I have heard great reviews about the service at Vector security. The technician was very knowledgeable of the equipment and was a great help. Thank you so much for your great service. I will definitely recommend you guys to others. He also did a great job of cleaning up to the point where no one would have thought it was installed with wire.

We had Vector beforehand in our previous home. Vector sent a salesman out and got us signed up. Nick showed up and did a great job installing our alarm system. Very neat, professional, and knowledgeable. Very friendly attitude as well. We are pleased with the security system and Vector’s services overall.

We were recommended Vector by another employee and found that experience/information sounded promising from what we currently had. The tech that came to our home for the installation were very professional, knowledgeable, and offer answers to all questions, along with additives service in the future. Based off my experience thus far I would recommend Vector to others.

I chose Vector Security because it was recommended by the former owners of the house when I bought it last November 2018. Since April 2019 I have had repeated issues with the panel box. Vector has been out several times to correct the issue and today put in a new control panel. Bob the service tech has been beyond professional as well as patient with me as I had not only 1,000 questions but having to change things up is something I have to absorb first and understand completely.

Vector Security just installed my system at my store. I’m very happy with the turnout. I’m happy that it’s a touchscreen and it’s very easy to use. The technician Nathan did a great job and was very quick. I really think that his quickness is a good customer experience. I’m hoping to be installing the system in my house here in the future.

Best price, Frank was a great salesman, Curtis installed everything quickly and explained everything very great. The updated services provided are exceptionally convenient and easy to use. I am in a couple car lots and I have Vector Security in them all. I’m really happy with them and their technology. This new touchscreen is awesome and very user-friendly. I hope to be adding some cameras here in the future. Made from the technician was very nice and easy to get along with and explain things in detail that I understood.

Needed an upgrade for my alarm system so I reached out to Vector Security. Salesman came out and gave me a good deal. Nick came out and did a great job installing the security system. He was professional, neat, patient working around my customers, and overall a great guy and technician. So far, I am pleased with the Vector service and alarm system.

I chose Vector Security because Todd the Sales Man Stopped at my home and offered me a home security system from Vector Security. I’ve seen Vector Security signs along the road and the place I play golf at. Ethan Was my installation technician today. I had an appointment at 12:30 and he called me before the appointment to make sure I was still available for the appointment. He was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the Qolsys system. He had a positive attitude and work at a great speed and always made sure of where I wanted everything at and what to name the sensors. I want to say thanks to Vector for the great service and now I feel safer about my home.

We have been a client with Vector for many years. The keypad needed to be replaced. The Vector technician did so and we are very pleased. He also tested the alarm pendant. He arrived on time and the service was great. Thank you. We will continue to use Vector and recommend when the opportunity arises.

From the initial tamper fire alarm error message through the service call - the Vector team was excellent. The service technician, Bob, called in advance to give me the estimated time of his arrival; was prompt; corrected the issue at hand and gave me additional insight about the system that was very helpful. I continue to be pleased with the service and product offerings from Vector.

We decided to go with Vector Security from the previous alarm company. The panel we had was out dated. This new touchscreen panel is state of the art and very nice! Very up to date. Nick the technician showed up and was on point! Very professional and recommended the right alarm devices for my store. Neat and clean work as well. Real good attitude and friendly guy! We have been customers for a long time with Vector Security and we have had no problems with our system. The staff has always been great to us. Tod is great and gave us a great deal. Curtis showed up on time and did a great job on the install. We are overall very happy.

We just moved to a new address and we continued our service with Vector Security. The technology they offer is next to none. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed it a lot so we continue to go with them. The technician Nathan did a great job at installing the system. We even bought a camera off of him as well for the inside of our house. We have been with Vector Security as a company for a number of years, and have always had good experiences with them. The salespeople are good, the office people are friendly and helpful and the service technicians are very knowledgeable of our system.

We chose Vector after a burglary in 2010. They installed the system the very next day after the incident! We have been extremely pleased with the level of service. Whenever we have had an issue, everything is addressed promptly. Bob is always the best! We always ask for him!

