We are not a new customer. This was a service call. Justin ** was prompt, courteous and finished the service that we needed quickly. Excellent service person for your company. We would be pleased to know that he can be there for future service calls.

Excellent Technician! Steve is very kind, polite, patient and most of all knowledgeable of the Vector products. He as a great instructional style of working with the client to assist them in effective and efficient of the resources. Steve is a hard educated worker and needs to be acknowledged for his service to the company. He represents Vector well. Steve is a role model for all technicians and definitely should be consulted on how to provide good customer service.

Mr. ** was professional and efficient. He arrived on time and called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. He fixed the issue with our sensor and explained what he was doing. He tested the system before he left to be sure that it was operating properly.

We just upgraded our security system with Vector security. Frank came to our house and got us all set up and scheduled for our install. Curtis showed up to install the system and was on time and we are very happy with his work. He showed us how to work the app and the system and was able to answer all our questions. We are happy with vector security.

Great system, but I can't see the video on my phone anymore, please help, I want to be able to see on my phone, thanks. Also I want to see when my contract is up, I want to be able to get new stuff, thanks.

I love my Vector system and the great people at vector they are just the best. There is no problem too big or any issue too small. They come out and address any issue you have or any questions that is what I love about vector.

The entire process, service etc. No follow up to initiate installation after dealing with the sales person. Installation took multiple days that I had to miss work. A proper training of the system was not ever done. Too long of a contract/commitment for such a crappy service. Alarm falsely goes off, sensitive to thunder, smoke, etc. No one calls to check. No one can help turn it off. No helpful emergency after hours line or service. All cameras stopped working and were never repaired. Waste of money! I had an issue, and they couldn’t even find my acct. even with an acct number, as if I never existed. Yet I sure get billed!

They did a great job putting everything in the house and explaining how it all works. The sales did a great job explaining everything that needed to be explained and who to contact if we ever have any questions in the future.

Yes. Would definitely recommend. Service is always reliable and the technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. Regular technician, David, is friendly, thorough and capable. He did an upgrade on the system and has come back to handle a couple minor issues. We are very satisfied with the services provided by the company.

My husband and I have dealt with Vector for years as very satisfied customers. Our experience with this installation was no different - very pleasant installer, very knowledgeable, very patient with a technically challenged customer. Kevin was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Vector and Kevin for installation.

I paid my March bill by check AND they charged my credit card also. So far they have not contacted me about the over payment. The security system has gone down at least three times since it was upgraded. The last time the system was down for 10 days. The general manager I was told would call me, which he never did. When I call the Richmond office, he was never in or that's what the phone operator always told me.

Overall, had a great experience. The gentlemen cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain the new system to us. Would definitely recommend Vector to friends and family. Were mindful of the children and pets as well. Extremely professional!

On alarm.com. It truly has been one thing after another. Technicians are great. But, when one thing is fixed another malfunctions. Now we literally have a low battery which has beeped every 30 minutes since 1147 last night. Service is great but quality is less than acceptable.

Everything was perfect and went smoothly. I was happy with the service. Curtis ** and Frank were amazing. It was a great experience. I chose Vector because it was reasonable and easy to follow. The tech was very professional and cautious. He was very timely and moved quietly. I had to leave to join a conference call while he continued to work.

Local company and customer service available after 5:00pm on a Friday. Murphy’s law is most emergency happen after 5:00om on Friday. Customers need help 24/7.... Real help not a phone call that puts you on hold for 30 minutes only to transferred again. That did happen to me until Andrew from Virginia spoke with me and gave me real assistance and is a true concerned /competent employee. All employees should have his level of customer service. He is a real leader and he should have a management position.

I was very satisfied with the help received from Sarah in customer service when I called in for help. The technician A.J. has always been very helpful and very nice each time he has been at my house. I have been very satisfied with Vector.

The techs were great! We have used Vector in the past for other locations. The app is fantastic and convenient. The install techs were very professional, they went over everything with us and were quite patient answering all of our questions.

