Kevin was on time again. He is very responsive with the requests for service. I am extremely happy with the work he performs. He is very patient and stays on the job until the problems are solved. I had Kevin look at my gate controller to see why it was not working. He found several and work through each one until it was up and running again and this was on top of replacing the communication device.

HOA established as a property owner in the Valencia Cay community. Vector was required and recommended by the builder. The installation was excellent. The installer was professional and pleasant and knowledgeable about the product and the operation of the new alarm system. Conducted a step by step tutorial with the wall panel and the downloaded app.

Vector was the original system in the newly purchased property. The technician that installed and updated the system was professional and very thorough. He explained every detail and answered all of the questions I had. Josh is a true value to the company and I would recommend Vector security to anyone looking to install a system.

Bad experiences with this Company! Wanted to replace older system. Had to write owner for service. After 2 weeks a Rep calls. Comes out. 8 weeks later no return calls, no quotation for replacement system. Company has placed our personal security in grave danger.

They offered a good deal on upgrading my security system. Installation was easy. He went over system and made sure I understood. I have dealt with several companies and Vector has been very easy to deal with. Have wanted a camera doorbell for a long time and vector made it easy to obtain.

We wanted a full complement of services with full support and looked to Vector. Based upon personal knowledge and reputation, we felt Vector was most capable of servicing our needs. We were pleased with the extensive options Vector offered, especially the ability to add on services or easily make changes over time.

We were with another provider for more than 20 years and found the customer service average. After some research, we decided to enlist Vector to service our property because of their reputation for outstanding service. The training was very thorough and easy to follow. We appreciated the personal interaction with the representative.

Total security on all my doors and windows plus the ability to watch over my yard with the 2 motion detection cameras. Great service and great people here in Powdersville SC...Thanks Sereptra for coming out and teaching me how to work the system better.

Kevin did an outstanding job. He is a fantastic listener and communicator, He immediately gave me his cell number and I will keep in very close to me. I ran a service company for 20 years and if Kevin was my employee, I would do almost anything to keep him. Great people are hard to find these days and he is a keeper so please keep him happy.

We went with Vector Security through our home builder, for our home monitoring needs, and have been very happy with both the products and the service. The system is intuitive and easy-to-use and the customer service team is responsive. Although we have not have the system for long, we would recommend this product.

The technician was very knowledgeable and kind. He did a great job!! I was also impressed with the lady who returned my call when we had some issues arise with our system. Vector Security does a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Vector is the best out there. They have nothing but the customer's best in mind and they are the very best company out there with the best people working for them that always treat you like you are family and always keep your system working at its best. I had a my old touchscreen already and then when Victoria from Pennsylvania called and talked to me about the new alarm system they then sent me a paper copy for me to sign and get my appointment set up for my panel upgrade. Josh came out and was very courteous and knew his stuff. Thank You Vector Security for everything you've done!

The first visit started out seeming great but after service guy left had chirping and other problems- talked to another tech who walked me through disarming. Came today and set up correct system, rewired where needed and things work great! Thanks Curtis! Stars for this visit!

The installers have NO idea what they are doing...When the rep came out "sereptra" she seemed to be on speed or drugs...I had to actually teach the installer how to run the wires without drilling multiple holes through my outside wall, I have Pictures, worst experience I've ever had with a company that's proclaims professionalism...Stay away...Can add more pics...They drilled straight through my outside wall and left the exposed on the inside...Rain water could follow the wire to the inside...Glad I was here to help the guy or I'd be replacing my floor...DO NOT USE VECTOR IN POWDERSVILLE SC, as seen in the pics I had to use the "stuff" to fill the holes on bother the outside wall and inside wall...Had over 2 hours of work myself fixing their lack of knowledge,..would not let me upload photos...I'll share if needed at **...Thanks.

