Upgrade of our system we’ve had since 2005. Great installation service, very knowledgeable about the system and what we needed. Took the time to explain the system. New keypads look great. Curtis is awesome! Made changes for entry as we identified the need.

The repairman that came to review my system was very courteous, knowledgeable about my system. I felt very comfortable and safe as a stranger in my home. If by any chance the system need to be checked, I would highly recommend that he would be the person that you send.

The house I bought had a Vector Security system already. The installer was very friendly and fun to talk to and he answered all of my questions. Also the staff on the phones were very friendly too. I would recommend Vector to everyone.

Service was amazing and technician and Matt was very knowledgeable. I feel safe and protected knowing that I have a company that is so highly rated looking out for me. I would highly recommend Vector to my friends and family.

From the initial discussions with technical/sales representative to the installation of our alarm system by David ** and the administrative follow-up by Agatha, the experience was very professional and efficient. I would certainly recommend Vector Security to my friends and neighbors.

Tom ** was great to work with and very professional - he provided us with a proposal for fire alarm, security automation, and monitoring and although we ultimately went with another vendor, he was great to work with and I would certainly recommend Vector to others.

Home Security is very important to me. Vector also provides a fire alarm monitoring system that blankets my pets in case of a fire. They will call the fire department and inform them that there's pets in the home. The customer service is top notch. The company's representatives are all courteous and professional.

This company came highly recommended by neighbors and friends. We have had a great experience with all of the representatives, installations, and sales reps. Happy with the service and the products to this point. Variety of services offered and the ease of the app use are definite pros.

Vector Security installed panic buttons in our new facility in Lebanon and the process was very smooth. Shawn the technician was courteous and professional. He also made sure I was happy with the location of each panic button and made changes as needed. I would recommend their services, great experience.

Just had an issue with obtaining my alarm certificate and within minutes, Agata ** resolved the matter. She was super professional, clear, and friendly. I was expecting a long and frustrating call, but it was the complete opposite. She is a superstar.

I called for check because of a false alarm which happened while I was away for a short time. The alarm was still engaged when I returned, and the police had already responded. When I finally got through to a customer service representative, I told them of my problem and requested assistance. A. J. was very careful and did an excellent job in explaining the new system.

Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detector. Unsuccessful at changing batteries on my own. Tried for hours. Shane came to house to do it for me. Super nice, professional young man. After a phone call talking to tech support they arranged to have Shane come to the house at 9:00 pm.

We choose Vector because you guys already had a system in here so we opted to keep you. I had called to have my system upgraded because we didn’t want a phone line any more. So Frank gave us an updated system that didn’t require a land line. Gary was our install and was extremely friendly and very nice about explaining our new system to use and was great about wearing his booties around my carpeted home. He was very neat and did a great job. Thank you very much for sending him to use,, excellent job..

I was really glad to be able to get an appointment within two days. Bob did a great job. Had some issues with connecting a doorbell but he worked through them until it was fixed. Very good with finding the problems and fixing them.

Vector has been monitoring our alarm system for years -- recently we had some issues with an outdated control panel, and Don replaced parts and motherboard and updated the firmware to get that functional again. While reviewing our equipment, he noted that the installed equipment from many, many years ago was not adequate for the size of the facilities (indeed, in a test we couldn't even hear the alarms very well--yikes!). He spent nearly the entire day replacing the horns and updating the panel. Now we can hear the alarms all over the building. Peace of mind is priceless. Thanks, Don!

Angela was so kind and patient with helping the court and switching out our old information with current names and phone numbers. I could not have asked for better help! I really appreciate that she walked me through how the process works and helping us set up the website. Now I am able to check in on the alarm from my app or simply logging in. She will also help us with making the other 16 courts in the county aware of their status with Vector.

The technician was very helpful and was able to helpful. We had some difficulties logging me into my account but after a few tries he was able to get it back up and working. Thanks Vector for great service and friendly technicians.

I have a Vector system. Had a problem over the weekend. Phillip came out today & fixed my problem plus added a couple of more items to my service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the time he has taken to help me.

We received notice that the battery was low. I called Vector and was told a serviceman would come in a few days. The alarm continued to beep, so I contacted Vector and they told me I could send them an email requesting they delete that smoke detector until the new battery could be installed. I sent the email and got a very fast response that it had been deleted.

The technician Mike was prompt and professional. He answered all of the questions that I had about my new security system. Since moving into my home we have only had one issue with the system and it was a battery problem, but it was handled very quickly. We are happy with the devices provides so far.

