Vector is the company that purchased the prior company. We had a door change and Bill from Vector came out and replaced the front door sensor in a timely fashion. He gave me suggestions on future warranty products. It was a very smooth process.

We had Vector service in MD before we move to DE and were very satisfied, so we contracted with them again in DE. The system has been very reliable. I had two false alarms which caused me to request a service visit. My interaction with the staff at the central monitoring office was efficient and cordial. Bob ** was the technician who came to my home and he was efficient, cordial and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and explained everything to my full satisfaction. I think he is an asset to Vector Security.

An excellent business with excellent response, respect and performance. True professionals here. I’m glad I made the choice to trust these guys cause they really came through with me. Overall, very happy and will definitely be referring others to these guys.

I chose Vector because I didn’t like ADT and the prices continued to go up. My interactions with the staff have always been good. I’ve never had any complaints. I would definitely highly recommend Vector security to friends and family.

I have had Vector Security for approximately two years. Their customer service is second to none. Rich ** installed my security cameras two years ago and his expertise, knowledge, professionalism and pride in his work is phenomenal. On this visit he came to change the battery in my indoor motion detector. Rich arrived right on time to changed the battery and once he changed the battery Rich checked the rest of my security system making sure the system was working properly. Rich is one of the reasons Vector is so successful.

Malik was our installer for our new security system for our home. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process to install our system. He needed to trouble shoot some issues since we had some existing equipment from our previous security company. Excellent talent, glad we had him working our job. We’re still getting use to the new system but so far all good! Thank you to Malik our installer and Roger our sales rep!

Peter was Excellent, Very professional, Honest. Even he has to come back to complete the Job, he was very prompt. His support staff was very cooperative as well. My confidence level with Vector has increased after working with Peter. I will highly recommend my family and friends to Vector Security after working with Peter **.

I have an older security system which Vector has been monitoring for years. Contacted them for an upgrade. Sales person came to the house and quoted me a price to upgrade with door bell, outside security camera, wireless system. Had trouble getting a quote emailed to me. Said he emailed it, never received it. Finally got it 1 week later. Given a installation date and time installer shows up 4 Hours early. I was told 12 pm and he shows up at 830?? Both my husband and I work. I took off half a day, starting at 12. Husband had to leave work early to meet installer. Then the installer proceeds to tell us that what was quoted to us was wrong and the upgrade could not be done the way it was quoted!! It will be considerably more to do the upgrade!!! Thanks but no thanks!!!!

This company is right on point. They have the best prices. Service is good and customer service excellent. I recommend them to new and first time homeowners. They offer military discount to me over twenty years ago. When no one else would.

System was installed yesterday and this is my first problem and I can’t find anybody to contact about it. The installer is gone, there is a VERY bright light on my porch doorbell blinking red then green over and over. WHY?? I can’t find a real person to talk to for an answer or correction. So far I’m VERY disappointed with your (no) service.

My in laws has the same service. They advised us to have the same. Today my interaction with Vector's staff was very professional. He was very nice, fixed the issue. And even fixed my door (hahaha). He came At a decent time as well. Not too late like other techs. My experience was very positive.

This was a great visit from the Vector technician. He notified me that he would be running late and he gave me a time frame of when he would be arriving. He only had to replace my keypad battery and ended up fixing another issue of ours.

Installed upgraded security equipment. Installer was cordial and knowledgable. He assisted us to make sure we understood the equipment and how to use it. He also made us more familiar with our existing equipment. I feel he he was excellent.

We were very thankful for having Vector send out a tech to change the batteries in our 2GIG smoke detectors, we have been Customers for a long time, and the office is so nice to deal with! We really enjoy using the new system, even if it is a little too LOUD when it goes off.

Vector has always completed all of our trouble cameras with great results. They are always very prompt and call ahead when they run into a delay. The techs are very knowledgeable and offer suggestions to help with our growing needs.

Richard was dispatched to our location after numerous failed attempts to remotely diagnose and fix a problem with our alarm system. Within minutes he was able to fix and restore system to a functional status. Extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend.

I had a relative that lived in the area and recommended/referred us to Vector service. Every time there was a need for service the turn around time was fast and compatible with my schedule. I’ve always been happy with the service provided at the end of each visit.

I am overall happy with the experience. I have not had any real emergencies, only false alarms in the kitchen. And I was impressed with how swiftly Vector, police, or fire department responded. Is the monthly fee too high and contract length too long? Possibly? I will shop around soon. And beeping that happens when the batteries are low is too nerve-wracking. However, the technicians are always personable and nice. But I wish I could reset the system myself instead of waiting on a technician.