Our older Vector Security system was updated recently. This visit was for a service call, as we were receiving multiple fault codes and texts. Your technician was prompt, friendly and professional, answered all of my questions and had my system functioning normally again. He also very graciously edited my settings to my preferences. As an added plus, he was very friendly to my dogs.

Nick was great! I informed him I had an appointment and had to leave in a few hours. He worked diligently in getting all the work done that was on his work order. Nick was professional and patient. He had a great attitude and I can tell he enjoyed his work and was customer service oriented towards his customers. Overall, very great job from Nick!

We chose Vector Security because he use them in our home for four years. The system works well, also love to use our phones for taking it off if someone needs to get into the house, then when they leave, turn on again, love the new one with the front door.

I have had Vector Security for five years now and they have been wonderful. I also had the updated system put in along with the new Assure Lock deadbolt and it works great. Also, my installer was very nice, professional and funny. It was a pleasure having him over. I would highly recommend Vector for your all of your security needs.

Customer service has been poor since the beginning of our relationship with Vector. Even in the beginning 5 years ago I have had a very difficult time getting a response of any kind to all inquiries including this time! You are impossible to reach!

I chose Vector because my neighbor recommended them. The salesman was hard to deal with. The system has never worked properly. Took 3 tries with 3 different Vector personnel to get it programmed to my phone. The system has only one motion detector that only covers the living room. There are no window sensors at all and the glass break sensor has never worked properly. The cost for this inferior system per month is twice what it should be for the minimal equipment installed. Very disappointed in the whole deal.

This was for a new installation. Our neighbor has it for her daughter and says it was good company. Garrett was the person who sold the system to me and Frank installed the system. Both were very professional. The equipment seems to be nice. The camera is better than expected. The equipment is easy to use. I would tell my friends to use Vector for their security system.

Vector Security did the installation of the system back in 2017. We began having problems several months ago with system failing. Jeremy came out twice and diagnosed the problem during the second service call. He was very professional and honest from the very first service call. He let us know what the problem was (system was obsolete 4 months from original installation and didn't have the memory to update the system), this was very frustrating as we could not log in to activate, deactivate badges or make any changes to the doors for the site. Jeremy did not charge us for the service calls or the new equipment that was needed to get us up and running. Jeremy made an extremely frustrating situation so much more bearable. He is an asset to your company and he will be the resource we reach out to for any further issues. Thank you Jeremy for all your hard work, time and Patience - it was greatly appreciated!

I chose Vector a long time ago to keep me safe and make me feel safe. Todd came out and got me the upgrade to the system I wanted. Brendan arrived right in the timeframe he was suppose to. Wore a mask which I loved, and helped me any way he could to get my system and I use to each other. Would recommend Brendan and vector to a friend.

Rob was actually early to the appointment which I greatly appreciated. He is very professional and was able to solve the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided solutions if this should ever happen again. Very qualified for his position and offered other products that I may want to help secure my home.

You guys had a good price. You seem to be the most used local service in my neighborhood, Robson Ranch. You seem to have good service. Our new home already had your equipment. The local sales person and administration was responsive.

I have been using Vector Security for many years. Service is always on target. Repairs are done quickly and the repairs do not have to be redone. The tech noticed issues with the original installation and was able to make the appropriate way.

I chose Vector because, I have used them since I purchased the home and have never been let down. We have had some security concerns, and can now rest easy when away. Josh answered every question that I had and went above and beyond on the install. We walked through the system together and I feel 100% better than I did this morning.

We choose Vector Security to upgrade our security system. The Vector Security staff arrived on time as scheduled and replaced the old equipment with a new upgraded equipment. The staff is very knowledgeable about the product and explained to us how the new equipment works. Mike also noticed that our carbon monoxide detector already expired and suggested that we get a new one which we did and installed it the same day.

Curtis was very friendly and patient. I was working on home schooling when he came and he was patient and even praised my children while he waited for me. It was a very quick and easy process. Glad this is the guy that I got cause he was so easy to get along with. He petted my cat too, she doesn't let just anybody pet her.

