I would like to cancel services for **. We have moved from the property and no longer need the service. We now live in a gated community and will not need services at the address in Havana. Services were very satisfactory and I would recommend to friends.

Vector actually purchased my previous provider. I signed a new service plan to maintain my system. Terry recommended an additional Carbon Monoxide detector to protect both floors. This will protect my pets when I’m not home. I was very impressed with my installer and am looking forward to continued great service.

Because we have Vector Security and your cameras was a no brainer. Kevin is an expert installer who takes pride in his work and it shows. Very happy with the installation. Kevin walked us through everything help me with getting a Google Gmail account so I could download the app. Very helpful.

There was an existing alarm system here from ADT. Sales man came by and signed me up for an upgrade and cameras. Nick showed up and was great. Very professional and was patient with me in working around constant customers coming in and out needing tires. He was neat and overall a good technician. I like my cameras and alarm system. I like the ease of the App as well. I am satisified with the overall Vector experience so far.

I am a current Vector customer and recently installed cameras on the exterior of my house. I was very happy with both the salespeople and technicians. Jim did a great job on the install. Everything was done very neat and clean and timely. Great Job.

We’ve been with Vector and its predecessor for 39 years and have been happy with the service. Today Dell did maintenance on a smoke detector whose battery was dead, and checked the other detectors in the house. We discussed further security issues and Dell offered ideas and information about additional measures we might take.

System upgrade from previous owner. Staff was very helpful and professional. Eager to offer advice and answer all questions. Our previous homes were serviced by ADT. Vector Security is a much better value and personnel are ALWAYS cordial and professional.

Rodlyn was very efficient and knows how to get the job done. He is informative and wants to make sure you understand how to work it all. He is friendly and punctual as well which never hurts! I will recommend him to all my neighbors and would like him to come out for all service calls.

I am an insurance agent that needs Alarm Certificates for customers' insurance policies to keep the Alarm Credits. Agata is always very responsive and quick to forward the Alarm Certificates to our office. Agata is an asset to the company and has been for many years.

I was very impressed with Rick's (I think his name was Rick) politeness, punctuality, and knowledge of the security products. Rick installed cameras and now we can view every area around the house. It's great!! I would definitely recommend Vector - and Rick specifically - to any friend of mine.

I have been a Vector Security for about 14 years and have always been very happy with there service. When I need service I call and get an appointment very quickly. They also send the Jason the tech I request as he’s been working on my system for just about as long and he’s always on time and very helpful. I have also recommend Vector to friends and family and they are very happy with the service they get as well.

Questions regarding a billing notice received in the mail. My service with your company was canceled in April by my HOA. I am being billed for services which were not included with the HOA contract but are directly related to security service provided by Vector Security. Since I no longer have security monitor provided by Vector, a decision made by my HOA over which I have no control. I question being billed for the services you cannot provide.

Company is local and gives great service. Jeff the Service Tech was very informative. He made great recommendations to make the system work the best. He offered an upgrade to my phone to help make the system more useful.

Nick was very nice from the start when we started communicating from the phone. And the day of the service he was very patient in explaining things. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him. Excellent service. I like the doorbell camera and that it lets you know if someone is at the door even if no one rung the doorbell.

We have had Vector Security for several years now. We are impressed with how quick and thorough their response has been when our alarm has sounded. We have requested service when we wanted monitors on additional windows or when old monitors needed servicing or replacing. Their service team has always been very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Vector technician was very knowledgeable and courteous performing the installation of the new cameras for my home security system. The installation took several hours to complete. It appeared that there were some concerns about the performance of the WiFi; however, the technician was able to work through the issues and successfully get the cameras to work efficiently.

I chose Vector because its monitoring towers are local. Great service and problem solving provided by Jeff **. He was more concerned with matching his product and service to MY needs than selling me unneeded “bells and whistles”. Because of his thoughtfulness I am referring my neighbor to Vector Security. I belong to the Genoa Township Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. At our last meeting, we had 3 security vendors including Vector present. Discussed need for fire, carbon monoxide, and theft protection. Genoa recently had a family of 4 and 3 pet dogs die from carbon monoxide. My home is less than 3 years old and it includes fire and carbon monoxide alarms but they are all located on the ceiling which makes the carbon monoxide alarms useless. I liked Vector's presentation and answers to questions. They also offered our organization a very attractive package.

