused by the broken sensors. He identified the issues accurately the first time around and repaired when he said he would. We thank him for that.

I'm a Realtor assisting my client in having his old system upgraded to a newer system. The technician was on time and explained how the system works. I would like to give a review after having the system for a year.

Vector Security has been a good company. I have been with them since the beginning of this year. The service technician, David, was very professional and helpful in taking care of the issue of the signals being crossed. He was helpful in supplying the window signs I had requested. He has also stated that he would get the yard sign I requested. I appreciate the prompt and excellent service.

We love our vector system and all that it does for us and it's great and the people that work there are wonderful. You can call and get help with anything and that helps and the technicians are amazing and helpful to show you extra ways to stay safe.

I like using Vector Security because the technicians are very knowledgeable about the services they provide me. The technician (Dell) was very polite, answered all of my questions, and solved all of my technical equipment issues. Had issues with sensor batteries and was later found that a sensor was not working properly. The tech could have just replaced the battery and left but took extra time to really test the sensor to ensure that it was the proper fix.

It was the system already in place. Very professional employees. Installer worked hard to complete job completely. I was very satisfied with the service. Nicholas was great I would recommend him and utilize his service in the future. Everyone so far has been a pleasure to deal with.

The young man did an outstanding job. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and came back the next day to check the system. We thought there was an issue only to find, I used the wrong password. He was definitely an asset to your company. You can send him back anytime.

I am a multi unit Manager, one of my locations needed the codes changed quickly. Tina ** helped me in our time of need. She was very quick to help, find the correct answers, and to call me back to follow up. Fantastic job!

We had a horrific experience with Vector Security. We wanted to cancel 4 months ago, but were told we could transfer the service to our new house. We had to pay a new $400 installation fee, which we paid right away back on October 3rd. It is now November 27th and we STILL have not gotten our new system installed AND we are still being charged for the old system! They have basically stolen $600 from us and we have absolutely nothing to show for it. It is nonsense that we have had to wait as long as we have to get a system installed, especially since we've already paid and they continue to charge us a monthly charge for service we don't even have. I will never deal with this company again, and I would advise anyone else to not deal with them either. I would give negative stars for installation if I could! And Customer Service, especially the "retention specialist" is a joke.

We have had the Vector Security alarm at our house for about three years and have had good results front the system. Other than a sensor going out, everything is working well. I feel safer having the system in the house.

Our technician, Ray, is by far the best technician we’ve ever had come to our home. We were frustrated with our camera not working and he quickly addressed the issue and resolved the problem very quickly. He also gave us preventative troubleshooting steps to take in the future. We really appreciate all of his work and how polite and respectful he was.

We chose Vector security because the occupant of the home we purchased already had a system in place and was being monitored by Vector. We talked to another company, but liked the down to earth demeanor of the sales representative and the technician. Straightforward, no fluff... outstanding job.

We have been with Vector for close to 20 years. So we know what service they have given us. But Mike has brought us up to the 20th century, he explained how much better the wireless system protects our family. He has been a joy to work with explaining everything. We would recommend him to our friends.

I had another alarm company and decided to switch to Vector Security for my home security back in 2013. The system has worked just like it should since then. Anything that has come up, such as turning chimes back on, Vector Security has been able to walk me through correcting over the phone. I’ve had one service visit for battery replacements and other than that, everything has been great. I have been pleased with the company.

Marcus did a great job following up deal. Nicholas ** did a great job installing the system. Both were extremely professional and I will recommend to my neighbors and frankly anyone who needs a security system. Thank you very much.

Vector was recommended by a friend/coworker, the installation experience has been great... Josh was an awesome technician answering a plethora of questions very well and patiently! Awesome, extremely neat and cleaned up all dust and debris. Extremely courteous, would recommend to others.

The company in general is ok. Unfortunately I had issues with the "radio connection" for several months. The technician swapped the radio communication card for Verizon version. Now seems to be working fine.

The technicians that came to do the work were courteous and aware that we may have patients in our office. They were quiet, but efficient. It did not disrupt our day to day operations at all. They explained the use of the system thoroughly and walked me through how to manage my account on the Vector website. Our experience with a new security system upgrade was very informative and well planned out.

I've been with Vector Security for 10 years! Customer service is great. The response time to my alarm is VERY FAST!! Vector Security technicians are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Vector Security System has reasonably priced services and I would highly recommend them to all who ask about a security system.

I am opening a new restaurant and needed a quality security system. After checking with several other companies I decided to go with Vector because they did not put me off with bad excuses such as the weather or they were too booked. Jennifer the sales lady came out right away in a heavy rain. To me that shows dedication in itself. The install man was quick and efficient. He explained everything and helped me understand the use of my phone app. We look forward to our relationship with Vector and know our security needs are covered.

