Upgrade of our system we’ve had since 2005. Great installation service, very knowledgeable about the system and what we needed. Took the time to explain the system. New keypads look great. Curtis is awesome! Made changes for entry as we identified the need.

The repairman that came to review my system was very courteous, knowledgeable about my system. I felt very comfortable and safe as a stranger in my home. If by any chance the system need to be checked, I would highly recommend that he would be the person that you send.

The house I bought had a Vector Security system already. The installer was very friendly and fun to talk to and he answered all of my questions. Also the staff on the phones were very friendly too. I would recommend Vector to everyone.

Home Security is very important to me. Vector also provides a fire alarm monitoring system that blankets my pets in case of a fire. They will call the fire department and inform them that there's pets in the home. The customer service is top notch. The company's representatives are all courteous and professional.

Vector Security installed panic buttons in our new facility in Lebanon and the process was very smooth. Shawn the technician was courteous and professional. Just had an issue with obtaining my alarm certificate and within minutes, Agata ** resolved the matter. She was super professional, clear, and friendly. I was expecting a long and frustrating call, but it was the complete opposite. She is a superstar.

I called for check because of a false alarm which happened while I was away for a short time. The alarm was still engaged when I returned, and the police had already responded. When I finally got through to a customer service representative, I told them of my problem and requested assistance. A. J. was very careful and did an excellent job in explaining the new system.

Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detector. Unsuccessful at changing batteries on my own. Tried for hours. Shane came to house to do it for me. Super nice, professional young man. After a phone call talking to tech support they arranged to have Shane come to the house at 9:00 pm.

We choose Vector because you guys already had a system in here so we opted to keep you. I had called to have my system upgraded because we didn’t want a phone line any more. So Frank gave us an updated system that didn’t require a land line. Gary was our install and was extremely friendly and very nice about explaining our new system to use and was great about wearing his booties around my carpeted home. He was very neat and did a great job. Thank you very much for sending him to use,, excellent job..

I was really glad to be able to get an appointment within two days. Bob did a great job. Had some issues with connecting a doorbell but he worked through them until it was fixed. Very good with finding the problems and fixing them.

Vector has been monitoring our alarm system for years -- recently we had some issues with an outdated control panel, and Don replaced parts and motherboard and updated the firmware to get that functional again. While reviewing our equipment, he noted that the installed equipment from many, many years ago was not adequate for the size of the facilities (indeed, in a test we couldn't even hear the alarms very well--yikes!). He spent nearly the entire day replacing the horns and updating the panel. Now we can hear the alarms all over the building. Peace of mind is priceless. Thanks, Don!

Angela was so kind and patient with helping the court and switching out our old information with current names and phone numbers. I could not have asked for better help! I really appreciate that she walked me through how the process works and helping us set up the website. Now I am able to check in on the alarm from my app or simply logging in. She will also help us with making the other 16 courts in the county aware of their status with Vector.

We received notice that the battery was low. I called Vector and was told a serviceman would come in a few days. The alarm continued to beep, so I contacted Vector and they told me I could send them an email requesting they delete that smoke detector until the new battery could be installed. I sent the email and got a very fast response that it had been deleted.

The technician Mike was prompt and professional. He answered all of the questions that I had about my new security system. Since moving into my home we have only had one issue with the system and it was a battery problem, but it was handled very quickly. We are happy with the devices provides so far.

She spent a long period of time with my wife on the phone then me when I called in. She followed up with email to let me know everything should be good to go and it was. GREAT SERVICE!!! Jim and Mary were very professional and got the job done!! We thought the job would take a week to complete! These guys did the whole job in HOURS!! And they explained everything of importance in GREAT detail! They obviously are well trained, smart and sensitive to the details and small things most people would want know about!!! The Service technician was prompt, courteous and proficient and fixed my problem and answered my questions. I was able to schedule the appointment with no problems. I was told what to watch for in the future should the problem occur again. I would use Verizon in the future.

I called into Vector at 609-896-9101 to request stickers for new windows and was promptly placed on hold for about five minutes - which was pretty dissatisfactory, seeing that as soon as the woman answered, I immediately said I'm calling to request more stickers for our basement, before holding. So then I emailed as the recording was telling me to do, and within a few minutes Andres wrote back to confirm, and his reply clearly proved he read my full email. Super on him!