Vector Security is about a dollar a day and for such a reasonable price for our personal and business needs peace of mind it’s money well spent. I am happy that I made the choice to come here! Hands down try it you won’t be disappointed.

I have been with Vector for many years. I change my own batteries but from time to time I run into a problem I can't handle. In this case, the battery backup needed replacement. Part of the visit was a system checkup and all is well. Vector called back quickly when I left a message and the tech was here the next day at the time expected. Great service.

Good and friendly, very helpful. Thorough and knowledgeable. He came in talked to me about a smoke detector and the things it could do to help me and my family/pets. Also worked efficiently. He changed my battery and found out why my panel wasn’t receiving power. I would recommend Vector to any of my friends!

Contract with them since 2002 or 2003 for communication Cat5 and security support. The field service folks have been responsive to questions, very professional and nice. Specifically Don **. I ask for him exclusively to do service calls, etc. office staff try there best but getting someone to address an issue is difficult when supervisors are not available.

We have used Vector Security for years. They have been very easy to work with and very responsive to any requests. I am able to sleep well at night knowing my family is safe and secure. I even recommended them to my neighbors after they had their second break in and they now use Vector Security as well.

Installed new system in 2nd home here in Wilmington North Carolina. Have another system in Washington DC with an older system than the one here in Wilmington. New system has a touchscreen with window sensors, smoke detectors and doors sensors on main building and detached building.

The service rep was courteous. He explained what he was going to do. He showed me where the issue with the system was and showed me how to avoid future incidents with the sensor in question. He answered all my questions fully. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I’ve been a Vector Customer for about 5 years, I am so happy with my service. My neighbor was burning trash and my smoke detector went off. The monitoring center called to see if everything was ok, and suggested I call for an appointment. Anthony came out and put a new smoke detector in for me and tested to make sure the signal went through. Vector always makes me feel safe! I am thankful for their service!

Vector provides alarm service for my father, friends and work (HVFCU). I was confident in their ability to provide us with a solid alarm system that would provide the added protection for me and my family. George was amazing! I had upgraded my route from my service provider, which knocked my cameras offline. I tried seeing if I could fix myself but I couldn’t. Service tech Nick came out, he tried working through the DVR but couldn’t get into it. Instead of becoming frustrated and leaving he figured out another way to do it and get me back up and running. I can’t thank Vector enough for sending nick who thought outside the box and worked around an obstacle instead of letting it block him.

Technican called me when en route, and also showed up as scheduled. Technician was very professional and explained the issues I was having very clearly. He also programmed a duress code that I didn’t have before which was a plus for me.

Evan installed an upgraded panel as well as multiple add ons, including 2 smoke detectors, an outdoor camera, and a front door automated lock. Evan was very professional from start to finish. The system was in the house whenever we bought it so we renewed. We haven’t had any problems and have been happy with the response time of getting the system up and running. We did have a slight problem with the first visit, but it was not anybody's fault and the tech got it resolved.

We have had our Vector System for a long time and it always worked great until we had a problem with our phone. But Vector came out and helped us to get a radio to help the alarm be even better and we couldn’t be happier with them and their service.

I am a long time Vector Security user. I recently had a number of system errors appear. I contacted Vector who made arrangements for a technician to come out and resolve the problems. Jeff ** came out and did a great job fixing every issue and adding a sensor to enhance the protection of my system. My only issue is with the Technical office staff who did not respond to my phone calls nor to my voice messages. I had to call several times before they finally set a visit date which was almost two weeks later! If not for the fine work of Jeff ** I would rate the overall experience much lower than 4 stars.

Vector Security has always been fast to respond and sends out workers who are very knowledgeable and efficient. I have had this company do a lot of work for my department and they have always done a solid reliable job with no real complaints that I’d even bring up.

We’ve had Vector Security at both locations for some time now and it's been great. Our technician Scott that was out for the week doing the lighting test and installation of the new system for the panic buttons was GREAT. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the new panel.

I have been a customer of Vector for years! Had security system as well as cameras! Simply the best! Made switch to them from another company and I have NEVER REGRETTED DECISION. THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!!! From installation, to customer service to alarm notifications.

Needed to verify the contacts and that the alarm was working. Installed an alarm near the bedrooms so it could be heard. Replaced broken contacts and changed the timing on the doors. Appreciated the attention to detail. Service request was prompt.

