Repair. Great service! Vector has provided security services for my business and home for several years. I am very satisfied with their service and professional performance. I greatly recommend this security company.

Very polite and professional technician. The only issue was the time spent on the app. The app ran really slowly and had to keep being refreshed. The phone app and panel was very easy to use and Convenient. I would totally recommend Vector to my family and friends.

All interactions with Vector have been wonderful. Tech called ahead and was on time and very helpful in explaining and resolving the problem. We highly recommend Vector security. The service technician Robert was very friendly and helpful in his service today.

We love our Vector system and the great people and company that are behind it. The people on the phone are always great and call right on the spot. Also the people that come out to service the system are great and always help you to feel safe know everything is in tip top shape.

The technician Nick was outstanding. He showed up on time, patient in working around customers, professional, and gave good customer service in explaining the system and how the Vector App works! The alarm system works great and the cameras has a beautiful picture and displays great on the app. Overall, I feel I made The right choice in choosing Vector services over ADT.

Recently, I needed to have some changes made to my security system. Monica was the person who got the call, and subsequently handled the work remotely for me. I want to tell you how happy I was to be able to work with her. I don't know what her actual title is, but from my perspective, she exemplified what I think a great "customer service representative" is. She was very pleasant to speak with, she clearly understood what I needed to have changed, was able to accomplish it, and kept me informed as appropriate. And, when she let me know she had finished her work, everything was handled correctly. This was so refreshing, especially in comparison to other companies that have been doing work at my house over the past month. Anyway, I don't know how often you receive "thank you notes" for a job well done by folks on your staff. But, I thought it was absolutely essential that tell you how happy I am with Monica's support for me.

I am a an employee and wanted to take up on the opportunity to use our own system to better understand what Vector provide to customers. While being installed, from the call en route to the time he left, Pete was absolutely great.. He was very understanding, patient with all my questions, explained all with great detail. Made sure that all doubts were cleared, and made this a great experience from beginning to end.. I am very happy I got Pete to come out to my home.

I chose Vector because it was highly recommended by friends and family members, but everyone said that your company was the best one on the market, They used words like efficient and dependable and they said also that your staff was well trained and very professional. During the 12 year ears we have had this system, we have been extremely satisfied.

We have had a Vector secruity system for 10 years now and haven't had any service issues and they react very quickly when there is an issue with any of the equipment. When I got my system I had never heard of this company but have very happy with them.

Price was much more competitive and the service contract is nice to have when you have an issue. Del ** was timely and fixed the issue quickly. Only concern - I would recommend not calling emergency contacts when it is a service issue and not an alarm call.

Prompt and attentive staff. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Happy with the service. There wasn't as much explanation about the issue as I would've liked but overall glad to use Vector. I feel comfortable having vector as our security company and wouldn't switch services based on deliverables to date. That's all I've got.

Bill arrived as planned and was professional in every way. He analyzed my system and provided the required service, very pleased with this interaction. Vector has always responded to my needs either through personal visit or over the phone. I expect to move in the near future and look forward to working with them in my new location.

Curtis arrived and was able to figure out the problems we were having quickly. He also was able to fix the problems we were having very quickly and very efficiently. We are very happy with the service today. We would also recommend Vector Security to anyone looking for a good security system and company.

Great service and reliable, arrived on time promised completed the activation quickly. Installation went well, couldn't be happier with the alarm system activation. I may consider adding a few upgrades mentioned by Rod. Also his personality was very professional and welcoming.

Fire Inspection / Inspector - Super efficient. Answered all my questions. Jon does a great job year to year to keep my system running great. Have had no issues with system for a few years now. Jon has done a great job. I would recommend Jon to anyone needing testing done.

Vector has been very responsive and service oriented - always available to evolve my alarm system when needed. We recently needed to add some security cameras and Vector was there to help. Dell ** is an excellent technician and we have really enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend Vector - and Dell!

There was a problem with the sensor with the previously installed system. New sensors. Installed. Aj was professional, kind and clearly communicated problem and how to solve it. Overall, we have been pleased with Vector. We installed the system 8 years ago. It is easy to use and reliable.

The cancellation went okay. I don’t like the cancellation form. It should put- cancellation of service. The drop box didn’t. I had to fill in a box in order to send the cancellation. I don’t want to put something that I’m not trying to do. Please address.

Vector Security had a sales rep at the Columbus Blue Jackets games. I asked for consult of Security of my home. Sales rep was Eric, he was very responsive and called within a few days. Our home was under remodel at the time so we delayed the security system a couple of months.

We have had a system for 4 years. From the original decision till today we have always experienced Vector Security as a very professional company. Today’s call was no different. I was able to get an appointment within a short period of time to do some routine maintenance on our system. The tech came and did the job efficiently. And he even cleaned up whatever small mess he made.

Jeff was great! He is always great. Every time we have a problem with our system we ask specifically for him, he is knowledgeable and professional. He is always able to communicate quickly about what the problem is and how it has been fixed.

Rod was super. Explained everything. Very knowledgeable. Great experience. Would recommend him to anyone needing alarm installation. He is a gem. AJ is the one whom usually services my home and is very friendly and on time. I have had Vector for about 8 years and highly recommend them. The price is right and they have great customer service. We were having alarm issue panels and he came in today with a new panel without even questioning since customer service center communicated properly exactly what was needed. He came prepared.

Vector has serviced our home since we moved here. We added a couple additional services and devices. They were on time, professional, and educated us on the process. They also updated my mobile device to ensure we had the most up to date settings for our new services. We are very satisfied with the product and services they provide.

