I keep Vector because of days like this. Phil ** came out today to inspect my CO detectors, and check batteries. I expressed my concern at the rate the batteries are showing up low And explain how I’m rarely on site at this location so Phil replaced all the first floor and basement batteries and took the time to show me how to do it for future issues, thank you Phil.

Excellent service. Don was on time for the scheduled appointment, called 30 mins ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive, and was able to promptly diagnose and fix our issue. Very pleased with his level of service and would recommend him into the future.

Have been a customer for over 25 years. Always happy with the service they provide. They're prompt, efficient, and explain repair issues well. We are also always happy with folks who answer the phone when we accidentally set off the alarm.

Dave was out to both of are school today to install amber strobes to provide us with more of a notification on site if there is ever a issue with our heating system, he did a great job, on time and very professional.

Ray, the technician that came out today was very professional and knowledgeable about our system. He showed us how to set up alerts on our phone when the doorbell rings and also told us about the different products that our system has to offer. We look forward to working with him and the company in the future.

The price and quality of the system with Vector. Service technicians are great in answering questions about the system and how everything works for your house. I suggest to others to go with the plus plan for labor and parts for your system.

Our installation went very smooth, the tech was very friendly and neat. He was very professional, he did a great job explaining our system and setting up the app on our phones. My service technician, Chris, called on the way and came within the promised time frame. He was very professional and did a great job switching out my sensor for me so I didn't have to hear the system constantly beeping. He tested the sensor once it was swapped out and cleaned up after himself. Great job!

Vector offered great customer service for most of the years that we utilized services. This last year, I was disappointed. Our system was ancient and we were never offered an upgrade. I was forced to research other companies when I received a noticed that cost was increasing 3.5%. Another company came in at a much better price.

We got more than we were getting at our old address using ADT. Very professional and knowledgeable. Josh brought out everything that was ordered. He was our Installer. Lee was our Sales guy. He was very helpful and friendly, made sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Vector to a friend and my Family members.

Phil ** came to my house today to look at an ongoing issue with a back motion Detector. He was very thorough when looking for anything in my home that would be causing the alarms and he took his Time to explain to me all the possible things that can cause a motion to false alarm. He left me with confidence that the problem has been fixed and a better understanding of how things work. Great job!

Needed a call for my cameras not working. Service technician Nick was very knowledgeable of the cameras and the networking aspect. My router dedicated for cameras wasn’t operational, he moved system to my router programmed it and set it so the system always gets same IP address which in turn saves me money because I can cancel my static ip service! Very satisfied!

I was really impressed with Marco, he came to give me an estimate I have been shopping around for some home automations, door locks, cameras and doorbell camera first I was impressed that I could get everything installed colors matched perfect with my door and now I can operate everything using the Vector Security app.

We were able to communicate easily and set a meeting quickly. Badi's work with me went well into the evening as we completed our sales contract and structured all for installation. His patience and commitment was very good that evening. Scheduling the installation was very efficient. I received a call the next business day to schedule. Originally called in to another security alarm provider from a advertisement that showed on the television. Don't really recall on how the Vector alarm system came to be installed in the home however, the vector service techs and people from the monitoring service center have been excellent and when they call here to verify alarm status they speak like someone that we’ve known all our lives or more like a family friend. The interactions have been wonderful.

I was up in the air about staying with Vector because I had an ongoing communication problem and a technician was out several months back and spent several hours and was on able to fix the problem, he left here saying that he would send back an expert technician for this issue. I never heard back from vector so I had to call back again they sent Phil ** out who figured it out and had it fixed within 45 minutes. On top of that he took the time to look at my cameras and run some test showing that I had in adequate upload speed from my cable provider which was causing my cameras to delay coming up for me to view. Fantastic job from Phil, thank you.

William is the name of the installer that installed my system today he did a great job. Showed up at the time he said that he would looking professional, took the time to explain the products that he was installing. He also looked over the house and the yard to see what angles would be best to put my camera to get the best use of it the really means a lot to me I know that was very time consuming but he was really patient and answered all the questions me and my wife had so glad that William is the installer that was sent out to do the job thanks job well done.

Terry, very knowledgeable of the Vector alarm system probably before he arrived at **. However, Terry, removed the existing battery and replaced it with a more updated battery and the technician checked all of the system sensors to make sure that the was accurate and performances probably. Very great installer. He was very hands on and had lots of information about the security system. I was confident in his abilities to do a great job installing the equipment. He walked me through the application process on the phone and the different functions that it offered. He also demonstrated the correct way to use the door bell alarm and its functions. I have a better understanding of the alarm system and most of its functions entirely. He did a great job.

