I would recommend Vector to all my friends. They are helpful and courteous. They are comparable to other alarm companies but have better customer service and they care about you as a customer, not just another 'number'. TeeJay and Agata were so helpful and friendly. Don't hesitate to use them. Way better than ADT.

I have had previous experience with Vector. One of my customers has used them prior to the merge with Hammond. I also have them where I work. I highly appreciate the service and attention to detail George ** put forth to ensure the install was correct and thorough.

Installation tech (Kevin), personable, came on time, professional service, no false advertising like other companies. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The system was installed by the builder prior to us moving in. Originally we had some issues with the sensors falling because they were not installed securely. The interactions with the Vector staff have been good (Including the Service Technicians and the Office Staff).

Matt and Jim were great installers of our new wireless system. They were very knowledgeable and easily explained the system. We would recommend this system from Vector Security. We are very pleased with all phases of our contacts with Vector.

We live in the country and the response time from the police is 1-2 hrs. So even if the alarm goes off the suspects would be long gone before the police would get there. So it is not worth it. We are installing cameras ourselves.

John was on time, he is very knowledgeable on the system. He is very personable and I ask for him every time there may be a problem. John cleared confusion that we had for alarm system. John also explained extra service Vector provides and he will have our salesman call us about the Ring doorbell and other services we may want.

I was lied to by Mike ** in 11-07-2003. He told me that ADT was leaving this area. Service has not been the best. Last two alarms, I received no call. Alarm didn’t go off. Call from 911 woke me, then my son called me. Don’t need this service.

Torrence was on time and called prior to arrival to make sure someone was home. He is a very personable guy and very knowledgeable about the system. I have an older system and he let me know what upgrades are available and offered to have someone from the company to contact me about the new features offered. I am very impressed with your consultant and it was done in a timely manner.

I have had Vector security for nearly 20 years. The service has been exceptional and I have recommended them to others! Anytime that I've had a problem with my alarm system Vector Security technicians have been able to fix my problem in a speedy fashion. Always courteous. I have always had a sense of security with my alarm system and have been very pleased with all aspects of my alarm system.

The technician Ray came out to my home and did a great job at fixing my doorbell camera. He quickly got my issue resolved while being polite and professional. He also took the time to explain to me what was wrong and provided me with troubleshooting steps I can use in the future.

Had a really old alarm system and was going to get rid of it initially after having remodeling done, but was able to get a nicer newer model at no extra cost. Install completed fairly quickly. System seems easy to use.

I have been in need of a security system in my restaurant for many years. I was presented by Cita and Wendy a good system of cameras by which I can monitor everything that is going on at anytime. The system is very affordable and they were so helpful. The technician Jared was very efficient and knowledgeable. My sales persons Cita and Wendy were very nice in continuing follow up service.

We had a communications issue which led to a number of non-satisfactory customer service issues. We required a technician to visit our home and fix the problem that no one remotely could fix. We had a visit from Rich ** who not only fixed the problem but was able to validate to us that the problem was fixed. Thank you Rich.

Andrew ** did a good job replacing a broken contact. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I had to wait over a week to have a repair person come to fix the problem of the system not setting up. The woman who took my call was very helpful and did a nice job of instructing me on what to do.

They were very helpful and determined to meet and my needs and Install and piece that could be Installed in this visit. I am grateful they could make it here on a Saturday evening because work six days a week and would not of gotten this product otherwise. They did and great job. Even retired my whole doorbell. Del came early and on-time and replaced the window sensor, the batteries for all exterior doors and the batteries in the smoke detectors. He is courteous and knowledgeable. I have been a Vector customer since 2004, and have a maintenance agreement, which I value.

I had Vector for 10 yrs. I felt it was time to upgrade the alarm system. I called the sales dept and a salesman came out and showed different packages. I signed up for cctv and upgraded alarm panel. Nick came out and was outstanding! He was professional and knowledgeable regarding the new touchscreen panel and CCTV. He setup my Vector App as well. I thoroughly enjoy my new alarm system and love my cameras!

