Terry and Jerry arrived on time today for a service call on our alarm system. The system had already been installed by Vector Security. The call and service were handled in a professional manner and the service was excellent. Vector Security has provided prompt and excellent service since We have been their customer.

When tech arrived he asked what the issue was, he then informed me that my sky bell camera would have to be deleted and reprogrammed, he asked me for my WiFi information he then deleted my sky bell from my app, and then programmed it back in.

I like Vector Security a lot! I feel safe with the company because they always make sure to reach one of us in the household whenever the alarm goes off. It can be more than 2 times in a day but they always make sure we are fine even when we tell them there a malfunction on the system and they are also willing to call the police for us if we needed or when we don't answer their call in any given situation. Definitely will recommend them and will keep them as our security company as long as we can afford it.

I have had Vector for years in my home and have been very pleased with the service so I wanted to keep with the same provider. The installation was fast and staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend the company to a friend.

We had Matt and he is very informative about this system. He is very good at what he does. Great customer service and we would recommend him to other people. Very satisfied with having Matt as our tech. Matt excels at his position with your company. Highly recommend him.

I have always been pleased with all customer interactions with Vector. Torrence came out today to replace a motion sensor. He arrived when he stated he would be here. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was impressed with his handwriting too! I would and have recommend Vector to all my friends. Good customer service is not easily found but Vector provides it, so I'm sure to let everyone know! Keep up the great work!

Quality service. Been a customer for many years, very satisfied and the response time has been fast. Other companies such as ADT was very poor and response time was extremely delayed for each call. Service from ADT was poor.

That's who GL Homes recommended when we bought the house. Rod was very knowledgeable, pleasant and we are very satisfied with your service. He had a big installation job to do here and he started yesterday and returned this morning. He explained everything to us.

Loss of signal issue. Replaced a component and moved panel to a better location under my request. Worked great. Everything was discussed and tested. The technician did a professional job. As usual the service is very good. This problem has been an issue and I feel good about it being resolved.

I’ve had Vector Security for about 13 to 15 years. Recently we had our alarm go off and couldn’t really hear our siren while we were sleeping and wanted to add a siren upstairs. We decided to upgrade our whole system and Ethan and Devin were our installation technicians, they were on time and very professional. They showed me everything and also told me about some additional features that I could get like lights, thermostats and door locks. They told me things that I would have never known if they weren’t here. I’m very happy with my service and new equipment.

I was with a previous company that was purchased by Vector Security. I am completely satisfied with the service, upgrades of my system. The customer service personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They arrive on time, are clean and neat, clean up after themselves and always identify themselves. This is a great company to be associated with.

Rich did a great job with my new install. He was very professional and knowledgeable and showed me the features of my new system. I highly recommend Vector Security. I lost had a very good experience with my sales professional Joseph **. He explained in great detail all of the features available to me. Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

We have been pleased with Vector Security over the past 5 years, Excellent service and support, Live camera display, backup video and camera coverage. Scheduling services when needed have been excellent also. Gary have been Bethlehem Baptist Church contact for all items. He has always gotten the job done.

Needed a battery replacement in basement. Representative was nice and very helpful. I have had Vector for about 13 years now. The service has always been good. I called for the battery replacement two weeks ago so it took a while to get someone out here. We had to deal with the annoying beeping for two weeks. Other than that, all is well.

Andrew was very knowledgeable on the information on the locks and took time to give extra information. He checked the main system to make sure everything was working well. He also went on to checked the app on my cell phone.

It was a long time ago. A Vector representative was in the neighborhood selling alarm systems. My service with Vector has been excellent. They come right away when needed. I have never had any problems. I would recommend Vector Security.

He is kind and high quality tech. Steven ** was my tech. We have had lot of continual problems with Vector system but this time being we are expecting the problem solved once for all. I have lived here for 18 years and have Vector for also 18 years.

I like it when this guy comes out. He is always straight to the point and breaks it down so I can understand the problem. He was here before and was great. Nothing against the other guys though. But Derrick is great.

Our technician was Michael **. He was very neat, efficient, and competent. He changed our batteries and checked the whole system in the house. He was very polite and answered our questions. Very upbeat person, He gave us some advice about updating the system, especially one of the smoke alarms which is old. We will attend to that matter soon.

