I got Vector after moving into this condo soon after the passing of my husband. I knew I needed security for the new home so I checked the phone book and called three separate companies in which each sales representative came to do a presentation afterwards. I decided on Vector Security because the salesman wasn't pushy and seemed the most genuine and they also had the highest rating in the BBB as well. I'm happy with the alarm and service Techs that come out need service is needed which is hardly ever needed.

They were in the area and came to the door and gave a demo. My husband was impressed and wanted the system. I am not a fan of security systems but enjoyed the demo. I recommend them to my sister. It seems to be quality material and a good system.

Vector Security has provided me with their service since 2012. I called for a copy of my certificate and an employee named Agata provide me with excellent service and emailed me a copy in a timely manner. I ask for Agata if I need any more help from Vector Security.

Vector Security has provided installation and service of security systems for the Sheriff's Office and Jail Facility and always have provided excellent and professional service. The staff and technicians are knowledgeable and helpful with any issues that may arise. Vector Security has been providing service to the County for many years and continues to offer updated technology to meet the needs of the office.

Chris arrived on time and was very courteous and helpful in explaining the system. He was Very patient. I would recommend Vector Security to friends and family members. I love my new Alexa Echo Dot. This is my first experience with Vector Security and so far I am impressed.

Vector Security Security was the company that the previous owners had used and were very satisfied with so it seemed appropriate that we continued using them for all security functions in our home. They are incredibly attentive to any question we have from time to time and provide absolutely terrific customer service when a challenge presents itself—like when I accidentally set off the alarm or when some electric malfunction requires attention to resetting the system. Could not be more satisfied with Vector and its staff!

The service provided to the Courtyard by Marriott was of the highest quality. This is our annual inspection and our guest experienced very little interruption. We were provided detailed information on equipment that needed to be replaced. I would suggest Vector to other companies.

Choose Vector based on service provided at work. Colleen ** help me design and install a system in our new office. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Colleen help coordinate the security system for my home. Again she was very knowledgeable and professional. Steve from Princeton was the installer and was also very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to help us install the app and trained us. He did a very good job with the install. Based on our experience with Colleen and Steve we would highly recommend Vector Security.

Previous experience, reputation,service, security matter to us. We feel safe with Vector and are confident that our home is secure and well protected. There was a fire down the street and this motivated us to add additional fire protection to our home.

We had ADT and their fees were steady rising. ADT made discount promises and didn't follow through. Vector came to our home and offered us a whole new system plus cameras for less than what we were already paying ADT. My interactions with the staff have been good. They're always helpful when we call.

Very nice, respectful service man. Patient with my 3 year old who follows him around. Answered questions. Cleaned up area of work once he was finished installing the new siren in the upstairs area. Tested it to make sure it was operating and being loud like the siren should.

Had them 10 years ago and at the time had to have a landline but now with new technology decided to upgrade and went with a company we were familiar with. Glad we decided to call them back. Fast service and they have a service plan now which is great to have. Don't have to worry about changing batteries in system and can now arm from a phone. That's a really cool concept.

Josh was great. He called prior to the installation and he arrived when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable about the system and he made sure my grandfather and I understood everything before he left. I'll be sure to recommend other users to the company.

I needed Security Certificate for my home insurance company. When I call Vector Security I spoke to AGATA and requested the Security Certificate. She was very pleasant, quick and knowledgeable. The Cert was provided by email the same day, as promised.

We have been Vector customers at our lake house in Ashtabula since November when built the house. We had ADT at our for several years but had some issues recently. We tried to get the system updated but they did not want to work with us and wanted us to pay way too much. We spoke to our Vector rep and he set us up with a new system at a very reasonable rate. We are very happy and will recommend to our friends.

I chose Vector because there were some salesmen in my neighborhood knocking on doors. Since then we have been customers for about 9 years now. The service has been good. Vector has fast response times. Customer service is polite and courteous.

I live by myself and was hearing about little petty crimes going on in this area and figured it was high time to see about getting some type of house alarm system... After checking around with other alarm companies... Vector alarm was one was the first folks that called me back. The price could be little bit better but overall I'm happy with the alarm... We switched to Vector Security from ADT. The service and installation are much better. We have our doors secured with motion detectors. The service department are very reliable and knowledgeable. The technicians are on time. We also have fire detection in our main home and the bonus room over the garage.

