Dave ** is excellent. Very quick and sympathetic to my issues with the company. Vector repeatedly calls me in the middle of the night for insignificant issues. Calls at 2 am for a low panel battery are stupid. Why Vector makes those calls is a good unanswered question. Please review and change your policies to eliminate stupid calls in the middle of the night.

We were very pleased with Bob ** response to our service call. He called before and promptly stopped by. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions addressing and allaying all my concerns. My parents were visiting and he was considerate of not disturbing them. All your technical staff should exhibit such wonderful customer service.

Vector offered the best options for our needs. The representative was very patient and answered all our questions. Installation was offered the very next day. During the time we have had the system; we were notified immediately of any alarm that was set off.

We were having trouble with our keypads malfunctioning. Sean was the technician that responded to our service call. He was very friendly, spent time troubleshooting the issue and quickly resolved the problem by installing new keypads. We were very pleased with his service.

Very responsive to our service request concerning our doorbell camera. We are receiving a lot of motion detected alerts only nothing is on the camera feed hence false alert. Chris troubleshot system, relocated remote wifi extender, and rebooted doorbell. We are letting it run and if issue continues, Chris said to call and he will look at replacing the doorbell.

Already a customer, but thought it would be convenient to have our thermostat aligned with your services. Danielle was quick to respond providing me with a variety of options with pricing, and quick to get my installation approved. She gave me a couple of days and times and I was able to choose the one that fit my schedule. Her services are professional and courteous.

I chose Vector because of their great service and their very friendly staff, Rick my sales person was very helpful and was very good about talking me through what I was buying, Gary was very nice and explained the system to me very well and walked me through the entire app process as well as taking the time with me to make sure I really understood my system, while he was waiting for the system to do its thing he was nice enough to tighten up my loose hand rail in my kitchen, great job, and I will definitely recommend you to others...

Vector Security came today to do annual fire test on the system. He explain what he was doing and answered a few questions that I had about the door and security on the doors. He was helpful and he will have someone contact us in regards to moving the motion detector. Satisfied with the overall experience today.

Very pleased with vector security. Dave ** was on time, courteous, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I was not sure where my devices were, Dave checked his records and we found them, he tested them and he let me know when they’re due to be replaced (not for another two years).

I have been a customer with Vector for a few years now, there is lack of care on the communication side. Agreements were made at the install in my new house and not kept on their part. Did not get the accessories that was agreed upon. I have called numerous times and it's like I'm chasing my own tail. Unless things change I will be finding another security system provider.

Derek ** was the tech that installed my camera system today. I’ve had Vector since I bought the business about a year ago. He was friendly and worked hard to put my cameras in. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough internet speed to get my cameras working today but I’m switching to Spectrum so they’ll be working soon.

I’ve had Vector security since I move into this condo and I have had nothing but great service with them. I walked into the store they have off 224 and a gentleman by the name of Josh assisted me in upgrading my old system to new. Very kind and good people they are. The installation was phenomenal! Jim was extremely professional and efficient. He explained the system well and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Vector. I had a flood in my basement some time ago. Jim recommended a water sensor to prevent not knowing about flooding situation in the future. Before he left, he helped me load the Vector app and showed me how to use all the features.

All went well. We have been happy with Vector. Service rep Mike very polite and kept in contact with arrival. Needed to replace co detectors on zone eight. Replaced both cos and explained yearly inspection and how long battery lasts.

I needed a system for my house because I'm going away for training. So I went with Vector after looking at reviews. The system was up to date unlike my last system. I had a trouble on my alarm system. I called when it started beeping at night. They set up an appointment quickly. The repairman Jared came out today and was able to fix my system. I am very happy with Vector Security.

I just got a new system with Vector Security. Nicole came to my house and helped me get all set up with a new system. She did an excellent job and helped me a lot. Then Curtis came out to install and he was great. He did an exceptional job and was able to teach me how to use the system and the app. Overall Nicole and curtis are great and do an excellent job!! I would highly suggest vector security and recommend curtis and Nicole to all future customers. Vector is fortunate to have outstanding people like curtis and Nicole.

