SunSetter took a while to get the awning here because everything's slow getting where it's going. But it's up and running very nicely. The installers had to put the braces up on top of my roof so the installation took a little bit longer. But they were very proficient and cleaned up after themselves. I called the agent because I thought maybe I should have the awning come down a little lower because it's on the sunny side of my house and I wondered if I could get more shade if I put it down a little lower. He said he would call me and come out and discuss it with me. That was a little while back. But that's okay.

I've opened the awning up to show people and my family, and they were very appreciative of the fact that I could do this on my own without making any mistakes. I'm very pleased with it. The only thing that I question is the brace that goes across and up from the one end to the other end where it opens up is bent. It doesn’t look right to me.

The installation was pretty easy. Everything was good.

The SunSetter sales rep came out and gave an estimate as well as an estimated time of delivery and a target. The awning got out here within a couple of days and the rep put it up. It was close to the target. There were some new features on it that he probably wasn't familiar with so we learned as we went along. But it seemed like he got everything together on it properly and the installation seemed to be correct. The awning works and we’re satisfied with it.

We got the 20 feet wide fully automatic awning. I like it very much. The SunSetter Awnings agents were all very good. It was a good experience. I'm very happy with it.

SunSetter goofed up when they didn't send the lights with the awning so I had to wait two weeks to get them. They should ship the whole thing complete or if they're not gonna ship something, tell the installer that the lights will follow so they know what they're doing. They thought the lights were there and they weren't. But the lights were installed yesterday and they work. We like the awning. It was a very professional job that the installer did so we bought another SunSetter roll down vertical 7-foot drop yesterday. We're happy and the whole thing worked quite well.

The reps were more than helpful. They came down, checked it out, and told us what was going to have to happen. I had to get an electrician in to get an outlet box out there and then, a couple of guys came down and later on put in the awning.

The installation team was amazing. They were very accommodating and once they did the installation, they showed us everything we needed to know about how to operate the controls for it. It was a great experience. We’re getting ready to have a family get-together in about a week and we’re looking forward to using the SunSetter awning for that.

The sales rep was very nice. He was a wonderful gentleman. He called up, checked up on us, and made sure everything was okay and functioning. He told us if we ever needed anything, he would be here and come out and check it out for us.

The girl that sold it to me was very considerate and the repairmen were really superb. They explained everything and said they want to make sure I realized what was going to happen when they put it up because I have vinyl siding. I have the motorized awning and the one that also has the handle and I have a wind sensor with it. The wind sensor will put it automatically and if I want, I can set it at a certain level so the sensor will take the awning and put it back in. The guy asked me what I wanted and I said about 20 miles an hour. If I happen to be away, I don't have to worry about it. I had a very good experience with SunSetter. They're easy to cooperate with and they make sure that you are happy and content and you understand what's going to be done.

I talked with other people that have purchased SunSetter and I called them up. I was quite happy with the people that they sent out and I was familiar with the product. "Go with them." You might pay just a little bit more, but the quality is there.

My deck was so open which was the reason I bought the awning. It gives me shade on my deck. Everything was very good with SunSetter. The people who came to do my awning were very reliable.

The sales representative from Sunsetter was outstanding. He helped me in every way. I've been thinking about getting an awning for about two and a half years. I got an estimate about a year and a half ago, but I couldn't afford it. So, when I got a little more money saved up, I felt like I have enough money, especially when I found out that I had six months to pay for the thing with no interest. That was the clincher. I like the awning very much. I got a 14 x 11 foot awning. It's mounted on the side of my house on the east and it was the biggest they could get. It doesn't cover all the deck, but it's as much as it could cover and I got a great fabric. My house is kind of blue-gray and it matches wonderfully. As far as the installation, it took about an hour and a half later. I paid the gentleman and he walked me through how everything worked, and they left.

The installation went wonderful. The people who installed it and sold it were first class. We were pleased and fine, so we made the purchase. We've had several friends come by and see the awning, and they were all impressed.

I got a 14-foot electric awning and we use it every day. SunSetter has a good product. The people who put it up were sufficient.

Everything went smoothly, just as it was supposed to. I got my awning sooner than they predicted. I've had a very nice experience. I'm sitting outside with the awning now. It's very nice. I like it a lot.

When one arm of our 6 year old motorized awning broke, we called to order a replacement. When it arrived, we called the local rep company, Sunsetter Pros, to install it. They came out 2 weeks ago, and told us we had been sent the wrong arm, took photos, and said they can order the correct arm, and they would get back to us the same day or the next. It’s been 2 weeks and we have called, texted, left messages, all with no response. The factory acknowledged sending the wrong arm, but was unable to tell us what arm to order. They gave us a return auth #, and promised to send us a fed ex sticker, which we still have not received. Also unable to reach by phone or email.

This purchase was made about 9 years ago. Rep was clear and informative. I am so glad I had the awning installed. Living in Florida allows me to use almost every day. The Material looks the same no fading. All parts work as well as when it was installed. Cleaning was easy when new. Now it needs a good cleaning, and I am in search of someone to do. I was quoted a price of $1700. to have awning replaced (not from Sun Setters). It is steep. I hope I can get it cleaned. I still love it and it was a great purchase. I enjoy my Lanai/Patio daily.

Ordered my Sunsetter on 06/06/2022. On 06/17 I went online to check on progress. It had arrived in Atlanta on the 17th and sat there until I called on 06/22 to see what was going on. I was informed they had an invalid phone number and couldn't get in touch to set up a delivery. I called Sunsetter who said they had two numbers for me. One was an office number (I retired 10 years ago). I had a Sunsetter years ago. The other was my correct number. Why didn't they call me? Or email me? Or mail me something? They had all the info available. Their products are very good, customer service, not so much.

Everything's great. The awning is easy to work and the mechanisms are fine. The material seems good too.

I built a two-family home and I needed something to cover the deck out from out back. I used another guy up in Stamford and his price was much higher than SunSetter. I figured SunSetter has the name and reputation, so I went with them. The only thing is I bought another awning that was much better than SunSetter. Other than that, everything was good.

I had a totally excellent experience with SunSetter. We had a good installation team and people who were careful. The product’s working fine, doing what it's supposed to do.

I got an electric awning from SunSetter, and it was very expensive but they installed it very well. They did a good job. So, I'm very happy.

I got a beige awning and it matches my siding. It has a scalloped edge. I also got the 10-year warranty and remote. I love it. I close it every night and open it up every day that it's not raining.

