Bad service is bad. No has come out in over three months to fix my problem. This is very very bad. I can not keep a service that I am paying for and receiving this kinda service I will stop paying for something I am not receiving. I have called in and were told someone would call me to set an appointment for coming out two times and no one has called me yet when can I have someone to come out.

I had Vector for 10y. New one old house. We supposed to get a up but it was a downgrade. I cancel my service because they lie and I told them to end the service and they bill me for $3.777 because they didn’t do what was told to me about a upgrade.

Kevin was the ultimate install pro. He was at all times polite, considerate and helpful with his explanations of the camera install. Kevin went over the installation before and after to, make sure we were happy with it. My husband and I were impressed with Kevin's attention to detail. He represents your company very well.

The after sales service is very poor. Called more than 6 weeks ago for an issue with the panel malfunction and was told that was the earliest they could send someone. Called at least 5 times, spoke to various individuals, left voicemails with no response other than "wait your turn". In the meantime I could not use the system for over 6 weeks, was charged for the monthly service, and on top of it Vector sends an invoice for a fuel surcharge of $8. This is unacceptable. Vector should be refunding the monthly charge instead of sending me a new invoice.

When calling, always easy to get to a live person. Customer service personnel go out of their way to provide assistance and followup when scheduling, or getting me to the right technician when I need tech support. Tech support personnel are always very patient and helpful. Always prompt, courteous service all the way around!

Explained all new equipment to my understanding. Showed me on my phone and at the door, showed me how the camera is set up and how to set up around the view. Cleaned up his mess and overall install done in a timely fashion. Thank you for a great install and explanation of the equipment.

We have been Vector customer for many years. This is a new residence for us and updating and establishing the new service. We have worked with Tod ** for many years both residential and business service. Our technician for this install was fabulous--shout out to Curtis **! He even suggested some last minute ideas for add ons which we def took advantage of!

Our prior local security service (historically ranked as one of the very best in Richmond) disappointed us in many ways, so we looked for another option. Many neighbors have chosen Vector, so we asked for a proposal, which we obviously accepted. I must say we have never experienced personal attention and service in Richmond equal to that provided by Vector. Our installation was a bit complicated, but two of their service technicians stayed "on the job" until 8:00 pm, just to be sure all was complete before they left. In addition, their attention to detail was outstanding, they were extremely thoughtful and, in spite of the late hour, left everything in immaculate condition. In my opinion, Vector is by far the best security company we have used in over 35 years!

I had a Great experience. Appreciate the quick and professional response. I had an issue that was reported last week and Vector was here by Monday. Technician came out to upgrade my cell unit for the 3g towers being changed over. Nick did a great job and did a system check while there. Asked if I was able to use the system and app to get the most from my system. He offered other products Vector has. While vector's been good to me with pricing I have my own camera system so didn’t need to add more.

I had Vector at my other house and when I moved I wanted to stay with vector security. They were very friendly and made the process easy to work with schedule. Ended up upgrading to their newer model and looks great. Technician did an excellent job.

Large company with a long history.. This service call was needed so a motion sensor could be replaced. It failed. Service tech was great. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Customer service line needs a lot of improvement. Took a long time to get through.

I encountered an extreme amount of issues with the two previous companies. I then contacted Ben ** and enquired about Vector. He was awesome and did everything he said he would do. He then stated he would send the best install guy in your company and boy did he. Along came Kevin **, he was wonderful, extremely professional and very very neat. It was the first time my wife didn't ask "who was in my house". Kevin and Ben were both awesome to work with, I applaud both of them!!!

Trying to contact Vector by phone for customer service. Phone multiple calls not being answered or managed to anyone. Do not have a contact extension, just want to reach customer service. What if I had an emergency.... no one picks up. Robo call answering a big joke.. Tried 4 phone numbers. Same Robo answering. Once it even hung up on me...

We have had continual issues. Once the smoke alarm went off from a candle but no one even called. The prices went up and I called to discuss with no response. This isn’t the first time no one replied to issues. We are moving in the near future so we’ll disconnect service very soon. We were going to wait but with the increased rate it’s better to do it now. I don’t know how many messages to leave.

I've left numerous voicemails and made numerous phone calls. When I finally got connected to someone they told me they would call me back and never did. Worst customer service of all my utilities. On top of that you guys continue to charge me for equipment that I either don't have or was never installed during installation.

