Vector is my security vendor for many many years. Added to my current system. I am very pleased with the service over the years and the current installation, clarity of the security pictures. Will highly recommend Vector Security to all my friends.

We have been a customer of Vector security for years. Our batteries were detected as needing replaced. Jeff came to our home and replaced our 2 batteries. He was extremely nice and informative. When we need service again, I would definitely request Jeff.

Worst company. They made us pay for our alarm system even after telling them that we were PCSing insisting that we cannot break the contract. Do not get tricked by them, it is not military friendly, run when they come over.

I have gone with another security service because I needed outside cameras and Vector could only offer cameras that plug in... I have tried to cancel the service for two weeks and have gotten recording after recording and not able to reach them at the hours I do not work. I took off from work to advise them that I am cancelling because I have gone with another company. They said I have to talk to someone else. It turns out to be the retention department!!! I am playing phone tag with them now. I NEED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE!!!!

Good people. Professional in every aspect. Up to date equipment, cameras have a very defined picture. Fast and very courteous service. Time was set and the installation team got here on time. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Vector is part of my development, I did not have a choice in my alarm security company. I have been on hold 3x, last time I waited 20 minutes then left a code to be called back. I have not received a callback, going out of town tomorrow and wanted to change my code and needed someone to guide me through it. So very disappointed.

Joe was awesome. He promptly got right to it. He knew the answers to all of my questions. He was able to get my z wave light switches that my sales rep recommended I get to work with my alarm system. Joe also figured out that I may need a booster for my WIFI.

The service tech was very professional and solved our issue with the video doorbell. I would recommend him to service our system if we have any problems in the future. He came on time and was courteous. He had the knowledge and experience to quickly diagnose the problem.

I have said it before, Eli has now done the install for both our business and our home. He is super friendly (very patient with my crazy schedule) and is a sincere pleasure to work with! Highly recommend Vector Security and all of their staff have truly been above and beyond amazing!

Had a good experience with the added security! All doors including the garage was covered with sensors, plus smoke alarms up and down stairs. There were glass breakage sensors in the laundry room over an outside exit door and another one in the kitchen!

The great technicians at Vector are great. They know everything about how the systems work and can answer any question that you have and are the most helpful in setting everything up so it works and responds just how you want it to.

My installer; Mr William **, did an excellent, superb, outstanding job installing my doorbell camera and outside cameras for front and back yard; he answered all of my questions and made sure that I knew how to operate the system before leaving.. I just had my new security system installed by Curtis and he did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I was very surprised on how great of a job he did. He taught me how to use the app and new panel. I’m soo impressed by Curtis and the great job he does.

We had Vector Security installed when one of the sales reps came by the house to talk to us about an alarm system and we eventually got it installed. Then after some time the alarm was beeping and we didn't know what was going on. We called Vector and was able to recommend a panel upgrade. Josh came out and installed a upgraded keypad with a doorbell camera and turned on the chimes to the door and installed the app on the phones.

Nick is very helpful and friendly. He is an expert and made very good recommendations. Great customer service and a joy to work with. He know exactly what i needed and was very knowledgeable about the services. He was able to explain how the system works in terms I could understand. I thank him so much for his patience.

I chose Vector because other members of my family use them for their businesses and for their personal homes. I want to Thank Ms. ** for helping me when I broke my hip, I fell at home and made it to her office without know how severe my injury was until I got out of my truck and I knew immediately something was wrong. Ms. ** could see something was wrong and came to help, she brought a chair and fanned me while holding an umbrella (100 degrees out) until the ambulance came. I don't know what I would have done without her. Please let her know she is wonderful.

Builder selected company. Technician, Rod **, was most professional and went through all the details with us clearly. We certainly would recommend the company and Mr. **. He arrived during timeframe booked and he has a very nice personality! It was a pleasure to have him install our system!

We have been with Vector for some time. The system started to have problems and we called for service. The technician came out and checked out all of the wiring and repaired wires that need to be repaired. After testing our unit he found that it had failed. He tried several time to reactivate it and still it did not work. After more testing he suggested we replace our system. Vector gave us a great price. Bob sat down with us and explained about the new upgraded system we could get. He was courteous and clean and kept his work area clean. We opted to add a smoke detector and key fobs to the system instead of pairing it to our phones. The service was great and it was better than I expected. We were treated with respect.

Jose was very helpful in waiting for me to arrive, I was wrong about our appointment time but he was kind enough to give me time to leave my job to get home. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable of the new alarm system.