I have experienced very poor customer service. After being a customer for 4 years I am highly dissatisfied with how they treat customers. If you have any issues dont hold your breath waiting on a return phone call. Save your money and go with a different company that would love your business.

My alarm went off and the beeping noise was very annoying. I did not have the capability of replacing the battery myself. Rita at the help desk was wonderful. She understood my concerns and not only had a guy at my home replacing the battery within an hour... he replaced all of my batteries. The contractor who came was informative, kind, safe and efficient. My friends wanted me to switch to another company. After this wonderful experience, I am staying with Victor. Thank you... You really act like you care. That means a lot!

It was a Sunday in mid July. My family was boating, enjoying the hot summer day. Suddenly, a late afternoon thunderstorm hit my neighborhood. No one was home except for the family feline, Frankie. Unfortunately lightning hit our chimney, traveled down and caused a fire in our home. Vector immediately phoned us since the smoke detector activated. We missed the call...they sent our local fire department. All I can say..with chills..is thank God we had a security system. We would have lost our home and Frankie. It was a very dry, hot and windy day. The fireman were able to contain the fire fairly rapidly. Thank you Vector.

Vector was referred by our builder. We are very happy so far with the products offered and the features in the app. Kevin, our installer, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time explaining the system to me and made sure I understood how to use it.

Salesman was excellent, the installation was excellent by our installer Derek **, he was thorough not only with installation, but also with setting up our apps and explaining the operation of our system.Todd **, our salesman, came the day of installation. Came to make sure everything was good!

My new installation is so great. I like it way better than CPI. My father got this installed for me and I was so happy because I did not know what kind of security system I wanted. I love how Josh came in and explained everything to me, he was so helpful. He also answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I am so glad we picked Vector.

Battery was low in one sensor and we needed a new 4g upgrade on our panel. Tech was super! He explained the need for the 4g upgrade, took the time to swap out ALL the batteries in all of my sensors and smoke detector. Vector really takes care of their customers.

We have been with Vector for over 10 years. Janet from technical support took my call. Janet was on the phone with me for over an hour trying to resolve this issue. She was so kind and took the time to ensure that our problem was resolved. Thank you kindly Janet and vector security for the outstanding customer service.

My dad passed away and we sold the house. I contacted Vector and customer service was sensitive to our needs and responded expeditiously in terminating the account. My parents used Vector for a number of years and was very satisfied with the safety and security the alarms system provided.

I have been waiting weeks for someone to come out to identify CAT6 runs in my house. They should have been tagged during construction. Guy comes out finally, and tells me I have to make another appointment. He clearly wasn't told by the dispatcher what had to be done. Other than that the tech who finally came out to do all the other things was great, probably the best person working for the company. From my brief but numerous interactions with this company I can tell you they have some good people working for them but clearly have an unorganized back office which sabotages their best efforts.

I have a great relationship with several execs at Vector Security. That's why I chose you. The experience has been top notch for 5 years now. With my new house, I expanded from the normal monitoring, adding video, HVAC and light automation. All were fantastic choices. The system is convenient, easy to use, and it always works.

The combination of equipment and pricing seemed better than the other companies I looked into. The installation went well. I have no complaints. I wish there was a better way to arm the system at night so that the motion detector would be functional without having to turn off the location setting.

Found you online. Was with ADP and moved to new house in Cranberry. Your salesperson Natalie was very good and responsive. We ended up moving our old home as well. Danielle was good on the scheduling and the techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Had to use your support group for servicing and changing some defective equipment and they were very responsive and excellent as well to deal with problem and get techs out to replace. Different from your sales/install team.

Recommended by another customer and salesperson was credible. Service was good but service person was out of area and had about 2 day response time. Another problem was not being able to have cell phone service in the system. The carrier used did not have a signal here, other provides had cell phone response.

