The technician Ray that came out to install my security system service did a phenomenal job today. He was early for my appointment and waited patiently for my arrival. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable with the system I have. He even took the time to carefully explain to me how my system works and how the app on my phone works as well.

I choose Vector Because I have it installed at the business. I was happy with the service. The technician came out he did a wonderful job. The man needs a raise!! Everything is good the way it works and everything was well explained.

We have had Vector Security for more than 5 years. Our service has been great, they always come out in a timely manner whenever we need something. We called for our upgrade and we had someone out within a week. Devin was my technician, he was on time and showed us how to use the app on our phones and set up the notifications.

Vector Security is very professional and the best alarm system ever. Would recommend them to anyone. Also they are very affordable. Was recommended by my daughter and she loves Vector alarm system as well and would recommend Vector as well. Awesome Service. I give them 5 stars.

We have had Vector Security for about 30 years and vector has been great to us. Service has always been good and they always come out when we need something. Recently we wanted to add a smoke detector to our system and Devin was our technician. He was very prompt and such a wonderful young man. The ladies at the office were also great to us!

I chose to get vector Security because we recently moved to the country and felt that we needed more security, especially at night time. The previous owner had vector already so we decided to just upgrade the system. Devin was my installation technician, he was on time, showed me how to use everything. I have had Vector's services for almost 15 years, and have been extremely satisfied. I have not been burglarized at this point. When the alarm goes off, not only do they call me, but if unavailable to reach me, they consistently call my back up people. They, in turn, immediately contact me. Also if I call Technical Support, they patiently walk me through the remedy. Finally, I have dealt with Don for years - he is a brilliant man and expert technician. He is friendly to me and I trust his services. Thank you Vector.

Last week I found out that my alarm panel was not testing for over a year. I called Vector for service and they sent out a tech. Anthony came out to service my panel and he was great. He told me Magic jack will not work. Then what do I do. I was ready to give up. He said, "Don't worry. I can install a starlink." I just wanna say Anthony went above his work to make me happy.

We love our Vector System and the comfort it gives in protecting our home. We love all the features and the great people. You know if something happens they are on top of it and the service will be wonderful. They are just amazing.

We have been using Vector for years and recently upgraded to a new system. Jake (the installer) was Awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful! The updated system is better than we expected. Ricky (customer service) knew exactly what we needed and set us up perfectly. I would highly recommend Vector.

I would not recommend Vector to anyone looking for a home security system. It seems we cannot go away without their equipment going wrong. The motion detectors never work. We just went away and got a call that all of the sensors have an issue; including all 3 smoke detectors. They would send someone out to fix it, but I would have to pay because it’s the weekend and my contract is only good Monday-Friday. Make sure to read the fine print, but if you want equipment that works, go with another company.

Researched security for Homeless Shelter (where I also live). Our need/mine was to be able to access entrance/exit, lock/unlock via IPHONE; and, to view and track use of steps and of pantry. Vector provided this and great service at a price far less than competitors who submitted bids. Life in this shelter highly enhanced with Vector system.

Agatha was most helpful in obtaining the Certificate of alarm monitoring for our new Insurance company. She emailed the certificate in a timely manner. The certificate indicated that the alarm included burglary, fire, smoke and motion. The alarm was indicated to be analog and supervised by a central station.

Video camera install for front door and rear deck. Rigel initiated helpful suggestions including wire configuration and camera placement. Rigel left the work site clean. Would recommend Rigel to any customer looking for thorough work. Rigel explained how to maintain cleanliness of camera domes.

Purchased a home with a system already set up. The system itself has just been okay, it malfunctioned a couple times and we called for a repair. Technician was very friendly and it turned out the tamper sensor was bad so it thought the door was being tampered with every time we opened or shut the door. But, the tech was was informative and fixed it for us.

I chose Vector Security because I was referred by a friend and family member. The unique security system provides me with the feeling like I am home when I am away. Meaning I can stay away of what's going on at my residence when I am not home.

The installers were early every day and worked late to make sure the job was done. This install all together went smooth and I am very pleased to say that they did a great job on the cameras, security, and door access! Overall very satisfied with the company!

Reactions with entire staff were excellent. The tech was most knowledgable and explained many different things about the system. Besides replacing my key pad he had to replace transmitters and tested all zones. He also gave me extensions to individuals who can solve specific problems.

Therefore, I am very familiar with the Security Alarm Systems segment on a business level as well as a residential level. It should also be noted that I give very few references for service! Matt the installer showed up on time and was very professional, took the time to explain everything and made sure I was completely comfortable with the operation of the system, I came up to my cousins house to meet with Matt to get the install done after Vector did one at my house yesterday, so glad I got my system done and I know my cousin will be very happy with his, highly recommend Vector Security.

I would never choose Vector again and I would never recommend it to anyone. I have been trying to get an alarm repaired for over six months and requires a repairman to physically come to the home and actually repair the alarm. Somehow some idiot thinks that he can clear it without ever showing up. I have called repeatedly, set up appointments for repairman, never showed up. I’ve issued a complaint. I’ve done everything I can possibly think of to get your attention. Your service is the worst that I have ever had for any vendor. You have a real problem. You’re obviously understaffed. The people that I’ve experienced over the years are highly qualified but you obviously don’t have enough of them and God knows what kind of repair department do you have.

