I chose Vector Security because my daughter had their service and she thought it was the best around and recommended them. The people on the phone were very nice and they did their job well. The technician did an excellent job fixing my alarm system. They were very efficient. I have been very pleased with them the whole time I've had them.

I love my Vector system and all that it does for me in my home. It protects me and every thing in my home. You cannot ask for a better system. Also you cannot ask for better people to come out and service the systems and they are the best there are out there.

The office personnel was super helpful and answered all my questions quickly & efficiently. She scheduled an appointment for installation of new Wifi equipment {because we were still living in the dark ages at our office} and kept me up-to-date on everything as the project continued. The technician who came on site was nice and very knowledgeable. We did an upgrade and are very happy with the results!

Our neighbor knew Tod ** for years and gave him a great referral. We completely agree; Tod was great! Curtis ** installed our system and was fantastic! Timely, tidy, knowledgeable, efficient, patient with our many questions, articulate in his responses and personable.

We have been a Vector client for 12 years in NW PA. Upon moving to FL we inquired about porting our NWPA Vector to FL — no problem. Vector provided all new equipment for the FL install - thank you Ron, and gave us a discounted rate on some optional equipment. Finally, Alphonso installed all the equipment in about 4 hours - thanks, Alphonso. We are very pleased with Vector Security.

When we moved into our house 4 years ago, the previous owner was using Vector Security. We have continued to use Vector Security because they have been so professional and updated with all of the services they provide. Tim has been servicing our home for the last 4 years and has been very professional, attentive and patient. We love being able to access our alarm system through the app as well. We highly recommend!

We have use Vector on other properties. The staff was friendly and listened to our concerns. I was very please with our installers. I would recommend Vector to others. I was happy with their ability hide wires in the wall as we asked them to do.

Vector Security was recommended by a friend. We could not be happier with both the installation experience and the service provided. The installation tech was kind, courteous, on time. The installation process could not have gone any smoother. With his obvious knowledge of the system and knowing exactly where to place the cameras to facilitate exactly what we had requested.

Mislead about services by rep. I want to cancel my service but no one knows rom will inform me of my options. This is a HORRIBLE security service. PLUS they say no would OWE OVER $500 to cancel, I want out due to VECTOR NOT completing follow up calls after alarm triggers...

Vector Security was very helpful from start to finish. Tonii was very professional and easy to work with and Curtis was very friendly and professional. Curtis was able to make the system easy to use and explained it all very well. Very pleased with the overall experience.

I recently had a problem getting my cameras to work after I installed a new modem. Due to Covid-19 many companies have staffing shortages. Although it was initially very frustrating someone reached out to me fixed the problem and made it right.

Vector Security was responsive from the initial inquiry. I was contacted virtually immediately after submitting a request for additional information. I received a phone call and was able to, at that time, schedule our first meeting to review and discuss our security needs. We are thrilled with our home security system. We feel that Vector was able to tailor a system specific to our needs and that the cost is exceptionally reasonable. Our system was installed timely and effortlessly. We were trained on our system and feel confident that we, our home, our business, our family is protected by Vector.

I have been a satisfied customer of Vector for several years and decided to change over to a cellular system that was more efficient. The technician arrived promptly and completed the installation in the scheduled time. He also recommended other changes that he considered to be beneficial.

I just installed a Zwave thermostat to my existing system. Wow my little old house is getting so automated it’s amazing!! Lights, cameras and now this next.I’m getting door locks and what’s amazing is the App and the front door sensor. If the door is left opened the AC can kick off And send an alert.

Updated with Vector Security from another Company. Very pleased with Vector. Very pleased with AJ fixing the problem, very courteous and polite. The system is very satisfactory and needed for safety purposes. We will recommend it to someone else. Thank you.

The reason for the low rating is that we have not heard from any kind of sales or customer relations representatives since we've opened the account. Also, our alarm password and billing information are nowhere to be found on the online customer portal. I was only able to obtain any information when I reached out on my own. It would be nice to receive a status update or any kind of outreach from your company at least once a year.

We had 3 quotes from other companies and Vector came in relatively low cost. We already had a system that was vector prior. The tech that came was very informative and professional. He did a very clean job and was able to answer all of our questions in ways we could understand. We are very happy to be a vector security customer and we recommend them to friends and family.

I chose Vector Security because ADT wouldn't update my system, and I had known Toni, so the switch was pretty easy. Toni was very professional, and got us the services we needed. Brendan arrived on time, did a great job explaining our system. We would recommend Vector to a friend or family.

