From the first time we called Vector they have been nothing but professional and courteous. They are quick to respond to any questions we have and have been pleasant when we have mistakenly set the alarm off in the middle of the night. I would highly recommend their service.

I have been a customer of Vector for over 18 years. I have always been very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy as a company. I have never had 1 issue with this company. Aaron has been a true professional and was great at explaining what he did and what else the company has to offer.

I chose Vector based on the response time from the monitoring station. I originally had ADT and they were never helpful. We’ve stayed with vector because of the prompt service and how helpful the office staff/responsiveness. Our interactions with the staff have been very good! If not, I would switch service.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Jason today. He was so professional and his attention to detail was excellent. He walked us through what could be done and potential risks so we could make an informed decision. We truly appreciate all of his help on this job!!

We already have Vector for our alarm system needs. We chose to upgrade our old analog camera system to Vector’s wifi digital cameras. The technician arrived early and ready to work. Nick and Joey was very knowledgeable. And informative regarding the camera setup and wifi coverage. I was impressed with the clarity and. How crisp the cameras are. And pleased with the coverage. Again. I am happy once again with my Vector services.

My service technician was Jeff. He was very friendly, professional and competent. The problem with my system was not readily detectable, but he was determined to find the issue and repair it. He did a great job. I was very pleased.

I have been a Vector customer since they were ASP Security. So I was already familiar with the company and the services. All of my contacts during this update process were great to work with. Torrence was a very great tech. He arrived at my home on time within his appointment time, he explained upgrades and new products that vector security has to offer for my home security. I’m the maintenance supervisor of a company who manages many buildings, and Vector is our company for all of them. Today’s call was at our warehouse which would cover more than 3 football fields, I placed the order on March 7th, requested nick and was told he was out for medical reasons. I said I’ll gladly wait for his return. Which I’m glad I did, because we had another tech at another building and the issue wasn’t resolved.

My system was to get inspected today. This was my first time for anything. The tech change batteries to all device and check each sensor. He was pretty nice and pleasant and thorough. I would recommend this service to anyone without a alarm system.

I chose Vector because of the deal that was offered to me at the proposal. Others had similar offers but were charging more for parts and services. As an end result I’ve continued my service with Vector. Over the course of my contract I’ve purchased many added features. I use them all regularly and love the fact they are all accessible from my cellphone. I’ve have no complaints with the staff. They’ve all been professional and polite.

My experience with my service tech Torrence ** was a very great experience. I would recommend this tech to any of our Vector family customers. This young man is very helpful he took the time to show me how to operate my new equipment and also took the time to help me demo the app that I would be using for my security system. We moved into our home 20 years ago and inherited the alarm system when we bought the house. We were satisfied with the service so decided to keep Vector. The operators are always friendly and service people responsive and efficient.

I had a tech come by last week to examine the issue. The job had to be reschedule because it required a second tech. The reschedule was made promptly and today the job was completed. This did not take any time and the techs provided instructions for next time.

Vector Security is a very reasonable Security system company. Prices are not over the top and all workers are helpful. We had to get some of our sensors fixed and AJ was very helpful and made sure all sensors were working.

I have been a customer for about two years now. I have been pleased with the customer service that I have experienced so far. I really like the interactive services that Vector Security offers through the security app. The service tech changed all the batteries in my sensors and the door lock as well. He sent a communication test signal and confirmed that it went through.

Jason was an outstanding service technician. Very professional and explained the entire process for the service call and informed me that our fire alarms needed to be updated which was very helpful. This was very great from Vector today’s service. Technician waited for me polity as I was running a tad bit late. The tech was very quick with the service and help resolve the issue pretty quickly. I would recommend this service.

Vector security came in with the place I live. Had a tech out last week who left and issue wasn’t resolved. After tiring phone calls I reached Amanda who was absolutely amazing. When she said she’d call me back I thought “yea right” but she actually did and insisted the tech coming out would resolve the issue since I was leaving town. Nick showed up, apologized for the system still not working and determined fairly quickly that he believed the radio was bad. He didn’t have one on his truck, and I thought "great another appointment". Nick said he was going to the office get one and was coming back to resolve it. Sure enough he did! Fixed in matter of minutes, also adjusted some other settings and explained everything! It’s nice knowing someone cares enough to drive 30 min each way instead of going home just to ensure my safety was assured.

Your tech did a great job, he called before he came so I was expecting him. Was good with my dogs. Explained what he was going to do. Changed the battery in one sensor and checked all of the others, and explained how I might get an upgrade to my system. I was satisfied with the job he did and thought he did an excellent job.

