I've been a customer since 2008. About 10 years. I'm really satisfied about the service. I'm really happy that Sean the technician was able to fit me in today because of some phone service changes I did the day before. We really needed the security.

Excellent service!! I waited an extra 2 weeks just to have my favorite technician Jeremy be able to install a flood detector in my recently flooded basement! He took the extra time to install everything professionally and with a smile! I highly recommend Vector Security to anyone in need of protection!!

I have been a long time customer of Vector Security and have always been happy with the system and the service. Terry was great, he called before he arrived, he showed up on time and he took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend your company to my friends for sure! Many years ago, I recommended you to my lawyer and she installed a system in her home and her office. Thanks for the great service!

I chose Vector Security because the company’s service is outranking their contenders and being in law enforcement, I feel provides the best deterrent against today’s criminals. The monthly rate is undeniable and number of accessories that are available makes technology easier and gives the homeowner a peace of mind.

Son has Vector and is very satisfied. We have Vector where I work and I have to talk to them all the time. We are very satisfied there also. I also help with my boss and his son's alarm system and they are very satisfied.

The service I received from Vector and their technician Adam was fantastic. Adam was professional and very thorough as he went through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Vector and their technician Adam to anyone that is interested in a security system.

I would highly recommend Vector! We have had a great experience at both our last home and this one that we just built. I met with Jay ** during the build process and worked up a plan to make sure I had cameras, doorbell, locks, glass breaks, window chimes, door chimes, smoke detectors, etc. When it came time for install, Jay ** and his team did a fantastic job installing all of my equipment and were so careful with the new home which I truly appreciated. I love the sense of feeling secure, as this is the first time I have lived in the country and needed that reassurance that I will be monitored at all times. I have Vector security now and have had it for about 5 years, so I decided to get it at my daughter's house since their old security system service expired. Vector has been great to my family. Devin was my installation technician, he was very friendly and professional. We feel safe knowing Vector is our security company.

Vector Security came with my HOA. I needed an alarm certificate today as I am in the process of changing my Home Owner's insurance. Agata helped me to get this very promptly. She is a thorough professional, cordial and friendly, all the best qualities for customer service.

I chose Vector because I was referred by my brother. I needed security. I am satisfied with the service but I don't like the trip charges. My brother never has this problem. I pay my bill every month. Other than that no problem with the system.

My interactions with Vector have always been positive. We have had them now for almost ten years and I cannot cite one bad experience. My technician today was not only professional but very courteous and friendly. He was also very thorough and was respectful with wearing shoe covers.

I have had Vector for a while now and have moved twice with them. They are always on top of things when our alarm has gone off for a kitchen fire to a defective window alarm. I had ADT before and they did nothing. Too big and dont care. Vector cares. They also have the nicest techs. Adam was here for a while and was so patient with me getting my phone hooked up with the app. The people on the phone are always nice. Cant say enough about this company other than I dont know why anyone would want someone else to monitor their safety but VECTOR.

My interaction with Agata Garske was excellent! Very pleasant, helpful and proficient individual. I received the alarm certificate that was requested the very next day as promised. My interaction with your employee was a very positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend your company to others.

Today was a follow-up call. Previously, Jeff eliminated the performance issues left by another technician. On that call he also answered my questions concerning cameras. Subsequently, here we are. I don't know what you are paying him but it's not enough. He has restored my faith in Vector. Feel free to call me for additional feedback.

I have been with Vector Security for over ten years. If the system goes off Vector Security calls right away. The technicians that come out are very knowledgeable and professional. The technician came out and changed all my batteries and tested the entire system.

When we bought the house Vector was installed by the builder. This was a service call to replace the battery and Bill was very courteous, pleasant and communicative. Initially upon the service call, the phone was answered promptly. The rep was very pleasant and explained to us what the problem was and informed us we needed to schedule an appointment for a rep to come out to replace the battery.

I love my vector alarm system. It gives me a great peace of mind knowing that it is there to keep my home safe an protected. The people that work for them are wonderful and always so nice and making me feel like everything is always working.