The service technician who arrived was prompt as well as very professional and polite. The service that was performed was accomplished quickly and neatly. The system was installed approximately two years ago and the service has been always been great.

The was a fantastic job by any vector tech that I ever had. The tech notified me about the arrival and showed Id on site. We kick it off pretty good, I had a saltwater tank and he also had one done. We had something in common. He replace batteries to devices.

Today I had Vector out to do the security system install at our new dermatology building and everything went great! Both Nick and Matt were very professional and productive. The job went good and was done and working in a timely fashion!

I Have had Vector Security for many years now. I have never had a problem with Vector's Service. Everything has been great. Vector Security is very responsive when the alarm has gone off. I would be happy to recommend Vector Security.

I was recommended to Vector many years ago by a friend and coworker in Cleveland. I have used it ever since and this is my third residence. The technician was very good, gave me lots of options and was able to show me how to use and access everything I needed. My only complaint is that I have to do this long review. My continued patronage is all the review I need for good service.

Vector Security response time is fairly quick any time I need service. Don and Jerry replaced my front door lock today and now the front door can be used again. They also gave a brief refresher on how to used alarm.com app. Thanks Vector Security for providing great service.

We chose to add an additional inside camera to our system. Anthony, the technician did a great job, he also fixed our doorbell camera and got my SVR back up and recording. Vector is always there when we need them. We love our interactive system, and appreciate the quick service.

He also was thoughtful in teaching another technician, Danny, who was training. I was satisfied with the service call and appreciated the professional manner of both the technician and his trainee.

Del provided great service and reviewed all my issues satisfactorily. He repaired the main panel quickly, without having to replace it, and confirmed all the sensors were working. He also replace all the batteries in the smoke detectors using his own ladder.

We had Vector's service now for at least fifteen years. We have had no problems and are happy with the service. We appreciate the technician calling thirty minutes before arrival. This is a big help because it helps us to plan our day.

I really appreciate your technician Ray for coming out to help fix my back door. He was on time and very professional. He took his time explaining to me the cause of the problem and how to prevent the problem from happening in the future.

Vector is our security system for years. We have good experience with them. Terry showed up on time and fixed the problem and also other issues that came up, like the garage door magnet coming off or the front door not closing properly as well changing the batteries out. Not only did he do what he came here for but he also found some other troubles that we did not know about and fix all the troubles. The technician was very helpful and very professional. The service was not complete but the tech did everything he could to help. My equipment is very old so I do understand that it might not be able to get fix so the tech gave us information on the newer equipment.

Vector provided service to our alarm system and Delesky was great. He was informative and provided a lot of information regarding our current system. Howard did a fantastic job and was very accommodating. We made some changes to the plan and he had no problem adjusting things for us. He showed up when he said he would everyday. Overall it was a good experience.

Bob showed up to fix our system. He called when he was coming and was on time. He was able to get the access (Brivo) site working for us and now we can see when our residents come in. Bob was also able to fix the gate lock very quickly. We are very happy with the service Vector Security has given us so far, Thank You.

I went with Vector Security because they are recommended in the local community. They did a good job on the installation and took their time. They explained the system really well. Vector always replaces all of the batteries when they need it.

We have had Vector Security since 2008 and have been very happy. Our security system has served its purpose which is to provide as a deterrent for break ins. More importantly is the service we have received from Vector. Over the years we have had equipment issues and other problems that have caused our system to “go offline“ for very short periods of time. This is because the technicians and especially Bob ** have always made it a priority to come to our home to fix whatever our problem was. Bob is also able to explain to my wife and I how to deal with the multi-function keypad which can be complicated.

Ethan ** was my technician, Showed up on time and was polite and very friendly. And didn’t walk in my house with his shoes. He put covers on and you don’t get that very often with workers in your home. I seriously appreciate him as a technician. He replaced my fathers panic button and was very impressed with how quickly it was fixed.

This was a very excellent service for me. The tech called while I was not home and waited for me to get there. This was my first time doing a system inspection and he made sure that I was well taken care of. Phenomenal service.

Their monitoring center is wonderful so I tend to believe they use a 3rd party for that, because if you ever call any local branch or corporate they all are very rude, inconsiderate and only care about how much you're going to spend each month with them. They rope you into a 3 year contract. Why tell you it's only 2 years and if you do not send them in writing 30 days before your contract ends you just got yourself another year.

AJ came and completed our service call. He was great, he changed the faulty sensor, all of the batteries and did a complete system check. He briefed us on all kinds of upgrades and we will definitely be checking them out in the future.

