We just had our basement floor done by TSR, out of central Iowa. Ethan, the sales rep was knowledgeable and scheduled our project promptly. It was right before Christmas so we requested it be after the New Year, January 6th was agreed upon. John, Jason, and another young man were on time and very pleasant. We are thrilled with the results! The pricing was fair.

On January 19 2023, TSR Concrete Coatings coated our driveway, carport and front walkway. It looked very nice at first, and then the tire tracks started appearing on the driveway and carport. I was not happy, but I kept washing them off and it was a constant battle. In the early summer of 2025, we noticed that the coating was peeling up on both corners of our drive, so I called the company and was told that they were no longer in business in Arizona, and they had no one here to honor the warranty. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told someone would call me the next day, and no one did.
I called another number a few days later, and again I asked for a supervisor, and no one returned my call. I told them that we had a limited lifetime Warranty and I was told "too bad, there was nothing they could do". We had to hire another company to completely redo our drive, carport and patio, and they told me they have had to redo many of TSR's jobs in the Phoenix area after they skipped town. We sent the info to the location in Illinois, but they are ignoring our requests for a refund.