Today Derek was great to come over and replace a low battery. He was very courteous and professional. He also checked the whole system. It was great talking to him about the security system as well as Basketball. He is truly an asset to the company.

Great customer service. They answer the phone and call back. Very friendly and helpful and professional. Needed new sensors installed in kitchen Windows. Jason installed and tested with me to confirm all things were working properly. Really happy with Vector. They were recommended by a friend and I'm really glad they are now our provider!

One of my friends referred me to Vector Security. He had nothing but good things to say about his security system. So far Vector has been excellent with me. Devin was installation technician, he showed up when he was supposed to and was very knowledgeable. I give Vector and Devin 5 stars.

I’ve a Vector Security for the last twenty three years. And I have been very pleased with Vector Security services. I was very impressed with the technician, Peter **. He did a great job on explaining everything he was going to do, I was very impressed with his arrival time. He was at my house very early and ready for installation. He conducted himself as a professional. He made sure everything was installed properly and to my liking. He took proud in his work and even offer to clean his mess.

We love our Vector system and all it allows us to do in keeping our home safe. It will always let me know if someone is coming in the house. The people are great. Also there are so many features and they will help you to use everything you want to keep you protected and safe.

Vector has provided protection for our home for 10+ years. They are responsive to our requests and provides support in a timely manner. We recently submitted a service request, but were unable to meet the technician at the prescribed time due to an unforeseen emergency. The technician, Terry, made several attempts to contact me and agreed to return to our home once he completed his other assignment for the day. He was very personable and seemed committed to meet our request before his holiday schedule became overbooked. A++ service.

Very pleased with the Vector Security alarm and service. Had the alarm service for a good amount of time no many issues other than the batteries and when called the monitoring company they have always been very nice and helpful. Happy with the alarm and service.

We have had Vector since 2000 and just added cameras. The tech and service have been great. The ladies in service were very helpful and the tech went above and beyond to make sure everything worked to our satisfaction and his. Thanks for great service!!

I have been a customer of Vector for quite some time, my neighborhood has been falling downhill so I decided to go with Vector to get my new camera system, Frank the sales man was very friendly and knowledgeable. Chose Vector to have my new home installation because that have my office and previous house. Their service and availability is excellent. The new installation at new residence went extremely well. They were also very patient teaching me how to use the newer updated system.

Our original system was installed in 1999. In November 2018 we upgraded the system. Robert ** did an outstanding job installing the upgraded system and providing the additional operator instructions. Vector Security can be proud of having Technicians of Robert's technical and customer satisfaction skill level on their staff.

We moved into a house that had an ADT security system. However, we wanted to use Vector for their superior service and customized security. Dave came over quickly to our home and made necessary improvements to ensure our security. Steven then worked diligently to install the system in one day. We had Vector security in our previous home and we continue to be impressed by the company.

Whenever the alarm has gone off, the call center has been extremely prompt and the personnel are always great. Tech did excellent job reconnecting magnet to windows and identifying volume problem on console. Replaced 8 magnets and submitted request to upgrade system based on maintenance plan. Tech arrived on time and provided great service.

I have been a Vector customer for over 20 years and am very satisfied with their service. We needed an upgrade to our system and asked vector to do the upgrade. The installer was very knowledgeable when showing me how to use the upgraded system.

I've been a loyal customer for 14 years and have been very pleased with your service and equipment. Your customer service is great as well. Your techs are very helpful and knowledgeable of their work and company protocol. Today I added doorbell camera and outdoor camera to have a more peace of mind for security. The tech also checked equipment for me.

Vector Security has the best staff in all of my encounters with security systems. All are friendly and will work with you until your problem is solved. The receptionist is the best... Very pleasant lady! She always has a smile on her face and ready to assist in any way she can. I wish some of the other companies would take lessons on how to treat a customer.

I have been trying for months to resolve my issues with Vector Security. I went through countless people each time explaining my issues and each time I was promised action and was completely ignored. I must have talked to a dozen people...literally. Finally I talked to Christina. And I got somewhere. She had a supervisor Amy call me and I think, maybe, things will be resolved with both of their help. So they get 5 Stars for at least trying and following up. Vector Security does not. It was really starting to concern me because our Homeowner Association contracts with you for our neighborhood security.

