Todd did a great job in signing us up for the update. Curtis did a great job showing us the system and showing us how the new system works and explaining everything to us. He checked the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.

Love the service contract! Have never had a problem that they couldn’t fix quickly for us. We had to replace all of the window contacts and they came out quickly and fixed everything without any trouble within a week of our initial call. Bob is great and always on time. Thanks!

Originally chose Vector because I researched it as a good company. Was always satisfied- when I needed assist help was prompt and good. Got to the point when I had to move in with my son. Vector forced me to pay balance of contract because I couldn’t take it to my son’s home because he has his own security system. Was going to try to get him to switch when his contract was up a year ago, but not now.

Nick **, the installation technician, did a fantastic job. He was respectful and patient, explained every part of the system and the new panel, and even provided information on other services and products. He was very helpful and I’m glad to know we can reach out to someone like him when needed.

I have had issues with this security company for over a year. My online doors are always opened and being opened by a neighbor online. The alarm does not go off when it should. Forget that the alarm is on, open the door and it does not go off. Most importantly, the history is inaccurate. All of the activity isn't on the website or app. Notifications are not sent timely. Don't trust this system.

The tech called to let us know he was on his way this morning. Bob ** arrived on time and was able to fix our problem. Tech arrived and found problem, He installed, new batteries in both our smoke detectors and we are very happy and hope we don’t need to hear them beep anymore.

My husband has Vector Security at his place of business so we chose it for our residence as well. Gail was our sales representative and she was amazing, very helpful and answered every question that we had and probably a little bit more. Bryant installed our system. He was here promptly, on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, he explained everything very well so that we understood our system at least to the best of our ability. This is all new and a process.

I chose Vector Security as this is what the previous homeowner used. I have been so pleased the past 8 years. At times, I forget to turn the alarm off before I go outside in the early morning and the representatives call within seconds to check on me. They are always professional, courteous and never complain, even if in the wee hours of the morning. I even like the added question the last time, the representative stated, "Are you safe and do you need me to call the police?" In this way, if I was in danger on my end, no one would hear this except me. I also live rurally and at times have connection issues that are always pursued on your end. Highly recommend.

I left a message for sales dept to call me and have yet to hear from them. This was regarding updating our system with current technology. I have written enough to explain the situation and don't see the need to expand any further....

I love Vector Security. Their customer service representatives are the best by far. They are always very helpful and polite. The response time when your alarm goes off is immediate. I sleep well knowing they are protecting my family and home.

I chose Vector because I was referred by family. My experience with the Vector staff was absolutely amazing. Vector Security was has been in the home for awhile and Vector Security has had many technicians in the home to install new systems and also upgrade the old system to the new fully touchscreen system. Added a doorbell camera and also a 2nd keypad in the bedroom. Now Vector Security is adding a deadbolt lock to the front door and Josh the installer helped to add the app to the phone! Price point and options was why I selected them initially. Customer service has always been well received. Equipment is horrible. Constant issues with doorbell camera not working. Cameras not recording for long periods of time. At this point completely unreliable.

I love your service and your staff. Very much above and beyond customer service. Definitely will recommend to friends. You guys are awesome. My tech was amazing and knowledgeable. They were very prompt. I had two systems installed. Aj and Josh are the best techs in the world. And they walk you through every step of the way to make sure you understand your system and also that you are completely comfortable before they leave.

Service technician arrived within the service window that I was given and completed the work required. Technician was friendly and proficient in completing the upgrade. We have been a Vector customer for nearly 25 years and have always been pleased with the security system and the service provided by them.

Curtis was an incredibly punctual, professional, and informative installation tech. He even told me about a smart thermostat that would be perfect for my home, and I agreed to also have that paid for and installed in due order. Overall Curtis was an awesome tech and I am more than happy with my overall experience with Vector and look forward to doing further business in the future,

Tech Scott ** was at my house on March 31st and not only did what he was scheduled to do but tested all my sensor and found a bad motion. He replaced that motion and everything tested good. Excellent work.

Vector was installed in house prior to our home purchase. No difficult issues with the security system in 5 years. Techs would travel to Palm Coast to repair or adjust as necessary without delay. Thank you Jackie **. Work was perfect.

Neighbors Zach ** did a great job. Mark was a great help and provided us with good information. Zach told us what he was doing every step of the way. He was conscientious.. We feel good about our decision to install.

I have Vector at 3 of my properties. My first Association with Vector was 40 years ago when a full system was first installed in my home. Vector is a dependable company with well trained employees who are always courteous and efficient. Great service! They always have new technology ready and their systems are very easy to operate. It is an excellent form of protection for me. It makes me feel safe. Vector’s service representative, Mike very patiently explained the new system operation to me. He was very polite and did not hurry through the details. He arrived on time and was most courteous.