The staff very knowledgable and easy to work with. I am very satisfied with product and service. I had issue with the system they fix the problem quickly. I am have to have this company for my protection. Originally the old system was Vector also but I moved into the house about a year ago and decided to upgrade the system to new.

It's been a while until I decided to get one. Cita and Wendy are very persuasive, caring, helpful for my cafe business. When the technician Chuck came I was amazed that he was very fast in installing the alarm and the camera I got in my cafe. He help me set up my app.

We have always been very pleased with the work, timely manner of service and helpful and friendly service when service has been done. Rich has been here before so very helpful and listens to our concerns and get the job done right!

Torrence was very proficient and professional. He educated us on the new water bug and ensured we understood how it operated. He took the time to explain what he was going to do during his visit. He even double checked to see if he had the water bug in his vehicle so a second trip didn't need to be performed. Overall, Torrence did a fantastic job and solved our problem.

I have had Vector Security for 3 years and will be cancelling at the end of the contract year this year. On two occasions I have had one of the tamper buttons malfunction which requires a technician to come out to the house. The malfunction causes the main panel located in the bedroom to every five minutes beep. Vector technicians cannot override this, the best they can do is to show you have to stop it for 4 hours, which means you will be awakened in the middle of the night by the beeping and have to do the manual override again.

Evan was the installer. He did a great job with that and then the orientation. This job was slightly complicated by the removal of an antiquated system. All went quite well. I am pleased that we chose Vector, I feel very comfortable with the system.

We have had Vector security at multiple locations for residential and commercial. We just built our new home and wanted to add a security system and cameras. Devin and Ethan were my technicians and they were on time, neat, curtious and professional. I’m happy with my cameras and security.

Had a service call today and the technician was very nice and courteous. He let me know before the alarm would make any sounds so it didn’t bother my 2 small dogs. Shut off the lights and closed the doors after he finished in each area, the little things make the biggest impact sometimes.

Today Torrence came to our house on a service call to check a faulty sensor. Torrence arrived to the minute of when he said he would arrive. He was exceptionally professional; he explained all the steps to check and repair the sensor. The sensor was fixed in short order. After finishing, he explained new Vector products and provided anecdotal information how they were beneficial to other Vector customers. Overall, this was an exceptional service cal, Torrence has the technical skills for repairs, and his customer relationship skills are superb. Vector is lucky to have such an outstanding service tech on the team; I also believe he would be an excellent mentor for new techs joining the company.

Your representative, Agata **, provided me with excellent service and is a credit to your organization. My request for a certificate was handled promptly, efficiently and with a great attitude. Too often service representatives simply go through the motions, Agata was cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable.

I have tried to cancel by phone and been given a hard time. I signed no paperwork and was told by the salesman Eric there was no contract. He forged my signature and left me with no paperwork!! Cancel immediately or I will take other measures to get this resolved. Ellen

We chose Vector Security due to its reputation. We Came across the company in our professional life as insurance agents and brokers. Our dealings with your staff have been excellent. Rich is very Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff we speak to on the telephone is great as well.

Time was of the essence for me to have the updated certificate in hand. It was very much appreciated. Annual CO detector inspection, which gives me a great feeling knowing Vector comes out once a year to check my detectors for operation and even replaces them once they’re 5 years old. The tech came out, inspected them and informed me the year they’d be replaced, even informed me I had one in the basement which I wasn’t sure we did.

Already using Vector when I started. Scheduling is a challenge. Workers are great. Need to come out when scheduled. Better customer service when making appointments. The workers who come out to my 28 houses have been great, very helpful and knowledgeable.

When I moved into my home, Vector Security was already installed, so I continued to use this company. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. The control center has been very attentive and easy to work with. I find the system easy to use and have been very happy with the service.

The technician was very friendly and courteous throughout the process. I received a call about an hour before the expected arrival window to let me know that he was on his way, and he arrived when expected. He gave some great information that I hadn't received previously about the age of the system and the service plan, which was helpful.

Need more initial set up support to get the locations up and running. Too many false alarms and manager codes not working leaving the teams a little frustrated. Would be ideal for a customer service rep to follow through with the main point of contact quickly post install to ensure the set up is accurate and the right individuals are on the call list etc.

We were looking to replace our existing security system. After putting something out on FaceBook looking for recs, a friend recommended Vector Securities. Nicholas has been outstanding from before we even met. Very helpful, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and Nicholas to a friend.

Great experience today. The tech came a little later than expected but finish the job within minutes. He showed me how to remove the smoke detector and place it back on the base. He even spoke about addition service I did not know they had.

