Had some issues with the previous security provider. A neighbor had Vector alarm in their house and told me to try their services and see how they would for my home business. As observed it's been so far so good. Just have issues with batteries going low every now and then. That's been it for a few years now.

I just move to my new home and contracted Vector Security to install my system. On 8/13/18, Peter ** was sent to my house to install my system. He was very professional, and completed the installation on a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Vector Security to my friends and family who might need an alarm system.

Greg did a fabulous job hooking us back up. We moved from the area, now moved back to the same location and added on more features to our system and can't wait to get it installed, up and running. Very professional and personable and we've been with Vector for quite some time now, and people like Greg are the reason we choose to stay. Thank you Vector Security!

Had one already. Needed new smoke detectors and we wanted to be able to have system monitored but old system wasn’t able to be connected. So we went for the new system at this time. We needed a new backup battery and just decided to go with the newer system.

We have had Vector Security for a while now and we’ve had great service and great techs at our place. We called to have a tech come out to service our motion and Vector came back very quickly. The technician did a nice job remounting the transmitter to my new molding. His attention to detail with uneven surfaces to conform around looked very nice when completed. He did a great job. Very happy with Vector Security. Will continue to recommend them.

I chose Vector as my mother has vector in her businesses and home. They have a very good reputation around the beach area and they surpassed my expectations when they came out to install at my home. The installer Jon was very friendly and thorough. He walked me through the install before he started and explained all locations and why devices will work best there. I felt very safe and secure once the install was finished and I was shown how to use the very simple keypad. Thank you Jon and vector. I will recommend everyone to you!

The salesman that stopped by was nice and offered a very good deal on the alarm. Service appeared to be honest with the demonstration and I needed security in the house since there wasn't anything except the dogs which are small breeds.

I was in the market for a security system and camera system for my new retail shop. After calling around to different security companies And getting told someone will contact me and never hearing from anyone I finally reached out to Vector. They sent their saleslady out right away. She explained my options and had me a price for all of them on the spot. The technician who came to do the work was friendly and polite. He asked me exactly where I needed the devices and panel to go before he even brought in the equipment. I felt confident enough to leave it at his discretion. When all was complete he explained how to use my system in detail. It was evident that he knew the ins and outs of the equipment he installed. I'm very pleased with the service I received from all that were involved.

Prior to Vector I was with the company they acquired. Knowing that the same technicians would still be servicing my account I stayed with Vector because I trust the technicians and know they will always handle my security needs promptly and efficiently. They answer any questions I may have with knowledge and professionalism. I just recently ask the technician to have the salesperson come out and give me a quote for a camera system. I'm looking forward to many more years of Vector handling my security needs.

I would have insisted installation on a weekday to avoid having my technician work on Saturday. Just in my installation experience alone I would and will recommend Vector for all security needs to family and friends. Thanks buddy for your time on such a nice day!!!

Vector was the Local Company in the area. I'm always satisfied when I see Don ** as my Technician, he's always very Friendly and Professional. Have had some issues when calling in for service being on hold too long. I also got surprised with the trip charge. But when the Technician comes I'm pleased. Would recommend to my friends.

I am a long time Vector customer. I chose this company because I have always received excellent service. Today the young man who came to my house was outstanding. He was professional, talented, and polite. This is the reason that I continue to business with Vector.

Steven ** was here to fix siren issue and also label all our sensors. He fixed the issues we had with our alarm system. He is very knowledgeable. He is also very professional and courteous. I really appreciate his attention to details. He made sure all reported issues were fixed. Thank you, Steve. Currently we do not have other issues. I see some alerts on the mobile phone that are not clearing up in a timely manner. Will follow up on my own and call back if needed.

By far the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life. No one ever answers the phone and then when someone does all I get is transferred to someone else. Today I spent over one hour and was transferred eight times, once even back to the first person I reached. Only Carey ** was able to address my issue---a simple credit for an improper billing. I have cancelled my service out of frustration. Someone in corporate should listen to the recording on your phone concerning the "personal service" by Vector.

Vector has a great reputation of friendly and professional employees, and providing great service. Nick was very patient with the training procedure for those who are no familiar with security systems. Made a lot of notes about usage for when he isn’t here and gave us his direct phone number.

Service call with Vector Security was great. A tech came the same day I called. Devin was very professional and everything went well. He replaced the batteries in my smoke detector and he also replaced my door sensor batteries that went to my garage to outside door.

Great experience. Allen came right on time and very competently assessed and fixed all my issues. He answered my questions and made what I feared was going to be an ordeal into an easy experience. I will definitely stay with Vector based on the great customer service.