The Vector Security technician arrived to install our new security camera system. He was very friendly and professional. He installed four outside cameras and set up the indoor monitor. He completed these tasks within a day. He also showed us how to access the Vector Security website and mobile phone app. He was very knowledgeable about the work he performed and helpful in explaining how we use the system.

UPDATED 04/19/2022: 2 months ago after taking a week to speak to someone because calls never get answered, messages never get returned we canceled our security system. Oh and by the way our system has not been active for over a year. Well to my surprise I go to my mailbox the other day and there is a bill, after 1 hour being on hold today with Vector. We received no documentation about our service being stopped ever.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: We've never heard from them, power has been cut over 2 yrs due to home renovation and they have yet called to see why but we receive a bill like clockwork. Been trying to terminate but they don't answer.

Nicholas was kind and swift with the installation. Offered to help me out on learning how to use the alarm system as well ask answering all question I had to make sure I had the basic understanding of everything before he had left. In a past home ownership I had Vector. When I purchased my current home another home security service was installed. After 12 years and insensitive service, I have returned to Vector. David, the Vector installation technician, was kind, thoughtful, neat and extremely helpful. Natalie, the Vector salesperson, was a good listener and quickly helped to get a new system installed. I will be proud to refer neighbors to Vector.

The instructions on your website to clear the beeping are confusing and don't work to stop the noise. The issue is not for the customer to correct but for Vector to correct. This is a Vector tech problem that should not be the customer's responsibility to engage. Vector has that responsibility. Fix it. Your telephone response is equally poor.

Watch for bait and switch. I was told by the retention person I was signing for one more year. Turns out they say 3 years so I'm stuck with paying 6 more months of poor service. Seniors be extra careful.

We already had Vector security. We got an upgrade with cameras. We only have one remote that is operational. We have contacted the salesperson and installer and still have not been satisfied. All we ask for is that our second remote be programed so we can use it.

I had an appointment today for an security system upgrade. I was given appointment today between 9:00-11:00 am. Nobody show up or called. It was a big inconvenience because I had to work so my sister had to stay here and nobody called. I choose Vector because I was told that with me being active duty military there would be no penalty if I had to cancel service with them if I received PCS orders…a detail that they declined to tell me was that it is only if you are selling the house! I’m now being told if I want to cancel I will have to pay over $2k. Military members I recommend you find a more accommodating security company that can respect our constantly moving lifestyle.

I went had called on Monday 2/28/22 to speak to a sales representative, someone responded to me and told me she has forwarded an email with my phone number and that the person will be call me shortly; as I send this email today Friday 3/3/22, 3 days after, I am yet to receive a call. I had mentioned to the person I spoke to that I wanted additional surveillance cameras around my home. Vector Security as a whole is a very dependable and reliable organization and that is why I have remained with them for almost 13 years. Every so often you come across some sloppy representative who don't really care. I will appreciate it someone can look into this.

Two important features for us are not working properly and never did. First the cameras are not consistent in picking up activity. This is very frustrating being if we want to capture activity of importance there’s no guarantee that will happen. Second the alert system on the main unit letting us know when doors or windows open is never consistent as well. So in the middle of the night or other time, if we don’t have the alarm set and we’re looking to hear a door chime or window chime letting us know there is activity, there’s no guarantee this is going to happen. In fact it hardly EVER works. I guess this is the huge disadvantage of our previous hardwired system against a Wi-Fi system… Waste of money…

Having been a Vector customer since you were American Alert, when I built my new home, it was an easy choice to go with Vector. In early February I started receiving calls from the monitoring center that my smoke detectors were not reporting although there was nothing shown on my control panel. It was determined that the panel should be replaced. The short version is that your technician arrived at 4:40 PM on 2/11 and spent over three hours on the replacement but could not finish all of the work. 2/11 being a Friday, I waited until 2/14 to find out when this work would be completed. I was given an appointment of 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on 1/28. At 4:10 I called to find when/if a technician was coming and was told there was nothing scheduled for service at my address. Now I have an appointment for 3/11 between 8:00 AM and Noon. At that time my security system will not have been fully functional for four weeks. I am NOT a happy camper.

I was told that when I signed up the service agreement would cover any parts that go bad including coming to change the batteries. I have had the service agreement to 11 years (paid almost $3,300), and now find out you do not replace the batteries including the back up battery according to the service girl I spoke to. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Chose this service based on the recommendation from a neighbor. Service has been spotty to say the least since the system has been installed but especially in the last week or so. My alarm system has gone off twice in the last week and never received a call from the monitoring service. Good thing it was not an actual emergency! Will definitely be changing service especially once my contract expires.