I had an outdoor camera installed and it hasn't worked correctly at all. Three techs have been here, but the problem has not been resolved. Calling the company always results in leaving a message, you cannot speak to someone, and the problem cannot be addressed right away. I've had to wait 2 - 3 days for someone to come to my home. I asked for a new camera to be installed, and if that does not help, I will cancel service for the camera. (They did assure me a tech could install a new camera the next day.) The home alarm system seems to work fine, it's easy to arm/disarm, but it is not what I was concerned with. I really needed a camera, particularly at night, as my property had been vandalized after midnight. If I had to do this all over again, I would not go with this company.

After being transferred over to 3 different people I would of thought at least 1 of them would of had good if not great customer service. Rude isn't even a word to how I was treated. Customer service may not be a job for who ever you have in those desk doing the talking. I got absolutely no help from these people. With how the weather was last night I won't be the only one calling about something being wrong in my house and I feel bad for the people calling if this is how they are gonna get treated. The first person I spoke to even had the nerves to hang up on me. Is that good customer service? ABSOLUTELY NOT...Payments always have to be made on time and my payments have always been made on time so I'm not understanding why the rudeness.

Vector Security has a great reputation. Our technician AARON ** did the security system in both of our homes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and arrived on time. Explained everything thing to us in detail. We were very pleased with the quality of his work. Thank You

I have put in 4 service requests in the last 2 weeks and can’t get anyone to call me. Moving in 3 weeks, out of state, and have a security system I have no idea what to do with. Terrible customer service!

Kevin came into our home and looked at the entire house and how he could make our house a safer place. He was very easy to get along with and had great ideas on how to improve what was already in the house. He was very neat and tidy with his work and considerate about making any kind of holes in the walls. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone.

The Tech was very knowledgeable, he was on time. Was very patient with all the questions regarding our system and cameras.. Bob took his time with us, to reboot our systems. Then showed us the process with our Phones and laptops. He also went over how to look at our account online.

Current customer for over 20 years. The service is reliable and prompt during alarms. Our updated installation went extremely well. The installation technician was well trained and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and took the time to explain in detail all the necessary steps to operate the system.

Staff was great to work with. Initial meeting with Todd to go over everything was nice and smooth and good communication after. Dawn was also great to deal with when I had some scheduling conflicts. Install was done by Curtis who was very friendly and continued to check with me on things. I highly recommend him for getting the job done!

Bob was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He took his time and explained everything so I could understand it better. Bob was very quick at identifying my problem and took care of it. He was very polite so and like his personality, very kind and nice to talk to. I was very frustrated with Vector for awhile but am happy I had Bob come out and fix my issues

Check security system and update. Great job. He also did the fire inspection for us, Bob was kind enough to make sure the sirens would not be going off during his inspection since we were seeing patients at that time. Very pleased with the service from Vector Security

We couldn’t ask for any better service than we have received from Vector. They are the best on top of any issue and the people that come out are the best. They check everything and cover everything. Always looking to improve.

We were with The Guardian which was bought out by Vector. We have had service since 2009. They are a fair price with people who has the knowledge of the products. Art came out do see what we needed for a full upgrade. On tell us more the first two I can answer Installation has not been done yet so I can't really rate it. It will not let me not rate the Installation so I'll give it a 5.

You can’t get people any better than those that Vector has. They are the best and are the best at their job. They look at everything. Not just fix an issue. They always look for ways to improve. We could not be happier.

We love our Vector system. It keeps our home secure and safe when we are home or away and helps us to keep track of the kids going in and out but the best are the great technicians that come out and work on any issue that you have. They are the best.

Scott was easily able to address our issue with the remote and he also added protection to our living room window, which we hadn't thought to mention when we scheduled this appointment. He was so pleasant and professional... We were very impressed!

Paul **, our salesperson just took 35 minutes on the phone with me to help me link my account with my mother in laws account so that I have both houses on my app. It was tedious, ** kept kicking back but he had so much patience with me and practically held my hand until he knew I had it right, he also helped change the person first called if my moms medical alert goes off, switched, deleted and more to help! Paul is the best!