Called Vector Security to report alarm system showing an error message. Vector scheduled a day and time to check out error. They arrived on day and time I was scheduled for. Vector technician was very helpful and explained problem. All was fixed and new wireless device added to enhance my system. Super service.

Interactions with men who have come to house for service has been excellent. The alarms work very well. I’m very pleased with the service and the product. The technicians serve your company well as they are personable and are the face of your company.

Have been a Vector customer for years and have continually been impressed with the level of service. This time was not disappointed. Would recommend the company if asked. In fact, I did to members of my family recently. Today I have added other names to the technician who, by the way has been very helpful.

Although Dell ** was very professional and knowledgeable as the service technician, my overall experience with my sensor problem was unsatisfactory. It took almost three weeks to get an appt to fix the problem, then nobody showed up on the day scheduled. I had to complain directly to the region manager to get the issue resolved promptly. Vector security is very expensive. I expect superior service when I pay expensive rates.

Great company. Eli is awesome. The best alarm service tech I have ever met in my entire life. I could not be happier with Eli. Thank you for coming today. Wish you could have utilized the smoke alarms installed in 2014 with the new system.

Vector always provides good service whether it's troubleshooting over the phone or a technician in our home. I purchased the extra insurance coverage and today that was a blessing. Our serviceman was extremely thorough today and discovered several small issues as well as some others. He was able to get everything in order. I wish I'd called sooner but that's my fault. We will continue with Vector because they've remained consistently reliable.

We had Service done for our carbon monoxide detectors and to replace batteries in our alarm sensors. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have been very pleased with Vector, aside from the constant replacing of batteries. The company does send out new batteries whenever we call. NO HASSLE.

It took three visits to get all the cameras up and working. The technicians were very professional and kept me up to date to progress and have finally completed work. I would appreciate if you could make time ranges to decrease to two hour windows because staying home for four hours waiting for service is a lot especially for multiple visits.

Vector did all wiring on this house when it was built and the home builder recommended them as a company and I have been satisfied with all the services they have provided me and the customer service is why I continue to use them.

We currently have a system with Vector and have been satisfied with it. Plus there were no up front costs. The salesmen did a good job at describing the services available to us and the technician did a great job showing us the system.

My older system was not working properly and Vector could not for the repair. As a result they suggested it for an upgrade with a great great diminish price which made the deal very attractive and so I chose to do the new system. Jason went perfectly and the wall patches that need to be repaired were done expert play by Steve ** who return three times to make sure that the work was done completely and perfectly fine with extremely satisfied flipping tired job from start to finish in the specially the excellent Technicians who did the installation and if you did the repair after completion of installation.

Good system, good service from the company. Always get good quick response when we have an issue. We find the system fairly easy to operate as well. Plan on being a vector customer for a long time to come. Good job Vector!

Have had Vector Security for 25 years. Service has worked very well for me and technicians have repaired effectively. Central office alarm response excellent. Only criticism are long waits to speak to service office. I would recommend Vector to anyone needing a security system.

I called to find out what to do about this and Michelle ** (Project Coordinator in Grapevine, TX) was amazing. She helped me locate which battery needed to be replaced, helped me figure out what to replace with and talked me thru disconnecting and reconnecting the new battery. I so appreciate her help -- she took time she didn't have to and she was such a help!!!

We have had our alarm service with Vector security for years now. One thing we can say for sure is the company has quick response time as far as calling to check on us and sending police when needed. Overall been happy with the company.

New Installation, Everything went great with the installation of my new vector security system. The app is very easier to use. The installer explained everything to me in great detail and gave me all the information I needed, Including tips about avoiding false alarms. Vector also sent my certificate to give to my insurance company.

The team came to Install badge access for the Severna Park Store. The agents assigned to the job were great. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They provided great customer service. They gave updates each step of the way and made sure we understood the job.

The technician Ray, came out to fix my shed door today. He did a good job, he took his time explaining to me the issue and what cause the issue to occur, while at the same time was polite and professional. After he fixed the door he had me arm/disarm the system to ensure me that it is working properly.

