Called Vector in Jacksonville. Our service agent on the phone was very good and helpful. She was patient and knowledgeable. Her name was Tiara. She will also follow up with us tomorrow on the matter. She offered tech person to visit also. Pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend her.

Thanks you for your promptness and professionalism, your technician took his time to explain the problem I was having. I’m very pleased that Jose could fix my issue, I had the previous company come out and they couldn’t fix it but Jose took his time and resolved it.

This is my second system with Vector Security. Curtis installed my other system and this system. He was very fast and very neat. He did a great job installing the security system without issue. He cleaned up his mess and showed me how to use the system. Great job Curtis.

Service call was excellent, the technician Rodlyn ** was very nice and informative and helpful. Answer all my questions and review how to operate the alarm system. The technician came on time, very prompt and efficient. Also check the rest of the system was working correctly. Would recommend to friends and family.

Dave did a fantastic job checking all existing equipment and showing us how to use it from both the app and in home device. I would definitely recommend his service and Vector Security to anyone who is looking for this type of service in the future.

I just had a new security system installed in the store. Curtis showed up to install it. He was very professional and he did a great job installing the security system. He set me up on the app and showed me how to use it. Overall great job Curtis.

I love my Vector System. It keeps my family safe and gives me peace of mind when I am not home that the vector system is there to keep them safe and secure. It is a wonderful system and the service is great. They go out of the way to check everything and keep the system working its best.

I have been a customer for over 16 years and needed my batteries changed in my modules. Over the course of five days, I attempted to call six times and was put on hold every time for long periods of time and no one ever answered. Today, I called corporate and the same thing happened. I was told, "I will stay on the phone with you until we get hold of someone." Well, all I was left with was a looped voice mail, "We apologize for the delay..." over and over again. Is anyone even there? Therefore, if I still could not speak to anyone. I am very unhappy and frustrated. All I needed were my batteries changed.

I had ADT and the system and service was really bad. I choose Vector for the polite service and very easy to work with. The tech Jim was very nice, helpful and answered any questions that I had. I will be recommending vector to my customers, family and friends.

Rod is Extremely professional. Rod is extremely courteous. He is always prompt. Rod is the best technician on the staff. He is very helpful with all my problems. He is the only technician I want to work in my house. He is wonderful. I have been with Vector for years.

I chose Vector because you were tired of of ADT raising our bill whenever they wanted. After switching to Vector, we were glad we did because when I've had our alarm go off, you guys call right away, your staff is very courteous, and efficient. You have never raised our bill. Thank you.

I have had a Vector account for several years and Mr ** has always provided top notch service. I know I can depend on him to keep my security system working as expected and needed - my security is very important to me.

Price increase for monitoring has gone up quite a bit. $28.46/mo is a little high compared to other services in the area. And come to find out I only have INTRUSION MONITORING SERVICE. I used to have Intrusion AND Smoke/Fire but since Vector took over I now only have Intrusion....

I've been with Vector for 20 years and obviously, because I'm still a customer, I'm not displeased with their service. However, getting thru to Customer Service can be a lengthy ordeal and because of those past experiences, that's why I'm hesitate to reach out now that I'm interested in security cameras. I really don't often have that type of free time to wait on the phone and quite frankly, the patience. Once I have gotten thru in the past, the reps are usually very professional, friendly, helpful.

Replaced failed sensor and checked remaining old sensors for proper operation before I replaced the batteries. Also tested alarm function to make sure system operated as expected. Seemed like the alarm did not sound one time prior. He was Very nice and courteous. Very knowledgeable.

I just had my system upgrade on 10-30-2019 and today I received a message that said I had reached over 50 percent of video upload limit. No one told me there was a limit of me going in and out of my house. I did not know that I can not go in and out of my house when I want to. If that is the problem you can have the technician come and take the doorbell camera out.

Nick worked really hard to do our install today and get it working. He is personable and professional! Don’t know the value of the value as have no other experience with security companies. Overall the cameras are working great and the locations are good. The clarity and picture is good as well.

I have been a customer for Vector for 19 years. In a turning point in which my needs have changed and I needed to modify the type of services, I was not getting the customer service that I needed, but fortunately I found Angela. She listens and develops solutions. Angela understands clients' needs and responds effectively. She is extremely professional. She is the best.

Excellent customer service and installation. The new security panels look like iPads and look great in our new home. The app is a great tool for locking and unlocking our system, working the doorbell, seeing who is at our door when the motion detector goes off, talking with the person who is at our door, opening and closing both of our garage doors, and I am sure that we will use the app very often.