We first got Vector Security when a sales rep stopped by and talked to me about getting an alarm system and we were convinced and got the system installed. Recently we cancelled our home phone line and we called in to cancel our Alarm service but they told us we can upgrade our system and go wireless. Rich is a wonderful technician to have at my site. I have had Rich at my site many times over the years. Rich has always been on time and always keeps me informed. He is very well spoken and knows his job VERY WELL. Rich has come to my site and fixed issues after other Vector technicians have come out and failed to find or fix the problem. Rich is always great to see and a great asset for Vector to have.

I have been with company for about 20 years. The installer Jeff ** Installed my upgrade and he was excellent and knowledgeable... I needed two more motions detectors and he came back the next day early in the morning to install it. I’m getting a system for my home and I want the same technician Jeff ** to install it.

We recently purchased a home in Delray Beach, FL. The HOA has a working arrangement with Vector Security. The technician who came to our house was excellent, informative and patient as he explained the equipment and helped set up my iPhone App. My recent telephone communications with staff member Agata ** went very, very well as she assisted me in obtaining documents, helped with the Sheriff's alarm permit and made certain I understood the system and corrected my documents. Ms. ** was a pleasure to work with and is a terrific ambassador for Vector.

We have had the Vector system for a long time. We have heard good reports from friends about Vector Security and that is why we chose them. The interactions with Vector have been very good. When service is needed is scheduled within a reasonable time.

We had Vector at our old house, and had a good experience. We like the technology (use on mobile phone). We like to go online and check to see if the door is locked. It’s easy enough for my kids to use as well.

We were already Vector customers and were updating our system. Evan did a great job. He was considerate and professional while he was in our home. He explained things well and I am pleased with the work that was done.

We were concerned because our system had never been serviced since it was installed and we recently had a false activated alarm from our motion sensor. Rich swiftly identified the problem, repaired it and answered all our questions, he then thoroughly checked all devices and replaced batteries as necessary. Assistance in use of a light device. Ricardo who performed the service was outstanding in his professionalism and knowledge. He was extremely patient while explaining how I could better use Vector's services and showed me how to enhance my use of already installed equipment. We found the staff to be very good at what they do. however the ability of police force to get to my country home is lacking and the time to do so is extreme. A burglary could occur and the suspect would be long gone before the police would arrive. Therefore we are cancelling.

Even after fulfilling your contract, they will automatically renew you a year at a time, which can only be ended by sending in a letter which they have to send to you. It's shady business at best. My advice is to get one of the termination letters when you get your service put in, so you don't get stuck paying for service you no longer want or need.

I liked Vector’s abilities with their security systems to have 2 different means of communication alarm system. Gary was extremely professional and thorough with explaining the system. Installation was clean and unobtrusive. He needed to explore several options because of the nature of the construction of my house. He did so and came up with the best solution, making sure that I was agreeable to the solution.

Dell is a great serviceman. He was so helpful with my repairs. He’s also very personable and trustworthy. I feel very secure with Vector and feel like customer service is very responsive. I have a single partition but was told about activating another partition based on future plans. So hopefully I will work with Dell in the near future again.

The technician Mr. ** was excellent. His patience during the process was definitely a model example. The install went well. I was a bit disappointed the door bell camera and my glass break was not going to be installed. That would be my downfall. I would rate the technicians customers service at 10. I would rate the sales representative at 10 however the unknown variable was extremely disappointing therefore I would rate capability and adaptability at 3 because not all my needed products was able to be installed and I am dissatisfied with that experience.

Our panel could not connect to the network and would give network errors at all times, day and night. The phone app would not work as well. The technician replaced the module from a 3G to a 4G and the system has worked great with no errors since.

Did a walk through and ensured that the old installation was removed. Had to improvise to ensure there were no Holes while replacing the old system.
