We chose Vector a long time ago. I Honestly don’t remember why we chose them. But I do know that the reason we have stayed with Vector is because of Sean **. He seems to know everything there is to know about the security system, he is dedicated to providing us with the best customer service possible and he is a very nice human being. Sean is the best.

Suggested by friend, tired of safe touch. Great service at a good price. Came out and made a comprehensive plan to protect my home and family. Safety was the first priority then budget. Stone was very professional access his staff. Response to problems has been quick also.

I chose Vector Security because I heard nothing but good reviews about the company. Everyone I have ever had help from has been extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience with any of the techs or customer service.

Stone and his team have been top notch to work with since day one. I first contacted them for a system when my home was broken into on a Friday morning and I discovered it when I returned home Friday afternoon. His sales team came on site at 9 PM to make sure I was squared away and felt better about the situation. Since then I‘ve added Vector at my office, got my parents to sign up, and have recommended their services to a countless number of clients. An A+ group!

I chose Vector after doing research online. Stone ** and his employees do an outstanding job. I absolutely love my system. Being able to control everything with my phone makes things easy. The camera system allows me to check on thing when I not there.

I have dealt with a lot of security companies in the past and none compare to Vector. We most recently moved our business from one location to another and Stephen, our technician from Vector did a fantastic, seamless, and professional job making certain that our service was uninterrupted. We recommend Vector 110%.

And we can talk with them and if needed let them in remotely. Also when there have been any problems they have been very responsive and took care of it very quickly. Great job, great people will continue to recommend to family and friends.

Chris ** has been our tech for years not only at our current residence, but also our former residence in another state. It’s nice to have the same person who is familiar with our home come here. He is always on time, courteous, communicative, and a nice person to boot! We selfishly hope he stays with Vector for a very long time.

I chose Vector since they was close and system was present. So far I’ve had a good experience and hope to continue service with them. The technology they offer is great and hope to expand my services with them in the near future.

Jose was awesome! He made sure to accommodate me as I wasn’t able to make it home until after 2:00 and he made sure to call me when he was en route. He showed me things on my system that I didn’t know. He was also tested my system and was very fast.

We choose Vector Security in late 2018 because we wanted to install a system that was easy to use and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the system. Things have changed because my husband has suffered a traumatic brain injury and we had to leave our home in South Carolina and relocate to Richmond, VA for long term, polytraumatic care. I admit we signed our contract for three years as we intended to live in our SC home for many years to come, but life changes in the blink of an eye. I have begged, cried, fought and pleaded to cancel our contract, but all they care about it their "investment." Human decency replaced by sheer greed.

We chose Vector based on reputation and the kindness and courtesy of our sales rep Tonii. She was very helpful and allowed me to reschedule when my schedule got twisted. The tech who came to install was funny and nice and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and was very helpful in familiarizing me with how the system work.

We have had Vector Securities since we purchased our house, 23 years ago. Jeff ** just completed an update of the entire system. He was professional and concerned with how and where things were installed. He was prompt, neat and helpful in his explanations and descriptions of the work he did for us. We highly recommend him.

Previous owners of our home had Vector Security when we purchased the home. Installation went great! While on vacation in TN, alarm was activated on my app. Motion detector went off, Vector called immediately to see if we wanted PD sent out. We said yes. By the time I could open app, four local officers were surrounding our home. All doors were secured, and we were able to talk to them through doorbell!!! Outstanding service!!! Would highly recommend Vector Security for home security system.

Wayne was the technician for our service. He was very thorough with correcting the issue with our motion detector. He tested the system successfully. His customer service was great! We have been with Vector for more than 15 years and have been very pleased with the service this far.

The service provided by Angela ** was great. She took her time helping me to set up our staff security codes. She also remembered me from our last conversation which I thought was pretty neat. Our staff is confident to move forward and use the Vector Security system because of her assistance.

I had Vector Security for about two decades. The office treats me like chump change. Please do better. So far the current and the last service technician have been excellent. The last service technician went above and beyond to service.

I have moved out of my home since 7/19 And have been asking to have my service shut down since October, Still getting bills to pay with no phone service to even provide monitoring services at my other home which is up for sale. As a Real Estate Developer I have over the years sent at least 100 customers to Vector Security....now I am told that my account will be closed for nonpayment and I could pay higher fees with the collection agency they will send it to!!!! Really!!!! LOL.

We have been a long time subscriber with Vector and entirely satisfied. Great service and customer service. I feel totally safe in my home with Vector Security. My husband has Vector Security in his office too. We would highly recommend Vector.

Joe was polite and professional, he was able to access our problem in a timely manner and was very patient with us. I asked Joe many questions and he knew the answers to all of them. Joe is a great technician and we were glad he serviced our home.