I choose Vector Security from referral of coworker. Coworker plan received a discount. 1st install service person, courteous friendly. 2nd for uninstall not pleasant. Requested please do not send that person for reinstall. 3rd person reinstall fair service. Uninstall request required protocol per last communication with bill department must in written snail mail. This last communication for uninstalled Vector staff satisfactory for end of service.

I moved in and it was sold to me by Homeland Security. I have not been impressed with that company but I have liked Vector monitoring and apps. The low customer service rating is due to poor interactions with the owner of Homeland Security. The technician today 2/5/18 was great.

Vector previously serviced this property and was highly recommended by the former owners. We interviewed the Vector rep, Scott **, and were quite confident and comfortable with continuing with Vector. We decided to add cameras as well. We are long time customers of Vector Security and we have a Service Contract with them. When we wanted a Doorbell Camera, our thought was naturally to have them install it. Our technician was prompt and efficient and did everything that we had contracted for.

Installers were polite and efficient. I originally had used Vivint and my condo assoc required that we use Vector for fire monitoring so we decided to change services to Vector. So far I have liked the system. Hopefully we never have to find out its capabilities!

I have had an issue with my security system, called the office and explained the problem. They were very courteous and professional and set an appointment immediately. The serviceman greeted me at the door, with his first and last name on time. He also called me ahead and said what time he would be there. He checked the doors and the alarm more than once to be sure I understood what was wrong. It is working fine now and I hope not o have any issues for the future. I am a Security Investigator with Comcast and am responsible for alarm codes for employees. Dan ** and Chuck ** have always been extremely helpful, professional and prompt when assisting me. Sharon ** is great. Every time I call for assistance she is always willing to help. I have been dealing with her for about a month or so on invoices and payments. She replies in a timely fashion and even lets me know if I send her an email that was sent to her in error. I would recommend that service tickets be accessible online just in case we need to view them.

We had a problem with a non-functioning phone connection. Doug from Vector was able to guide me over the phone to fix the problem. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. When I am ready for an upgraded system, I will definitely have it performed by Vector.

The tech that came out today to update my cell communicator was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got right to work taking existing equipment removed and new equipment back in place. The process seemed very efficient and was done without disturbing normal daily operation of my shop. Very pleased with Vector Security.

We have been happy Vector customer for the 12 years in multiple properties. We decided to update our current system and make a couple of changes to our protection. With our pets the motion detectors were not going to be very effective. We changed to window sensors and Glassbreak detectors so that we don’t have false alarms from motion detectors. The techs did a quick and neat job and gave good instructions on the use of the system.

Had a camera that stopped working. Vector came out and replaced said camera in a timely fashion. Techs are well mannered and explain scenarios in detail. Techs always come on time and are very informative. I would recommend Vector Security to friends and family. Bunch of nice guys.

When I have a problem I call Tony **, Tony will do whatever it takes to fix my problem. I would give Tony a 5 plus for customer service, he is the best. When tony is not there or away from his desk the lady that answers the phone in service is very professional and has the same attitude.

We got Vector since friends and family were using the service in the homes and vacation property. We have the touch alarm panel in our diner. It does fine. Just needs sensor battery change out from time on due to frequent door opening. Which is to be expected. This new charging of $25 to come out and replace batteries only when needed is not something I plan to pay for when we pay external for it in our warranty.

For over ten years, we dealt with Security Associates and our old alarm system. BOTH gave us no trouble. Their service was exemplary. However, from the inception, Vector Security, with false alarms, un-knowledgeable technicians and having to submit the same account change request in THREE times, because the customer service technician found no record of it in our account information....THEN be informed by another that, all of a sudden, the info was there and had been since the account was set up. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE. Having our alarm system arm ITSELF and decide to go off when we have customers waiting in our lobby for their cars, does not make either one of us look professional!

We was a little disappointed with the installation due to the installers not having all the equipment to complete the installation. This required one of us to take more time off work to be there on another day. The manager did compensate us for the inconvenience which we appreciate. Also disappointed that the installers do not wear something over their shoes. My floor was a mess with dirt. We have had many services come into the house and they usually wear booties or take off their shoes.

We had ADT security in the house originally and we happy for a number of years. The bill just kept getting higher with no real reason and once we had some work done to the phone lines we found out that we were not being monitoring although the bill was still being paid.
