We have had Vector for our security company for many years, both at our Maryland home and our beach house. We have been very pleased with service. Sales was friendly, the install technician very pleasant and knowledgeable. Any concerns answered.

Peter ** was the technician that installed our alarm. He greeted us with a smile and was very personable throughout the installation process. He walked us through the set-up process, as well as explained and demonstrated using the keypad and setting up and using the remote access. I called him after he left the house with an additional request and he was gracious and responsive and wasn't annoyed even though it was almost 7pm. He also followed up with me after our call. Peter was great and I'll request him to do installs at my other properties.

The Representative you sent was amazing, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He offered to change batteries in all zones even though that was not what I called for. Extremely pleased with service provider. Will definitely continue my contract with Vector Security. Happy I was first stop on his list. Able to make it to work in timely fashion.

We had an issue with our gate control call box. The technician was excellent and professional. He fixed the problem, and also was able to get my authorization code for me for the burglar alarm system. Very happy with the work done.

Great installer! Super attitude and very professional in both attitude and action. This was a tough job as the original system was nearly 20 years old and it was put in in stages but your installer patiently made it all work! Vector is A-OK!

Sales rep came out and helped us get the upgrade going and adding 2 exterior cameras. Then Josh the installer came out and upgraded the existing alarm and installed the 2 outside cameras and recommended adding another 3rd camera in which we did and are satisfied.

I like Vector because they have been my security company for a long time and they have great customer service and great techs and they are very helpful. The company is very quick to respond to your inquiries. It’s a great company to do business.

I became new customer to Vector Security about six months ago and have been very impressed with there service over my last company. I accidentally knocked off a magnet and the technician was able not only assist over the phone but showed how to bypass in the future. Great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND VECTOR SECURITY.

Recommended 10 years by a friend. Service tech was very helpful and informative. Helped with lots of questions, did not make any mess and was quick with answers. Suggested adding a smoke detector which was helpful. Would recommend him to friends.

Many years ago, A contractor recommended Vector Security. We have been customers now for about thirty years. Our interactions with Vector's staff has been good. Whenever there has been an issue Vector calls with great response time. I would recommend Vector Security.

Great service, great everything! Josh is so professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Vector to my neighbors, family and friends. My Vector Security system prevented a break in a few days ago. I called with a question and the associate attempted to assist me over the phone, however the problem could not be resolved over the phone. A technician arrived within an hour to resolve the issue. He was professional and able to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

Vector Security gives us a feeling of security when we leave our home. We trust that everything will be secure when we return. The product is modern and up to date and truly meets our needs. We enjoy the product and feel that we get value for our money.

Had a representative come out to upgrade our old system to a newer system that is touch screen and replace the main battery and add in a hallway smoke. Also added the app to our 2 phones so we can control it wherever we are. We like the weather display and what the system can do for us now.

I currently have Vector through my HOA. I wanted to upgrade my system and link into my cell phone since I no longer have a land line. I found your serviceman knowledgeable of the system, answered any question I had and on time for the appointment.

I’ve had the security system at my vacation home with Vector security for probably about 10 years or so and I’ve been very well pleased with the system itself and with the responses I’ve always gotten from Vector Security when I need service.

I chose Vector security because it was already in the house I bought and I’ve heard very good things about them so it was very convenient for me. Devin was my install tech and he showed up on time and he was very fast. He switched my system from the old customer to my name. I feel a lot safer now that I have Vector.

I have been a Vector Security for over 15 years and I'm consistently happy with their products and service and today's visit was no exception. Vector's technician Don arrived right on schedule and was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Don took the time to explain the upgrades in detail and made sure everything was taken care of, including troubleshooting a few issues that he discovered during his visit. Overall I am happy with Vector and very pleased with the level of service that Don offered.

Vector is an old name in security and their service department is great, especially the service tech Tommy **. I had some problems but Tommy fixed them all in short order. That is about all I can say. Very pleased with service.

Todd my install tech did a great job. He was very knowledgeable on the security system and the Alarm.com interface. Todd cleaned up after himself which I was very happy with. Vector security as a whole is a great company to deal with. Their customer service and install team were great to deal with. I recommend Vector to anybody who is interested in a security system.

Existing system just upgrading. The installer was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable and patient to teach us how to use the new system. NICK is great and kept us informed and he progressed with the installation. Awesome employee and I am highly satisfied with him.

Staff was extremely friendly on the phone and at the home. The technician called before he arrived and was right on schedule. He repaired and thoroughly tested the system. He explained the issues in terms I could understand before he made the repairs.