We had ADT to start with and the prices were going up and to get another device seemed like an arm and a leg. After meeting a Vector Security rep at the flee market he talked to me about a system and we saw that Vector Security was cheaper. Vector came in installed a wireless system and now Josh the installer guy just came out and upgraded our system and gave us 2 keyfobs in replace of a doorbell camera due to the internet. Thank You and we are satisfied.

I manage a property where 3 tenants have had a difficult time syncing to get the new 2-step authentication process completed. Both times I interacted with Morgan on the phone, she was very patient. The first time she emailed the instructions but we were still unable to complete the process. When I called back, we got Morgan again and she patiently walked me and one of the tenants on a 3-way call through the process. It's so refreshing to talk with Customer Service reps who actually want to help you. Thank you Morgan for providing excellent customer service on behalf of Vector.

Technician (Bob) was very knowledgeable and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Great service. Learned more about the system and how to troubleshoot in the future. I would definitely recommend Vector for support. I learned about system components and function.

I was referred by a friend. The tech was really nice and polite. Hooked my alarm system up in no time.. Very informative & helpful. I hope to get good use out of it. I will definitely be contacting Vector if I need something else. I hope to get a doorbell camera soon so it can be installed. My mom has an alarm system for her driveway and she loves it.

I had Vector in my previous home. Since I was happy with the service, I decided to use Vector again. Vector is always prompt and professional. Any issue I have ever had has always been taken care of before the technician leaves my home.

After expressing my great dissatisfaction with the company’s policy of my three year contract at my mother's home due to her passing the company decided to cancel my commitment. I am very grateful for their change of decision to terminate my contract.

We switched from ADT to Vector in the early 1990s because ADT did not know where we lived. When we moved from Pittsburgh to Franklin, PA, we stayed with Vector and have been mostly happy, although the voice prompts at the beginning of a call are very annoying and possibly dangerous because people call in emergencies, not not just billing or technical situations. The service has been excellent, but I have to say that Kelly ** is absolutely AMAZING!!! He is smart, dedicated, and respectful and has gone above and beyond my, or Vector's expectations. He has even been resetting my controller (or system) when not at work, including the weekends. It is obvious that he has been investigating possible solutions to the issues here even during the interim between service calls. Vector is truly lucky to have him!!!

Was contacted and liked the local representation that was explained by the sales person. Waiting for a contact to complete installation. Did not know that our doorbell needed to be wired for the system, spent an additional $368.00 to wire a doorbell and cannot get installer back.

We just got our new security system with Vector Security. Jennie came out and got everything set up and did a great job. To finish the job Curtis came out and did our garage door and set up our camera. He answered all my question. We are very happy with Vector.

Scott was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through each step and feature of my new installation. The app seems very easy to use and the camera based doorbell will help me feel more secure. I will play around with some of the app features to make it personalized to my wants/needs. Definitely feel secure in my own home and will feel safe when away too knowing I am covered. It’s good to have smaller units throughout my home as the old system took up a decent amount of space.

Michael ** upgraded and replaced the defective radio in my system. Part of the problem was due to Verizon's tower change. Verizon refuses to give Vector a reasonable time schedule as to when they will make tower changes. This puts vulnerable clients like me unto non-protection until the Verizon repair happens. This is so wrong! Nevertheless, Michael was very informative and very thorough in making the repair.

John & Brian came out to test our fire alarm system. This is a very extensive test which takes a lot of time. They were very conscientious of our Child Care Center's schedule, working around their nap times as to not set the alarm off during this time frame. They were very professional.

I had a wonderful experience with Steve ** visit today. He is a kind man who is knowledgeable in his field and does a thorough job of making sure everything is working correctly. I feel confident with his work, which is important, since security and safety are the purpose of the visit and why we use Vector Security as our alarm company.

Nick was so great to work with! He was thorough and professional during the system activation appointment and answered all of our questions. He walked us through the capabilities of the system and ensured we had all we needed before finishing up. Absolutely fantastic customer service!

First Vector tech I've ever had any use for. Came on time and solved the problem. The positive rating is strictly for the tech that came today. Vector phone customer service doesn't even warrant one star. I've also had issues with a coded door lock that even though removed, is still giving me issues with a door.

I have been a long time customer of Vector. When I decided to upgrade versus all new equipment I decided to stay with them. I never felt pressured prior to reaching my decision. Steve the installer, was very courteous, helpful, patient and informative.