The problem we had was with a backup battery in the Cpu going bad. If we had been told on the phone that it was something that could have easily been acquired and installed by the customer we would have saved $100. We didn't mind having the system checked so I guess there was some value but I would have changed the battery if I had been given a hint on where it was and how easy it was to replace. One minute and done. Service tech was very very good, personable and efficient.

I have been a customer with Vector for over 30 years and I have been a very satisfied customer. The service has always been prompt and courteous over the years. I have upgraded my system but I have not Been totally satisfied as of yet but I am optimistic because Vector has been great in the past.

Referred by high level govt for extreme personal safety issue and ongoing break ins with stalker and pros that have hacked every other option. Leslie (Pa. Based rep) outstanding in getting me help. Not entirely there yet however confident this is the best option out there. Leslie very knowledgeable. I needed a copy of my security certificate for insurance purposes. I spoke with AGATA who was extremely helpful and professional. She emailed a copy to me in a most timely manner and it arrived just as she said it would - on time which doesn't happen very often.

I have complete confidence in the system that Vector Security installed in our house. I love knowing that if I leave the house that everything is safe and sound. I have had Vector Security in the past, and was always very satisfied. The girls at the office are very pleasant to deal with and have patience with me. The tech that installed the security alarm on the inside lobby door had to search through a lot of old wires and the old alarm system to find the right wires to connect the new alarm system to. It was a timely process and he did an excellent job and now our lobby is secure.

Just upgraded my system! Love using the app to arm and disarm the system! It’s especially handy to disarm from the car before carrying in groceries! The techs were on time and professional!! Had a slight issue with a motion sensor but it was acknowledged and addressed quickly. Everyone I talked with was awesome!

My system needed some repair and Nick thought outside the box when he learned of our problem. He found a practical and economical solution. Just moved into my new home and a Vector security system was already here. I CONTACTED Vector and a salesman came out to my home. The salesman helped turn off the constant beeping at the alarm panel. Today, technician arrived to work on my alarm system. He was courteous and professional. The beeping came from a low battery at the panel. The tech. Checked over the alarm system thoroughly. He ended up installing a new panel at no charge because the panel battery circuit did not work properly. Ended up adding a doorbell camera as well. Overall, I am pleased with Vector. And the alarm system works great as well.

Today I have had 2 cameras replaced due to age. The new 1080p cameras have a superior image and area of coverage, and are much brighter, clearer and sharper. Jason has a good personality and was very pleasant to work with, and the the work was done quickly and the results were very satisfactory.

Jason came to transfer our monitoring service. While here he went over the whole system, our computer, our cell phones and looked at our panel since I have been changing the battery annually. He suggested a power supply if condition persists. Jason tested system multiple times making sure everything worked as required. He asked us if we had any questions many times. We had ADT security and some young people were coming through the neighborhood going door to door swapping out alarm other alarm company equipment and saying it was an upgrade and in all actuality it was another company altogether. Although the new Vector alarm has been working okay no major issues just the practices of how it came to be installed with a little underhanded.

Vector Security is my alarm provider. I always use a reliable company so I decided to install cameras and home automation with Vector Security. I know neighbors try to do the installation by themselves but I think you need a company to back up your cameras and home automation.

Very competent service, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, cleaned up all trash. Main reason to get rid of landline phone expecting better safer because not being able to cut phone line service. Installer knew what he was doing. Salesman suppose to get trip fee back. Haven't heard anything. Also when service went out took thirteen days to get repaired without service being active.

Installation - OVERALL. I am very dissatisfied, no one ever answer the phone. I am always leaving messages and playing phone tag with the only number to call. I always have issues with the installation from scheduling to setting up all the equipment. My latest experience: the person went to install my system back on the house that the system was taken down from, is that is how the house is monitor, I can only imagine!!! Now that I got re-scheduled the person did not know he had to install the whole system, he came for just the panel, which by the way was broken when it was taken down from the old house and now you want me to pay for a new one. The system is still not up, and no one in the office answered the technician's call!!! I AM PAYING FOR A SECURITY SYSTEM THAT LOOKS LIKE I WILL NEVER GET BACK ON. I want out of this contract that obviously will not help me in case of an emergency.

Referral from family member and satisfied with product thus far. Good technicians at house. Needed front doorbell camera and better alarm disabling options. Needed upgrade and more cameras, keypads, among other services that Vector provides.