The prior owner had used Vector and was very happy with his service. So far, everything is going smoothly. Sales representative and technician have been very helpful and knowledgeable. They were on time, efficient and made sure the system was running properly. They explained the mobile apps as well and answered all my questions.

Your installation technician was great. We went over what he was going to do. Answered all my questions. Help me set up alarm.com and my app. Was very patient with me when he went over how to operate my new alarm system and the web site and app. Very pleased with him and the service he provided.

There was a technician out today to service our camera system. The technician Brian, was awesome. He was quite helpful and very thorough with his work. Explained everything, and set up our camera system for viewing on our mobile devices.

Vector Security has corrected the issue. Came out Monday and were very professional and corrected all outstanding issues. I am now a happy customer.

We've been using Vector for so long I can't remember how we found them to begin with. They are excellent. Professional. ALWAYS have the answer. Have a fantastic warranty which covers replacement of all batteries each year which is less than me replacing them on my own.

The technician did a great job at installing my security system. He was very knowledgeable and Thorough. He has very good experience at his job and was very polite, professional. He took his time to walk me through on how my system works and answered all of my questions.

We originally were with ADT and my mother had a system with Vector. I wasn't happy with the service I received from ADT and they kept telling me nothing was wrong with their system so I decided to change and go with Vector. I have always had good interactions with the Vector staff whenever we have had issues or needed new equipment.

Installation went very well. The installer was superlative; his knowledge of the subject matter was only exceeded by his ability and desire to help us. He made the whole process go very well. I would recommend your company because of him. Gary was kind, professional and willing to answer whatever questions we had; he did not make us feel inadequate in any way. You should have him train and guide younger employees in appropriate customer relations and technical matters.

We had a service call for our security system today, and we were very pleased with the work that the technician performed, as well as getting all of our problems resolved, and keeping our system working reliably. Very happy with the service provided.

I am highly appreciative of David work today and am requesting him in the next service call at 27407 area for my transfer of doorbell and lock at my 27409 area. Gary has done great work as well. Vector has fulfilled my expectations.

I requested that I be added to our security system, and received a confirmation is less than 24 hours. Awesome turnaround time. When I phoned, I was directed to the correct department on the first try. I enjoyed that I spoke with a live person and did not have to leave a message on an automated system.

We chose Vector after learning about them at the Senior Living Expo. We had already decided to drop coverage from DES - BeeSafe. We had discovered that our monitoring was on operational so Vector came around at the right time. My only negative thus far is the actual installation charges. I was under the impression that you would be able to use my original equipment. I understand the need to upgrade the technology, but was not happy with the costs. I am hoping that the equipment and system will work to my expectation.

Updated on 06/22/2020: We have water sensors, window and door sensors and freeze sensor. This was a checkup visit and replacement of batteries. Tech was very professional and explained all that was needed. We discussed options of upgrading the security system. We have a vector system in our permanent home and choose it for this, our vacation home.

We chose Vector because the salesman who came out was very thorough with his explanation of your services. Since that time we have had only on service call. The technician Tony was extremely helpful and was able to repair the problem quickly and after explain what had happened and how to avoid it happening again. He also went over how to change things about my account through the website. I am very impressed with the amount of knowledge Tony had about my security system.

Your tech was a nice young man. He replaced my batteries in smoke Detector and tested all my zones. I feel more comfortable knowing everything is working as it should. Your technicians have always done a good job while working at our home.

I've been with Vector Security for four yrs now and my experience has been great and the staff and technicians has always been great with giving me the information that is needed and answering all questions and I would very well recommend Vector Security to anyone else.

Technician arrived on time and was professionally dressed. The install was quick and professional. They walked me through my house and helped me create a customized security solution. Made a service call, and they got me in the very next day. Came in on time. Professional Service rep. Prompt and quality service. Very knowledgeable when it came to the product and very polite rep. Quality of service is top notch. I have had them for over 2 years and haven't had a problem since. Great product compared to the competition. Modern look to there product as well. We had this Vector alarm for probably about eight to nine years. It’s worked well for us. Easy to use and covers the House well. I always turn it on when we leave home and all the neighbors hear it and know it works and is turned on. I like that they know it works.

Our interaction with Rich was excellent. He walked us through the situation. Reached out to the appropriate people to troubleshoot. When it was discovered that alarm.com had blocked our IP address he contacted them and followed up 2x with us to make sure the situation was resolved. He was kind, polite and knew what he was doing. Our sales rep, Jeff **, also responded immediately to our request for help.

I have very please with my existing services and was extremely delighted to have my system upgraded. My technician was extremely professional and had a wealth of knowledge of Vector products. I am looking forward to using my new system.