Vector Security has been really reliable and I’ve only added features since moving into my home about three years ago. I appreciate that there aren’t extra fees associated with regular service check ups. I also appreciate that I receive calls when things aren’t right, though once an issue is scheduled to be addressed, it would be nice to not receive those calls anymore. The technician is always super reliable, timely, and communicative. He lets me know in advance when he is on his way, and he actually shows up in the scheduled window of time. He’s always performed efficiently.

I was interested a Security system. My Uncle recommended Vector Security. Nick came out and was great! Very professional, friendly, and knew a lot regarding the cameras and security system. I really really like the outdoor cameras. Very clear and crisp pictures, day and night! I really like the ease of the Vector app as well. Overall I am happy with the service so far.

After a call to billing with Amy...who was awesome....and a call to customer service...I believe with Mia (?) who was also awesome...I was set up with an appointment with Sean for the 15th. Within minutes I was put into contact with Sean ** directly and within a matter of less than 15 minutes my issue that really concerned me was taken care of!! A few days ago after coming home...within a minute or so of coming into our house...a stranger came up to our door before we could even unload and close our door. It was then that I realized our newly installed camera had not notified me of someone coming up to our door. Sean was awesome at helping walk through the steps to get our cameras set right so that we will know if and when someone or something is around. He went above and beyond with customer service!!

AGATA was very helpful. I received the alarm certificate that I requested in a timely fashion. AGATA was very efficient and extremely professional. It was a pleasure speaking to a customer representative who knew exactly what to do to resolve my issue.

Ethan was my installation technician today from Vector Security. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable with the Qolsys system and app. I have Vector security at my other locations and I’m a very pleased customer and I’m a life long customer. I’ll end this with a good day and thanks to Vector Security for protecting my homes and businesses.

Had a appointment scheduled today. To add a new device to our Vector Security system. Service tech called with estimate time of arrival. Arrived on time. In uniform well dressed. Tech was very polite and experienced. Installed part and tested. Very pleased.

We recently just got new WiFi and our wireless doorbell stopped working, went spent hours on hours trying to fix it. We called Vector Security and they came out the same day! Devin was our service technician and he connect the doorbell and he even went above and beyond and connected all of our other wireless devices for us, which saved us multiple hours. We’re very happy with our service and Devin!

Just had Vector installed my system. I’m very happy with the way that it turned out. The technician Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable about everything that Vector offered. He assisted the Spectrum Guy as well and helped him through his issues which I thought was amazing. And also he showed me how to use the system with my app and how to arm and disarm at the panel and put things in the terms that I could understand. He was great with customer service and I do recommend him and vector to everyone.

Builder recommended Vector and they were the most reasonably priced. I had used vector before with a new build and was pleased with their service. Vector reps were efficient and were helpful in explaining the system. System seems to be uncomplicated which is a blessing!

We had the garage door open/close installed by Curtis. He did a great job and made sure I understood how to use the app and helped with setting the notifications. Excellent customer service. We are excited to have the ability to check to make sure our garage door is securely closed.

Needed this for house insurance. Agata was personable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The info I needed was sent within a reasonable time for my needs. I appreciate her assistance and wouldn't hesitate recommending the company to friends.

I have been a customer for more than 20 years and requested a system upgrade. Matt completed the install today. I am always very pleased with Vector Security and Matt earned a perfect 10 in every single category while completing the install. A+ in every category.

I just signed on with Vector Security and I can tell you that I am very surprised at how well the system install went and how well Frank did selling me the system. Frank was a great salesman in my opinion because he didn’t push anything on me. He gave me what I needed. Nathan the technician came out and installed the system and he was very professional and explain things to me so I could understand and was very patient. I recommend vector security to anybody who is looking.

We had a service call today for an issue with our alarm system. The technician, Brian went above and beyond to fix our system and to rectify some needed changes to our contact list that we needed. Very satisfied with the service call.

We had this company in our former home and were very pleased with the service. There was a problem with a fire next door and the company alerted the fire department immediately. Because of this, we had smoke damage only.

Much better than ADT and less expensive. When we needed help they were here to change the location of the fire alarm and when we needed new batteries they came within twenty four hours. Thank you Vector for being on the ball.

Just moved in. Needed an alarm. Call Vector. Got me a real nice quote and they send the perfect guy out. His name is Nick. Set up everything for me and when he was done he went over everything with care as if he was telling his mom how to do everything. Would recommend him to anyone.