We were an existing customer of Vector when we chose to update our security system. The salesman (Walt) provided information on the doorbell camera and updating our security system to one of wifi controlled. We made the purchase and upgrade. Installation was very smooth and Service Tech Mike **. was very personable as well as getting the job done efficiently. We really like the new product and were happy with the experience.

Vector bought the company who was providing security services to us. We call for an upgrade of service. The Tech. Chris was polite, professional and friendly. We were very satisfied with his service. We would gladly have him back for any further service and would strongly recommend him and Vector Security to or friends and family!

We went to the local street fair and Todd was there and we introduced ourselves and we asked about the fees and monthly service change was and it fit into our budget. So we signed up and had a installation technician named Ethan show up today and he got right to work and answered all my questions and I’m very happy with how everything was done. Thanks.

Aaron did an outstanding job putting in and explaining my alarm system. He explained and showed where all my devices were installed at. I chose Vector because I have used them for 18 years and recently moved and kept you guys.

Called two days ago about low battery in key fob. Told by rep tech would call within 48 hrs and would come and replace battery. No call yet from tech. Not happy with service so far. Probably will change battery myself since service was so bad.

Why the long speech before you could choose? If you have an emergency and need to call it takes took long. When I call for an emergency I want someone quick and don't want to hear other. Change to for emergency press X. Even after I wait I get an automated voice saying we are busy helping others. WHAT??

I just had Vector come in to upgrade my system so I can get rid of my landline. I want to commend Doug ** for his help in coming up with what I need. He is a good asset for your company. I recommended him to a neighbor who already signed up for Vector. I've been with you for 16 years. And I love your company and the personal help given me throughout the years. Thank you.

Erick came and gave us all the info and was very helpful and informative. He was very personable! I liked the professionalism of Vector. When installation day came, Curtis did a fabulous job of installing all the features and went over how to use everything. He was also very personable. I liked that Erick came back out on installation day also. I would highly recommend Vector to anyone looking for a professional alarm system!

Good service. I wish the camera was in my package. I just seen an offer from titan that offers doorbell camera. I guess I should have waited. How much would it be to add the doorbell camera for the same monthly payments of 49.99.

We chose Vector because we have had such good experiences with them in our long history in Ligonier. Information from Ben was complete and timely and we were happy to see Kevin as our installer. He has been here previously and has always given us complete information about the installation and usage instructions. It was the same with this installation-he was extremely helpful in giving me guidelines for the system, combining out two systems into one for use on our phones, setting all keypads up the way we expected and completing the installation in a timely manner.

Peter was very professional. He made sure that he went over everything once he was finished the job. He also asked if we had any question or concerns about the system. We have been doing business with Vector for a long time and by far Peter has been the most experienced and helpful. Great service!!

Finally no Security Cameras or Alarm.com equipments. We been having concerned for a few years and months of calling for same concerned with our cameras or others equipments. MR. Rick sent two professional guys too do the job correctly without any short cuts. Not that others installer or repair guys don’t do good job but Tom & Wayne came to get our security systems back online after months of calling for same issues. We follow up with Mr. Rick too thank him for the outstanding good installation that Tom & Wayne did in getting our security camera system back online. I’m glad they didn’t need to drill holes throughout our home to hardwire cat5 to a Poe switch and my router. It has been almost two months and we haven’t had any issues yet compared too before. I’ve been with Vector Security since 2010 and haven’t thought about leaving since. I know they’re reliable and will always respond to our security concerns when needed. Thank you.

I have had Vector since 2004 and cannot believe how the quality of service has gone down. First, I was not notified when you increased your price. I found out when I didn't pay enough for my three months service. Then my alarm started beeping on a Friday. But it wasn't a steady beeping, just beeped at night. I didn't receive any notice from Alarm Control because it stopped during the day. I couldn't contact Alarm Control because the telephone number had changed. When I called on Monday I finally got help and then waited one week for a technician to come and correct the problem. I now know why you are currently number 27 on the list of security companies.

Today our technician Robert came to our house to replace a detector battery. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. He also explained to us your doorbell and lock systems available thru the company. Robert was curious, professional and knowledgeable. Well done Robert!

I was referred by Rose ** who indeed had an excellent experience and I can honestly say I had the same. Peter was very informative as well as patient as I had an emergency and had to step out. I will definitely refer my friends and family. Great experience today. Thanks.

I was recommended by my mother’s friend to Vector. She brought the representative over and we signed that night! We have been EXTREMELY satisfied with the service and responsiveness of the company and staff. We have all intentions of remaining with Vector. However, we will also be looking for lower rates within the company as my husband and I are Seniors and live on a fixed income. Thank you so much for valuing lives.

I was very happy with my installation today. Ethan was very helpful with every question I’ve asked. I recommend him as the best installer I’ve ever had service my house. I highly recommend him for anyone that is interested in getting one of your system.