Since the installation a few years ago I have been very happy with both the system and the service. I have had minor issues and when I did, they were taken care of accordingly and in a timely matter. Very happy with the company.

Vector is the company that the agency I work for uses. The technician who did the work was exceptional. He was very good at explaining everything to us and made sure we understood. He was very polite and knowledgeable, he walked me through my house to show me locations of the sensors and answered all my questions. He was very clean and had a great personality. Check on signal from home alarm to system. Analyzed the problem, checked the zones in all the areas of the house. Called the base to set up test and verified the connections were good. Rep was courteous and well versed in the system.

Ray was a great technician for us today. He was kind, informative and professional. He also called us to let us know he was on his way. He fixed my key fob and figured out why our system was going off randomly and fix the issue.

I just recently moved into a new house and a security system was already here from the old owner so I went ahead and took over. This is my first security system and Vector has been awesome so far. Vector Serviceman Jerry came to replace a faulty key fob for us. Jerry gave us excellent customer service. He was very efficient and friendly. He called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. He programmed the key fob in a short amount of time. We really appreciate his assistance with this!!

My technician Ray, did an outstanding job at getting our doorbell camera up and running again. He also showed me how to use my app on my phone to set certain functions on it. He was polite, professional and finished the job in a timely manner.

I have had Vector for almost 9 years and they have always been very reliable with monitoring and service. My experience with Vector is far superior to that of my neighbors who use a different service. I would recommend Vector without hesitation.

Twenty five plus years ago! Don't remember how I heard about Vector! We are pleased with the service Vector provides and will recommend Vector to our friends and clients. We are interested in upgrading our system in the future. Bill has talked to us about upgrading but at this time we need to wait.

We sold our home in 2017; however, we continued to receive notifications to renew our permit or we could be fined $250 by the Sheriff’s department. After contacting the sheriff’s department on multiple occasions, the issue still wasn’t resolved. Thanks to Brenisha for helping out with this issue.

The house was built in 1995 and we bought the house in 2000 and Vector was already in the house and we decided to continue on with the existing service. I have had excellent interactions with everyone that has come out to work on the system. We have been very satisfied with the service and recently upgraded our outdated system.

Trouble lamp indicted no phone line connection. Tech arrived on site around 3:30 pm, tested and found phone line in working order. Tested system then contacted DSC tech support for further instructions. After a second phone call to DSC the tech was able to find a solution and the problem was resolved. Tech did a great job in pursuing a solution even when the DSC tech was not correctly answering questions.

Had the Alarm System a while now and after a recent fall I realized I needed to have a Medical Panic, which the Salesman came and took care of very quickly for me. Then I lost Phone Service so we had a Cellular unit put in. Very pleased with the install and glad Vector was able to solve this issue.

Really like Vector Security. Good equipment at a good deal. We really like the 2 GiG system where you can control everything from your phone. We have cameras that we can view as well. Wanted to add a Doorbell but wasn't able to, so we got a second camera to watch outside with thanks to the knowledgeable Technician.

Great experience so far! Customer service was good and no salesy gimmicks. Installation was seamless. I like the equipment - it's easy to use and meets all our needs. We have had Vector Security for a long time. Always gotten good service from the service people when they have visited our home. Our most recent service call, the Technician upgraded our system and he will be returning to add a cellular unit to it so I can control the alarm system from my phone and also stop the regular phone service.

We've had them for many years and have been very happy with the service and field agents overall. I would recommend Vector to friends and family. Whenever we call for a concern or problem, someone responds pretty quickly. My parents have tried different companies in the past and have not had the same satisfaction as with Vector.

The technician Cody that came out was very pleasant and arrived on time. He went over the installation of the system before starting and informed me of his progress as the day went on. He informed me that the Camera would not be able to be installed on the first day of installation due to the weather and would return to finish. Returning on today he once again went over what he was going to do and got it done in a timely fashion

We asked Vector to come and help us adjust the volume on our alarm system. The serviceman was very helpful and showed us how the system operated. We feel that we will now be able to make adjustments without assistance.

I've been with Vector Security for 14 years. Uninterrupted service. I've had many interactions with service personnel and customer service representatives and for the most part, the interactions were pretty good. On occasion we didn't come to a complete agreement, but I am still satisfied with Vector Security.

One door detector replaced. All systems inspected. Excellent service. Tim even found a missing repeater! Could not be more satisfied.

I’ve had the Vector system since 2015. I had one issue about a year ago where my main panel was having an internal problem and the service tech came out and replaced the panel and all had been well since. I added a smoke detector and a medical button for a little extra protection. Would recommend Vector.

