I have been a chat of Vector Security for many years, and to this day I couldn’t possibly be happier with the outstanding customer service and great system. It makes me feel very safe. My garage door would not open/close when using my Vector app. It was the cause for angst as I have a 92 year young Mother at the subject property. I have had to allow EMS access via the garage if away from the home and I was bothered that I couldn't take care of my Mom in the manner of which she deserved. After a few tense conversations with Vector, Joey was dispatched to my home, diagnosed the problem, and successfully repaired it in short order.

I have been a customer with Vector Security for 7 or 8 years and I only have good things to say about them. Customer service is always excellent. I would like to say I received excellent service from Nick today. Nick took his time and made sure the alarm system and the 2way feature of my alarm system works efficiently and correctly. Anyone else would have given up after 2hrs and a half but Nick made absolutely sure my 2way and alarm system works satisfactory!

Have emailed and talked to Chasidy ** several times and she has been wonderful in answering my questions and getting back to me real quick. Berno ** was wonderful when he came out to do the inspection on our Alarm system. We are just waiting on a couple of things to bring our office up to date. We had two issues on our Vector Security system. One was a low backup battery and the other was a non-working doorbell camera. Your technician, Brittany ** was so kind, patient, competent and professional. She was able to correct both issues with her expert instructions over the phone. I told Brittany she was amazing and deserves a raise and hope you give her one. Employees like Brittany are hard to find.

I have a lot of respect for Sir ** for his level of workmanship. I’m born and raised Jamaican and I have only been here in the States for about 2 years. I really appreciate his timely manner. I don’t recommend this company. They will take a loan out of your name and not notify you. And then when asked about it. They will tell you, you’ve agreed to finance through Vector. But will not disclose what that means exactly. So now my husband and I have a $4,000 loan taken out with Aqua finance. And we did not know anything about this. Our credits have been affected greatly! The sales person that came to our house, did not mention not once about a loan being taken out in our names and how much it was going to be! All we were told is the price difference if we choose to finance through Vector.

I’ve been a Vector customer for over 15 years and any time I’ve had issues with either service or equipment they have taken care of it. My technician (Shawn) is and has been very knowledgeable and reliable when promising service. He goes out of the way to ensure the system is functioning properly and that he’s completed the job. Nick was a great technician and one of a kind. I had rescheduled 2 times with him the past week as I drove from Virginia Beach area which is 21/2 hours away. Both times, Nick was patient and understanding and rescheduled me with no issues nor pushback. I made the appointment today and I was impressed with Nick’s professionalism and he took his time to install everything neatly and answered any questions I had. Great job Nick!!

Had this 3 years, would have given good review. HOWEVER... I am having health problems and moving to Fl. I read the big type on contract as “Rate” was locked in for 5 yrs. When tried to cancel, told look at little print, you are locked in to PAY for 5 yrs. No matter your age or health. Telling everyone in my area & they are passing word.

The smoke detectors in my home were due to be replaced so I contracted with Vector who is my alarm system vendor. The technician arrive on time, was very professional, did an outstanding job of installing the new detectors, assuring the system worked as designed. Aj was super helpful and very thorough with repairing my system. He also checked every sensor in the house (windows, doors, fire and CO2 alarm.) He showed up in a timely manner and presented his badge upon entering. I would Highly recommend Vector Security! They call every single time my alarm goes off whether it be a false alarm or not. They take the proper steps to verify my security code so if something were to ever happen I would feel super safe.

Nick was also very thorough in installing all devices, my keypad and running the new doorbell wire relocating my doorbell wiring for a better view of my front yard and driveway. I have been with Vector Security for many years. My recent interaction with Operations Support was very frustrating. I was locked out of my online account and passed to 5 different personnel that were unable to even locate my account! My issue was finally resolved with the professional support of Maimuna. She went over and above to disentangle the situation and provide superior customer service support to resolve the issue. If she had not taken the proactive step to return my call, I would have wasted a great deal of time trying to clarify a very basic issue. Thank you Maimuna for your tenacity, efficiency and professionalism!

You do not want a review on this particular instance. The people I talked to were very nice. It took over a month to get this certificate calling every week requesting it. I was checking my email messages as well as junk messages daily for it. It took me speaking to a lady setting up a tech coming out for my smoke alarm to obtain this certificate. She notify the person responsible for sending the certificate on my behalf before I received it. Bless her! The gentleman responsible for sending it evidently made a judgement call that this was not important enough to handle. It was very important to me. I think he just marked it handled each time the request came through. I hope I don’t have to go through this next year. Otherwise I’m very pleased with Vector. You can tell. I have had this service with you a long time. I was just about ready to hang it up after calling every week to check on it for over a month.