Vector is one of the few companies that come out in a timely manner and fixed the problem efficiently. This has not been our experience with any other repair. Vector detected the problem, notified me and made the repair in less than 24 hours. Darrell did a great job.

My camera was not sending me all the notifications for the recordings, or rather it was sending me the notification but no video clip. The tech that came out, explained that there were a lot of clips that came in at that time, and the upload speed could have been too low to send the clip. He installed a WIFI extender to help with the signal of my camera, in my back yard. I’m very thankful for Vector. They come right out when there’s a problem and explain everything in a user friendly manner.

We chose Vector because our daughter had them for 30 years and she was happy with them. They were here for several hours and through the entire system with us. They took their time explaining their products and features especially the app and how it works. We had our daughter come and download their app so she can keep track of our house as well. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Worked with Vector in the construction phase of GL homes. Not from Florida, was unaware of Vector. In NY our home and office protected by ADT - like the services Vector provides. Installer, Rod, was fantastic - did an amazing job - clean, prompt, explained all details.

Overall Vector was a good choice. The only thing was the system that was in our home was bit out of date. It took longer than anticipated to set up the security system. All in all, the tech was good and the sales rep was very helpful and responsive.

When I first had the installation done, they were the one that was available to come out immediately. When you're in the need of a system, you need a company that can be out then and there and not make you wait a month or two.

Had technician out to troubleshoot my video system. A previous technician told me I needed to buy some products online to better my WiFi signal. The technician today, Nick, assures me I did not need to do that all. He created recording windows and set up notifications, even confirmed they worked on my phone. It’s nice to know there’s still honest people out there. Nick was exceptionally great!

We have had Vector since 2003. The system needed an upgrade because of age and technology. The two techs were very courteous and clean. They instructed me on how to use the new system and answered any questions I had.

Serviceman check out all our issues. Replaced Panel, multiple devices, batteries and tested it all. Then added some devices we requested. Thanks for the timely and thorough inspection. Even spoke with our patients and made them feel at ease as he darted about checking everything out.

My technician called promptly before arriving exactly on time. He not only fixed the problem sensor, but identified one other that needed replacement. Very efficient and courteous. Didn’t waste any time so he was in and out on a very timely basis.

We were having break-ins in our area 10 years ago, so my husband and I definitely decided to go with Vector based on recommendations from others. We have been completely satisfied. One can always reach a tech to walk you through any rare instances. We don't have many issues with the system besides batteries getting weak. We have always recommended our family and friends to Vector, and they have never changed to another company.

My experience with Vector has been a learning experience. When I call the service dept, it ask me to leave a message. I leave a message and no one ever responds. Not even a follow the next day if it was beyond office hours. I appreciate Morgan in your service very much because willing to help. Better care is needed for customers that leave messages. I am a avid stickler of customer service and I feel slighted if I don’t receive it. My overall experience with Vector has been ok but this past incident I did not like. Your technician Sean came and took care of my low battery and put a app on my phone that I never had setup from initial upgrade. Sean was highly recommended from another customer on my block. Hopefully I will not have this experience again.

We decided to get Vector Security to protect our house and our children, we heard about vector from the home show and they had reasonable prices. We chose to get cameras and a security system. Devin and Ethan were our technicians and they were great. Very happy!!

Vector took over Security Associates, which is the company we used before, and we use them for a few other properties, as well as our home. So far, everything has been good. Terry has been punctual, informative, and pleasant. He relocated our main box, as requested for upcoming home improvements, moved our panel and siren to a new wall, and reset all of our door & glass break sensors. He provided new yard signs, as well as new stickers for all entry points. Everything looks great!

I think some work on the communication aspect of your company needs some improvements. It's sometimes hard to reach a real person to talk to and there's been times when no one called me back after leaving a message. T.J. Came by for a service call and informed me a lot about my system. I wasn't getting full protection from a motion detector so he moved it. Also, l didn't have full protection from my fire system so I purchased another one. I appreciated his service so much that I asked him to have sales call me about a new system for my other house.

I had my home automated, door locks, new alarm system, etc. I think my house is smarter than me lol. I love the door locks. No more fumbling keys and dropping groceries. I also know that my house value has increased with these slight automation.

Price was much more competitive and the service contract is nice to have when you have an issue. Del ** was timely and fixed the issue quickly. Only concern - I would recommend not calling emergency contacts when it is a service issue and not an alarm call.
