Alarm service was actually done by a local sub contractor from the area just down the road as a matter of fact. It was only later on when service was needed for a door switch was needed was when Vector alarm company begin arriving on the scene.

We have been with Vector since living in this house (22 years). Vector Security has always been very responsive every time we called. Peter, our technician gave top level service; allowing my wife and I to ask and resolve any questions. Peter was very professional and knowledgeable that make very comfortable. He took time to explain thoroughly.

Technician was great. He fixed my problem, service was very good, great value. Technician was very knowledgeable. He showed up on time. I’m very happy with the service he talk to me about upgrading to a new or alarm system.

The Vector Security Technician who came to my home was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking stupid questions. It was overall a good experience and I would recommend Vector to others.

I had my new security system installed today. I went with Vector Security due to a referral from my sister in law. The installer was very nice and courteous. He installed everything making sure that the installation equipment looked as good as possible and that everything was pleasing to the eye. He was very knowledgeable of the system and went over everything to make sure I knew how to work not only the system but the apps as well. I feel comfortable with the system and am sure that it will work the way I want it to work.

I really like the new security tools and the service. The company is first rate! My technician Jeremy was amazing! Very helpful and supportive. I’m not very technologically savvy and he made it easy. I feel much safer being in control of what goes on around my home during the day when I’m at work.

We have a service contract. We had a bad zone. The problem was fixed very fast. I am very happy to have the system back up again. I would recommend Vector to anyone who needs a system or service. The service tech was very friendly and didn't, mind my two dogs watching him.

First had a alarm from ADT alarm company until a man from Vector alarm company came in the neighborhood where we stay and was showing people the alarm equipment he had. It was about the same kind except it was a cheaper monthly bill and it didn't never go up no higher.

I chose to stay with Vector and give them a try. I was with a local company before. The Service has been great! The technician was on time and four-man ampullae. Very please with the work that was done. Wendy the office manager is always going out of her way to help me out.

Vector is always timely and I like that. I upgraded my system with Vector because they made a diagnosis of the capabilities in my existing system and made recommendations that I am most comfortable with. I have confidence in the system and I like the way I am constantly getting alerts on the status of my system on my telephone. A great system and a great professional team to make sure that all installations and any repairs needed are done to supreme satisfaction.

We had a low battery signal on our motion detector. Jason was sent out for the repairs and did a great job at explaining the issue and making sure it was correct before he left. He was very easy to talk to and seemed to love his job. I would highly recommend Vector to anyone looking for a system.

We met Jose at the BIA home show at Spooky Nook. When he came to our house to meet with us he did a great job explaining everything and getting us set up with a security system. The install went smoothly and quickly and the installer was professional and friendly and very informative as to the installation process and how to use our system.

I set off the smoke detector. I called for service and was helped remotely but was told to schedule a service call to put the detector back on. The service man was prompt and very helpful in answering questions and providing additional information about future services you can provide. I was very satisfied with both your service department telephone system and with the person who came to the house.

Service guy was neat, wore his shoe covers, clean his mess. told me about Vector other services, used his cones, was polite, explained why he was servicing the system. I would recommend other people to Vector. I have been with Vector for 10 years and have been very happy.

Salesman was great, the installer is very knowledgeable and professional and explained in detail the entire installation process and was very patient and didn't rush the job even though it was getting late in the evening. Would definitely recommended Vector. Glad I didn't choose to switch and go with ADT.

The technician Tony, did a nice job. There was no mess and he double checked with me about placement of my motion detector before mounting it in place. I thought that was nice of him, he also checked my holdup buttons and entire system. I have had bad experiences with other alarm companies in town but so far with Vector my experience has been great.

Had Vector for 20 years in old house. Switched to ADT because that was equipment when I moved here. Unhappy with customer service. I'm back! The salesman and technician were both wonderful. Love that actual people answer the phone, too.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from the Vector technician today. He arrived on time, was professional and polite. He described what was happening concerning the installation and answered all of my questions. He indicated that he needed to come back to my home to finish the installation. He told me why, what would be done, and how.

We chose Vector just about 9 years ago and have kept the service since then. Security of the home is something one does not think about until something goes wrong. Otherwise, you assume that it is working without a problem and the system indicates that it is working every time that it is armed when you go out and set it or at night when you set it. When the system has needed service, the service has resolved the problem and the service personnel are effective, efficient and pleasant.