Long time satisfaction with Vector Security. Everyone was very professional and patient with us. The installation went well with the installer making sure we understood every option that was available to us. Curtis, the residential installer, actually left to get a key fob for me because one was not on the truck, to ensure he installed it for us the same day. Very satisfied with the installation and the customer service and would recommend to everyone.

I had Cain Security originally and Vector Security acquired them. The Vector personnel have been great throughout the years. Overall satisfaction is ok. When calling into customer service, the hold time was too long. An appointment was scheduled properly for service to come out.

I chose the company because it was one of the companies recommended by our police department. When we moved I chose to keep the same company since we were happy with the company. We had an attempted break in while we were away and the system prevented the burglary. All of the personnel that I have worked with have done a great job and been personable.

I've had Vector for over 14 years. I had it installed because we were robbed. It's been a great system until recently. We have been having a failure on the system with motion and door sensors going off with no alarm on main panel going off. It was only going off at main central monitoring place. We would get a call from them saying our alarm was going off and it wasn't. Very frustrating!! They failed to show for a service call!! Took another week to get an appointment after being on phone with them for an hour. That's right an hour!! I'm looking for a new security company.

Ethan was my installation technician today. He showed up early and I greatly appreciate it. He was very professional and polite and very respectful to me and my home. He was professional and was very friendly. He went over everything with me about 5 to make sure I was understanding everything. I’m very happy with the service I receive.

We have been a Vector customer since 2009. We chose Vector Security because the ADT system was not working properly. We switched to Vector and integrated the security cameras with the security system. The salesman and service technicians have been excellent. Vector Security overall provides good service.

Installation was excellent. The gentleman was very personable and knowledgeable. The install took 2 days for the entire dealership, which was quick. Todd and Curtis were both great to work with. The system is very easy to use, also so is the app.

Your technician is always helpful and professional when he comes to my house for any issue that I am having. Today he came to fix my cameras and he explained to me that it was just my error, he also fixed my window contact.

A neighbor recommended it and the salesman, Jeremy **, was very good at pointing out the features of the system. After listening to him, I decided that That Vector was the best way to go. Jeremy's communication skills and manner were excellent. That's why I went Vector. The same is true of true of all vector security staff.

Steve was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the system and the new features. He called before showing up which let me be ready for his arrival. Unfortunately one of the zones couldn't be identified. This was not Steve's fault, he alerted me to this. So now I am wondering how to find out what zone that is.

Installation SQTR. Fantastic work. Friendly. Great job. The Technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful, they set up my camera and my security system very quickly and efficiently. They also went over all the great features my new panel has, we are very happy with Vector Security both at my residence and my business.

Andy fixed my system very quickly. He understand what needed to be checked to fix my keypad. He also showed me some troubleshooting tips for any other problems that I may have in the future. Andy also helped me signing up for the app on my new phone and made it easy for me to locate the app and showed me how to use it. I’m very pleased with Vector.

Vector thralled or system over 3 years ago and monitors it. We could not be more pleased. They respond quickly, be it a false alarm or a question. You own the system and are not tied to monitoring worth them. It is a choice and that I love!

Installation. Ryan did a great job. He willingly made last minute changes to the order as requested. He also patiently explained how to use the system to me and my boys. Repaired and Inspected Fire Alarm Error. Our technician, Jerry **, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had an alarm system that kept going into error mode and making a lot of noise. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. This work required the replacement of at least three parts. He then inspected the system and all is good now.

Dave and Omar did a amazing job installing the alarm system in the 2nd Floor of our building, Dave had installed both the 1st Floor and 3rd Floor alarms in the past for our building. They both were very Professional!

Reconnection of alarms. The technical knowledge from your tech is outstanding. Thank you for your professionalism and the courtesy you guys extend constantly to our company. I Have dealt with this company for several years and always give stars. The reconnections were so damaging to our terminal until you had fixed it.

Had an issue with adding my techs to our alarm system through ALARM.com. Contacted customer service and was fortunate to have Angela ** answer the phone and assist me with finding a resolution quickly. The whole experience was very pleasant.

Evan was great! He took care of my system Install quickly and professionally. The keypad on the wall looks great and all the doors are protected with door sensors. From the first contact with my sales guy Ben to the Install with Evan the process was a breeze and made everything easy!

When we bought the house 9 years ago, this was the system. We were satisfied with it so we kept it. I needed another key fob since we only had one. The technician is very informative and a manner able young man he knows his job well. This man deserves a raise in salary and a promotion.

We contacted Vector for our home security because of the great service we have received in the past. This is our third relocation and with each home that we have had, we can truly say that Vector has been completely reliable! And today Agata was EXCELLENT!!!

