Evan our technician was very helpful with our doorbell installation. We choose Vector when we remodeled our home three years ago. Our home inspector recommended Vector. We have been satisfied with Vector as our home security provider. We will be recommending Vector to our friends and family.

Phil arrived on time and installed my system quickly and efficiently. He explained everything I needed to know about my new system, the online login and the app on my phone. I would definitely recommend Vector for security needs. The process was made extremely easy!

Jeffrey went out of his way at the end of a long day of work because he saw we had a relatively urgent need. He stopped at our house and our fix was not an easy one but he spent the time and was very patient and had everything up and running quickly. Up until Jeff’s visit, I was a little annoyed that it was going to take a while to get our problem addressed but he handled so quickly that it gave me renewed faith in Vector.

We had used Certified in Palm Coast and still had a paid ahead contract with them when moving to NSB. I do think Vector is more expensive than some companies. Now all companies offer the phone app without another fee or upgrade. Not sure how much longer I will remain with Vector. Husband William passed away over 3 yrs ago.

I am an existing customer, who decided To use Vector security for my business location. I have been with Vector, for a long time and I am very comfortable to add another account. I highly recommend for those who are looking for an Alarm company to go ahead and contact vector security. The technician is really a great person. He his time to explain how the new system is working and is very patient and respectful.

Installation was great! Gary did a great job! He was very knowledgeable! Ken did a great job with selling the additional services. I have had issues in the past, but this experience has renewed my faith in the company. When we received the initial install five years ago, it was not the best, but this has been a much better experience.

Frank and Curtis were both great. Frank provided me with all options clearly and easily. Curtis was super helpful when he came to install, giving suggestions of what would work better and why. Glad to be secured now with Vector Security.

We have had Vector Security and just upgraded our system today. We went from normal telephone lines to now it is wireless. We are very happy. The technician Nathan came out and installed it and was very professional and kind which is a great representation of vector security. We recommend Vector to anybody who is looking for a security company.

I live in a community where vector security is our exclusive provider. Vector is a very great company to go with with your security system needs. They do a great job from start to finish. I definitely would recommend anyone who is looking to go with Vector. They definitely provide excellent customer service from sales to the technician.

We just had Vector Security come out and install our house. We really like the new system and we are glad that we went with Vector Security and their technology that they offer. The salesman came out and was great and so was the technician I’m really happy with the final product and I recommend Vector Security to everybody who’s looking.

This was by far the best customer service I have ever received. Nathan came out and installed our system and was at peak performance. He helped me and my wife understand the system and was very kind and a gentleman inside my house. This was a great great representation of Vector Security. After this install we know who our security provider will be from here on out. The system itself is amazing with the technology and all. We chose Vector because it was recommended by a police officer. Ethan was very professional and patient with our many questions. We highly recommend Ethan ** as an installer. We so appreciated his knowledge and that he took his time explaining how to properly use this system. Ethan was very kind.

It was time for an update. Rick came out, walked through the house, evaluated and recommended what upgrades I needed for the elderly system. Curtis came out, wears his little booties to keep my house clean, installed all the equipment, instructed me on how to use it, answered my questions, gave me a new sign!, and it’s all neat and tidy.

We liked that Vector security is a local company and calls the customer first before dispatching police and no fees for accidental calls. We liked that Ed was available to speak to us in the evenings. Jim was very flexible and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a great job showing me all the features.

The installation went well and system is less intimating than I thought. Aaron was professional and pleasant. He was great at answering all my questions. Aaron was pleasant to have and very knowledgeable about the products and service. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dave and Rich finished up the installation for the access system in building c today. They did a fantastic job with the install along with Omar prior to today. Both building a and building c are now completed and everything went very well. They all did a fantastic job.

Professional courteous and knowledgeable. Bob was on time with a phone call ahead of time. He showed up with the smoke detector battery, as well as backup battery due to age of it being last replaced in Feb., 2015. He was caring in asking if testing the system would be ok with my wife being in the home. All was tested and worked just fine. I’ve always enjoyed Vector’s work.

