I have had Vector Security since the house was built in 2003. Never had an issue with them and the system was in place so I needed to ensure it was back running correctly and expand its capability. Technician Mr. ** was thorough, gave me options, best deals, etc... for me to choose from.

Vector Security has been my go to for security providers now for many years. I’m very happy and I’m even surprised with the technology that they continue to offer. They are second to none in my book and I definitely recommend this company to whoever is in need of a security system.

Vector Security is awesome. They have cool yard signs and window stickers. I am very pleased and satisfied with the security system. Nick was very knowledgeable and courteous while during the installation of my upgraded system and camera. I love the new touch screen system. I would recommend this security company for new customers. I am looking forward to using my new camera when I am away from home.

Trying to get ahold of my local reps but the number of Vector website sends me to a gift card spam place. Had to call the monitoring company to get the number. Was lied to from the beginning. Not keeping this service at all. Don't recommend it.

Nick showed up and was fantastic! Very professional and courteous. He installed my alarm system well and even mounted my cameras even though my business is being renovated. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Reset my password for my App and went over how to operate the alarm and answered any questions I had. 10, 10, 10, and he deserves a raise! Great job!

Vector Security provides critical health, life and safety services. The service is a must! The heat and fire detection system worked perfectly and saved our home. The technician did a great job installing our security system. We were very satisfied with the way the installed was completed once the additional glass break was installed. I would refer the technician and the system to my family and friends. The app is very user friendly. I like that the arming station is all touch screen.

Nick was very courteous when he arrived and showed his ID. All work was done and completed with decency and in order. Also, I needed to upgrade my alarm system. The chime feature stopped working and I changed phone services so I needed to upgrade my panel. New alarm panel works great and up to date.

Installation went just fine. No issues. The installer did a great job quietly and cleanly. The panel looks great and it came with cute little FOBS. (Are they really FOBs or remotes). I must say, that I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been to use; let alone teach my other half.

When I purchased a home in South Carolina in 2003 I was offered a new home package. I had great experiences with the company. When I purchased my home in Maryland again my real estate agent referred me to a local Vector agent. I have always been happy with the service. Prompt and easy to access.

My son has Vector Security. He checked with other security companies and Vector is the only company that could come out the day and the next day he’s very pleased with Vector Security at his own house. He has dealt dealt with our Salesman Ben ** before. Kevin was very pleasant and had the system installed very quickly and was patient enough to wait for my son to show up so he could explain the system to us. Both Came the fastest.

I continued the Vector Services from the previous homeowner. Vector has always provided exceptional service. I've had vector service for 10 years now and I'm very satisfied. I've only experienced professional service by the technicians. You must never forget your password or you may not be able to get service.

Curtis and Tony were great and quick at installing my new system. They were professional and courteous the entire time. Curtis was very patient with me looking at the app. My parents had always had Vector and wanted me to go it for my first house. Even though there are other security systems, vector is by far the best!! I love that they give out signs for the yard to keep others away!

Non responsive auxiliary panel. Was upgraded with a repeater to extend service. Assuming it works, technician did a diligent and thorough job. Giving five stars now that all seems to be working. Wish it had worked from the outset but Evan was great today!

Joe was awesome, he attended all my needs very promptly and cleaned up after himself. Your technician was very professional and replaced all the devices that I was having issues with. He also scheduled a return date to replace our deadbolt that wasn’t working but he didn’t have the color we wanted.

System is now working properly. The technicians Scott and Dave were very informative. They got the apps working on both of our phones. They also showed me how to view the cameras on my laptops. They pulled the footage of the Thieving punks destroying our property. I am now going to turn it over to the police. I am so thankful for Vector and will be telling all my friends to sign up asap.

Your technician Jose was very professional, he did a very clean job and worked hard. Although he had some problems with our WiFi he figured out the solution and was able to connect our camera back to our apps. Thank you!

We did not decide to change to Vector because the current company upgrade was the same cost, but their monthly fee was $15 a month less and we, as a church, have to look at our bottom line. We appreciated the time that Greg ** spent with us.

We are very pleased with Ed the salesman coming out the day I called. He was very informative about what I needed. The installer Matt came within a couple weeks. He set it up and explained everything so we could understand it. He was quick, cleaned up, and very good. I will highly recommend Vector to everyone.

Tierra ** claims to have called an old number, **, and ** and left voicemails to attempt to reach us. There were no voicemails on ** nor my number **, which I have had and called Vector on that number numerous times. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she claimed one was not available. I asked that a manager call us back, but she then called back on my husband’s number. Our insurance is pressuring us to have a certificate confirming security and one has not been sent nor installation done. Not happy with Vector.

Someone introduced me to Vector Security. The interaction with the staff have been ok. The office staff when I call in is always good. But Vector never acknowledged when an alarm was triggered in the middle of the night and this really bothered me.