Vector Security has very good service. I have been with them 16 years. They send the technician A.J. who does a very good job. He does it quickly and efficiently. The people I talked to on the phone were excellent. They are very polite and they always answer all of my questions. If anyone asked me about security, I would tell them to go to Vector.

I am handicapped and I can not get to the keyboards fast enough to disarm the system and cannot set it in time to exit through the front door. So I don't use it. I told the sales person I need one for the front door. I did not get it. I called about this and still did not get one for the front door.

I was having some problems with my cameras. The people at the main office were very nice and they let me know that there was an opening in their schedule to have the problem resolved. The tech came to my house and fixed the problem promptly. He spent the time to test my entire alarm system to make sure everything was working. I’m a customer already. I actually was with the different alarm company, but it didn’t work out, but I’m glad that my family and I have Vector Security as our security provider. I felt so bad for the technician because he had to go behind another guy from the other company and it seemed to be difficult but because of his resilience he was able to complete the job for my doorbell camera and my side camera outside. Also helped my son and I to get logged in because we forgot our passwords. Once we were able to see the cameras we were very impressed. He did a very good job. Thanks, Clifton.

I was recommended by a relative to get Vector Security because they had for a while and they happened to mention that your company was better than any of the competitors. I’m not sure what the difference is in comparison because I only dealt with vector security but I have to say that it was a very satisfying experience. The technician worked diligently and I got a chance to see hands on how the wires were placed. It was done very professionally and the view is a exactly where I want them. Great job.

I have known Nick for more than 18 years when he was with ADT. Nick is like family to me and my family. He installed my ADT system back in 2006 and today, he’s taking that old ADT system out and updating my alarm and old cameras to Vector. I can speak volumes to Nick’s professionalism, great personality, clean work ethic, and all around awesome character. I would say to keep treating Nick right as a company and you all have a very valuable asset in Nick! Also, thanks to his partner Joey for helping out with the alarm and camera upgrade as well. Joey was fantastic and a hard worker. And he has a great attitude as well and as a company, I like Vector already and the new alarm system and new cameras!

Well known national firm is why we went with you. Our experience has been MISERABLE to put it nicely. We installed you in 2 of our homes. Your customer service is non-existent. Can never get in touch with a real person after uncountable calls. Now you sent us to a collection agency with no communication!!!

I called today 9/3 and was on hold for approximately 20 minutes for which I had to hang up. When I got the chance to call back recording came on where I left message stating I had gone through process of troubleshooting our security doorbell and it still wasn’t working and could someone call me back, well needless to say I have not received a callback. I have been a Vector clients for over 15 years and your customer service is the worst that we have ever dealt with!

I had to cancel my service with Vector because I could not get your company to come out to repair a faulty motion detector. I started calling on July 21st advising them I was scheduled to have cancer surgery and needed this repair done ASAP. I was getting false alarms. They advised me it would be some time late August. Therefore I had no choice to cancel monitoring service because of the false alarm.

By far the worst service and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I do have a 30-year-old system at my house. All they do is keep raising the price and the service just keeps getting worse and worse. I’m definitely looking at doing a different service because their customer service is exactly what I rated them is zero. Stay away from this company.

It's impossible working w/ Vector. I've called several times to cancel but you all keep hounding me about cameras that never worked right. it's all documented. When I still continued to pay my bill it took up to 30 min and beyond to get my call answered. I just want to be done w/ Vector and I can't even get help with that.

Totally amazing service by very professional and respectful team at Vector Security. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service that I received from the sales rep to the installer. Unfortunately I had a very busy day at my office today, I really didn’t get a chance to act to interact with the technician. I was only able to show him where I wanted to install my cameras. But just before everyone was going to take their lunch break. He told me that everything was going fine except for one issue and that was getting a wired down for my second camera. I did respond to him that if you can get it that’s OK, if you can’t don’t worry about it, but I see the Clifton had other plans in mind. He worked diligently and he figured it out. I was very impressed with his level of commitment to me as a customer to make sure I was going to get what I paid for. He did a great job even though it was very difficult due to the extreme heat.