I was a long time customer with ADT and they continuously raised pricing. I found Vector who had very competitive rates, actually $10.00 to $15.00 cheaper than ADT. So, I’ve been a Vector customer since 2010 with very minimal increase in monthly cost.

We hear about Vector from a salesperson. I have a camera on the front door pointing towards the boat and corvette. I use the alarm when I’m here by myself and when we leave the house. We have the camera program so it will start recording when the security system goes off.

Vector Security came to my home on Tues. the seventh to install a new key fob to my system. Todd arrived at 12:30 to do the work and also worked on my basement motion due to it going off in the middle of the night. He looked it over and cleaned it up as the boss had recommended.

Vector Security was my home security monitoring company at my previous house. Jeremy, the installation technician, was very professional, very knowledgeable on security systems and explained every step of the installation. I was very confident the job was done correctly with Jeremy. Vector security customer service has been excellent. I always get a live person and they have always been able to answer my questions the first time.

The ratings and research on companies in the area. The fees seemed reasonable compared to other companies. Like that you can operate things from your phone. Also that you replace the batteries and follow up if there are any issues.

When we moved to the neighborhood, I had a few neighbors using Night Watch so we joined in since 2000. After a few years we got switched over to Vector with updated equipments. We have been happy with their services because they always will call even our cell phones when there is problem with the system. They will leave a message if no one answers until they get a response. They will link you up with customer service if you need help to replace your batteries especially if you bought the service plan.

I was recommended to Vector Security by a relative. I have been extremely satisfied with the alarm system and the service. The representatives at the central station were very friendly and helpful when I was having troubles with my smoke detector. I would recommend Vector Security to anyone.

Tech came out the first time to install an exterior camera and came back the second time to install a doorbell camera and when he was here he went ahead and added a satin nickel deadbolt lock. Was very nice and got the job done that he was supposed to do. Thank You Josh!

You'd think that when you install security hardware into your home, it's yours. With Vector, it is ALWAYS Vector's. We have tried to get the installer code so we can price out other vendors and were denied multiple times. This means that even though the company was paid for the system itself and ongoing costs for years, they won't hand over the keys to the system in our house. Now we can't comparison shop based on monthly rates, as of course new companies open up and everyone's rates change over time. If we want to use any other provider, we now need to pay to install a new system all over again! Go with a company that has enough confidence in its ongoing service and rates to give you the installer code to the system instead. It's an investment in your future security and bank account.

AJ has been an excellent service technician. He is punctual, polite, efficient and effective. Vector Security has met our expectations. We receive calls when there is a breach and we have been able to reach the office when necessary. We would recommend Vector to anyone who needs a security system.

Garage panel not working again 2nd repair. He explained upgrade inform, without any pressure. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The fire alarm call Center answered our questions and were also very polite. Steven ** was our service technician and we ended up upgrading our system.

Everything was great! The install was fast and efficient. The installer was very friendly. We love working with Vector Security! He explained all of our options with alarms and notifications and was very helpful. We love the features of the lamp and doorbell notifications.

Vector was the Alarm company monitoring St. Joachim Church, a parish that merged with Holy Innocents in July of 2013. The Pastor was pleased with the service received from Vector and so we decided to stay with Vector as well. I called the office to find out how we can change a person's name from our existing call list. Angie was very professional and courteous in helping us update our call list.

The best service out there. We had a beep in the house and the technician came out and went above and beyond. Vector came out checked all of my sensors and changed the batteries that needed it and help me to feel safe knowing that my security is always working at 100%.

The neighbor had a kid break in to their house and soon after a Vector salesman came to the neighborhood and went from door to door trying to get new customers. Happy with the alarm. Just having some glitches here and there.

Technician came out two times because the first time was to install a outside camera on the back of the house and the second time was to install the doorbell camera and a wifi extender. We enjoy the doorbell camera and have it on both my wife and I's phone. Thank You!!!

Service call for spring cleaning $75 special - Needed new battery for three smoke detectors. Happy to have heat detector and window/door sensors checked too as part of the spring special. Technician, Scott knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Did a very good job, called ahead and came within the window time quoted.

I required a copy of the security alarm certificate for our home insurance company and I spoke to your Jackie **. She was very polite and helpful, and emailed the certificate right away. She is a definite asset to your company.

This company by far is the worst alarm system ever. PLEASE DO NOT USE VECTOR SECURITY!! THEY ARE A FRAUD!! I have been calling for months for someone in billing to contact me in regards to charging me for a doorbell camera that has never worked except the first week of installation. Then when I finally got a tech to come out to see what was going with the camera he cut my original doorbell wires with no update to when the camera will be in.