Frank came out and got us all set up to get a new security system. Curtis came out on a Saturday to get our system installed. He did a great job installing the new system. He taught us all about the app and the new system. He even went over possible camera locations for us. We are very happy with Curtis and Vector Security.

They were competitive and I had experience with them at another property I own. The salesperson was knowledgeable. Have a good communicator. The Installation person was fantastic, one of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen running up and down stairways, verifying systems, etc.

Vector Security was recommended by several people I know. Vector Security is not as expensive as ADT or VIVINT. Vector Security has great products for their pricing. I WILL DEFINITELY REFER VECTOR SECURITY TO ANYONE OWNING A HOME. Jeff ** my installation guy from Vector Security came to my house to install my security system today. Jeff ** went above and beyond his duty. He did a excellent job. He took his time to explain everything to me and he showed me how everything works. He told me if I have any questions about the system I can call him personally and he can answer it. Jeff is just an amazing technician and I would highly recommend him to any family member or friend for installation.

Vector was very slow responding to our request for service - they need more field personnel, when we did get service Robert S was excellent and solved our problem. Robert was very knowledgeable about our problem and we were happy to finally have a security system.

We love our Vector system and the security it provides to our home and family. It is by far the best and the people that work for vector are the best and the nicest people that go the extra mile to make you feel like a family and that they care about your alarm and your safety.

I love my Vector system. The sense of security that the system give me when I am home or when I am away from home. It is a great investment for peace of mind and safety of your home. It couldn’t be any better.

I have asked over 4 times for them to SIMPLY update the billing address of our account. Not that hard right? Apparently it is because all get is excuses or no response at all. I always get my bill on time though. I've asked for help with the virtual keypad and again it's either no response or 'I'll pass it along and have someone reach out you'. If you're not buying something from them, then they don't care about you!

We have been with Vector for years and for the most part have loved the service. Allen ** installed our new keypad and replaced some old sensors, added some new. We loved him. Allen is a very professional, friendly, dedicated worker. We were very impressed with his work and would highly recommend him. We were a bit disappointed that our doorbells couldn't be installed at the same time but look forward to getting those also. We also appreciate Aggie going the extra mile to help us install and learn the new system.

I have struggled for several months trying to get to a person for help (on hold for 30 minutes or more for each attempt that I made). I was trying to get a certificate for insurance, help to reset my password, I was told the password form would be sent by mail - 5 weeks I have never received. I needed a test on my system as I was having some issues. Finally today after being on hold for 25 minutes, I was transferred to "Jake" - Jake was very professional, he listened to my needs and helped me get answers and resolve my issues. It was so nice to talk to someone that really cared about the customer. I really appreciate the help that I received today. THANK YOU JAKE....

I moved up from Sunrise Fl and had Vector system. Installation was long 4 hours... But it got done. I called in and needed certificate showing I have alarm system was installed in my primary residence so I could get into my insurance carrier for credit.

Excellent attention to detail; very attentive. Kevin took the time to understand the entirety of the job and got it done right the first time. Impressed there is no exposed wiring. The job called for the use of conduit, Kevin did not use any, He ran all the wiring in the walls. Very good communication.

I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I have experienced with Vector Security over the past month. I have been a customer of Vector Security for 4 years now. I have had service through your company in two homes. When I moved from my residence in Lexington, KY, I transferred my service to my new residence in Upton, KY. When I transferred that service, I was not informed that the transfer is an initiation of a new contract, starting over my years of service. I specifically asked if it was just a transfer of service, and your customer service representative was not clear with me that it is a new contract. I didn’t discover this until way after the fact, upon contacting customer service again and speaking with Charlene ** regarding my next move of residence; she informed me that the contract starts over, even with just a transfer of service.

I wanted to make sure I mention how much Vector Security has made me feel safe. I am a recent window and wanting security was top on my list. Vector was recommended by a friend and I have to say that I am so glad that I called. Colleen presented me with options that were both financially appealing and I would be safe in my home without my husband. My installer Aaron N was so knowledgeable and provided me with instructions how to use the system. I had to call the office for service and Kandis was pleasant in scheduling. Jake who provided super quick service and topped it off with my Vector yard sign. Thank you to the Vector Team for making this sad situation easier to handled. I recommend your company to my friends for this reason.