Vector is betraying our kindness. For many years we were clients of Vector Security in Jacksonville, FL., Just before the COVID, we were on orders to transfer to Fort Sam Houston in S A Texas. We called Vector to inquired about transferring our account or cancelling our account. No transfer was possible so we ended up sending our letter and cancelling. Circa three weeks later we were ordered to stand down. The transfer was on hold because of COVID.

Excellent customer service. Nick was very knowledgeable about the equipment, very helpful and taught me a lot about our new alarm system. I would highly recommend Vector to my friends and family. I am excited to use and I feel very secure with the new system and also excited about utilizing my doorbell camera through the Vector App!

Jeremy was great! We got a new router and modem, and needed their help to switch IP address over. Very professional and got our cameras back up and running in no time!! He even took the time to work out some issues we’ve been having for quite some time with settings. Thank you so much!

We choose Vector because We had heard good things about it. We had our initial install today and Mike ** was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Our initial install couldn’t have gone any better and he was right on time and walked us through everything once he completed the install. Great experience.

ADT salesman switched to Vector so I did also. I'm so sorry I did.... Can't reach anyone on the phone without being sent to 2-3 people and never receive an answer. For the last three weeks I have tried to have my issue resolved. So there was no contract, I am quitting their service and return to ADT.

Kevin was great! He is very knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful. He demonstrated all of the options available in the system and walked me through everything with my laptop, phone and the main keypad. During these times of COVID, it is always so helpful to have someone who is conscientious about wearing a mask and Kevin did everything needed to ensure our safety.

Robert’s service was outstanding. After explaining my issue he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in no time. He walked around to look over the rest of the system and sensors. He asked me if I was aware that my fire alarms weren’t linked to Vector, which I was not, and decided to install the smoke alarms. All this time I thought they were and now they are, and having a toddler in the house, that’s one less thing we have to worry about. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Thanks for taking care of us Robert.

I was an observer when my son had your application installed. I had to have my phone set up to be able to enter his house. It impressed me very much. Kevin was the installer and was so patient with all my questions I agreed to have someone out to see about getting Vector for my home.

Recommended by a friend. Kevin was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions patiently until I understood. Would highly recommend your service and installer. Vector is new to me but I'm very impressed with all the additional features available. Will probably add on in the future.

Good? Calling for security results only in hearing the same recording over and over again. If I choose the option of leaving a message nobody ever calls me back. Very frustrating. Even your customer rating form is a terrible nuisance to complete.

I have tried for 4 days to get someone from service on the phone and nobody will answer the phone were will they return any phone calls. I've requested to speak to a manager and I have not heard from them as well. I have had a low CPU battery for a week now and can't get on the schedule to have it fixed.

The technician was great... Very thorough, professional and polite. He ensured that the Covid restrictions were followed and adhered to. Maintenance on smoke detector, medical alert and door sensors. Family member had at this address for several years. I have had Vector for little over 3 years.

Brendan did our install and training. He was great! 30 years with Vector and Todd has been our salesman since the start! Equipment is awesome! Keep up the excellent work! Brendan arrived right when we expected him and the install process didnt take long. Definitely would recommend Vector to friends and family, I even have it in my business.

The installation went smoothly. The technician was on time, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about service being rendered. I am currently pleased with the security system that is in my home. If all goes well, I may decide to renew my contract with the company in three years.

CAN'T GET SERVICE AND CAN'T CANCEL OUR SERVICE. PAYING FOR NOTHING. We have submitted multiple requests for service and all have been ignored! Would not recommend this company to anyone! Horrible. Sales person is gone and contact is different than what we signed. Fraudulent company.

Jason ** was amazing and made sure we understood what Vector could provide for us. He made sure we were 100% comfortable and took care of every question we had. It felt great knowing we were in great hands and I know I can call him anytime with a question or if I need more protection.

Have been with Vector for several years. Just upgraded to the latest system they offer. Installation was excellent. Brian the installer was very thorough and did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the new system and was very courteous and neat. Very Happy!

Charging for services not rendered. When asked representative continued to not respond and repeated with same answer that was how it is bills are charged regardless. Asked to speak to someone else and was told there is no one else.

I chose Vector Security because it was recommended by a friend so we decided to try it out for ourselves. Toni was the sales agent that came to our house, and was very professional and nice. Brendan arrived on time, and did an excellent job, Brendan wore the proper PPE for the current pandemic, overall great job Brendan, and vector.

