The second day, he brought out somebody else with him. So, there were two people. Once he had two people there, it was great. So, the salesman promoted it bigger to me, but lesser to the company. So, they thought it was a one-man job when there was no way one man was gonna be able to do it. But once he got a second person there, it was really fast. They were very clean. They took away the old flooring, and gave me the 50-year warranty. They did all the things that they were supposed to do. The quality of work performed was exceptional.

Our new flooring is fantastic. It was the best decision ever. When I bought my home, they had carpet in the dining room. I have 11 kids in my house. Carpet in the dining room does not work. They told me to keep our new flooring swept and not let water sit on it for days. It's waterproof, but it's only waterproof for like if you spill something and clean it up. And then to clean it, all I need is vinegar and water. This experience is life changing, when you have 11 kids in your house, and my house is high traffic, no matter which door you come through. And then putting the flooring down the hallway to the kids' wing where the four bedrooms are and the bathroom is, there's not a scuff on it. There's not a mark on it. I've had it for months now. It looks just like when they installed it already. It's only been a few months, but it still looks good. I really like that it looks clean all the time and that my robot vacuum can clean it while I'm sleeping.

We didn't know when they were coming. We didn't know what time they would be done. We didn't know how they were going to work through the house. And so it was just very disconcerting. And then they did break a piece of our furniture and they didn't tell us. It was off of an antique desk. We were just told that we had to take and move everything off of all the surfaces and out, and so we rented a pod, got everything in there. But they told us that we could leave our furniture in the house. and the people who did the floors would move the furniture around and everything so they could get the floors done.

They did do that, and they did put it back. Just the only thing was that I was very concerned that they weren't gonna do the bathroom, because the first day, it was three gentlemen, and then the next day, it was one gentleman. And then the next following day, it was two. I just couldn't talk to them, because I tried talking to them. And they tried back. But there was definitely a language barrier. But they did a wonderful job. It looks fantastic. I'm very happy with the floors. I’d tell my friends that if they wanted to get their floors done, they should go through Express Flooring.

The only thing is after the father lifted my old square tile flooring in the kitchen, his hands were black. He needed to wash his hands. My kitchen sink is right here. But when they put on the white, he went around on his knees and put in the white finishing board on the bottom, but I've already wiped those off. Other than that, they did really well. The installation was great.

I love the flooring. I look at it in awe. It's vinyl, but they called it luxury plank. I got big wide planks. The kid staggered it all and it looks gorgeous. Everybody that's coming to my condo is taking pictures. In fact, a neighbor got a sample little piece so he can try and put it in his place. I've got three bedrooms here, but they're packed full of my mother's stuff, which I'm cleaning out. I'm gonna have Express Flooring come back in and put the same flooring. They have the contract for what I got. I loved Express Flooring. The designer got me a super deal. It was almost like a contractor's price.

I was impressed that the workers had a plan. They knew exactly what they were gonna do when they did it. The salesman told me it was gonna take three days but normally, the workers would do it in two. I had only moved enough furniture for a day and the worker told me they were probably gonna finish it that day because they don't have to take up tile. They were just removing the carpet so, it was a little bit faster. They came at about noon and worked until 8 o'clock that night. They came back the next day at about 1 o'clock and it was through at about 5:30. After the floor was done, they walked me through. They told me not to use any chemicals on the tile and to use water and maybe two caps of vinegar. So, I bought the Swiffer that's made for this and it's been doing a great job on it.

The only thing that I would have a complaint about was the trim on the floor. I understood somebody had to break it to knock off the wall but it was my understanding that they were supposed to have pieces to replace that. After I walked around, it looked like they replaced it like a puzzle. So, I didn't like the trim around the floor too much. Still, the quality of the work was superb. I'm pleased with it as well as how the representatives ran the business.

When the rep came in, it wasn't to break the bank. He expressed one of the discounts and told me he was not there to try to make a profit. I was looking at paying way more than what I paid, so the pay for the work was superb. We ran into a little communication issue though. The workers spoke very little English and were asking me things. But I couldn't fully understand what they were trying to ask me. There was a language barrier but we were trying to understand each other. We just had to sit up and figure each other out. They did a good job and the experience was wonderful. I love it.

We had the flooring of three bedrooms done, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and two spare bedrooms with their closets. On installation day, Empress Flooring's reps were on time. They moved the furniture, started doing their thing, and they were outstanding. Two gentlemen and a supervisor came out for the installation. The first day, they arrived at 10:00 and that was when they told us they'd be there at 10:0. My dad's 87 and I asked them if they could do his room first so I could get him back into his room to sleep that night. And they did. They got everything done.

They had to take off that stuff that's at the bottom of the floor that runs around the wall which are like side boards that run down at the bottom of your wall to your flooring. Then they put new ones in. The next day, they came early as they promised and they got one of the bedrooms done. Then they started on the next bedroom and once they pulled up the carpet, they found that there were cracked tiles. And because this house was built in the 60s, it had some of that asbestos black masking glue so they had to stop there. I then called the remediation company, and they came out and had to fix that. The remediation company reps were there at about six o'clock that morning and they were done at 8:00. They immediately sent me a clearance letter via my email. I called the supervisor from Express Flooring and he said they could come out at 10:00. They came out at 10:00 and they finished it that day.

The flooring project came out so pretty and perfect. When you go out through all these bedrooms, then you're now on tile floor. So it was something that we needed to make sure that would look good against that tile flooring. Unfortunately, my dad's carpet was pretty new. It was only about three years old, but it started buckling up. So, he had some reps come and stretch it, which was 500 bucks. And now it's needed again. But my dad had just gotten out of the hospital and I can't have him tripping over this crap. Other than that, I would tell my friends to go for Express Flooring and get prices. Our new flooring is so easy to clean. I just run a vacuum over it, then I use one of those Bona mops with the correct solution for luxury vinyl.

The installation process went smoothly even though it was delayed slightly due to snow in our area. Despite the weather, the installation was finished in a reasonable time, covering my entire house. As for the quality, the vinyl flooring looks nice and is comparable to other floors we've installed in our rental properties. Initially, I was told the flooring from Express would be different, but it seemed similar to previous products we've bought from Sam's.

However, I experienced an issue with the customer service. The representative who was supposed to be my point of contact never returned my calls. Thankfully, his superior, Nathan, stepped in and managed everything efficiently. For this reason, I rated their customer service a 4 out of 5.

Regarding pricing, I was not satisfied and would rate it a 1 out of 5 as it didn't meet my expectations in terms of value. Overall, I would rate my experience with Express Flooring as a 4 out of 5, due to the quality of service and Nathan's helpful assistance.

The installation team was truly amazing. They worked diligently and ensured we had livable spaces throughout the process. The job took six days and they did an excellent job and met all our expectations.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we genuinely appreciated their efforts. The final product was outstanding, and it's something we love. The pricing was also as expected, which was great. While their website was straightforward, it wasn't particularly noteworthy, but it was sufficient for our needs.