The sales rep was informative and kept us in the loop on our options. Once we made the decision to move forward on all the colors and the choices and the installation process as well, they were good. The installers did a nice job. A couple of curveballs got thrown their way but they explained it and dealt with it well. They were courteous and nice, and cleaned everything up and left it in great shape. We would totally recommend SunSetter awnings if that’s the route that makes sense for somebody on their deck and wants to not have to deal with the permanent posts. It’s a great option. We're pleased with it so far. It has worked out and we've enjoyed it very much in the two weeks that it's been up.

Our SunSetter awning is retractable and it works great. We were fine with the representative. He had come out last year but we did not decide to do it because it was late in the season. I gave him a call this spring and we had no problem.

I had a good experience with SunSetter. My awning was electric and it got the hood. I will recommend it.

The quality of the SunSetter awning was great.

We especially like the nice lady from who answered the phone and made all the arrangements. The installers were very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. We got a 20 by 13 awning from SunSetter and it was the colors that we needed to go with the house and we could get a size that covered most of the patio area that we wanted to and has the remote. It has an automatic going in and out that we can use unless there's a power outage. Plus the little protective thing that covers the awning so that it isn't exposed to the weather. The seating area is mostly what we covered but we have a 30 by 15 patio area. So, it's going to help with keeping it cooler because the sun's brutal down here in Florida.

We got a 12 by 20-foot awning from SunSetter, darkened color and it's automatic furling. So far, the quality is good.

We've got our awning installed and we really like it. It rolls up automatically if there’s a gust of wind. We haven’t seen it work yet but we know it’s good. If we were away or something and a storm came up, it would roll itself up, which is what we like the best about it. We'd recommend SunSetter. Our friends recommended it to us and we gave their name to SunSetter. It’s a good gesture to get a little reward if somebody brings another person to buy one.

I like the quality of the awning. It’s very good. I'm in Florida and I keep it open almost all the time right now to keep out of the sun. SunSetter is good to look into.

I like the SunSetter awning very much. We're very satisfied with it. It's doing what I expected it to do in keeping the sun off our chairs and keeping my plants happy. The rep was knowledgeable and the company was easy to work with. The installation people were also wonderful. They knew what they were doing.

The installers of our SunSetter Awning were all very good and friendly. We love it. It's on our front patio and the sun comes in there in the afternoon.

We called two of the outlets here in town and had the two of them come out and look at it and give us an estimate on the awning. The estimates were similar, but the delivery time on one was half of what the other one was. The reps were good. They cut the delivery time in half from the one that we chose. So, it came sooner than we expected it to. The delivery was well. I met the truck driver and helped him bring it into our condo group here with my truck. We get a lot of the evening sun and it gets our door hot and the awning blocks that. It's probably about 20 degrees cooler under it.

The sales rep of SunSetter was great and friendly. I felt like I knew him forever. He was very easy to talk to and informative. I liked him a lot. The installers were really good too and quick. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up everything. I'm loving the awning so far. I also got that feature on it where if it starts to get windy and we're not home, it'll go back in by itself.

I have a couple of people that I knew that had the awning and my grandmother wanted one. I didn't know any awning companies and I asked those people where they got it from and they told me. I contacted the distributor of SunSetter and went from there. The rep told me it was gonna be a lot longer than it was for the awning to come through. It was gonna be five weeks but it was there in two. So, they had to sit on it for a little bit because I wasn't going up there for five weeks. The rep let me know when everything was in and picked it up.

I wanted a SunSetter long ago when they were giving away the free grills. But it didn't work out because they didn't have that side panel at the time. This time, I called and set up the appointment then Tim came over. He took out his fabric books and was very informative. I told him I gotta match what I wanted and I wanted the white frame. He told me to go for it and tell him what I wanted. I went for the other fabric that I wanted because it matches my house. Tim and his helper couldn't believe what a match. Tim is a fanatic. He wanted to make sure it fell between this window and that window. He was awesome and did quality installation. It was the best experience in the world.

Working with SunSetter was very good and I'm very pleased with them. There were several neighbors that wanted an awning and we got four at the same time around here. The day we got ours, the installers put two of the other ones up. The first one was already up previous to that to get the okay from the HOA and it went very smoothly for all of us. We're all very happy with the product.

We live in Alaska, so we had to have the awning shipped up to us. But everything went fine. We're doing the installation ourselves and we're halfway to it.

I had a friend who had a good experience with the company and the product and they recommended it to me. It took eight weeks to get the product. The only negative was something was damaged in the shipment and I had to wait for the second one. But everything they did was fine and they were very professional. The salesman was on the phone with me to get the electrician to say the right words because there was an electrical component to it. The electrician they recommended was very good. He put it on a circuit that doesn't interrupt with anything else in the house.

The installation took a couple of hours and it went well. The SunSetter awning’s quality looks good and I like the convenience of having it.

The guy was the best. He was very thorough, patient and made us very comfortable. He definitely deserved stars because he took his time with us and went over every detail and answered any questions. Even when I called to get it earlier because I decided I wanted to see if I could get a rush on it, he took care of that. It was excellent customer service. The delivery was great too. I asked for the awning to come by the holiday and it did and they put it up expeditiously. The awning is working like they said. I love it and I've referred a couple of people.

I worked with a SunSetter contractor and he was a nice guy. He was responsive, showed up and finished when he was supposed to and charged what he was supposed to. I put the awning on my daughter's house and she loves it. They could lower the cost though.

SunSetter was good. They did the installation in one day and the awning seems to be doing what I want when I want.

The guy that we dealt with was wonderful. My husband is a pain in the neck to work for but that guy was really very accommodating, and very patient, and explained everything. He did a very good job. The idea that you can take the awning in and out and that it’s not permanent definitely appeal to us. We live in an area that has a patio that’s concrete so in the summer, we put out the awning not just for shade, but to also avoid the patio absorbing heat and throwing it into the house. So it’s at our convenience whether it goes out or not. It’s not just there casting a shadow all winter long.

We’ve had a good experience with Sunsetter. We got a mail advertisement and when I called the representative from the company, he came and he showed me different materials and I picked what I liked. I got the regular awning and it’s working well. I like it. I use it when I'm on the deck and when I have guests or when it rains.

A guy came out to our house and we sat there and talked for about an hour. He had samples and showed us the fabric. We were impressed with his presentation. The installers came out here, started measuring, put up the awning, and it went together great. It looks great.