When we bought the house Vector was installed so we called to set up appointment and called ADT. ADT was giving me a price without even coming out. Mary the company representative came out to the house. We first told her we had hour but after talking to ADT we allowed her more time. Mary was very friendly and very informative on what Vector had to offer. Plus she knew what was in my house already and told me we would be getting a new install since our system was old. Got a lot of discounts and in the end was happy with the bill.

Curtis came out to install my garage door opener. He was on time and professional. He did a great job working around my cats so they didn’t get out the door. He also went over the app with me and answered all my questions.

Nick showed up on time and promptly completed the add on job requested. He was polite and courteous through the entire process. Nick called prior to arriving on site, arrived on time, and had all equipment ready for install. Install went smoothly and we are pleased with our installation and service.

Have had Vector for about 12 years, hadn’t been using the system since replacing a couple doors at the house. Time to upgrade and get rid of our landline. Ethan showed up promptly this morning, has been very professional and helpful. He installed new equipment that needed to be upgraded, helped me install the app and set everything up. Was very pleased to have him in my home and he did a great job!

Nick was a polite, courteous, patient, and professional technician. He showed up on time and showed his ID. Very clean work and cleaned up behind himself nicely. The alarm system works pretty easy. I really like my Vector App. And the cameras are crisp and has great picture. Overall, I am pleased with the service and the ease of being able to control my system and view my cameras when I am not home.

I chose Vector Security because it was recommended by a neighbor. Once in while my Vector System beeps in the middle of the night stating it has a trouble. The Vector Staff is very helpful and nice. They just have to work on their system. The service today was great today. Today’s service call was excellent.

Repair of system, went very well. Technician was very competent, thorough and quick. Explained system details and went over the app with us. Technician took the time to test every sensor throughout the house. Also checked all the batteries including the console. Very pleased.

I compared to ADT and liked their backup system better. As I recall if there was a national emergency affecting a large region in the USA, VECTOR could still monitor from Canada. As I remember in case of loss of election power, the system is good for at least 3 days. O, Vector seemed like it offered better coverage.

Vector was highly recommended by friends and family. Office is local, and they use our company as well for service. Gale was very helpful and informative. Curtis was very professional, his install was clean and very well done. Would use again.

The alarm system was included with my new home purchase. The customer service person was very polite and helpful in scheduling my install. The install went very smooth, and the installer explained the complete alarm system and how it worked.

I choose them because of their customer service. Their service in watching over my home. I would refer them to family and friends. If you don't have them I would make that change today. I will be adding more things to my home from them in the future.

I was satisfied with the company but I found a better company and more security at a better price. I would have love to stay with the same company that I have been with over 13 years but at this point in time I needed more security than I currently have. Now that I have found what I needed, I am sorry to say that your services are valued but no longer needed.

Trey was excellent as he fixed all that was done incorrectly by other tech! He explained several ways to use our system and stay up to date with notifications that we did not know about. He is definitely welcome back here.

I chose to get a security system with Vector because my home was broken into 2 days in a row. The technician that came out did a great job scoping out my home and installing the system to ensure that we would be covered in case of another break in. I looked into Vector Security because I didn't want a big chain security company that didn’t care about me. My daughter did and it was just trouble for her. Derek and Ethan showed up in the freezing weather at 8 am this morning. The were very nice and had shoe covers so they didn’t get my carpet dirty. I've never had a security system and they made it easy for me to use so I don’t have to worry when I’m not home. They also installed a camera system for me that I’m very happy with even though it was very cold out.

The upgrade on my system went very well today. I decided to upgrade to the new touchscreen panel after I had a technician out for a service call. Dave, the technician I had today, did a great job. The upgrade was painless and quick. The technician was very professional and informative. He helped set up my wife's phone and my phone to the Vector app. I will be referring all my friends and family to Vector.

I choose Vector because they were featured on my employer's website and offered the best deal. Ralph ** was very thorough when he came to my home and made sure everything was clear. Ralph was also very understanding that I needed to adjust our appointment time. Gary was amazing when he came to my home today. He called ahead to let me know his ETA. He was very friendly, fast, and efficient. Gary also made me feel comfortable with my new system. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I look forward to working with them.

I had a preexisting service with Vector Security. The service technician for Vector Security was excellent. He was very thorough and polite. He provided assistance and instruction. I would definitely recommend Vector Security to others. He assisted me with contacting the main office with a billing issue.

We had a battery problem with one of our smoke detectors. We took advantage of our service contract to have a technician come to our home and fix the issue. While here, Bill replaced all the batteries and checked all the sensors. Staff was uniformly helpful, but Bill, the technician, was terrific. Only issue is the time it takes ---8 days-- to get a live technician to one's home.