My experience was top notch from Frank the salesperson to Curtis the installer. Vector was reasonably priced for the technology and coverage compared to other vendors. Good morning. Apparently I had a situation that took place where a person showed up at my doorstep posing to represent to be someone from your company. 81 years old not even thinking about it. But once I was finished talking, I noticed they never showed me a badge. I thought it was a scam. I called Vector Security and they told me not to worry. They will have a technician come out and check my system. Clifton was very professional, and I felt comfortable because he presented his badge and introduced his self and told me why he was there. He did a great job and explaining about other things that I can do on my system because I really only use my key remote. Thank you Vector Security for your level of service.

Nick done a great job installing the window sensors I ordered through the Salesman. Nick noticed that 3 of my window sensors were not working due to a cut wire from an original window I had removed during a remodel. Nick suggested to have 3 new window sensors to be installed. Problem solved! Nick does great work and aims to take care of his customers!

I’ve known Nick for a long time. He is basically family. I met him back in 2006 when he installed my ADT alarm system. He done a great job then and because of Nick and his suggestions, I felt it was right to switch over to Vector Security. As always, Nick done a superb job upgrading my alarm system and explaining everything. I like the new keypad and outdoor camera setup. I’m very pleased with an updated keypad, working system and an awesome camera to view everything.

Bob came out to replace some of the sensors and batteries and not only did the job but also took the time to explain the current system and how it actually works. He also let me know about possible upgrades to better secure the residence but never pressured me into buying - he just carefully explained the differences in service. As a retired Major in the US Army I have a tendency of watching how well a person work ethics are. I was very satisfied with the way your technician presented himself. He is a great representation of your company. He used the appropriate equipment on my hardwood floors and I was impressed with the way he concealed the wires for the outdoor cameras. I chose Vector because my home’s existing security system was installed by Vector in 1999. Surprisingly the existing hardware still works (quality product) so the required updates to re-activate the system were minimal (new control pads, fire detectors, etc). The Vector team (both sales and installation) were great to deal with and were very professional and knowledgeable of their product. I would highly recommend the service to anyone that needs to add, update, or replace a central security system.

Kevin did a great job. He asked for input and executed the project like like a true professional. We had Kevin back to upgrade the cameras and add four door bells that had been an old Panasonic phone system. It was a retrofitting job with old co-ax cabling that needed converted to RJ45. The install was easy once we had the right fobs. Curtis did an amazing job teaching us the system. He explained everything nicely. I feel comfortable and confident using the system and app. The app is user-friendly and like that I can access the system from the phone from anywhere. I spoke with Brittany **, Senior Technical Support Representative, this morning to assist me in fixing my Vector Security System. I had installed a new router and lost connection with my doorbell camera and my Family Room camera. I attempted to follow the troubleshooting directions but was unsuccessful. Brittney was fabulous. She not only walked me through the troubleshooting steps, but Brittany was an excellent communicator making the process easy for me to follow. I have had Vector Security for about three years. We thought they would be good but they are literally the woo! We have a baby and can’t even watch our cameras or record anything. They never work. They won’t stay on. They don’t record when someone comes in the yard. The front door cam has been broken time after time after time. The equipment is trash and the service is worse.

This is the worst security company I have ever been involved with. System doesn’t even work most of the time. I’ve had a technician here over 59 times and they still can’t get the system to work properly. Do not go with this company at all. They just give you the run around but they definitely want their payment every month.

This security service is a poor choice for a small business. Their hardware is not reliable. Ours requires constant service or replacement. This is not an install and use product. They only accept responsibility for their hardware and software shortfalls if you scream bloody murder. Be ready to pay fines to local police departments for false alarms due to call center failures. They bill excessive service fees. Most recent panel failure resulted in a technician doing a battery change charged us $170.00. Technicians appear limited to battery changing and panel replacement. I have no idea how anyone else is having an experience anywhere near these other reviews. When you call expect to stay on hold 10+ minutes. Incompetent.

Your company is close to my home that’s why I chose you. You did not install correctly. Many false alarms, one at 2 am. I have called numerous of time. No one calls me back. Only your collection agent to pay for the month charges now. Now that I proved that I paid the install. Shame on you!!!

Nick installed all the alarm and camera systems at all 5 locations of my businesses! I would only request Nick to install all my stores and any new locations I open. No one responds to phone calls, no response to emails, no one responds. I sat on the phone waiting for 15 minutes then another time for 10 mins, no one responds to any request. No customer service. I even spoke to a rep the 1st time and never had anyone call for my broken panel.