Customer since 1992. New windows installed. Kevin was very professional and very friendly. Seemed to accomplished installation & address wifi signal issue in basement with signal booster. Vector needs to do a better job of informing tech of job requirements beforehand. Kevin did not know the color of various sensors required, or existing signal and false alarm issues.

Nick was extremely professional! He worked hard in installing the entire alarm system. Very clean and professional workmanship. Nick explained the Vector App and how to operate the alarm system clearly and to the point. I really like the outdoor camera and looking forward in getting my other three installed soon.

We got the alarm system from Simon who had talked to me at our convenience store in Wilson and gave us a good deal to put an alarm in our home. Josh the installer guy came out and did an excellent job in installing the alarm and cameras in the places we wanted it installed. Thank you all for helping secure our home.

Vector/Rob was extremely courteous and professional during his service call/visit associated with our home security system today. Did an awesome job, explained everything. Went over entire system with me when issues occurred, Nick called whoever had to be called and handled it immediately. Great experience, Nick went above and beyond and was very professional. No issues upgrading system at all. Would do again in a heartbeat.

I just love my Vector system. It is by far the best out there and have the best people working for them that are always sharing ways to improve the system with new technology that is above par in every way. You just can not say anything but good things about the wonderful technicians they have.

Recommended by our builder for wireless installation. Sales people were informative and patient. Installation went extremely well, our tech, Mike was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He patiently took the time to completely explain everything and made suggestions on site to enhance the system.

Kevin was great! He walked us through all of the steps and was super friendly! He gave us suggestions on how to utilize the system in our specific business, which was really helpful. We hope to use him for future installations.

I am a Vector Security employee, but also a customer. My technician called in advance to let me know his whereabouts and when he would be coming. Once he arrived, he did a walk-around with my husband and I to see where best to place the cameras we bought. He was very polite and respectful of our home and did a great job with the installation!

From the moment the salesperson met us in our new home, to each call to Customer Service, or for each inquiry, Vector's Customer Service was friendly and efficient. Vector's coverage was there 100% of the time, for a full eight years. Excellent customer service, definitely delivers that safe feeling. Strongly recommend Vector Security.

Very bad service, told technician coming today by 4-4:30 and never showed or called. Asked for manual to be emailed to me before, never received. Constant problems with system and nasty customer service! Will never recommend this security system to anyone. Feel we were taken for our money and trapped in your “contract” for 3 years!

This is my review as a loyal customer for many years with Vector Security. My experience this year has been very poor. I reached out to Vector Security's service department. They could not accommodate me and explained that service visits were severely restricted due to Covid-19. That very night at 3a.m. I was panicked by a call from Vector's monitoring representative, quite shocking for me. Thankfully, it was again the upstairs motion sensor tamper. This has happened repeatedly, with no resolution on Vector's part. Very disappointing. I would not recommend the Covid-19 Vector.

I chose Vector based on a recommendation from a friend. I had the system installed when I first moved here. The installation went just fine. The gentleman doing the installation was very good. He told me what he was doing and how things worked. He answered all my questions. This most recent visit, because of a low battery and sensor in need of replacing, was conducted by the same gentleman who was here the last time when battery needed replacing. I Initially got the alarm system when got it for my retirement present and Vector was kind enough to install it for me. And not that I am in and out of my house a lot helping a family member I contacted Vector about a system upgrade and asked what Vector had to offer as for a new system. I believe Vector bought out the company I was with originally. The reason I went with an alarm system was for protection have my house and myself due to the fact that I I am handicap. Fortunately I had no incidents to require any real police intervention.

A contractor who built the old house who also did the whole development actually referred us to Vector Security almost 20 years ago. The sales rep Rick was out selling and made our sale. We love our Vector system. It does everything we could ever ask for in an alarm system. It protects our home and family. But you can not beat the service that they offer and the people that they have working for them.

They are our alarm company that we have used for 17 years. We had a video doorbell installed and decided to add a camera to the exterior of our home and called. Did not consider anyone else. Dale came out for a service call and I spoke with him concerning the video camera for safety and he told us it would be easy to add. He was great.

Nick arrived at my home on time. He was very thorough and made sure that everything was correctly installed and easy to operate. He cleaned behind himself and patched all holes he made in running wires for my cameras. Very professional in his work, great customer service oriented attitude, and overall a great technician!