My wife and I needed help with out online account and thanks to Angela we were both able to access it and even create a secondary login. She spent a long period of time with my wife on the phone then me when I called in. She followed up with email to let me know everything should be good to go and it was. I appreciate her helping us and being so patient. Thank You again.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Jim and Mary were very professional and got the job done!! We thought the job would take a week to complete! These guys did the whole job in HOURS!! And they explained everything of importance in GREAT detail! They obviously are well trained, smart and sensitive to the details and small things most people would want know about!!! The Service technician was prompt, courteous and proficient and fixed my problem and answered my questions. I was able to schedule the appointment with no problems. I was told what to watch for in the future should the problem occur again. I would use Verizon in the future.

I called into Vector at 609-896-9101 to request stickers for new windows and was promptly placed on hold for about five minutes - which was pretty dissatisfactory, seeing that as soon as the woman answered, I immediately said I'm calling to request more stickers for our basement, before holding. So then I emailed as the recording was telling me to do, and within a few minutes Andres wrote back to confirm, and his reply clearly proved he read my full email. Super on him!

Tod was very helpful and informative. He also worked very well with me around my schedule. Curtis was very professional and very detailed in his explanation of the equipment and services. Both helped to make me feel more confident about the safety of myself, my employees, and my business.

We have been Vector customers for years. Roger **has always provided us with excellent advice. Quality of service has varied, but today’s technician Del ** was excellent - patient, thorough, and resolved the problem. I would recommend Vector and Alarm.com to friends.

They put the alarm and wired windows and doors when the house was built 25 years ago. When we moved in another company was doing the service. We recognized their value and service when we replaced all of our windows and doors. They came and worked with the window company and rewired all windows and doors without any hassle and quickly. They provide excellent service with a smile.

The tech Michael did a great job troubleshooting my camera issue and always called ahead when he was 30 minutes out from arriving for my appointment. Will request for him again in the future for any tech problems. Cameras are working great and no interruptions.

My interactions with staff have been positive overall, however we have had an overwhelming number of difficulties with the system and then further difficulties reaching a person to speak with and scheduling for service. Our sensors and fire detectors are consistently stating that they are being tampered with and calling the police. At least two of those times, I was home when the police arrived. We get charged for false alarms, so I have spent hundreds of dollars on these charges because my equipment is faulty. If I don't get to the phone on time, the police come. Once it was actually for a battery warning in the fire alarm. Surely, this does not require police intervention!

Derek was a awesome tech and knew a lot about what he was doing. He helped me with adding smokes and talked about other devices that Vector offers. He also helped with getting me and my wife online with our phones. I would definitely recommend Derek and Vector Security to my friends and family.

Vector Security installed my system and went over the everything. My family is enjoying the security system and the camera are really good added bonus to see out front of our house. The new touch pad in the house is excellent.

The only call I get from Vector is for billing. I was told if I moved my alarm would go with me. I have all my equipment in my truck. I have been waiting for a year for a call. All I want is my alarm in my new home. I cannot continue to pay for an alarm sitting in my truck.

We got our new security system installed today. Curtis showed up bright and early to install it. He did a great job installing the new system. He was quick and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions. And did a great job teaching us how to use our new system. He made us feel very comfortable.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone from sales or an account executive regarding my office contract as it is up for renewal Feb. 2020 but I do not get a call back. Now I am more inclined to cancel both my company and personal account with Vector as this experience is not giving me a very good impression.

Existing provider. Upgrades my system and the staff that came to install were very professional and experienced. Made sure the install was perfect and explained and made sure that I understood my new system before leaving my home. True professionals that go above and beyond for their customers.

Been a Vector a vector security customer for long time. Love Vector is great. However our tech Roger ** was great technician. Friendly, professional, smart wonderful, very handsome. Just loved his company. He was patient, very helpful. For now on we only want Roger as our technician. Awesome.

I chose Vector because they came recommended to me, however I WILL NEVER use them or recommend them again. I was signed up for a five year contract without my knowledge that has now left me screwed until 2021. So because none of this was properly explained me me I now have to pay for a system that I dont want in a house that we are selling. Or I can pay out the contract that I didnt sign up for and give them an extra $1000 dollars. Ridiculous.

Dave ** was helpful and solved my problem. Dave was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Before Dave did anything he explain to me why and what he was going to do, Dave also warned me when any sirens were going to go off so I could remove my dog.

I was very please with Vector, and Dave **’s service. Dave was pleasant, courteous, informative, knowledgeable. I had contractors Dave had no problem working around them. Dave found the issue let me know what it was corrected the issue, again I am very pleased with his service.

Jose did a great job!! Jose called when he was on the way which gave plenty of time to get ready. He was very polite and professional, I told him all of the trouble the system had been giving me for almost 2 months. He looked at the system and determined I needed a new contact. Great job!!

