Our yard was brand new (Saint Augustine), when we hired Truly Nolen! Our yard over the course of 3 years kept getting worse and worse ate up with weeds, and dying. I pleaded with Truly Nolen over and over to the point of exhaustion to come out here and just use your eyes. You don’t need anything else and you can see for yourself what my yard looks like. I could not get the manager to call me, I could not get him to come out. They never did anything for me! They kept sending the same technician out trying to blame the condition of the yard on us! We’re not watering it, cutting it too short, and then the last time “Chris” our lawn technician came out he said, “our soil is depleted." We need a whole new yard!!!!

I've been using Truly Nolen pest control services for 10 years and have always been more than satisfied with their services. Our technician is Michael and I love that he will find spots that spiders/insects hide out and he treats those areas constantly. Even when we have a window of service time, Michael will always send me a text to let me know that he's on his way... Very punctual. He listens to my requests and fulfills them every time he comes to service our exterior areas so I never have to remind him. I also love that he cleans out the webs around the house, especially those areas that I can't reach. I highly recommend Truly Nolen for your pest control.

After requesting cancellation due to ineffective service things got interesting. Billing department is a complete nightmare. Originally set up autopay for monthly service and upon cancelling they came up with a $150 charge from over a year ago that we owed them. Please don’t use them.

We're in North Port, Florida and for all the years we've been down here, we are on a yearly contract with Truly Nolen. They come every three months. Before hiring them, I spoke with many of our neighbors and many also raved about Truly Nolen. This company is reliable and their technicians are on time and professional They KNOW their business. Today, we had Lanny out from the company- he's been in the field for 20 years. He seriously impresses. I can 100% tell you he is representative of a GREAT COMPANY. I give them 5 STARS and an A+!

I contracted Truly Nolen more than a year ago to tend to my lawn. At that time my lawn was covered in grass (I live in Florida so we are supposed to have grass all year long) but had some weeds that I wanted to get rid off. As of now, the grass is dead on big portions of the lawn but there are plenty of weeds, much more than before! I complained to the technician three months ago and he promised to fix the damage but after that treatment he disappeared. I called to cancel and I was told they would send a manager to check it - he came and promised some free treatments to remedy the situation and asked me to wait with the cancellation until after these treatments. No one showed at the scheduled free treatment but they charged me for the monthly treatment anyway. Today I called again to cancel and be reimbursed at least for the last payment and I was told that needs to be approved by their local team and no one is available!

If there was a NEGATIVE five star rating, that’s what I would give this company’s Canadian operations at Oakville. After 1 year of service I had called them to cancel my contract - but these financial fraudsters kept billing me every month. When I called again, they said they never received any call. When challenged, he mentioned that they don’t keep phone records - so no way to track? The local manager went on to state that someone from the household called to ask for a follow up- when I mentioned my text message saying “do not come for any follow up”, he hung up on me. Never sign an auto renewal contract with Truly Nolen, and NEVER PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE with these guys.