I have had my system for approximately 10 years. And my cell phone service thru t-mobile thru all their transformations names for 28 plus years. The notification system is not coming thru as usual I have called several times about it and the problem is not resolved yet. If it doesn’t get resolved I will change to a different company.

been very helpful and courteous. But I have not had good success with this new system. There have been several attempts to resolve the issues. And I have remained in this contract for several months with this system not functioning correctly therefore I am requesting to end this contract. Thanks for your years of great service. I am the treasurer of the Town of Clinton Historical Society. Vector was a sub-contractor for the installation/upgrade of our security system. The install/upgrade went fine & Vector was paid but has been seriously delaying filling out the required forms and we are in peril of losing the federal grant re-imbursement of $10,058.85 because of that. We are weeks past the due date for this documentation. Please contact the appropriate people in payroll to get this resolved.

Your company was recommended by a former security specialist. After checking other security companies, we hired your firm to run our security. I would recommend your business to anyone that is looking for good solid service. And when we closed in 2019, we continued with the service because we needed to protect our investment until it sold in early June of 2024.

The technician was amazing. He came and got the job done in a timely manner, very knowledgeable and professional, found the battery to the camera was swollen from heat and he was able to get it swooped out so the cameras would function properly. Keenan was very polite and asked if anything was needed. I would recommend Vector to everyone based on his ability to troubleshoot and correct the issues in a timely manner

I have had Vector Security for about a decade now. Recently, I had a malfunction in the system, causing false alarms. Vector Security handled the responses in appropriate fashion with their chain of protocol. I spoke with a fabulous representative named Brittany ** from technology to deal with the issue. I’m currently having security cameras being installed soon. So far my experience with the sales rep to Delores who actually set up the technicians that are coming out for install have been great! My husband and I have been long term customers of Vector Security, Inc. Recently, we inquired about updating our alarm system because we've had it since the 80's. Well, on July 29, 2024, John ** came to our residence to install the new upgraded system. We had no idea that John would prove to be the best service technician to ever set foot into our home! The young man was very professional. His persona stood out because he greeted us in a warm and friendly manner. He was strictly about the business explaining everything he was doing and showing all parts to be installed.
With my limited knowledge of SMART technology, I felt as though I could now be a part of the conversation with anybody who considered themselves a PRO. John mentioned other services Vector offered. Immediately, my husband and I were sold on adding to our package fire and carbon monoxide protection. I feel that John potentially helped to save our lives, considering that carbon monoxide is a silent killer! John Goss should be hired as a consultant to go to Council on Aging Centers to educate senior citizens on the importance of having their homes equipped with fire and carbon monoxide devices. Lastly, before John exited our home, we clearly understood how to operate our upgraded system! In summary, John is the epitome of excellence in the workplace. His work ethics should be replicated by all staff members, thus giving Vector Security and A+++ rating.

We have been long standing Vector customers and the equipment Vector offered was superior to other alternatives we considered. They came to correct system review on my system. The gentleman they sent had no idea what to do. He didn’t know even know how to get into the system. He had to call and get directions from his boss. Very poor service. Vector also wants to charge a customer of 30 years 200 to put a part in to make it cellular…they have no loyalty. I do not recommend them.

Most of my issues come from my doorbell camera. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it records people walking across the street. Sometimes it doesn't record me walking in my house. I will then reach out to customer service and all I get is "that's just how it is". I have a doorbell camera for the safety of my home. Vector does not guarantee me that safety.

Anthony provided excellent customer service! I needed cameras reconnected after a change in ISP and he was knowledgeable and prompt. He called while in route to let me know when he would arrive and then helped me on a follow up call when I thought there was an issue. I chose Vector because their customer service is way better than other security companies. I have called other companies and I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes. ADT came and were unable to install the cameras. Rigel the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rigel took his time to install the cameras and his work was very neat.

I am a long-time customer of Vector but recently I had to contact alarm monitoring on the weekend and there was a recording indicating I had to call back on normal business hours. Not sure why. Had ADT before Vector purchased them. Vector tech came to repair/upgrade system and when they left the system would not arm! Tech came back twice and it still has never armed. We paid for the service calls and the monthly service for the monitoring, but after several months it doesn’t work. Tried calling but after several calls to different numbers, no one ever answered! Would not recommend this company.

