Just want to take the time to thank Vector for the many years of great service. Also want to point out that the technician Derek who recently have been coming to my home to service the equipment has been wonderful. He always looks to improve my system with the latest technology.

Initially it was in my home when I bought it several years ago. Originally it was Burgmyer then bought by Vector. I have been very pleased with Vector and the representatives who service my home. Aaron was very efficient and helpful.

Interaction with staff member was excellent. He was very courteous and professional. New products were explained thoroughly. The work performed on the current system issue regarding the glass breakers was done satisfactorily. Batteries for the smoke detector was also replaced.

From the beginning of the process, our experience with Vector Security was fantastic! The sales manager, Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable which aided in our selection of what products. He helped us to select the products that would be right for our home and our needs. The entire install process went smoothly and Aaron (**) was extremely professional and helpful. He was so knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions that we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely recommend the company to others. Thank you!

Excellent Service. Not all service techs can work on smoke detectors without using a ladder. As an aside, having nothing to do with the capabilities of the service tech, the online app gives the impression that you can generate a trouble report online. Not true. It goes into the great bitbucket in the sky. So I marked down Customer Service.

I have been a customer of Vector for over 30 years. I have always been pleased with the service received and what I consider a reasonable monthly monitoring fee. Felt it was time to upgrade to cameras. Scott was awesome. Spent a lot of time here setting up everything and explaining to me to operate the system. Can't thank him enough, great guy!

Salesperson were walking through the neighborhood going from door to door and at the time was a current customer of another security company which happened to be a little less expensive for the monthly however Vector security offered a the window contacts which were needed for a flat rate. Haven't had much trouble with the alarm. Been satisfied with the alarm.

We have had Vector for years and I am very happy with the service and very happy with the technicians that you send to our house for updates or battery changes. Jeff was great! He was very helpful and very friendly. We are considering cameras. Thank you.

Torrence was a very good tech. He was on time. Called when he was in route to my location. Tech explained everything that he was doing and took time to show me how app works and also showed ID upon arrival. I would recommend Vector Security to my family, friends and neighbors.

I have been with Vector Security for over ten years. Someone came by my house and offered me the Vector Security system. I have never had any issues with Vector Security. They're a great company. The technician came out and replaced my Keyfob and installed a smoke detector.

I was approached by Vector. They offered me a deal to install my system for nothing and I took them up on it. They installed the system and we’ve had it ever since. The service this last time was very good. The only problem I have with Vector is the monthly fee has gone up too much.

About five years ago we had a salesman going door to door asking if we were interested in upgrading the system. A few of our neighbors had Vector so we decided to go with them. Over the years we have had very few problems and are very happy.

They are local and were very pleasant when I had called for information about a system for my office. We set up a time to come and install everything and I am very pleased with the cameras and system itself.

me there is a problem, I already know there is a problem. The system has told me so. The service I had originally was so much better than it is now. Service now is so much slower. There is a lot of improvements that has to be made to make it at least good.

I chose Vector Security as a recommendation from my insurance company. The salesman were very nice and helpful. The install tech was great and answered all my questions and concerns. Scott went above and beyond in even helping with verizon not activating the main network as I was not present.

I was very pleased with the service provided by my service tech Darrell. He tested my devices and helped me get on the right track to following up to fix the fob and smoke detector error caused by whoever hooked up our devices.

Been a customer of Vector and been happy with my service, but after the service call with Jeff I now understand why I will not shop for a different alarm company when my account comes up for renewal, the level of follow through and professionalism I experienced on the call set Vector apart. Jeff resolved the issue of the call but also did a complete diagnostic test and uncovered issues that had not materialized yet but could down the road and fixed them. This saves me time for sure but when it's your alarm system this gives me true peace of mind. Thank you Jeff.

I got my system from hearing it first from my dad and then I decided to get the system. I had my daughter install a system in her house and a technician recommended to upgrade my system and I went ahead and upgraded my old system to the new wireless system.

Rich and Joel were very professional and showed me the best way to help me understand how to operate the new camera system that was installed so I can feel comfortable and secure in my home. They were right on time and very polite.

We receive local prompt service with very friendly and competent staff. Jason is particularly helpful and competent, he has been to our house for service a couple of times and always explained the issue, was prompt and finished effective and efficiently. Office staff also is very helpful, will call back immediately and scheduling is easy.

Recommended by prior owner and customer service. Torrence was earlier than anticipated and super efficient in replacing and testing. I have 2 dogs and they were comfortable during his call. Love the service plan with our contract. I learned the life expectancy of the battery so we are set.

Vector is very reliable. They call for any problems that occur and are very prompt to come to the house for battery changes and any other problems tht occur. MY FATHER INSTALLED WITH VECTOR and when I inherited the house I stayed with Vector and have never had any problems. Our company has been working with Vector security for several years -- the staff is friendly, helpful and able to answer all questions and help direct us in good camera placement. The install went seamlessly -- they got 8 cameras up and running in a quick two day period.

Contacted Vector to reactivate service then added a doorbell camera with video. Had old system that needed reactivation and software update new radio added as well. Technician was very knowledgeable and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Work completed as needed in a timely manner.

I am overly impressed with Sean's undivided attention to all our security needs. He makes sure you understand how Vector's system works, he's very patient in helping those who know absolutely nothing, and he is very professional with his job. Very happy to have him as our Vector "go to" person when we need him.