Jeff came out to our newly bought home for the setup and activation of our Vector Security system. I found Jeff to be extremely knowledgeable, easy to discuss our needs with, and very professional. Jeff was able to address some security needs that we have by installing new systems and services.

System upgrade **. Ethan ** was my installation technician. He was here on time. Very pleasant, worked steady and answered all our questions. Cleaned up after himself and showed us how to arm the unit and we were quite pleased with his work.

I already had them. I just wanted camera outside. The installer was great. Did a excellent job. I had the alarm system for three years now and referred many customers to Vector Security. I am very pleased with Vector Security overall. I like my alarm system and especially cameras too!

Amanda ** is always extremely helpful and courteous when I have issues. She is my go-to when it comes to when it comes to adding or removing new or existing users, and I just wanted Vector to know how helpful she is.

They've been our company for 20+ years. This was in response to a loss of signal notice from the monitoring center. Scheduling was reasonable in timing, tech Bill was on time, gave the requested notice by phone as promised, and checked full system rather than just the sensor that had failed.

I have been a long time Vector Security customer and recently had a lightning strike at my house. Frank with Vector did a great job getting me set up. Then Curtis and Jarrod showed up on time and installed my new system. They did a great job and walked me thru how to use it and answered all my questions.

We just had a couple glass brakes installed in our basement. We really like Vector and will continue to use their service for our security. The reason we like them so much is because the customer service is second to none. Nathan came out twice – first to upgrade our communication, second to install these glass breaks and he was great each and every time. He brings a lot of knowledge and we feel comfortable with him being in our house and that is always a good customer experience.

Dave is a professional beyond words. As much as we hate Vector Security, we love Dave and his knowledge of the system. You really need more employees like him. He has serviced us for 18years and thank God for that. Without him, we would’ve left vector a long time ago.

Chris came to our house to install a battery in the smoke alarm, today, 9/30/19. He came promptly after were informed that there was a cancellation, which was very convenient for us. We were originally scheduled for October 9. Chris was very professional, efficient, and friendly. Definitely a 5-star experience! We were very happy with it.

We are having Vector Security installed the alarm systems in our businesses. Peter, our installer was prompted, and did a great job. He took time to show us how to set up the app on our phone, making sure we were very comfortable with the operation of our new system. It was a great decision to go with Vector Security.

Very helpful and respectful. Gave a great description on the products available and pricing so I would know my options. Showed up on time and was very quick and knowledgeable about the service. Made sure he went over everything with me and showed me how to use the app.

Informed that the old Westec control cabinet could not be updated, would have to be replaced. Rough estimate between five hundred and a thousand dollars. Some of existing parts can be reused. Service man was here at estimated time to check the system. Decided to continue with the present system and leave the living room glass break detector our of system and just not report any erroneous signals from the area.

Mr. ** was prompt, courteous and very skilled at replacing my fire alarms. He arrive on time with all equipment and inspected the location of all my heat and fire detectors. The call was to only check on int he attic but he said if he had the equipment in his truck, he could replace all of them. This is something I had put off doing but because of his awareness of my need to do this, all were replace, quickly without my having to schedule another service call.

We had our new system installed several months ago. Recently there was a problem with a sensor for a door but the service man that came to fix it was professional and quickly fixed the problem. Jeff also took the time to answer any questions I had and showed me a bunch of features we were not aware of which I appreciated. I would recommend Vector.

Jeff called before the appointment to give a heads up and he arrived promptly as he said he would. He provided knowledgeable and courteous service. He came to make an adjustment on an existing system that had been installed a few weeks back. He also spared no time in answering any questions I had about the system and services that vector had to offer. In fact, he generated new business by his thorough explanation of services that I inquired about and will be returning to add a few different devices to the system in the near future. I’m very satisfied with Vector as a company. There was an issue with one of our sensors and the service technician, Jeff couldn’t have done a better job. He was kind, friendly and professional. He took care of the problem quickly but took the time to teach me more about the app and system. My dad is 98 years old and sometimes he's alone so Jeff explained the features of the indoor camera with 2 way voice and I loved it. Jeff set it up and I can now monitor my dad and even get a notification on my phone if it detects motion. I haven’t had a better experience with a service person than Jeff. He’s a huge asset to your company and I will definitely recommend Vector to anyone.

I went with Vector Security Because I heard a lot about their technology they offered and how good they are with the customers. When the technician and salesman came out they did great. I couldn’t ask for a better representation of a company. I feel confident that I’m going to be a long time vector customer and I am very happy with the install that was done today.

Hello! I am a long time Vector customer. They have always been responsive any customer service I've had. Today, I had to call because one of my sensors was not acting correctly. I spoke to Michelle and she took the time to understand my issue and helped me resolve it with patience and kindness!

