We chose Vector Security because my sister and her husband have Vector and they were satisfied so we chose them also. We are very happy with the service we have received so far. Devin and Ethan installed our products and they did a great job. They were very helpful and explained everything very thorough.

We chose Vector because you are a local business. At first the service was good. Then, when the battery went down, the equipment failed to work. It would go off randomly in the middle of the night. It would not work when the power went out and would go off when the power came back on. If we weren't home when this happened, the beeping would go off until we came home...bothering neighbors. Finally, it just stopped working. Has not worked for months and no follow up from Vector....ever. No concern, no checking in why the equipment doesn't work. Nothing. Just collecting a monthly fee... I guess if we stopped paying we would have had a call. We set up service with a new vendor and have already had 2 calls in one week asking to assist with set up and how they can be of assistance. Wow, what a difference.

I have been a customer ever since Vector Security bought SSA. The service staff has always been willing to help me with any problems, the service techs especially. They have always been great to me. When there has been a problem it has always been taken care of quickly.

Derek was very clean and neat with the install. He was very kind and knowledgeable about what the job needed and made me feel that my family would be safe. He also told me about other things that Vector offers and I would like Derek to return to install my doorbell and thermostat that he informed me of. I would recommend Derek to anyone who want a great install.

Great job. Very knowledgeable and made sure everything was working to my inspection requirements, which required them to add an additional smoke detector to meet code. They knew what I needed and worked with me to get it done in one day because of our inspection schedule. Very friendly and kind and I really needed that today!

The staff always answers my questions and arrive on time. Great service. I lived in my house more than 20 years. I started out with ADT but have had Vector for 20 years. I have a burglar alarm system and it was recommended by my relative who also have Vector and also some friends who recommended Vector.

My son has their service so he was happy and I chose the same. Christine is awesome. Knows what she is doing. Would recommend friends and family any day to Vector Security. One thing that makes me happy is support. Always smiles and never gets frustrated. I think that’s a key. Keep it up guys.

Neighbor next door had an alarm system and I went over to see what kind of alarm and was interested in getting one and ended up calling to get my system. Now I am upgrading my system to be able to go wireless and not thru the phone line. Later on I am looking at installing a smoke detector installed by Josh.

Unable to continue for financial reasons. I have many hospital bills for superstars, numerous health problems and currently unable to afford. My experience with Vector has been good and I have told several friends about your service. It has been a pleasure having your service. In the future there may come a time when I am able to return.

Jay came to my house since a smoke detector was chirping & I couldn't get it to stop. Come to find out, it was from a different system from Vector as it was installed by the builder of my condo, not Vector. Even though he wasn't allowed to fix that one, he taught me how to take care of it. And he waited very patiently until I got it done, with his guidance. He continued to teach me about how the systems work. Before he got here, I was very frustrated and my dog was terrified by the noise. His calm, friendly and patient demeanor was exceptional. Vector is fortunate to have Jay as a service technician.

Torrence was on time for the scheduled appt. He was very professional. Torrence made sure my garage was working properly before he left. I chose Vector Security because I like their work ethics. Once again, I thank Torrence for being on time and very professional.

We have been with Vector for some time now, they are always quick to answer our calls and respond within a timely manner. Our recent call had Anthony out to change our cell board. He was very professional and got everything back up and working!

I have had this system for years. I am very happy with the service and technicians. Vector video helped to catch a very bad young man from breaking into my home. I was able to make photos of the video which assisted the police to identify the perp.

A salesmen had knocked on our door to talk to us about an alarm system. We got the alarm and now we are upgrading the alarm system. Josh the installer came out and installed new upgrade and added a deadbolt lock and a hallway Smoke detector and tested the alarm system. Mr. ** wants Josh to get a raise.

I have had Vector security for around five years now. I wanted to upgrade my system so I ran off of cell signal instead of landline. My service technicians were Ethan and Devin, they showed up on time, they were very fast and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my service.

I choose Vector due to prior service. I have made a trouble call for my front door bell not working it took a year before Vector showed up to fix it. The customer service technician who showed up to my house was very good.

I needed a reliable alarm company to protect my family when I’m not home so I know that their safe and Not have to be worried about the safety at my home. As far as I know this company is the best so that why I feel a lot better about using them.

Jerry was very helpful and very polite. He talked to me about everything he was going to do and when he finished he explained to me what he did and I really appreciate that. We needed carbon monoxide detectors added to our current system because of gas heaters installed. I contacted Vector Security in Nederland Texas and spoke with Carla and she help me get things rolling. Thanks for the great job.