My granddaughter works at west central station and had a system installed to my home as a gift. When the technician arrived he was very nice and explained how everything worked. He explained why everything needed to be in a certain spot. Was very polite and courteous.

Aaron was extremely helpful and friendly. He was able to point out that we needed more light in certain spots to allow the cameras to see important areas. He made suggestions about products that might add to the system here, and made sure everyone knew where the panic button is before he left. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Sorriest thing I've ever done. Service is lousy. Can't wait for this bs contract to be up.. They lock you out of your account on your phone & keep telling you wrong password, Wrong username. I only use 1 of 2 passwords for everything.

Salesman TJ ** was very friendly and explained everything. Installation guy Bill was very patient and explained everything once set up. Service rep Agata was constantly in contact with setting up appointments and throughout the process. I never received this type of attention from ADT.

I have been trying to get someone repair or replace my husband's alarm fob. The first time I put in a repair request a serviceman came to the house and attempted to fix the fob by taking it apart and bending the copper pieces. Great customer service oriented attitude and done clean work in installing, removing, and running wire in my attic for the camera. I had it mixed up with with a reputable company. Service Was poor to say the least. Most I’d say all but one month it did not even work. I could get no the phone. When I did they promised all things but could not contact again. This is the worst service I’ve ever had for any kind of a company. The only thing they are good at is billing!!!!

Service was prompt and all issues were quickly resolved. Tech was very helpful and insightful. The tech took the time to explain how to work and turn off certain areas. Changing the way the connections on all 3 doors were positioned was also helpful to maximize the way the system works.

I was sold $540 of equipment I did not need or want. Installers were great and told me I was sold equipment I either had or did not need. Some panels (two) were added because I was told I needed them to operate the system the way I wanted. The installers said that was not true and eliminated the two panels. I also did not need four door sensors that I already had and the installers simply added batteries. Not good.

Was and still is in fear of my life. Got service with Titan Vector Security in 2018. Wasn't given window alerts as told and when called about it was told there would be another $50 fee for sending a worker back out to install. When wasn't done when services were first installed. In 2019 the cameras stopped triggering without notification from company. In the month of June cameras stopped triggering or doing anything. Again called for service. Tech worked till the end of June and once again stopped triggering anything. Wasn't aware of it not working anymore till I came out of my house in October of 2019 only to have had three vehicles broken into which of course sit off fear alert once again and nothing from the cameras of Vector Security showed anything and when called about this another $150 was required to fix with another camera being installed.
December 2019 while at work gets a notification on phone that driveway camera was triggered. When looked wouldn't show anything. Called Vector Security again. Was told it was showing had 16 triggering that morning when nothing was showing anything. A tech was sent out the next evening. I was told to call the people that I had wifi service with and asked to sign a paper. When asked what the paperwork was for when nothing had been done to fix the service was told that it was to show he'd been there and that I couldn't receive a copy. (Where does this happen?)
So I called Vector Security back and was told I was supposed to have been shown on my phone the problem and I wasn't shown anything. Just told to call my wifi company to which I did and was told nothing was wrong with my wifi. But Vector Security informed me that my wifi company would just try to point the finger at the next company. Which is what I feel that Vector Security company was doing! I was told that they knew how my wifi company worked because they'd worked at the company and was named to me a few more company's that they'd worked before coming to Vector Security company.
So no I'm not pleased at all. I also referred friends and family to Vector Security company and at times they've contacted the wrong person and gave information that shouldn't have been given out until they knew whom they were speaking with. So what good is it to lose your hard ironed money every month when you're still afraid and you've had three vehicles to be broken into and no cameras were triggered. And to beat it all I was told in October of 2019 to do a test of the Security system and the first time I got no call back so done another one and finally got a call from Pennsylvania.
I'm telling you I've never seen a company like this in a long time. And to this day my service is still not working. I will be taking more steps to get to the the bottom of the problem. Because I called Vector Security company once more and was told again about having to pay to send someone out again. If it was fixed the first time they wouldn't have to keep sending their workers back and forth to my home!!!