Updated on 08/05/2024: 14 months and can't get my problems solved, I have 3 security cameras and alarm system. Always issues with this cameras. They just work whenever they want to and when they work horrible quality. Can't see a dam thing, motion work when a fly or bug goes around it but a person can walk in and break my door and my car and doesn't catch any things.
Original Review: Quality of the cameras bad. Most of the time they don't work, not clear images specially in night time, very dark picture. Contact customer service too many times but can't get it fixed, installation was fast and the service was good in the beginning but after signing up it's a different story.

I purchased a doorbell camera from Vector so that I could see who comes to the door when I am away from my Florida home. For two years this doorbell camera has not worked correctly and has not been connected to the internet. If I am not there for an extended period your service people cannot correct this issue. Your phone personnel are terrible and the doorbell camera you sold me is terrible. When I return in the fall I will purchase a Ring doorbell to replace your poor product. I am not a happy customer

The response in case alarms triggers is quite efficient. Customer service is very inefficient. It takes at least 20-30 minutes to someone to answer the phone. Vector security wants to keep clients using extremely strict renewal policy making it so difficult to leave the company. If you decide to use Vector Security I strongly advise you to make sure you call before the contract expires to ensure you can make monthly basis. Hope this helps.

The IT help there are rude as I don't know what. How are you going to know what the problem is if you don't shut your mouth and listen to what is going on. I have a beeping panel on the 4th of July holiday. Last night I reset it with the help of an overnight technician. This morning, the panel started beeping again. Now I cannot get anything but “Thank you for calling Vector Security…” An awful phone tree. I’ve gotten the monitoring center 3 times who promised to transfer me to someone who could help. Two times they have failed. TWO TIMES!!!! Finally, on the third call, I was connected to an after hours technical support center. Zack took care of my problem.

I chose Vector more than 20 years ago. Initially, service was great. Technicians who came to my home for service were delightful, but over time, the fixes didn't last and phone/email service declined. I have been trying to cancel my account since late March/early April. I was told it would be effective after April, but I continue to be billed by automatic deduction. Online contact doesn't recognize my email and when I get to the top of the queue on the phone, I get cut off. **

Every time I try to pay my bill, you guys put my card on autopay and changes the price and take out more than what I'm supposed to pay. That's why I haven't paid it this month. Vector staff asked me several times to adjust my cameras by climbing and holding a button until I noticed a color change in the lights, which resulted in a temporary fix. Was scheduled a house visit twice, but I had a scheduling conflict.

Nick was an outstanding representative of Vector Security! He arrived early at my home at 7am to get started on the work of upgrading my alarm system. Nick done a thorough site survey and made great suggestions on an additional camera to cover my backyard area. Nick completed my upgrade alarm system and installed all 3 of my outdoor cameras in a timely manner. Again, Nick was an outstanding and superb representative of Vector and I truly hope that Vector values his talent and what he brings to Vector and Vector security’s customers!

This is our second time working with Vector. The Vector field tech did a great job completing the work on our work order. Our previous system quit working. We had a hard time getting anyone to call us back until we contacted Vector. The people at Vector were helpful and very easy to work with. They made sure we knew how to use the system before leaving. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

My doorbell stopped working and a repairman was due to come out the weekend and didn't show. Vector contacted me in advance to let me know the repairman had a medical emergency and they would reschedule. They called back first thing Monday morning and rescheduled. Vector Security was able to quickly send a repairman that replaced it. Our tech Keenan was very helpful and offered a solution to give us more visibility to our front yard.

Nick was a professional from start to finish. He arrived way before 8am. He completed the walk thru on how and the work was gonna be done, alarm and camera installation! Nick service was professional, friendly, completed clean work on the camera installation and alarm upgrade from Vivint security. I am well pleased also with Vector Security. Nick was a great representative of Vector Security! His workmanship was by far better than the tech from Vivint and completed work that Vivint could’ve had done but instead wanted to sell me a desktop alarm panel and sensors. And when an issue arised, Vivint displayed poor service. I know Vector Security was a much better choice and I am very pleased already starting with Nick and his positive and professional representation of himself, his service and workmanship and most of all great attitude and customer service oriented towards us as new Vector Customers!