You could not ask for better service that the service we have received from Vector. It’s a wonderful company that does a great job and has wonderful technicians that come out to service an check the system. You could not ask for any thing better from the best company out there.

It was in the house when we moved. We would normally go back the the company that we have used in the past, but figured we would give you a try. I trust that the service will be about the same as what we are used to.

I had some questions about properly arming my system. And I called to get help. They sent out Curtis. He was the one who installed the system so he was able to help me and answer all my questions. He showed me how to properly arm my system and also was able to turn the brightness down on my keypad in my bedroom. Great job Curtis.

Excellent customer service both by the technician who installed our system and the representatives on the phone. The technician called before arriving to ask if it was ok to come early. While at my home, he was competent, polite and respectful. He took the time to explain how to operate the system.

Ethan ** from Vector Security showed up on time. He went right to work and was very helpful with setup. He was very professional and knowledgeable and the camera work was great. I get to actually see my front Door and it’s a really good picture just in case we need it for some reason later. Thanks Vector Security.

Your tech Joe made sure to give us a call when he was en route, your tech also explained his duties and got right on it. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable of was he was doing, Jose made sure everything was put back the way it was when he arrived.

Your technician was very professional, he explained what he was here to do and got right to it. He also replaced my backup battery that hadn’t been replaced in years. Your tech also showed me arming modes of my system that I didn’t know about.

Been with Vector, always good customer service in past. Ken ** Sales..very informative. Gary during install was absolutely fantastic, taught the system very detailed, professional, great experience...look forward to enjoying the system and all the features, but mostly the security and well being.

Orsino **. I've had Vector Security a long time and have required few repairs. Repair work was done this week, and Mr ** did an outstanding job. He was not just thorough and professional with his work, but was also kind and respectful.

Love the service I get from Vector and my vector system. The people there are the best and they can answer any question and help you with any problem you have with your system and it is always a great response from great people.

After hours or before opening answering service is terrible. Takes all the info from us and never passes it on to the person that helps so why take all that when you don’t even use it. Ridiculous in my opinion.

We can not say enough good things about our Vector system. It gives us comfort in our home know everything is safe and secure. It helps us to keep up with all the comings and goings in our home and is always letting us know what is going on around our home.

I must say that everything was efficient and a friendly installation experience from beginning to end. Very appreciative to Vector Security and the technician who came out to install my system. I would highly recommend Vector Security to anyone. Thank you so much for being prompt.

I chose Vector based on the recommendations of local residents, and online reviews. My interactions with the staff (Jeff and Mike) were excellent as both were friendly and knowledgeable. The install was straightforward, well done, and Mike spent the time to explain and demonstrate all the features.

Ethan ** was my installation technician today for my service. He called me before my appointment today and told me he was on his way to install. I recently had Bricks Home Security. Their customer service was terrible. I switch to Vector because of the service agreement and the service covers everything for a lifetime warranty. I like the warranty and service part. The best out of the agreement.

Video Installation. Existing customer of Vector. Rodlyn did an excellent job in a very professional manner. He showed up time, worked effectively, made suggestions And left work area very clean. Very satisfied with the work and technical set up. Would highly recommend Rodlyn.

Jose was very helpful though my situation, we had a big issue with the dealer that sold us Vector’s system and was told different lies. Jose really went out of his way to resolve the issue for us. We are so thankful for his time and help.

Mr. Patrick ** was able to quickly address the issue with the alarm system and get it resolved quickly. He also took the time and concerns I had with my CCTV system, and was able to get that everything back working online.

Both Patrick ** and Zack ** had done a great job. They was able to identify some of the problems I've been and get them resolved. We upgraded the alarm system so now I am able remotely access my system and be more aware while I am away. I look forward to continue my business with them.

Vector security came out and re-locate our system. We have been with them for many years now. I personally have them at my house and all of my other buildings. We have been a customer of Vector security for years. Our batteries were detected as needing replaced. Jeff came to our home and replaced our 2 batteries. He was extremely nice and informative. When we need service again, I would definitely request Jeff.

