Since the installation of my ThermoSpas, it has improved my outdoor space and made me feel more relaxed. I would recommend it.

The servicemen from ThermoSpas did a good job setting up the spa, and the rep was very good. I have one little issue with the clips, though. There are four clips all on the cover, and I noticed after I got it in that one of the clips was busted off. There's a number you call if you have any issues with the spa within 48 or 72 hours. So I called in, I told them that I needed replacement clips, and whoever I talked to sent me the wrong ones. And I told him that I took the other clips off. They're too small; they don't reach to secure the cover. So I emailed them back and said the clips don't work. I sent him a picture of the clips that I have on there now and what I needed replaced. This guy kind of blew me off, so I just gave up on having the correct replaced clips to snap the cover in place and lock it.

We haven't had a lot of time to enjoy our ThermoSpa because of the rain and the temperature falling off. But I got to sit in it twice, and I would recommend it.

I'm very happy with ThermoSpas because they're really good. I talked to a couple of people and they were very helpful. The delivery guys were really nice. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. They stayed here until everything was right. They gave me all the instructions that I needed, and I'm glad I went with them. I really love it.

I was looking through a lot of spas and ThermoSpas popped up. We bought the spa in August and we've used it since then. I've also had one interaction with their staff and that was during the delivery. There were a couple of parts of the ThermoSpa that needed to be replaced and they went ahead and did that right away. Overall, it's an awesome spa and we love it.

In the beginning, ThermoSpas was horrible. There was a bubble that came up on our unit and they gave us a hard time about replacing the shell. They said it wasn’t their fault, then it turned out that they had a problem with DuPont that they never told us about. They had a bad batch of resin, which they used on the spa according to DuPont. They held back some information that they should have disclosed to us. However, they make a good spa and I’m very satisfied, and since they were bought out, I find that there’s more communication, more forthcoming with the new company that bought them. Whoever owned ThermoSpas before was not an honorable person, but now it’s a very good company.

We bought out ThermoSpas almost two years ago. We sit there in the evening because it's a great time to do some talking and catching up. During this time, it's made all the sore places mostly melt away. So it's fine.

We had our last ThermoSpas for 12 years, and they just installed a new one again. We use it as often as we can and we like it. Go for the deluxe model because if you don't get all the options, you're missing out.

I didn’t want a party tub so we bought the Maui. I’ve had it for about 2 years now. It’s one of the best money I’ve spent in a long time. The delivery guys came in, set it all up for me, and took the time to show me what to do and how to do things. As a matter of fact, I haven’t even drained it because it's just me and my wife that get in it. I was on a really bad motorcycle wreck and it helps my arthritis. The hot water and action of the tub just soak up the aches and pain. I’d get in the tub for twice a day at least.
I called and had some questions about the pillows because they were starting to disintegrate a little bit. The guy told me that I've got to keep the water line just below the pillows and it worked out great since. I called them on a couple of other little things because I never owned a hot tub before and the service team has been excellent on the phone. They walk me right through everything and they give some recommendations. I've ordered some filters and other stuff and everything’s been great. I brag about it all the time. I talked to my doctor and gave him the video that I got from ThermoSpas so he can order one.

ThermoSpas is outstanding! I bought the spa in June and received it in July. My wife and I spend a lot more time together than we used to do now. We're not buried in computers and cell phones. Plus I'm getting benefits. I had knee surgery and she got some arthritis and the spa appears to be helping. The team is very good, professional and knowledgeable.

We had leaks when we first got it. The repair guy was awesome. We could call him directly and he's been absolutely great. Getting the parts that they needed to fix it was not so great. The salesman was very hard to get a hold of. Then I had to fight with the company for my warranty. I made them extend my warranty another year because we had had so many issues. But since its been completely fixed, we love it.

We’ve had our ThermoSpas for a year and a couple of months, and the spa itself is very good. We like it. But as far as service after the sale, they stink. When I bought it, it was supposed to be here all at the same time. However, the cover was back ordered and they said it might be a month or two before I get the cover. When I got all the parts, they said that it’ll probably be three or four weeks before they can get a team to put it together, so I went and did it myself. Their people are terrible. I've tried to reach them around eight times but they don't call back or return emails. If I finally get somebody, they don’t know what to tell me. I was also supposed to get a call from their vice president, but he never bothered calling either.

I wanted to replace my Sundance spa because it was so old and antiquated that my family didn’t want to get in it. It wasn’t very nice so I got a new one from ThermoSpas. This brand new one, having all the current bells and whistles, changed my life because I’ve got a considerable investment in my residence which is actually being utilized. I had to call them to clarify how things needed to operate on a couple of occasions and for a little technical problem. Moreover, for some reason, ThermoSpas is having difficulty getting things delivered. I ordered chemicals about three weeks ago and it’s taking a protracted period. Other than that, we're happy with it.

We had our ThermoSpas Hot tub for a year and a half and we haven't had any problem with them. We first heard about them after we had seen an infomercial on TV and went through a DVD that they sent. And we're interested because both of us have arthritic problems and the hot jet and the numerous jet is very helpful. So they sent a sales representative from about two hours away from our small town, northeast of North Carolina, and talked to us. And, it's quite a relief at night to get home and get in the ThermoSpas hot tub. Personally, I would recommend them.

