Used Vector for over 20 years. DsC sensors failed within one year. Vector replaced all sensors. Techs were helpful and replaced them on time. Satisfied with the attention to determine the failures and replace to improve the reliability of the system.

Vector seems to be the most seen security company in this area. The technicians are very curious and well trained on all the products the company sells. Now I know why. I am very satisfied with the product and all the backup support.

I have been a customer of Vector for over 22 years. There have many times I have thought to replace with newer carrier... but.. have always found them professional, reliable... The same as when I originally started with the company. I love it that they do not appear to outsource the jobs. I get servicemen that I can speak to clearly and I also understand them. They are the same today as 22 years ago.. I like that.

I have a service contrast and remain pleased. I am not pleased that I have to type 40 words to explain that I remain satisfied. I trust Tommy and Doug, enjoy their skill, temperament, dedication, professionalism and availability. My dog likes them too.

As always Ray was amazing at getting my service working properly. He came out the same day I called him to fix my door since we were leaving out of town this weekend. He was very polite and professional and I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism.

We have been with one of Vector Security’s predecessors since 1982. Over the years other companies have acquired the older systems. Vector Security eventually took over and we have been happy. Overall I rate them a 4 out of 5.

I called Vector to repair my alarm system. They were quick to come out. Bill called before he came to notify me of his arrival time. He was punctual, professional and well versed with my system. I was impressed with Bill and Vector has been a great alarm company to work with.

The technician Mr. ** was excellent. His patience during the process was definitely a model example. The install went well. I was a bit disappointed the door bell camera and my glass break was not going to be installed. That would be my downfall. I would rate the technicians customers service at 10. I would rate the sales representative at 10 however the unknown variable was extremely disappointing therefore I would rate capability and adaptability at 3 because not all my needed products was able to be installed and I am dissatisfied with that experience.

Today I had my alarm system upgraded. The technician on site did a excellent job. They ensured I understood everything before they left. I have been with Vector Security for many years always satisfied. The technician made great recommendations on how I can enhance my security to make us feel safe.

This was a visit for a issue I had last week but turns out everything is ok. The tech did additional service by checking sensors in the house, batteries and even provided additional services. All in all this was very much needed as it gave me peace of mind.

I chose Vector Security because they offered a very reasonable product for the price pool that I was looking into to satisfy my needs for a security needs. The service department is very timely in sending service to my family homes. I like that they wear shoe cover when servicing my alarm system.

Fire inspection. Kevin ** has been serving us for years. He has always been professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He has been able to guide us through varying issues including a lightning strike years ago. Thanks for keeping a great employee on your staff as that is what differentiates Vector from the other competing companies.

We chose Vector because when we moved in, they had been monitoring the alarm with the previous owner. We have since upgraded to the new wireless system, and we love it. Anthony came out today because we were having problems with the doorbell camera, he explained that the signal was weak, and added an extender to the WiFi. Everything is back working! It’s nice to have Vector on our side to help out keeping us in touch.

This was a repeat call on my security panel. It was the same issue that have finally been solved. The tech reassured me everything would be ok by calling the manufacturer of the security panel. They completed whatever necessary steps to get everything function properly.

Upgrade to DMP. Had long experience with Vector at other centers and have always preferred over other organizations. The crew today showed up on time, were careful to stay out of the way of our business and we appreciate that because a lot of contractors don’t worry about their surroundings And they were great. Ethan and Nick, John were professional, friendly and helpful.

The System Doesn't have any problems with it even before Vector came into the picture, but Vector has certainly been helpful and I feel that I have good service and for the quality of the service plan and happy with it. I've had the alarm since 1997 the whole time.

Josh did an outstanding job setting up the security cameras for my home. He was fast and professional. He explained how the systems operate so that I clearly understand the security cameras. In addition, the cameras work well with the current security system.

We purchased a new home and they gave us a good deal and service. I have been with Vector Security for 8 years. When the alarm goes off Vector Security calls quickly as well to to my cell phone. When making an appointment they always call before they come.

