Kurtis came out and did a great job explaining my system after he updated the sensors. Most impressed with his concern to make us happy. Dawn called me earlier and was very pleasant arranging this appointment. Definitely would refer Vector to others.

Kevin was polite and capable, He worked clean and was respectful of my belongings. As a person not too familiar with tech issues he was thorough in explaining how to operate my camera equipment. His associate was also pleasant. Answered my questions.

Fixed problem quickly. Explained what happened and how to correct it myself if happens again. From time requested for a visit to completed was less than 24 hours. Very happy with overall experience. Technician was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do.

Ft. Lauderdale. Agata ** was very helpful solving my problem. I give her 5 stars, the highest rating. I am changing homeowner's insurance companies and I needed a certificate for the alarm service. She emailed it to me promptly. My past interaction with Vector has all been positive.

Nick was efficient, courteous, and well organized. He spent the day moving from place to place and we barely knew he was here. He did a thorough job explaining the new systems and recommended someone to fix the electrical issues. I would highly recommend him for any service needs.

This was the worst mistake I could have made putting Vector's alarm system in my house! I've had nothing but problems - no reliable service - terrible company representative who are only interested in making you pay for the entire contract if you cancel service (that don't work) - not interested in your safety at all!!! I've had 3 false alarms in 60 days - now the city is charging for false alarms and vector says they don't pay for this! Who do they suggest pay for it?? The customer - which is stupid!! I'm sick of this company!

Very professional staff! The installation technician was very knowledgeable in the systems we had installed. He tested everything to make sure our app and all other connections worked properly. Updated on 05/21/2020: The technician said there was no problem with the system, but when Centurylink came he had to rewire the whole telephone because of your wiring. The security system is disabled. I would like to cancel the contract because we are paying for nothing. Please text or email directly because I cannot access your reply system.

I have used them before (on a different system). I LOVE this new system they have. So easy to use. I have not had to do anything except turn on and off the alarm system. I hope that I won't have to really use them. I did mess up once and opened the door before disarming, and the phone calls and follow ups were amazing. I felt very secure.

Always a good experience every time I call for any reason at all. Billing, alarm issues, yearly service appointment. Everyone time I have called the associate was able to help me out even during this crazy time currently with the pandemic.

Phone service leaves much to be desired. Options are not always clear, and it's difficult to understand the CSR. If no one is in the office, there should be a voice mail recording detailing hours or options for leaving a message, etc.

Providing me with a Monitoring certificate Was handled quickly and efficiently by Agata. In fact she was very willing and able to send it to me two times, as I had erased the first transmission a few days before. She is a credit to your company.

Install was fantastic. Love the easy to use Alarm system features. The camera quality functions are spot on perfect. The door locks being able to use them with the alarm was a much added bonus, Also they were able to tie the system in with my Nest thermostats.

Poor customer service. I have had sensors that don’t work for weeks now. They have no cares when it comes to protecting my residence. If I cancel my service it’s a breach of my contract but if they fail to fix my system it’s a miscommunication!

Well after five years we tried to stay in business but sadly Covid closed us down, we just wanted to say thanks to Dyan and everyone at Vector Security, it's been wonderful having y'all keep us safe. We had our Yale Assure Lock Deadbolt break today around 3 pm. I called and had an emergency service scheduled for this evening. The technician Clyde ** drove over 2.5 hours to come and install a new deadbolt system. His professionalism and attitude were stellar. Serviceperson (Dexter) was checking low battery signal and checked all other monitors. Was very pleasant, professional and efficient. He called before appointment and arrived when he said he would. Vector has always sent very professional people. He showed me some features that I wasn't familiar with.

My Homeowner’s Insurance Company needed a current Certificate for our alarm system to provide us with a lower quote since we were switching. With this urgency in mind I contacted Vector Security and was assisted by Ms. Agata ** who was able to send me a copy via email in a few hours! In these trying times every penny counts, thanks again for your help and keep up the good work.

Frank did great at follow ups when I would forget and was not overwhelming. Installation went well, Curtis gave great arrival time and completed job in a professional and clean manner. The installation was painless and efficient. Overall highly satisfied.

My wife and I have been with Vector for 2 years. Our payment was set up on autopay. As far as we were concerned, the bill was being paid monthly. Recently we received a collection notice came in the mail. Immediately, I tried to contact Vector to ask what this was about. (We received zero notices via telephone, email, or mail stating anything was due.) When I spoke to a representative, she was rude and told me there was nothing she could do. I explained to her I did not receive any notifications that my payment was late or due. She said there was nothing she could do about it and she hung up. Very unprofessional customer service and way to ruin someone's credit without notice!!!

We had a service call with Vector and the service member was fast, efficient, and explained everything with ease. I would recommend service calls with the agency as they do a great job helping consumers. Dexter was great and cared about the safety of my home. He wore gloves, shoe protectors, and a face mask to ensure that he was safe as well as were safe. I would definitely recommend Dexter for service needs.

Have had alarm 1 yr. Today need tech support and Andrew was excellent, patient and walked me through my problem and verified it ok. Had a stranger bang on door and didn't ring my bell. When I check video it did not take picture of him as he didn't ring video door bell, he just banged hard five times. I was frightened.

Home alarm system has been fine for about 20 years. In 2018 security cameras and servers for video recording purchased. In 2020 additional camera and server purchased. For 2020 purchase, installation/configuration/user training was incompetent at best. After a few visits of service department technicians, video file management application on servers (maybe cameras too) not working properly.

Please recognize the superb customer service that the technician from the remote tech service center provided me from approximately 14:45 - 15:30 Eastern Time. The technician was able to add a window sensor remotely that the local technician failed to enter into the keypad. The remote technical center technician very patiently worked through the problem with me, and successfully added the sensor. She is a superb representative of Vector Security. Her can-do attitude is exemplary! Please recognize her for her excellent customer service.