My insurance company asked for certificate of coverage. I called Ken who is helping me with the sale of an upgraded security system for a number of someone I can talk to about it. He gave me the direct line to a Kerri who was extremely helpful!! Honestly was beginning to look at some local companies but your customer service has been outstanding.

Best value. My technician was awesome. He took the time to explain each step. My friends all have said good things about their Vector experiences. I look forward to a wonderful experience with Vector. Please keep up this type of service both with monitoring and technician knowledge of services.

Very happy with Vector. I have been a customer for over 20 years now with great service. Recently upgraded our system. Couldn't be happier. We added a doorbell and backyard camera and upgraded our keypads. This helps my family feel safer in our home know that we are protected 24/7.

This visit was to determine why inside panel was not displaying video from outside camera. Doorbell camera was replaced. Ever since we started using them several years ago for security issues, Vector Security has been very accommodating, prompt, patient, and easy to work with. All of their technicians have always been professional and very accommodating. The technician we got this time spent was very knowledgeable, professional, and spent a lot of time explaining the new doorbell that he installed to work with our panel. We are very pleased with the service provided.

Bob was very personable and nice, which is to be expected and when I am starting my day. He was helpful to me and helped me understand that system that is in place as I am still learning the ropes. We knocked the test out in a very timely manner too.

I had an update done on the security system, to include installation of two security cameras. Bryant, the tech, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He kept me updated on the progress of the installation, etc. even pointed out my smoke detector was very old. I was grateful for that as I forgot about the smoke detector. I had him replace that. It made me feel more assured with a new detector that it would work vs an older one that might now. I highly recommend Vector Security.

Very impressed with the installation of my alarm system that was done today. Very professional installation by William and very timely. The features on the app on my phone are awesome. Thank you for such great service. I would highly recommend Vector Security.

The services with all the Customer Services Representatives' and the technical have been excellent. The reason we are canceling Vector services is due to the fact that since 2014 we being your customers, although six (6) months ago the windows were replaced and oversight of the installers one sensor was not removed. The next day a call from Vector notification of an alarm system. A technician came and reset the panel. I talked to you about two managers to see if the sensor could be replaced, they said yes at the charge of $95.00. We tried to reason with managers that is this way your company treat faithful customers? We should it canceled your services immediately. This is the reason of the cancelation of service.

I just love my Vector system and the great people that work for them. They have just the nicest people working for them and they do everything they can to help you and keep your home safe. Vector is the best company out there by far.

Neighbor referred me, due to some unsavory neighbors. Needed to monitor driveway and front yard first and foremost. Decided on whole house security also. Bryant came to install, he was wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail. Very happy with him, I am requesting that he come back for anything in the future. He was super nice to my cat, who kept bugging him! I feel protected now. Mark helped me decide during consult visit. He was also very helpful and understanding. Thanks for a great experience.

Good reputation. Great customer service. Accommodated my need for afternoon appointment. Technician was efficient, wore a mask and explained all the changes to me. I would recommend this company to anyone. Vector, Vector, Vector!!

Construction project at one of our building sites needed multiple "test" mode off-line system time slots across multiple days. Harley was able to take care of our needs immediately and make changes instantly, even when one of the contractors suddenly changed one of the requested "test" mode time slots.

If you lose or change WiF, you charge and arm and leg to fix it. Feels like price gauging. And you don't have a choice. Makes me lean towards a change once my contract is up. They charge $98 an hour, and even at 50% of that is ~$50 an hour is too expensive.

We have had Vector Security for over 30 years.. We have been very satisfied! Whenever we have a question your company gets back to us instantly.. Tonii, who my husband dealt with was very knowledgeable and got back to him quickly. Curtis, was the gentleman who installed the cameras, was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do! He was very kind and mannerly. He had patience with me explaining how to use the APP and how the cameras work! Would definitely recommend Vector to anyone! Thank you, Rich & Amy

Have asked to all equipment to be removed from home. Have paid one month service use. Change company why would not come down on price and discount. Also have talked to customers service more than once. Local rep sometime will not return calls. Thank you.