We had a SunSetter installed in our former house and we were very pleased with it. So, we're counting on it to be the same quality and use as it was 10 years ago. We're gonna put in the new one we got next Monday. We feel that we should stand behind things that are good. We're very happy with SunSetter.

The representatives that we purchased the awnings from and did the install did a fantastic job. We liked them a lot and would consider purchasing again if we had a need for another one. I had one quoted last year but I wasn't ready to buy it at that time. The price went up considerably in a year but the SunSetter awning is a high-quality product and that's one of the reasons I bought it.

Our SunSetter awning came as soon as it was delivered to the company. They called us and said when they were gonna put it up, and it took them about an hour and a half to do it. There were three guys. I love our awning. It stops the sun on the west side. We couldn't sit out on our deck and now, it's so much cooler. The only thing is we would like to see how much it would cost us to put the lighting on it for nighttime. I called the company and asked them to give that note to our guy who wrote us up, but he never called us back.

The SunSetter rep was nice and courteous. He explained everything to me and was helpful. I got a big size awning and it was gray and black. It matched my house. The awning works very well with the remote control. The rep told me that in case the battery goes out, I got a kinda like a rod stick that I could put up there and that'll turn it in to tag the batteries to go on again. It's well equipped and works good.

They were very accommodating. The awning has been great. I usually get up in the morning and push the button. I have the remote and it unwinds.

I love my awning. I like it because it keeps me cool out there and everybody that has seen it likes it. I would recommend SunSetter.

The sales guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He was great. The awning is good. But I am concerned about when it's a little windy. We only put it halfway out. We have the sensor on it, but I don't want it to break.

I saw one of the local reps leaving the neighborhood one day. So, I quickly flagged him down. He came over immediately, wrote a quote right there on the spot for us and measured everything. And from there, we just waited to get the approval from the community. It was awesome. It couldn't have been any better and the guy was amazing. The installers were very professional. I am very particular about things being done to the house and they did a phenomenal job getting everything installed. My mother loves the new awning and sits under it all the time. Everything about the experience was positive. I've already recommended SunSetter to a couple other homeowners, and I told them they got to get them. They all were very impressed with how well it went for us. So hopefully, SunSetter gets some more business out of it.

We had a previous SunSetter awning and it was 15 years old. It was worn out. We went with SunSetter again, and the customer service was great. I called the salesperson up. He came out within two days and gave us an estimate. Once I got approved to purchase it, I called him up. He came out within a day and we placed the order. Two weeks later, the awning was here and was installed. The installation was great. It was done in a timely manner. The quality was great. We're quite pleased with it. When this one wears out, we'll buy another one.

The awning works but I want my pieces that SunSetter owes me. We've been waiting for almost three months for the entire kit but it's still not here. They didn't deliver and still haven’t. We still have not received a cover for it and they don't know when they're gonna get it. Everything is not good.

I moved into a house with 2 Sunsetter Awnings already established, with 2 remotes and each having a wind sensor. Nearly a year ago one awning motor started to engage for a split second, as if there was electrical interference. It started last winter, and occasionally would do it again, sometimes not for days, other times 3 or 4 times a day. It has nothing to do with wind, rain, and would happen in any weather. It is fast and not long enough to extract the awning, but just an on and off in a second.

We've had the awning installed for three weeks and we’re loving it. SunSetter did a great job in keeping their word. Just because of the times, it was a little lengthy in getting the product to us. But we were told that upfront, so it wasn't a surprise to us. We got everything here and working well. At this point, I'm very pleased with everything.

I've had a SunSetter awning for 20 years, and I just replaced it with a new plain automatic one. The other one was a manual one. I'm getting older, so I wanted an automatic one. I just push the button, and it goes in and out. It's functioning the way it's supposed to.

We decided we wanted a patio out back. In Florida, you need something to keep yourself protected and we've dealt with SunSetter. Everyone was very good. We’re still waiting for a couple of the free gifts that came with it, but we’re in constant contact about anything. It’s very open communication, which is one thing that's very important to us.

The whole experience with SunSetter’s customer service was great. The awning was super easy to put up and use.

SunSetter has very fantastic people to deal with. The sales rep told us everything we needed to know. He didn't try to upsell us on anything. He was just showing us different packages. As far as the installation, it was quicker than I expected. It took us about three weeks turnaround period so that was absolutely fantastic. We got an automatic awning and the package that we had included the wind sensor. We went with Sunbrella, woven acrylic, and the frame was white. We got a balance with it and we did get the lights. I spoke to the gal yesterday. I just needed a minor adjustment. Their guys came out about an hour ago and took care of it. They just tightened up something. It worked out great for us. So, the turnaround service was fantastic as well.

We've had our SunSetter for a few weeks now. Everything went well and everybody was great.

The SunSetter rep was good. The awning that I got is brown with tan stripes on it. I haven't had it very long, but it seems to be good. I like it.

I've had an excellent experience with SunSetter. I got a motorized XL Pro. I love it. The privacy screen on it is unlike what I've seen on other canopies. The installers are all amazing, and they stand by their product. The awning needed to be adjusted. It wasn't all the way level, and they came back with no problem. I even called SunSetter directly to make sure that my warranty was in order, and they had already had my file from the installer. So, everything was extremely professional and smooth. Everything was well organized.

I love my SunSetter awning. It is automated. All I have to do is press a button and it goes in and out itself. It's the one that goes back into a closed case. I was told that squirrels got in and ate somebody’s and I was scared. I liked this one that it seemed to be closed up pretty tight.

My father-in-law had a SunSetter awning two years ago, and the middle brackets broke. So we had to get another one on the front of the house. The awning came in as electric, which works very well. Then we put a pool and a deck and we wanted the awning over it. So I called Sunsetter and got a price. I measured it and then the same people who put the front awning on came out and put the back on. It looks great. The quality of the awnings looks very decent. Either one hasn't ripped. The product seems to last and the installers did a great job. I'm a tall person, and we got a 13-foot, extended out, and they made sure it wouldn’t hit my head at the end of it. So they took the time and adjusted it.

I've used SunSetter a few times with Doug as our rep. I'm just thrilled with him. He does a good job.

I already had a SunSetter awning, but I just got a new one. The other one got damaged, but I liked it. We also like the new one very well. The men who put it in were very good.