There were some issues but, he worked through them troubleshooting on the phone with multiple companies to get the issues resolved. I have had the SkyBell since 11/2017 with nothing but replacement of the doorbell and minimum of 6 service calls since the bell doesn't record or notify when people enter my house. I've called 1000 Times to complain or have it rebooted. Service people just reboot the bell and leave. It still doesn't record. Was never told I have 1000 free clips. The patio camera is about useless since the birds and fan move most of the time. I was given 11,000 free clips after a recent call with the Manager. Doorbell still isn't right. I've asked for a cancellation so will see what response I get.

Steven start a new alarm system for me. He show me how to use the features and I've been using my features now. He also made several suggestions about other devices. He return later and added some remote controlled keychains. I recommend Vector Security.

Was having trouble with the system knocking out my landline. So decided to go with wireless system. My key fob also was broke. Jeff took it to be replaced. So please return my key fob. Jeff was very good tech. He help get everything set-up.

I left a message at 8:18 AM today for service. No one called me back. I called back at 8:00 PM and was told the first service visit I can get is August 9th! No call back. No service. Will I get a credit on my bill?

We have been a customer for a long time. Always very happy with service and technicians. We were having trouble with front door contact, Tommy figured out problem right away, faulty contact and fixed right away. Great service! Also added a siren to system.

Vector was referred by our home builder. We originally wanted the monitoring service only but after speaking with the sales rep we decided to add the cameras, door lock, and doorbell camera. The service has been great, the installation easy, and being able to use one app for everything is convenient.

The service guy was on time. The service guy check the security panel. Not good news. The panel needs replace but it's already rescheduled to be replaced to get us back up and running. This was caused by an electrical surge during a bad thunderstorm.

Dave was great. Despite the temperatures he went up in our attic trying to trace the problem that cause a fire alarm on our backup account only. Due to his persistence he found the cause for the signal and had to replace the backup board due to bad connection.

I had a service call today. The Tech was fine but that he didn't come with necessary parts was a complete waste of my time and his! He drove his personal vehicle. Had nothing to indicate once he was in my yard that he had anything to do with Vector. Scared my daughter to death!!! Just wondering had he been driving a service truck if he would've had the necessary repair part? Nothing was accomplished on that trip. So I have to turn around and do it again. While my house remains unprotected. Poor Service. Just got a flyer in the mail from ADT for $10 a month cheaper. I will definitely look into it.

Jeff was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He blew out all the smoke alarms, checked all the door alarms and window alarms for me and installed three glass break alarm is in the basement. The only negative was I found the glass alarms to be rather expensive even though they were half off.

I was very pleased with the work performed by George! He was a very nice and funny guy. The installation was easy and painless for me. He arrived on time and was extremely neat. He answered all my questions and explained to me how to use my new system. He also helped me install the app and was very detail oriented. The only thing that he could not install was my second deadbolt for my kitchen door because the hole was too small. I hope Vector sends him back out to install it when I have it drilled out bigger. Actually had never heard of Vector Security until a neighbor had suggested we try vector. Our first alarm system was all hardwired back in 1992 and it worked fine up until we discontinued the phone service sometime mid year 2005 and it couldn't call out so then we called another alarm company and they installed a cell box and that worked up until around 2015 and that's when the neighbor suggested vector because he had used them. Vector company is a good company. They just need to work on quicker turn around times for getting the service techs scheduled to come out at least less than a week.

Chose system because it was already in the home. Heard it was a great system and love all the features. Gary was on time and very professional and has the system set up working very well. Excellent service and very knowledgeable on the system and very knowledgeable on the technical details of the system and what customers truly need.

The alarm work like it should. Use it when we leave the house. The same guy that worked for our old alarm supplier job a job a with Powerhome alarm and we switched over to them not sure on how Vector ended up working on the alarm. The vector tech was a nice guy and seemed to know his job pretty well.

Vector has been our household Security unity provider for over 10 years. Recently, we did an upgrade that modernized our system. Astonishingly poor service at all levels. From interaction with sales rep to customer support in DC to local installation person, all were extremely unprofessional and did not seem remotely interested in our business. Installation guy came with wrong equipment; said I had a problem because of lack of wiring. Many other instances but not worth my time to elaborate.

I chose Vector because it is provided through my HOA, but after talking with Jimmy, It turned out that I would be able to get a lot more out of my alarm system by going with cellular monitoring as opposed to paying for a phone line and doing the standard monitoring. The value is great and I even upgraded keypads. Casey was very professional and gave me a tour of the new keypads and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He answered any questions I had.