The technician you guys sent to our home, Ray, did a great job at securing our home. He was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable with explaining how the system works. He also called us ahead of time prior to coming over to let us know he was on his way. He installed a app on our phone that we didn’t know we had and showed us how it all worked.

Don is always prompt and thorough. I remain a bit concerned about the quality of the equipment as I have to place service calls regularly to replace defective sensors. Perhaps Vector management could look into the quality of the equipment that is being installed.

I had met someone and we got to talking about security systems. They stated Vector was the company to call and so I did. I had a salesperson come out and the rest is history. I have also needed service and the service is top notch. Jason was my service tech and he was great. I can't say how happy I am to have vector security knowing that they are always there when I need them.

We chose Vector Security due to the competitive pricing givers the level of service provided. Our house was already wired for the system from the previous owners, but the install went seamlessly. The install technician and subsequent technician were both extremely professional, knowledgeable of their system, and personable.

We had a problem with system. Service person was on time fix the system. System working. We had problem, with the system about 2 weeks ago, Technician said it was low batteries and had me unplug system but did not fix system. Tech onsite found it was a module in panel that went bad and he replaced it and now system works.

Jeremy called before arriving at the scheduled time. We discussed my needs, walked the building down and came up with a game plan. We also discussed a problematic door sensor that had been generating tampers in the extreme cold, it was troubleshot and replaced. Jeremy is personable and knowledgable and worked efficiently in a rather crowded unheated storage building. His workmanship is commendable.

The installation went well as expected from Vector. Gary did an awesome job. This is the second home that we have had Vector with and this time we had the video surveillance equipment installed, so we are very excited about using the system. We will always recommend Vector Security to our friends and families. Thanks.

After nearly giving up and having all Vector merchandise removed from my home. Clyde came in and fixed it all including my purple doorbell camera. I'm so grateful for his patience, understanding, and ability to get my system up and running. Thank you for all your effort Clyde. The staff has been wonderful. The guy who set us up and set up our contract was wonderful and the technician who came to the house was also wonderful. I wouldn't change anything except having to sign a contract and for having trouble getting out of the contract if needed because we are military

We have had Vector for over 12 years and have been satisfied with the customer service. We had several false alarms recently that we needed to have addressed. The Vector representative on the phone was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to schedule an appointment based on our availability, even working directly with one of the supervisors to adjust the schedule. Installation went well. The service person identified the problem sensor and it was quickly replaced.

Jeremy and John could not have been more informative and helpful during my installation process. Any question I asked or assistance of what was being installed was answered immediately. They walked me thru what to do situations and took all the time I needed to help me understand. These guys are truly a remarkable representation of your company.

Services offered through my employer at a discount. I spoke with Dennis - sales at my home. He was awesome and very informative and trustworthy and genuine. I’d checked with ADT and CPI...didn’t like them or their offerings at all! Vector was the right choice for me and affordable for the equipment.

My wife has had Vector before and liked the service provided. My Mother in law also had Vector and recommended them as a good security company. My wife spoke to Lee and set up the appointment and the type of service to be provided. Josh came to our hour and did a great job installing our new system.

I was having network issues and a camera was disabled and Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful and very professional! And, he showed me how to use the system which other technicians never informed us about. Hopefully the issue has been resolved.

Experienced low battery on garage door sensor. Called Vector customer service to schedule a service technician to come out. Also, I was experiencing beep noises from sensors. Technician came out to my home. He replaced the batteries in my overhead garage door sensor. Also, we thought that the alarm smoke and/or my house smoke detectors was having a low battery issue. Come to find out, it was my carbon dioxide detector batteries that were low the entire time. We changed those batteries and everything is working great now. The technician was extremely helpful and helping me to solve the noise problem. Thank you Vector.

Vector is a good home security company. I chose Vector because it is a reputable company. Every time I have had a service call customer service has always been professional, polite and attentive. I had originally chose Vector on the advice of a close friend who was having a great experience with Vector at the time. I have not been disappointed with any interactions with the staff. About a year ago I had an incident where Central Station called me due to an alert they received and in doing so I explained my neighbors were having a party late at night and I was uncomfortable. This prompted your operator to ask me if I felt safe to which I replied I did not and I was asked if I wanted police dispatched to the house. He assured me that they would not know where it came from and it made me feel comfortable in my home.

Service tech was prompt and very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Willing to take time to discuss/explain other additional security options. I explained that we were nervous about not being able to set alarm because of the bad sensor and he explained what to do next time if that happens again in order to set alarm. The customer service people we spoke to several times over the phone didn't think to tell us that and went over a week without setting the alarm while away.