Todd has always been great meeting our needs to set up an awesome security system. Curtis did an excellent job answering all my questions and even helped refresh me on the mobile app. Very happy and would strongly recommend to any homeowner or business. Great job.

Your technician was professional and polite, he came to replace my bad batteries and it turned out just to be one main panel battery. He also found that the power source for my system was bad and was able to replace it at no cost to me due to my warranty. Great job Jose!

Vector has a great reputation in our area. Their customer service is prompt. Their staff is friendly and responsive. Today was a service call to repair a malfunction in my doorbell camera. The technician repaired it in less than 5 minutes.

Jose was great! He called when he was on his way and arrived on time! Jose was very polite and knowledgeable, he took his time analyzing our problem and was able to figure out the solution. I know he was only supposed to change out the alarm board but in the process he figured out the main problem.

We choose Vector because we know Rick our sale person he is a very friendly guy and we have known Rick for about 15 years. The re installation went very well. Gary did a great job about suggestion the new location for our key pad and he was able to reinstall the old sensors we had and just rename them. We also like your service. During the sales process, they were very professional and straight forward. The installation process was smooth and conveniently aligned with my schedule. Surveillance camera playback not working. Rich ** was great----fixed our problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. I already have Vector Security at my new home and I wanted to protect my rental property. So I called Kevin and set up an appointment for a system. Ethan ** came. Was in use by previous owner. We've had no reason to change. We have been very happy with Vector Security Service. Any issues that we've had with the alarm system Vector Security has been quick to respond and correct any problems. I would recommend Vector Security to a friend or family member.

Vector comes on site 4 times per year to do fire alarm inspection. The technician is very knowledgeable and concerned with our system. If there is a follow up needed with the office it is taken care of. Thank you.

Arnaldo was amazing. Made my installation a breeze. Explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable. He was very neat with his installation, cleaned up after installing the equipment. Was prompt with his timing and gave me an ETA on his arrival.

I’ve had this security company way before it was Vector. The persons in the local office and the technicians are extremely helpful and always willing to help and do a great job with troubleshooting. The only complaint I have is that the emergency calls come from another state and there is a little delay since they are not local calls anymore. I would also recommend having the technicians wear booties when they walk thru houses.

Jose was excellent! He was able to meet me at my home at 8:30 due to having to take my kids to school and I really appreciate that. Jose took his time troubleshooting my phone line since it seemed not to be working with the alarm. He quickly figured out what was causing the issue and fixed it.

Maintenance for our system. We have had several issues with our system and I am hopeful that this time the problem has been solved. I always request Dell ** to service our home. He is always prompt, professional and friendly. I really appreciate the one-hour advance call before the technician arrives.

We had the system where we were located and moved. We had a bad experience at first when we did not get a call back from the company for a rep to come out. Then had to call and finally they forward me to a rep. The rep was amazing. She did a very good job. We were schedule for an appt and no one show up and then called and we were told I canceled the appt. My husband work nights and was waiting no sleep. Let’s says our rep and her gm made it right. We were very satisfied with the tech that came and installed our equipment. He did a amazing job and he explain the everything very well. He did an awesome job.

The experience that I had today with Mike was great. Before even starting he went through every scenario and briefed me beforehand. I appreciated that he contacted me to see if I was available early even though I was not, but he still managed to be on time. Bottom line, he fixed the issue that we were having and I am very happy about that.

Columbia/Delaware. The technician Bob from Vector Security came out to figure out the issues with our cameras. When he got here he found out that our internet was not working which explains the reason we cannot see our cameras. I appreciate the Vector Security was able to come out and check the system.

The technician was efficient and arrived at a decent time. He was able to complete the installation within good time and quietly to allow for me to do some work. The demonstration of the key panel system was helpful. I am a customer from a previous home, and the technician was patient with the demo. The overall experience was pleasant.

My company choose to switch to Vector Security. We have had some hiccups but they have made sure to resolve them. It does make it difficult for my store to be a distance away so I understand why sometimes it has taken longer to fix issues that have to be addressed on site.

Moved into Valencia Cay and got our security system through Vector, went with the upgraded package and added some other things. So far so good, the installer David came out a second time to setup the cameras and show how it all works. Not a technical person but this is easy to use and costs less than our old company that we had for twenty years. Pleased with Vector and their employees do a great job, will tell my friends.

I was having difficulty of viewing clips from my cameras. Mr. ** walked me thru several processes to remedy my problem. He suggested that Google Chrome should be my default browser and proved it by testing it with me proving his point. That was my problem. I will be having my computer updated. He was very patient with my frustration and kept his cool. I want to thank him for his expertise.