Vector Security was a recommendation from a friend. The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable about the product. Extremely professional. In my dealings with Vector Security I found them to be very pleasing. Their technician's highly qualified and friendly. Always neat and clean. I have been with Vector Security since 2006. The central station normally calls fairly quickly when something happens at the house.

Camera issues - Brad was very helpful and did his best to accomplish the goal at hand. The problem was in the other end so the end goal was not reached but we established the main issue and I can get that resolved.

There was a problem with some of the new equipment and it was resolved on a return visit by the installer. I've been a customer with Vector Security for eight years. Very satisfied with my experience from install to any service calls needed. All calls handled with the service department have been very professional and extremely pleased with the technician's promptness and professionalism with my concerns.

The service technician is always on time. The service technician is extremely knowledgeable about the security system in my home. The service technician has excellent interpersonal skills. The service technician is very patient and explains everything he does to my system when he is called upon to service my equipment. The service technician is efficient when he comes to my home. The service technician does his job well and in a short period of time.

Our panel could not connect to the network and would give network errors at all times, day and night. The phone app would not work as well. The technician replaced the module from a 3G to a 4G and the system has worked great with no errors since.

We did an Upgrade to the existing system in the house. New WiFi technology used. Steve installed the new system and trained us. Was on time and was diligent and thorough. Did a walk through and ensured that the old installation was removed. Had to improvise to ensure there were no Holes while replacing the old system.

Jason was very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable tech. He updated and replaced my system after I had new windows installed. Jason explained everything to me clearly. Vector is a great company. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family members.

The system was already installed in house when purchased in 1997. The monitoring service and maintenance service provided for over 22 years and has been effective and reliable. In that time period, we have had no major problems with equipment and service.

Simone set today, I normally change the batteries to door sensors but this door sensor was a little different. The tech came out and replace the batteries, he even showed me how I could do it myself. This did not take too long.

I phoned the office several times today because one of our residents reported a malfunction in the keypad at their residence. It was beeping and flashing, etc. and was inoperable. Shannon was such a delight with whom to speak. She immediately scheduled a service appointment, offered to speak with the resident to provide assistance in disabling the keypad and was such a pleasure each time I called. Truly, she deserves to be commended. We have had quite the opposite experience within the last week when calling for assistance with updating resident contact details, but whenever we are able to speak with Shannon, we are elated. She is CONSISTENTLY personable and an exemplar of quality customer service. Your company is better because of her.

I chose Vector security for this repair because I have a service contract with them. Chris arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He corrected it and reset the time and date. He was courteous and efficient - a pleasure to have in our home! The value was excellent; the repair took little time and the system works again!

Moving here from the west coast we have had security before. We thought we should have security. My coworker suggested Vector to me a few years ago. It has been. Pleasure dealing with this company. My friend had it. Someone broke into my house while I was at home. Didn’t want that to happen again. I live alone and was scared. I have sensors on all the doors and windows and can set it when I leave the house for a week or a day. They monitor from Jacksonville where their home office. I have a code to turn it off or on.

I have had Vector Security for approximately two years. Their customer service is second to none. Rich ** installed my security cameras two years ago and his expertise, knowledge, professionalism and pride in his work is phenomenal. On this visit he came to change the battery in my indoor motion detector. Rich arrived right on time to changed the battery and once he changed the battery Rich checked the rest of my security system making sure the system was working properly. Rich is one of the reasons Vector is so successful.

Malik was our installer for our new security system for our home. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process to install our system. He needed to trouble shoot some issues since we had some existing equipment from our previous security company. Excellent talent, glad we had him working our job. I have an older security system which Vector has been monitoring for years. Contacted them for an upgrade. Sales person came to the house and quoted me a price to upgrade with door bell, outside security camera, wireless system. Had trouble getting a quote emailed to me. Said he emailed it, never received it. Finally got it 1 week later. Given a installation date and time installer shows up 4 Hours early. I was told 12 pm and he shows up at 830?? Both my husband and I work. I took off half a day, starting at 12. Husband had to leave work early to meet installer. Then the installer proceeds to tell us that what was quoted to us was wrong and the upgrade could not be done the way it was quoted!! It will be considerably more to do the upgrade!!! Thanks but no thanks!!!!