We have had a few different alarm companies since we have been in business, we decided that Vector was going to be a good fit for us after we sat and spoke to the sales representative that came and visited us. He was very professional and offered us what we needed and not a lot we didn't. We found that to be very honest and represented how Vector operated. The installers were quick and worked very neatly. They explained everything very well.

I installed a security system at home almost two months ago. Over the last two months, multiple visits to my home over several weeks have been required as they forget equipment, don’t install correctly, etc. Now I can pretty much open all my doors and windows while the security system is on away or stay, and absolutely nothing rings. I called for a repair, and they don’t have time to fix it even though there have been so many visits. I asked if they can cut down my bill, and they say I will have to speak with their manager. And when I asked to speak to a manager their response is, “there is no manager, we have a few but they aren’t permanent positions.” Why advertise a service that you cannot provide. I am not asking for anything for free, just what I am paying for. Please Be honest so you don’t waste people’s time. That is all we ask.

We love our Vector system. It is something we would not go without because of the peace of mind but the great people that work for them and the technicians are wonderful and so helpful and teach you all the things you can do and all the system can do.

Can't say enough about our Vector system. It gives us comfort of knowing that we are always secure and our home is protected. The amazing thing about vector is the amazing people that service an install their systems. They are the nicest people and are always going over everything looking for other ways to help us stay protected.

I have been a customer by default when Vector took over another company. We have paid for monitoring in advance and it turned out that we were not monitored. Our home insurance asked for a letter for the discount from the monitoring company, that's when we called to get the letter. They told us there is a problem and a technician will come and check. The technician arrived and was not able to fix or resume service. Gave us a quote for new install which I have not ordered from them. I have looked into other companies and finally after several months have a new company providing us with services.

I chose Vector Security because I wanted a reliable security system for our home and a reputable company. Our real estate agent recommended Vector Security and we have been extremely satisfied with the service. The salesman and technicians are very knowledgeable and do not push additional features that we do not need.

This was a really great and painless installation. Peter showed up when we expected him to be here. Gave me a short breakdown of what was going to happen - and it was done really quickly - faster than expected. I should have not got the alarm system because I had issues from day one. I never really worried about them until almost 6 months later when I realized my system was not functioning properly. Only my front door and smoke detector worked. Everything else did not work. My camera been offline for months still. Now they are threatening me and constantly calling. Please don’t do it.

The son of a friend works for the company. His father recommended the system. We like that the smoke alarm is hard wired. We like the various options that are available for us to use. The work was done in a timely manner. THANKFUL IT IS DONE. HAVE A GOOD DAY.

We've had Vector Security for the last 6 1/2 years and recently decided to add a doorbell camera. Steven ** was our installation guy and he did a great job. He was courteous and professional. Our existing doorbell chime was not compatible so he took the extra step and ran to the hardware store to purchase one that was compatible for us. He took the extra time to show me how to work everything from my alarm app and made sure we were up and running smoothly. Thank you for delivering excellent customer service!!

I moved into my new home a few days ago. I acquired my home through the Habitat for Humanity program. I was not aware that Vector has a program with Habitat for Humanity new homeowners. When I moved in, a working alarm system was already in place. I contacted Vector security and spoke to a sales lady. She was friendly and set me up for an install appointment. The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the alarm system and different products and services Vector offers. He got me set up on my Vector app. I am pleased with the service from both the technician and sales lady. I look forward in enjoying my Vector alarm system.

Derek ** was the technician that came to my house and replaced the low batteries in all my sensors. He was very polite and very professional. He completed his work in a timely manner and answered any and all questions I had. He performed his service call well and should be commended for his great work!

After my Sister, Nancy ** advised me to call Vector, I contacted Jeff ** and he was prompt in coming out to explain the Security System. I agreed to sign up. Jon and Steve, the installers came out, arriving on time! The installation went very smoothly and Jon’s explanation of how the system works was excellent. He went over and tried out on how the system works. It’s now up to me to do everything properly.

Ray did a great job getting my security system back working properly. I explained him my issue and quickly started resolving my problems. He took the time to explain what was going on and took a further step in making sure everything was working as it should.

I have been a customer with Vector security for over ten years. I heard of Vector Security from being at a friends house. The security system was reliable. The central station is always call very quickly to respond to any issue with the alarm system.

Called to replace batteries. System is less than 2 years old and the batteries keep needing to be replaced. 3 batteries went bad one right after the other. That seems weird that they would die so quickly. We didn’t have this problem at my old house and had Vector alarm system.

Your Tech Ray, did an amazing job getting our doorbell camera working again. He was very polite and patient with us on how it works. He also installed the app on our phone and educated us how we can view our camera and arm/disarm our system.

They were doing promotionals in my neighborhood. I do like the service as they have always catered to my needs and resolved any issues that I had. The pricing is affordable and the service is of quality. I have recommended their service to my neighbors and friends. I deal with Agata a great deal, she delivers quick response great customer service. Vector Security handles a lot of the communities where we as insurance agents have many customers and timely customer service makes a great deal of difference.