My daughter in Virginia introduced us to Vector Security in which we went ahead and got the alarm because of her. All the interactions with the Vector Security employees have been professional and wore masked and made the presentation simple so we can understand it. We did have ADT as an alarm system but with the help of my daughter we got introduced to Vector Security's system and Josh the installer came out and did an excellent job. Thank You!

I got a new modem, tried resetting the cameras and modem. I called the Service Dept. After two days of getting no answer and getting hung up on. I finally reached someone in installation who scheduled me a service appt. I found out that I paid $105.00 that I didn't have to pay because internally your Service Dept. needed to delete the cameras from the Alarm.com app. and reinstall them. I would like to know when my 3 year contract is up.

Once I was able to contact someone, it was fine. They explained the situation. However, the reason for the low rating is because contacting them was a difficult experience involving multiple phone calls, busy signals, and prolonged waits on hold.

Big thank you for great service. I love my new system and my new cameras. Now I can watch over my Home when I am away. William your technician did a great job with everything and it was a very neat and clean installation. Appreciate you all.

I had a camera that was not working. Technician came, diagnosed my problem and fixed it. He also instructed me on the functions of my system both the camera and doorbell. The system is easy and user friendly.

Everything went great with Frank ** my sales rep and Curtis my installation technician. I feel fully prepared to use my Vector Security system and feel like I will be really secure and my insurance company should be pleased as well.

The reason we chose Vector Security is because of good reviews and our house was recently broken into and we did not feel safe inside our own home. Customer service today is a lost art. I placed a call to Vector 4 days earlier regarding a low battery and was given misinformation. Ms. ** addressed the problem and went the extra mile. I really appreciated her kind and patient demeanor. Businesses are folding every day due to this Covid-19 pandemic that being said CUSTOMER SERVICE is very important. Staff was great. Explained issue and what other features are now available. Explained process of changing passcodes, why I was having issues, etc. My system has operated for ten years with very few issues. I always get callbacks if alarms go off, etc.

Have had Vector Security since 2013. Had very little contact with them other than battery changes. Today I need to get amount of bill separately as we have three accounts. I held on the phone 25 minutes to get someone to talk to me. I am now holding on 55:45 minutes for the employee to find my account. This is unacceptable.

We decided we needed a key fob for our security system and we called Frank. He got it set up and scheduled for us. Curtis showed up to set up the new key fob for us. He was quick and also was able to help us with our app while he was here. We like Vector and would recommend vector to others.

Following discussion with very pleasant associate in scheduling who suggested considering wireless connection as a more convenient option. Prompt response from Jimmy within a very short period of time with full detail of options with costings to consider and then discuss as appropriate.

The team installed my system and explained everything to me. They were very professional and I would use Vector anytime. I don't have to worry now about going on vacation or traveling for work with their monitoring. I would recommend Vector Security to any family or friends.

The tech, Mr. ** came to my house to replace a broken panel. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He informed me that I lacked one smoke detector and at least two carbon monoxide detectors. I purchased them and he installed them. He could have just simply replaced the broken panel and left like others did. However, he took time to educate me and tell me the cons and pros of having it versus not having it.

We chose Vector because it was highly recommended by a friend. Kevin was awesome, very thorough, attentive, and patient. He took the time to explain everything and was detailed and professional with his work. We are totally satisfied and happy with his service.

Our old doorbell camera stopped working, so we called Vector to replace it. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and used COVID safety protocols. We wouldn't use any other security service than VECTOR, as they have always provided us with top notch customer service!

We are very satisfied with our alarm system and the immediate attention we are given if there are any problems. Our service technician was prompt and professional. He explained what our system issue was and repaired it.

System was purchased and installed by Vector Security and we wanted their service technician to come out and troubleshoot our system to get it operating again. Technician was professional and very knowledgeable of the system, he actually enable several features we were not aware of to give us better performance.

I had Vector in my previous house in Canyon Trails. I moved out of the house in December. I called and cancelled my account Dec. 28th and was assured my service would be stopped. I then noticed in July that I was still being bill for services on the house I sold. I contacted customer service and was told that I would have to fill out a form to cancel...nowhere on my previous call was I told I would need to fill out a form. I was then told I would not be getting my money back for the now 7 months! I said that I could prove I didn't own or live in the house and why would I pay for service on a house I did not own....I was told by customer service that a lot of customers pay for houses they don't own because they are auto billed and never cancelled. So basically Vector's business model is to make tons of money off people who are given the wrong instructions on how to cancel and make extra months off the auto bill feature.

