We had a storage shed secured by Vector. We currently also have Vector on our leasing office also. The technician did a very professional job installing all the equipment. We are very pleased with the install and the functionality of our systems. We will definitely be referring Vector to our Friends and our tenants.

Curtis showed up to install the security system. He was on time and actually they got us in a day early. He did a great job installing the system and he was very fast as well. He showed me how to use the system and even answered all my questions. Great job Curtis and Vector.

We have Vector Security already in our main building and we recently built a scale house and wanted a security system in there as well. Devin was our installation technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us how to use our new security system and our app, we're very satisfied with vector security.

I have Vector at one of my rentals properties. They’ve been a good security company for me so the choice was easy. Ethan and Derek showed up and did awesome work. I’m not very good with electronics and they showed me how easy it all was to work. I’m very happy with my new security system.

Nick ** came out as a follow up to replace my DVR, he set everything back up and even covered it with plastic since I have construction going on to prevent any more damage. He also addressed some issues with my alarm that he saw, which I wasn’t aware of!

When we signed up for these services we were never told we were going to be held in a contract, never mind for 6 years..make sure you don’t sign anything without reading their fine print. I can’t even afford to make these monthly payments 3 years in right now and the only way out of the contract is to pay however many months you have left in the contract times your current monthly payment..so at that rate you minus well pay monthly for the rest of your contract. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and this company in general.

We first had an alarm system because of a representative coming around and knocking on doors to talk to people about alarm systems and they talked to us and we saw the value in it and went ahead and had the alarm installed. Now we are upgrading the alarm and adding a deadbolt lock to the front door and installing the app on the phone. We also added 2 Key fobs to the alarm to use when we are outside the home. Donald ** was the service technician. He called in advance and provided his ETA which was very helpful. My system was completed down. He promptly identified the problem, explained it to me, and then proceeded to correct the issues. His knowledge of the monitoring system and alarm.com was outstanding. He solved the problems, explained the steps, and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. He is the best Vector Security technician I have dealt with. Superior customer service. Devin and Derek were our installation technicians today, they came to install a new security system for us, we have a system now with ADT and Vector was cheaper. Devin and Derek installed the system and were very pleased. They were fast and efficient, very nice and knowledgeable, we’re pleased with vector security!

Toni and Nate did a great job with assessing needs and recommending products. During install a few problems were uncovered with compatibility with tasks over of old system. Nate and his support staff were more than fair in mitigating the costs of these problems to complete system and were a pleasure to work with.

Joe did a great good! He made sure to call me when if he was running late witch I appreciate. Joe replaced my light bulb as I been having issues with it off and on. The previous technician tried to relearn several times but no luck, so replacing was necessary.

I chose Vector because of my nephew having it and liking his system so much, (Mark **). The sales person Toni did a great job of going over the system I would be receiving. Gary the installer was very nice and was able to set up most every thing on my account because I am not to tech savvy. He went over the system very well and in a way I could understand.. I’ve been with Vector Security for 16 years and I needed something easier to use. So I had a service call for someone to come check my system and my panel was bad so I asked about a upgrade and Ethan got ahold of Kevin and Kevin came out and got me a upgrade and I requested to have Ethan be my installation technician and he showed up on time and was very professional. Again I would recommend if you need a system installed ask for Ethan. He was wonderful and thanks Vector.

Your tech was punctual on his time and very professional, enjoyed having him service my account. The first tech did a great job. It was just the device he brought out for my garage doors were not compatible, nevertheless it was scheduled pretty promptly to return and install the right ones.

We've had Vector as our alarm system for the last 20 years. It is not often that a technician comes to the house who is deeply knowledgeable, eager to solve the base problem, and willing to take the time to get the job down correctly. Justin did an amazingly thorough job with our older system, making sure that all of the little issues were taken care of. We were about ready to disconnect our carbon monoxide detectors because they were causing so many problems for us, and Justin took the time to find the root of the problem and we were able to keep both detectors. A kind, sincere, and generous person.

I just recently purchased a new home and Vector was already installed. I called to get service and Kevin did an upgrade for me. Ethan and Derek came to do the installation. They showed up before I got home. They were about halfway done by the time I even got there. They walked me through how to use your app and I’m really happy how everything worked and how it all went.