We called up Addison Awning and had them come out. The salesman was great. He gave us just what we wanted and what we needed, and it came in before they had the installation scheduled, and got it installed. They did a fantastic job. I had my doubts about how they were gonna fit it in, but they fit it in just right. My mother-in-law loves the SunSetter awning. So far, so good. She's 83 years old with Alzheimer's and dementia, and she can handle it. It's easy for her. I'm really impressed with that.

The workers were very efficient. They came and did the job and got it done quickly. They did beautiful work. We enjoyed this last weekend under the awning. We had company and everybody remarked on how wonderful it seemed. The awning shades the back and it cools our kitchen because our kitchen is off the deck. So it really helps to cool the inside of the house. We're very satisfied.

Working with SunSetter was excellent. They had a prompt response, professional behavior and clear explanation of the product. The installer was very professional too and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied. We got the automatic awning and we got the rain sensor as well as the wind sensor. If you’re looking at an awning or a shade, SunSetter would be the first choice.

We love SunSetter. The same people did our other awning when we were at the dealer’s place and we loved how they did it. They were excellent workers. People should go for SunSetter awnings. It's a great product.

Everything went really good and I really like our new awning. However, it's very big, so if it's too windy, we can't leave it out because if the wind comes underneath, then it can blow away. That has nothing to do with the quality of the product though. That's physics. We also had a SunSetter in New York when we lived in there, and the quality of the awning is much better than it used to be. I would recommend it highly. Going forward though, SunSetter might need to offer, for their customers, to move the outlet to the upper part where the awning is installed, so they don't have to have the cable hanging down to an outlet. Because we had to have an electrician come out again.

We love our SunSetter awning. I wish we'd have bought it years ago. We got a motorized one with the wind sensor on it and on the front, it has another piece that unrolls to give a vertical block of the sun if the sun's coming down. The sun comes almost over my house in the front, and then the back. So, the sun’s right down in my backyard always. That piece has proven to be really handy when it comes out. It was an upgraded model. It's on the front of the awning and like a curtain, it comes down and it rolls down if you want more shade to block it. Then it rolls up if you don't want it. The awning is super easy to operate. There's a button to push to press open. You can extend just half opened and if you want it all the way, it'll extend all the way and be opened. You can stop it at various points along the way if you'd like to do that, too.

We purchased the biggest awning from SunSetter. It's 21 feet by 19 feet. That's the XL model with the remote control application. Working with them was straightforward. The person came over, did the measurements and showed me the different options. I’ll recommend SunSetter Awnings. We are pleased. Everything has worked as expected.

The installation of our SunSetter was good. It just needs adjusting and the rep's gonna come and do it on a normal day where it's not windy. But the functionality has been really good. I've got electric and the auto wind shut. I'll recommend SunSetter.

We had used SunSetter 10 years ago to purchase one awning. This time, I went back to SunSetter because the fabric had started to deteriorate over the years, and I wanted to replace the fabric, and then I wanted to add another awning to another space in the backyard. Price-wise they were great. From the time the guy came to talk to me about purchasing it and measuring and everything until completion, everything was great. The timeframe was shorter than they had originally said. There was an issue with one piece and they came back three times and fixed it. They finally changed out the entire piece. The installation went without a hitch. When the guys came, I showed them where the new awning went and where the old awning was. An hour later, they knocked on the door and said they were done. They were quick.

My experience with SunSetter has been a good one. I got an 18-foot MP XL in stone heather. I like it. The installation went well. But there was a problem with programming. Some instructions we were given by the support folks did not work. So, we used the dealer helpline. However, with the dealer helpline, we waited 45 minutes and it was never answered. It was on hold for that long. I found some different instructions. We used those and we get the programming complete.

We needed to shade the back part of our dwelling there in Florida. The easiest way to go was to do it with an awning. The SunSetter rep did a fine job. He measured it up and explained some of it and we went with it. They sent two guys 'cause it was an 18-foot long awning. It was substantial. They got right to it. They did a great job. This was the first time they've done a house with the type of siding that my house was and they needed thicker brackets. He had them in the truck. He put it up there once and it was pushing on the pane of a window and he was afraid it was gonna break the window. He took it down. Then he went out to the truck, and he came back, he replaced all the brackets and then put it up there and everything was fine.

The SunSetter rep that we dealt with was a nice guy. Our awning works great. It blocks out the light just like we wanted. After watching them install it, putting up three brackets and plugging it in, I don’t know if I would have paid that much for the installation of it. That was about a third of the cost. It seemed very straightforward to get that done. The installers were good old country boys. They were polite, very helpful and cleaned up after themselves. We had a problem with the remote. The gentleman switched out remotes. Unfortunately, the power source was turned off, so he couldn't program the remote. He left us the instructions. We tried to get it programmed, and we couldn't get it to work. We replaced the battery. We texted him, and he came out within an hour, and got it up and running.

Our SunSetter shade works awesome. It's doing what it's supposed to do. The installers came out, did a good job of putting it in, and cleaned up after themselves. The product looks good.

The SunSetter rep was very honest about things that you need and what you don't. He made it easy for my wife and me to say, “We'll go with this fabric, this model.” He gave us an estimated date of delivery and installation, which was two weeks earlier than we anticipated. The installers were very clean. They removed the old awning, all the old parts, and took everything with them. They didn’t leave any junk behind. They were very professional. They put my tables and chairs back in place. The awning works great.

My experience with the sales rep was good and the installation went easy and fast. So far, the awning's pretty good. I can sit on my back real easy and comfortable.

I had moved down the street from where I am currently living a year and a half ago, and I got a SunSetter awning there. I really liked it so I thought, when I moved, there was no reason to go somewhere else because I was pleased with the product and the service. My new awning got a remote. I love it. The installers did a great job. They came in. They did put it up with no issues and they were very efficient.

Our SunSetter awning is keeping the sun away. It’s motorized, and it has more plastic in it than fabric. The installation went great. The installers came, they put them up, and they left. SunSetter is great overall.

I was very excited about the product. I got the little better material. My neighbor can't say enough about their SunSetter which they've had for at least 20 years. I was thrilled when she gave me the gentleman's card. She saved me a ton of time trying to find a SunSetter rep and getting them out here ‘cause there was snow. I did this the beginning of March. Here I am in May, and I don't have an awning yet. They put the awning up last week, but still, I can't open it. It needs an electrical switch which is still not in.

The sales rep was wonderful. But the installation people were a little rude. We got the top-of-the-line awning and we love it. We like to sit out there in the late afternoon.

The reps were very professional. They came out and were on time for the installation. The awning works good. I like it. It's got the wind sensor on it, the winter cover that goes inside, and LED lights.