We used to have ADT alarm system in the house. A Vector alarm sales person came by and offered a better deal with more equipment and a fancier alarm box with a little less for the monthly service plan. Happy with the alarm.

New installation with ROD on 3/27/18 was easy and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the system. When I was in need of an alarm certificate, I connected the main office in Ft. Lauderdale and Agata was courteous, helpful and efficient in helping me. She explained that I needed an alarm permit and how to get the permit. Once I had the permit number, Agata was happy to email to me and to my insurance company a copy of the alarm certificate. A delight to deal with such a lovely employee that is pleasant and knows how to handle the questions posed. Thank you.

Wasn't satisfied with security company I was using. Your staff is very professional & respectful. Couldn't ask for more prompt & courteous young men. Would recommend Vector to anyone. The only problem I have is the business office not being able to follow thru on my automatic draft from my bank and is why my account is in the arrear. Vector's tech came out today to service our system. The tech came in and was very helpful, and polite. He knew all about our equipment and took care of our issues quickly. We are happy to have Vector's tech come out to service us.

Talked to a neighbor whose husband works for ADT and she recommended Vector to us. She stated that Vector is new to the area and are finding the home customer business has been a challenge. We called the number from a mailing flyer & talked to Rich ** who sold us the system.

Throughout the entire ordeal, Kevin showed the most respect and dedication until he was able to correct the problem. This was an issue that had never been confronted before and he remained on the job until the situation was corrected and the doors were operating correctly. That's the true sign of a professional and someone who cares about their job and the company they representative.

I have been with Vector Security since 2001 when it was Nightwatch. I have been more than satisfied with the services I have received in the past. Today Chris (technician) arrived on time and has been working on the installation nonstop since his arrival (at 0700). This upgrade required several items to get installed and without difficulty. All items have been installed and are working. He assisted us with the installation of the apps and answered all of our questions. After his instructions we feel more confident to get used to using the Vector Security App and the Alarm.com website. Chris has done an excellent job and I would recommend Vector Security.

Greg did great. I've just been with the skin gray as he has service my home and check my monitor. Everything went well. I enjoy his presence, his company, he was very thorough and I have no problems or complaints along with being with Vector since 2011. It has been a pleasure and especially compared to who I was with before. Very prompt. I've had several of false alarms to go off and trying to take care of them right away before. I got a call that they respond was speedy and on time.

Our home system had an erroneous activation of our home spontaneously. My 92 y/o mother-in-law lives in our home and she has great difficulty when things do not go according to her usual schedule. So the calls from Vector when the system activated were very disconcerting to her. Our Service Technician, Darrell, was very personable and projected his ability to solve the problem. The problem was solved with a sensor that was on the front door that was activated spontaneously and after being replaced: problem solved. His demeanor, and understanding of his responsibility were well represented and appreciated.

We love Vector and have a lot of confidence in the system and the staff. Mike ** is the best. Would love to have him for all our service calls. Mike came out today for a check-up and to replace low batteries in both of our smoke alarms. He always takes the time to explain everything and is timely in his service call.

We have had a security system for many years. I made an appointment to have the system inspected recently. The technician called prior to his arrival. Upon his arrival he identified himself and explained what the inspection included. Terry was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Our system is aging and while it is working I felt a service contract was an excellent idea. I was extremely pleased with the service Terry provided and would definitely recommend Vector Security to friends and family. The entire experience has been a positive one.

The parameters were set up incorrectly on my camera so it recorded 6000 clips in 2 weeks which left me unable to have any other recordings for the rest of the month. I called customer service and the installer came out and fixed it but I was out of recordings so it could not be checked. I had to pay for a month of service though even though I couldn't use it.

Jackie ** got me my alarm certificate the same day I requested it. I used the online request form and she got the information together and emailed almost immediately. Could not ask for any better service. Makes me appreciate Vector Security even more.

Marine Corp friend of the brother in law was hired as a salesman for Vector alarm and he was in need of some new customer base so the guy called and later on came by to discuss alarm service options. Alarm was actually needed and was at a fair price so had it put in. Been fine for years just didn't know the sensors had batteries inside of them.

We were made aware that our panel had not been communicating. We had to have a technician come out to troubleshoot. He went above and beyond and fixed a problem that was not related to Vector but from the phone company to get our alarm system working again. Thank you!!!