Nick showed up on time, was very knowledgeable about product, explained everything well and in detail. The system is great. The app is very simple to use. Service was excellent, I would definitely recommend Vector to family and friends. The added security to the kitchen window is an added bonus and will make the family feel more secure. Nick was awesome and has great customer service skills. He is truly deserving of a promotion or raise. I am looking forward to using the app on a daily basis and the family will feel much more secure in our home. The knowledgeable help provided by Andrew during a difficult time was reassuring. He is truly an asset. I only wish I was able to identify to sensor that was actually causing the fault. It seems our sensors are numbered rather than location labeled. Great customer service, He stayed on the phone with me till the error was corrected. It was trying as the alarm was blaring. He stayed calm and guided me through the technical aspects to get the system to reset.

Choose Vector because my neighborhood recommended. Installed doorbell, 2 outdoor cameras, touch screen monitors, door lock, and indoor cameras. Nervous because it’s a new system and didn’t think I would be comfortable but our technician was BEYOND amazing. Took his time explaining, friendly and so attentive. In those 14 years I’ve worked with Ben our Salesman and Kevin our installer and dealing with those two has been very professional. They work well together. Anytime I call they respond immediately. Vector is the alarm company included with the HOA fees for Valencia Cay in Port St Lucie. We upgraded the system to include Cellar service. I was changing my home insurance carrier and an alarm certificate was required. Ms. ** answered my call, understood my requirements and supplied the certificate before end of day. I was impressed with the quality of service

John ** was amazing and did a great job of installing our system. He was very patient even though our system presented some problematic challenges. He remained focused and explained the entire process as he went along. I felt that he was very thorough in his instructions and training as well. Vector is very fortunate to have them on their team.

Our overall experience with Vector Security has been good. We had them put the alarm in our house in South Carolina and when we moved to North Carolina we had them come out and put a system in that home too. we had a small snag with the billing during the move but we were finally able to get that resolved. Everything else works well and we like knowing the house is secured. We have even recommended vector to a couple of our neighbors.

The Tech that serviced the Crown Stacked Townhome in the Crown community in Gaithersburg, MD was very prompt, professional and efficient! Technician was very courteous, well protected with mask and gloves and careful about social distancing to protect the customer and himself from COVID-19. He determined after battery replacement and testing that the unit failed therefore he replaced both smoke alarms with 10 yr worry-free lithium batteries for compatible reliability and functionality to ensure safety. He checked and replaced batteries in all sensors and detectors that required them. Vector technicians are the best at resolving your technical issues and giving you peace of mind with knowledgeable and reliable service.

I see Sami ** is a senior collector. She emailed me about my bill and I responded by phone and asked as I had in a email if there was any assistance at this time as I was displaced from one of my jobs. I am a nurse in a long term care facility and can't work at two places now related to possible cross contamination. She led me to believe by email to call and we could discuss help. When I called she was very rude talking over me telling me I was having a bad day. She was loud with me. I don't need this attitude right now. I pay my bills.

One of our cameras were out and we called Vector to correct the problem. Shawn came out and got that one camera back online. He did some extra for our security system without us requesting. Shawn did an excellent job! He was very congenial and knowledgeable about his job. In addition, he arrive at his scheduled time.

We got Vector Alarm service as part of our Home Owner Association coverage. The installation went smoothly and we always got efficient support from the staff. Today, I called and left a VM for Agata to get a copy of Certificate of Alarm... I received the certificate within minutes via email. Quite impressive support during this pandemic!!!!

Excellent sales and service. Calls are quick when even false alarms trigger. Maintenance person comes in pleasant and knowledgeable and scheduled appointments have always been kept. Not sure what we pay for the monthly but it's got to be worth the peace of mind.

Doorbell and camera not connecting. I had an appt today and the tech did not have a mask or face covering. This virus is respiratory and I will not allow anyone in my home without a face covering. WHY DO YOU SEND YOUR TECHS INTO HOMES WHERE THEY CAN EASILY SPREAD THIS VIRUS? Face coverings are recommended for ALL. Send a tech back who has a face covering to take care of my issue. You should be reported to proper dept for this potential hazard. You don’t hesitate to bill even if your system isn’t up and running properly.

I had a camera doorbell installed / within 2 hours chimes started buzzing and a burnt smell was in the air. I disconnected the wires at the chimes. Called Vector rep and they made another appointment to come back 4 days later was the soonest. I had a electrician come check out the burnt smell problem and he found the problem. The vector rep had installed the doorbell with 2" screws and shorted the wires inside. So long story short it cost $184 to find out the incorrect hardware was used. Today (Vector) they was to return but have not....So bottom line is, I'm out $184 because he used a screw that was way too long for the installation.

We got our alarm from Vector Security team installed. Good support from the person that installed, it was missing the vacuum system set but it was delivered few days later. One piece was missing and I called and had good service from the manager, quick solved. After that, we had a great support from Agata to get our alarm certificate quickly. She was helpful and fast.

Vector Security was perfect on the install and the installers were excellent. The equipment was installed to our satisfaction and well explained on how to use all the equipment that was installed. Our total experience from the sales person to the installation was outstanding and we would highly recommend vector security to others.

My experience started off great. My sales rep was very persistent and got me all the information I needed. Met me at the house. Was professional and informative. When the install happened, that's when it changed. Started off without telling me there would be an additional technician out to train. It was explained that they are taking every precaution and that I should not worry. Well it is not very sensitive to today's environment, plus there were no gloves/masks being used to help eliminate the spread of the virus, so not sure what they are doing differently to be safe. We had chlorox wipes and provided to them to wipe down door handles.