Installation. He came back the day after I called. I am very pleased with the timely response. The problem that I have with my camera seems to be fixed. Big thanks to William to coming back out to fix my camera.

I had a low battery and called into Vector Security. The service dept did a great job getting someone out to my house to fix the problem. Curtis showed up fast and was able to fix my problem. He was fast and got the job done well for me. Vector did a great job.

When I called after receiving the letter that Vector was not receiving the alarm alert I spoke with Bri and she set up the appointment timely. Jose did a good job, he made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. I’ve been having a reoccurring issue with my keypads with supervision issues. Jose made sure to break downs the reasons and the options to resolve them.

I have a contract with Vector for my security system. I switched roughly seven years ago and was at first reluctant because the sales person selling the system was very pushy and I had always had good service with ADT. I quickly was glad I had made the switch when J ** came to my home a few times and took care of problems with my system, changing batteries, etc. Jay is the epitome of professionalism and knowledge intertwined. He always corrects the problem, answers any questions I have and certainly goes beyond with his assistance and offer to just accommodate an 80-year old lady. As I say, you have a real gem in Jay and Vector can be proud to have him representing your company. Like I said, I felt hard sell going in but he has certainly sold me on the company. Joan **

Vector came with the house when I purchased 15 years ago. I'm very satisfied with the service and today's interaction with Steve the tech were perfect. He found what our issues were and was upfront and professional. Highly recommend. We had our system upgraded a year ago and the newer technology is great, especially in controlling our garage doors.

I love Vector Security. Their system is easy to use. I have a few things install in my home. I have cameras, smoke detectors and I also use their services for my alarm system. The customer service is amazing. I always request Rod because he is fast and very knowledgeable. He really knows what he is doing. Also all the other technicians are great too. We’ve been with Vector for 7 years and have always been please for several years. We recently moved and wanted to stick with vector because they’ve always been good to us. Derek was very polite and courteous and knowledgeable. He wore boot covers in my house and was great with our old dog corky.

We are long time clients, and when we had an issue with our residential system, a very nice young man named Chris showed up to make repairs. That was yesterday, November 7, and the problem was resolved. However, a new issue arose early this morning. Chris was again dispatched, and quickly took care of today's problem. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and pleasant demeanor. We applaud Vector Security for having such a good technician on staff.

Rich ** is the best! Whenever I need service he is on top of things and when necessary accelerates the call. The most recent call for service was going to be 10 days out and Rich got involved and had Scott (also a great guy) out in an hour! Both Rich and Scott are clearly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend Vector to anyone needing a fire alarm system.

I’ve had the install department back out three times in the beginning and Service out numerous times since everyone says it’s fixed but ultimately that night and the next day the cameras are off-line again. I have the upmost confidence that Philip has taken care of the issue as he somehow figured out a way to run a wire where no one else could and now my cameras come right up When I want to view them. Thank you Phil, fantastic job.

Upon installation Rod went over in detail how to use the system and helped us with our iPhones (we are technically challenged). I didn't. It was force on me and I didn't like the service cause it didn't help what it was supposed to help with 'cause they did not follow the protocol with the service. They did not do a credit check. They just came to my residence and got me to sign my name to a bunch of paperwork that I didn't know anything about.

Nate was very communicative. Texted and called and went above and beyond in trying to help us via phone before coming out to fix the problem. He was very patience as well and worked within our time frame. He is knowledgeable and helpful.

Jay came to our house before to fix some sensors that were acting up. He called 1/2 hour before arriving and reinstalled sensors + 2 new ones, had all checked and was done within a 1/2 hour. He even answered a couple of questions I had about heat sensors. Jay is a knowledgeable employee and a very efficient and nice person. People like him are why I stay with Vector.

Updated on 12/07/2019: Nick showed up and reprogrammed the two existing cameras back to my Internet service. He didn’t take long to complete the job neither. My cameras are online and working great as before. The new internet service installed enables the cameras to be more streamline and no type of buffering or malfunction. Overall i am still pleased with Vector and the technician and quick service they provide.

Nick showed up and installed my outdoor camera for my driveway. He done an awesome neat and professional job! And he remounted and programmed my doorbell camera as well. I really like the driveway camera. Great picture and very good coverage. Overall, I am pleased with my Vector services.

My husband initially got the system and then I took it over. We've had a service tech to check the system and change batteries out in the devices. We utilize the system at night to arm and disarm as well as arming it when we leave the house. Currently Josh has come out to service the alarm system. He replaced the sensor in the living room and changed out any necessary batteries that were need to change out.

The technician came out for a low battery. After checking the system it was discovered that our panel was no longer charging the battery.