I requested a certificate of Insurance on Friday, 3/31/18. The request was forwarded to Brenda ** this morning and I received it this afternoon. I appreciate Brenda returning the request in a timely manner. I did not actually speak to Brenda, but the effort she made to return the form is commendable.

From past experience at my old home my home was burglarized and I got Vector and they tried to get in a second time and Vector prevented that from happening, myself and my family feels very safe at home and away knowing Vector's on the job.

We've had our Vector Security alarm system for 14 years and we've been very pleased with our alarm system and the service we've received. We choose Vector Security because they are very reliable and customer friendly. Recently we had a tamper alarm signal and Vector immediately notified us of the problem and alerted the police. We discovered that we had a sensor detach from the window and Vector fixed it immediately.

We ran into some issues figuring out the camera install; however, once Kevin became involved, the job became seamless. I would rather only deal with Kevin because he was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with the result and would work with Kevin in the future. I would only suggest that the salesman qualify the customer better in your future jobs.

My community's HOA contracted with Vector when our houses were built. In 7 years I have not had any problems with my alarm system. I use my system regularly and I do feel more secure when I have my alarm system on.

Interactions with was fine. I must say that you are behind when it comes to some technology solutions. Every network port in the house should be ready to use for data. I have to have a data card installed - tell me why exactly? This should be standard. There is an emphasis on the telephone service but the industry trend is cell and VoIP. Your solution should be ready for this type of usage instead of charging the customer additional fees to get the necessary upgrades.

Vector was already installed in our home when purchased. We have been satisfied with Vector response time for alarm signals. We also really appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable customer service rendered by the technicians that have visited our home and the call center staff.

In order to get discount from insurance company, I needed to provided security certificate. I called Vector customer service and Agata took my call. Agata proactively search my record and sent security certificate promptly. Agata provided excellent customer service. She is courteous, polite and very efficient. We recently moved to a new home and hired Vector to install a new system. We requested two service calls after the install which were attended to by Carl **. We were very pleased with his explanations and attention to detail.

This is for existing service to repair low battery signal alarm. The interaction was very good and service personnel (Abayomi) was knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issue. It was difficult to schedule 'this appointment as I was not getting a reply when I tried multiple times. The low battery issue started in December 2017. I was not contacted back since December until recently.

Excellent experience with technician. He zeroed in on the problem and re-wired the control box properly to the phone line. He then completely tested the system to make sure it was fully functional. He asked me to make sure I understood everything and if I had any questions.

We had used Vector Security for more than 20 years. We never had any problem before but in October 2017 our keypad started showing low battery display on and off. When I called them I was told to do different things trying to find what's the problem, nothing worked, after several calls they finally said a technical support person will call me, but no one called. After I called again they finally said our system was not communicating with their center, which explained why when our alarm were triggered by mistake no one from Vector monitoring center had called. I am sure when a system was not reporting back to central station they should know about it, but no one bothered to mention to the customer.

I chose Vector Security because of the salesman, Eric **. He was not pushy. I felt I could trust him. He always answered my questions and was patient when I needed time to think things through. After talking with him I could see the importance of having a security system. The main installer, Adam, was efficient, smart, kind, and professional. I liked it that he wore slippers over his shoes. It was a rainy day and my very light carpet was still clean when the job was done. Adam was training another installer. Adam was able to supervise and work, getting all of it done well. Adam also made me feel good about using the system. I went from tense to mostly comfortable.

I have recently had my alarm system taken over by Vector Security and Alarm.com. I have had problems with the Vector Security Customer Portal. After several frustrating attempts to obtain help through Customer Service I was connected with Ashleigh **, the Customer Care Team Lead. Ms. ** listened to the problem and was able to immediately remedy the situation. I also had problems with registration, login and understanding the operation of the sites. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in resolving those problems. As a former network manager for the Center for Foods of the Food and Drug Administration I am keenly aware of how difficult it can be to work with end users to solve problems and explain how things work. Ms. ** should be commended on her courtesy, professionalism and how well she represents Vector Security.

Friends recommendation. Very happy with Vector customer service. Would recommend in the future. Had new system installed after a fire in 2015. Was very unhappy with last company because the smoke alarms did not send the fire signal to their monitoring station. Today had a full system test and everything was fine. I plan to add additional items to my system—more outside cameras and possibly indoor cameras also. Scott was excellent performing the system test.