My brother recommended Vector to me, but he never received his referral fee. I have had to call Vector numerous times to try to get the doorbell working and to get the cameras up and running once again. It took multiple tries by Anthony. He called Alarm.com rep. The first rep was useless. She indicated I did not have the needed upload speed and left the problem unsolved. Anthony left and came back same day and I suggested to disconnect cameras and reconnect them (in the garage hookup). Anthony called Alarm.com and got a more proficient rep to walk him through what was needed to get all cameras and doorbell cameras working again. Now, both my husband and I get prompted when cameras are recording.

Needed a service call for a trouble condition. On our alarm system. Had system since May seven of 2015. Service tech called en route with a arrival time. Showed up on time in clean uniform. Very polite, quickly found problem and fixed the issue. Very pleased with today's service call.

Devin was our installation technician today, he came to install a camera to our existing system, we have a doorbell camera on the front of our house but it wasn’t getting the view we wanted. Nick ** came out today as a follow up from his previous visit. On last visit he noticed discoloration on transformer powering system. He came back and replaced it as well as fixed some other issues that arose. Answered all my questions and showed as well as recommended additional options. Very happy Nick came!

Dave ** was a terrific technician. Not only did he come early (5 days) Dave explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He noticed in the smoke detector he was replacing the work box hole was not covered, he checked the other smoke detectors found they were not covered and covered the holes so it would not cause other false alarms. Check in the other smoke detectors was not on the service request but he went above and beyond to check them, you should have more technicians like Dave **.

I very happy with the technicians. The first technician that came out for service was Kevin **. Very pleased. He really tried to get my old system to work again. Ben ** the salesman helped me with upgrading to a new system called the neo. Evin was sent out and had to leave which I was not very pleased about because Ben had told me that it would be a one day job. They sent Kevin back to finish and he walked me through the new system which I was pleasantly surprised it is much easier than I thought.

Vector Security is a great service provider, that is the main reason we decided to go with this company. The staff are great, they are always willing to assist you until all your needs are resolved. Perfect example; Danielle **, was very kind with helping me with all the questions I had and was able to help resolve my issues in no time. It was great to be helped by someone like herself as I spent very little time on the phone with her because of her knowledge in her field.

After completing Vector’s online contact form, Frank called me and set up an in-home meeting. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He let me know that he was available from 10am-10pm to answer any further questions, and he even came back out for a second meeting to follow up on my other questions. He was extremely accommodating. Nathan and Jared came out to install our security system and did a fantastic job. They were also very friendly, and let me know of additional promotions they were running that I was able to take advantage of!! Overall, it was a great experience and the Vector team was more than accommodating and willing to get us set up with the security system that meets our needs. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Vector in regards to an issue with connectivity with a monitoring service. They quickly scheduled a service date and time that was convenient for me. Jason came, identified himself, and quickly began to troubleshoot the problem. He instantly identified the issue and fixed it. He ensured that it was working again and verified that the app was connecting appropriately. He also made sure I didn't have any other questions about our other services. He was very courteous, efficient, and willing to assist with anything I may have needed. Vector and its employees have far surpassed our expectations for service and customer relations!

I have been using Vector Security since we moved into the house 16 years ago. Other than our initial installer who we do not feel represented Vector Security well, we have been very pleased with the service we have received from the central office monitoring as well as the service technicians. My only complaint is that it often takes a week to get a technician out when there is a problem and we have to live with the 6 am beeps alerting us that there is a problem. I love receiving the calls from Vector telling us you are getting a signal that there is a problem. Feels like you are on top of it.

The sensor for the front keeps blowing a false alarm and these guys keep insisting on sending the police to the house. I have had so many false alerts the police will laugh if I really need them for an emergency.

I chose to have Vector for security because of the condo community that I live in. I am very pleased with how my System works. Although the Panic Alarm is extremely loud and scares my dog. The technician Dave did a great job. He was very professional and kind. He took the extra time to show me how my system works and allowed me to get comfortable with arming and disarming the system before his departure. Ethan and Derek. Our sump pump went out and our basement flooded so we decided to get a sensor put on our sump pump. The Vector technicians called me on their way to my house and showed up not long after that. They were very professional and helpful. It was very fast and friendly service. One of the motion detector battery was low, technician came out as scheduled and promptly replaced all the batteries thru out the house. After the batteries were installed, the technician also ran the test of the system. He also help re-instate or turn on the security system.

