I am very pleased with Vector Security. I have been a customer with Vector Security for about 10 years. They have been great when they have come out to fix anything. I will highly recommend Vector Security to everyone. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

Vector Security has provided security to my home for over 20 years. Today’s problem as a motion detector. The repairman was on time and very professional. He covered his shoes so as to not bring into the house. He promptly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. I am very pleased with the service call.

After a major storm, we lost power, phone, dish service and also our security system. Heather was absolutely wonderful in scheduling our service calls so that service was restored in a timely manner. Justin was our first technician and I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. After determining we had the need for a panel replacement, Jason ** selflessly agreed to travel to Southern Lancaster County to address our issues after hours in order to restore service before our vacation. Jason spent a great deal of time explaining the process, changes to our system, etc. After almost 30 years with Vector Security, I wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommend Heather, Justin and Jason!!

I have small children and I wanted to feel like they were protected at all times. I like the idea of having the house monitored, whether we are home or away, and the security system gives me that comfort. This was the best choice for myself and my family. We all sleep better at night.

It was great experience with the technicians. I know he is experienced and knows his stuff. I would recommend him for any job and I would hired him in a heart beat if I had a communications business. And he is great!!!

We have always been provided with very good work by the technicians that come to the site. We have had a difficult issue to resolve recently, and the technicians were very diligent in their work and are very dedicated to getting the job done. We are very happy to have Vector as our security provider.

I have had Vector security for over a year now, service has been great and if I ever need anything they’re very fast to service my issue, just like today my husband is coming home from the hospital tomorrow and Vector made sure to have my emergency alert button installed before he comes home. Devin came right when I needed him to, he installed the equipment and answered all my questions. I feel so much better knowing my husband is safe while I’m away.

Bill was very helpful and prompt. He made sure we received the latest model and the install was painless. Afterwards he tested it out and showed me how to use it. I haven't had issues with the alarm and it works as advertised.

We have been using Vector/Certified for several years now. Normally when I call for service I get Michelle **. She has always supportive, knowledgeable and patient. She's great. And the techs as well. Our system at my church is starting to show is age a bit now, but the company here in Jacksonville has been great.

Because of Mike **. More than helpful, Acted like a family member when it came to evaluating a situation solution. Mike had an enormous amount of knowledge regarding the best way to set up a system. Out of pure customer report he was kind enough to ask what I thought. He should be put in a role to educate others.

My alarm system went down over a month ago due to a downed power line. Have called numerous times, been switched from person to person, waited over half hour on some calls with no result as yet. Local office kept trying to sell me cameras, etc. When told no, they promised to come out and repair. No one showed or called to tell me why not. When I call back to him he claimed he tried to call, but no missed calls show on my phone. When I called him from my office landline, his call faded out, but he never called me back, even though he had both my numbers. So now I am paying a monthly fee for NOTHING!!!

Rod is an excellent technician. He is knowledgeable and patient. He has resolved every problem we have experienced and is a pleasure to work with. As an aside, we believe that we should be entitled to one more z-wave lamp module, considering all the money we spent with Vector.

Nick was amazing! Very professional and friendly. I’ll definitely recommend him to all of my friends! We are in love with our security system and features. He explained the phone app and made sure the cameras were set to our desire.

Vector was great and easy to work with. Quick install and detailed explanation of everything. We were pointed toward Vector by the builder of our home and are happy to work with them moving forward. Special thanks to Rod who helped us out.

On 03 Oct 2018, I contacted Vector Security’s Service department asking for assistance resetting access codes. Resolution required 3 telephone calls because I did not understand the alarm system. For each call, I was connected to the same representative who treated me respectfully, and answered my questions with friendly patience. The representative was located in a nearby town and her answers were easy to understand. Excellent job! Thank you.

Called ahead and arrived on time. Explained everything clearly. All batteries should be replaced. While he was here he tested my sensors and devices. Vector Security has always responded to my request promptly. He kindly remounted my loose motion detector.

My most recent phone request for a current Alarm Certificate, to provide to a Insurance Company, was handled by Agata in the most courteous, efficient, & expedient manner. A credit to hiring a most competent employee. Thank you, and Kudos to Vector Security!