Jose was awesome! He was professional and very helpful. We haven’t been with Vector for that long but we’re disappointed with the dealer that sold us the system. We didn’t have internet at the time so they just gave us the camera that we knew nothing about. Jose was kind enough to install it for us and was also able to upgrade our keypad. Very happy with his work!

I like the fact that Vector Has an office so close to our facility. The salesperson came out and did a great job. The technician was very respectful and professional. Very happy with the new services provided by Vector security. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I was with Vector for 15 years and satisfied with their service. During this time, they upgraded my system for free, and gave me all new updated units. I sold my home and am having a house built and will be sure to contact them when it is finished.

We switched to Vector because we have you at our other location, we dealt with Frank as our salesperson and did a great job explaining the new system. Gary was the tech that came to update our system and did a great job setting up the new panel, he had to do some added work for the new panel because of the big hole in the wall but he fixed and it looks great, he pleasant to deal with and did a good job cleaning up.. no complaints here..

The home I purchased was previously wired by Vector. I am NOT a current customer. I want to simply explore and compare costs (yes against competing vendors) for adding an outdoor monitoring system (equipment cost/installation) and then possibly monitoring. I don’t necessarily need external monitoring but want to have the ability to do so and be alerted myself. Other companies provide this info UPFRONT without me having to call some high pressure salesperson. I don’t listen to them or swayed by their BS. I’ve walked away from car and home sales because I’m being fed it. Won’t even bother here... Step it up guys or go the way of the dinosaurs.

Both salesman and installation technician were exceptional. I highly recommend Vector. Technician did a great job of explaining how to use the app, panel and www.alarm.com website. Salesman had come around many times before but the Vector offerings were superior to what he was able to offer in the past.

Our area of North Baltimore County has had an influx of Baltimore city residents which tends to compromise the living conditions in our area of the Baltimore suburbs.

Needed a service call on issue at my home. Set up appointment with service. On day of the call. Service tech called en route with estimate time of arrival. He arrived on time in uniform. Showed him issues that needed to be fixed. Quickly corrected the faults. Was very polite. Happy with today's call.

We've been with you for a very long time. Most service men have been professional, some more than others. As an owner of two small businesses, I know first hand how important it is to find good, responsible employees. I wanted to let you know, in all of the years with you, NO ONE has impressed me more than Mike ** during the recent service call. He is the only one to ever put on shoe covers, called when he was supposed to, was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly to me, very kind and friendly. Not overly friendly either, I've had those. But, enough that made me feel comfortable with him in my home. He has no idea I am doing this, I hope it makes a difference. I am crazy busy, but wanted to take the time. Whatever you are paying him, give him more, or do something to make it easier for him to stay! If we could find employees like him, we'd do anything to keep them around! Thanks for your good service over the years!

Dave ** did a great job and sold me a window sensor. He explained everything he was doing and why. He went over my system in the whole house and suggested to move a motion detector to get a better layout.

I was with a company that Vector bought out so that’s how I ended up as a vector customer. Anthony has been my tech for 10 years and he’s the best. I tell him all the time if he leaves vector I’m going where he goes, he always goes out his way to help me, even off the clock!

When we moved here 15 years ago it was recommended by an old neighbor. System was installed but had never been activated. We since I closed in a screen porch and added a secure door and had additional sensors. System is old and since we retired we don’t travel for work as we did. We intend in the future to update the security system. We will use Vector Security again.

My experience with Vector was very positive. From the sales personnel to the service personnel, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. My Vector system is great. It helps to keep my shop and all of the equipment in it safe and lets me know the minute that anything happens in it. The peace of mind it provides is the best and the service have been outstanding.

The house I currently live in has had an account with Vector for years under the previous owner's name. The house flooded and had to be gutted which removed any usable devices for the security system. Instead of finding a new company, I decided to stay with Vector. I am happy with the system. I'm a single mom and feel safer being at home.

New Home, Gentlemen was in area. This system is awful, does not monitor cameras correctly, had not verified no one coming to my home since November last year, we get calls that the system is going off and we are home and the system is not going off. You need to refund me for my very Badddd Services.

Dave ** is excellent. Very quick and sympathetic to my issues with the company. Vector repeatedly calls me in the middle of the night for insignificant issues. Calls at 2 am for a low panel battery are stupid. Why Vector makes those calls is a good unanswered question. Please review and change your policies to eliminate stupid calls in the middle of the night.

We were very pleased with Bob ** response to our service call. He called before and promptly stopped by. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions addressing and allaying all my concerns. My parents were visiting and he was considerate of not disturbing them. All your technical staff should exhibit such wonderful customer service.

Vector offered the best options for our needs. The representative was very patient and answered all our questions. Installation was offered the very next day. During the time we have had the system; we were notified immediately of any alarm that was set off.

