What a fine display of workmanship and professionalism!! Jason went above and beyond with the installation and also assisted in opening an area were I was not able to access with my wheelchair. They were both a pleasure to work with and are a very valuable asset to your company!!!

Workmen were on time, courteous, good regular updates of information kept me fully informed. Appreciated the very thorough explanation/demonstration of the tub installation and all of the controls. Looking forward to first use (after waiting 48 hours following installation).

Stan, our service man, provided us excellent response time and was very professional. He completely resolved our drain issue and gave us tips to enhance using our tub. He also gave us suggestions to get the best results to extend hot water when filling the tub.

Stan, the Safe Step representative/technician, arrived at my home exactly on time for my scheduled appointment. He was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and keen at his craft. Very quickly, he identified my walk-in shower 'leak' issue, and promptly provided a fix-solution ... and that was that! BRAVO to Stan for his effort and efficiency - a true pro all the way!

On time, fix tub and more explain everything to me. Very courteous, explain things not to do. Helped me do the App on my phone, put new covers over the door, screws the old ones fell off. Was a really nice guy. Best thing he redid was the door handle, it cut my thumb, it's like having a brand new tub, thanks for coming out really quick.

Called for service to Safe Step as there were some parts that were not acceptable. The hand hose did not reach far enough to rinse back. Also control panel had started turning white instead of blue. The control on the drain was getting difficult and felt like it was damaging the tub. Rick came on exact time, went through problems, explained what was wrong. All was corrected.

Elwood, the technician came on time, explained what the issue was. Walked us through what the fix and how to spot things in the future and gave us tips on how to use and clean the tub. Also helped figure out why we didn’t have enough hot water. Highly recommend his service.

We were very happy with the service call completed by Stan. We had a leak in the shower and needed a fast response. When I called, they set up the service call right away, Stan called that same day with an appointment, and was here when he said he would be. He was polite and efficient, and the repair looks great. Great customer service from Stan.

Great customer service. Technician listened with care and made sure a resolution could be reached. He checked handle and found that it squeaked too much and needed replacement. He went ahead and spoke to agent and agreed to order a replacement for a future date to have it replaced and installed.

Outstanding in every way!! Jason and Rex were kind and courteous and very professional in their work. Took the time to take out jacuzzi tub in one piece and when I recorded I didn’t want it after all they disposed of it for me. They cleaned up very well and the job looks terrific!!

The men from Venka construction: Maxwell and Eli were very kind and professional as they installed my SafeStep tub. They walked me through the whole process and were respectful of my property. I could not be more pleased with their performance. Great job!

I was having problems with mom walk in tub. Service call completed. Elwood, Service Technician call and came out same day. He explained all the safety checks and checked all parts to ensure proper working conditions. Parts ordered. Estimate time given. Elwood ** professional and left area in clean orderly manner. I will recommend in future. Also great job.

The Venka Construction (Maxwell & Eli) installers approached The project with professionalism and detail, explained the demonstration really well for me, they were careful with all the items in the house, everything was neatly put back in place and the work was very professional.

Sean **and Cully ** arrived on time and did a great job. They worked well together and finished both the installation of the Safe step walk in tub and the ADA compliant toilet in a timely manner. When they finished the install they cleaned up and left no mess in the house.

The installation team called ahead to notify me of their arrival time. They were polite, friendly, quiet and professional. The team leader made sure I understood the features of the tub, how they were to be used and how to properly clean it. My initial anxiety regarding installation was gone as soon as I saw them working as an organized team. When done, all 3 team members showed me the tub and the work they did, and asked if I was satisfied with the installation. They also tried to refuse a tip until I insisted. It actually was a pleasure!

Very good service of replacing parts, and tightening things up. Will be sending a new door plug to us. Greg did a very good job!! Replaced plastic part over door hinge, tightened on/off switch, replaced rain showerhead and the pipes, and replaced gasket and on/off panel. All service and parts were covered under lifetime warranty.

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable but Safe Step as a company it sucks. I have no more to said. This company praise on elderly people. I’ve had nothing for problems with my tub since I got it. My husband can’t even use it because the water doesn’t get hot. Stay hot because I have the 50 gallon water heater and for some reason it won’t stay hot. Company never answers me back.