My system needed updating. I wanted to drop my landline, so the new unit uses my cell phone. The technician arrived at 8:00 and changed the system in good time. I was able to get to work, only missing 2 hours.

Garage door install that came highly recommended from our Vector consultant Rod. We have never been more satisfied with any prior security company. Rod is very knowledgeable and well trained in all aspects of his job. My family feels very safe with all the add ones to our home security system.

We did a previous home and we were very satisfied with Vector and our technician Rodney **. We asked for him to do the installation at our new home. We would recommend Vector and Rodney to all we know. Thank you.

Vector has installed several alarm systems for the Baltimore County WIC Program over the last several years. It was no thought of pursuing any other company. Sherard ** wonderfully explained each step of process from the estimate to the installation. Both Peter and Joel installed the alarm system without any fuss or bother to our clients and staff members. Both gentlemen were very patient with me and my limited knowledge of alarm systems. They left me feeling knowledgeable about how the system works. And if I forget, Peter said he was just a call away!

I chose Vector Security because my family members already own this security system and they have been very pleased. The service technician did an excellent job explaining everything to me. It seems very simple to operate and I like being able to use the app when you may forget to set it when you leave the house.

We had our system serviced today by the Vector technician. We are a manufacturing facility, and he was able to proceed with his work without disrupting our workplace operations. He was very polite, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome of the work today.

I found your technician very informative formal and competent who also answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions on ways to get more out of my services and made a system update easy for me by having the sales rep call me! He also took the time to answer all of my questions in an easy to understand way. I would suggest to any one to use Vector security!

I have been a client with Vector since the 1990. Ryan was excellent, respectfully, with great experience and knowledgeable, of vector system and taught me some things about Vector new systems. I am looking forward to using the new Vector system especially the doorbell video.

Vector bought my old security provider. I have been very impressed with the customer service, the two courtesy inspections and today's repair appointment. I'm glad that Vector Security is now my provider and I'll tell my friends about my positive experience.

The system was already installed when the house was purchased. The great service and added quality of the system has kept us customers. Our equipment has had minimal failures and when we needed Service, it was on time and efficient were happy to be customers.

We chose Vector because they came recommended. It was a new install of a keypad entry system. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Because parts were needed, this was a two day job. Each day they arrived and were thorough and friendly. I would recommend them to others.

The technicians very knowledgeable so far. Everything is alright. Can see most everything. Employees were prompt. So far so good. Cameras seem to have good lighting, the app seems to be easy to use, the techs were very neat and clean with their installation and very aware of customers being in the bar area. I would recommend Vector to more people in the future.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. He had great customer service and explained everything. He brought up smart thermostats which is something we are considering. I was a few minutes late and he still greeted me with a smile and told me not to worry.

We were having a problem connecting to our access system for all of our badge readers on the doors. The technician who came out was very nice, and was able to remedy the problems we were have with connecting to our badging system. We have always received prompt and effective service from Vector Security.

I chose to use Vector Security because a friend referred the company to me. He has used Vector for a while with good service so I thought that would work for me as well. Toni was an effective and efficient sales representative. Greg did a great job installing my cameras and I will recommend you all to anyone.

Very pleased with my service call. Gentleman was very polite. Talked about addition sensors on back windows and the benefits. Suggested moving items on shelf so the motion detector can detect all what it is supposed to sense. Once again very pleased.

Love my Vector System. It gives my family peace of mind when we are away from home and when we are home with great service and professional folks to help anytime you need anything. You can always call and ask a question about the system and get an answer from them and you just can't say enough about the great people at Vector.

We built a new villa in West Ford and Vector is the security company that is contracted to us. We have had a very good experience thus far with the installation and set up of our new security system. Everyone we have come in contact has been very professional and courteous.

Been customer since Mar 18. All is good. Vector Security installation was great they installed an alarm with cameras and a doorbell camera. Me and my wife love using the app to alarm and disarm the system. The service today was great the technician was professional and very knowledgeable of the system.

Vector came out to service the chime not working. Very quick support and friendly. Tested the alarm as well to make sure it was working, as well as made sure the doors all had chime. Very friendly support and showed us how to better operate the system. They are very knowledgeable in it and explained it to us.