Vector is reasonably priced and good, up to date equipment. Servicemen are very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. Steve is awesome. He went the extra mile to ensure all my questions were answered and that my service was working as needed. I would definitely recommend Vector Security to friends and family.

Vector Security was already installed when we moved in 12 years ago but we have stayed with the company. We have had mainly great service. They have come out on more than a few service calls and the customer service has always been excellent.

April helped me reset my doorbell and is helping me try to have my vacuum fixed under warranty. She is a pleasure to deal with and I know I can call her for anything I need help with! I am hoping the vacuum is covered!!

I just had Vector Security come back out to install a wrist panic and a smart thermostat. Their service keeps getting better and better and my opinion about them is they are a great company to go with as a security provider. We just cut Vector Security reinstalled into our new house and we couldn’t be happier. Me and my husband both love the app that you can control your system with. I love that you can unlock your door lock on the app. Nathan the technician was great he sold us the door lock to replace our old keypad door lock and we couldn’t be happier with it. Curtis did a very good job and his knowledge was impressive. Had motion detector to a building that was added to another building because of signal strength. He recommended a wireless repeater. He also helped me with what he would recommend for a camera system for monitoring my business exterior of my building.

HOA partnered with Vector. Agata was very helpful getting us set up with the monitoring permit and certificate for the insurance company. Very happy with the customer service. Everything is good with our system now and we use it daily. Very nice offering as part of our HOA. Thanks again for the great service.

Have had Vector for many years and I am very Happy with the service provided. I needed some specialty work done and had no other contractor that I would want doing the work. I have worked with Ben ** in sales and Kevin ** in installation many time and both are a pleasure to work with. Yes this Mr **, I had an issue with my alarm box. The technician came out to check it out. He said it needed to be replaced with some parts, he did a very wonderful and y'all my name there. I happy with the way everything went. We also did sign into that I need it up on our door camera because some people of man are coming up to my house not knowing what's going on so I'm very happy with the service repair. I have received multiple phone calls from central station saying my security panel keeps stating that my zone 18 (kitchen) is on low battery. My management company is trying to replace the battery, but from the pictures, we all determined it was hard-wired and there no battery to replace. Bottom line Carlee ** and Marian have been greatly assisting me; they are both very professional, friendly and a great assets to Vector Security. The prior owner of my house had Vector and I decided to go with them when we moved in. I like the options Vector brings more than Ring (which I had in the past) including integrated door locks and garage door openers. They also have been very responsive and helpful with installation and subsequent follow up calls.

Current Vector Security customer. Jim did an excellent job doing the upgrade and also when he came back to install the door bell, he was very helpful even though the installation had some issues with the hardware connections. He gave us great instructions and answered all our questions fully.

Jason arrived at my home on time with so much knowledge. I didn't have to explain anything. He worked on checking the system and new exactly what to do. I had other questions on the system. He help solve all my questions. He even repaired my door jam that wasnt closing properly. I will be requisition Jason as my technician from now on. He was excellent.

I have been on the phone all morning with Vector and have been disconnected 10 times until I was finally connected with Carley. She was right on target!!!! She knew my equipment and she assisted me in disconnecting it. She was patient and very pleasant.

I just had Vector Security are to reactivate the security and I can say they are great with the customers. Nathan was our technician and was very pleasant to be around. Control panel non-functional. The tech name was Bill. Tech called prior to arriving. Tech arrived on time. Technician was courteous and thorough. Technician replaced the control unit. The system was fully tested. The the whole experience was pleasant.

I’ve had Vector Security before and differently wanted it at my new house. The new equipment is very user friendly especially for someone who doesn’t do well with computers. I love all the new features and the home panel looks like a picture frame which makes it fit into any decor. The option of downloading your own pictures just makes a nice changing picture. The knowledge of Vector agent was very helpful in choosing features that would help my overall house security.

Vector was a builder option. We upgraded our system after we put in all new windows and doors. Jeff explained the new system and we decided that was best for us. Mike did an excellent job installing the system and working with me as to where the addons should be located. Excited to use the new wireless system.

Both Monte and Josh were great. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything additional than what I needed. Josh was super efficient with installing everything and great at walking me through the steps. I would recommend Vector to others. I know that I'm safe while in the house and also that my pets are safe when I am away.