Upgraded existing Vector system. Tech Jeff ** was excellent to work with. Answered all my questions, explained new system in detail, has followed up to make sure everything is working and to see if I have questions. Very happy with upgrade.

We have had Vector for 5 years now. Any time we had an issue it has been resolved quickly. During our recent service call for a low battery the service man Jeff sold us a doorbell camera and installed it. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We have Heard a lot of great things about Vector Security in the technology that they offer. So we decided to go with them. The salesperson called And we decided to go with the new IQ panel. The installation went well. Jared was neat and tidy. He went about his work with minimal interruption to what I had going on. My biggest complaint is that Vector requires a "soft credit check" or proof of credit score to install and begin service. Seems like overkill and was annoying.

The Vector Security team explained our new system to us. We were impressed with the efficiency and ease of operation. The set up was flawless. This was the first home system we ever had and and feel so much more secure in this home knowing that Vector is monitoring our home.

We have used Vector Security for over 35 years for our Security needs. We recently upgraded our network for newer technology. In keeping up with the modalities of the system, we recently had the service team (Mike) out to adjust our settings. I've been a customer for over 5 years and call periodically to test my alarm. Each time, they have been very helpful, patient, and kind. In addition, my alarm has gone off by my mistake a couple of times, and they quickly called to verify before calling the police.

My camera system was installed by Vector Security about a month ago. I have been very please with system. Recently one of my cameras malfunctioned so I called to see if it could be brought back on-line. Vector set up an appointment that was convenient to my schedule. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the camera operational again within a matter of minutes. I am quite pleased with Vector's professionalism and prompt service.

Dan came out to service our cameras that weren’t working 100% and we were very pleased with his efficiency, professionalism and courtesy demeanor. He even managed to teach us a few tricks regarding the system during his time here today.

Our builder recommended. Many local people have this system. Liked our service provider, Curtis. He is a company person. Make sure you keep him. I feel very comfortable using the system. Everything was explained clearly. All good to say about the camera install.

Our office recently had an upgrade to our computer system. After doing so our cameras were offline and we were unable to view them. I call the Vector office in Lufkin which is an hour away, they were very accommodating and sent a technician up right away. The technician Tony had my cameras up and running in no time. He also explained some features on my phone app. that I was unaware of. The Lufkin office of Vector has the most friendly technicians of any service company around. Way to be professional Vector.

Great customer service. Glad that we were able to figure out what's wrong with my system. After 8 years I was hoping that it was an easy fix. Our alarm would go off every time we would leave the house it was getting rather annoying.

I inherited vector when I was promoted to executive pastor. However they have been very helpful and committed to taking care of any issues quickly and with excellence. We had an issue with a fire alarm somehow triggering the police to be dispatched. But the team has worked diligently to correct the problem. I’m happy to work with their team and will continue to do so.

We just had a door sensor go bad from water getting into the sensor and Vector service department got here relatively quick. Very happy with the response time and how quickly the tech was able to correct the issue. I recommend Vector Security for anyone that is looking for a security provider.

We inherited a wired system when we bought our home 20 years ago. In upgrading our home, we decided to use Vector to install wireless detectors to the windows. All went according to plan and in a timely manner. We also had new smoke detectors installed. The technician did a good job explaining how everything worked.

Thank goodness we had a Vector Security camera surveillance system at our place of business. We had a theft totaling over $20,000 worth of personal property. Thanks to the Vector Security cameras and supporting software, I was able to pull up videos and capture photos of the thieves in action....they were in police custody within 24 hours and the video evidence was used to ensure a conviction. Without the cameras, our property would likely have been lost forever. We are now considering installing a system in our home as well.

Vector is a middle man for Ardent. You can't call Ardent direct and the number I was given, as a direct number by Valarie at Ardent said the number had been disconnected. I told Valarie about it when she finally called me back. Said she would check into it. Still get the same recording now. Waiting for an answer from Ardent if a waste of time. Need a buyout check. It was supposed to be mailed a week ago. Not received. Previous co is still billing us.

Jeffrey went out of his way at the end of a long day of work because he saw we had a relatively urgent need. He stopped at our house and our fix was not an easy one but he spent the time and was very patient and had everything up and running quickly. Up until Jeff’s visit, I was a little annoyed that it was going to take a while to get our problem addressed but he handled so quickly that it gave me renewed faith in Vector.

We had used Certified in Palm Coast and still had a paid ahead contract with them when moving to NSB. I do think Vector is more expensive than some companies. Now all companies offer the phone app without another fee or upgrade. Not sure how much longer I will remain with Vector. Husband William passed away over 3 yrs ago.

He showed up with the smoke detector battery, as well as backup battery due to age of it being last replaced in Feb., 2015.