Kevin was wonderful from start to finish. He was very thorough and patient in explaining the system to us. He set the house up efficiently and we feel very protected. I would highly recommend Kevin and Vector to any family or friends.

Todd did a great job in signing us up for the update. Curtis did a great job showing us the system and showing us how the new system works and explaining everything to us. He checked the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.

Love the service contract! Have never had a problem that they couldn’t fix quickly for us. We had to replace all of the window contacts and they came out quickly and fixed everything without any trouble within a week of our initial call. Bob is great and always on time. Thanks!

Originally chose Vector because I researched it as a good company. Was always satisfied- when I needed assist help was prompt and good. Got to the point when I had to move in with my son. Vector forced me to pay balance of contract because I couldn’t take it to my son’s home because he has his own security system. Was going to try to get him to switch when his contract was up a year ago, but not now.

Nick **, the installation technician, did a fantastic job. He was respectful and patient, explained every part of the system and the new panel, and even provided information on other services and products. He was very helpful and I’m glad to know we can reach out to someone like him when needed.

I have had issues with this security company for over a year. My online doors are always opened and being opened by a neighbor online. The alarm does not go off when it should. Forget that the alarm is on, open the door and it does not go off. Most importantly, the history is inaccurate. All of the activity isn't on the website or app. Notifications are not sent timely. Don't trust this system.

The tech called to let us know he was on his way this morning. Bob ** arrived on time and was able to fix our problem. Tech arrived and found problem, He installed, new batteries in both our smoke detectors and we are very happy and hope we don’t need to hear them beep anymore.

My husband has Vector Security at his place of business so we chose it for our residence as well. Gail was our sales representative and she was amazing, very helpful and answered every question that we had and probably a little bit more. Bryant installed our system. He was here promptly, on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, he explained everything very well so that we understood our system at least to the best of our ability. This is all new and a process.

I chose Vector Security as this is what the previous homeowner used. I have been so pleased the past 8 years. At times, I forget to turn the alarm off before I go outside in the early morning and the representatives call within seconds to check on me. They are always professional, courteous and never complain, even if in the wee hours of the morning. I even like the added question the last time, the representative stated, "Are you safe and do you need me to call the police?" In this way, if I was in danger on my end, no one would hear this except me. I also live rurally and at times have connection issues that are always pursued on your end. Highly recommend.

I left a message for sales dept to call me and have yet to hear from them. This was regarding updating our system with current technology. I have written enough to explain the situation and don't see the need to expand any further....

I love Vector Security. Their customer service representatives are the best by far. They are always very helpful and polite. The response time when your alarm goes off is immediate. I sleep well knowing they are protecting my family and home.

Vector Security was has been in the home for awhile and Vector Security has had many technicians in the home to install new systems and also upgrade the old system to the new fully touchscreen system. Added a doorbell camera and also a 2nd keypad in the bedroom. Now Vector Security is adding a deadbolt lock to the front door and Josh the installer helped to add the app to the phone! Price point and options was why I selected them initially. Customer service has always been well received. Equipment is horrible. Constant issues with doorbell camera not working. Cameras not recording for long periods of time. At this point completely unreliable.

I love your service and your staff. Very much above and beyond customer service. Definitely will recommend to friends. You guys are awesome. My tech was amazing and knowledgeable. They were very prompt. I had two systems installed. Aj and Josh are the best techs in the world. And they walk you through every step of the way to make sure you understand your system and also that you are completely comfortable before they leave.

Service technician arrived within the service window that I was given and completed the work required. Technician was friendly and proficient in completing the upgrade. We have been a Vector customer for nearly 25 years and have always been pleased with the security system and the service provided by them.

Curtis was an incredibly punctual, professional, and informative installation tech. He even told me about a smart thermostat that would be perfect for my home, and I agreed to also have that paid for and installed in due order. Overall Curtis was an awesome tech and I am more than happy with my overall experience with Vector and look forward to doing further business in the future,

Tech Scott ** was at my house on March 31st and not only did what he was scheduled to do but tested all my sensor and found a bad motion. He replaced that motion and everything tested good. Excellent work.

