In three days I had a very friendly and competent technician who helped take care of the dead water bug under my refrigerator and then explained the importance of testing the Co detector. He also showed me all of the hard wired smoke detectors that are wired into the system. Bob covered all the financial details regarding my plan as to the charges for the day. I am very pleased with the Vector Security system and technical service.

I wish I hadn't stayed with them this long. Against my better judgment. I chose to stay and upgrade my system. When the technician came, the distributor failed to give him what he needed to complete the job. He stated he was coming back the following day, but didn't call or come. When I reached out, he stated the equipment hadn't come in, but that he would come the following Monday to install. Needless to say, he never called or showed. When I called Vector to inquire how long it would take for the equipment to come, she immediately reached out to the technician who stated he could come to my house at 9pm, or I would have to wait until the following Monday. I'm not happy at all. Mainly because of the lack of communication on Vector's behalf. Up until today when I reached out, I hadn't heard anything from this company. RIDICULOUS! I takes two weeks for an installation.

Don’t remember how we chose them. Been happy with service overall. Service technicians are professional and thorough in their work. Overall we’ve been pleased with Vector Security and think others will be too.

Spoke with Vin a salesman at the home show. Really liked the price and the performance of products. Steve was the technician who came out and installed our services, could not recommend him enough. He was beyond great. Broke everything down simply for us and couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the installation.

Fixed the door bell camera and made sure that it was working. Mr. **, showed us the features that we didn't know that they were available. He explained the features is available on the keypad. Mr. **, did a excellent job.

We just had our new security system installed at our new house. Tonii came out and helped us get exactly what we needed. Then Curtis came and installed everything. He was quick and did a great job getting me set up on the app. He also answered all my questions. Great job.

We are currently Vector customers for many years and very pleased with their monitoring service. When our existing wired system failed, Jason had the experience and know-how to diagnose the system failure and recommend a new wireless system. The installation was excellent. We are very pleased.

He was great at explaining the system to us and the options it came with, Gary was our installer and did a great job as well explaining everything to use and getting up set up with our phones,, I have a a few different alarm companies in the past and Vector seems to be on top of it with the latest technologies, nice job, thank you..

Take-over accounts from ADT because of their poor performance after 25 years. ADT failed to troubleshoot and repair the fire alarm at my business for almost six months. They were insistent on trying to sell me an upgrade in order to cover up their mistakes that were made in my alarm system that your technician found in minutes.

Curtis is an excellent technician who took care to pay attention to every one of our concerns. He respected our time and obviously takes pride in what he does to make sure we were happy with the product and service. I would highly recommend Vector Security to others.

Previous owner used Vector. We just wanted everything upgraded. Figured it would benefit being with the same company. Very professional and easy instructions were given. System seems very friendly to use. Easy enough our 12 year old may utilize without issue.

On the advice of your Installation representative, I was sold on Vector Security. I had an ADT system in my home for a long time. Nick came out and done a FANTASTIC JOB upgrading and explaining how everything worked. I like the Vector App and all the cameras. Very good setup and system.

We have known Tod for awhile. We wanted our system updated after our neighbor was broken into. He made in very easy and the Curtis installed the system and was polite and neat! They updated the system in just a few weeks after the neighbor's house was broken into.

My home came with this system. We had a hard time to get this scheduled as we were not the original owners. However, after finally getting the right person Doug C on the line, he was very very helpful and made activating those alarm easy.

The service repairman named Dexter was the first repair person to visit here in a long while. He was very professional and polite. He did an outstanding good checking over my alarm system. If anytime future service is needed I hope they send him.

We were alerted there was a chirping sounds from our detector - thought it was a battery issue. We were advised that the detector needed to be changed. When the technician came, he determined that it was in fact a carbon monoxide detector - not your detector. He was gracious and didn’t chastise us for our stupidity.

What good is it to have a security system when we are on vacation and the system will not function. I called your service Dept today and was told that I had to be at my residence to unplug the cameras that do not work. This is unacceptable. Thinking about having the system removed and going with a company that can give me the service that I expected. A pissed customer.