Worst company. They made us pay for our alarm system even after telling them that we were PCSing insisting that we cannot break the contract. Do not get tricked by them, it is not military friendly, run when they come over.

I have gone with another security service because I needed outside cameras and Vector could only offer cameras that plug in... I have tried to cancel the service for two weeks and have gotten recording after recording and not able to reach them at the hours I do not work. I took off from work to advise them that I am cancelling because I have gone with another company. They said I have to talk to someone else. It turns out to be the retention department!!! I am playing phone tag with them now. I NEED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE!!!!

Good people. Professional in every aspect. Up to date equipment, cameras have a very defined picture. Fast and very courteous service. Time was set and the installation team got here on time. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Vector is part of my development, I did not have a choice in my alarm security company. I have been on hold 3x, last time I waited 20 minutes then left a code to be called back. I have not received a callback, going out of town tomorrow and wanted to change my code and needed someone to guide me through it. So very disappointed.

Joe was awesome. He promptly got right to it. He knew the answers to all of my questions. He was able to get my z wave light switches that my sales rep recommended I get to work with my alarm system. Joe also figured out that I may need a booster for my WIFI.

The service tech was very professional and solved our issue with the video doorbell. I would recommend him to service our system if we have any problems in the future. He came on time and was courteous. He had the knowledge and experience to quickly diagnose the problem.

Had a good experience with the added security! All doors including the garage was covered with sensors, plus smoke alarms up and down stairs. There were glass breakage sensors in the laundry room over an outside exit door and another one in the kitchen!

We had Vector Security installed when one of the sales reps came by the house to talk to us about an alarm system and we eventually got it installed. Then after some time the alarm was beeping and we didn't know what was going on. We called Vector and was able to recommend a panel upgrade. Josh came out and installed a upgraded keypad with a doorbell camera and turned on the chimes to the door and installed the app on the phones.

Nick is very helpful and friendly. He is an expert and made very good recommendations. Great customer service and a joy to work with. He know exactly what i needed and was very knowledgeable about the services. He was able to explain how the system works in terms I could understand. I thank him so much for his patience.

I want to Thank Ms. ** for helping me when I broke my hip, I fell at home and made it to her office without know how severe my injury was until I got out of my truck and I knew immediately something was wrong. Ms. ** could see something was wrong and came to help, she brought a chair and fanned me while holding an umbrella (100 degrees out) until the ambulance came. I don't know what I would have done without her. Please let her know she is wonderful.

Builder selected company. Technician, Rod **, was most professional and went through all the details with us clearly. We certainly would recommend the company and Mr. **. He arrived during timeframe booked and he has a very nice personality! It was a pleasure to have him install our system!

We have been with Vector for some time. The system started to have problems and we called for service. The technician came out and checked out all of the wiring and repaired wires that need to be repaired. After testing our unit he found that it had failed. He tried several time to reactivate it and still it did not work. After more testing he suggested we replace our system. Vector gave us a great price. Bob sat down with us and explained about the new upgraded system we could get. He was courteous and clean and kept his work area clean. We opted to add a smoke detector and key fobs to the system instead of pairing it to our phones. The service was great and it was better than I expected. We were treated with respect.

Jose was very helpful in waiting for me to arrive, I was wrong about our appointment time but he was kind enough to give me time to leave my job to get home. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable of the new alarm system.

The installation went well with the installer making sure we understood every option that was available to us. Curtis, the residential installer, actually left to get a key fob for me because one was not on the truck, to ensure he installed it for us the same day. I had Cain Security originally and Vector Security acquired them. The Vector personnel have been great throughout the years. Overall satisfaction is ok. When calling into customer service, the hold time was too long. An appointment was scheduled properly for service to come out.

I chose the company because it was one of the companies recommended by our police department. When we moved I chose to keep the same company since we were happy with the company. We had an attempted break in while we were away and the system prevented the burglary. All of the personnel that I have worked with have done a great job and been personable.