They put the alarm and wired windows and doors when the house was built 25 years ago. When we moved in another company was doing the service. We recognized their value and service when we replaced all of our windows and doors. They came and worked with the window company and rewired all windows and doors without any hassle and quickly. They provide excellent service with a smile.

The tech Michael did a great job troubleshooting my camera issue and always called ahead when he was 30 minutes out from arriving for my appointment. Will request for him again in the future for any tech problems. Cameras are working great and no interruptions.

My interactions with staff have been positive overall, however we have had an overwhelming number of difficulties with the system and then further difficulties reaching a person to speak with and scheduling for service. Our sensors and fire detectors are consistently stating that they are being tampered with and calling the police. At least two of those times, I was home when the police arrived. We get charged for false alarms, so I have spent hundreds of dollars on these charges because my equipment is faulty. If I don't get to the phone on time, the police come. Once it was actually for a battery warning in the fire alarm. Surely, this does not require police intervention!
This last time, I called Vector and asked for a service call back. I never received one. I then left a message at Vector. I still never received a call. Finally, I called the branch directly, someone answered and originally wanted to offer me a 4 hour window. Our records show how difficult this has been and it's been serviced before. A 4-hour window at that point was unacceptable. They did then offer a 2-hour window. We will see how that visit goes. The equipment itself is very faulty.

Derek was a awesome tech and knew a lot about what he was doing. He helped me with adding smokes and talked about other devices that Vector offers. He also helped with getting me and my wife online with our phones. I would definitely recommend Derek and Vector Security to my friends and family.

The only call I get from Vector is for billing. I was told if I moved my alarm would go with me. I have all my equipment in my truck. I have been waiting for a year for a call. All I want is my alarm in my new home. I cannot continue to pay for an alarm sitting in my truck.

We got our new security system installed today. Curtis showed up bright and early to install it. He did a great job installing the new system. He was quick and very knowledgeable. I have been trying to get a hold of someone from sales or an account executive regarding my office contract as it is up for renewal Feb. 2020 but I do not get a call back. Now I am more inclined to cancel both my company and personal account with Vector as this experience is not giving me a very good impression.

Existing provider. Upgrades my system and the staff that came to install were very professional and experienced. Made sure the install was perfect and explained and made sure that I understood my new system before leaving my home. True professionals that go above and beyond for their customers.

I chose Vector because they came recommended to me, however I WILL NEVER use them or recommend them again. I was signed up for a five year contract without my knowledge that has now left me screwed until 2021. So because none of this was properly explained me me I now have to pay for a system that I dont want in a house that we are selling. Or I can pay out the contract that I didnt sign up for and give them an extra $1000 dollars. Ridiculous.

Your technician was professional and polite, he came to replace my bad batteries and it turned out just to be one main panel battery. He also found that the power source for my system was bad and was able to replace it at no cost to me due to my warranty. Great job Jose!

Jose was great! He called when he was on his way and arrived on time! Jose was very polite and knowledgeable, he took his time analyzing our problem and was able to figure out the solution. I know he was only supposed to change out the alarm board but in the process he figured out the main problem.

Stone ** and Vector Security came recommended by a couple of trusted friends, one of whom is in the commercial security business. During the sales process, they were very professional and straight forward. The installation process was smooth and conveniently aligned with my schedule. I recently needed service on a couple of cameras after I switched out my wireless router. They had someone there the next day and quickly addressed the issue. Referred by a friend. I liked that you showed pricing on the website. Installation was quick and the tutorial was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a security system. I like the lamp module and that I can turn it on when I'm Away from home.

Nick done a fine and professional job in installing my alarm system. I took his suggestion in getting a doorbell camera and fell in love with it. Nick done good work and cleaned up behind himself. Nick showed up and was ready to work. He was professional in explaining what was going to be installed and was very informative of how the alarm system and Vector App will work. We were happy that the alarm system could be displayed in Spanish. That feature will make the alarm system a lot easier to operate and understand. I already have Vector Security at my new home and I wanted to protect my rental property. So I called Kevin and set up an appointment for a system. Ethan ** came. He was so professional and called me a 1/2 hour before his appointment. He should up and got right to work. I’ve had this security company way before it was Vector. The persons in the local office and the technicians are extremely helpful and always willing to help and do a great job with troubleshooting. The only complaint I have is that the emergency calls come from another state and there is a little delay since they are not local calls anymore. I would also recommend having the technicians wear booties when they walk thru houses.