We have been a loyal customer for years and generally have been satisfied with the services. However, over the past four months we have struggled with the quality of the video doorbells. We have reached out to our local office in Chesapeake Va and spoke with the manager and Emailed him 5 times with no response. We are paying the maximum monthly amount and are very dissatisfied with this support. We asked if we could have the doorbells changed out from the SkyBell to the slim line and have not received a call or Email in return. Maybe it is time to find another company. I see where you say Vector is #4 Nationally. I am starting to see why...

Your technician, Dave **, did an excellent job. I had an issue with the one sensor, I have trouble opening the sensor to replace battery, he moved it to the other side of the window so I could open the sensor easier. Since I do not have a service contract this will save me money in the future. I am very happy with Vector service.

We chose Vector Security after meeting with Natalie ** a couple of years ago at the Pittsburgh Home Show. We were impressed by the service available and the cost of monitoring. However, since the installation, we've had nothing but problems with Vector. No one EVER returns our calls and it takes months to resolve equipment failures. We highly regret that we also referred our son to Vector. And we can't wait to leave your company. Please feel free to use our comments in your advertising. We doubt that you will, just like we doubt that anything will be done to resolve the issues we have with Vector. At this point, we tell everyone we know to run as fast as they can away from doing business with Vector.

Inconsistence with Vector Services and malfunctions with the equipment from Alarm.Com. Unprofessional treatment from phone receptionist and unresponsive service calls for service tickets. Inconvenience and rejection to cancel alarm services with Vector/Argent Alarm Company. Once I was finally transferred to the correct department to cancel my services, the phone receptionist warned me of a bill over $1,600.00 due to cancelling my contract early. The phone receptionist offer me 25% off the $1600.00 bill and gave me a total amount due of over $1,240.00. I do not agree I should be forced to pay a $1,240.00 due to inconvenience and inconsistence service from Vector/Argent Alarm Company.

The technician came out and the builder did not install all of the magnets on our windows or doors so the technician installed them at no charge. Technician Jason came out to my house to help me reset my password on Alarm.com. I spoke to seven different people over the phone who were not able to assist me so it was getting a bit frustrating that I was not able to use my system remotely. Jason arrived and had my password reset within just a few minutes. Even though all he was there for was to reset my password as a courtesy he checked out my alarm system just to make sure everything was tiptop. He also showed me how to use some features on my Alarm.com app that I was not aware of. I would highly recommend Vector Security especially if your technician is Jason Lol.

I’m a long time Vector customer. I had a low battery on a smoke detector and I called into vector security service dept. They got it scheduled for Curtis to come out and change the batteries. He showed up on time and was able to fix the issues. He was also able to answer any questions I asked. I am happy with curtis’s work.

I called Vector today to get service for my system and they responded quickly by sending Aaron a few hours after my call!! Great service and Aaron was very respectful and pleasant. He explained why he was here and what the issue was as well. He also tested my system to make sure everything was working as it should be. Fantastic job aaron!!

They came the same day to fix a beeping smoke detector. Curtis and Brendan came when Angel said they would be here and they were thorough and fixed the problem quickly by replacing the unit. I would definitely recommend Vector for their service.

I'd give Jim six stars but I can't. I'd heard of Vector from meeting Jim about 8 years ago. Jim set up the system quickly and was great. Very friendly and always respectful. The system looks very easy to use and Jim gave us a walkthrough all of the steps and different technologies that we selected. Perfect service overall!

I recently had a brand new security system installed at my house by Vector Security, and it could not have gone better. The guys, Paul and Dale, who came out to do the install were very knowledgeable and happy to explain how the system worked in detail for me. They worked with efficiency and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They left me with contact information, and encouraged me to call if I need anything. So far everything has worked great and I love it!

I have told you 7 times since July of 2019 You discontinue my service. I have had to disconnect my electronic pad to get it to stop beeping. This is outrageous. I hardly ever use the service and I wanted to discontinue it since last July and you have not turned it off. You keep saying I owe you x amount of dollars. I know I owe you nothing. I was paid up through August. I will not pay you anything else. Please discontinue this service and all contact to me please. If I had known it was going to be so aggravating to get away from your company. I would have never had it installed. It's not been worth the money. Judy

BILL FROM VECTOR SECURITY DID A FIRE ALARM INSPECTION ALONG WITH THE SPRINKLER COMPANY, tested sprinkler devices and coordinated with sprinkler company to make sure system is working. Bill is great to work with. Has been coming here for a couple of years now to do inspections.