The camera capture things and send them to my phone after eight minutes. It’s not instant that’s why I’m not really satisfied. Takes a long time for me to get my images to my phone. I have upgraded my phone like I was told. I’ve done a lot of things that I was told to do at the house and it still takes forever for images to get to my phone.

I’ve called literally 6 times in the past 7 months and have emailed as well for a lawn sign. And I have received nothing. It’s amazing. A big company like Vector can’t even get me a lawn sign. The next time we have our HOA meeting with the 619 homes in the community I can let all know that a simple request can’t even get done properly. My bills are paid on time. I’m not asking so much all I want is a new sign. That’s it. Please respond.

I wish there was a senior discount. The prices just went up. More importantly, a lit candle set off Vector’s fire alarm without notification from the company. Also, a battery needed replaced. When I called I was instructed to replace the fire alarm battery but it was the motion detector. I am strongly considering canceling.

I realized after posting this review that the majority of issues I had wasn't with the company itself but the authorized dealer that I obtained the services through. I have since spoken with Vector and they have gone above and beyond to acknowledge what I went through with the dealer and to resolve the issues caused by the dealer. The services provided by Vector never failed. I received notices on their app when anything happened in the home. I received calls if the code was entered incorrectly or if an alarm was tripped. That service was always Stellar. I am updating this to a 4 star as they provided excellent service that gave me with security I desired in my home but did have some communication issues between them and the dealer - my advice avoid the dealers and secure your service from the company directly!

My experience as a 1st time home buyer was I was taken advantage of by this company and now they will not go away. The products rarely worked. They give you the run around when you want to change or cancel services. They put devices in locations I specifically told them I did not want them then wanted to charge me to move them. I have since sold that property but they still REFUSE to cancel my services!

Had a defective smoke alarm. Don replaced the defective piece and actually was willing to move the alarm away to a location in the ceiling that we preferred. Don has been here before and has always been courteous, professional, and efficient. Despite some inefficiencies we have experienced with your back office operations, we have stayed with Vector because of the service techs like Don.

Once you sign up you cannot cancel! Even if you're moving out of state and will not longer be a home owner. We are selling our home in SC and moving into an apartment while we build a new home in Florida. But since I still have 6 months left on this contract I have to pay it all upfront! They can't just cancel it!! Don't bother signing up!! The cameras are slow, if something goes wrong with one of the cameras they take weeks to come fix it.

We have been with Vector for over 10 years. Recently, after having contractors in our home, our transformer, which powers the security system had disappeared. We called customer service and asked to have it replaced. They gave us a service date 3 weeks out! This means we will have been without a security system for almost a month. Our contract will be expiring in a few months. We will NOT be renewing our contract with Vector security. We may even just pay the fee to release us from the contract. Very disappointed!

We were having trouble getting our business alarm to set due to some connectors needing aligned. We called twice over a one week period to get service - with no response. I called the 3rd time and got Laura. She helped me bypass the areas needing attention so I could set the alarm - and she followed up with me to make sure that the alarm set correctly. Laura saved the day! If we would have spoken to Laura on our first call, would give 5 stars.

Vector Security called me and scheduled an appointment for a system upgrade. I took a day off of work to be home for the technician to come and complete the upgrade but the technician never showed. Upon calling him this evening, he stated that Vector should’ve reached out to me because they did not have the panel necessary for the system upgrade. I took a day off of work to be here for an appointment that Vector scheduled and no one from Vector reached out to inform me that the panel was not available for today’s install and I spoke to the scheduling rep three days ago. In a time where trying to keep customers should be a higher priority, you would think communication would be much better than it was. I am an unhappy customer to say the least! Terrible customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I chose ADT at first. They went up on their monitoring service, so I switched to Vector Security. Big mistake! The service from what I have, especially the Doorbell Camera is spotty or nonexistent. The cellular app seldom works and the neighborhood cats keep the file full of worthless videos. I have had techs out to correct or tweak the system but, that has not helped. Don't waste your money on this alarm system. Just as a side note..AJ, our always responding service tech, know each other on a first name basis. He does fix our continual problems. Thanks AJ.

Have not been able to get through to Customer Service for 2 days. Issue is continuous Chime beeping, which might be a battery problem. When I tried to create online account to see if I could possibly get through to someone or resolve issue online, it requires information from the tear off portion of our last bill, which of course I don't have because it is sent in with each payment!