Jose was excellent! He was able to meet me at my home at 8:30 due to having to take my kids to school and I really appreciate that. Jose took his time troubleshooting my phone line since it seemed not to be working with the alarm. He quickly figured out what was causing the issue and fixed it.

We had the system where we were located and moved. We had a bad experience at first when we did not get a call back from the company for a rep to come out. Then had to call and finally they forward me to a rep. The rep was amazing. She did a very good job. We were schedule for an appt and no one show up and then called and we were told I canceled the appt. My husband work nights and was waiting no sleep. Let’s says our rep and her gm made it right. We were very satisfied with the tech that came and installed our equipment. He did a amazing job and he explain the everything very well. He did an awesome job.

Moved into Valencia Cay and got our security system through Vector, went with the upgraded package and added some other things. So far so good, the installer David came out a second time to setup the cameras and show how it all works. Not a technical person but this is easy to use and costs less than our old company that we had for twenty years. Pleased with Vector and their employees do a great job, will tell my friends.

I was having difficulty of viewing clips from my cameras. Mr. ** walked me thru several processes to remedy my problem. He suggested that Google Chrome should be my default browser and proved it by testing it with me proving his point. That was my problem. I will be having my computer updated. We upgraded our old system to Power Series NEO. Robert ** was our technician and he did an amazing job explaining all capabilities and teaching us the system. He did not make us feel rushed either. I would highly recommend he and Vector. Our salesman Ryan was great too. ;)

We has faulty sensors and a motion detector issue. Dave ** got us handled quickly and efficiently. Dave answered all of my questions and helped with the app on my phone as well. He even replaced a sensor with a low battery issue we didn’t realize wasn’t working. Great customer service.

We were mislead when we signed the contract and are unhappy with the service. We are canceling the service as it is no longer meeting our needs and financially is not in our budget. Would not recommend Vector Security to anyone. Beware the fine print.

It is included in our HOA dues. All of our neighbors use Vector and they are very happy. We also like all of the options available for upgrading the system. We wanted automatic locks and video doorbell. Also, we wanted the automatic thermostat. We heard that Vector was a reliable company. GL Homes use Vector and they are our builder. We have had other companies at our other homes and Vector offers so many more options that we want to have in our new home. We will feel very secure with this alarm company.

Mr Jose did an awesome job, he replaced our doorbell camera and our front door contact that wasn’t working. He also reset our whole system with new passwords and logins. Jose showed us how to log in and out of our account and showed us how to set up new notifications for different people.

A family member has the service. The service was for a low battery and piece fell off the wall and had to be reinstalled on wall. Service man replaced all batteries around house. He came here on time and was very courteous and did a great job.

During a home improvement show Eric ** provided me with information about an invaluable service of having a fire alarm sent directly to the fire department when we are not at home and it's just our dogs. Jose did an excellent job. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what the issue was. He took his time to explain to me what the issue was and exactly what he was going to do to fix it. Afterwards he tested the system and it worked great. I’m glad that he also cleaned up after himself.

The system seemed more reliable than the system I had previously had. It was also more cost effective. Having the wireless capability allowed for easy installation and I am able to monitor things from my phone. I have had very few "false alarms" with this system, which has been great. The installation and repair teams have been extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Stone and his team have been top notch to work with since day one. I first contacted them for a system when my home was broken into on a Friday morning and I discovered it when I returned home Friday afternoon. His sales team came on site at 9 PM to make sure I was squared away and felt better about the situation. We choose Vector Security in late 2018 because we wanted to install a system that was easy to use and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the system. Things have changed because my husband has suffered a traumatic brain injury and we had to leave our home in South Carolina and relocate to Richmond, VA for long term, polytraumatic care. I admit we signed our contract for three years as we intended to live in our SC home for many years to come, but life changes in the blink of an eye. I have begged, cried, fought and pleaded to cancel our contract, but all they care about it their "investment." Human decency replaced by sheer greed.
My husband's life is worth more than money, but not to them. We have sold our home and I can still control the alarm in what is now someone else's home. Is that even legal? I am a good person and will not do anything to upset the new owners, but they have a right to their privacy. I don't want to have them come at me, it's unfair. Vector is not at all an upstanding company.

