Tech was very informative and went over system thoroughly. Tested system and ensured everything was working properly. Very knowledgeable. Assisted with other questions and concerns. Tech knows his job well and gave suggestions on how to get the most out of the system. I would recommend that he service any home and assist customers.

I chose Vector Security because of their excellent service record with my business. I wanted a touch screen alarm panel and boy did Vector deliver. We wanted to add some new features to our security system which included doorbell camera, lamp modulations and upgraded panel. We wanted to ensure that we could see who was at our door as my wife worked from upstairs in our home, making it hard for her to receive packages and answer the door.

My installer Jeff ** came to my house and installed a Qolsys alarm panel. The installation went perfect! Can’t wait till I finish remodeling my home for I can add more devices to my system especially the home automation part of it.

The technician Nick showed up and did a good job. He used my existing alarm system and was able to tie everything to the Vector system. Power went out inside the building due to a storm. He never stopped working and stayed on task to complete the job! Very good attitude and work ethic. So far I AM PLEASED WITH THE VECTOR SERVICE!

My community uses Vector Security for 612 homes. I needed an alarm certificate and AGATA was terrific, very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She emailed it to me promptly as she said she would. I then found out I needed a monitored smoke detector to get a bigger discount on my insurance and Doug was helpful in getting it installed quickly and Chris did the install. All went well and I am being sent an updated certificate.

Referred by commercial client and friend. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and explained recommendations and pricing. Had a quick response regarding installation scheduling. Installer was very professional and explained steps taken and placement of system parts and also recommended additional components.

I am very pleased with the service that Phil ** provided today. He had to replace the entire system Two days ago and it took less than an hour, today he had to return because of a tamper issue or a piece of equipment down in the basement that he did not work on when he was here but he was done in about 10 or 15 minutes and even answered a few more questions I had, great job. The system started beeping, would not arm. I called the office, technical support. They ordered the technician to come on June 20 8-12. Technician Terry called me about 7:30 to say he was coming. He came at 8:00, tested the system, rebooted it. Everything is working now. I am very pleased with the service.

Available, professional, I have been a customer for over 14 years and would not change them with another company. I am considering upgrading the contract to a video system which will allow us to monitor the perimeter of the house when we are away.

When I called in to have alarm switched over to our business it went really well. I was pleased at how easy the process went, when Gary came to install he made it simple to understand. I’m really pleased with the overall experience.

I was a customer for several years. We spent thousands on the hardware and monitoring. We own the hardware by our contract but they have a custom installer code entered and have locked me out of my own system. Even a full reset of the system requires their custom unlock code. A call to service and even the request for a manager goes unanswered. They want to charge me $150 to come out and type 4 numbers into the keypad. That fee was never disclosed and was never part of our contract. These people are criminals.

We moved into our Tallahassee home 15 years ago and are moving out of state to an area not covered by Vector. We are going to miss the comfort of knowing that our family will not be protected by the Vector Team.

Service tech came in and explained everything to us and went beyond and showed us more about the alarm system. The tech answered all of our questions. I also enjoyed getting help from customer service on the phone before they sent the technician out.

Someone actually came to my house. She was very nice and very knowledgeable about the security system. She was also very patient. It was an easy process. The only reason we are disconnecting our services is that we are moving. I will be back as soon as we get settled in.

When I was setting the alarm for the night, the control pad informed me that a window was open. Window washers had been at my home that day. I checked and didn't see an open window. I called the signal center and they connected me to technician who was on night duty. I was happy that they had a technician to tell me how to bypass that window and to set up an appointment for a technician to come within two days. The technician came on time and repaired the contact. He checked other batteries, including those in my smoke alarms and installed a third smoke alarm. I was happy how thorough the technician was and a feel that the problem was solved successfully.

I chose it because I had just moved to the area. It now proves to cost too much as I move forward an out of the houses. I now have an WiFi based security system. I had wonderful customer services since I I became a customer back in 2012.

I requested Vector Security after going through a divorce, leaving my home and wanting to feel safe living alone for the first time in my life. My research confirmed Vector Security has secured large fortune 500 companies thus I knew my home would be safe as well. I am moved to another apartment this week thus my security system moved with me and the installation process was just as seamless, fast and efficient as the first installation. When I bought my house, it came with an alarm service called Nightowl. When I had the service reactivated for me (as opposed to the previous owner) the company had changed to Vector Security. I liked Vector Security so I accepted it. My experience has been great over the 20 plus years.

I choose Vector because of a faulty sensor. Technician Terry was timely. He fixed the window sensor. He explain to me of the company different contracts you have to offer. Previously had another security alarm provider and the monthly continued to increase what seemed to be every year. Vector salesman were walking around in the neighborhood and came to the door with a newer alarm system with remote systems access which was great. The sales team was very professional. The service Dexter was very courteous and friendly. The alarm was been without issue and trouble free until the main keypad ran low.

Your service technician, Dave **, was very professional and knowledgeable. I showed him the door that I thought was false alarming, when he checked he found it was not that door false alarming, and show me which door was false alarming. Dave made adjustments on both doors, realigning both sensors, and informed me what he was doing. I also added another sensor, and discussing with Dave decided which partition it would be best on.

Does a good job and have Vector at other buildings we own. Very responsive to alarm and service calls. Repair calls are handled on a timely business. Would and have recommended Vector to other potential customers. All equipment seems to be up to date with current industry standards.

The alarm was installed from salesman that were walking throughout the neighborhood and were selling security systems for home thru a summer promotion. The sales team seemed knowledgeable and not pushy or overbearing yet rather peasant. Since we were in the market for security for the home we decided to give it a go.