Im very happy with the technicians that came out today. Curtis and Nathan listened to my problems and not only did they fix this issue, they solved issues that would have proceeded to happen at a later time. Im very happy again with our service today.

Orsino is one of the best employees Vector has. Long term employee. Very polite and knowledgeable and he always fixes any issue. I have been with the company a very long time. Only issue is repeated calls on new pad they installed.

Vector was recommended to us from another customer of Vector. We have had it for 3 years. Service techs are very good. Time to get a service call is slow though. Sometimes we wait several weeks to get someone on site. Other than that - good!

Jose did a very good job, he explained to me how my cell unit communicated and my alarm’s backup battery worked. He also programmed a duress code and showed me the importance of it. He was very professional and knowledgeable, thank you for coming out!

Mr Jose was very professional and listened to my issues about my doorbell camera. We’ve been having a reoccurring issue were I continue having to reset it. We had our system installed and had an unexpected error arise, but the team immediately contacted us when it occurred and they saw it happening on their end. After they responded via phone and they then scheduled our in-person service visit. Our service repair was on time, called ahead, and then the servicing was fast and smooth.

My technician, Don, called a half hour ahead of arriving and was on time and very helpful. He switched out the batteries quickly and efficiently. It was all done in twenty minutes. We have been happy with Vector and we would definitely recommend them for home security needs.

We have had our security system for a short time but have already had a good experience with Vector Security. They have been very helpful in getting our account setup and scheduling service for our system. We had an appointment today and when Dave the technician left everything works great. Some of the other companies that we have dealt with lately could certainly learn a lesson from Vector Security.

I wanted to put new cameras in to my home security system. You gave me a price of $1600 for four cameras. ADT gave me a price of free as long as I sign a three-year contract. I guess you can guess what I’m about to do.

Sent termination letter. Still receiving bill. Company is not monitoring system but still expect payment. How many letter do I need to send. Local branch is aware of the no phone service. So I ask again who can I contact to get this resolved. Thank you.

We upgraded our old system to Power Series NEO. Robert ** was our technician and he did an amazing job explaining all capabilities and teaching us the system. He did not make us feel rushed either. I would highly recommend he and Vector. Our salesman Ryan was great too. ;)

We've been with Vector for many years. And after many years of having an old panel, Aaron the service tech came and told us about a great new system and the wonderful features it can do. We are going to be upgrading the system and getting great features. Thank you for sending Aaron and having him explain the new features the alarm system can do for us.

We has faulty sensors and a motion detector issue. Dave ** got us handled quickly and efficiently. Dave answered all of my questions and helped with the app on my phone as well. He even replaced a sensor with a low battery issue we didn’t realize wasn’t working. Great customer service.

We were mislead when we signed the contract and are unhappy with the service. We are canceling the service as it is no longer meeting our needs and financially is not in our budget. Would not recommend Vector Security to anyone. Beware the fine print.

I appreciate that your technician, Dave **, called me when he was at my house after ringing the doorbell And then knocking. Doorbell did not work, me and my dog did not hear a knock. Other servicemen usually don’t call. They just leave a slip that they missed me. I was glad to be able to get my issue taken care of.

I would never recommend your company to anyone. From your customer service locally in Fort Lauderdale, to your techs who damaged my home and never repaired the damages. Just awful. When I contacted your office about the damage to my home, nothing was done.

Joe did an outstanding job! He really listened to our problems and concerns. We’ve been having problems over and over with our doorbell camera and Joe was able to fix it. So far everything is looking good, he also customized the wire going to the doorbell and it looks much better than it was. Great job!!

It is included in our HOA dues. All of our neighbors use Vector and they are very happy. We also like all of the options available for upgrading the system. We wanted automatic locks and video doorbell. Also, we wanted the automatic thermostat. We heard that Vector was a reliable company. GL Homes use Vector and they are our builder. We have had other companies at our other homes and Vector offers so many more options that we want to have in our new home. We will feel very secure with this alarm company.

Mr Jose did an awesome job, he replaced our doorbell camera and our front door contact that wasn’t working. He also reset our whole system with new passwords and logins. Jose showed us how to log in and out of our account and showed us how to set up new notifications for different people.

Our Vector system is wonderful. It does everything we could ever want to keep our home and family safe. We enjoy the cameras and the door lock that locks on its own and you always know that your home is locked up tight.

The system seemed more reliable than the system I had previously had. It was also more cost effective. Having the wireless capability allowed for easy installation and I am able to monitor things from my phone. I have had very few "false alarms" with this system, which has been great. The installation and repair teams have been extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