I already had service with Vector so it was easy to call them requesting for upgrade. The response was instantly. The lead technician scheduled me right away. Came over. Review the upgrade's terms and explained everything. Within two days I had the services I need and I am very pleased with the professionalism of all the technicians. I highly recommend the service to anyone interested. You will never be disappointed.

We have had Vector since 2014. We had to get our cell card upgraded for the 3G to 4G cell communication. I like Vector and recommend it to friends and family. I didn't know how long it was going to take but it was done pretty quickly.

I've had Vector since 2009, at 2 different houses. I called because I was having issues with my chimes. The tech Jarrod was on time, professional and courteous. He had my issue taken care of quickly. I have recommended Vector before and will do it again.

Called Vector on issue with the back sliding door sensor, cover snapped off. An appt was scheduled at my convenience and technician called ahead of schedule to confirm. Technician was prompt, courteous and on time. Issue was resolved immediately.

Everything works perfect, great service. The technician got the system enabled and replaced all malfunctioning equipment, including the secondary touch pad. Also verified all doors and windows, and placed properly the sensors. Great explanation on how to use the app and the central control pad and the additional features and functions available.

Just had Co detectors installed today and the tech Nathan has been a great example of how a technician should take care of a customer. He answered all my questions and helped me understand what all the system does so that could use it to the full. Thanks for the great experience.

Michael ** is the best tech that has been here over the years. Respectful, understood my high risk for Covid, etc. I sat on the front porch and he would come out to update me on the issues. I could not be more pleased. I hope his supervisor reads this review and congratulates Michael.

We had a service call into Vector and Jonathan came out and immediately knew where to go and what to do. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what was going on, what we needed and our options for a new keypad. It was so simple and easy, that's exactly how it should be when it comes to security.

Don't recall how I came to have Vector, but not using as intended and do not want just now. Looking into other options. I did like the smoke detector feature the most, Not really using security as I have people coming home different times of day and times and forgetting to turn off.

I liked the features available for my second home. Service is always on time and helpful. It's very nice to get the same tech every time. System has functioned nearly flawless for the many years. I find the thermostat and power failure features most helpful.

Continue to get an error trying to submit - not sure why it doesn't recognize the description I've entered. Reentering again: Interactions with staff were good. Coordination was a bit difficult as I assumed the builder and vendor would sync up better - I often had to step in to adjust schedules/clarify.

The installation went OK. Everything else from that point has been AWFUL!. No one answers my many calls; no one RETURNS my messages; the website although it lists my e-mail address, but it still won't allow me to Log-in or to request a new log-in USING the e-mail address. AWFUL!!!!

We had Vector for a couple months now and have been very satisfied with the system. The tech that just came out was very professional and followed all of the promises made by the company. The technician, Dale, that removed old system and installed our new alarm system was extremely professional and was so helpful and patient explaining what he was doing and showing me how the new system worked and all of its features. I have been a customer since 1985, and have been very pleased with their service.

We can't replace your service fast enough. We have had constant issues and unable to get help. The worst customer support, the longest hold times, the service schedule time is so far out, we can't rely on you for anything.

Offered when I moved in. Never any problems. One call answered immediately, repaired and explained why it occurred. Technician knowledgeable and friendly. Explained problems and how to prevent in the future. No problems since that time except storm lightning strike caused outage.

Referral from friends and neighbor The technician was professional and knowledgeable to explain and troubleshoot the issue and problem of the reason for system problems. The technician offered advice for future care, and maintenance and operation to prolong the life of the system.

Sales person lied to me. So we signed up. Customer service is terrible. Reps are still lying to us. When I wanted to cancel, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Finally - days later - I got a call back. Was told they would email me the cancellation info and I would receive a call back from an upper manager but never heard from them and never got the emails. This company is terrible!

The repair guy Dexter was great. Explained everything he was doing. Very professional! Would recommend Vector to all my friends. Been with this company for 17 years. Getting ready to do some updates to my alarm system with the camera features and doorbell camera.