Reputation of the company which is well known throughout the community where I live. Excellent all around job of install and every aspect of the alarm system industry. Good overall company to deal with. They install very fine product and their service people are professional.

I switched over because it was significantly cheaper and more technology. The service has been great and user friendly. Service person was very helpful and it made the process easy. Love the additions features from my last system. It’s also very easy to use making it something I don’t have to think about.

Service call was needed, appt was set up for 8 am to noon, tech got held up on first call and didn't arrive until 2pm. I had to call to see if they forgot, I would have rated higher if they would have called me first. After arrival: great service! great attitude, great knowledge of equipment.

I needed to upgrade my alarm system being that I have Spectrum phones. I needed to upgrade my system and add a few devices. The install price was waived as well. Tech fixed my panel, I had work done to my store/remodeled and then my panel just turn off completely. It turns out by moving my panel the wires got messed up. Tech rewired my whole panel, replaced my backup batteries, he also tested everything. Tech does a very clean job!

For over thirty years, I have been the CEO of several worldwide corporations. Throughout my business life, I have always had a great respect and admiration for people who display qualities which guarantee their success as assets to the companies for whom they work. During my ongoing contact with Ms. Tracy **, I have always found her to exemplify all of the skills and attributes that I look for in all of my upper management personnel.

I have been a Vector customer for years and needed to have a motion detector replaced. The tech couldn't have been more professional and personable. He replaced the detector and checked the other components to my system. He was very conscious of the cost to me when suggesting upgrades. I did upgrade a few things at his suggestions.

The install went well. It took about 7 hours but that included all wireless installation. Our installer answered all our questions and explained the operation of the system and the associated phone and web apps. Our old service provider went out of business and that is when Vector took over.

Part of Seven **. Technician came on time and spoke to me explaining what he was going to do and set everything up and explained everything. He was thorough and patient and explained everything as well. That's it.

Use Vector for the last couple of years. I switch from ADT. Bob has been here several times And is very efficient and explains what he’s doing. Also is very courteous and respects rules of the business. Who looks out for the best interest of the customer can continue to do their business and be safe.

Vector was the provider when the house was purchased. We have maintained it for 17 years. Installers were very professional, polite and courteous. This was an upgrade to our previous system. There was an issue with install times which was immediately addressed and corrected. We appreciated the effort made to keep our original install dates/times.

I have used Vector Security for my businesses. Vector has done a great job installing fire alarms. I recently had a security system installed for my home with a remote door lock and camera. I dealt with Susan the rep and she did a great job and Ray was the tech who installed and explained the app and how to use it. I recommend Vector Security for business or for residential. I dealt with the Nederland branch.

Receive the great service, everything was finished off in a timely manner and the technician explained everything to me, fixed all trouble conditions bringing the system back to the way is supposed to be. I’ve used Vector for about 20 years and would recommend using their service.

Tech replaced my deadbolt that wouldn’t come up in my app, tech also reconfigured it the deadbolt and my front light switch that also wasn’t working. Tech informed me that he will need to return to install my back light switch that also isn’t working but ‘because it’s a bad switch’ with an electrician.

I would recommend Vector Security to my family and friends. Matt did a excellent job installing my system, very thorough on how the system worked. Dave the salesman was on time and very detailed on going over the existing system and selling me the new system for the upgrade. I just had a very overall satisfying experience with Vector Security over the years.

We have had a Vector for long time but have maintained it because of the customer support... I really have no additional comments to make. We keep getting low battery signal and they immediately come and fix it. I like the app on the phone. The only comment I would make it sometimes it takes a while for them to answer the call center.

The system has been very reliable and Vector has been quick to respond when their issue. Chris diagnosed that the door sensors were put on wrong by the door contractor and remounted them properly. Would recommend vector to anyone looking.

Patrick Reviewed and explained motion detection on camera system to us. We didn’t know why some time was missing on the camera until he explained that the one section of the parking lot wasn’t selected for motion detection. Patrick changed this for us so all parking spaces were covered.

I have been a customer since Vector acquired the company that installed my system. Last September my alarms went off signalling "fire!" Fortunately there was no fire, but when Vector nor the Fire Department called, I suspected something was wrong with the system. I called Vector and found that its system was dependent on a landline connection and that Vector had NOT monitored my system since Feb. 12, the date we cancelled our landline in favor of cellphones. Yet Vector continued to bill me and I paid thru Sept., even though I do not have a contract. Vector refused to refund the payments for the time it was not monitoring and continues to send monthly bills, notwithstanding the facts that 1) I have no contract and 2) I filled out their mandated form terminating service.

From my initial contact with their salesperson, including the home visit, to the installation, everything went very well and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

When tech arrived he asked what the issue was, he then informed me that my sky bell camera would have to be deleted and reprogrammed, he asked me for my WiFi information he then deleted my sky bell from my app, and then programmed it back in.

I like Vector Security a lot! I feel safe with the company because they always make sure to reach one of us in the household whenever the alarm goes off. It can be more than 2 times in a day but they always make sure we are fine even when we tell them there a malfunction on the system and they are also willing to call the police for us if we needed or when we don't answer their call in any given situation. Definitely will recommend them and will keep them as our security company as long as we can afford it.