I'm a facility manager, and Vector was already installed at my building when I was hired. Service has always been very good. Only complaints would be that scheduling service can sometimes take a week or two, while the system still gives daily trouble alerts.

I just want to say it was great having Derrick coming out to fix my system. He was very nice and professional. He checked everything and labeled all of my doors and windows. He also told me about the service plan they offer and I definitely took advantage of the plan.

Vector Security had all the components of a security system I wanted, especially local contact provider. System does not require wires everywhere. Keypad is very easy to operate. Customer service is excellent. I have recommended it to many of my friends.

Contacted Vector customer sales dept and decided to set up appointment for salesman to come out and set up an order. I qualified for a free upgrade. Set day and time up. Technician arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the bad shed door sensor and mounted devices the correct way. The technician was very polite and displayed great customer and people skills! Jerry was super knowledgeable and corrected my problem very quickly. My only complaint was I sat on hold almost a half hour before I left a voice message to call me when someone was free. That included the time I had to spend with a customer service rep before I spoke with Jerry.

Vector was already installed when we purchased this home and we stayed b/c of good reviews. We've been w/ Vector now for 7 years and had nothing but good interaction from the call center and the onsite techs. I would highly recommend Vector.

My interactions with technical support was amazing. Although, I spent 3 hours on the phone, he made sure all of my equipment was up and running. He walked me through each and every step getting the cameras connected to my network.

I been a customer with Vector for over ten years. I enjoy vector’s service. They are: prompt, efficient, easy to deal with if I have customer service questions, dependable, and very economical. The technician was wonderful. He went beyond the call of duty to help educate how to use the doorbell. I would prefer for the same technician to come back if I have any issues. He deserves a pay raise! Overall, I am very satisfied with Vector services. Just a suggestion: You all need special rates for Senior citizens!

I chose Vector because an awesome representative Matt ** came to my door 2 years ago and was awesome at explaining everything, but the service department reps over the phone and email are not as supportive and awesome at customer support. Vector is a great company but some of its employees don't care about customer satisfaction.

We had a Vector Security alarm already installed when we moved in and it looked like a nice system. When I called to ask about the system, Leslie was very friendly and had all useful information for me. Nick came within a few days to set up the alarm and explained everything step by step.

I had a problem with a smoke detector his past Saturday. The fire department came out and my neighbor. We got the alarm system turned off. I called Vector that Monday set up a service call. The technician that installed my new system came out. He changed my smoke detector. Ran a test on it. And everything tested good. He educated me on usage of my alarm system. Very good technician! I appreciate Vector for providing fast turn around service. And I truly appreciate the. Great technician’s service and professionalism!

Best security company around. Very clear service and fee structure (as opposed to others who charge for service calls and equipment replacement). We started using Vector at our newest shop and decided to replace SDG at our 4 year old shop because of the service from Jim **. The service techs that did the install were top notch as well (Brooks and another guy whose name I forget). They reviewed the order before starting, explained what they were doing, and verified how I would like things to function. They then walked me through the online setup and merging of the two accounts.

I called to have a faulty sensor replaced, and AJ was courteous, fast, thorough, and informative! I appreciate all of his help and insight into the working of our system and in what ways we might be able to improve our protection. The task was 1st quarter electronic testing, I knew nothing about the system and was extremely comfortable following Bill around who understood this system and answered all of my questions professionally. This service call was for the installation of a glass break sensor. There was some confusion making this service call as the technician believed that the existing sensor was not working. When I explained that it was working I suggested to leave it be until I experienced problems. The technician then discussed various additional features to supplement the existing system that I believe we will incorporate in our future plans. The technician, Aaron ** was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting updates to our system. I would like to commend him for this and would like him to be our technician on any future calls.

Today the tech really helped me out. I changed my battery in my system as I have done for years. But system did not reset like it should. The tech showed me the simple fix. I had forgotten my code and didn't set the system. We programmed a new code and that fixed it.

The technician Jason ** was pleasant and quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the issue. The technician arrived promptly on time and answered all of my questions. I am pleased with Vector and would recommend their services to my co-workers, and friends.

The staff was very professional. The job was completed in a timely manner. Kevin introduced himself when he came to replace the last camera, explained what he was going to do, had it done within a half hour. Very pleasant to work with.

My initial experience wasn't so pleasant. However they wasted no time making everything right. The installers or field techs were great, fast and VERY informative. A supervisor from Virginia personally met with us to overcome the initial disappointment. I'm a little concern about a certain matter but other than that all is well so far.

Happy with the service except for when the batteries run low and the system and devices start to beep. Had expressed some time concerns as having to travel a great distance to reach the family home and had specific timeframe that was needed for that day as explained to the person that handled booking the service call. Had trouble with panic pad. Tech fixed it and checked our batteries in other devices. And then told us about additions that could be added to our system. I was glad to learn about this. We installed other devices and explained them to us.