Service technician came to service my keypad. He was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He worked through my problem until I was comfortable with the solution. My experience with Vector technicians has been excellent. Customer service over the phone was adequate, but not as helpful. Phone tech support would be an asset.

Ed did a great job at explaining how to use the app and the keypad to us and our employees. He was on time and very professional. We hope to do more business with Vector Security in the future as our business grows.

Ms. ** was professional throughout. She managed to follow the company rules but yet still understand our situation and help us out with cancellation. Although we cancelled our home alarm, we still have our business alarm with Vector and are very happy with the overall service.

We know Josh personally and he came out to see our restaurant before we opened and said we were interested in an alarm system and a Vector Security Rep Monte came out to set us up. Then Josh came out to install the alarm and the cameras. We like the app and the cameras.

I got rid of my landline and I needed to get wireless forwarding for my cell phone, I called and Vector came within a few business days. Vector has been great, if had them for over 17 years. Devin installed the equipment today and he also replaced batteries for me that he didn’t need to do.

I chose Vector because I was referred by my fiance. I enjoy the 2way feature and looking forward in getting my doorbell camera soon. I like the equipment and very user friendly for the customer. The alarm panel is sleek and smooth as well.

Friendly, fast, efficient. Enjoyed working with salesmen and installer. Like the equipment and the control panel. Can’t wait to use the automated lamp switch and the app. My uncle across the street wants to get one installed without that monthly payment if possible.

We have used Vector for many years & have always been pleased. Service is always prompt, questions answered completely. Technicians knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service plan... No more having to change the batteries by ourselves. I can recommend vector to any one that Needed alarm system.

Customer Service is very poor. They transfer you without saying anything and there is a lot of lack of knowledge. The techs come to sites without having any clue of what they are there to do. Even though they fill out a service ticket with notes to the prior call. Doesn't see the point other than billing because they seem to be clueless. Vector has gone downhill the last year or so. I hope at some point it comes back to the company it once was.

I have Vector at my old house. Wanted to get it in my new house before I moved everything in. Vector came quick, no wait at all really. Devin my install technician was here on time. He hooked up all my doors and all my motions. He showed me how to use the app and use the system. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

For the Freedom of knowing my children are safe when away. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this service to others. THEY ROCK!!! I WAS also ready for additional equipments and he was ready to install them.

Terry kindly called when he was thirty minutes away. He changed the battery for my main panel box, checked my sensors as well as my two smoke detectors. He then explained the differences on the two maintenance plans. Overall great service. He also offered new stickers and signs.

Have had problems with the security system for 4 months now. Have had 3 service calls and have called office multiple times. Last two calls response was that management is looking into this and will respond. Over 2 weeks since my last call. No response, certainly no communication with me. Looking into my options. Hope this survey gets attention or perhaps a ritual of data gathering.

We Had Vector at our previous home and recently moved and wanted to continue the services we had at the old house because we were pleased with the services. We have had Vector for more than 10 years so it made sense to continue using them.

I have been with Vector Security for almost 5 years now. We have commercial account for a dental office for monitoring. We are working on expansion of this office and a new build out next door. Sales person has promised something and not able to keep up with the promise. Received a call from the branch and the lady over phone was not happy that sales person promised something that was not deliverable. Branch in Beaumont is acting as they are a whole different company and the sales person works for another company. There is no coordination between the two and the customer is the one who suffers in between. I tried to call the branch this morning with the phone number listed on this website and the phone just keeps ringing. How can a company provide a main phone number that no one is answering. Very poor service and a bad experience so far. I hope the installation part is much smoother than the current experience.

Customer needed certificate so I wanted to assist and your employee was super helpful with this! I appreciated your help and quick follow-up for his sake and mine. Alarm companies are provide service but having a true customer service experience is more valuable. Thank you again for your assistance.

Vector Security is law enforcement friendly that is why I have been with them since 2015, their service has always been two thumbs up, very pleased with my service. Devin was my technician, he showed up when he was supposed to and was extremely professional.

Jeff came to our house on a repair call and was so helpful with some other troubles we were having with our system. He guided us to a few much-needed changes in equipment that suit our lifestyle better than what we had before. Much of what we had was over a decade old, so he let us know about the latest advances and presented us with the different options. He followed up with us afterwards too. We recommend him highly!

Previous experience was a good one. I especially appreciate that the agent made every effort to get monitoring set up quickly as well as Wendy’s quick response to a question about system and motion detector issues. She had the information I needed and is looking into the possibility of disabling one motion detector.