Previous owners of our home had Vector Security when we purchased the home. Installation went great! While on vacation in TN, alarm was activated on my app. Motion detector went off, Vector called immediately to see if we wanted PD sent out. We said yes. By the time I could open app, four local officers were surrounding our home. All doors were secured, and we were able to talk to them through doorbell!!! Outstanding service!!! I have moved out of my home since 7/19 And have been asking to have my service shut down since October, Still getting bills to pay with no phone service to even provide monitoring services at my other home which is up for sale. As a Real Estate Developer I have over the years sent at least 100 customers to Vector Security....now I am told that my account will be closed for nonpayment and I could pay higher fees with the collection agency they will send it to!!!! Really!!!! LOL.

We switched to Vector because we have you at our other location, we dealt with Frank as our salesperson and did a great job explaining the new system. Gary was the tech that came to update our system and did a great job setting up the new panel, he had to do some added work for the new panel because of the big hole in the wall but he fixed and it looks great, he pleasant to deal with and did a good job cleaning up.. no complaints here..

The home I purchased was previously wired by Vector. I am NOT a current customer. I want to simply explore and compare costs (yes against competing vendors) for adding an outdoor monitoring system (equipment cost/installation) and then possibly monitoring. I don’t necessarily need external monitoring but want to have the ability to do so and be alerted myself. Other companies provide this info UPFRONT without me having to call some high pressure salesperson. I don’t listen to them or swayed by their BS. I’ve walked away from car and home sales because I’m being fed it. Won’t even bother here... Step it up guys or go the way of the dinosaurs.

Salesman Jeff showed respect to customers, no too aggressive pressures which I hate-gave us time to think. Installation was very professional, moved smoothly and quick. Competent and courteous installers. Lead installer very professional and competent. Quite a “pro.” Very personable and accessible. Give complete and and unlimited praise. Sure to recommend Vector Security to friends and acquaintances. Very concerned about security in view of the vandalism that was recently perpetrated on our home. We feel the vector surveillance is a means to alleviate our concerns and contribute to the safety of our home and family. Our area of North Baltimore County has had an influx of Baltimore city residents which tends to compromise the living conditions in our area of the Baltimore suburbs.

We've been with you for a very long time. Most service men have been professional, some more than others. As an owner of two small businesses, I know first hand how important it is to find good, responsible employees. I wanted to let you know, in all of the years with you, NO ONE has impressed me more than Mike ** during the recent service call. He is the only one to ever put on shoe covers, called when he was supposed to, was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly to me, very kind and friendly. Not overly friendly either, I've had those. But, enough that made me feel comfortable with him in my home. He has no idea I am doing this, I hope it makes a difference. I am crazy busy, but wanted to take the time. Whatever you are paying him, give him more, or do something to make it easier for him to stay! Dave ** did a great job and sold me a window sensor. He explained everything he was doing and why. He went over my system in the whole house and suggested to move a motion detector to get a better layout.

I was with a company that Vector bought out so that’s how I ended up as a vector customer. Anthony has been my tech for 10 years and he’s the best. I tell him all the time if he leaves vector I’m going where he goes, he always goes out his way to help me, even off the clock!

When we moved here 15 years ago it was recommended by an old neighbor. System was installed but had never been activated. We since I closed in a screen porch and added a secure door and had additional sensors. System is old and since we retired we don’t travel for work as we did. We intend in the future to update the security system. We will use Vector Security again.

The house I currently live in has had an account with Vector for years under the previous owner's name. The house flooded and had to be gutted which removed any usable devices for the security system. Instead of finding a new company, I decided to stay with Vector. I am happy with the system. I'm a single mom and feel safer being at home.

New Home, Gentlemen was in area. This system is awful, does not monitor cameras correctly, had not verified no one coming to my home since November last year, we get calls that the system is going off and we are home and the system is not going off. You need to refund me for my very Badddd Services.