Our experience was not too good but not because there's anything wrong with the awnings. We put at our back of our house and we haven't been able to use it once because every time we put it out, the wind blows it back. I wish somebody had told me that it wouldn't work when there's always wind. There's $7,000 down the drain. I'm disappointed because we've had it a couple of weeks and we tried every day, multiple times a day, but it doesn't get more than a few feet out and it pulls right back in. The product is very nice but it never belonged on my house.

The awning is 16 by 10 and when the installers mounted it, they put brackets to get it up over my gutter. I gotta tie the awning but I got a remote that lets it out. I got the color that I wanted and it matches my roof. The installers did everything they were supposed to and were here when they were supposed to be. They weren't here too awful long and the awning was up. But the boss man did most of the work. The helpers stood there and watched most of the time. The guy said he'd come out here once a year and inspect to see if everything was alright. But that's gonna cost me $99 a year. I'm satisfied with everything but I'm not sure about the pay, because what they are advertising on television is a lot different from what I paid.

The sales rep did everything he was supposed to do. He took his time and looked to see what I wanted. The installation was great. The guy showed me everything and how to operate it.

It went great with SunSetter. The rep was on time and everything he told me was honest stuff. The delivery time and installing were fine. It has been windy this year, and the awning works.

The awning we put in is good and we're satisfied with it.

The young lady that was in here explained everything and showed us everything about the awning. The installation went super. I like the way the awning goes out and comes back in. It's very smooth. We like the color of the fabric too. We're glad we selected it. So far, the product has been very good. We've very much enjoyed it.

I've had a SunSetter on the home and it was time to replace it. It was very easy working with them. They were in and out within a couple of hours. I’ve used the awning twice and I'm very happy with it. I like the ease of the sunscreen being attached to the new one and the fact that I can have a larger awning with the power. My last one was not powered.

I was talking with the supplier that was recommended to me by my friend and he convinced me that SunSetter was the best product out there. Because of the number of sales that they had, they were able to offer a lot of quality things and still stay competitively priced. I got the freestanding motorized awning and it has good quality fabric on it. The sunblock valance drops down in the front. The installation was painless. The crew was excellent. Three guys came out and they knew what they were doing. I've already recommended SunSetter to several friends.

We have another awning at our school which has lasted a very long time and it's holding up quite well. I decided it would be nice to have another one. We're using it to cover an outdoor space to turn it into an outdoor classroom. We didn't want something short term but something that would last well over a long period of time. I love the SunSetter awning. It works perfectly. We're hoping for a good long life out of the awning.

I had another Sunsetter which lasted for 10 years. I had the one that had the steel legs that came down and bolted into the deck. That was why it flew up on the roof because of the high winds here. When the saleswoman came to my house, she said that they no longer make it with the steel legs. This time, I bought the motorized awning instead so I didn't have to pay people twice a year to come, take it up and roll it up for winter then bring it down in summertime. The two gentlemen that came to put the SunSetter up did an absolute beautiful job. They were here for five hours, so it took a long time but they were very patient.

We got the motorized awning with the wind setter and everything's with it. There was some smudging on the awning on the front part end but that was replaced. One of the arms had to be replaced too. The awning is not an inexpensive thing but it's still worth it.

Since I already had a SunSetter on the backside of my house, the conversation with the rep was quick. He was great. There were three gentlemen that showed up for the installation. One was the SunSetter person. Within an hour, it was installed and cleaned up and I had no qualms at all. It was done very well. Plus, I knew that they would come back and repair anything that would go wrong because they did some adjustments to the SunSetter on the other side of the house while they were here.

We had a SunSetter at our old house and wanted another one when we moved into a new house. The rep answered our questions okay. Our awning got lights on it and a screen. We're gonna cook and eat outside and enjoy the awning.

The rep was very polite and the installation was quick. My awning comes in when it's too windy. It's good.

When the guys put up the awning, they were good and knew exactly what they were doing. I got the motorized one and it also has the lights in the shade. The only problem that I have with it is that you have to be aware of the wind. The experience with the SunSetter awning has been perfect. I would recommend them.

Our experience with SunSetter was awesome and super-fast. Matt was very personal. He came out to the house, went over everything with us, showed us all the options from one end to the other and made his suggestions. He did a great job of explaining everything to us. We've opened the awning three times to admire and say how much we're gonna love it this summer.

The representatives were friendly and had good sense of humor. They have to come back however. The townhome was built with electric to the overhang and we didn't know it was a switch. The chords are hanging down. They're going to come by on Friday to put those in. But the awning is beautiful. We love it. Several of the neighbors are thinking about doing the same thing. There are 20 homes in here and we're the first to put up a SunSetter. When the SunSetter truck was out there, it made the rounds rather quickly.

The SunSetter rep explained my options and I chose which one I wanted. It wasn't the one with the expensive material but the next one. The installers did a quick and satisfactory installation.

The awning is expensive but I got the top of the line. I'm happy with SunSetter. Chris, the gentleman who sold the awning, was very nice and I had no issues with him. He delivered on time whatever he told me. The installation went fine but there was a little issue with the lights. It keeps falling off. Somehow, somebody has to come and secure them.

The experience with SunSetter was as smooth as it could be. On a couple of days that were nice enough to open the awning up, it worked well. I've been satisfied with it. It's not cheap but if you want what I consider the best type of awning situation and you have the money to pay for it, go for it.

There's no shade in our house so the awning gets used almost daily. I love the quality. The best awning that we got was the XL that has the shade that goes down in the front. I’d recommend SunSetter.

We appreciated the SunSetter rep, John. He sat with us, talked about the differences in the materials, the differences in what other products would look like and/or the construction of them. He seemed to know his stuff when we asked questions. He didn't try to force all the extras on us. He thoroughly explained the differences to us in case we wanted lights on it or a wind sensor or extra warranties. We ordered the wind sensor and when it was shipped to us, it was damaged. John had to have that one replaced. But the awning's great. We had a big baby shower for our niece on Saturday and we had over 30 people in our house. I gave his name and telephone number to at least three different people who asked where we got that awning 'cause everybody loved it.

I had called SunSetter to see if I could get a quote. They said that they don't do that, but they could recommend someone. They recommended someone and they were very good. The awning was more expensive than I thought it was gonna be but the installation was perfect. Unfortunately, the weather's been terrible. We haven't been able to open the awning that much but so far, so good. It's a quality product and worth the money.