Vector was installed in house prior to our home purchase. No difficult issues with the security system in 5 years. Techs would travel to Palm Coast to repair or adjust as necessary without delay. Thank you Jackie **. Work was perfect.

I have Vector at 3 of my properties. My first Association with Vector was 40 years ago when a full system was first installed in my home. Vector is a dependable company with well trained employees who are always courteous and efficient. Great service! They always have new technology ready and their systems are very easy to operate. It is an excellent form of protection for me. It makes me feel safe. Vector’s service representative, Mike very patiently explained the new system operation to me. He was very polite and did not hurry through the details. He arrived on time and was most courteous.

We had ADT to start with and the prices were going up and to get another device seemed like an arm and a leg. After meeting a Vector Security rep at the flee market he talked to me about a system and we saw that Vector Security was cheaper. Vector came in installed a wireless system and now Josh the installer guy just came out and upgraded our system and gave us 2 keyfobs in replace of a doorbell camera due to the internet. Thank You and we are satisfied.

I manage a property where 3 tenants have had a difficult time syncing to get the new 2-step authentication process completed. Both times I interacted with Morgan on the phone, she was very patient. The first time she emailed the instructions but we were still unable to complete the process. When I called back, we got Morgan again and she patiently walked me and one of the tenants on a 3-way call through the process. It's so refreshing to talk with Customer Service reps who actually want to help you. Thank you Morgan for providing excellent customer service on behalf of Vector.

We switched from ADT to Vector in the early 1990s because ADT did not know where we lived. When we moved from Pittsburgh to Franklin, PA, we stayed with Vector and have been mostly happy, although the voice prompts at the beginning of a call are very annoying and possibly dangerous because people call in emergencies, not not just billing or technical situations. The service has been excellent, but I have to say that Kelly ** is absolutely AMAZING!!! He is smart, dedicated, and respectful and has gone above and beyond my, or Vector's expectations. He has even been resetting my controller (or system) when not at work, including the weekends. It is obvious that he has been investigating possible solutions to the issues here even during the interim between service calls. Vector is truly lucky to have him!!!

Was contacted and liked the local representation that was explained by the sales person. Waiting for a contact to complete installation. Did not know that our doorbell needed to be wired for the system, spent an additional $368.00 to wire a doorbell and cannot get installer back.

We just got our new security system with Vector Security. Jennie came out and got everything set up and did a great job. To finish the job Curtis came out and did our garage door and set up our camera. He answered all my question. We are very happy with Vector.

Scott was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through each step and feature of my new installation. The app seems very easy to use and the camera based doorbell will help me feel more secure. I will play around with some of the app features to make it personalized to my wants/needs. Definitely feel secure in my own home and will feel safe when away too knowing I am covered. It’s good to have smaller units throughout my home as the old system took up a decent amount of space.

Michael ** upgraded and replaced the defective radio in my system. Part of the problem was due to Verizon's tower change. Verizon refuses to give Vector a reasonable time schedule as to when they will make tower changes. This puts vulnerable clients like me unto non-protection until the Verizon repair happens. This is so wrong! Nevertheless, Michael was very informative and very thorough in making the repair.

John & Brian came out to test our fire alarm system. This is a very extensive test which takes a lot of time. They were very conscientious of our Child Care Center's schedule, working around their nap times as to not set the alarm off during this time frame. They were very professional.

I had a wonderful experience with Steve ** visit today. He is a kind man who is knowledgeable in his field and does a thorough job of making sure everything is working correctly. I feel confident with his work, which is important, since security and safety are the purpose of the visit and why we use Vector Security as our alarm company.

First Vector tech I've ever had any use for. Came on time and solved the problem. The positive rating is strictly for the tech that came today. Vector phone customer service doesn't even warrant one star. I've also had issues with a coded door lock that even though removed, is still giving me issues with a door.

Vector continues to withdraw payments from my checking account for an account that has ended. You refuse to terminate over the phone, and we haven't used your service in close to a year. I DEMAND a FULL REFUND for all funds withdrawn from my account since our contract expired!!!