I've had Vector for over 14 years. I had it installed because we were robbed. It's been a great system until recently. We have been having a failure on the system with motion and door sensors going off with no alarm on main panel going off. It was only going off at main central monitoring place. We would get a call from them saying our alarm was going off and it wasn't. Very frustrating!! They failed to show for a service call!! Took another week to get an appointment after being on phone with them for an hour. That's right an hour!! I'm looking for a new security company.

Ethan was my installation technician today. He showed up early and I greatly appreciate it. He was very professional and polite and very respectful to me and my home. He was professional and was very friendly. He went over everything with me about 5 to make sure I was understanding everything. I’m very happy with the service I receive.

We have been a Vector customer since 2009. We chose Vector Security because the ADT system was not working properly. We switched to Vector and integrated the security cameras with the security system. The salesman and service technicians have been excellent. Vector Security overall provides good service.

Installation was excellent. The gentleman was very personable and knowledgeable. The install took 2 days for the entire dealership, which was quick. Todd and Curtis were both great to work with. The system is very easy to use, also so is the app.

Your technician is always helpful and professional when he comes to my house for any issue that I am having. Today he came to fix my cameras and he explained to me that it was just my error, he also fixed my window contact.

Steve was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the system and the new features. He called before showing up which let me be ready for his arrival. Unfortunately one of the zones couldn't be identified. This was not Steve's fault, he alerted me to this. So now I am wondering how to find out what zone that is.

They also went over all the great features my new panel has, we are very happy with Vector Security both at my residence and my business.

Andy fixed my system very quickly. He understand what needed to be checked to fix my keypad. He also showed me some troubleshooting tips for any other problems that I may have in the future. Andy also helped me signing up for the app on my new phone and made it easy for me to locate the app and showed me how to use it. I’m very pleased with Vector.

Vector thralled or system over 3 years ago and monitors it. We could not be more pleased. They respond quickly, be it a false alarm or a question. You own the system and are not tied to monitoring worth them. It is a choice and that I love!

Repaired and Inspected Fire Alarm Error. Our technician, Jerry **, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had an alarm system that kept going into error mode and making a lot of noise. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. This work required the replacement of at least three parts. He then inspected the system and all is good now.

Dave and Omar did a amazing job installing the alarm system in the 2nd Floor of our building, Dave had installed both the 1st Floor and 3rd Floor alarms in the past for our building. They both were very Professional!

When we bought the house 9 years ago, this was the system. We were satisfied with it so we kept it. I needed another key fob since we only had one. The technician is very informative and a manner able young man he knows his job well. This man deserves a raise in salary and a promotion.

We contacted Vector for our home security because of the great service we have received in the past. This is our third relocation and with each home that we have had, we can truly say that Vector has been completely reliable! And today Agata was EXCELLENT!!!

Changing wake up time for remote panel. Although my problem was not resolved on the first try, I was extremely happy with the follow-up provided by the technical staff at Vector Security. They were also very responsive to my email replies and responded back to me in a timely manner. Ultimately the instructions were clarified, and implemented by me. This seems to have resolved the problem.

We chose Vector when we bought our home in 1999. Then in 2004 we had a fire in the house...I was home sleeping that day as I was not feeling well. The phone but I didn't feel like answering it. It rang again and again. I finally picked up and it was Vector calling to say they detected a fire in the 1st floor study. I was upstairs and said I don't think so because the smoke alarms are not sounding. The Vector rep insisted that I get up and check the study. As soon as I opened the bedroom door I saw the smoke billowing upward and the smoke detectors then sounded. It was equipment for the fish aquarium that caught fire. I grabbed my keys and my dog and we got out of the house. Vector dispatched Fire and Rescue and our house, me and the dog was saved. Only extensive smoke damage. To this day I always tell this story to folks and they say WOW Vector is a great system. Your reps and technicians are the very best in the business!!! Thank you!!!