February 01, 2022 my neighbor notified me that my home alarm was going off for about 15 minutes which I never received a call from Vector Security Monitoring Company. I departed my job to come home and inspect my property and returned to work and called the Vector Security Company inquiring why I didn’t get a call from them directly which the representative elevated my inquire to management to call me back regarding the issue and no one called me back as of 9:40 pm while writing this complaint. Vector is supposed to provide protect my property and they are not. I paid them for services since which I’m not receiving. I purchased my home in 2005 and I’m very dissatisfied this type of service.

It was a very good experience starting with Lori ** answering the phone and personally making sure that I was connected to the right people to get this taken care of quickly and with little to no issues. Next I spoke with Frank a sales rep. I don't particularly care for Frank. He wasn't pleasant to talk to at all and told me I was interrupting his lunch. He's pushy and his choice of verbiage wasn't good. In my opinion no one should be talked to in this manner let alone a disabled veteran.
After the Frank fiasco Lori put me in touch with Toni ** who was pleasant to work with and treated me with utmost respect as did Lori. Next is Dawn ** who worked with my schedule to find someone to work an odd hour so that I may continue to work (which I work roughly 12 hrs a day and a 1hr ride each way: total 14hrs). Also very respectful and easy to work with. That brings us to Scott the installer. Very efficient and very clean in his work. Has a great knowledge of the product and walked me through it and was able to answer every question I had. Great guy.
One thing I must say is that I feel all these people that I have had to work with should be given a raise. Scott needs one because he wore that mask the entire time he was here and I didn't see him take a mask break once. I wasn't watching him work but you notice people moving around the house and even when he was alone he had that thing on. The ladies all of them should get one because they managed to keep me with Vector even though I had had it with this company and believe me an angry old soldier isn't the easiest to deal with. Just ask Lori. I may be angry however I am always respectful and never belittle people in the process.
Now to Frank. The conversation started out normal and polite until I told him something that was told to me by one of the aforementioned ladies, I'm sorry I can't remember which one at this time, and he laughed and me told me he wasn't sure where I got my information and basically called me a liar and reminded me that I was interrupting his lunch. So with him I would probably recommend terminating him. I know if one of my employees talked like this to any one of my clients the way he did I would terminate them that day. We have had Vector for years. The reason we chose Vector was that being new to this area, we noticed many other homes using Vector Security. However, we were never given a certificate showing coverage and we had been told it was for burglary and fire and apparently, we were misinformed. There is no fire protecting but mention of heat sensor.

We have called several times since July to have my Cameras and app fixed so we can use what we PAY for. We are always told someone will call back and they NEVER DO! I have paid for services that we can't use since JULY 2021. I called yesterday, gave my work phone number, and still have not heard from Management on our complaint. This is outrageous of a company!

For a week now, we have been trying to deactivate a smoke sensor we no longer need and is no longer mounted, but the Vector Security manager has refused to do it. We own the system and it is in our home. It is our decision on which sensors to activate or not. The alarm randomly beeps during all hours of the the day since the smoke sensor is not mounted. It is very annoying to everyone in the family. I have tried to contact the manager directly but have been unsuccessful. Please can someone help expedite this?

It took hours on the phone on 3 different days, being transferred to 'the wrong department' 4 times, 2 emails, 1 contact form filled out attempting to cancel our services - all ignored until finally I was able to reach a human at the cancellation department. It should not be that difficult and I should not have to call/contact this many different ways. When I finally reached someone in the cancellation department I was met with a feeling that my frustration was not her problem and she didn't care. All the more reason to cancel and not recommend Vector for anything. Fingers crossed it's actually cancelled this time but I don't have a feeling it's finally going to be resolved. Beyond frustrated.

Vector part of our POA. Service was excellent but worker didn’t wear a mask nor did he ask if we were comfortable if he didn’t (we surely were not happy). With Covid not controlled, a mask should be mandatory for your employees.

Please BEWARE of this security company. They are nothing but fraud. Got me into a 3 year contract when I bought my home without my knowledge. Just a week after I moved in, called their customer care to cancel but was told I could not and that I would have to pay the remainder of the contract. They took me to collections and the agency harassed and threatened me day and night until I could not take it no more. Collections told me to pay $2400. I had to plead and beg before they could reduce the amount. I ended up paying $1650 for a service I never used at all.

We have been with Vector Security for 20 years and have been extremely happy with the prompt, efficient service that we have received over the years. For over two months I have been calling trying to upgrade my service that I have had for 5 years. I have called over 5x and everyone tells me that the rep for my area will call me I'm now deciding to switch to a new alarm service provider and will be canceling service with Vector.