I've had nothing but amazing service with my ThermoSpa. The thing is great; I've been in it last night. I've been using it for a year and a half and it became my decompression chamber. I have one or two little problems with it, but they came right out and fixed it; they didn't charge me anything, all the repair guys were great. If I've needed them, they stood there, they stood behind their product and they sent people out to fix it. I had one little issue with the stereo and that was it; other than that, the thing has been perfect.

I was a little skeptic when I read some negative reviews before I bought from ThermoSpas. But, people do have different issues and I haven't had any problems with the tub. When one of my shocks broke on the cover, I was able to call the team and they were very helpful and sent me a new one. We got that set and get it working again. I'm really happy with the experience though we wish we could afford a bigger one.

I have the five-person hot tub. I go in there every other night to relax and wind down and it takes the frustration away. I love it! It's been 1 yr and 3 mos. now since I got it. About a week ago a pump broke and today they fixed it. It was one of their outside people because I live in the middle of nowhere and the guy fixed it well. I had no problems with ThermoSpas' hotline.

I had the ThermoSpas team come out once because I had a leak, and it went perfect. I’ve had the tub for a year and a couple of months and I love it. It's part of my routine and I'm in it everyday. It's nice and got all the whistles I need.

I've had ThermoSpas hot tub for a year now and I love it. I always look forward to using it every evening, so it's a positive impact in my life. However, I haven't received a lot of support from the staff. They disappeared after the delivery.

We got ThermoSpas last year and it's been good since the installation. It's really relaxing and because of it, I haven't had too many back problems anymore. The only problem I had with it is trying to get to filter out the basket thing. It doesn't have a thumb thing to take it out but my wife has to use a fork to get it out. If you could make that better, it would be a lot easier. Their delivery guy did a very professional job and explained everything to us. Also when we called customer service to ask how many gallons of water it was for the chemicals, they gave us all the information we needed. I recommend them.

ThermoSpas is timely and everything is as they said they would. I've been happy with them. We saw them through an online advertisement and the reviews were good. Also, a salesman came out and he was knowledgeable and talked to us about the whole thing. So far, the tub's been great, but I'm a little concerned that the cover looks good but somehow water gets inside it.

We purchased the Thermospas last November and have used it since. It's been an easy operation. We have a lot of hard water and their team took good care of us. I use their hot tub for half hour to 45 minutes every day and I had a family member who flew all the way here to try it out and she loved it. It's awesome.

I've had a hot tub for 35 years and I wouldn't live without one. They're all great but the ThermoSpas hot tub is the best one I've ever had. I love the ergonomics and it works great. Whenever we've had some questions, I just call and get the questions answered, so we’re very, very happy. It's a life-changing experience for someone who doesn't know about hot tubs.

I've had a ThermoSpa for over a year now and it's been working perfect, no problems. As a matter of fact, it's working better than it ever has. Of course when I first got it I wasn't sure how to take care of it. But I've had no problems lately and I've been able to do it without difficulty. The water stays pure and clean and has no problem as long as I follow the directions. The only issue I’ve ever had was when I asked for a cleaner and they sent me an acrylic cleaner. I talked to customer service and they said that's the new cleaner. I thought, "What?" I guess that’s what it is, but I haven't seen anything different.

I have been using ThermoSpas for a little over a year now and I like it. I use it almost every day. The team has been fine. I thought I had an issue at the end of summer but the guy that installed it told me it's not anything. He was so nice and took care of it.

I've had ThermoSpas for just about a year. My wife and I both use it three or four times a week and we like it. It has helped with my arthritis in my shoulder. I would highly recommend it but I would like to make a suggestion to them. I like the idea of talking to individuals, during which we were having problems getting our pH balanced out and we got helpful advice from them. But I wish the folks from ThermoSpas would put out some kind of a users handbook on the different chemicals and what to do when your alkalinity is high. It would just be useful if I had something I could sit down and read, especially as I have artillery ears and my hearing is impaired, and a lot of times I would just like to be able to sit down and read a users handbook with the particular spa that I bought so that I can be more familiar with it in my own time.

We've had the ThermoSpas hot tub for six months. This is our second one because the first one leaked but they replaced the whole thing. They got it all fixed and I haven't had any leaks on it. So far it’s been pretty good. We don't get out there very often but we enjoy it when we use it. We haven't had any complaints with ThermoSpas. They’re a 5-star company.

The company was bought by Jacuzzi and now essentially does not support their warranty. For example to minimize their exposure they double the price of their part and charge you 50%. In addition for a minor 2 dollar motor start transformer on a 4 year old hot tub, they sent a technician at $212 service charge to tell me it was the capacitor (I told him before he arrived). He did not have the proper size replacement and told me it would cost another $212 to come back with the proper part. When I called ThermoSpa for the part they told me they don't sell the capacitor and I would have to buy a new motor at $400 plus the service charge. What a terrible level of service, not to mention the poor reliability of their spa. 4 years old, rarely used and so far two repairs.
It is also terrible that you can get anyone at ThermoSpa itself to talk to about this issue. The people that answer are just apologetic about the fact that their hands are tied. Clearly they know that the firm is ripping you off. I am offended about their entire business these days. As a former CEO myself, I would have been mortified if my company did these things to my customers. ThermoSpa and Jacuzzi need to become far more self aware of their strengths and weaknesses. Their strength was their brand which has and is been damaged daily and the weaknesses have become plentiful.