To start off with I was surprised that after a long distinguished golf career that "Greg **" was at my house to fix our Safe Step walk in shower.. Obviously a joke, seriously the young Greg from safe step was punctual, affable and knowledgeable with regard to our issue. I would highly recommend Greg for any service issue going forward. I observed him through the whole rehab and he was very responsive to make sure we were satisfied with his work. I was amazed when I asked him his territory for service call. He had no issues with the travel times to our house. Also, my wife and I are very happy with Safe step especially as we are getting older and enjoy relaxing in the tub.

Danny provided excellent bathtub servicing and was incredibly kind and thorough throughout the entire process. He goes way beyond what’s expected, truly respects his customers, and carefully considers their specific needs. I would definitely have him come back for any future work.

Jason and Rex were very efficient and knowledgeable about the tub installation process. They took time to make sure every time they they went in and out to clean their shoes from all the snow they were working in. The tub looks fantastic and I cannot wait to use it!! Jacob did an excellent job of installing the walk in tub. He spent time educating me on the proper usage of the tub and its features. He was neat and cleaned all the debris involved in the install. I couldn't expect better service from a very well mannered installer. Thank you a safe Step.

My Safe Step technician was great. Fast and efficient. He always listens to my concerns and fixes what he can and orders the parts necessary. Communication is always excellent with Safe Step Safe. I know when my technician is supposed to arrive and am notified if plans change.

Great tech. Super competent, very nice guy. Excellent at knowing how to repair the tub. Didn’t let the cat out. We also really like the tub. My wife is disabled and the tub has been therapeutic as well as good for hygiene. My only slight issue was it took over a week for the initial visit

We would like Danny to continue service on the future jobs. We have had the tub since 2020 and love it. It has met our disability needs every day.

Called into Safe Step informing them of our leak situation with our walk in shower/Tub. Jase was assigned as our repair man, and he was exceptional and fix the issue quickly and respectfully. Always love their 24/7 service phone help. Will continue to reach out if or when any other issues would come up.

My service technicians were Rick and Laura **. They were very knowledgeable and were able to solve the major water leakage problem immediately and worked diligently to recaulk and solve this problem. They did an excellent job recalling around the whole tub.

The tech that responded was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. He explain my issue and how he will solve it. The young man also gave me tips on how to better care for my tub to keep the unit a peak performance. While working he also notice another issue and was more than willing to take care of it also.

Scott was great. Very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. Efficient and solved the problem. I have never had a delay problem with this company. They always respond in a short time and try to help me solve my problem over the phone, if possible.

Showed up on time, walked me through every step that was being done showed me as they did the installment. Tub and shower functions were all explained well as were the functions of the keypad. Jason was very professional and well-mannered. Cleaned up very well also.

Once again the people associated with Safe Step came through. The gentleman who was assigned my job arrived within the window he had previously told me. He was professional and courteous. He immediately started on the repair. He had told me approximately how long it would take and he was spot on. When he finished, he explained the nature of the repair, what had failed, and what could be done to prevent further repairs in the future. He was neat, clean, and orderly. I had to sign his work order and he left all the while he was very friendly. I highly recommend this gentleman to anyone who needs a repair to be performed.

Steven ** was great to work with! He called one day and came the very next day right on time. He was super friendly, explained the issue to me, worked quickly and efficiently, and was a great help! I would definitely recommend Steven to family or friends. My issue happened to be a t-valve and he replaced the part very quickly and it wasn't expensive.

Thank you. Very personable and professional young man. He took the time to chat with me about our pets who are very important to me. He could have rushed off but he didn't. I'm now waiting for a new wand. Hopefully will improve water pressure. Thank you.

From start to finish, the installers were absolutely awesome. They were on time, they cleaned up after their cells. They were friendly. They were knowledgeable when I asked questions. They were on time. Each time I see in them, they will always in good mood.

A very nice professional man came out today to fix our tub. He did a great job, also left me with a paper for the new online shop. We really enjoy our Safe Step tub & you guys take care of all & any issues we might have, which have been minor, thanks, sorry I forgot his name. 🙂

Rick and Laura ** were on time and polite. Rick installed the toilet seat and Laura ** explained how to use it. Laura showed the features of it. They did a good installation, Laura answered questions about it and addressed ongoing issues with the tub.

Thank you for sending Danny to repair our leaking three-position valve. He is courteous and knowledgeable to what he was here for. We have yet to use the tub but maybe now. We would really like Danny to be sent if we have any problems in the future. Also, the salesman Raj was very helpful on picking out our tub.

Laura and Rick arrived on time. They are going to order parts and come back. They found the issue with water jets very quickly. Their communication was great and worked with my schedule not theirs. Looking forward to them finally fixing it for good.