Vector continues to withdraw payments from my checking account for an account that has ended. You refuse to terminate over the phone, and we haven't used your service in close to a year. I DEMAND a FULL REFUND for all funds withdrawn from my account since our contract expired!!!

Our technician, Bob, was helpful, professional, and resolved our issue quickly. We have had Vector Security for approximately four years. We are very satisfied with the system that was installed, and thankful that the customer service is so prompt and helpful.

The installer was great! Very professional and great attitude. Great personality, would recommend him to others. Vector is a great company with great employees. This new system is high-tech. Installer was on time, actually early. He called first. We have a litter of puppies, both parents, and breeding dogs. He was friendly and interacted with them the babies. Moving to this new property had already came with Vector Security. Once the owners ended the contract, I picked it back up. So far so good. Continued with Vector from previous company that we used at previous home for many years. We were very satisfied with them so when vector took over we continued the service instead of changing to another company because we were very content with what we had.

Everything was great. The technician solved an alarm problem that had persisted for months and that was coincidental to his visit. He didn't make holes in the framing which would have been a problem for the inspection. He moved furniture and replaced it correctly.

Nicholas was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend him for service! I am so glad we decided go with Vector Security. The video camera works very well and the security panel is easy to use. Also, setting up the service appointment was extremely quick and simple. Brad was very informational and honest with us! Literally answered all of our questions and more! He made it so I wasn't freaked out but was able to provide real life scenarios. Answered questions about the app and showed us how easy it is to work it. He even answered all of my questions about the dog setting off notifications. Told us how the system can connect with Google Home and Nest. We will be recommending him to all of our friends and family that move to the area.

Originally had ADT system in the house and Vector came in and took over the ADT system and the system went to be fully wireless. Then Josh the installer came out to upgrade the fully wireless system and the keypad is fully touchscreen. He replaced all the senor batteries and showed me how to use the system. Nick showed up ready to work. He went over the work order and answered all of my questions. Nick suggested an Outdoor camera being my doorbell camera is not working right now. Originally had a normal touchscreen system with basic sensors. Then Josh the installer came out and upgraded our system to the newest Vector Security Touchscreen and he also added an exterior camera. He showed us how to use the new touchscreen system that is attached to the app. Josh the installer had called on the way and our dogs liked him.

From the time I spoke with Stone Gable until my system was installed it's been nothing but a great experience. The Vector (Alarm.com) app is so convenient and easy to use. The system and what it's capable of has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend the company to anyone!!!

We are existing Vector customers, and I like the service that we've received at our primary home. I like the app and the knowledgeable technicians. I appreciate that they are willing to drive to our country house in the middle of nowhere.

We purchased our brand new home and Addie, a Vector Security representative was constantly coming to our home with a sales pitch. We told her we were military and that we may not be here for more than a year. Addie pride Vector Security on canceling contracts as long as we have orders. Well, we have orders and they refuse to honor it, unless we sell our brand new home. Which we were not told. I spoke to a few more representatives last week and they confirmed that Addie is known for telling lies to gain business.

Recently had system upgrade from a hardwired system to a wireless system and added a doorbell camera. Been using the doorbell camera and system. For some reason the doorbell camera was not working and so Simon came out to check out the doorbell camera and had Josh on the phone to reboot the doorbell camera and since then the doorbell camera worked. Josh came back out to check the doorbell camera and alarm to make sure everything works good.

We're long time Vector customers and this is by far the best installation experience we've ever had. Curtis was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the system and how it works! I feel we'll use the security system with much more ease! Thank you!

Its the second house I’m using vector Security the are great. I’m very happy with the job and the service,I recommend vector Security for investors that flipping houses and for home owners. Fast service great technicians.i already feel more safe about my investments.

Already installed at my house from prior owner. Evaluated other solutions and decided that since I had Vector already, I would keep it going forward. Priced competitively to competition, was a hardwired system upgraded to the app and was interested in soon of the home controls, lights, door bell etc.

They are our alarm providers and have been for a long time. Dexter came today and checked our system and changed the batteries. We kept getting messages about the batteries and the lock was malfunctioning. He took care of everything in a timely manner and was very professional while he was here.

I would like to cancel my account with Vector Security. I do not know why it is so hard to cancel. First the phone of support keep hanging up, now I have to fill this out and there is no place for me to sign.

Install went good, installers were here on time when they said they would be. Always cleaned up after themselves. Camera install had an issue as we changed the way we wanted it set up. Just had to get extra parts in order to hook up two additional screens. Everything works fine now.