We were having trouble with our keypads malfunctioning. Sean was the technician that responded to our service call. He was very friendly, spent time troubleshooting the issue and quickly resolved the problem by installing new keypads. We were very pleased with his service.

Very responsive to our service request concerning our doorbell camera. We are receiving a lot of motion detected alerts only nothing is on the camera feed hence false alert. Chris troubleshot system, relocated remote wifi extender, and rebooted doorbell. We are letting it run and if issue continues, Chris said to call and he will look at replacing the doorbell.

Vector Security came today to do annual fire test on the system. He explain what he was doing and answered a few questions that I had about the door and security on the doors. Very pleased with vector security. Dave ** was on time, courteous, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I was not sure where my devices were, Dave checked his records and we found them, he tested them and he let me know when they’re due to be replaced (not for another two years).

I have been a customer with Vector for a few years now, there is lack of care on the communication side. Agreements were made at the install in my new house and not kept on their part. Did not get the accessories that was agreed upon. I have called numerous times and it's like I'm chasing my own tail. Unless things change I will be finding another security system provider.

Your technician Ray was wonderful today. He saved me money by helping me learn how my system works and teaching me how to prevent problems in the future. He is very efficient and and very courteous and I appreciate him very much. Thank you for sending him.

Because of the long-time relationship dating back to when we first moved here 32 years ago, and because of the quality of the product and the service over the years. Dave ** has been here more than several times and has proved to be reliable, efficient, polite and skilled at what he does.

Derek ** was the tech that installed my camera system today. I’ve had Vector since I bought the business about a year ago. He was friendly and worked hard to put my cameras in. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough internet speed to get my cameras working today but I’m switching to Spectrum so they’ll be working soon.

Rich ** assisted us with setting up User Access for a new Manager. He was extremely helpful and thorough making sure that everything was correct and working as we needed it to. Even though we had many questions he was patient and worked with us until all of our questions were answered. Thank you!

The installation was phenomenal! Jim was extremely professional and efficient. He explained the system well and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Vector. I had a flood in my basement some time ago. Jim recommended a water sensor to prevent not knowing about flooding situation in the future. Before he left, he helped me load the Vector app and showed me how to use all the features.

When ever we had problem, Vector has always been there. Vector has constantly upgraded our system with improved technology at no cost. We feel very secure with Vector. I needed a system for my house because I'm going away for training. So I went with Vector after looking at reviews. The system was up to date unlike my last system. I had a trouble on my alarm system. I called when it started beeping at night. They set up an appointment quickly. The repairman Jared came out today and was able to fix my system. I am very happy with Vector Security.

I just got a new system with Vector Security. Nicole came to my house and helped me get all set up with a new system. She did an excellent job and helped me a lot. Then Curtis came out to install and he was great. He did an exceptional job and was able to teach me how to use the system and the app. Overall Nicole and curtis are great and do an excellent job!! My granddaughter works at west central station and had a system installed to my home as a gift. When the technician arrived he was very nice and explained how everything worked. He explained why everything needed to be in a certain spot. Was very polite and courteous.

Jim was exceptional. He took the time to reset my password and explain to me the different features of my system. Jim was very thorough on checking my system out and explained everything he was going to do before he did it to make sure I understood!! GREAT JOB!!

Aaron was extremely helpful and friendly. He was able to point out that we needed more light in certain spots to allow the cameras to see important areas. He made suggestions about products that might add to the system here, and made sure everyone knew where the panic button is before he left. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I appreciate William the technician from Vector Security for coming out to add my camera on my porch. He came out early and finished the installation in a timely manner. I appreciate the fast response from Vector Security and the professionalism that was shown from start to finish.

Problem with driveway camera. Rich ** was very helpful. He called me back right away and we worked together via phone conversation to figure out the problem with our home security system. He quickly discovered what the problem was, explained it to me, and it was corrected.

Nick went above and beyond in installing my security system and cameras. The Vector app is very easy to use and the doorbell and outdoor camera has great clarity in its view of everything.

Our neighbors were robbed on Christmas morning and this makes me feel much safer. I also like that I have the key fobs for an emergency.

Sorriest thing I've ever done. Service is lousy. Can't wait for this bs contract to be up.. They lock you out of your account on your phone & keep telling you wrong password, Wrong username. I only use 1 of 2 passwords for everything.

Your service technician, Dave **, very thorough job. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable. I kept bombarding him with questions, yeah no problem answering them. This system was the third upgrade I have. As always I am very pleased with Vector.

We chose Vector Security because one of their salespeople was in my BNI Chapter (networking group). He was very knowledgeable and we trusted him. When he came to our home to discuss our options we were impressed with the presentation.

