I cleared both rooms of small stuff to make it easier on my install team. They arrived and showed me the flooring they were going to install. When I agreed -/ boom they got to work!! They started removing my two bedrooms' furniture so effortlessly. I was amazed at the way they did this. They started with my master bedroom and in no time, the old carpet and padding was out in my front yard. They both worked together in a wonderful way. I could tell that they had a system and in no time -/ they had my newly chosen strips of beautiful looking wood to me hahaha- down on my master bedroom floor. Then they placed my furniture so carefully back into my room. Amazing I said, as I watched. They took mini breaks and continued with the second bedroom. They repeated these steps .

I could not believe how fast they could finish two bedrooms in just a couple of hours. I went in and checked my two bedrooms and I was amazed at how beautiful the floors looked!! It opened up the whole house with clean, brand new beautiful floors!! My dreams had come true!! It’s really true- this is what I call Express Flooring!! You got to see it for yourself!! They cleaned up all the old carpet and padding. They left my front yard immaculate!! 😊😊😎😎 I highly recommend this company!! Thank you very much!! Louise G.

I had hardwood laminate floors put in on my mudroom, my sunroom, my kitchen, my dining room, my living room, my hallway, and my bathroom. I used Express Flooring because their cost and quality were 80% better compared with the other brands I checked. The beginning of the installation was rough. When the salesman came out, he told me that a team would be coming out to my house. The only thing I had to move was my knickknacks and they would be moving all of the furniture, the washer dryer, and stuff like that. So, I didn't have to worry. Their team consisted of one man. So, the first day, my daughter and I ended up helping move furniture and help do that stuff.

The second day, he brought out somebody else with him. So, there were two people. Once he had two people there, it was great. So, the salesman promoted it bigger to me, but lesser to the company. So, they thought it was a one-man job when there was no way one man was gonna be able to do it. But once he got a second person there, it was really fast. They were very clean. They took away the old flooring, and gave me the 50-year warranty. They did all the things that they were supposed to do. The quality of work performed was exceptional.

Our new flooring is fantastic. It was the best decision ever. When I bought my home, they had carpet in the dining room. I have 11 kids in my house. Carpet in the dining room does not work. They told me to keep our new flooring swept and not let water sit on it for days. It's waterproof, but it's only waterproof for like if you spill something and clean it up. And then to clean it, all I need is vinegar and water. This experience is life changing, when you have 11 kids in your house, and my house is high traffic, no matter which door you come through. And then putting the flooring down the hallway to the kids' wing where the four bedrooms are and the bathroom is, there's not a scuff on it. There's not a mark on it. I've had it for months now. It looks just like when they installed it already. It's only been a few months, but it still looks good. I really like that it looks clean all the time and that my robot vacuum can clean it while I'm sleeping.

My experience with Express Flooring was fantastic. My daughter initially recommended them after seeing an advertisement, and I decided to give them a call since my floors were in dire need of an update. I had carpet that had been in place for over 20 years. After contacting them, they promptly came out to provide an estimate, and I found their service to be seamless.

I opted for luxury vinyl flooring which was installed throughout the entire house, including the bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, hallways, and closets. My daughter handled the initial interactions with the sales representative, as I had a personal matter to attend to at the time. However, I was present during the installation.

The installation process was impressive. It only took them two days. They started at 10 in the morning and finished by 5:30 or 6 in the evening each day. The team was very professional, punctual, and efficient. They moved all the furniture and ensured everything was in place. We did a walkthrough inspection together after they completed the job, and they assured me that if I identified any issues, they would be promptly addressed, but everything was perfect from the start.

I am thrilled with the quality of work they provided and would definitely recommend Express Flooring to friends and family. They delivered exactly as promised, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

We had a really tremendous conversation with the gentleman who came and showed us the floors from Express Flooring. He was very respectful. We asked him if he could wait outside so we could talk amongst ourselves, and he had no problem with that. We decided to go ahead and purchase the floors, and then their contracting team came and they worked on the floors for six days. The only thing that we had a problem with was that they didn't speak English, and it was very hard to converse with them because we weren't prepared. I didn't have a translator. I understand some Spanish, and I do speak some Spanish, but not enough to do for business dealings.