The office was little difficult stating Vector was no responsible for servicing, Recently had problems with communications with the Central Station, I suggest to get better training for a better customer service. They told me some misinformation about my system and the appointment setting, once I got the appointment set, service was excellent And the technician came out ordered parts, repaired the system and seems to be working good.

Yeah Vector is a very good company, was with security associate before they switched it to Vector and have not had any major complain. The gentleman that came today did a fantastic job and taught me how to use alarm.com and also let me know about a service agreement, and I like it.

Shady Company!!! My husband & I first signed up with Vector in April of 2011 with our first home. We signed a 5 year contract. We then moved July of 2015. Almost 4 years. They told me I had 2 years left with company & had to sign an additional year to move my equipment or buy out my contract. So we signed the additional year. Fast forward to today March 2019 (over 3 years) attempted to cancel again. They now say that each year you AUTO renew your contract. They advised I would have to buy out my contract or pay until July. Please save your self dealing with a shady company & go with someone else!!!

We had been having continuous issues with our alarm system, technicians have been out several times and had not taken care of the problems. Jose was able to listen to all of our concerns and figured out the solution. He replaced our bad contacts and explained how our motion worked.

I have Vector system at my business. Talked with sales rep and placed an order for alarm system for my home. Technician came out to upgrade my alarm. He was professional, friendly, and knew Vector products very well. He educated me thoroughly on how the doorbell. And indoor cameras work. And how the app and alarm system works as well. Overall, I am pleased with the system at my home. I would gladly recommend Vector to anyone that I know is interested in a security or camera system.

I’ve been a customer since 1998, 21 years. I’m a former law enforcement officer and after colleagues and I researched local security companies, Vector had the highest rating. All of my colleagues and myself chose Vector as our security provider. All of my interactions with the staff have been wonderful. The staff is very understanding and knowledgeable.

Not too happy with the wireless systems. Doesn't seem to be as reliable as a hard wired one. Pleased with the customer services. I have been a Vector Security customer for about 24 years. Overall I am pleased with the company. Just not with the wireless systems.

Had a Vector System that had quit working. We’re out of state so needed to have system fixed ASAP. Feel so comfortable with Jay we asked for him to come fix it though no one else was home. Trust him explicitly!

Awesome experience. I never really had to use this service before but I’m glad I have it. The tech inspected my system and check for any issues. Without this service plan I had this might have been very costly. Vector is a security company that I would recommend to anyone.

The install was a breeze, The tech went over all the features and showed me and my wife how the system works. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. Gave us tips on where to install equipment so it would be more beneficial.

I found out about Vector Security through a neighbor of mine who was very please with the installation so I met with a vector sales person who came out to my house and reviewed the different types of alarm systems that they offered. Valencia palms community requires that I use Vector. I have never used it but the installer was very efficient and pleasant. I would recommend him for future installs. The time it took to come out was very short and the installer handled everything very well.

Technician came out and was polite and prompt. He gave me an Hour and a half warning. Was super knowledgeable about my system and the company as a whole. Added 2 window sensors, smoke detector and helped me with my automation.

Better service and customer support than ADT. Updated to a new user friendly system. Great sales and technical team. I had previously had ADT for security and when I asked to relocate the panel they stated it would be a $150 service call. At that point I opted to look at other service providers.

I needed to get a security system installed as quickly as possible. I called my Lufkin location, Ms. Jennifer came out that day and after I signed the agreement, the office called and put me on the schedule that same day. I love this system. Very easy to operate and now my business is secure. Thank you very much.

Vector brought Security Assoc and I continued with Vector as a result. We have all our windows and doors done as well as a motion sensor, camera, and glass break sensor. We had the batteries changed in Dec 2018. We had a problem with the alarm 2/1/2019 and the Central Monitoring station did not have our correct telephone # and sent the State Police. Unfortunately this happened on a Friday night and Central Monitoring insisted they could not correct the number, I needed to call Vector customer care. I am very happy with Customer Care’s Andrew was very helpful and today Tim came and switched us over to Vector Security’s monitoring station. Tim is always very thorough and very good at explaining what he’s done.

Tech was very professional and arrived on time/early but with ample time to be at my home. He went over all of the system and found a glass break that I didn’t even know existed. He replaced my bad glass break as it keeped giving us problems, he also replaced the batteries on my other devices since they had been installed a long time ago.

We chose Vector Security based on reviews and based on today, our experience was extremely well. We are excited about our new Security system and are looking forward to having this for a long time. Josh explained everything and made sure I understood everything before he left. He was nice, presentable, and extremely helpful.