The only thing that I'm disturbed with is now they send me a whole bunch of envelopes and they're giving free everything away -- five different items free if a customer buys the model that I bought. It's crazy. I paid over 4,000 bucks and now they’re giving everything for free. But their contractor that I dealt with was super cool. The purchase and the installation worked out good.

The installation went excellent. They didn't rush the install, checked it all out and put up the awning. It was off just a hair, and the guy turned around and fixed it so that it was completely level. He went over all the instructions with us and was very conscientious on what he did. It was very good. He didn't have the playdough to put in a hole, and he came back the other day, no problem. We didn't have to call him. He put the playdough in, and he told us when he left here, "I'm sorry, I didn't have it with me."

I'm very happy with SunSetter Awnings. The awning's quality is good and the design is great.

Everything was amazing and the awning was very quickly and efficiently put up. Also, it's cool that the awning has this little sensor and if it gets windy, it automatically goes in itself.

The rep from SunSetter explained everything and then, he came and put in the awning. He was very thorough about everything. We got the motorized version with the drop shade and it’s great. We can now use the outdoor space. We couldn't sit out there before. It was too sunny.

SunSetter had this special thing where they give a free cover to go over the awning. It didn’t come and we haven't heard anything from them. Other than that, the installation was really smooth. A company from Kelso did it and they brought a crew down. They worked really well. They were clean and they had everything going.

The group of installers was very professional and very complete when it came to explaining the benefits of the awning. So far, the quality has been good.

SunSetter referred me to their person that does the installation in our area. He called and we set up a time to meet and go over things. His name was Harrison. He got everything done and they were quick. Everything's good.

The installers did a very good job, although it got delayed, but the sales rep was kind of pushy. I had some medical problems when I was going through this and I had to go to the hospital. They were out here and he demanded I pay him right then. I told the guys to come back after 3 o'clock. They had another installation to do locally and they came back. I like the awning very much. The only thing I'm disappointed in is that when it rains, it holds the water. The water accumulates on the top so I can't have it out when it rains.

Steve was our sales rep, and he was responsive. He's a very friendly guy. Four guys then came and installed the awning, and they were very good. The awning works as we expected. It’s nice.

The clips will not hold the cover down. I contacted them a week ago and was told I could get a refund. Never heard a word so called again today and was told I could not get the refund. I had the problem soon after I got the awning cover and they sent me another set of clips just like the original, I had them put on and winter came on so I never went out to the patio until a week ago just to discover the clips did not hold again. I am out close to a hundred dollars for a piece of junk. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy if I had one. They do not stand behind their stuff and they lie.

SunSetter is great. I am very pleased with the product and the options that I got to include the lights and the wind-sensitive recall feature. I'm very pleased with the installers as well. There was some shipping damage on the arms when the guys opened up the box. We discussed it a bit. They, very graciously, said, “This is not that uncommon. It does happen. So, we know what we're looking at here. And the company knows. They've heard from us before when our clients say, ‘Why is it that a brand-new set of arms for the awning is sort of slightly bent and scratched?’ And so, let's see what we can do about it.” They went ahead and installed everything, and it was functional. It just had those issues.

SunSetter did what they said they were gonna do. That doesn't happen everywhere. They screwed up the first order and delivered the wrong size but they fixed that and gave my wife a chance to pick a new color. That made her happy. SunSetter resolved the problem in a reasonable period of time. Our contractor’s a pretty tough guy and he was pleased. So if he's pleased, I'm pleased.

I love my SunSetter awning so much. I just ordered a second one last November, and I'm getting ready to install it in April. I got the first one during COVID. I was home a lot, so I wanted to enjoy my deck in the sun. I called a couple of companies in the area and one couldn't be bothered with the pandemic and the other one was a little pricey. My SunSetter was worth it. I got a great purchase price, and it's a good product. Get it, too.

I got excellent service from SunSetter in a timely manner. I got the Sunbrella material, which I love. I had to get special approval for that because it wasn't one of the standards that we use here in our neighborhood. I got the LED lights, which I love too. The wind sensor is wonderful ‘cause it works. It's well worth it. The aesthetics are great. I've had other people across the lake tell me how nice the awning looks.

I called SunSetter and told them that I wanted to have somebody come out and take a look. They said they would get ahold of the person in my area. That was on a Friday and the guy called me on Monday morning, came out and measured. We liked what we saw so we ordered. The two gentlemen that came out gave me two options where they could put it. My wife and I decided that the one area was better than the other then went ahead and got them installed. So far, it's been a very positive experience.

They came out and looked at the site. They gave us an accurate measurement of what would work best. They were on time for the installation. The awning came in faster than we thought it was going to but some accessory is still missing. SunSetter didn't ship completely. But I'm pleased with the way the awning works. The only thing I don't like about it are the side shades. You have to manually put them on and take them off.

We're very happy with SunSetter. We bought three motorized awnings. Two of them have motion and rain sensors and one is under cover, so it does not. The installers were wonderful. I would certainly recommend SunSetter and the gentleman that we purchased the awnings from.

They did everything they said they’d do. Very courteous and did it on time. We’re very satisfied with the product so far.

The awning is okay with the sun but not the rain. If the rain falls and the awning will be down. It doesn't serve the purpose for the rain. I want it for the rain but they say it mustn't get rain. Other than that, SunSetter's team was very good.

The rep knew what he was talking about and represented his company well. We purchased a 16 foot by 8 foot awning that has a remote control and a wind sensor. It blocks out the rain and later on in the year, it will block out a part of the sun. It's functioning well.

The installers who did our SunSetter awning showed me how it works. Its quality is good. So far, every time when we go outside, I can just use the remote to turn it on. That's the cool part. I would suggest going with SunSetter. It’s a good thing.

Our SunSetter awning, so far, is terrible. It rained and the sensor never went. It was windy and it never closed up. It got full of water and I couldn't close it, so I had to get the water out. Now, I was told I could put in some type of bows to keep it from sagging. So, I'm not too happy so far. The guy who did come out gave me some cockamamie story that it should be this, it should be that. That was not what he told me when he first installed it. Also, the awning is kinda low. It feels like it's right on top of my head. So, I need to be up there because it was my son who is up there. I'm down south. I come and go up and back. So, I have to make an appointment with the guy to come out and see if we can put those bows in to keep them from not sagging. I'm very dissatisfied. Everything that they said it would do, it hasn't done.