Vector Security just came to install my new security system. Curtis was the technician. He was on time and did a great job. He was patient and took his time teaching me how to use the system. I am very happy with everything. Great job by Vector and Curtis!!

Dave did a great job. He helped us with several issues. We are in process. He worked on our cameras. We are getting a new system and possibly a new camera. We now have a much needed app access. Would recommend Dave to others. Looking forward to having everything up and running soon.

Already had Vector. Doing an upgrade. The sales person was just ok. Nothing special. The scheduler was easy to work with and flexible. The installer (Rich) was excellent. He made a huge effort to consult with us during the installation, worked extremely hard, was respectful of our property, courteous and professional.

The service representative that came out to our house was Nick. Nick represented Vector Security well. Nick showed up on time wearing a mask and ready to install our security cameras. Nick was very informative. Nick went above and beyond his duties. Installation was a breeze. Before Nick left he made sure that all equipment was working and didn’t just leave. Nick did an EXCELLENT job with my install. He was very patient, kind, funny, informative, and enjoyable to have during this process. He answered all of my questions perfectly and was able to provide a lot of good feedback. His work is very efficient and within a timely manner. He ensured that he updated me throughout the entire process on what he was doing. When it was time to explain how the new equipment worked, he did a very good job explaining it. And he was able to explain it in which it was very understandable. He provided visual feedback with everything we discussed. I am more than pleased and appreciative of him. My install was everything, times ten!!

Very good interactions with all staff from sales to installation and monitoring. Quick and simple installation and very helpful when experiencing issues. Had troubles logging in to the app and the installation tech stayed after his work was completed to make sure everything was corrected. We've only had the system for a month now but would recommend this to others.

David came out to replace my batteries and test my system, he recommended a smoke detector that will work with my system. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated in what he was doing.

We chose Vector Security because they were soliciting in our neighborhood at the time we were looking to get an alarm system set up for our home. We have been pleased with Vector Security’s response to our issues over the years. Today was no exception. Shofela arrived on time, made recommendations, inspected the system, replaced batteries, and made sure that the system was working correctly. In addition, he answered our questions and provided tips and instructions on using the touch screen on the wall panel.

Nick showed up on time. Was very professional, friendly. Very clear on how the system was supposed to work. Was very eager to listen. Was working in a good and timely manner. Was like one of our own family members. Work order was explained in full details. Also work was done very neatly. All in all I think he done an A1 job. Would refer him to anyone.

I moved onto a home that was already using a Vector system and wanted it upgraded with outside cameras. Josh my installer did a fantastic job. He is extremely knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service skills. In my personal opinion Josh should receive a pay increase for being a fine example of your company.

Tried calling service department for HOURS before getting someone to pick up the phone. Then I got Andres! We talked about the issue, he offered some suggestions and instructed me on how to change the batteries myself. He followed up with an email with step by step instructions. It took a bit but I was able to do it and now we are back to normal. Thanks Andres!

The technician Bob called and let my husband know he was on his way. Her arrived on time and Tim arrived a few minutes later. He was a able to figure out what and fix my cameras. Bob also discussed smoke detectors and after I talked to my husband and we decided to add them to the home and happy he suggested it to us.

I had a service call for a malfunctioning Sensor. Jared showed up on time, repaired the sensor, replaced all the batteries and updated my system. I recommend Vector Security to my friends and family. I have had vector for almost 18 years.

I just wanted to give a shout out concerning my experience with Dave today and Shari previously. I had been having a problem with Virtual Keypad and consequently the alarm panels ability to notify monitoring of any alarms. I contacted Vector. Shari in Service was very attentive to my issue and after some back and forth scheduled Dave's visit. Dave did a great job. His experience really showed. And he is a great guy. Our system is back up and running (and noticeably quicker with my Virtual Keypad notifications). Thank you vector (and Dave and Shari).