Jason came to our house yesterday to fix our smoke detector, and it turned out that we actually needed a new one so he replaced it for us. While he was here he also fixed our portable keypad which we have been having problems with. Everything is working great now. Jason has been to our house a few times and is always very pleasant and helpful. He explains everything to me really well and provides me with up to date information about our security system. Very thankful to always have such a positive experience!

I got the basic service but the technician T.J. informed that I could switch to interactive services in the future with just a phone call to the Richmond office.

We already have Vector for our alarm system needs. We chose to upgrade our old analog camera system to Vector’s wifi digital cameras. The technician arrived early and ready to work. Nick and Joey was very knowledgeable. And informative regarding the camera setup and wifi coverage. I was impressed with the clarity and. How crisp the cameras are. And pleased with the coverage. I’m the maintenance supervisor of a company who manages many buildings, and Vector is our company for all of them. Today’s call was at our warehouse which would cover more than 3 football fields, I placed the order on March 7th, requested nick and was told he was out for medical reasons. I said I’ll gladly wait for his return. Which I’m glad I did, because we had another tech at another building and the issue wasn’t resolved.

My system was to get inspected today. This was my first time for anything. The tech change batteries to all device and check each sensor. He was pretty nice and pleasant and thorough. I would recommend this service to anyone without a alarm system.

Vector security came in with the place I live. Had a tech out last week who left and issue wasn’t resolved. After tiring phone calls I reached Amanda who was absolutely amazing. When she said she’d call me back I thought “yea right” but she actually did and insisted the tech coming out would resolve the issue since I was leaving town. Nick showed up, apologized for the system still not working and determined fairly quickly that he believed the radio was bad. He didn’t have one on his truck, and I thought "great another appointment". Nick said he was going to the office get one and was coming back to resolve it. Sure enough he did! Fixed in matter of minutes, also adjusted some other settings and explained everything! It’s nice knowing someone cares enough to drive 30 min each way instead of going home just to ensure my safety was assured.

Your tech did a great job, he called before he came so I was expecting him. Was good with my dogs. Explained what he was going to do. Changed the battery in one sensor and checked all of the others, and explained how I might get an upgrade to my system. I was satisfied with the job he did and thought he did an excellent job.

Torrence was very proficient and professional. He educated us on the new water bug and ensured we understood how it operated. He took the time to explain what he was going to do during his visit. He even double checked to see if he had the water bug in his vehicle so a second trip didn't need to be performed. Overall, Torrence did a fantastic job and solved our problem.

I have had Vector Security for 3 years and will be cancelling at the end of the contract year this year. On two occasions I have had one of the tamper buttons malfunction which requires a technician to come out to the house. The malfunction causes the main panel located in the bedroom to every five minutes beep. Vector technicians cannot override this, the best they can do is to show you have to stop it for 4 hours, which means you will be awakened in the middle of the night by the beeping and have to do the manual override again.

Evan was the installer. He did a great job with that and then the orientation. This job was slightly complicated by the removal of an antiquated system. All went quite well. I am pleased that we chose Vector, I feel very comfortable with the system.

Today Torrence came to our house on a service call to check a faulty sensor. Torrence arrived to the minute of when he said he would arrive. He was exceptionally professional; he explained all the steps to check and repair the sensor. The sensor was fixed in short order. After finishing, he explained new Vector products and provided anecdotal information how they were beneficial to other Vector customers. Overall, this was an exceptional service cal, Torrence has the technical skills for repairs, and his customer relationship skills are superb. I have tried to cancel by phone and been given a hard time. I signed no paperwork and was told by the salesman Eric there was no contract. He forged my signature and left me with no paperwork!! Cancel immediately or I will take other measures to get this resolved. Ellen

Annual CO detector inspection, which gives me a great feeling knowing Vector comes out once a year to check my detectors for operation and even replaces them once they’re 5 years old. The tech came out, inspected them and informed me the year they’d be replaced, even informed me I had one in the basement which I wasn’t sure we did.

Already using Vector when I started. Scheduling is a challenge. Workers are great. Need to come out when scheduled. Better customer service when making appointments. The workers who come out to my 28 houses have been great, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Need more initial set up support to get the locations up and running. Too many false alarms and manager codes not working leaving the teams a little frustrated. Would be ideal for a customer service rep to follow through with the main point of contact quickly post install to ensure the set up is accurate and the right individuals are on the call list etc.

The office was little difficult stating Vector was no responsible for servicing, Recently had problems with communications with the Central Station, I suggest to get better training for a better customer service. They told me some misinformation about my system and the appointment setting, once I got the appointment set, service was excellent And the technician came out ordered parts, repaired the system and seems to be working good.