The SunSetter that we got is striped and it's automated. It's 16 feet long. It's electric. It goes up by itself and comes back in by itself with the wind. It was expensive. But I had a positive experience with the sales rep. He was personable and knowledgeable.

I bought a tan colored automatic awning that rolls up and down. It was the end of November when it was installed and the SunSetter Awnings team was great.

The SunSetter representative was very good. He spent more time than he anticipated. So he had to make a call to his next appointment and apologize because we were taking too much of his time. He went over the product. Everything went well. The only problem that we had was the time that we waited was well beyond what we were quoted. We were quoted 4 to 6 weeks and it took 12 to get it. I understand with COVID and everything else, that there’s a lot of stuff that's been backed up. It took a lot longer. Had I known that, I would have been prepared for it. But it got a little frustrating when I would call, and they would say, “We still don't have it.” But that wasn't their fault.

I got ahold of our local SunSetter dealer, Jerry, and he was terrific. We had him order it for us, had it delivered to the house and had it put up. He came with his son and they were both knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them. The awning is good for when I want to go out and read a book and for shade.

The salesperson was the best and the installers finished really quick. We like the selection of the fabric for the awning. The awning that we got is retractable and it is pretty.

The man who came to sell was phenomenal. He had all the answers and he put them to us that we knew exactly what he was saying. Nothing was hidden and he didn't make up stories. We had a good time. Our SunSetter has a remote control and protection so when it's rolled up, nothing can get into it.

The rep was kind of a character. He was a little offensive. He would come in several times while we were putting the awning up and wanted a glass of water. He would ask if we had something else besides water. He was a pleasant guy but kinda overstep his boundaries. He initially came to look at the old awning that we had then proceeded to talk us into a new one. But it wasn't a hard sell and I like the product. We had to order the thing that makes the awning come back if it gets really windy and there was a delay in having that come.

We've had our SunSetter awning for a long time. We were getting ready to get a new cover for it because the old one was getting holes in it but the forest fire happened so we got a whole brand new one. The experience with SunSetter was perfect. They're great. We like our awning. When the wind blows really hard, it retracts. It's a good thing.

I've had good luck with my SunSetter awning. The remote control has worked every time I've used it. I haven't had a first minute’s problem with it.

SunSetter installed our awning well and it looks beautiful. It came down from the rain, so they had to put another one back up. We always tried to retract it any time we were gone so that wouldn't happen. However, we didn't know it was gonna rain at all and when I came back, it was already down. I was shocked that in that short amount of time, the awning was brought down. They had not told us about that. I would have appreciated them explaining that from the beginning to me. But now we know through experience, any time, even if I'm gone for an hour and the skies are clear, I'm gonna retract it.

The sales rep needed more knowledge on the awning. She knew what it was but didn't tell me everything about it like the outlet that I got to have power to. When we first got ours, the installer put both of the awning out, a big one and a small one, over a door. We had it out one morning going to church on Sunday. A shower came up, filled it up with water and broke the big one before he could get out there and put the outlet in. It would have been nice if they would have told us we needed the outlet. I thought he was putting it in the same day he was putting the awning up. But he said he had to come back three or four days later. We had to go ahead and use the warranty on it. I had to pay $90 for shipping cost then repay him about $600 before he put up the new one. The guy did an excellent job putting it up but the sales rep needs to tell more about it upfront that if you don't have an outlet, it’d be best to go ahead and put it up so they can work.

We bought two SunSetter Awnings for two different houses. In the first house, we picked it out on our own. It had the Good Housekeeping seal. I liked all the reviews I read, and we thoroughly loved it. We sold that house and then we bought into a 55 and older community that Toll Brothers built. SunSetter was the only recommended awning that we were allowed to put up. When I found that out, I thought, “Well, that's no problem. We've dealt with SunSetter. We had no issues with it.” We were very happy with the gentleman that installed and sold it to us. Unfortunately, they were backordered for so long. We ordered it in August and we did not have it put in until right before Christmas time.

We placed our order to SunSetter with the expectation of delivery for May. We happen to be in Florida right now, and the purchase was for a property up in Massachusetts. When we bought it, we had a time when no one was wanting to be sitting outside. So, we were trying to be proactive to make sure that everything was ordered, received, and ready for installation as soon as we got back.

The guy from SunSetter was excellent. Everything was great. I'd recommend SunSetter to anybody.

I got the motorized awning and it's attached to the dwelling. The guys that put it in were great. The owner guy came out when there was an issue with the brackets coming from the side of the house. It had to be mounted to the soffit. They had it figured out and it works fine now. I’m happy with it. But I have to call the rep about a side panel that can be hung down and I’m gonna ask him to bring that to me because of the time of day. I spent a lot of money on the awning and it could use the side.

We're satisfied with our awning. We like its ease of use.

We dealt with Randy and he was good. We got a motorized awning and it's very big. It's in my backyard for my lanai and it works.

It was good service, and I appreciate the company that installed the awning. I was at work when they did the installation. I gave them access to the backyard and they put it up. When I got home, they demonstrated how to use it. The awning is about 14 feet long. It's kind of a canvas material. It retracts in and out. It has a remote and LED light. It looks nice. I enjoy it.

The vendor designing windows was knowledgeable, receptive, responsive, professional, and guided me in the right way. Their workmen were great. They clearly had done the installation a lot. They didn't do any damage to the outside of my house. They were very fast. They taught me everything. I love the way the awning looks. But I wish that the cartridge was white and not off white. Also, my next door neighbor is looking to buy an awning and I showed mine to them, but my light wasn't working.

There was a long wait because of the order of the awning, but other than that, everything went fine. SunSetter was good in working. They were fast and clean. The awning is good but the one that I expected didn't work the way I expected it. The shade is not coming directly under the awning.

When they did the installation, they didn't have the cover with them. So they've got to come back and put the cover on. But the awning has been good so far.

They were knowledgeable and competent. The solar team was also very good. I got the electric awning and it’s about 15 feet across. It has an extra crank device to get the sun if it goes down very low. So far, so good.

When the installation people got here, I gave them the final check for the awning but they said, "Oh, no, no. This is separate. And you owe me 500." But I thought it was all rolled into the price. They said it wasn't. So I wasn't too happy about that. The salesperson should make it more clear that the installation is separate.

The installer has to come back this week to make some adjustments. But everything's been great. They always got me informed. The product and the service have been good.