This company is right on point. They have the best prices. Service is good and customer service excellent. I recommend them to new and first time homeowners. They offer military discount to me over twenty years ago. When no one else would.

System was installed yesterday and this is my first problem and I can’t find anybody to contact about it. The installer is gone, there is a VERY bright light on my porch doorbell blinking red then green over and over. WHY?? I can’t find a real person to talk to for an answer or correction. So far I’m VERY disappointed with your (no) service.

My in laws has the same service. They advised us to have the same. Today my interaction with Vector's staff was very professional. He was very nice, fixed the issue. And even fixed my door (hahaha). He came At a decent time as well. Not too late like other techs. My experience was very positive.

This was a great visit from the Vector technician. He notified me that he would be running late and he gave me a time frame of when he would be arriving. He only had to replace my keypad battery and ended up fixing another issue of ours.

I am overall happy with the experience. I have not had any real emergencies, only false alarms in the kitchen. And I was impressed with how swiftly Vector, police, or fire department responded. Is the monthly fee too high and contract length too long? Possibly? I will shop around soon. And beeping that happens when the batteries are low is too nerve-wracking. However, the technicians are always personable and nice. But I wish I could reset the system myself instead of waiting on a technician.

The was a fantastic job by any vector tech that I ever had. The tech notified me about the arrival and showed Id on site. We kick it off pretty good, I had a saltwater tank and he also had one done. We had something in common. He replace batteries to devices.

Del provided great service and reviewed all my issues satisfactorily. He repaired the main panel quickly, without having to replace it, and confirmed all the sensors were working. He also replace all the batteries in the smoke detectors using his own ladder.

We had Vector's service now for at least fifteen years. We have had no problems and are happy with the service. We appreciate the technician calling thirty minutes before arrival. This is a big help because it helps us to plan our day.

Not only did he do what he came here for but he also found some other troubles that we did not know about and fix all the troubles. The technician was very helpful and very professional. The service was not complete but the tech did everything he could to help. My equipment is very old so I do understand that it might not be able to get fix so the tech gave us information on the newer equipment.

Bob showed up to fix our system. He called when he was coming and was on time. He was able to get the access (Brivo) site working for us and now we can see when our residents come in. Over the years we have had equipment issues and other problems that have caused our system to “go offline“ for very short periods of time. This is because the technicians and especially Bob ** have always made it a priority to come to our home to fix whatever our problem was. Bob is also able to explain to my wife and I how to deal with the multi-function keypad which can be complicated.

Ethan ** was my technician, Showed up on time and was polite and very friendly. And didn’t walk in my house with his shoes. He put covers on and you don’t get that very often with workers in your home. I seriously appreciate him as a technician. He replaced my fathers panic button and was very impressed with how quickly it was fixed.

This was a very excellent service for me. The tech called while I was not home and waited for me to get there. This was my first time doing a system inspection and he made sure that I was well taken care of. Phenomenal service.

Their monitoring center is wonderful so I tend to believe they use a 3rd party for that, because if you ever call any local branch or corporate they all are very rude, inconsiderate and only care about how much you're going to spend each month with them. They rope you into a 3 year contract. Why tell you it's only 2 years and if you do not send them in writing 30 days before your contract ends you just got yourself another year.

AJ came and completed our service call. He was great, he changed the faulty sensor, all of the batteries and did a complete system check. He briefed us on all kinds of upgrades and we will definitely be checking them out in the future.

Jason came to our house yesterday to fix our smoke detector, and it turned out that we actually needed a new one so he replaced it for us. While he was here he also fixed our portable keypad which we have been having problems with. Everything is working great now.