My security system operates over cellular service. My system needed to be upgraded as the G3 cell service is being discontinued. The technician showed up to do the upgrade but didn't have the proper connector. So he was unable to do the job. The connector was ordered. Two months later the connector was supposedly in and the visit rescheduled for January 11th between noon and 4 p.m. Nobody showed up. At 4 p.m. I called and was told that the appointment had been move to January 5th without any notification. I was told that a call had been placed and a message left with my farm manager but he says he never received the call and clearly never talked to anyone. This is the worst service I can imagine. How can any company move a service appointment FORWARD without ever getting confirmation from the customer. I have had Vector for over ten years but am looking at other options.

While the hardware and installation were excellent, the after-sale support has been non-existent. My emails have been ignored. My calls to "service" haven't been returned. I scheduled service and stayed home to meet them, then no one showed up. According to the alarm.com app and console, I have more than a dozen (!!) outstanding issues in my system which I can't resolve. Unacceptable.

I used to be able to call to have the batteries changed for all the devices within a week of low battery signals. Last time I called they told me it would be over a month. I ended up having to go out and buy them and change them myself. Changing out the batteries has always been an included service but now I’m having to pay additional money and do it myself. If the service doesn’t improve I’ll likely switch as it does not appear they have the staff on board to support their customers.

I have moved to a new address out of state. I cancelled two separate accounts I held with you. The business account required I pay an additional $$ which I paid but felt very unfair! DSH Firearms in Tallahassee, Florida was cancelled in the Spring of 2021. The home account has still not been properly cancelled. The billing department (Lynn) called me today. I explained the account was cancelled several months ago and I received an email. Latasha said she would email me another cancellation email in 5 minutes an hour ago. I still have not received it. I just filled out ANOTHER cancellation notice online and received an email back. I do not believe in leaving bad reviews online but I may make an exception if this isn't resolved ASAP.

Called today (1/3/22)...Was told that first available date is 1/14...That is ridiculous...What is the point of paying over $100 per year and having to wait 2 weeks when part of the system is down? Also the phone person was not pleasant plus we had to wait a long time for the call back. Shouldn't those on prepaid contracts get priority?

Camera design allows download of recorded photos, but not of recorded video. Instead, you have to get a ladder or boom lift to retrieve the sd card from the camera to review an event. Would I purchase? No way / Fail. / Deal breaker.

We had a brand new security alarm system installed on December 4th, 2021, by Vector Security in Poughkeepsie, NY. About a week after the installation, one of the window alarms did not function. We called the company and during a very busy time of the year, they were able to talk to one of their young technicians, OSMOND, about this issue. Osmond was very kind enough to volunteer and in spite of his busy schedule, took the time to go out of his way and come over to our house early morning and correct the issue.
Osmond is a polite, courteous and respectful individual, who was very competent. He not only replaced the defective alarm, he then tested everything in the system, explained how the alarm system worked, put signs outside the home and did a superb job all-around! We hope, Vector Security will recognize Osmond! Customer service is a critical component of any business and Osmond demonstrated how important it is to step in and take care of customers even when schedules get very busy! Service person came on Saturday Dec 18th to service my alarm because of a problem with signal not reaching the tower. Error 103 check long range.... unfortunate he was unable to fix problem because he couldn't test system because Vector office was closed or so he said. Called Vector early Monday Morning 12/20. Unable to get service until Jan 5th which is more than 2 weeks later. This in unacceptable especially since I have no monitoring which is a service I am paying for, and this is not a new ticket problem, it's a problem they were. Called to fix and couldn't..

