Very unprofessional. All I wanted was a ballpark quote. We have no idea how much things cost and I made that very clear that we just wanted an idea to see if it was something we can afford. He was upset that I wasn’t willing to lock something in. I didn’t realize that I had to decide everything now, and he left my house like a toddler pouting. Just stood up and walked out. No handshake, no thank you for your time or anything. Just mad that he didn’t make the sale. Left a very bitter taste in our mouth.

I would have loved to give them -1 rating since it is a fraud company. The sample material they showed me was different than the installation material. I called the company and they sent their salesperson to check. He agrees that the material was different and the company would compensate me. It’s been 2 weeks and till now, I have not received any refund from them despite calling and texting them multiple times. Don’t trust them and stay away from them!!!!

I am highly dissatisfied with Express Flooring. The salesman made numerous false statements regarding the company, their policies and the work that they would provide. He also did not give me accurate information regarding the payment for installation. He also assured me I would be able to contact him with any questions and I was never able to reach him again. First installation was absolutely horrific enough that I wanted to cancel the entire contract. They reused old padding different sizes of padding left up to 1 inch gaps between the carpet and the baseboards then they just covered up cat feces with old padding and then the carpet it was awful.

I also had a seam running right down the middle of my living room area from the front door all the way through the dining room. The company refused to cancel the contract and insisted on reinstallation and now I am stuck with Carpet that looks worse than the 15 year-old Carpet they replaced. My carpet is bunched up throughout the house and has worn terribly when they did the reinstallation. I was promised a partial refund which I’ve never received, and they also told me they would be back to reinstall the tile that they did a horrible job on as well.

I have tiles that it was not stuck to the floor that had gaps that had gouges in it. It looked terrible and they were supposed to replace it and they have never called me back. I was also promised a Cruise for ordering carpet to the company they recommended. I was unable to receive said Cruise because I was never given the final paperwork from Express Flooring. They never even asked for a signature of completion. I am so astounded at the unprofessionalism of this company.

I purchased carpet for one room. The install went fine, but furniture was not put back as I was told it would be. Also, if I had been made aware that they would not make use the doors would fir after installation. I would had use another service, the carpet was pricey considering it was only for one room. I did call about the furniture, but she never got back to me. I am 70 years old and had to put everything but the bed back myself. I all had to fix the doors myself. The customer service just told it is in the contact that we do not make sure the doors fit. Really all I got was initial here. My last was even misspelled. Seems like all this company cares about is the sale then they are done with you. I would not recommend this company pricey, and I believe that the measurements were off there was a lot of carpet left over. Should have read more reviews. I have not received any paperwork all done electronically.

The first issue, was they ghosted me twice on a sales call. In spite of this, after sincere apologies. I went ahead. The crew that showed up had problems with minor things. Taking a door off of the hinges. After they left I started to find issues. The first was dirty places on the walls from handprints. The next was a corner piece that was poorly cut. A door that was hitting on a piece of molding, with bent nails in it. The last was a part of transfer molding already coming up. I have called customer service several times. They always tell me I a prioritized case. Boone has yet to get in touch with me.

We had the plank vinyl installed in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Remy and Tony did the installation and did a great job! The price was right and they completed the job in less than 2 days. They were polite and did a great job of cleaning up. I did not like the fact that we couldn't pick out flooring from our choice of companies, but had to go only with the flooring from Express Flooring. Fortunately, it turned out great, but we were apprehensive about picking flooring from a 6 inch by 6 inch square.

The loan terms were indeed sorted out by Express Flooring. They corrected the (what never should have been an issue) issue and I'm happy with the terms of the loan.

      Original Review: Dec. 19, 2025

Back in September Express Flooring came to our home to provide an estimate on having the bedrooms done. We sat down and went over the terms of the finance. During this process, the sales rep inadvertently submitted the wrong loan terms to the finance company. When he tried to resubmit the loan with the terms I desired, the finance company couldn't accept the second application because there was already a pending application. He told me go ahead and sign the terms, we'll get it sorted out. Like the trusting idiot I am, I did. They never bothered sorting out the loan terms and now I'm locked into a much larger monthly payment then I had wanted. Going to go through my bank and get it sorted out on my own. Just make sure that when you're dealing with this company, you sign what you want. Don't trust them to "handle" it.