My sister's house was broken into and we looked into a security system and chose Vector. We have been very happy. When my husband goes out of town, I feel very secure with the alarm activated. I also have the water sump pump detector and I feel very confident my basement will not flood again.

We recently decided to upgrade our system and Devin and Ethan were our technicians, they were right on time! They showed us how to use our new system. They very nice young gentlemen and it was an excellent service.

Philip ** was an excellent installer. I'm a senior citizen and he was very patient with me. He explained the system to me. He showed his Vector ID card and I appreciate that. He cleaned up everything. Thank you for sending Philip.

Vector Security is great. I was having a problem with my 2GIG panel, when the tech got here, he was able to remove the old one and install a new one for me! Anthony got it working in less than an hour. No more noise coming from the speaker, and now I can use my alarm again!

The company I originally signed up with was bought by Vector. Recently when I had to call Vector to service my system I was a little disappointed. It took longer than I expected for someone to answer the phone. Overall I am happy with Vector's Service.

I just want to say thank you for always being great, anytime I call I always get fast results and top notch service, Dyan is always cheerful and very helpful! Learned about Vector Security from salespeople walking through the neighborhood and the lady next door had an demonstration by them and sent him over to me. We didn’t have a alarm here and had considered getting one anyway so we signed up. The alarm has been great. No issues except for low battery once in a while. Now for other issue we have never had to pay any additional fees as it was all included in the monthly bill. Now all of a sudden there is a $25 trip fee when the service tech makes a visit and this is unacceptable.

Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. He called in advance and was able to arrange his schedule at the time most convenient for us. He fully explained what he was doing so that we understood what was involved. We would be happy if Bill is the Vector service person for future calls.

I’ve been a customer for a long time and got the alarm.com cameras installed about a year or so ago. We’ve had a problem with the back porch camera, and made an appointment to have someone come take a look. Anthony checked it out and had it back up and working in no time. He even told us about the new security system that hooks to the internet. That is something I will be checking into.

The technician Dave ** was on the early side of his appointment. No one was here when he arrived. He called me, I disarmed the panel remotely, and told him the door was open he can go inside. By the time I arrived he already changed out the sensor and was ready to test. It was a very pleasant experience.

We love our Vector System and all the security and peace of mind it gives us. You could not ask for better people and service than Vector offers. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The only way to go for security.

I was delighted when I opened the door and saw that it was Steve. He has been out several times and is always very courteous. Steve takes the time to ask what the problem is and is very patient. This was a security camera installation. Devin and Ethan were here all day. They were pleasant, polite, clean and hard working. They tolerated our dogs very well. They apologized when they had to interrupt me to ask me questions. The install was a resounding success. One camera took some effort as it was placed very high to see the whole front yard. The salesman did not tell us they could do that! The explanation was very thorough and I know they were tired by then. They took their time with it although they were here all day.

A friend suggested Vector Security and so Devin ** came out to help us determine what products would work best for our new home and he was extremely helpful in helping us decide on what exactly we needed. The alarm was saying it was off signal and after calling tech support they send out. I was disappointed that it took almost a week for someone to come. When the tech came he was able to fix the problem fast and very porfessional and friendly. He was great!

Originally chose Vector Security because we had a wired-in service which was installed by the builder who built the house 25 years ago. Vector made it easy to convert that system to their format and provide all services that we needed, including additional heat and fire detection. As we have replaced windows and doors in our house we have had to disable some of the wired in portions of our security system. They have made it easy to replace those with wireless sensors. Vectors telephone schedulers and service people have always been an exceptional in all respects.

Torrence called on his way to the house. He arrived on time and was very friendly and polite. Torrence is very knowledgeable about his job. He tested every window, and door to make sure they were working properly. He troubleshooted and fixed our camera upstairs and replaced our smoke detector that was not working. All around great customer service experience. Highly recommend.

Alarm system not communicating. Doorbell camera not working. Called customer service and the representative was rude. She was indicating that I will be charged. I shared with her that I need someone to come and check my camera and not what could it could not be. Service technician Nick came out and took care of the problem. He indicated that the camera was not communicating and fixed the problem. Great service from him. Very professional and understanding.

We were currently using an outdated security system that had no video or camera coverage. It only had door sensors. We had continual faulty alarms and the story was getting old. The doctor ran into a sales rep for Vector who was showing him up to date live video coverage of the office which really impressed him. Due to our current security system’s lack of trying to update our security, combined with the information given by the sales rep sealed the deal and our security is now live and up to date.

I had Vector for many years. My alarm panel stop communicating. Called Vector and he sent Nick. Nick was awesome!
