I need an updated alarm certificate for my insurer and Agata responded quickly and efficiently, emailing it to me within minutes. Now that's real customer service! My other interactions with Vector have also been very satisfactory.

I choose Vector Security because they have service my father, Algia ** and my church New Psalmist Baptist Church. My dad spoke highly of Mr. **’s work ethic and delivery of service. I appreciate his kindness and understanding for my family’s safety and protection. Vector Security overall has been so understanding to my customer needs, and is always willing to satisfy the customer concerns. I would recommend Mr. ** and Vector Security to my family and friends.

I've had Vector for over 20 years and have been satisfied with the service. I wanted get rid of my landline, so I inquired into a wireless system. The installer was very good and courteous. He answered all questions and explained the operation of the system.

Kevin ** is an excellent technician who takes pride in his work, answers all questions, and gets the job done right. Inspires confidence, honest and personable. I wish you could train everyone to be exactly like him—or let him train everyone! We did encounter one problem—your payment system did not allow me to use Amex (we entered the number/details, it recognized it was an Amex, and said Amex not accepted) even though it is supposed to, so he had to call in and I gave my Amex number over the phone. Would be much better if you could accept Amex on your point of service credit card program the way most other companies do. Maybe you could contact your billing technology provider and Fix this?

I chose Vector Security for my home after having it for my business. Their central station was spot on all the time. I will use them again in South Carolina. They were always extremely helpful and I felt very safe and secure at all times.

Vector Security was walk-in the neighborhood so we decided to sign up. System has always been reliable and the office staff is always polite while answering my questions. Had a basic service call which the tech called me hours ahead to let me know what time he would arrive. Nick was polite and quick in fixing my system. Great service overall.

Have been pleased with Vector Security so far. Very good service. My service Technician on Tues 3-20-18 approx 9:30 am was ANTHONY **. Provided quick good service and fixed the issue of bad screen wiring. I have recommended Vector Security to some of my friends.

Sales and installation were very professional thorough. Install was fast and instruction session was very easy and thorough. System seems to be very easy to use and effective. Installers were super guys and extremely knowledgeable. So far, we are extremely happy with the system.

That's the only trouble I have. Use my iPhone to monitor. Is there any other service you can offer me for safety. My alarm is wireless. Did you install outside wiring you didn't remove? I am getting rid of all unused wiring like landline.

I have had Vector for years now, decided to upgrade system. George and Anthony were a great team, they greeted me with smiles and were very respectful. Anthony walked me through the app on my phone and George helped my wife with her app. Very courteous and funny guys, it was a pleasure having them do the install!

The children suggested the Vector alarm. The home is out in the county and it's best to have an alarm service rather than not. The alarm hasn't really been much trouble unless a battery or a tamper happens then it can be annoying. Other than that we are pleased with the alarm.

Tommy attention to detail is second to none. He always has a calm peaceful attitude toward his craft and customer service. Going forward, Vector Security is very fortunate to have employees such as Tommy. I appreciate the customer service from the call center staff as well.

Had an issue with one of our sensors. With inches of snow down and more actively coming down and on the way Don still came out and fixed the issue. Just like the Postman. Definitely impressed with how they resolve any issues I may have.

Because of the interaction Me and my wife had with Daniel at a restaurant. Also We chose Vector Security because of the special that was being run. Further more the discount rate for first responders was nice. Our home was a new construction three years ago and alarm service installation went well. I little long but very thorough.

Already had Vector in the home so naturally wanted to use for the business which the incentive was a great discount. The alarm does as it should just the automatic door lock that is battery powered tends to require batteries changed often. However the alarm will text and email before it reaches critical mass.

I was having a problem with back door alarm. At times it did not go off when we opened door. And sometimes it would beep with outdoor being opened. Technician found a piece was missing on the door. So alarm did not beep. He fixed problem very quickly. He was very courteous. He checked the battery and sensors.

The previous home owners had Vector and we continued the service. We have been pursued to change by other vendors and have declined based on our positive experiences with Vector. Our technician has been very friendly and helpful at all visits.

It was Cains' Security first then it was brought by Vector Security. We read up on vector. It had good views so we keep them. So far it has been a good fit with tops of old town. We have also told other people about vector security.

I called in reference to paperwork not received while inspection done on March 13, 2018. I spoke to Nicole, she will be emailing the paperwork to me. Also, I requested information about registering the alarm with the city of Jacksonville, Nicole sent me the information I requested.

We had a concern about the functionality of our smoke alarms. We contacted Vector and we were able to easily schedule an appointment. The service professional, Torrence **, called in advance and showed a schedule. He was knowledgeable, professional and clear about addressing our concerns.

The service technician came to do a system check and he discovered that because of a recent power outage our system would not engage and stayed at “fault.” The technician fixed the system and we checked the code. I was concerned about the age of our batteries and he checked battery life at the doors and windows. He was very thorough and courteous.