Vector Security has always done a great job for our facility. Lately it came to our attention that we was lacking a fire alarm inspection and also needed a sensitivity testing to be completed. Mr. Patrick ** was able to quickly respond to our situation and showed respect to our retired residents by giving everyone notice before sounding the horns and lights.

Terry was very nice and thorough with his service call today. He called to give plenty of notice for when he was to arrive. He was able to fix our issues and replace multiple batteries. He also helped with the use of the Alarm.com app for future use. Overall I would recommend Terry from Vector to friends.

OK Jerry come in and he did a wonderful job. He said to system up, he showed me how to work everything and in the hub just did a marvelous job. Real happy with the system. I really like the phone app part of it where I can arm it or disarm it from the phone in the really really do like that show. Dave and Omar did a great job getting the panic button installed at the front desk. They were on time and very professional. Also they set up a door to be a 24 hour a day alarm to stop people from leaving.

I had my Qolsys panel installed when I moved in to my new home in late March. I had no internet then so Vector sent out a tech to install my new video doorbell. Anthony was such a pleasure; he took the time to set it all up so I could view it from my phone or Keypad! I’m not very tech savvy, however he explained it so that I could easily access it and answer my door from anywhere!

Vector currently monitors all our sites. We needed to add CO detectors and I reached out to George. They scheduled it promptly and were very good at explaining what they were doing and keep the areas they were working in clean.

Dealt with Vector Security for years. Kevin ** is the best!!! He has provided service to us for probably 20 years. When I call for service I tell them, "Please don't send anyone other than Kevin." He knows how to deal with anything that comes up and he knows my house. He is very professional and an expert. Highly recommend him.

I have been a long-time customer of Vector Security in Lawrenceville, NJ, and recently ran into a problem with my telephone line and security system that would require an expensive upgrade to fix. I called Vector Security to complain, fully expecting to be brushed off, as so often happens with large companies. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised to speak with Sandy in customer service, who genuinely sympathized with my position as a consumer, and quickly offered to try to help resolve my problem. As promised, Sandy called back the very next day with a solution that I am happy with. The gentleman who installed the alarm was extremely helpful and did everything possible to make the process go smoothly. The salesmen weren’t as great. The first salesmen never showed up and the second one wasn’t willing to help us upgrade our home alarm without charging us even though we have been with Vector for over 10 years. We also just added the shop alarm so we are loyal customers with 2 separate systems. There should be some advantages to being loyal? Vector hasn’t shown me that...

I chose Vector due to the ads I saw on television. The installer Shawn ** was very professional and knowledgeable about the security and monitoring system. He took his time explaining things to my wife and myself. I would highly recommend Vector Security to anyone.

I inherited Vector from Franklin Security. But I’ve been happy to continue With Vector simply because of their service I get. And once again I am pleased to say my expectations were exceeded. Philip came out to do a CO2 inspection And it was more than happy To answer all my questions, even the ones about cameras which he was not here for.

Previously using for many years, never had a problem. Wanted to upgrade system with the same great and friendly service. Monitoring is always reliable and quite courteous when they need to call. The installation process is fast and the service times are quite dependable.

I've had nothing but trouble with this company. Many false alarms. One went on for hours, one night about 3 am and lasted until about 5 am when I smashed the remote with a hammer. After that I never armed the system again. $44.99 per month for a system that doesn't work. Now I'm selling my house and they are going to continue to charge me for another year, $550 to get out of their "contract." I would give them a -5 stars. Byron in Alabama.

Ricardo came to service my system - just needed to replace batteries - and he was friendly and thoughtful (even automatically put on paper booties so he wouldn't track dirt on the floor). New Installation, John & Derick very kind, friendly, experienced and helpful. With their experience they secured my home ABOVE what the salesman did. Explaining the system thoroughly made it easy for myself. When the salesman Mark came he never walked around to check where I needed, he just asked how many windows and doors. Come to find out my windows are two in one, therefore needing 2 securities per window, I didn't want the front door(it's in plain sight) and Derick explained the system and installed the front door. Both John & Derick are valuable assets to Vector. Your sales on the other hand CAN be improved tremendously. When I recommend Vector I would not recommend speaking with Mark or I would say wait til the installation crew comes, they know exactly what is needed.