We didn't know when they were coming. We didn't know what time they would be done. We didn't know how they were going to work through the house. And so it was just very disconcerting. And then they did break a piece of our furniture and they didn't tell us. It was off of an antique desk. We were just told that we had to take and move everything off of all the surfaces and out, and so we rented a pod, got everything in there. But they told us that we could leave our furniture in the house. and the people who did the floors would move the furniture around and everything so they could get the floors done.

They did do that, and they did put it back. Just the only thing was that I was very concerned that they weren't gonna do the bathroom, because the first day, it was three gentlemen, and then the next day, it was one gentleman. And then the next following day, it was two. I just couldn't talk to them, because I tried talking to them. And they tried back. But there was definitely a language barrier. But they did a wonderful job. It looks fantastic. I'm very happy with the floors. I’d tell my friends that if they wanted to get their floors done, they should go through Express Flooring.

Phillippe and his father worked really well together to put my flooring down. Each knew what they had to do to prepare the next step. They took all my furniture out of the living room and put it in my carport right behind my place. They both knew what they were doing. Getting ready took a little bit, but the kid was laying it and the dad was coming back and finishing the little boards and doing stuff and taking up all the old linoleum in my kitchen and my bathroom. They were good guys. They worked with me and let me clean before they laid stuff down, and I loved it. They let me do a lot of cleaning, but they were both busy while I was doing that. They'd pull stuff out and let me go to work.

The only thing is after the father lifted my old square tile flooring in the kitchen, his hands were black. He needed to wash his hands. My kitchen sink is right here. But when they put on the white, he went around on his knees and put in the white finishing board on the bottom, but I've already wiped those off. Other than that, they did really well. The installation was great.

I love the flooring. I look at it in awe. It's vinyl, but they called it luxury plank. I got big wide planks. The kid staggered it all and it looks gorgeous. Everybody that's coming to my condo is taking pictures. In fact, a neighbor got a sample little piece so he can try and put it in his place. I've got three bedrooms here, but they're packed full of my mother's stuff, which I'm cleaning out. I'm gonna have Express Flooring come back in and put the same flooring. They have the contract for what I got. I loved Express Flooring. The designer got me a super deal. It was almost like a contractor's price.

Unfortunately, I had a rather poor experience with Express Flooring, and cannot recommend them. Buyers Beware! My husband and I bought a home in Henderson, and planned to move there from North Las Vegas. As soon as we applied to get pre-qualified, we started getting stacks of letters and flyers from various vendors, offering us deals on things like solar, pet control, and landscaping. Express Flooring was one of the local companies that sent us an advertisement about their services. We did check their reviews, but obviously not as thoroughly as we should have.

Once we called them, they were very eager to send out someone to give us an estimate on flooring for most of the house. The woman who I met with didn’t tell me until I had already signed the contract, but she didn’t even work for Express Flooring! She was “an independent contractor in interior design.” I don’t really understand how their system works, if she got a percentage of our contracted amount, or was paid some other form of commission. But I would much rather have been dealing with an employee of the company.

While shopping for a home, I quickly became familiar with the phrase “luxury vinyl plank.” It seemed like most of the houses in our price range had this. Honestly, I would have preferred tile, but the salesperson talked me into the luxury vinyl plank product, saying it was exactly what she had in her own home (yes, I know, I was unbelievably gullible).

We were able to arrange an installation date just a few days after escrow closed, to facilitate our move-in. The whole interior was painted first, to avoid getting any drips on the new flooring. I had new baseboards delivered to the house, and made arrangement with the painter to paint them after he did the interior, and then the Express Flooring people were supposed to install them.

The Express Flooring team did not keep me updated with their progress, so I wasn’t able to let the painter know to go paint the baseboards. I was still living and working in North Las Vegas at the time, so couldn’t drive to Henderson on a daily basis. Instead, the flooring team just went ahead and put in the unpainted baseboards without asking. The painter came by to paint them, and called me to say that they weren’t in the garage anymore – they were on the walls! He was able to paint them in place, but charged me an extra $450 to mask and prep everything, when he could’ve just sprayed them in the garage.