Changing wake up time for remote panel. Although my problem was not resolved on the first try, I was extremely happy with the follow-up provided by the technical staff at Vector Security. They were also very responsive to my email replies and responded back to me in a timely manner. Ultimately the instructions were clarified, and implemented by me. This seems to have resolved the problem.

We chose Vector when we bought our home in 1999. Then in 2004 we had a fire in the house...I was home sleeping that day as I was not feeling well. The phone but I didn't feel like answering it. It rang again and again. I finally picked up and it was Vector calling to say they detected a fire in the 1st floor study. I was upstairs and said I don't think so because the smoke alarms are not sounding. The Vector rep insisted that I get up and check the study. As soon as I opened the bedroom door I saw the smoke billowing upward and the smoke detectors then sounded. It was equipment for the fish aquarium that caught fire. I grabbed my keys and my dog and we got out of the house. Vector dispatched Fire and Rescue and our house, me and the dog was saved. Only extensive smoke damage. To this day I always tell this story to folks and they say WOW Vector is a great system. Your reps and technicians are the very best in the business!!! Thank you!!!

We have had Vector service for years for home security. The dining room sensor needed to be replaced. The tech Sean ** corrected the problem, set up the alarm system on my IPad and explained how to use any information we needed through the computer. He gave excellent service for us.

I had a service call to fix a window alarm that had malfunctioned. Our rep Jeff was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Jeff also took the time to check our motion detectors throughout the house—some of them had been turned off during a recent home renovation project that just wrapped up. He also walked through the house w/ me to identify any other safety concerns I had. Jeff was able to match up my target areas (extra front and back door coverage) w/ a product/service that Vector offers but that I didn’t even know existed. This new monitoring feature can be easily and inexpensively added to my current system. I appreciate Jeff’s expertise and ask for him whenever I call Vector for service or installations.

Refund and access to customer service. Getting through using IVR system is hideous. Extension not recognized and since reps don't give first and last name the dial by company directory is useless. It seems that the online bill payment system isn't synced with auto payment system, after I paid bill online the auto payment system still debited my account...not good.

I recently had a upgrade of my security system installed. After the upgrade was installed, I had a malfunction of my front door lock. The Vector Security Technician came to the house and was very diligent in ensure that he didn’t leave until the issue was resolved and I was comfortable with resolution and felt extremely secure.

Jerry was polite when he arrived, I was very pleased on how he was dressed and greeted me with a smile. He completed the fire alarm inspection in our admin building and told us what all was done and he also completed it in a timely manner. We have been a customer of Vector for about 5 years now and the service has been great! We had another example of excellent service this week. One of the our contacts on our basement door was causing issues when setting the alarm. I called the service center and, as always, they were polite and helpful, but could not resolve all the issues. They did help me get the alarm system set with a bypass of the trouble contact and had a service call scheduled while I was talking to them.

I chose Vector Security because I was in need of a security company and I have heard a lot of good things about them. The technician came out and installed my system. Nathan was very knowledgeable and professional. He even told me about the sky bow they offer. It resembles the ring doorbell so you can talk through it and also it registers motion and it all sends notifications to my phone. Definitely a cool feature and I’m glad that I bought into it. I have Vector Security at my home and two businesses. I was being billed for all 3 under one bill and needed them billed separately. I placed one of businesses under my husband’s name to make the billing easier. Nick came out and was great! We selected Vector based upon the equipment that was available. The installers were actually early and worked very well together. All equipment was installed in a timely manner. The technicians spent time explaining the system and how to use it.

We had in previous house and worked nicely. We wanted the door camera this time in new home. Absolutely love it! The customer service is great! Unfortunately our door is slightly defective so we need to replace lock again but Vector fixed it very promptly. We haven't used security system yet but the camera is great and the code to unlock and lock. Not having use key is the best. Steve has been great and he fixed and reset the entire system!

I had Vector Security before and I switch to ADT For three days and I realized I made a mistake. ADT install the system and it did not work properly. I had three technicians out in the three days that I had it installed. I opted out of my contract with ADT and went back to Vector. Vector installed their system very quickly and was more professional and knowledgeable about the products that they were selling. Nathan installed my system and I am super happy to be back with Vector Security. I’m very happy and I do recommend everyone to look at vector for a possible security provider. You don’t know what you have until you don’t have it anymore.

The technician Nick arrived on time this morning. Very neat work and patient with working around customers to install my alarm and camera systems. I like the Vector App and how easy it is to operate. Doorbell camera needed to be replaced. Cover was missing. Master Bathroom sensor kept going off. Added new sensor. The tech was very knowledgeable with the doorbell setup and was able to get it operational. Bill is a true professional and courteous.