Needed home security while I was active duty and deployed. My wife was at home and this gave me peace of mind knowing she would be a safer. Very happy with Vector Security. Always respond to my system when it goes off either because of a real event or because I made a mistake and activated it accidentally. 5 stars.

The technicians that come out are very knowledgeable and professional. The cameras I have are very good, I really like the SVR system. I can go back and look all my recordings at any time with my phone. I can view all three of my location all from the Vector Security app.

My experience with this technician and my service with Vector Security has been great and they are very informative. Their customer service is wonderful. Vector was the company that was here when we purchased the house. After speaking with the representative we decided to continue with them. We chose Vector Security because we have an agreement with them regarding our cameras. We had to have a new DVR installed in order to have the back of the building and the front of the building be recorded at all times. Installation went well and the tech, Aaron, was informative and showed staff how to retrieve recordings if needed. We are very satisfied with the service and pleased with the professionalism of the tech, Aaron.

I was upset when Tony ** came to do something with my sec. system. He is very unfriendly, has no sense of respect and courtship. Tracy in the office on Morrison road in Gahanna, Oh (in service department, I think) is not helpful to customers, very defensive... In short, I like Vector but not people in Morrison Road when I called or needed help.

The technician was professional, what I love most about him and Vector is he called me before getting here. Also he told me of some devices that I needed in the house that I don't have. Have been with vector long time and never regret business with them.

Regular annual system inspection went very well, technician was very professional and competent, replaced batteries which were dead and did thorough review of all devices. Called en route and showed his ID at the door. Have been very satisfied with Vector over the past almost 9 years.

I was an avid ADT customer. Vector had the new Qolsys system. The keypad was more modern looking and user friendly than our ADT keypad. It looks like an Ipad on our wall. The customer service is very friendly and helpful in all matters as well. The doorbell system is the feature I love the most. It is helpful to know who is at the door before you open it.

Recommended from the previous homeowner. They had great service. The technicians are prompt, reliable courteous. Recommend to other homeowners in need of a great Security system and monitor team. The new wireless sensor system is great for any home that has had window, Door replacement.

Great experience so far. Fortunately have never had to use the security system for a real emergency so far so cannot comment on that aspect of the service. However, the various sensors do require some maintenance or battery changes from time to time and the technicians that come out are highly trained and pleasant. They are real professionals and I would recommend Vector to anyone just based on their prompt, professional, courteous technical support.

Good service but we have always had technical difficulties with our alarm service, sensors, and video camera. Glad everything is working again. It takes a long time for a service person to come out after reporting a problem. And then while he was here the alarm was going off and the call center calls us. It was a little chaotic.

We've used Vector Security for years. We needed some minor work done on our system. This lead to us just updating our whole security system and putting our guest house back on. The work team were very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I'm so happy we did this!!

Valerie ** is amazing! She went over and above all expectations. Got everything handled and even called me back the next day at the time she said she would and had everything all taken care of. There was a giant mistake on my account that had my address listed somewhere else and she got that taken care of as well. We are going through an extensive remodel and they were patient with the chaos in the home during install. Great install, it's nice that our system is capable of having independent zones for each location. Very happy with how my system has aged and is still capable of upgrading to newer technology without upgrading. Installer was very proficient and explained all the new features.

My service tech was on time, called me an hour prior to let me know he was coming and showed his ID credentials when he arrived. He was courteous and was able to figure out what the problem was and was able to fix it in a short amount of time. I was happy with the outcome and glad to have someone knowledgeable about the system.

Vector is the company my company uses for their security needs. The Techs are always friendly and knowledgeable about the system. The alarm monitor people are also very friendly and helpful when you need assistance with our systems day or night.

Customer had to wait 3 weeks for service and talked to multiple people about system beeping because of smoke detector. It wasn’t until she spoke to the fourth person the customer spoke to that she was made aware that the smoke could be disabled remotely. Customer really likes Sonny and appreciates his honesty and hard work. Overall the customer would like service to not take weeks to get out to service her system.

Love my Vector system. You cannot say enough great things about this company. The people are great and are always there to help. You cannot beat the people that come out to service the systems. They are always going the extra mile to help ensure your safety with the system.

Peter was great! He arrived early and did a excellent job installing our new cameras and security panel. Peter was very professional and courteous during the whole process, he answered all concerns and questions with a smile and took this time explaining everything.