Local company. Great service. Steve ** was wonderful: efficient, neat, on time, friendly. He did a wonderful job explaining the system to us. Jeremy was very professional and probably the most helpful of any support tech from Vector. We were contemplating canceling Vector and going elsewhere and he changed our mind by going over helpful tools we weren't utilizing or didn't know existed! He needs a raise!!!! Spent two hours getting our cameras up and running, door locks working properly, lamp plug stationed better and Cameras hooked up for motion detected properly. He was wonderful!!!

Chose Vector for good reputation. Smoothly functioning system. Today was a service call to repair malfunctioning sensor. Had TWO false alarms. Dell (technician) came to replace sensor. He also replaced outdated radio that had poor signal. Dell was fantastic. Kind, attentive, very helpful, knowledgeable.

I had Vector before and left because I was unaware they had cameras. I went back with them after my current security quit and am very happy with their service. I also had them come to my church and take over our system there. Install went well (Mike and Todd) and the service rep (Jay) was great, as well.

I never got a phone call back. I been having issues with the system since day one and they keep charging me service calls. I would like cancel my service. I emailed asking for Management to contact me. In the email they told me if I cancel I'm in a contract and can't get out of it instead of trying to work with me. It's on my Amex and I will dispute matter if need be.

I had a specific request when I called Vector and spoke with a finance representative. She was courteous, understood my request, acted on it and followed up appropriately. Honestly, her attentiveness was topnotch. I could not have hoped for more.

Todd contacted with with appointment. Curtis showed up and a fashionable time and did a great job at selling extra stuff. Bryant was just as well great and did an awesome job. I would definitely refer Vector to family member or a friend look for a alarm system or an upgrade.

Bill was not only efficient servicing the problem with the system but was proactive in checking out the rest of the system - carbon monoxide detector, smoke, water sensors - all were looked at. He replaced smoke detectors that were more than 10 years old so I was reassured that y system was up to date. Good job bill.

We recently had a low battery on our garage to house door and we called Vector to have a tech come out and replace the battery. Our technician was Devin and he came out the same day within a couple of hours of our call. He was very fast and efficient. We’re very happy with our service and vector.

I have been using Vector Security for years, the office, service and install staff are wonderful to work with. Ricardo is the service tech for our area, he came yesterday to fix a minor issue, he is always such a pleasure to work with. He’s kind, courteous and most importantly very neat and meticulous when it comes to his work. Great service all around!

Upgrade and monitoring of existing system. I chose Vector for three main reasons: 1) the system that was in the house we bought was installed by them, 2) I trusted their sales guy, Marcus, and 3) their monitoring fee and contact terms were reasonable. It was an added bonus that their install tech, Gary, was so knowledgeable and patient with all our questions.

I have been with VECTOR for over twenty years simply due to their outstanding service among their techs whenever I have a service request. The service at the office is great as well. Have never met a rude or an employee unwilling to help or make your situation better.

We had a low battery warning on a sensor. Chris arrived promptly and replaced the low battery, and checked/replaced all of our other batteries while he was here. He was neat (wore booties over his shoes), friendly, and polite. Also discussed other Vector services (doorbell camera), but was not pushy. Happy to have him back next time service is needed.

Everything went very smooth. Easy to deal with starting with sales all the way through installation. Installers were friendly, on time and knowledgeable of the system. Price for monthly service fee is reasonable and worth it. Sales person was prompt and also knowledgeable of the company and the system.

We’ve had security in our Fuel kiosk since we built the building. The vendor we chose for our service was Vector Security and Devin was our service technician, we have had an issue with our panel tampering and Devin came out fixed our problem and showed us what the issue was. We’re very happy with Vector.

This visit was for our visual fire inspection that our office gets periodically. Technician is always very courteous and conscience this is a doctor's office. Very prompt and efficient and explains what he is doing. Also helpful in locking up a certain area for us when he is done.

