Everything went very smooth. Easy to deal with starting with sales all the way through installation. Installers were friendly, on time and knowledgeable of the system. Price for monthly service fee is reasonable and worth it. Sales person was prompt and also knowledgeable of the company and the system.

I was having a security repair to the garage door and Jay from the Columbus office is always nice, efficient and gets the service done completely. Jay always have great tips on security and gets the service taken care correctly. A+ Service from Vector Security.

We’ve had security in our Fuel kiosk since we built the building. The vendor we chose for our service was Vector Security and Devin was our service technician, we have had an issue with our panel tampering and Devin came out fixed our problem and showed us what the issue was. We’re very happy with Vector.

This visit was for our visual fire inspection that our office gets periodically. Technician is always very courteous and conscience this is a doctor's office. Very prompt and efficient and explains what he is doing. Also helpful in locking up a certain area for us when he is done.

I cannot remember originally why we chose Vector Security but we have been a long time customer of them for over 18 years now. The Vector Security staff, including salesman, technicians and customer service has been great. No complaints/no further comments

It was the best company, and still, is since we moved fro CT over 25 years ago. We have always been very happy with the service. This was not a new installation, we have been getting false smoke alarms in the kitchen.

I appreciate the service I get from Vector. I really appreciate Delesky **. He came to fix a problem with a glass break in 2nd floor bedroom, but he also checked the keypads and system. He found it had to be updated. He updated it. Then he also checked my problem glass break and fixed it. He went on to check the others. They emerge ok. He asked me if I had any other questions or problems. I asked him to show me again how to view my cameras. He showed me and reminded me to delete old pictures from my phone. He then asked me to get my laptop. He made some great additional adjustments to my cameras and showed me how to check more things on my laptop. Delesky was a tremendous help to me. I really appreciate such excellent service from Vector.

I had the service previously. I like the service and I always get good help - Set up my luxe automation and checked all my connections so that my system would work properly - Also checked all my ethernet connections every panel. Walked around the house. Check the connections and the speed for my Internet. Give me suggestions on my uploaded download speeds, what I need so that I can continue to have good connections with my video cameras.

Brendan is a good guy awesome at what he does and knows what he is doing. Installed my system fast and professional. Frank did a great job at explaining to me the products offered, and made sure I got what I needed to make my family safe.

Matthew was very professional and pleasant during his service today. Our smart deadbolt lock no longer connected to the Alarm app on our phone. He quickly troubleshot the issue and resolved it by replacing the batteries and ensured that all my wireless devices were connected. He quickly educated me and I learned that the devices communicate with eachother, and if one is unplugged it can cause issues. He gave me time to look for my misplaced device, and he replaced it with a new one since I was unable to locate it. Matthew is committed to going above and beyond in ensuring all issues are resolved and leaving with a satisfied customer. Thank you Matthew for getting our deadbolt to communicate with our app again!

We have used Vector Security for years. Joe always does a great job maintaining our system and making any necessary changes. Everyone at Vector is professional and quick to respond. We have been so happy with the services provided by Vector Security!

I think Vector does a great job. My only issue is that the original date for inspection was February 11th and the showed up on the 25th. Other than that Vector has always been great and usually responds within 24 hours. They are always courteous and friendly and I have never have any issues with them. Sean ** was very helpful and made sure my office had all the necessary paperwork for our fire marshal.

I believe a friend told me about this agent. This agency is very prompt when it comes to tech support and home visits. When I’m away from home they make it easy when I’m out of state. Normally the officers here and Vector transfer emergencies promptly.

I have been a long time customer of Vector Security. They are prompt when calling about a trouble on my system. I have even recommended them to my neighbor who has also become a customer. My experience with the Vector staff has been good overall.

Nick came out and explained everything thoroughly on the work that was to be done today. He was patient and done an excellent job in installing the new system. I like the new keypad and how up to date it is from my old system. I also like the Vector app and the ease of using it on my cell phone. Overall, I am pleased with Vector’s services.

This review is for a service call. My issues were resolved without incident. Somehow my svr went offline. Which means I was without svr service despite the fact that I was being billed monthly. The technician Frank was friendly and knowledgeable he called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. My experience today with vector has been a good one.

I chose Vector Security because of referral. This review is for my reinstall. Zack has excellent customer service and is very proficient in his work. He made me aware of a very serious situation with my basement windows. One window was open without a lock. He observed that the other windows were nailed down so he offered to secure the open window. He made sure that every inch of my house was secure. His eye for detail and being thorough is amazing! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Kelly in customer service! She is awesome and has taken excellent care of me. My experience with everyone has been awesome!

Fabulous experience with the purchase and installation of my Vector security system. Salesman (Roger) was very thorough and easy to deal with. The lead installer and technician (Dan) did a great job with the 2-day installation. He was on time, courteous, and saved me additional money by troubleshooting and salvaging my existing sensors. The final system works great and the technician took the time to clearly explain the Vector app and website. Will highly recommend Vector to friends and neighbors.

I requested a Certificate to provide to my Homeowners Insurance Company as evidence that my home burglar and smoke alarms are being monitored. I spoke with Agata ** for a couple of minutes and receives the requested Certificate within an hour of my request. I was very pleased with her demeanor on the phone and the speed of service..

Our tech was awesome. We chose Vector because it came with the house. We ended up choosing the wireless system because it is safer than the wired system. The person who helped install was very friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. He was great.