I am extremely vexed with Vector Security. This is my second time filling out this form. Now I have another bill. You all need another discontinue of services system. Why do you have a submit button if it is not for service disconnecting?

I have been calling and trying to resolve an issue since February... no luck! Danielle immediately helped me today.. She is very professional and capable... I was not receiving notification on my cell phone when alarm armed or disarmed... Don’t know why this happened, but Danielle fixed the problem

I chose to get Vector Security because I built a new home and wanted a security system, I called around to a bunch of different places, some wouldn’t service this and some wouldn’t install without WiFi. Vector was reasonably priced and would service my area. Devin was my installation technician and he was very generous and knowledgeable. I’m very happy.

They offer modern equipment and it's not dependent on phone lines. Customer support has always been very good. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. My system has presented no problems and is easy to operate. I've had only one repair in three years and that was for battery!

My back door sensor was going off randomly after a power outage. The service person found that my control panel had been affected during the outage and he reset the panel. He also reviewed my system and reminded me what all of my zones were, etc. I also appreciated the advance call from the technician letting me know when he would be arriving.

Devin was my service technician today and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond to reach my expectations. Have dealt with Vector Security for many years. Contract was taken over from a small company years ago. Have been mostly satisfied with the service, although sometimes it seems to take too long to get a repair call and at times the scheduling of inspections seems a bit irregular.

I've had Vector for so long, I don't remember how I came about using them. The staff is very courteous. After numerous tries, they couldn't get the cameras to work right. They were taking pictures of nothing. I just decided the the Nest doorbell and camera was the way to go.

Security system was down. The rep on the phone was super sweet and helpful. Got me an appointment quickly. The day of my appointment Two techs came to my house and fixed the issue quickly. Within 30 minutes. They arrived early, were helpful and polite. Great service!! Thank you!

We initially had ADT but then someone from Vector Security knocked on our door and talked to us about upgrading the alarm and we eventually did. Now we are upgrading our alarm again to the new touchscreen and we added cameras installed and had to install a wifi Extender to help with the cameras.

Upgraded landline to wireless. Had Vector system for 14 years. Very pleased with the system, customer support, technical staff. All extremely knowledgeable of their system and extremely helpful with the learning curve. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Excellent service.

Installed new Vector based door window sensors and three different smoke alarms. Nathan and Frank were great throughout the process so I would use them again in the future for our security needs. Looking forward to expanding hardware options in the future.

I saw your display at the home show and I felt that your salesman in the booth were knowledgeable and very helpful. Polite, not pushy. I also got to spin a wheel which gave me three free months which didn’t hurt but I think your pricing as well as the features that were available with your set up are what really appealed to me. Eli did the install and he was prompt, knowledgeable and took his time to teach us the new system. He cleaned up after himself and did an overall excellent job.

I am so frustrated with Vector. Unfortunately, I am locked into a contract for not 1 property but 4 properties. They are over charging me for $300 for installation fee that wasn't quoted in the original bid. Another property, they can't get the sensors right. I am consistently getting called from the monitoring center telling me there is a malfunction but they can't resolve it. I have to contact another number. The customer service is poor from upper management but I will say that poor Suzie and Latasha try to get solutions. I would Never recommend them.

I had Vector out today to take a look at my library smoke detector and while he was here he also checked my third-floor smoke detector. He claimed both and replace the batteries in both units clearing all troubles and he took the time to show me how to do it if I didn’t have time to wait for a technician to come out. In our previous home we didn't have any kind of alarm system until we moved to our new home and saw that Vector Security had their system in the home. We then contacted the local office and eventually met up with Monte and he helped us upgrade the alarm with Josh being the installer. We added sensors to our outside shed and had Josh replace our yard signs.

All staff members were extremely neat, professional and on time. Called other security companies and would highly recommend this company over others. Zero sales pressure. Very professional staff - both the salesperson and installation. Left the house in impeccable condition and answered any/all questions regarding system.

Had all my old ADT sensors replaced. System was a takeover. Called company they sent out a tech. He replaced everything and now the system is working perfectly. He was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was functioning as it should.

I had been having trouble with my Vector z-wave components where my remote door locks and remote thermostat control stopped working. Phone support was very nice, but unable to fix my problem so they set up a tech to come out and see me. The technician spent hours at my house trying to fix the problem, even troubleshooting with alarm.com on the phone. He was unable to fix it and realized I had some faulty modules. Because he saw I had trouble in the past, he did not want me to go through repeated troubleshooting and repair visits so he ordered a full set of replacement components for me and set up another visit. He came and efficiently replaced the faulty components on my system until he got my system up and running 100% properly again. The support was top-notch and my technician was so friendly and helpful. He explained every step of his work and every repair. Excellent customer service!

Vector Security - If you review the call and log records for my home In San Antonio, TX you will see I had a low battery indicator problem that I believe persisted far longer than it should have. But then to compound the issue I determine you do not have any local help center branches in the San Antonio metropolitan area. And the one subcontractor you have to support your San Antonio customers does not view Vector Security customers as a priority. This is why it took me making several call to the national call center to arrange for them to come to my home and service my alarm system.

Chose after talking to sales rep Eric who was great at Blue Jackets. Had a ADT quote. You were lower. Installer Adam was great. Major problems trying to get system installed and now it is not working. I can never get in touch with a live person. Only voicemails who NEVER return calls. Should have got with ADT who price is higher but customer service is great. I had ADT in past.

Both Ken and Nicholas were extremely helpful in upgrading my security system. The application and installation processes were efficient.