The design consultants I was assigned were contract cost amount driven which made me feel deceived when I changed from the higher priced LVP to carpet. I also had serious concerns trying to contact my design consultant after the contract was signed which led me to terminating the credit and cancelling any future work. After over a month, I eventually was assigned a new design consultant who provided a bill I felt was inflated but paid to have the issue resolved. I had a terrible experience with my Express Flooring Design Consultants and I will never recommend Express Flooring to anyone.

Unfortunately, I had a rather poor experience with Express Flooring, and cannot recommend them. Buyers Beware! My husband and I bought a home in Henderson, and planned to move there from North Las Vegas. As soon as we applied to get pre-qualified, we started getting stacks of letters and flyers from various vendors, offering us deals on things like solar, pet control, and landscaping. Express Flooring was one of the local companies that sent us an advertisement about their services. We did check their reviews, but obviously not as thoroughly as we should have.

Once we called them, they were very eager to send out someone to give us an estimate on flooring for most of the house. The woman who I met with didn’t tell me until I had already signed the contract, but she didn’t even work for Express Flooring! She was “an independent contractor in interior design.” I don’t really understand how their system works, if she got a percentage of our contracted amount, or was paid some other form of commission. But I would much rather have been dealing with an employee of the company.

While shopping for a home, I quickly became familiar with the phrase “luxury vinyl plank.” It seemed like most of the houses in our price range had this. Honestly, I would have preferred tile, but the salesperson talked me into the luxury vinyl plank product, saying it was exactly what she had in her own home (yes, I know, I was unbelievably gullible).

We were able to arrange an installation date just a few days after escrow closed, to facilitate our move-in. The whole interior was painted first, to avoid getting any drips on the new flooring. I had new baseboards delivered to the house, and made arrangement with the painter to paint them after he did the interior, and then the Express Flooring people were supposed to install them.

The Express Flooring team did not keep me updated with their progress, so I wasn’t able to let the painter know to go paint the baseboards. I was still living and working in North Las Vegas at the time, so couldn’t drive to Henderson on a daily basis. Instead, the flooring team just went ahead and put in the unpainted baseboards without asking. The painter came by to paint them, and called me to say that they weren’t in the garage anymore – they were on the walls! He was able to paint them in place, but charged me an extra $450 to mask and prep everything, when he could’ve just sprayed them in the garage.

When I called Express Flooring to complain, it took me three calls to get any response. The customer service representative gave me a discount off the remaining balance, but not the entire amount that the painter charged me. I then had the house cleaned, and when I checked the housecleaner’s work, the floors looked terrible. She said that she had only used warm water on the floors; she had been afraid to use any chemicals since I told her the floors were brand new. But there was a sort of filmy residue over the floor from the installation. I called Express Flooring again, because no one had given me any instructions about how to care for the floors. I was advised to use Bona cleaning products for vinyl floors.

After using that stuff, the floors didn’t look much better. I can’t really recommend Bona, either. But since I cleaned them myself, I was able to really check out my new floors. I was angry to find many, many places where the adhesive had apparently oozed out during the installation. It caused dozens (hundreds?) of places where it looked dirty and sticky.

I called Express Flooring three times before the movers came, asking for them to come out and fix the problem they had created. Every time I called Customer Service, they assured me someone would call back, but no one ever did. I also let them know that a piece of molding had been removed from under a cabinet, but not replaced, and I wanted that fixed. Since I never heard from them again, I guess I’ll have to pay a handyman to try to put some kind of wood trim there.

After my third call, the movers came and brought in all of our furniture, boxes, etc. It is now much too late for the adhesive residue to be cleaned by these so-called professionals – IF I could ever trust them in my home again. Now, just two months after our installation, there are already gaps between many of the plank sections. The original saleswoman had told me that this only happens with low-quality materials, or poor installation. Apparently I got both from Express Flooring, and paid over $11,000 for it.