I continue with vector because Don ** has been my technician and he has in every case been exceptional. If Don was not with Vector I might choose to go with another company but as long as Don services my equipment I will be a loyal Vector customer. He is always very polite, on time and answers all question in a very satisfying manner. If I needed an employee I would do all I could to hire him - you truly have a "gem".

Bradley ** did a great job. He was very professional and thorough. He needs to be applauded for his efforts of providing quality service and professionalism. Top notch service! I am big on customer service and professionalism as a US Army standard and Bradley not only met, but exceeded my standards hands down!

Upon moving into our current home 5 years ago, Vector Security was recommended by neighbors. My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the immediate response of telephone assistance, as well as with "false alarm" signals. Staff responses have always been very polite with appropriate concern for the customer. The current visit of a Vector System Technician was similar to other interactions with Vector Staff. The gentleman was very courteous and demonstrated concern for our system difficulties. He was able to diagnose and ameliorate the problems in a most professional manner.

We have been a customer for over 20 years. We started to have some issues with the system. When the system started having problems, and service could not fix it, Rick recommended this update. The installation went smoothly and Greg did a great and timely job and reviewed the system with us.

Great reviews and a sales representative explained everything 5 years ago in great detail. I haven't had any issues with Vector and will always use them. The installation was very smooth and even added the push button deadbolt for guest access.

Vector Security came to our Baptist Temple Church in Mansfield Ohio to install four additional cameras inside our church. Todd and Ed installed the four cameras and pre-wired for a fifth camera. Thank you for the work that was done for us today.

The service is great. The technical support is also wonderful. They go above and beyond. When you need assistance from vector they are right on it. Service today has been great. I have really enjoyed having Vector Security protection for the past seven years.

About four or Five years ago I got a message from my Cameras that showed someone breaking into my house. I talked to a friend who recommended Vector. I was happy with the way I was treated by the Vector sales representative so I decided to choose Vector over their competitors.

Salesman drive here to came eat and while he talk about changing security provider from the old ADT alarm to Vector security alarm. He promised the monthly rate not going up. Happy with alarm service.

I had the system with Vector a few years back and recently reactivated services with vector a second time. Got the app set up on my phone and it looks like that will make it much easier to keep track of things going on at home. Would recommend vector security for sure.

Heard about Vector through a friend in the neighborhood. Knew we would be helping her out with a referral if we got the service installed. Read good reviews about the service and it was more cost effective to switch to Vector rather than keeping Guardian. Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful during install. Set up the system quickly and was very thorough.

Vector has protected my home in more ways than one and me and my family feel quite safe when we are away from home and do not have to worry about anyone entering our home for no reason at all. Thank you Vector for keeping us safe. Amen!

Vector Security came to Arlene Apts. on 8-20-18 with Todd, Ed and Nick to install security cameras for us. I was pleased with the work they were able to complete, however they were not able to finish due to the electrician not completing the work Vector needed.

We became customers of Vector Security when The company we were with was acquired in an acquisition by Vector Security. So far my interactions with Vector Security's staff have been good. So far, I have no complaints with Vector Security.

The new installation went very well. My technician Peter was very knowledgeable. He took the time to very patiently make sure I understood everything and that I was confident with the new system. I appreciate that Peter took the time to customize the system to my needs. I would recommend highly.

This is the second time we have had Michael ** out to our house from Vector's Boardman Ohio branch. First time was for a door lock install and second time for a thermostat problem. During both visits, Michael was very professional, courteous and thorough. Michael takes time to answer all questions and walk us thru the operation of our system. We are very pleased with his work! In fact, if we are at our Florida home and we got notice of a problem with the Vector system at our Ohio home, I would not have a problem allowing Michael into our home without us being there. Joey was very knowledgeable about how to best solve my problem. He took his time and answered any questions that I had. He was able to quickly replace the equipment that needed to be replaced. He made sure everything was working correctly before he left my house.

Jeremy arrived on time as scheduled. He introduced himself and commented why he was at my residence. He was dressed professionally and conducted himself in same manner. You are fortunate to have Jeremy as an employee. He made an "executive" decision to change all the batteries not just the one which had caused the alert Saturday am. All were installed at the same time 2013. I was grateful to have the work done and not have to block off 4 hours for each battery in the future. Gal I talked with said only one could be done at a time after I suggested all be taken care of at once.

The alarm was already here when we got the place. I works fine except the keypad box can be a little difficult to program stuff in sometimes. I really didn't like the idea of a service charge or fee to come work on stuff that we pay on every month. Seems like that's what the warranty is for.