This is the third installation using Vector and reasons why we have returned are mainly for the service. Kevin was the main reason we returned to VECTOR. He was the installer on our second camera system and the installation was totally seamless. On this totally new project Kevin not only did such a wonderful install but the amount of time he spent with us explaining the system was such an invaluable asset to both Terri and me. This was my first experience with any security provider. It was interesting. A very personable and friendly rep helped us decide our needs. No overselling, just good counseling. The installer did a good job. That said, installation was scheduled quicker than I expected, which is good. HOWEVER once installed, we were quickly introduced to the system. Too quickly. MUCH too quickly. Quickly as in “I gotta be somewhere else. Good luck with that thing.” Because of that, total confusion rained down the minute we tried to get familiar with the system on our own.
The extremely loud motion detector went off, a monitor rep started asking for a code that we were never given, so she hung up And called the authorities while we’re all but ready to take a hammer to the thing. We had no idea how to stop it. Yes we WERE freaking out. Next, the police showed up and saw the confusion so he tried to help. It was a mess—-and I’m being kind using that description. Luckily, my daughter was listed as an emergency contact and set up a three-way call that included a Vector rep. After a few minutes of sheer terror and deafness the rep told us how to shut the system off. My daughter was directed to a website that more or less explained the basics. Basic enough that we could get in and out without the cops being called.
We’ve had the system almost a month now and we’re still being given conflicting information regarding how to make sure we can feel secure. Communications workshops that brings together all the installers, the reps and the service department need an overhaul so that EVERY new customer fully understands the FULL capabilities and limitations of the system they just purchased. Believe me, this ain’t a “plug and play” system. It is a good system (so far) and compared to some other companies, Vector scores quite well. On the plus side, the folks at the office are helpful, courteous, and caring.
Would I recommend Vector? Yes I would. BUT only under the condition that everyone involved in the project is on the same page about operating it. If there IS an instructional help booklet, I didn’t get one. If you employ Vector, Once the installer is done, if he/she is not willing to take as much time as YOU need to understand its operation—-including giving you the voice code— get your money back. “Go to the website and you’ll learn” is NOT acceptable for a $4,000 (plus monthly monitoring fees) security system. Eventually, Vector went out of their way to answer my questions and help. They are courteous and friendly. But having been one who has taught successful marketing and 5 star customer service to large companies for years, the way things turned out for me during this venture ain’t no way to run an airline. I may be that rare exception. But I’m just telling it like it happened to me.

I want to be the first to say I have very hard on this company in the past on reviews. The issue was my over 30 year old system! Finally, it was time to give it up. The Vector experience from sales to the new install was all 5 star. It has been a very good experience and system is working perfect.

Most incompetent company, of any kind, that we have dealt with. Installed a defective system that has repeated false alarms. Police and Fire department repeatedly and erroneously dispatched to our house. Terrible customer service who do not know how to address/fix the situation. Company manager repeatedly promised to call, but never has.

I shouldn’t have chosen Vector. I strongly advise renters and active duty families to avoid Vector. I’m a renter and my husband is active duty. We moved (again) and were sent a steep bill even after disclosing our circumstances and requesting a payment plan to ease our already tight financial situation. Ellen at our local office was friendly but incredibly unhelpful. All of the tech-install-service team members that came out were always fantastic.

Very upset with lack of service. System is not working. Was not called concerning alarm that went off. Did not have correct contact information and have not been called back by the company. Will never refer them to anyone. This form does not allow me to say what I would really like to refer to poor customer service. We have confidential, priority information.

I chose Vector because my cousin has had for many years. Since installation of cameras four technicians have come to correct problem and I’m waiting on tech 5 to come to fix. This should not be still happening. Are the cameras defective?

Prior homeowner had it already. So easier to continue what was already here at the time. Today was installation & installer was courteous & knowledgeable. He was training another. He didn't replace all equipment because would have disrupted walls/paint etc. Taught me how to use system.

We had a good experience with local installer. Like that the whole neighborhood had a contract. Made it very affordable. Customer service on the phone was good though there were usually wait times. The hardest part about the service has been canceling it.

We have had Vector Security since 2012 or 2013. No problem with security however we have asked several times to install fire alarms and always get promised but are never contacted to make installment date. We have also talked to Vector about outside security and never get a, "Yes we have it" or "No we don't."

Vector Security is part of our HOA contracts. They have no customer service after they enter the community and install their equipment. You have to wait weeks for an appointment and even if they are on your block for another resident will not come in to fix your problem.

This company has no one to answer the phones. Searching y’all online is dang near impossible because of all the different numbers and I have not had my system hooked up in over two years and y’all have been charging me. Not once received a call wondering why my system is not even on!

I have a doorbell camera that will NOT show an image at night until they are actually pulling my door open. You cannot see the yard, and definitely not the street. I cannot even see the person come up the steps and I only have 3 steps. This is ridiculous. They will not come out to remove the camera but wants to continue to charge me for something I cannot use. Spoke with Supervisor and he was o help at all. Terrible company. Try AT &T. They have way better more professional, understanding and customer relations service. This was in the home when I got it so I just kept it. BAD MISTAKE.

Jason arrived on time and did a very thorough job, testing everything carefully. He was pleasant, competent, efficient, friendly, and thorough. It was a pleasure with him.