Love my Vector system. It is a great help to me and my family and is a big security for me and helps me to keep track of all the comings and goings with the nurses and family that come and go checking on me. I couldn’t do without my vector system and the wonderful service.

Worked with Vector through a prior store I managed that used you for security. Great installation but was not as satisfied with how well the connection is on the internet. Also wish there was one more camera added to the package for the back of the house.

Took the day off to have service performed on the system between 8 and 12. At 9:47 I received a call that the technician was having truck issues but would be here by 12. At 12:45 neither the technician or anyone else from Vector had the courtesy to call to tell me the technician was not going to be here by 12. I called Vector at 12:45. After he contacted the technician he informed me the truck issues had just been resolved and the technician could be some time around 2. Not great communication or customer service. Wasted my day off.

I am a long time customer of Vector and we have been very happy with their service. Tod helped us after a lightning strike and got us a good deal on a new system. Curtis showed up to install it and did a fast and great job. He showed us everything he installed and how to work it. Great job.

Trey (our technician) did an awesome job on explaining everything he did during the install and how the system worked. KC (in the office) was terrific in getting things ready to set up the account at our new house. We've had Vector for 15 years at the previous house, and I'm glad we decided to go with them again.

Wanted to upgrade to have video doorbell and was happy to also get new panel. We are so happy with our service and would refer Vector Security as a great company to our friends and family. The representatives that have come to our home have been very helpful as well.

Bob called me and let me know he was on his way and did a great job explaining what he was doing. He also got our cameras up and running again as I had gotten a new modem. He also recommended something which would give us a better signal to all our devices which I plan on doing.

My lovely brother set me up with a Vector system. I wasn’t sure if I would like it. But when a sensor fell, I still got a call from Vector. The wonderful Terry came out to fix it. A very professional man who came out. He even outfitted me with a lawn sign with my street number on it.

My husband tried to cancel our contract in May, and ended up playing phone tag with Vector until it was too late to cancel. When he called initially it was on one of his days off and was told that he would be called back by the contract department. He explained that he is a police officer and works nights so he can't answer the phone in the morning. The hours of 2:00-5:00 pm are really the only time he is available. They would leave messages saying that they were returning his call about canceling, but didn't actually explain how he needed to do that or that it was on a time constraint.

Saul came out to our house to investigate it and he was very professional and helpful. He changed the oldest smoke detector in the house and maybe that was the cause of the false alarm after nothing else was evident. The fire department had to also come out and they could find no fire.

Vector pricing is good. They are usually good about fixing issues right away. However the equipment could be problematic at times. I had a bad smoke detector that took 3 visits to finally get the go and have it replaced. Customer service on the phone is awesome most of the time and all the techs that have visited my house done the job. Today Steve took care of replacing some batteries and inspected the system which I really appreciate. Sometimes they would come in for a single issue and won't check if there is any other problem if it is not on the work order.

Go to website, submission form won’t go through. I thought we would have less PROBLEMS because company as locally owned, but no one here to help. Have someone call me tomorrow. If problems like this persist (this is not the first issue), we will NOT BE RENEWING.

Since Vector doesn't do security systems where I am now, I reached out to Jeff ** who I dealt with many years ago and he was nice enough, after all these years, to make a suggestion for a company I should use where I am now.

I was extremely satisfied with the overall installation experience. Mr. Peter ** was on time and cared a great deal about making sure the install was professionally done. Before he began we went over the order and placement to ensure I was getting the correct package. This was very helpful because I missed a couple of sensors. I ordered an additional 2 sensors and 3 cameras. He thoroughly explained everything that was being done and was able to answer all of my questions. He represented Vector Security well.

Had 2 service technicians come to my house. Just moved here in June. Service was active. We called the office to change service from homeowners policy to a policy in our name. Jarrod ** came out and offered us first month free and gave us stickers for windows. Made a payment to Jarrod that was due! Alarm went off shortly after that due to window breaking alert. Tried to use new password to no avail. Police came and I told them it was a cabinet closed to loudly. Everything was ok. Just had another technician come out today to check wiring and we were told we have no service going to our system! We live in a neighborhood where we completely depended on our alarm system for our safety!!!