My neighbor works for Vector and he is an awesome guy who I absolutely trust!!! Plus I liked how privately owned the company is and makes the offering that much stronger. I was so impressed by Derek who installed the device. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

This company came as a bundle when I bought my house from my realtor (big mistake). I'm stuck in this contract which I will pay but I WILL NOT RENEW or TELL ANYONE ELSE ABOUT THIS COMPANY! My doorbell is falling apart and this crappy thermostat that was installed can only be managed via phone.

Frank ** installed our Vector Security system yesterday, and we had a great experience. Frank was courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable about product. He showed us how to use the App and panel. Answered all our questions and provided signs with our house # on them. Kudos for a job well done. I research everything before I buy anything, and it wasn’t easy deciding who we could trust with our security. Spoke with neighbors, read reviews and had a few other quotes from the competition. We chose Vector based on word of mouth, price and product. I recommend without reservation. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been professional and very nice.

Recommended by a vendor we use and system is high tech and easy to use with panel and phone app. The initial review was thorough and not pressure filled. The installer was highly knowledgeable and great to work with. The installer also helped through setup and training.

While their system and protection while high priced vs most others is perfectly adequate their customer service and cancellation policies are horrible. Sherry ** the supervisor was very cold and all business and cared nothing about the situation. I had a 3 year contract with them. Due to the high price I found a very good replacement (SimpliSafe). My contract had not yet expired 08/03/20. I called them first on the 17th to close my account. I was informed without any care that the contract stated you had to give them a longer notice and that I would be required to pay for another full year. I asked if they expected a customer to recall every clause from a contract 3 years old. Her answer was a simple yes.

Daniel did a great job specifying exactly what we needed and the system has performed as described. The installation was executed when promised and done in a timely and neat manner. We really love the vector app. It has made securing our facility really easy and the quality of the images is tremendous. We would strongly recommend anyone work with Daniel and choose Vector for their home or business.

Daniel was knowledgeable, professional, and personable throughout the visit. His demeanor and expertise with the Vector system gave us immediate confidence in both him and the Vector line of products/services. After deciding to install a Vector system, Daniel stayed involved throughout the installation process and the 'learning curve', following up with us regularly until we were familiar with the system, and visited our home again to provide additional advice and info.

I was a Vector customer for three years, when I lived in Locust Grove, Ga. I enjoyed the service that was provided. I wanted you guys to be my home security provider when I moved into my new home. However, the local company that covers my area is very hard to reach. I have had to constantly reach out to them for info. If they return my calls, it's usually several days later. I really wanted to do business with you again, but they have made it difficult.

Technician came to home and diagnosed my problem. He was very polite and informed me of what he needed to complete repair. Was very satisfied completely. We appreciate the service guy wearing a mask during this COVID 19 time! He was very thorough and explained different features that we were unaware of.

On July 13 after a 5 day wait, a service technician cleared a BF code on my security panel. I was unable to use my security system during those 5 days because it would beep loudly every few hours. On July 19, the same BF code displayed again. I called for service on July 20 and was told the first available appointment was in 2 weeks on Aug 3. So now I can't use my security system for 2 more weeks. Unacceptable. I asked to speak with a manager, I was put on hold, and then I was cut off. Unacceptable.

My overall experience with Vector has been exceptional! From the time I made the phone call to add service to Curtis installing the new additions. I would highly recommend Vector security for all of your home security needs! Good job. :)

Robert was punctual and made us aware of his pending arrival through text message. Upon arrival he was very polite. During and after the service he asked about any concerns we had with he service. He also voluntarily offered to replace our yard signs and window stickers which we from a prior company. The overall experience was great.

Took 3 visits to get everything working. Every time you call on hold they never answer the phone. Have a billing problem can not get thru. Would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service. Will cancel service as soon as contract expires.

Nick was on time and done a thoroughly site survey of what’s gonna be installed and offered good suggestions in enhancing my security and camera setup and system. We had camera system replaced with new system and they did a quick and thorough job. Explained all of the equipment and showed us how to create and manage users. Setup TV so we could see our parking lot at night and adjusted to how we liked to have them without an issue.

We got the system through our son who recently got their alarm installed by Vector Security and the installer Josh. Josh had called on the way to let us know he is coming to install the alarm system. Frank the salesperson came out to remedy our system losing connection to our smoke detectors. After our many tech calls and services, Frank decided it was time to upgrade the system. Kevin is very responsive and detailed oriented. I ask a LOT of questions and he has all the answers. When he was stuck on a technical issue he did research and made sure it was resolved.