Great service and personable. Explained system in great detail. On time and great work. Left home in condition found. Very knowledgeable of service and equipment and offerings. Talked me through using the system in great detail. Made several recommendations on effectively using the system. Ran through test to show me how all items worked.

We decided to upgrade our existing system to a new security system. We think the technology now is very nice and pretty user friendly. I spoke with Frank and he did a great presentation and Nathan came out to install our new system and was very nice and professional. Definitely recommend Vector to friends and family.

Derek ** was the tech that installed my security system today. Vector was recommended by my daughter. She’s had vector security for 12 years. Derek was wonderful. He showed up on time and was very thorough installing everything and was very knowledgeable as well. He was great today.

Salesman TJ ** was very friendly and explained everything. Installation guy Bill was very patient and explained everything once set up. Service rep Agata was constantly in contact with setting up appointments and throughout the process. I never received this type of attention from ADT.

I have been trying to get someone repair or replace my husband's alarm fob. The first time I put in a repair request a serviceman came to the house and attempted to fix the fob by taking it apart and bending the copper pieces. When my husband left the house a few hours later the fob was not working again. I immediately sent another repair request and as of this day no one has responded. It's been over 2 weeks.

Nick done a fantastic job upgrading my old ADT alarm and installing my driveway camera. He was professional in explaining his scope of work. Great customer service oriented attitude and done clean work in installing, removing, and running wire in my attic for the camera. Really like the functionality of the Vector App. And love the view and clarity of the driveway camera. Very good setup and product!

My interaction with staff was very professional. Tech is very efficient and knowledgeable. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I was with CV Security before transitioning to Vector Security and I'm happy with the service I have been provided thus far.

I had it mixed up with with a reputable company. Service Was poor to say the least. Most I’d say all but one month it did not even work. I could get no the phone. When I did they promised all things but could not contact again. This is the worst service I’ve ever had for any kind of a company. The only thing they are good at is billing!!!!

Service was prompt and all issues were quickly resolved. Tech was very helpful and insightful. The tech took the time to explain how to work and turn off certain areas. Changing the way the connections on all 3 doors were positioned was also helpful to maximize the way the system works.

Jose did an awesome job, Jose was highly recommend from my realtor so we decided to give him a call. He came and explained how everything worked and set us up right away for our install. We were very happy to find out Jose was the one doing our install. He did a awesome job with that as well!

Informative interaction w rep, Rod, who explained all. Showed and illustrated each component of the system. His guidance left no room for improvement and gave assurance that he and the company will be there for support as issues might arise. He was a gentleman in addition to his professional HANDLING OF SECURITY IN GENERAL.

I was sold $540 of equipment I did not need or want. Installers were great and told me I was sold equipment I either had or did not need. Some panels (two) were added because I was told I needed them to operate the system the way I wanted. The installers said that was not true and eliminated the two panels. I also did not need four door sensors that I already had and the installers simply added batteries. Not good.

Jim and Brandon were efficient and polite and made this experience excellent. They were sure that everything was done properly.. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible! I would tell all my friends and family to look into Vector Security!!

We love our Vector System and how safe it makes us feel. It keeps our family safe and all of our children safe in the house as it helps us to keep track of when they go in an out. You could not ask for a better company with the best technicians to service the systems.

Was and still is in fear of my life. Got service with Titan Vector Security in 2018. Wasn't given window alerts as told and when called about it was told there would be another $50 fee for sending a worker back out to install. When wasn't done when services were first installed. In 2019 the cameras stopped triggering without notification from company. In the month of June cameras stopped triggering or doing anything. Again called for service. Tech worked till the end of June and once again stopped triggering anything. Wasn't aware of it not working anymore till I came out of my house in October of 2019 only to have had three vehicles broken into which of course sit off fear alert once again and nothing from the cameras of Vector Security showed anything and when called about this another $150 was required to fix with another camera being installed.

The service is great. When I call they are to give the service I call about and take care of it with no problem. Very good company to deal with. I will tell a friend about you guys. On time to help you and no cost to you. I can't but good things about them.

We have been a loyal customer for years and generally have been satisfied with the services. However, over the past four months we have struggled with the quality of the video doorbells. We have reached out to our local office in Chesapeake Va and spoke with the manager and Emailed him 5 times with no response. We are paying the maximum monthly amount and are very dissatisfied with this support. We asked if we could have the doorbells changed out from the SkyBell to the slim line and have not received a call or Email in return. Maybe it is time to find another company. I see where you say Vector is #4 Nationally. I am starting to see why...

A referral from a friend who is currently subscribing the service, a realtor and HOA discount helps deciding. It's a new installation and it went well. The Technician is friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. There were website glitches while installation caused a delay.
