Nick done an excellent job in installing my alarm and camera systems! He installed my last 2 homes and I am always impressed with his clean work, professionalism, and great attitude he has towards his work and customers. All around good technician and guy!

Previous Vector customer. Happy with products and services provided by Vector. Don Mix was our service technician and provided outstanding service and was able to correct the issue we were currently having. He was timely and specific with products and how he was installing, always keeping me aware.

Myself and other business partners at Seamless Flooring have used Vector in our homes for years now and have been very satisfied with quality of service and staff that is offered. Howard took everything to a different level with his professionalism and knowledge of the products and services making the switch on the Vector on the commercial end a breeze. The service tech came out to replace a basement door sensor which lost communication with the system, which he completed in about 15 minutes. He also did troubleshooting on the door lock which he offered to replace with a more reliable model... free of charge. Jeff ** is the best service tech we've had from Vector. He's prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about the products and services Vector offers, including the details of their functionality. If I need service again, Jeff is the tech I'll ask for.

Terry kindly called on his way this morning but I could not make the first appointment. He was able to reroute his schedule and returned later in the day. He also tightened a loose connection for my power transformer. Thanks Vector for a good service.

Our Vector Security installer was fantastic. AJ introduced himself and what he was going to do. He was very professional and performed the services in a timely manner. He was very nice and communicated well with us. I highly recommend working with Vector.

The Tech was very helpful and took me through every piece of the installation as he was doing it. He took me through thoroughly everything I needed to know about the upgrade and was very patient with my questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

We’ve had Vector Security for 3 years and have had a good experience since we have had the equipment. We discovered vector through our workplace benefits program. We like the Mobil features and notifications as it has notified us when we left doors open when we were away.

Customer for 17 years. Upgrading security system. Service coordinator Tierra ** provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. Thorough. Patient. Thoughtful. If the sales team and installers are the same this will be one of the most pleasant experiences, all while coordinating this from out of state.

We already had Vector in the house and expanded to the garage. He got everything done in one day and had all the parts. Explained everything well on how the second partition worked. Very happy with the install and service. Frank the sales guy had the correct equipment spaced out. And the cost wasn’t too high.

I have heard good things about Vector Security and I have had a good experience with them so far. The sales representative was helpful with telling me about the different options available. The installation went very smoothly and the technician was very nice and knowledgeable. They were very helpful.

We had a lot of questions about our doorbell and new lock, and he went above and beyond making sure we understood every detail before making any changes to our home. First time we heard of Vector Security was when we got broken into and we were referrred to Vector Security by another Vector Customer. We now are upgrading and Josh came out and helped us get updated to this new touch screen system and we like it better than the older system.

Vector had previously installed our system. Both techs were very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Everything was on time and got completed quickly. Everything was set up and explained thoroughly. System was demonstrated and fobs were explained and set up.

Trouble light with my zone 2. Chris was on time and very knowledgeable about my security system. I hope our issue is solved. Only time will tell. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He was able to pinpoint my issue. He also took the time to provide me with stickers for vector security for my windows and even made me a sign with my house number on it. I was very thankful.

We chose Vector because the previous owner had it installed already. We were very pleased with William ** the installation tech’s knowledge, experience and professionalism. He took the time to show us everything we need to be secured. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks!!!

We also have Vector at our Toledo Ohio location and the service is amazing and we have never had a problem like we did with Guardian. I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Thank you so much for your prompt action and getting us set up quickly.

We have been using Vector Security for many years and have always been satisfied with its equipment, service and personnel. Today's installation was no exception. Derek was terrific. He was prompt, informative and timely in his work. And especially personnel. Derek informed me how to use the new camera doorbell system with patience, which I needed. And repeated the information when I asked. He walked me through the process for my husbands phone as well. I greatly appreciated his respectful service approach.