Change battery in keypad and test unit - Work was excellent and responsive. Customer Service assisted remotely in addressing immediate issue and services arrived early to do work. I would recommend Vector Security to friends and family.

Vector Security will make it nearly impossible for you to get out of a contract even when it is preparing to expire. It is borderline fraud and extremely unethical. I wish I had researched the company prior to signing their contract. Please do yourself a favor and choose another company.

Anthony and his partner George arrived on time. There was a problem with the cameras being the wrong ones, but Anthony resolved the issue and reassured me that he will be back to install the right ones. I am very happy with their service and they did an excellent job.

When there is a problem with sensors or with the system Vector Security has a scheduled a tech to be on the premise within 24 hours of reporting the trouble. I have a Twenty Five year long history as a Customer with Vector Security. For those 25 years Doug ** and his colleagues have represented what Vector Security strives for. Doug is the epitome of the best! Today’s service tech, Scott **, is continuing that tradition.

Agata has always been very helpful no matter what the topic and she responds. We have gone back and forth on dates and installation changes and she has always helped me and I've gotten to know her. I would recommend Vector to neighbors. We also had Vector in Philadelphia and found it to be very reliable.

Tech was courteous, well mannered and performed required repairs correctly even though the work order did not include all the problems. Arrived outside the stated window without complaining. System check was completed accurately. Tech asked if I had any other concerns or wanted any settings changed.

The alarm was already in my home while I moved here. I didn't see any need for security because I'm in a gated community. But it's great to have it. And now that I have met the tech that came today he really explained a lot to me. He was awesome! He called first showed his ID, fixed my alarm, and got me to sign up for cameras. Which I will do soon. But all of that was to say that he was professional and very helpful.

Our doorbell camera was not able to be replaced on the first visit because of him not having one available, but a follow up visit was scheduled and a new device was installed. I've been a Vector Security customer for 4 years. A salesman came to my door shortly after I moved into my home. I haven't had any equipment issues until about a week ago. I wish a tech could've been dispatched earlier, but the gentleman who was assigned was prompt, called before he arrived, and showed his badge to identify himself. He was courteous and resolved the issue swiftly.

Great service as always, The technician Alan ** called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Had to adjust my doorbell camera again for some reason it keeps going out but very pleased with the service and dedication to get it right.

Selling my house and thought I needed to replace smoke detectors w/ Vector smoke detectors, because I thought mine were connected to system. Rep explained that they are not connected, and I should hire an electrician to replace my old ones. He tested heat sensor and checked everything out.

Well we had Vector at our other home so when we moved here we decided to stay with Vector. We enjoy the service we get here, always friendly, today our installer was Roger **. He did an awesome job. we really liked his professionalism, and how he represented himself, very nice hard worker, never stop the entire time he was here. Again very please with everything.

We've had Vector Security since June 2017 and never been able to use our doorbell. Several technicians have come out with no success and we decided to drop the service. The technician Rich ** was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and confident that he could get it to work properly. He did a lot of troubleshooting and was able to solve our 9 month problem in 2 1/2 hours. He also showed me how to utilize our devices for the service. I would like to give him 10 stars if I could.

I had Vector Security a couple years now and had some issues that I didn’t feel safe so I called Vector and they offered an upgrade with extra sensors to cover my windows and feel much safer now. My tech Nick was very polite and answered my questions as well did an excellent job installing my upgrade.

I have had Vector in both homes for years everyone has always been courteous and professional. The technician today was professional and even suggested new products to install, I would recommend this company to others. I will look into the fire system as well. I was not aware that I did not have this service. I also was not aware that I had a medical alert.

Called today to cancel my service because we sold our house. I am shocked and upset to find out Vector is going to charge me for an additional 4 months of service even though I will no longer require monitoring service. I paid over $2,000 to have the system installed, and have paid over $3,000 in monitoring fees over the last 6 years. I can assure you, in the future, I will never use Vector Security and I will inform everyone I know of my experience. For a $120 you have lost 1 customer and possibly more.

We were dissatisfied with our former company, failed to ever update our system in 12 years and we were not holding a consistent signal to the central monitoring station... Therefore we were NOT protected during a break in, not mentioning the company’s name or Lester Jackson's relation to the company. Even though we had several visits from their technicians for issues, no one ever told us our system was outdated and should be replaced, said it “wasn’t their job”. Vector has been easy to deal with, I consistently receive my open/close reports and seem to care when I have concerns or questions. :)

I work for Verizon service and I got to tell you I like the way Vector handles their business. The tech came out, he called us first to give an eta. He was very clean and very professional. He knew exactly what he was talking about.