I purchased a yellow and gray striped awning. It looks nice and works well as I got the automatic one. SunSetter installed it right around the beginning of winter, so I haven’t had the opportunity to use it a whole lot. But when I go out there and show people, it goes right out and comes right back in. It just messed up my balcony, like the guy who did the door which was not SunSetter.

The response was quick, and very professional. I liked the salesperson when they came out and talked to us, and gave us recommendations. The product came in about the time they said it would. We're happy with what we received. It was put in by a subcontractor that seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job. They explained as they put it in how they set it up. It was all A plus. It was a good experience for us. We enjoyed working with them, and we enjoyed the awning since then.

My daughter bought me a SunSetter awning. It had a remote control and we liked it. But we had an abnormal wind and before I could hit the button and roll up the awning, the wind blew it up over my house and destroyed it. My daughter looked for a dealer in the area and I wound up talking to a guy named Briner, and then I replaced it. I had a 10 x 16 and my deck’s only 10 x 14, so I bought a $2,400 10 x 14 and I was looking to cut cost a little bit so I didn't have it put up and I have it laying on the garage. I would probably gonna put it up in the spring. But overall, I was pleased that it was American-made and they’re pretty quality. I'm probably going to purchase another one for the underside of the mobile home in the spring.

The team was fantastic. I talked to somebody on the phone and he came and did the presentation. It was really good. And the installers came to put the awning up. There was an error in what they delivered. It was supposed to be straight instead of ruffled. They fixed that quickly too, and brought it back and put it up. I was almost like, “Well, I guess I don't really need it.” And the guy said, “No. That's what you ordered. We want to make it good for you. We'll bring it back and fix it.” And they did. I would definitely refer SunSetter Awnings.

The installers put the awning up perfectly. It went very good and fast. They were very nice people. I use the awning every day when the sun is out. I'm very happy with it. This makes the second one I've got.

It was a seamless, easy process. The company that did the installation was on time and did a good job. We like the quality.

The SunSetter team was very efficient and just took an hour and a half or two to install the motorized and automatic awning in terms of wind. So, in case of heavy wind, it retreats. I'm happy with it. But it's not summertime so I haven't used it very much. Overall, I admired their installation and the quality of the product.

We own two of Sunsetter Solar Easy Shades that we purchased through Costco. We haven't used them all that much (possibly several dozen times over the last 4 years) and when we returned to Florida from up North in November, we tested the shades. The one worked fine, while the other shade didn't work at all. After a lot of fiddling with the hand-held remote control, we finally got it to work, but only sporadically, and when it did work, it went "down" pushing the "up" button, and "up' using the "down" button. It would sometimes get stuck halfway down, and then we couldn't get it back up.

SunSetter's salesman was more knowledgeable and had a wider range of products, colors, and fabrics than other companies. I hired them and their installers did a good job. We love our awning. We have a southern exposure and big sliding glass doors in the new house that we moved into. And we're getting so much light flooding into our living room that we really needed that awning to cut the light a lot. Plus, we could sit out there under the awning if it's raining.

My SunSetter awning's installation was outstanding. It took a very reasonable timeframe. Go ahead and use SunSetter. They're great. They're reliable and they did a good job.

I like the quality of my SunSetter awning, but I'm in Iowa so I've got it covered up for the winter. The only thing is the cover only covers the front part. I would think they would have some kind of a better cover to put on it for the winter. Other than that, my experience was very positive. I'm happy with it.

I had a SunSetter which got damaged in the storm so I got a new one this summer. The reps were very nice and thorough. So, I was happy with it. I got a 14-foot motorized green awning. The installers took the old one down and put the other one right up. They did a good job.

I bought the awning because I knew the company. I used to do home shows with them. So, I got to know some of the guys. Have the sales representative over because the fellow was a very courteous guy. Also, the installers were very good. I bought a 14-foot retractable and it looks good. I have only opened it once because we got it installed at the beginning of November. But my wife is pleased and that is the most important thing.

My experience with their team was totally excellent from start to finish. Carl was a great representative. He was very informative and forthcoming. Every question I had, he explained fully. I really like him. The install team did a great job and I was really pleased with it. We have a motorized awning attached to the house. It's ice and snow Idaho so I put three feet out just to keep the patio doors clean. So, I can still have a chair out there that won't get covered in snow.

We had to build a deck onto our house, and my husband missed an overhand. So, we needed something and I liked the idea of a retractable from the roof. Our friends have one of SunSetter's blinds. We liked them, and we liked their shades. So, we thought we should get one too. The guy that helped us choose the awning was great and came out and measured everything. The people that installed it were really good, very quick and very professional. The problem is that Sunsetter had gotten the order wrong. So, the people that installed it didn't have all the right parts because it hadn't gotten transferred to the order correctly. Then, we had to get that picked up.

The rep was easy to work with. She had us sold in less than five minutes. The installers were amazing too. If it wasn't for chitchatting with me, they would've been gone in 15 minutes. It was that simple and that easy. I really enjoy what we received. It's a portable type awning that I can take from house-to-house. So if I move, it can go with me. I'm real happy about that and the quality is definitely excellent. I trust SunSetter and their product.

It's been great with SunSetter. I got a 12-foot automated retractable awning with LED lights and a wind sensor. But with the installation, there was a little bit of cosmetic damage to the trim work on the existing house. The aluminum siding was dented up a little bit. Other than that, the awning is functioning well. I recommend SunSetter. It's a good product. I have an outdoor TV underneath my awning and it keeps me out of the rain.

The purchase and installation went pretty smoothly. The rep talked with my husband and he told us how he would want to do it. But he changed it later and did it in a different way he thought would be better. Then they set up a time to put it in. The whole experience was good.

SunSetter was on TV and I presented it to my community and made it available to all the homes in my community. We did probably about 30 of the awnings here. It’s always a good experience with the SunSetter team and the reps are excellent. The quality of the awning is very good and we use it daily. When we’re out on the deck, we have it open.

The awning works wonderful. It couldn’t be installed on the stucco because there wasn’t enough support behind it so the installer had to go on the roof and change some of the parts. SunSetter is waiting on a piece and it’s not done yet. But installer was great and very easy to work with. Whenever I called Holly, the rep, she answered the phone and if I need to see samples, she's usually there within a couple of hours. I'm probably going to get another awning for the back of my house. I’m working on that.

The quality of the SunSetter awning is good and I liked the reps very much, which was why I called them back a second time.

We were very happy with everybody that we dealt with at SunSetter. The salesman was very competent and the two installers did an excellent job very quickly.
