Crew was very informative. Cleaned as they worked. Took time to ask preference on shower and grab bar heights. Helped greatly on that. Explained wait time before first use. Also correct way to clean to keep looking the best, for a longer time.

I couldn’t be happier with my walk-in shower. From the start the company was fantastic and the salesman was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Today I had some adjustments done to the glass, sliders and towel bars and the service was top-notch. Everything looks perfect and I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome.

David was wonderful. I'm not sure why my problem happened in the first place, but Safe Step was fast, pleasant and efficient. When you're up in age it's always nice to know a company is still there to help, after the purchase was made.

Neil and Jerimahia were the most caring professionals who did an exceptional install of our walk-in shower. And couple of wonderful human beings besides. They are a credit to their profession. Safe step truth in advertising was evident because of these men and the peace of mind of getting the high quality of service and product.

On Christmas eve day I was using my Safe Step tub and when I finished the tub would not drain properly so I could get out. We called customer service and she stayed on the phone with me until the tub had completely drained. She was very patient and reassuring while talking me through the process of using the emergency drain. She also scheduled a service call. The service repairman, Steve **, who was very knowledgeable with Safe Step, came to our home the day after Christmas. He understood the problem and very efficiently corrected the problem. He explained the many maintenance features and their importance, and even took time to fill the tub and show me how to clean it properly. Customer service and Steve **, the repairman, were excellent!

2 Young men that worked very hard to make an exceptional bathtub. Worked very hard and clean. Finished in just one day for us. They were very quiet and didn’t bother us. We were very happy with the way they worked and the finished product. I would love to work with them again.

Thank you for sending out Danny to replace my door handle. He cleaned out the hair out of the drain spoke to me regarding cleaning the tub once a month he filled the walking bathtub. Everything is working as it should thank you very much. I enjoy my tub very much and I’m so glad that I had someone come to maintain it. I give Daniel five stars.

The crew that installed Mom’s tub was very considerate and detail-oriented. Mom’s old shower left an extra small space, and the crew had to do a lot of special fitting to get her new tub into it. Maxwell and Eli put in an extra-long day, 12 hours, without complaining a bit.

We purchased the tub and shower combo. Installation was fast and professional. The installation crew was courteous and knowledgeable. The final product is stunning. We can’t wait to use our new walk-in tub.

I. Had low water pressure and no hot water. I called Safe Step and they were very helpful and was told That someone would contact me to schedule a service. The next day Rick and Laura contacted me and was out 2 days later. They were very professional and identified the problems quickly. They were extremely helpful in explaining my problems and will return with some new parts. Great service from RICK and Laura.

Jared did an excellent job. Explain everything he was doing. Checked everything in the tub. Very professional. He died my leaky faucet cartridges. Jared was in and out in about 1/2 hour. I would recommend Jared and the Safe Step very highly. Thank you safe step.

The team was fantastic and had to fix old ancient plumbing and run a tough electrical and did everything great! The team worked tirelessly to finish the project and were efficient and courteous and respectful of our needs and we are very satisfied with the service.

Greatly appreciated Elwood explaining what he was doing to repair our issue. He was thorough — even checking for any additional issues. He answered questions we had because of health issues and needing to do more foot soaks but not needing to have the tub completely filled every time.

Your two technicians Sergei ** and Dinis ** installed a walk-in shower in our home on 12/9 and 10, 2025. They did a magnificent job. Both gentleman were hard working and professional doing quality work. BTW, they worked 12 hours a day each day to get the job done. They deserve a raise.

What a fine display of workmanship and professionalism!! Jason went above and beyond with the installation and also assisted in opening an area were I was not able to access with my wheelchair. They were both a pleasure to work with and are a very valuable asset to your company!!!