Tech came within scheduled time. Checked out system. Did not see any malfunction. May have a bad window sensor. Need to see if problem reoccurs and then will change all basement window sensors. Do not know at this time if problem resolved. Tech was very professional.

Had Vector since 1998 and have been very pleased with there service. Any time I call for anything they're always happy to help. After the wind storm we lost power and my battery went low so they called me and set up the appointment to do a system inspection. Everything is back and working like before. Thanks Vector.

Worst mistake I ever made was using this company. I have asked email and called. They will not stop billing me!!! I have called and emailed multiple times. Nobody can help. I have told them and called them several times. They will not let me cancel my service.

Our alarm system has been disabled since September or October. I called twice and was promised a return call which never happened. My husband took it seriously in January and also received the run around. It wasn’t until he wrote to the C.E.O. That we were addressed. Why did I pay for months of service when we had none is beyond me. This needs to be addressed also. As far as the service man he was excellent and I would have given higher marks if it was based on him alone.

We had the install today and everything went great! The installer was wonderful and knowledgeable. I feel confident this system will secure my things and loved ones. I know I'll be able to easily arm/disarm the system. Thank you a lot!

I have Vector because an associate of mine recommended it to me. Being that I was moving to a new city. The staff has been great here. I have their top service plan and it's worth it. I did try to change a battery myself. But my system kept beeping. The tech with vector came out to fix it and it was because I didn't put the detector up correctly.

I just want to say thank you Roger. I was not to happy at first from the first install. None of my glassbreaks were working. Roger ** came out today re wired the glassbreaks. After it all was done he then explain what was wrong. Very simple fix at least for him so I am very happy with Vector and thanks for sending your best.

Installation went great, technician arrive on time, introduce himself. Very knowledgeable and through with job, only problem is with customer support, I couldn’t get a phone call back after several attempts.

The customer representative I talked to was very nice and helpful on the phone. Looking back, I wish we had not fallen for the ADT lies about changing to them. I asked twice and they told me they were going to cancel with you, but did not. I am confused that no one from Vector called me after the old system was removed. I am already not happy with ADT!

I’ve had Vector for almost 11 years and have been very happy with them. Allen was very helpful and replaced all my batteries and made sure all was well. It turned out the key fobs were the trouble and Allen quickly figured it out and fixed them.

Got Vector after dealing with another security provider for some time. Vector offered an updated alarm panel with remote access and a few more sensors as well as retaining some of the existing equipment. All has been well with the exception of a low battery or a device tamper issue once in a while. The service tech that comes out is knowledge and friendly.

Just had a camera install at my front door. Roger was the technician who installed the camera. He did a great job when he first arrived. I wanted the camera higher up. He explain to me that he could do that but the camera would be facing down you would only see top of the head. He suggested a little lower so that not only will I see a face I could get the walkway as well. He was brilliant he installed it in a perfect place. Great job Great tech. He was very efficient and was done before I expected. My alarm went off and I was called by one of your agents. I was not in the area and asked if the police had been called. His response was that my system was not registered, that I would need to provide a registration number before the police could be called. I found this strange as this was all taken care of when the system was installed. Nonetheless, I went through the process of re-registering my alarm with Collier County.

Needed panel synch and lights on/off programming. Rich was the technician that came to my home. He was very good at explaining what happened and how the problem will be solved. Due to power loss my panels lost communications with each other. Also, my device to activate a lamp was replaced and I was shown how to reprogram lights on or off. All issues were resolved. However, I was not satisfied with lack of easy access to a contact phone number for customer service, the multiple phone trees that I was put through to get an initial response to address my issue, willingness to help resolve or remediate immediate issue with noise and alarms until the service could be done and the amount of time it took to get someone out for a service call (8 days).

I have an annual inspection of my alarm system done as well as my batteries checked to make sure everything is good. Every time the technician checks over everything thoroughly and replaces as needed to ensure my alarm is in proper working order. Thank you for your services!

When we moved into our house Vector was already in the house and we chose to get it reactivated. Whenever we have a question Vector always answers it promptly and his always polite. We had a little issue at first trying to get the add-on done due to scheduling conflicts which we do understand can happen with any busy company but if I had to suggest anything at all it would be to have better communication with your customers if you aren't able to meet a time window. Other than that we are happy with the system and we had our CO detector installed today.

Experienced power outage 72 hours and system failed to reboot. Vector arrived, made comprehensive survey and corrected problem. instructed me on being able to manage system in future as well as availability of option for secondary residence. Very pleased with years of Vector protection.

We don't win it but instead we win a free Vector Security alarm for the house. We use the alarm daily and not really have any trouble with it. Just some low battery once in a while. We had the alarm service from a local man in Greenville. I believe he sold the account to Vector alarm. The alarm work like it should I use it every night and mostly when I leave the house. I like the alarm but not the trip fee that was recently start being charged for the serviceman to come check on the alarm system.