Our original system was recommended by a locksmith friend. The installation was done and we have had no problems for many years. The tech on this service call was prompt and efficient as was the person I talked to about setting up the visit.

My alarm with Vector Security started beeping, I had a low battery so I called and got an appointment to have it changed. David ** arrived bright and early right on time and immediately told me who he is showed me his Vector Security ID. He was great!

Vector has treated me right since the very beginning and I love it! I've been with Vector Security since 2012! When the upgrades came along, they called us directly about upgrading our system. The other security companies try to get our business, but we turn them down in favor of Vector Security!

We've been with Vector Security for a long time. We called the office about getting an upgrade to our existing system and someone came out to talk to us about the upgrade and then Josh came out to install the upgraded alarm and set up our phones and notifications. We are satisfied!

The alarm was first put in by a local man. Not sure Vector alarm got put in. The alarm has been working like it should. Not happy about having to get a $25.00 service fee for everytime a service has to come out since the bill is being paid regularly every month on time and not missed a single payment.

Vector offered a reliable service in our area.The installer, Jeff **, made sure that we were comfortable with all the options. He set up the cell phone app and programmed the system and made sure we were able to correctly use them.

My alarm service has been with Vector going back to about 2014. The alarm has worked well for me over the years and I really like having the system in the house. I've needed batteries but not really had any big problems with the system. Only thing I would change is making it a little easier to get a real person on the phone when I call the 800 number.

The fire inspection were great, all the information the church need was supplied and very helpful to the that will be in control of the church. I just want to thank this great company for saving our home from burning down. We were out of town for a few days and on Sat, we received an alert from Vector that the fire alarm on the second level was activated. Vector was unable to verify this status because we were not near our cell phones. They dispatched the police and the fire department. Within a few minutes they arrived and were able to put out the fire with little damage to our home. Thank you Vector on being on the job and so doing a great job. I told my friends about this situation.

We moved into this new home and location and wanted the alarm hooked back up. We had issues with the front deadbolt lock and Josh the installer tried to save it but ended having to replace it. We have been utilizing the app and the features it provides. We are used to using the system in which Josh asked if we needed to go through all the functions but we said we had the system for awhile and we got a handle on it. Thank You for all you do!

Steve was very professional and friendly. He even was able to fit us in much earlier than our scheduled time to allow us to attend an event that evening. While in our home, he was thoughtful enough to wear shoe protectors & even did a quick review of our system needs to make sure we were sufficiently protected. Replaced system from old to new IQ system. Technician was very helpful in explaining how system works. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. Allowed me to do hands on with his expert instructions. Very please with the ease of using the new system and its many functions.

Michelle responded to my emails in a timely manner and was always courteous during our telephone conversations. There were a number of problems on our commercial account with Vector, but these have been corrected. Michelle was very helpful in the process of resolving this issue.

Over a month ago my water sensor in the basement failed. After calling multiple times because the alarm kept faulting, they finally came to our home. They disconnected the sensor and did not have a replacement in the truck. I was told at the time that they would be back soon to replace it. They also alerted me that y panel appears to have issues as well, and they would be back to service that as well. Well... that was over a month ago. I am paying monthly for a security contract. The alarm was installed by their technicians under the Hammond name which Vector purchased. Those are the facts.

Tech was knowledgeable and friendly and patient with all our questions. Explained my mother's system to me so I would understand it also. I am thinking of switching from present company to Vector. Will talk options over with my husband and will call the tech to answer our questions.

We have been a satisfied customer with Vector Security for 8 years. On December 28, 2018 AJ who has been our service technician since 2012 came out to our resident to conduct a service call. Our home sustained damage from Hurricane Florence, therefore in return we had to have several door and a window break sensor repaired. AJ conducted the service call very professional and even went a step further to allow us to customize the name of a door sensor. We feel confident in trusting our home with Vector Security, and look forward to many more years of Reliable service provided by Vector Security.

The problems I had with my service were quickly turning me off to keeping this security system. But with the confidence of my technician, thoroughly answering my questions and addressing my concerns, I'm willing to continue my Vector service.

I'm call for cancel my service. Many years ago some person say I'm set but every single month this company charge me $34.00 dollar. Tomorrow I will call my law office for put this company court. I don't have more passion.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel my account for well over a month now. I started the process on 11/21/18 with Jennifer and followed all her directions to get my account cancelled. After several emails later I finally received a response from Stephanie on 12/19/18 stating my request is being sent to the branch administrator. As of this writing, 12/27/18 I still have not received any response from anyone at Vector Security. It is very disappointing that customers in good standing are being ignored. I never missed a payment and I was never late with any payments for the last 6 years and 10 months. I just want a resolution!

On time and great services and the arrival time was perfect. Great communication from the company and services men. No issues or concerns with this company and always great over the phone and in person. We have had them for years and would recommend them.

Excellent service from the technician. However, the app setup was very difficult through no fault of his. The system changed my username. We had a lot of difficulty getting things entered. System needs some improvement. I would recommend Vector. Vector was recommended to us by Cynthia **.

I needed a copy of alarm certificate faxed to insurer. I spoke with Agata who agreed to send it on December 26. My insurer received it promptly. Great customer service. She also sent me a copy for backup. Very efficient and competent.

I have been with Vector Security since 2007. Installation was simple and professionally completed. I have only had to cal for service at the most 4 - 5 times in 11 years which has mostly been for battery issues/keyfob. They are extremely prompt to notify you of any tampering alerts (in less than a minute or less). I am very happy and feel secure with my service!