The tech was great. He introduced himself, extended his hand, and displaced great professionalism. He made sure the sensor was in test mode before doing anything and explained why that was important. The Tech took the time to explain what was wrong and what he was doing to correct the problem. He cleaned up behind himself and did a good job.

After having my alarm for 10 years I decided it was time for an upgrade. Vector sent a technician named Jim to my house. He couldn’t of been more professional polite and courteous. Jim did an excellent job, was on time, and took the time to show me how everything works. Jim then set the app on my phone, And ran through all the prompts with me. We like to use Vector because their technician (Anthony) is very knowledgeable. Vector's customer service has been very accommodating to meet our schedule. We had the panel in our warehouse that had a bad board and battery which was causing issues with arming our warehouse. Anthony troubleshot the issues and fixed the problem.

Vector Security Trouble Desk (Andres) helped us with a few issues regarding our new install. He has been great with helping us resolve the problem and assisting with the app. and getting a tech onsight to troubleshoot issues. Great work!

We had another security system for 20 years. It needed an update. We switched to Vector in August of 2019. We were referred to you by neighbors and one of your employees. Our service today was done by TJ. It was an excellent experience. We will continue to recommend Vector to others.

The service gentleman was more than helpful. All your employees could take a lesson in customer service from him! If I need help I hope you send him! Many times I have encountered employees who might have been less than helpful.

I have had problems with my system ever since I converted from a hard wired one to wireless (years ago). I received a letter at the end of January informing my system was not sending the automatic test signal (they did not tell me it had not been working since August 2019!). I have had to call your service dept many times and they do not follow through in getting a tech to contact Nelson Cable who checked the phone wires. Next to Comcast, Vector is the worst "service" company and I am seriously considering terminating my service with you after 27 years.

Great service and install and they are really patient and respectful. And it's really easy how to use the app and the system it's really smooth and safety and I will give my advice to let everyone go with Vector Security alarm system.

We had an issue with a smoke detector, Dave explain to me and showed me why that wasn’t Vector's smoke detector, my husband could not get them back up on the ceiling but Dave did that for us. He also recommended replacing Vector's smoke detector which we did. Very impressed with Dave going above and beyond.

David ** the service agent did correct all the problem with my security system. After servicing the system David tested all the devices including fire, police, and ambulance settings. All the work done is beyond the satisfactory elements. It has been a pleasure to have David as the agent. He has been very polite and respectful as well as knowledgeable.

Vector sent a tech to my house to fix a low battery signal that kept going off. The tech called when he was within 30 minutes away. He stayed at my house for 30 minutes and said he fixed the problem. It is 1:10am on the morning and my alarm wakes me up in the middle of the night still saying low battery. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! I schedule this appointment last week & took off work for nothing. This was a waste of my time and problem still not fixed!!!?

This is a Good alarm company. I have had this system for over 15 years. Whenever I have a issue they are quick to respond. We are so thankful Vector sent Phil ** today to look at our phone issue with the fire alarm panel. There’s been finger-pointing going on for at least eight months between Vector and Verizon and with a few tools and literally a wave of a wand Phil was able to find the problem within 20 minutes. He isolated a foot-long bad stretch of wire behind Hey bush and now Verizon is going to replace wiring between two points that Phil pointed out. Thank you very much Phil. Great job.

The problem started as my family was about to retire for the night. The alarm was put on, however soon after the was a beeping sound with the automated voice stating "family room window L, low battery". This sensor has had 3 Technicians checked it out in the past few weeks. I was told that the sensor was changed. False alarm notification with the police being send to the home because of this ongoing issue prior to last night. I called Vector services last requesting assistance with the beep and repeated auto voice. The technician did his thing in order to stop the beeping and auto voice. I was told the earliest time a technician can come to repair the issue was 2/20/20.

Dave ** came to assist in finding what caused my alarm going off. The front door and smoke detector alarms went off at the same time. He tested both issues thoroughly. He was very professional in his relationship with me and explained everything that he was doing.

Long time customer, I have several systems throughout the Cleveland area. I have worked with Rick at several properties and he has always provided quick and courteous service. On Feb. 10, I had an upgrade done to my existing Vector System. The installation went well and the installer was very nice. However, any instructions on how to use the new system were minimal at the best. I have a key fob and wasn’t told how to properly work that hence the alarm engaged, I wasn’t home and the police were dispatched unnecessarily. Only after I called to find out what in the world happened was I told how to properly use the key fob to arm the system. I wasn’t even told that there was a user manual on line. I had to find that myself. I don’t want to appear overly critical but please make sure your installers educate their consumers to prevent embarrassing situations like I had happen. I was told the installation would take about four hours and the installer even commented that it doesn’t take him that long. Perhaps it would if he properly educated the consumer. I recently had a guy ringing my doorbell at 2:30 in the morning and I had no idea who it was. So I got ahold of vector and asked about doorbell camera and they said, "Yes we do," and Today I had the pleasure of having Ethan come into my home and upgrade my system and added a doorbell camera to it and it’s amazing how every worked together. Ethan was very patient with me when I couldn’t get into my email right away and he stayed and tried to get it worked out for me and there not to many other gentlemen that would do that for us. I was trying to cancel my moms services since she passed away last week. I was told I have to send in a death certificate for her and my father, copy of the will, and paper stating I am the representative. This is ridiculous. You are the only agency out of 10 I’ve called that requires this runaround. I will never recommend your agency to anyone. I have already had to replace the batteries in the glass door alarm twice and the front door lock twice. I've only had my system for a couple of years. I'm very dissatisfied with Vector Security system. Wish I had never changed from ADT.