I’ve been with Vector Security for about 14 years. The systems are easy to use and whenever I have an issue, I can call to get prompt service. My most recent service was on 10/11/19. The technician, Del ** was prompt to arrive for the service and was very professional and courteous. There are many other security systems on the market today, but I plan to continue with Vector for the monitoring and customer service they provide.

We chose Vector Security because we had heard lots of good things about them. We have been very satisfied and feel much safer having an alarm system. Recently we noticed that after arming our system away and not exiting the house in the required amount of time, that our system didn't go off. I called and reported the problem to Vector and they scheduled an appointment very quickly for a technician to come out. He came and discovered there was a default with the motion detector and replaced it for us. Very pleased with this alarm company.

I can not give the company a five star rating. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. I had numerous issues with the initial install which was enormously disappointing after being a customer of theirs for 18 years. The problems I experienced were damage to my residence forgetting equipment failure to follow up. (I can give the installer Kevin ** a five star rating.) Who the company sent to make the corrections. I am please with the company's monitoring. I suggest requesting Mr. ** as your installer or Kevin ** for service.

Robert ** was very efficient and gave a explanation for why the battery we replaced was not the correct one. He offered us a service contract but the owner's out of town and no one was able to authorize it. When the owner returns to the office he may sign a contract but I would like Robert to get credit for the contract.

I had Orsino ** come out to my house to install a wireless garage door opener on my house. Not only was he on time he was very friendly, he talked me through getting the garage door stuff installed on my phone. I was having a issue getting it to show up on my phone. He made a call and was on the call for around 20 minutes and did not leave until it was all working perfectly. He also went out of his way to see if I had any other questions and then helped me change my password and the email address on my account. I would recommend Vector to anybody that ask. I even took my phone to my neighbor's house to show him all the features there are and tried to talk my realtor into getting him a security system for his house. Vector is the best!!

The total package was cost effective for me and offered me the ability to use my phone to set my alarm. I had home damage from hurricane Mathew. Our technician, Bob **, did a fabulous job. He corrected what others didn’t by specifically taking the old 3G modular out of the Vector box and replaced it with the new 4G LTE that immediately increased our signal strength. He also showed us how to increase wireless receptivity in the house and expounded on how the wireless vector backup activates should we have a power disruption. He educated my wife on the benefits of Z-wave and the components that we can add to our Vector Security Suite.

It was already installed when we moved in almost six years ago. I have had people try to crawl in the kitchen window. They was up to no good. When I decided to get the security system activated everyone has been very nice and professional and returned phone calls and text messages right away. I am very satisfied when they squeezed me in because I was scheduled to activate the system not until the 22nd. But they worked me in on Tuesday the 8th, they said they would be here between 12 or two. They came at 1. I am very satisfied customer.

This morning around 8:30am, I opened my sliding back door and my Vector home alarm activated immediately. I quickly ran to the alarm pad and keyed in my security code to shut it off. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Vector Security on MY CELL PHONE...I explained what I did and told them there was no reason to send the Police. They asked for my over the phone password which I had forgotten. They then sent the police. Having been a police officer myself...I was infuriated that Vector Personnel were sending the Police after contacting me on MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE vice the home phone that the alarm works off of. I went away furious with Vector and planned to call GL Homes about the problem.
Later around 11:45, I called Vector Customer Service and I talked with Agata who helped me. Through her investigation and listening to a tape of a woman (my wife is away) I am the only one at my residence, we realized that Vector had the wrong number for my residence and talked to someone from another home. Agata corrected the home telephone number on file, apologized for the error made and made me feel much better about Vector services. I guess the police were called because the woman that answered the wrong number must have stated no alarm went off at her residence and when they called my cell to verify, they got a completely different story.
Agata helped get to the bottom of the matter and was very polite, professional and extremely helpful. She restored my faith in Vector which had been shaken due to this incident. I commend her for helping and staying on the line until we figured out what had really happened. Hopefully due to her correcting the home phone number on your files, this will not happen again.

Great service...Tod, Curtis and Jarred were great to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!!! The install went really well. They showed up on time, cleaned everything up and were very professional. We added a few services while they were here!!!

Your technician was very professional and took care of all my issues. Jose was the first technician to finally fix my remote light issue. He also finally got my two way voice working witch your other technician couldn’t. Thank you for having Jose come out.