I appreciate the service I get from Vector. I really appreciate Delesky **. He came to fix a problem with a glass break in 2nd floor bedroom, but he also checked the keypads and system. He found it had to be updated. He updated it. Then he also checked my problem glass break and fixed it. He went on to check the others. They emerge ok. He asked me if I had any other questions or problems. I asked him to show me again how to view my cameras. He showed me and reminded me to delete old pictures from my phone. He then asked me to get my laptop. He made some great additional adjustments to my cameras and showed me how to check more things on my laptop. Delesky was a tremendous help to me. I really appreciate such excellent service from Vector.

I had the service previously. I like the service and I always get good help - Set up my luxe automation and checked all my connections so that my system would work properly - Also checked all my ethernet connections every panel. Walked around the house. Check the connections and the speed for my Internet. Give me suggestions on my uploaded download speeds, what I need so that I can continue to have good connections with my video cameras.

Brendan is a good guy awesome at what he does and knows what he is doing. Installed my system fast and professional. Frank did a great job at explaining to me the products offered, and made sure I got what I needed to make my family safe.

Matthew was very professional and pleasant during his service today. Our smart deadbolt lock no longer connected to the Alarm app on our phone. He quickly troubleshot the issue and resolved it by replacing the batteries and ensured that all my wireless devices were connected. He quickly educated me and I learned that the devices communicate with eachother, and if one is unplugged it can cause issues. He gave me time to look for my misplaced device, and he replaced it with a new one since I was unable to locate it. Matthew is committed to going above and beyond in ensuring all issues are resolved and leaving with a satisfied customer. We have used Vector Security for years. Joe always does a great job maintaining our system and making any necessary changes. Everyone at Vector is professional and quick to respond. We have been so happy with the services provided by Vector Security!

I think Vector does a great job. My only issue is that the original date for inspection was February 11th and the showed up on the 25th. Other than that Vector has always been great and usually responds within 24 hours. They are always courteous and friendly and I have never have any issues with them. Sean ** was very helpful and made sure my office had all the necessary paperwork for our fire marshal.

I believe a friend told me about this agent. This agency is very prompt when it comes to tech support and home visits. When I’m away from home they make it easy when I’m out of state. Normally the officers here and Vector transfer emergencies promptly.

This review is for a service call. My issues were resolved without incident. Somehow my svr went offline. Which means I was without svr service despite the fact that I was being billed monthly. The technician Frank was friendly and knowledgeable he called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. My experience today with vector has been a good one.

I chose Vector Security because of referral. This review is for my reinstall. Zack has excellent customer service and is very proficient in his work. He made me aware of a very serious situation with my basement windows. One window was open without a lock. He observed that the other windows were nailed down so he offered to secure the open window. He made sure that every inch of my house was secure. His eye for detail and being thorough is amazing! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Kelly in customer service! Fabulous experience with the purchase and installation of my Vector security system. Salesman (Roger) was very thorough and easy to deal with. The lead installer and technician (Dan) did a great job with the 2-day installation. He was on time, courteous, and saved me additional money by troubleshooting and salvaging my existing sensors. The final system works great and the technician took the time to clearly explain the Vector app and website. Will highly recommend Vector to friends and neighbors.

I requested a Certificate to provide to my Homeowners Insurance Company as evidence that my home burglar and smoke alarms are being monitored. I spoke with Agata ** for a couple of minutes and receives the requested Certificate within an hour of my request. I was very pleased with her demeanor on the phone and the speed of service..

Our tech was awesome. We chose Vector because it came with the house. We ended up choosing the wireless system because it is safer than the wired system. The person who helped install was very friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. He was great.

The tech was great. He introduced himself, extended his hand, and displaced great professionalism. He made sure the sensor was in test mode before doing anything and explained why that was important. We like to use Vector because their technician (Anthony) is very knowledgeable. Vector's customer service has been very accommodating to meet our schedule. We had the panel in our warehouse that had a bad board and battery which was causing issues with arming our warehouse. Anthony troubleshot the issues and fixed the problem.

Vector Security Trouble Desk (Andres) helped us with a few issues regarding our new install. He has been great with helping us resolve the problem and assisting with the app. and getting a tech onsight to troubleshoot issues. Great work!