We have had Vector Security since 2006. We have been very pleased with the service, however, it was time for an upgrade and was interested in adding a medical emergency device. We contacted Vector and a sales man came out. He explained the different packages that were available. So we went with one that included a medical button and other things. The technician was very professional and friendly. I am pleased with the overall experience with the new alarm system upgraded, the technician, and sales person. I would recommend Vector to anyone that I know that is interested in a security system.

Been waiting for a replacement remote for 3 months. Have not been contacted after second request. What's up with this company? Do you not appreciate your customers who have paid you on time every month for over a year? I've had better service from previous security companies.

I've been a customer with Vector for over 35 years with excellent interactions with the company whenever we needed issues resolved. Whenever we called over the phone to speak with the customer service department or have their field technicians visit our house to check any problems, we have had quick, courteous, and professional interactions.

12 year customer - updated system for cellular service. Ryan was great - arrived in scheduled window, was very professional and walked me thru all of the features of my new service. Looking forward to using the system more and more and plan to add more devices.

The tech named Ray that came out to service my home today did an excellent job at getting my system back working properly. He was a polite and professional guy. I'm requesting you guys to cancel your service because when my windows and door were replaced. You didn't do anything to fix or replace my current system. One of your technician was in my house yesterday and he said he cannot do anything to replace the contacts and box.

Service issue with sensor. Technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Problem was resolved. Very pleased with his service & the company team. Couldn't go without my Vector alarm system. We had an issue in our neighborhood of a robbery at a store near our home and the police knew the suspect came our direction. And I couldn't have felt safer knowing my Vector alarm was there to keep us safe and intruders out.

Checking alarm to make sure the signal is going to the station. APRIL is a Super Star. She needs to give lessons. Her knowledge-professionalism and customer service skills are outstanding. She needs to teach and coach the other members. When you speak to someone other than April you feel lost - you feel like this is like a grocery store, the other folks are clueless.

I have been very happy with Vector because they are always professional and very courteous. My technician was excellent and offered additional support if I had questions. I have moved with vector three times and would recommend them any time.

I chose Vector because of the marketing promotion at the time. We also had vector at our previous residence. I’ve expertling wait times when calling them for service but other than that our experiences have been fine.

Update on 01/25/2020: My previous experience From 2011 to 2018 had been ok with this system. My system was updated in 2018 and since then, I have been having numerous issues since. When I’m contacted by Vector, it’s never the alarm that’s showing up on my panel nor what I receive on my text alert. I’ve been told by the monitoring service that they would contact the service department. I told them that I have on numerous occasions but when they come out, they find no issues. I was then told my issues would be escalated up. Haven’t heard from them yet.

Needed to verify information on our account and have some questions answered. Michelle ** was most helpful and the best experience to date with Vector. Thanks so much for taking the time to explain services and how your company works.

Tech called. Said he would arrive in 15 min. He arrived on time and of scheduled time. Tech was courteous and professional. He quickly located issues with system. I am very satisfied with this service call and this tech. Credit to your company.

I must say, I was a little upset because the system went out. But when Derrick came to figure out why it went down it all made sense. The contractor come to do some work in the home and left it unplugged. I apologized to Derrick and his company. They really do a great job.

The service has always been great and got the job done on time. Also the monitoring of the system works very well. I get calls from time to time when the system is not working.

I've always had a good relationship with Vector Security. When anything has come up they have been to my house to service in a timely manner. The technician is always very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did. While they were here they checked all the systems to make sure they worked. And when they left, they made sure the place was clean.

Install person was kind and knowledgeable. Taught me a lot about my new system and he even went on to explain some different things I could do with the system. I expressed interest in a door bell camera and he immediately attempted to accommodate my request.

We had issues after the recent hurricane and since then the battery went dead and so did our panel. We had Josh our Technician to come out and he did a VERY thorough inspection in which no other technician has done so and also added another smoke detector in our laundry room and now we are cover at both ends of the houses. Ray came to my house to help us get the Vector Security app working on my wife’s new phone that she recently received. He was polite, professional and patient.