I am filling this out in connection with a service call to address a faulty fire sensor. This is the second time in 6 months that this sensor has gone bad. In fact, this is the only complaint I have about the service from Vector — the two equipment malfunctions. Otherwise, we have been very satisfied with the service. Everyone is polite and timely. When I called in, they took care of putting the alarm on standby and immediately put me through to schedule a technician for repair. The technician is very diligent and checking it the whole system to make sure that none of the other sensors has an issue. Good job!

There a great company. Does great service and monitoring on my homes which it was two homes at two different addresses. Nice technicians that drove great cars that needed tinted windows. Technician needs a raise for all the hard work he has put in.

Terry did a great job of helping us. We had an issue with our alarm not responding. He was able to identify the problem, resolve it and in the process discovered another issue on our back door. After fixing that issue, he then took the time to make sure we were using Alarm.com properly.

Matt the technician was awesome, did a great job, excellent personality, would recommend him to anybody for an alarm system. He does great work and has a great personality. I would highly recommend Vector Security to friends, family members or neighbors in the future.

Once under contract, always under contract. It is really tough getting them to not renew. You must jump through hoops and spend a crazy amount of effort to be sure your contract does not renew. They also have a collection department sort of attitude when dealing with them. It was awful.

Recommended by architect. Staff is great to work with. Very communicative. Answers all my questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a security system. System works well. Prevented a break in last year. No additional problems other than maintenance. Excellent service.

Really impress with the system, but the issue is low battery on the sensor, but Vector always come around to replace them. The tech been here twice now and always professional and call us before getting here.

The Vector service man fixed our cameras very quickly and added our phones and iPad to our system just like we asked and everything is working great. He also fixed our power supply that wasn't on his ticket and replaced our battery for us very fast.

Called about a battery problem in garage. Service person gave a heads up call then came when said he would. Decided to replace all batteries in garage. Pleased with replacement of all batteries since if another one went next week, the service person would have to come back.

I’ve always had great response time with the authorities have been dispatched and any time we’ve needed a service call. Jerry came earlier than I expected and knew right where the problem was and got to work and finished much faster than I expected.

The tech Oral was fantastic loved him. Knows exactly what he is doing. Only prefer him. Very nice and makes everything easy to understand. On the other hand your billing dept sucks. Have had ongoing issues since July when I updated my system. Very poor. Sometimes takes too long to get service for troubleshooting.

This is a review for Wayne with Vector. I arrive this morning for a properly as he indicated he would be with the car ahead of time call. Been very professional. Show me some pictures that I didn't realize that I had. Got my camera set up a recording and everything that I could not do before. He was able to address it. I am very satisfied with Jerry, the technician. However, I was very dissatisfied with Customer Service on 2/12/19 when I had a problem and they did not return my call. Luckily, the system reset itself and I felt safe to go to bed.

Vector was brought to us by a door to door salesman. I called today to have someone help us better understand our security system. Unfortunately what I needed could not be resolved over the phone, although the staff on the phone was very courteous and understanding.

My interaction with Steve from Vector Security services department came out to talk about service plan pricing. Real nice and friendly, he explained that current system was great and I did not have a need to be upgraded. With price for the plan was good as it covered part and labor.

Mr. ** was very professional, He called to inform me of his ETA and was here upon my arrival. He displayed his Vector badge and explained the process of testing the alarm system. He went through a process of checking Windows, doors, smoke and carbon dioxide detectors. When completed he provided a written report and explained his findings. Everything checked out ok. Vectors customer service is responsive and reasonable when there are false alarms. They have been my alarm company for over a decade and I have never been more pleased.

Vector has always provided us great service with friendly and knowledgeable technicians. When our thermostat failed, a Vector technician was at our house in about 30 minutes to repair it so we could turn the heat back on on a very cold winter evening.

I am really pleased with service and installation, Jerry did a great job. He cleaned up after installation and showed me how to work my system on my keypad and on the Vector Security app on my phone. I really like the simplicity of the security app and how I can easily add a user code and delete or edit a code whenever I need to. Thanks for the great work!

Your technician Ray did an amazing job fixing my security system. He called me prior before arrival and was on time. He was very professional and polite. He also took the time to explain to me how my camera works and gave me steps to take in the future if I have any other problem with it.

I have had Don take care of my service with Vector Security for several years. I always request that he be the Vector representative who comes to help as he is a credit to your company. Don is always here when he says he will be here. He always rings ahead to confirm.