I bought a house in Princeton with a Honeywell security system. The previous owner used Vector so I decided to try them. They came out to switch the system over to me, but couldn’t get the security cameras to work. In addition, they were unable to get the alarm system to work reliably remotely (a requirement since I travel a lot). They came twice more but still couldn’t get the Alarm system to consistently work remotely or the cameras to function. In addition, they do not provide after-hours and weekend support for my system. If found this out when we had an alarm issue…The support people who answered the phone said they could not support my system.
When complained about this and they gave me a new phone number to call for support…turns out it was the Honeywell support number for Installers only…They also would not help me. After that, the manager never responded to my inquiries about support options for my system. Remote access and weekend/after hours support are a must for me.
Needless to say, I canceled my service (and went with another company that was able to get everything up and running successfully). Then Vector sent me a bill for over $2000 for cancelation. When I complained they said ok and I thought the matter was over. Then yesterday, after almost 3 months, I got a call from a Debt Collector. Apparently, Vector passed the invoice on to a debt collection agency! So not only are they incompetent, they are also vindictive. STAY AWAY!

My home security needed CO and upgrade. Staff was excellent and service was great! It's my best interest to keep keep Vector for my Security. The Tech was well mannered. He arrived and completed the installation. In addition, he checked all sensors and reinstall batteries. Then he showed me how to use the system and connect my keypad. I will let friends and families aware of this great service.

Stephen ** was friendly, polite, professional, and got my cameras back online. He also recommended ways to improve my Wi-Fi signal since two of my cameras have a weak signal. He confirmed that this is the reason my cameras go off-line periodically. I have always had great service with the technicians from Vector.

The current alarm system came with the house we purchased three years ago. Since we have had the house, the alarm system has been very reliable. When we recently required service, the representative was very professional and helpful. As he explained, our existing alarm system now needs to be updated. We were explained how the new system would look and work, how long they would be here to install, and given some more options that we can add when it will be installed. They also worked with us for scheduling purposes.

Updated existing system because Verizon disconnected the landline. Switched from analog system to digital and added more sensors and other features that could improve security and make it a 21st century product. It is able to do a lot now and can be upgraded in the future as needed and expanded also. So good to know that for many reasons and peace of mind. Everyone involved was very helpful and accommodating and explained things and was patient.

The WORST customer service ever! Was with the company for 2 yrs and there is a problem with my doorbell camera every other month! Then when you complain they act as if you are speaking a different language. Vivint security tried to explain the issues with this system, but I didn't listen and that's my fault! Ever since the executives changed the service has been HORRIBLE! Had I known I could have gotten better in the beginning, I would NEVER have chosen this company! Not even hard wired and the power goes out so does the system..where is the security in that! Sad!

This review is for cancellation of services. We have decided to cancel with Vector due to switching of services and quality of other services. Customer Service for Vector has not been up to par during the time of the service contract. Our system kept malfunctioning a times and was very motion-sensitive at times.

My tech was Anthony, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took time explain how the system works and how I can interact with the system, superior customer service!! Anthony needed to methodically identify each zone and evaluate to eliminate any nonfunctioning detectors. I learned about the monitoring smoke alarms the Vector offers and will look into this in the near future.

I have to say I have had nothing but trouble with company. From the start from the sales team to the installation was absolutely horrible. Their customer service team is nothing great to speak about as well. Their wireless system is subpar to say the least and disconnects on a daily 8 to 10 times a day. As well their camera system is so far behind ages. It is horrible. Their system went bad for 3 months. They refused to credit my account. They then terminated my account and trying to charge me termination costs. I have to say criminal is the word. "Theft of services".

I've had vector security for a little over 2 yrs. I've had issues with the camera showing no activity for hours when there was plenty in front of the camera. Recently 3 packages were stolen and the camera did not show. I did not have anyone check it out because there is a fee.

Anthony is a Hard worker indeed. He Tried reprogramming the old unit which we had tried over the phone before and ended up needing to replace for a new one. He also Help to set up distance parameters so it would not trigger the alarm with false alerts from the area cats.

We had been waiting a month for an appointment. Our alarm has not been activated. We just moved in to the house. Now it has been weeks with no response. Your company is horrible and I would not use you at all, except for the fact that my HOA has a contract, and I have no choice.

Vector has a contract with our HOA (Valencia Cove). Our installer was on time and knowledgeable but we had a problem with the app that he could not resolve. We had a follow-up phone call from Brittany **, Tech Support. She not only solved the issues but took the time to teach me all about the app, shortcuts, do's and don'ts etc. She was patient and very user-friendly! Thank you Brittany!