Vector Security has been my security company for the past four years. Vector Security has been responsive to my security needs. Recently, I move to my new home and I had two of their techs come and installed my system. The installation was professionally done and they even clean after themselves. Liked the options available. Including remote access. Tonii was great in explaining what we needed in the house. Nathan was also great at the installation. He was very thorough and reviewed how to arm/disarm panel and app. He also reviewed special features on the panel.

I chose Vector because my parents had the system already installed. My parents developed dementia and I returned home to care for them. My mother recently passed away and the system was in her name. When I told Vector of my situation I was assured that it would be easy for me to transfer the system into my name and to upgrade the system as well. I am quite pleased with what has transpired and am looking forward to sharing Vector Security with my 1979 high school classmates.

Bob provided unbelievable service, prompt and informed me of everything that he was doing in the house. We had new windows and doors installed so we needed new sensors as well as old ones checked. Everything works now and we feel safe once again.

Dave ** is an excellent technician. We needed service because I removed the smoke detector to change batteries, but could not get it back up. I was delighted to see him put shoe covers on to walk around my house, even though I had other contractors who did not have shoe covers on. He assess the situation and let me know what he was going to do, then he showed me how to change batteries and put the smoke detector back without making me look stupid.

We have really been searching for a security company and decided to give Vector a shot. I can tell you they have made a great first impression. From the salesman Frank to the technician Nathan. They both was very professional and a great representation of the company. This definitely makes a difference when you have people like Nathan and Frank working for your company. I have had a great experience with Vector Security, the security systems, and the staff and technicians. The install of the new upgraded control panel and doorbell camera went smooth. The technician was great to work with and taught us all the ins & outs of the new system.

Today’s service call couldn’t have gone any better. I had Phil ** out to my home today who took care of two separate issues but most impressively he was extremely patient and answering all my concerns and even training me a little, I guess you could say a refresher course. Fantastic job Phil.

We've been a long standing client of Vector and appreciate the depth of relationship and professionalism in their field. They prove to be an excellent resource with questions, concerns, or potential issues. Their staff is quick to respond, always cordial, and knowledgeable about your relationship with them. The only constructive criticism I have is regarding short notice, non-emergency appointments. I had to book 2 weeks out to update the administrator after a firm employee departure; however, I received a call the next day that an earlier time in the current week had opened up. The departure was not a risk to the firm, so I wasn't concerned with the timeline. The only reason I bring it up is to offer a point of improvement.

Love Vector, Loved Curtis and Love my system. I have been a customer for 3 years now and have had zero problems. Curtis came out and installed my cameras and he was on time and very professional and was also very knowledgeable and did a great job and was able to answer all my questions.

We had a concern about the medical alert system working following a power outage. The Vector staff was very thorough, friendly, and efficient in answering our questions and fixing our concerns. The technicians were Gary and Nathan and were wonderful.

ADF choose Vector base on the size of the company and the reviews online. The installation when as aspected with no problems. The technicians were great helping me to understand the system and did a great job of letting me know of delays.

He worked with us to schedule the visit too so that it was convenient for us and showed up when we had scheduled. Vector Security was wonderful. I didn't have any problems with them until it was time to cancel service. Another family is living in the house where I moved from and the security system is bugging them. They make it way too hard to discontinue services.

Very thorough fire inspection of our hotel. John & Bill are very knowledgeable technicians. They tested the system fully and completely. It's nice to know that our system works and provides protection for our guests. I would recommend that they return to do the inspections in the future.

Had new windows installed and thought I’d have to replace all sensors and contacts but installer advised just the contact magnets could be replaced with smaller ones and would not have to purchase new contacts. I really appreciate the honesty and certainly don’t mind saving money wherever possible. I always recommend Vector to friends and family, and will continue to do so. Installer was also very courteous, professional, and friendly with my children. He made me feel very comfortable with him and trust in his knowledge and helpfulness.

