Would definitely recommend... Service was great (actually had to use two fire alarm service due to a fireplace issue with an excellent outcome). The sales support was second to none (especially Mr. Daniel **). Any & all questions were handled timely with courtesy.

Tech was very friendly and professional, he called us when he was en route and arrived in a timely manner as he said he would. Tech also programmed a duress code and explained the function of it. He made sure to test it and showed us that it worked.

We went with Vector Security because the system was already installed in our new condo. We are very happy with your services. Gary was a great service tech. He helped us get our apps set up on our phones and was very helpful with our log in information that we messed up. We will definitely be recommending Vector to other people that we know.. I have been with Vector Security since 2006, whenever I have any issues with the alarm they call very quickly. All of the technicians have pleasant and knowledgeable, they give me advice for any upgrades. The technician that came out today told me about fire protection.

I've been with Vector for many years and have always had a good experience with Vector. The Office and CS personnel are very nice, helpful and quick to respond to any issues that may come up. We have had a technician Don ** come out a few times and he is very diligent about finding any issue and following up with us to make sure everything is ok.

Have dealt with Vector Security for many years. Contract was taken over from a small company years ago. Have been mostly satisfied with the service, although sometimes it seems to take too long to get a repair call and at times the scheduling of inspections seems a bit irregular.

Technician was courteous, thorough, professional. Addressed problem, answered questions. When asked about additional services, tech was able to guide, answer questions that would lead to camera consideration. Please send back tech for future service work. From start to finish beginning with Jeff the salesman to rich the equipment installer I am extremely happy with this company. Rich did an outstanding job installing everything and was very neat. We initially had ADT but then someone from Vector Security knocked on our door and talked to us about upgrading the alarm and we eventually did. Now we are upgrading our alarm again to the new touchscreen and we added cameras installed and had to install a wifi Extender to help with the cameras.

Upgraded landline to wireless. Had Vector system for 14 years. Very pleased with the system, customer support, technical staff. All extremely knowledgeable of their system and extremely helpful with the learning curve. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Excellent service.

I saw your display at the home show and I felt that your salesman in the booth were knowledgeable and very helpful. Polite, not pushy. I also got to spin a wheel which gave me three free months which didn’t hurt but I think your pricing as well as the features that were available with your set up are what really appealed to me. Eli did the install and he was prompt, knowledgeable and took his time to teach us the new system. He cleaned up after himself and did an overall excellent job.

I am so frustrated with Vector. Unfortunately, I am locked into a contract for not 1 property but 4 properties. They are over charging me for $300 for installation fee that wasn't quoted in the original bid. Another property, they can't get the sensors right. I am consistently getting called from the monitoring center telling me there is a malfunction but they can't resolve it. I have to contact another number. The customer service is poor from upper management but I will say that poor Suzie and Latasha try to get solutions. I would Never recommend them.

I had Vector out today to take a look at my library smoke detector and while he was here he also checked my third-floor smoke detector. He claimed both and replace the batteries in both units clearing all troubles and he took the time to show me how to do it if I didn’t have time to wait for a technician to come out. In our previous home we didn't have any kind of alarm system until we moved to our new home and saw that Vector Security had their system in the home. We then contacted the local office and eventually met up with Monte and he helped us upgrade the alarm with Josh being the installer. We added sensors to our outside shed and had Josh replace our yard signs.

All staff members were extremely neat, professional and on time. Called other security companies and would highly recommend this company over others. Zero sales pressure. Very professional staff - both the salesperson and installation. Left the house in impeccable condition and answered any/all questions regarding system.

I had been having trouble with my Vector z-wave components where my remote door locks and remote thermostat control stopped working. Phone support was very nice, but unable to fix my problem so they set up a tech to come out and see me. The technician spent hours at my house trying to fix the problem, even troubleshooting with alarm.com on the phone. He was unable to fix it and realized I had some faulty modules. Because he saw I had trouble in the past, he did not want me to go through repeated troubleshooting and repair visits so he ordered a full set of replacement components for me and set up another visit. He came and efficiently replaced the faulty components on my system until he got my system up and running 100% properly again. The support was top-notch and my technician was so friendly and helpful. He explained every step of his work and every repair. Excellent customer service!

Vector Security - If you review the call and log records for my home In San Antonio, TX you will see I had a low battery indicator problem that I believe persisted far longer than it should have. But then to compound the issue I determine you do not have any local help center branches in the San Antonio metropolitan area. And the one subcontractor you have to support your San Antonio customers does not view Vector Security customers as a priority. This is why it took me making several call to the national call center to arrange for them to come to my home and service my alarm system.

Chose after talking to sales rep Eric who was great at Blue Jackets. Had a ADT quote. You were lower. Installer Adam was great. Major problems trying to get system installed and now it is not working. I can never get in touch with a live person. Only voicemails who NEVER return calls. Should have got with ADT who price is higher but customer service is great. I had ADT in past.

Both Ken and Nicholas were extremely helpful in upgrading my security system. The application and installation processes were efficient. Nicholas was amazing -mannerable, polite, considerate, and very competent. I definitely would give them both a thumbs up! The service was terrific! I would recommend Vector to a friend.

Our agency currently has a contract with Vector to provide PERS services. In recent times, the contract had expired and was not renewed with Vector until we reached out to see if still interested in contracting. The contract was renewed, but we received information that we should call first to see if can take on consumers. We have called and have been turned down. It seems that only certain areas of Indiana County are within Vector's service area. We do have Vector included on our Provider list for consumer choice.

My 5601P heat detector started beeping, and indicated that there was a problem with the battery. I went to replace the battery, and found it was soldered in and could not be safely replaced. Vector wanted $80 for a new detector, plus the cost of an installation. I declined (about $175 to remove 2 screws and change a battery???), plus Amazon carried the detector for $20. In fairness, Vector finally agreed to give me a free install, but I still had to buy the $80 unit. I went ahead and ordered the unit from Amazon, only to find that the battery/electronic module was not included. What no one at Vector seemed to know or to bother to tell me about was that the $80 was for the electronic unit (with battery) INSIDE the detector, not necessarily the physical body of the detector itself, which was still fine.

The technician Ray came out and installed my security system. It went great. He took his time explaining to me how my system works and how I can arm and disarm the system from my phone. He was awesome. This man needs a raise.

After completed of the job. It was great. Speaking with customer service was great experience. The call back was on time. The tech very mannerable and up to date on services, clean and direct and very professional. Good job by all departments. Keep up the good work.