When I called Express Flooring to complain, it took me three calls to get any response. The customer service representative gave me a discount off the remaining balance, but not the entire amount that the painter charged me. I then had the house cleaned, and when I checked the housecleaner’s work, the floors looked terrible. She said that she had only used warm water on the floors; she had been afraid to use any chemicals since I told her the floors were brand new. But there was a sort of filmy residue over the floor from the installation. I called Express Flooring again, because no one had given me any instructions about how to care for the floors. I was advised to use Bona cleaning products for vinyl floors.

After using that stuff, the floors didn’t look much better. I can’t really recommend Bona, either. But since I cleaned them myself, I was able to really check out my new floors. I was angry to find many, many places where the adhesive had apparently oozed out during the installation. It caused dozens (hundreds?) of places where it looked dirty and sticky.

I called Express Flooring three times before the movers came, asking for them to come out and fix the problem they had created. Every time I called Customer Service, they assured me someone would call back, but no one ever did. I also let them know that a piece of molding had been removed from under a cabinet, but not replaced, and I wanted that fixed. Since I never heard from them again, I guess I’ll have to pay a handyman to try to put some kind of wood trim there.

After my third call, the movers came and brought in all of our furniture, boxes, etc. It is now much too late for the adhesive residue to be cleaned by these so-called professionals – IF I could ever trust them in my home again. Now, just two months after our installation, there are already gaps between many of the plank sections. The original saleswoman had told me that this only happens with low-quality materials, or poor installation. Apparently I got both from Express Flooring, and paid over $11,000 for it.

I am so upset by the results of Express Flooring and how poorly they treat their subcontractors. The project was over time by a week, they tore up my walls and when the subcontractors tried to get a hold of me, they were told by express flooring that my contact was not available which is not true. Furthermore, they were suppose to have a 5 person crew and only 2 men came the first 5 days and told me that the other members were on another job. How did express flooring expect them to finish in time? They broke all my baseboards when putting in my new tile, and had to replace them, in the process they badly damaged my walls. Now it will need to be repainted and redone. I wish I would have used a different company. They have caused so much damage to my home.

Ago. New. Not sure. I hired Express Flooring to install laminate flooring. They started September 2nd. When they took off my baseboards they left all the nails sticking up, they knew I had pets. What if you have small children 😡. My brother in Law came over to my home and removed all the nails and put the boards outside where they belong. In my master bedroom they used a cardboard box to cover up a soft spot. They also replaced my toilet. They installed it on a rotten sloped floor so it wasn’t level or even bolted down. I reported it and they came back a week later to lift it and fix the floor, they didn’t replace the seal after it was lifted and installed. It’s been a nightmare for me.

My toilet wasn’t flushing correctly because you need to replace the wax seal every time you lift a toilet. They did not. Again I reported it to Jairon to the project manager and he told me they will be back to put a new wax seal. A week later they came without the wax seal. Installer lifted my toilet and it was all backed up with Shit!!! They didn’t want anything to do with it so I had to take a putty knife and dig it all out. It was all clogged up. Then I had to go to Atwoods to buy a new seal.

It was their unprofessional work that caused all this. They also backed their van up into my outside light and didn’t even have the decency to tell me or even an apology. My brother in Law has been in construction for 30 plus years, he said they were trying to take the easy way out. I do not recommend express flooring, they will take advantage of you if they think they can get away with it. It was a 3 day insulation as I was told, and it took them 3 weeks. BEWARE 😡.

These people are horrendous to work with. They installed the wrong flooring and insisted that it is the one that I ordered even after I provided photo proof that it's not. The installer broke furniture that shouldn't have even been touched. They messed with the foundation in areas that they should not have causing a problem with my cabinets being installed. They lie and lie and lie and do nothing to make customers satisfied. If you know the term blowing smoke up a customer's behind, you understand how this company works. They take no responsibility for anything. I've spent close to 2 months trying to get this resolved and I'm still getting nowhere. I've dealt with people hanging up on me talking down to me and belittling my opinion or concerns. Give your money to any other company. If you do choose these people be prepared for absolute chaos.