It provided by the Tuscany south HOA. I couldn’t be happier to have the cooperation and assistance from Delores ** in completing my request so quickly. I needed the permit for my homeowners insurance policy. It was beneficial to reduce my payment. My initial contact at Vector was Douglas ** who was instrumental in assisting the process.

Phenomenal service today. I received a call from the tech earlier to have service done early but I declined since I was not home. The tech still arrived early in the designated time frame. The tech was very knowledgeable about how to fix the issue.

I'm frustrated the tamper switch spontaneously went off and that the service department hung up on me (I think I was on hold too long for the system) and didn't call me back. All while I had the beeping going on but I am happy with the response from the technician and overall service with Vector and will continue with them!

We chose Vector security because our dog passed away and we didn’t have her as our security anymore and our son referred us to Vector, he has had them for over a year and he’s happy with the system. Devin was our installation tech. He showed right on time, he was professional and courteous. He answered any questions we had and educated us on our new system.

I have been with Vector Security since I moved here in 2006. Customer Care people are always pleasant and respond right away. The monitoring station always responds right away. I've had no major issues and I feel the value I pay for a new system is good. I have both a burglar and a fire alarm.

Have been very happy with the Vector Security service. We have had the Vector alarms put in a few of our family homes and recently had them updated to newer panels. Like having the option to use our cell phones to operate the alarms if we need to. They always call quickly if we mess up and set off the system.

We often reach out to Tina to assist us with setting up new alarm codes or deactivating codes of past employees. Tina has always been helpful and occasionally plays "phone tag" with my office to make sure things are done and done correctly. We very much appreciate her assistance.

Amazing service, Rod was great when installing my alarm. Very happy customer. Alarm was set up correctly right away and seems to be working the right way. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He helped explain how to disarm and arm followed by everything else my alarm does.

I was very satisfied with the Matt and Tom the installers. They were very knowledgeable and competent. I was extremely satisfied with their prompt time arrival and work performed. I am very happy with the simplicity of the phone app. I would highly recommend Vector Security.

The alarm system has been great. Only had an issue with a battery on the outside garage probably due to the weather and then some years later a front door kept beeping and the repair tech came out and replaced it. The tech mentioned adding a smoke det but the price seems to be a lil too steep. May consider the smoke alarm once we keep some budget issues resolved.

Brenisha was very helpful locating and sending me a copy of a prior invoice. She is very professional and nice to deal with. She called me back to let me know that she sent me an email with the information that I requested.

I choose them because they were recommended. A decision I deeply regret. My house is being sold and Vector did not follow the instructions even though I gave them a heads up on the traffic. Then, they want their full contract paid up even though I moved to the Midwest area. The service was so bad, I cannot in good conscience reccommend them to the new owns to continue the service. I would never do business with them again and I will be moving back to the area not to mention the realtor who reccommended the install company.

A technician came out to our site today to fix a problem we were having with our alarm system. The technician was very professional, and he was able to quickly identify the problem. He also provided guidance in the usage of the system. We are very happy with our service call.

Great professional service and reliable security system. Higher rated than other security companies in our local area. Within a week of requesting service we had our system installed. We really appreciate the military discount on our service and additional accessories such as the door lock and door bell camera. We are already considering putting in additional features like the garage door opener and outdoor cameras.

I got be Vector Security to come in and take on the monitoring service e for my home alarm about 5 years back. They have been real good about calling quickly whenever the alarm trips and sending out a tech if anything happens and service has been needed. I have had my Vector security system for ten years and have had good interactions with the company. Easy to use and works when I need it to. Only needs battery changed now and then. People always call to check on me when I set it off.

This was the fastest service call I’ve ever had. The technician called and came pretty early. I had a window of 12-4 but he came within that first hour, usually I normally waiting the whole day. All the tech had to do today was service the equipment and that was pretty quick also.

Today's service was very good. The technician called when he was on the way and once he arrived went right to work he took. The time to go over our system and recommend additional protection for our system while we are at home at night. It was nice to be able to get all this taken care of while the technician was working on our system.

Staff was good I will be leaving the country and no longer need the monitoring service. Vector security service was average at best, there were times when my alarm was activated and I did not receive any calls from the monitoring service. That did not give me a confident feeling in the monitoring service.