I have had a great experience with Vector and would recommend it to my neighbors. My service tech was on time, identified himself, and successfully handled the issue with our alarm. He provided me with his cell phone number and let us know that we could call him at any time, if there were any issues with our alarm. We were very appreciative of that.

Customer service is great! They are great from setting up an appointment to coming out on time. My service representative always wears a vector shirt with ID they he shows me at the door. They are polite and very thorough. He was able to answer all my questions and very knowledgeable with new plans. My service plan covered repairs and there was no charge.

The tech called ahead of the appointment, showed up on time, identified himself and showed me his badge, was thorough with the task, explained what he was going to do, tested and verified the operations of the system. In summary, a thorough and comprehensive job.

John the installer was awesome. Explained everything in detail on how everything works. We have had Vector security system in since day one of building our house. And we have not had any issues. John came and did a system inspection and that is when I discussed the camera system that Vector has and we then decided to get them installed so glad we did. We feel safer and more aware of what is happening at our home.

We chose to upgrade our existing Vector Security system. Peter Burke was absolutely amazing and very efficient. He installed our new unit without disturbing our office at all. He was very kind and took his time to thoroughly explain how to access the program and work the key pad. I like the company Vector because of employees like Peter. Peter was fantastic and I would recommend him and Vector security to anyone.

Many of my neighbors have Vector and are well satisfied so they were my choice. I got an automated home package and it is really neat. I like that when I am away from home that I can check on my pets and see how they are. It’s also nice that when I am at work I can see who is at my door.

Jeff ** did a good job of assessing our security needs. He handled the set up for installation. The owner has been pleased with the system. Mike really enjoys the mobile access to set and turn off the system. We look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.

The Vector technician, Rich, did a great job! We had a rear side door tripping the system, first tech could not locate the bad wire and they sent Rich out today. He figured out why the door was no longer working, he found the bad wire and repaired it. Everything is working properly now. He was very thorough and friendly.

At the time it was least expensive. She heard of burglaries around, but they always had security just in case. Customer care has always been able to solve problems with customer, and she has no issues.

I chose Vector because my builder recommended it. I am very pleased with the system. The reason I went with Vector is because we had a possible break in. There were people scoping out my house while we had the snow storm. There’s were in known footprints around my daughter's bedroom windows. Was a very scary time for me and my family. I was having issues with my door sensors. When the alarm was set it would go off for no reason. Josh the technician came out and called while he was on the way and came at the time he said he would. He replaced to door sensors and testing my alarm and made me feel safe now that my alarm was serviced!

Had a fabulous tech, Rich **. He was very knowledgeable! Great install of doorbell. I was not happy though with my sales rep, John **. He was very hard to get along with, very “old school”, didn’t explain anything really at all. It was his lack of knowledge that truly held up our buying process! We’re lifelong Vector clients & were going with Vector regardless but he certainly didn’t make it a pleasant experience. Both techs that we’ve had, Frank & Rich have been excellent. Thank you.

Nick is a fantastic technician! He took great care to make sure everything was perfect and that we understood every aspect of the system. He was able to make suggestions that helped to improve the system coverage and get us the best value for our investment.

Had alarm in house and wanted to get it activated. We have 2 keypads but will be also using the app to arm the alarm. Josh came out to hook up system and change some batteries so the system won't be beeping anymore. After Josh was done he showed me how to arm the alarm and use the app.

We had the old touchscreen alarm and it was hooked up to the phone lines. We wanted to get the upgrade because sometimes we weren't sure if the alarm was being set. Upgrading will allow us to arm and disarm from the phone and get notified if the alarm is set or if the alarm goes off.

We’ve had several techs out to install the system but Rich and Asafo were able to get the job done. Although they ran into some issues they were able to figure it, get the correct equipment and install the new system. I truly appreciate both of them working on the system in spite of the challenges.

I have had Vector Security for over 10 years. Anytime I have had an issue with the alarm or a component of the alarm system, Vector is always helpful and quick to respond. Tonight, Steve (my Technician) was right on time and quick to resolve my problem. He also checked around the house and gave me some advice where I may have some "vulnerabilities" in my current alarm set up. I agreed and added two more sensors and another smoke detector. Nice guy, very knowledgeable, and very helpful!

Weak battery alarm sensor was activated last week, called for help to shut down chirp, was talked thru shut-down over phone and scheduled appointment for maintenance. Chris ** was repairman assigned a 12:00 to 4:00 window, he was able to arrive early, changed new battery, checked system and had everything 100% in short period of time. Very pleased with his work today!