I am so upset by the results of Express Flooring and how poorly they treat their subcontractors. The project was over time by a week, they tore up my walls and when the subcontractors tried to get a hold of me, they were told by express flooring that my contact was not available which is not true. Furthermore, they were suppose to have a 5 person crew and only 2 men came the first 5 days and told me that the other members were on another job. How did express flooring expect them to finish in time? They broke all my baseboards when putting in my new tile, and had to replace them, in the process they badly damaged my walls. Now it will need to be repainted and redone. I wish I would have used a different company. They have caused so much damage to my home.

Ago. New. Not sure. I hired Express Flooring to install laminate flooring. They started September 2nd. When they took off my baseboards they left all the nails sticking up, they knew I had pets. What if you have small children 😡. My brother in Law came over to my home and removed all the nails and put the boards outside where they belong. In my master bedroom they used a cardboard box to cover up a soft spot. They also replaced my toilet. They installed it on a rotten sloped floor so it wasn’t level or even bolted down. I reported it and they came back a week later to lift it and fix the floor, they didn’t replace the seal after it was lifted and installed. It’s been a nightmare for me.

My toilet wasn’t flushing correctly because you need to replace the wax seal every time you lift a toilet. They did not. Again I reported it to Jairon to the project manager and he told me they will be back to put a new wax seal. A week later they came without the wax seal. Installer lifted my toilet and it was all backed up with Shit!!! They didn’t want anything to do with it so I had to take a putty knife and dig it all out. It was all clogged up. Then I had to go to Atwoods to buy a new seal.

It was their unprofessional work that caused all this. They also backed their van up into my outside light and didn’t even have the decency to tell me or even an apology. My brother in Law has been in construction for 30 plus years, he said they were trying to take the easy way out. I do not recommend express flooring, they will take advantage of you if they think they can get away with it. It was a 3 day insulation as I was told, and it took them 3 weeks. BEWARE 😡.

The installer broke furniture that shouldn't have even been touched. They messed with the foundation in areas that they should not have causing a problem with my cabinets being installed. They lie and lie and lie and do nothing to make customers satisfied. If you know the term blowing smoke up a customer's behind, you understand how this company works. They take no responsibility for anything. I've spent close to 2 months trying to get this resolved and I'm still getting nowhere. I've dealt with people hanging up on me talking down to me and belittling my opinion or concerns. Give your money to any other company. If you do choose these people be prepared for absolute chaos.

I wish I would have seen the Yelp reviews first. Their company website makes it appear they are a reputable company. They are not! Here is my experience: I met with Eliel, a salesperson, who toured my house, understood my needs, was patient, and told me all about the discounts, including free furniture moving. He took my deposit and I scheduled installation for the following week. He advised me that they take the balance on the day they start installation.

Installation day came; money was withdrawn. Installers didn't show up in the given time window. I called the company. Installers arrived an hour late. They were not aware they had to move furniture. They were not aware I had cats (both were allergic). They said they were not given a time window to be here. They backed out of doing the project.

Company apologized and said they would installers out early the next morning and that my project would be completed by the contract agreement date. 9am next day, no one showed up. Company called a few minutes later and said the installer was sick, that they would see if the installer would be well enough to come out Friday -- the day the project was supposed to completed -- given the two to three day installation time.

I spoke with Lindsay, who had assigned the installers, and asked her to compensate me for my wait time or cancel the project. She spoke to the operations manager who said neither had the authority to make such decisions and they would send it on to another department. I asked how long that would take and she didn't know. I told her to cancel the project, so she said she would notify the cancelation department. In the meantime, I contacted my credit card come and stop all payments and opened a dispute for the down-payment.

While writing this review, the cancelation department contacted me for what happened and told me they would refund the entire amount. They offered me another discount and a "guaranteed" timeliness, etc., but it was a little too late. Money was no longer the issue; integrity was. Given the lack of follow through, horrible communication, choice of installers, etc., they already lost my business and any potential recommendations.

One star for the salesperson; one star for the person who wanted to offer me a bigger discount and a guaranteed timeline. Too bad I wasn't transferred to this person prior to canceling. Then again, I don't feel I could have trusted a new timeline. I think my time is better spent looking for another company and hope it isn't a repeat of my disappointing experience with Express Flooring.