I originally chose Vector when my kids used to come home from school alone and then I liked the secure feeling of knowing I had burglar and smoke alarm system. Vector has always. Even responsive so it's been worth the monthly fee.

The service was great, and the technician was polite, very helpful, and neat in appearance. He represented vector well. Knowledgeable. Job completed in a timely manner. Very well done!! Would recommend. Great value for money and service in today world and economy.

Lamp device was Faulty. Light switch wasn't working due to hurricane. Josh came out and took a look at it and fixed it. He said he had to reprogram it and then he proceeded to test the entire system to make sure everything was working. The system is good to go now! Thank You!

We chose Vector Security because we has a good past experience with them and wanted to upgrade. Jim was knowledgeable and very friendly and polite. Vector makes us feel safe and calls promptly when needed. Hopefully the upgrade will even be more convenient and keep us at rest.

This was great service provided by the Vector technician today. He was very informative on everything and was able to help up with our problem. This problem did or take no time to fix for the technician. I also had a issue with my key fob that he was able to replace due to us having a service plan.

System was already in home when I move in it so I want to. Have it turn. Back on. Now I will feel much better that it is back on. I will be glad to recommend the system to other people. The family recommend this company to me and I am glad that they did.

House alarm was installed by CV Security and problem was still resolved quickly. Tech was polite and well informed about products. He knew what to do to resolve issue. Was able to troubleshoot and find a work around. Changed titles for location as asked to do.

I’ve had Vector Security service for years. I wanted to upgrade my alarm system being my husband died recently. So I needed to upgrade. I was interested in a new panel. I called Vector and a salesman came out. We finalized on a new panel, indoor camera, glass break, new motion sensor, two window sensors, and a Vector security app for my cell phone. Technician came out. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable on working the alarm system and even showing me how to operate my iPhone. He showed me the Vector app. How easy it was to operate. He also showed me how my indoor camera will work and how to listen through the microphone what’s going on in the area. Very good picture too! I am so glad I upgraded my alarm system and happy with the services from the salesman and from the technician they provided. I feel safer and have a peace of mind. Thank you Vector Security!

I have been a Vector Security customer for 14 years, and the service has been favorable. The new system we added some fire detection. The tech knew exactly where to place the new keypad! The old one was in a not so good spot. Thanks.

We use to have another alarm company but the price on the bill for the monthly service was steadily going up for what look like every other month. The Vector sales people came walking around in the subdivision trying to get new sales. They spoke with us and we switched to vector.

A door to door salesman. My cameras was missing up for two weeks. I called the dealer. He had a bad attitude. He didn’t want his tech guy Steve to come back and help me. Plus he got the lady next door to me sign up told me I would get a month free. I had to call Mr ** to help me. I called him today and he solve all my problems. I was so upset, because of the dealer. We wanted a Security System and at the time when we had it installed Vector was the Best local company. We have been with Vector for many years now, and have even had a system installed in our other home we have. Don recently upgraded our systems, and installed Cameras, Doorbells, and Cellular connection. We really enjoy it.

Today I had a technician come out to replace a low battery in my device. I also had him check and replace the other batteries and ensure all my devices were working properly. He checked everything over and made sure I was all set and went over some refresher operation instructions. We had another company so they offered the same deal with additional equipment and updated the alarm keypad. Only issue we have was a defective glass sensor that kept going into alarm.

I’ve had Vector security for many years. My old panel was working good. However, we had some break ins and stuff in the neighborhood lately. So I wanted a camera outside. So I called Vector and had a salesman come out. He went over a few packages and prices. I decided to go with one camera outside and upgrade my alarm system. Technician came out today, on time. The alarm system functions fine. Just beeps at random times. A motion alarm triggered a few times and the alarm was not even turned on. Also, a door switch fell down from the back door. Now it do work. It work fine but when something go wrong it really barks and beeps until it gets fixed.

After 14 years as a loyal customer, Vector did not rectify our situation in a timely manner. No one wanted to talk to me until I asked to terminate services. That was a week ago and I am still waiting. Further, our system has been down the entire month of September, but we are still expected to pay the monthly monitoring fee even though they have us offline due to a trouble signal. Their solution is for us to purchase a new system then pay an additional $10/month for monitoring. Never again will I deal with this company.