Steve ** came to service the alarm. I have been dealing with Vector for many years and always received good service. Steve was outstanding... He arrived on time and was so thorough. He checked everything, replaced batteries, and made important recommendations we had never thought about concerning making sure the windows were not painted shut as they were. Gerald ** is a great technician very knowledgeable of your equipment and their workings. Mr. ** is very clean well kept well mannered. He explains things where everyone can understand. If your ask something he does not know he will find out and get back to you in a timely fashion.

I wanted to let you know that I was impressed with my customer service experience from start to finish. The person who took my call assumed I needed a more expensive part to be replaced (I told her we threw out the sensor mistakenly when we replaced a door... so the misunderstanding was probably because of what I said), however, I'd rather a mistake turn out to be cheaper than more expensive. Anthony was phenomenal. He called ahead, showed up when expected, was courteous and friendly, cleaned up after himself, and hustled the whole time he was here. He didn't show any signs of frustration with me when I asked him to check two other sensors while he was here. He was proactive and honest.

Kevin ** our security installer was professional, curious and very knowledgeable on the system. We had a difficult install on multiple buildings and he spent a lot of time ensuring we got exactly what we wanted and also did a great job training us. We are completely satisfied and Kevin did an awesome job.

It's the security company my brother chose but I pay the bill. Every time I call to make a payment the staff is always friendly and courteous. Latosha seems to be a great asset to the company. Keep up the great customer service.

Came with HOA fees, very quick and easy service. The technician was very thorough, informative, and extremely nice, he explained everything to us, and took his time to explain the system to us. We were very fortunate to get such a pleasant young man. On a scale of 1-10 he would get a 10+.

I had a service appointment with Vector security today and I couldn’t be more happier. I was in the shower when the tech arrived but thankfully he waited outside long enough for me to flag him down. He then came and replaced the faulty sensor and even asked if there was any other questions about the system, I responded I have questions but not about the system rather than him just leaving. He gladly answer them about lighting in my house. Thank you very much Phil **. Great job.

Service man comes very neat and clean and is very knowledgeable. He comes on time and explains the problems and has always solves the problem on the first time. He always calls when he is coming. I would recommend Vector very highly because of the experience of your service rep.

Vector has been our preferred vendor for over 5 years. Rita in the office was very professional and efficient in setting up the appointment. Bob arrived on time and was very professional. The work was done promptly and efficiently and explained the work and how it would work going forward.

The worst ever!! My cameras have not worked the way they were promised to from day 1! Can never get anyone to call me back, that is if you can in a hold of anyone before they shut their phones off at 5pm. The solution they gave me for problem, after calling for 2 weeks without a single return call (including the 800 number) was to spend additional money per month.... Total garbage!!!

It went well. Jim the installer was on time, installation went as planned and we are excited to have a new security system. Jim reviewed the system, keypad, motion detectors and sensors. It will take me some time to become acclimated to our new security coverage.

He showed me the updates and gave me additional information about other equipment I might need. I’m extremely happy with his customer service today. We wanted to add some new features to our security system which included doorbell camera, lamp modulations and upgraded panel. We wanted to ensure that we could see who was at our door as my wife worked from upstairs in our home, making it hard for her to receive packages and answer the door.

My installer Jeff ** came to my house and installed a Qolsys alarm panel. The installation went perfect! Can’t wait till I finish remodeling my home for I can add more devices to my system especially the home automation part of it.

The technician Nick showed up and did a good job. He used my existing alarm system and was able to tie everything to the Vector system. Power went out inside the building due to a storm. He never stopped working and stayed on task to complete the job! Very good attitude and work ethic. So far I AM PLEASED WITH THE VECTOR SERVICE!

My community uses Vector Security for 612 homes. I needed an alarm certificate and AGATA was terrific, very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She emailed it to me promptly as she said she would. I then found out I needed a monitored smoke detector to get a bigger discount on my insurance and Doug was helpful in getting it installed quickly and Chris did the install.