Nick showed up to my home right on time. Very professional and had a great sense of humor and personality. He upgraded my alarm system and added a doorbell camera. He done clean work and cleaned up behind himself very well. Overall, he was a great technician and done a fantastic job explaining to my wife and I on how to operate the Vector App, doorbell, and new alarm system!

Dave K didn’t excellent job servicing us. Had a technician out late December for a low battery, Dave was here for another issue on a different sensor recommended replacing all batteries in the remaining sensors. They was very knowledgeable and why they should be replaced which is why I agreed. Vector should have more technicians like Dave K.

Jose was very helpful, it’s always a pleasure having him come out and fix my issues. Everytime he comes out he is very pleasant and polite, today he replaced my doorbell camera and I continue to have problems with. He was able to change my password that I’ve been having problems with also.

Had a new system installed today by Vector Security, the old one was pretty will shot! Jim the installer arrived early, which was great, and installed the new system very fast with no issues. Jim also helped me with the app on my phone and explained how to use the the system!! Jim and vector security is a great combo!!

I recently moved into a home and Vector Security was already installed and that’s why I chose to stay with Vector Security. Bill did a recent fire alarm inspection on the devices to make sure everything is working and in order. He explain everything that he was doing while we were walking around testing. I had questions on card access to one of the rooms to help disable the buzzing noise when the door is open for too long which he help in finding the cause. Bill is great to work with.

Your technician, Dave **, was courteous prompt and very knowledgeable. The technician who was sent before Dave said all three keypads were bad and needed to be replaced, Dave said he did not believe that would be the case, he could see one keypad going but not all three. Dave was on his phone with tech-support for over an hour and a half until the issue was resolved. I am very pleased with Dave’s service.

Vector Security tech was here to do a fire alarm inspection on sprinkler system. And he comes here 4 times a year to check and test the system and has done a very good job at testing and making sure everything works correctly and bringing up any issues in the system that needs to be fixed or replaced.

I had my system installed in a home I had recently purchased and I’m currently remodeling. Both technicians Jason and Casey were extremely professional and polite. We did a short walk through as to where I want of the equipment placed then I had to get back to work. Shortly after I received a call from one of the technicians stating that they would be done in roughly 30 minutes so that I could head in their direction and get the system demoed. Once I arrived the equipment was exactly where we had discussed and everything was cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend Vector.

Jose did a great job, he knew exactly what the problem was. I asked Jose to try and get my labor fee dismissed and so he called the office and gave it his best try. At the end I know I have been grandfathered it so I don’t pay that much. Couldn’t get it waived but I appreciate the effort.

In our area, we had a few choices for home security companies. Because this is not our primary home (live 2 hours away), we wanted a company that was easy to communicate with, responsive, and with local work presentation to be able to help us we were not in town. We have had nothing but a phenomenal experience with Vector. The most unique feature is the fact that there is a consultant who works directly with the customer, and is available At all hours for questions or concerns. Have never called a 1-800 number... all interactions go through our consultant directly who made herself available by cell.
Our consultant, Mary **, has been absolutely phenomenal. She made great suggestions on the system and some automation features that were important to us given that this is not our primary residence. She coordinated and was present for our installation since it had to be done during the week and we are only there on weekends. She has come by several times to check on the house, going out of her way to assist us with not only setting the system up but dealing with a few Issues With our house separate from the alarm system. She has offered to stop by to assist with things that have come up in our absence, and has done so well after the sale was completed. I would definitely recommend Vector (and Mary!) to anyone in the area.

Yearly service. Excellent technicians and knowledgeable staff. We have been happy with Vector for the past 22 years of service at this residence. Our entire house is armed along with screens and smoke and heat detectors. We even have a glass break in the basement. The communication is now by radio so we don’t have to worry about someone cutting our telephone lines.