Everything went well from initial contact to planning and installation. Todd always is very helpful and the service technician Curtis was very knowledgeable. We always recommend Vector to our family and friends. We are always so thankful for their service!!!!

My parents have been signed up for a while and recently had some of the systems updated. My mom recently passed away and my elderly father has had to contend with everything from an alarm that beeps for reasons unknown to him to a smoke alarm that is going dead and he is unable to replace. You can't just change the battery in one of these smoke detectors. And he can never reach anybody on the phone for help, after multiple attempts. The advice he was given about the smoke detector was to wrap it in a bowl and hide it. Seriously. And he would have to wait 2 weeks for a service call. Without a working smoke detector upstairs! And all this isn't cheap. If you can't provide service to the elderly you shouldn't sell them a system! This one has terrorized my parents.

I chose Vector Security because they are known for being one of the top companies in the world. This was a new installation for me, it was an amazing experience. My representative John was so awesome, very professional, prompt, courteous, patient and very understanding. He took the extra time to sit down with me to explain the system so that I understood it well before leaving. The cost of the security system was very reasonable vs the other security system (ADT) that I have had for over 4 plus years.

Arrived between the scheduled times. Friendly employee and he asked for my input on locations and listened to my thoughts. Did a nice job and gave all proper instructions. Cleaned up what little mess he made. Helped get the app downloaded and set up.

Vector Security had been in this home for may years. It was originally a hardwired and wireless system until we upgraded today. After the installer Josh had installed a new system at a nearby home he came over to our home to upgrade the alarm. We weren't able to get a doorbell camera due to our internet speed but maybe when the internet in the area gets better. Other than that the system is good to go.

Customer service was very easy to work with on the Company name change. I called and spoke with Lynn and she forwarded the paperwork that was needed to complete the Company name change. We have an office in the Jacksonville, FL area that uses your services for their office.

Rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. They called in advance. They were courteous and professional. Joseph has served us before. He was great at calibration our camera setting and quickly reset or outside lights to work at dawn and dusk. We highly recommend them.

They gave me one (1) motion detector for a 2200sq ft home. It takes so long for image to come up from doorbell that the person is gone by the time it comes up. They make you sign a 3 year contract and the tech begs for a tip. I’m posting a review everywhere I can.

Robert was on time for the appointment. He was friendly, introduced himself and explained the purpose of the appointment. He changed the battery and explained the need for a battery change. Additionally, he discussed a potential upgrade to the cell-phone feature which would save my family money by disconnected our landline. He was awesome and highly recommended.

Alarm repair, repair guy was very helpful and informative. He was very knowledgeable on the product and made sure to check all windows and doors to make sure everything worked before leaving. He also made sure he social distance, had gloves and had on a mask.

We feel safe and secure with the Vector Security. Where we live it has a very unsafe feel to the neighborhood and gives us a secure feel. The installer is very nice and handle things very well. He came out twice and installed one portion of the system and today he put the camera in and the weather was perfect for him both times. And he showed us how to work the system both times.

I needed a reliable security company after a major breakin. Vector came highly recommended over the company that I had at the time. Vector at that time had superior technology over everyone in the home security business at that time. Over the years the employees have made a difference through the good and bad times that happen with everyday service.

Curtis ** could not have been more helpful, professional and patient. He was courteous and careful with today's Covid protocols. He took time to explain everything, did excellent work to install new sensors, tested all system aspects and was a terriffic representative for your organization. My alarm system stopped working. I had two separate workers come out and both were unable to fix it. They said it couldn’t be fixed and needed to have a new system. I had fulfilled my contract so I just cancelled since they couldn’t fix the problem. They still attempted to draft the payment out of my bank account even after I had cancelled. They said they didn’t receive my cancellation letter. I have now been on hold for 19 minutes just trying to get someone to send me a letter to sign. I have stopped payment with the bank so they aren’t going to get anything anyway. Every time someone picks up the phone they tell me they don’t handle that problem. Go with ADT, better system, better service and people who actually know how to do their jobs!!

I am very happy with my new system and experience with Vector Security. Curtis came out today to set up my system and was also able to set me up on the app. he was on time and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely refer Vector Security to anyone looking for a security system.

We first got our original system somewhere around 2007 when someone was going around with a promotion for an alarm system and we ended up getting the system. Now with our phones disconnected we are now getting a new updated system that works wirelessly and the keypad is now all touchscreen. Josh the installer came out and upgraded the alarm and showed us how to use everything. Thank You!

We went with a new system with Vector around a year ago. We love the system and continued to add more to it. Nathan has been out several times to do work around the building and he’s been great each time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Always cleans up after himself. Just an all around great guy.