We originally had ADT for an alarm system but the alarm system was going hay wire and at some point a Vector Security Rep got in contact with us and said he was in the area and then talked to us about taking over the alarm system and possibly upgrading. Since Vector Security has been our Alarm company provider we have no complaints to give but all happy here. Josh has recently come out and recently replaced a panel battery and test the system. Dave ** was the service technician you sent out, he was prompt, courteous, and very professional. Dave call me en route to let me know what time he would arrive, which was a pleasant surprise most technicians only call when they’re running late. Explain to me what he was going to do, how the screen worked, installed the screen, re-programmed and tested. He also made sure my chime feature was put back on for me when he was done.

My wife and I had the pleasure of Jason coming out and upgrading our system in our primary residence. While he was there he informed us how he could get cameras to our lake house so that we could do them remotely as well. This is been something we wanted to do for a while because we’ve had several incidences where the weather has caused us to lose a JetSki or two. I cannot explain how professional Jason has been through both experiences primary residence and Lake house as well. He’s very polite and well mannered constantly saying, "Ma’am answer." He was very thorough and the demonstration of our alarm system and the app. He also informed us of other equipment that we would be interested in adding to our system in the future such as thermostats and garage door openers. Vector Security came out to upgrade the alarm system to a touch screen and added an outside camera with a 24/7 video recorder. Now we had Vector Security come back out to add a doorbell camera. Josh called while he was on the way to install the doorbell camera and adjust our outside camera. In which we are appreciative of the work he has done. Good history with with past service. No service issue in the past. This experience was excellent.

Had this alarm system for number of years and we are very satisfied with the system. Have had no problem. Service techs are very good. They are very polite and courteous. When you call the main number the people in the office are very helpful and understanding. They direct to the correct party that you need to speak to. Long time client of Vector Security for our homes in Pennsylvania and Florida. I would like to compliment both Vector and its authorized service Securiteam for their responsive service over the New Year holiday. A defective window sensor alerted Vector to a possible alarm. Vector called us within a minute of the signal they received. Advised us how to bypass the fault, and gave us contact phone number for their authorized service company. Same morning a technician from Securiteam came to our home, found the problem, changed parts, and took the time to check every sensor in our home. Excellent service from Securiteam's staff response staff Pedro ** and Service Tech Chris **.

I called Victor out for my security system. They showed up on time and the technician was very friendly. It was very professional and he set expectations before he started. He cleaned up after himself as the job progressed. I would recommend that the security to anyone needing a security system.

Joe did an awesome job, we had tried to reconnect our doorbell camera with no luck. Joe was able to learn it back in without a problem. He showed me every step to take If ever I needed to do it myself. Joe was very friendly and polite. Really enjoyed having him fix my problem.

Your technician did a great job! He was very polite and professional. Jose called me when he was on the way and got here at the estimated time. Jose also programmed a duress code for me that wasn’t originally done. He also made sure to fix my keypad as it was already falling off the wall. Thank you for sure a great job!

Vector system came with the house when we bought it. Service experience today (Delesky **) was good but overall has not been satisfactory. Main issue was my desire to turn off trouble beeps pending replacement of the panel battery and I was given a good deal of incorrect information in response to my calls to service. I was finally able to turn off the beeps for (sometimes) 24 hours but many of the suggestions made to me did not work and no one indicated that it was possible to turn them off altogether until service was completed; I learned for the first time today (almost 2 weeks after the problem started) from Mr ** that the company could have turned off the beeps remotely. In addition, the first technician who came, on an emergency visit, changed the batteries in the alarm but not the panel, which was apparently the problem, resulting in a further considerable delay in getting rid of the beeps until our appointment today

Recently had a technician out to replace a low battery in my alarm panel and after a few days it started to show low battery again. Another technician came out and discovered that the plug for the panel had been unplugged off had come loose.

Your technician Dave ** was very professional, polite, and courteous. Dave replaced three of my keypads because they were gibberish. He showed me how to use the new ones and make sure I was comfortable using them. He also showed me how to check for user codes that were in there, and show me where to go to get a user manual for the panel I have. They was very patient with me explaining all the questions I had, I am very please with Vector service.
