We had been looking at Royal Prestige at the home show that they have in Springfield once a year. We decided we were going to get a good set of pots and pans. But the sales guy made me feel guilty and it was his sales pitch that made us decide on Royal Prestige rather than Saladmaster. I’ve had it for eight months and I like the way it cooks especially the electric skillet. It’s great quality but it does a poor job in the dishwasher. It comes out spotty no matter what you do. So, my wife cleans it with a stainless cleaner. But other than that, we like the product and we’re completely happy with it.

We learned about Royal Prestige in a trade show and my wife liked it. It was an impulse buy. They always make it sound so good at the trade show, but not the guy I was talking to. He did a good job. We've had the cookware for three months and I like the valve deal on it. They have good quality product, and so far, they’ve done what they said they would do.

I've always been watching Royal Prestige Cookware at the Home Shows for years. I have their cookware for five months now, and I like the idea of waterless cookware. However, we haven't used it yet since the whole house is packed away. But we did use the electric skillet and had a problem with it at the start. They were cool to get us a new part for it though. I really liked the salesman. The quality and customer service is good and they did a good job.

We saw Royal Prestige at Home and Garden Show several times when we went down there every year to Minneapolis. I needed new pans and since we could afford something a little better, I bought their cookware and I'm on the second year of owning it. It’s a really nice cookware, and I love it. It has a very good quality. Moreover, they stand behind their products still because I had a little accident with one when I had the burner up too high and I burnt it pretty bad. It was not scrapable so they had to exchange it at no charge and no problem. That was awesome.

I was at a home and garden show and Royal Prestige gave a good demonstration there. My mother-in-law has Royal Prestige cookware and I wanted some new cookware. I thought that it would be a really good cookware. I bought it in January and I like it so far. It's easy to use and it cooks evenly. I'm very happy with it and I'm anticipating that it's going to last me forever.

The rep from Royal Prestige talked to us about the cookware and it really looked great. My husband liked it that it's dishwasher safe and it's made out of the famous surgical-grade stainless steel. We got the pots, pans, and the electric skillet. We have the electric one that they said you can make a cake in it or lasagna. You can put on the stove like an electric skillet. We've had them for five months now. When we used the cookware, it didn't work. We watched the video and all the other stuff that came along with it, but we're finding the food is sticking, things aren’t cooking properly, and it's not an easy cleanup. It's not just something I can throw in the dishwasher like it was explained. We've been washing everything by hand. We used the electric cooker once too and it was awful to clean up. We haven't used it again.

I didn't want to use stainless or Teflon pans anymore and Royal Prestige was recommended to us. I like the cookware’s waterless cooking feature, being able to cook without much water so your vegetables aren't all waterlogged but I'm not good at it yet. We tried to schedule someone to come give us lessons, but no one ever contacted us. But the cookware is of good quality and I would recommend them to a friend.

We were at a demonstration and I liked how the Royal Prestige cookware worked, so we bought it. We've owned it since last spring. The overall quality is good and it wasn't bad for the cost. I'd recommend it to a friend.

I saw the Royal Prestige presentation and it looked interesting. Since we had a mismatched cookware, I decided to purchase from Royal Prestige and their quality seems very good. I'd tell my friends to take a look at it too.

I got to know about Royal Prestige at a state fair. My husband purchased their cookware and it's very nice. I've been using the griddle a lot lately and it’s easy to clean up.

The Royal Prestige maXtractor Juicer is an expensive rip off. Do not buy this machine. It's awful. First, your veggies have to be cut fairly small. Second, the pulp gets caught in the extractor part all the time - especially leafy greens (and who doesn't juice leafy greens???). You are also constantly clearing out jams in the ejector chute. And their customer service Carolyn ** (show replies in caps - rudely) can't help you if you don't have an order number and surprisingly they don't have me as a customer. Save your money and fruits and shop at a respectable store - COSTCO, WALMART, TARGET, BED BATH AND BEYOND.

We looked at Royal Prestige and we thought that it would fit our needs. It’s easy to clean, looks good and has great quality. I would tell my friends to try it but I would also let them know it’s expensive.

I bought Royal Prestige in the early 80's. I absolutely love the cookware. I have had a couple kettles that the bottoms had started to come off. Called the company and they asked me to send them in and they sent me brand new updated ones. When I need new handles and knobs I just call and they send out new ones free of charge. A friend bought a set of cookware from another company around the same time and they refused to hold up their warranty. My only problem is I want to buy a couple extra pieces, but the distributor is 2000 miles away and cannot order directly from the company.

My parents bought Royal Prestige 15 years ago. We saw them at a boat show and the staff cooked a chicken and some vegetables and showed off the induction thing. We figured we'd buy that one since we were tired of buying pots and pans. We've had the cookware for six months now. I like that it works. Also, the cleanup is good once you get a hang of cooking with them. With the Walmart cookware, you just cook. But with the Royal Prestige one, you preheat it then turn the heat down. So learning how to use the oil to your advantage was the main thing. Once we got that down, we simply wipe it out.

I’m happy and satisfied with my experience with Royal Prestige. It's good value for a good product. My favorite is the electric skillet. It’s easy to clean and non-stick, no oil.

I looked at other cookware retailers but the guarantee on Royal Prestige is much better. My husband said that he wanted to treat me for my birthday, so he got them. They cook nice and evenly. I love that it cleans easily and that I can cook with very little water. I steam my vegetables and they come out really nice and flavorful. However, I wish they had more recipes or more info on cooking directions. At first, it was hard, but once the vegetables boil and I turn the knob, then I put them in for five minutes. Also, I’m having trouble keeping the electric frying pan connected. Somehow, it slips out and then it loses its heat, so I’m always pushing that in. Overall, the pans are really great and they're heavy too.

Mark came and gave us all a Royal Prestige brochure. I had owned the cookware for 40 years. Although most of the pieces I had are still good, there were a couple that needed to be replaced and he couldn't replace some. So, we decided to purchase a whole new set just recently. Their quality is good and I like that they're stainless steel. They don't scratch and they are easy to clean. My favorite is that they heat evenly.

We went to one of the home shows and Royal Prestige was there. I purchased from them because I needed pots and pans and their price was good. It seemed a little high at first but it’s a decent price for the most part and it's a very nice and sturdy cookware. Overall, it was a good experience and they have a good product and I like it.

We were considering to purchase a new cookware for a couple of years because it was so expensive. But when we decided to get it, we really liked it. I've had my cookware from Royal Prestige for a year. It's healthier and the food tastes really good. Also, we don't have to use grease and it is so easy to clean. The food doesn't stick to it and as long as you don't let it sit in the pan for a long time, it cleans up. Our pan still looks brand new. It's a shock to get over the cost of it and we know that we had some other pieces that it would be more handy. But we can do everything that we need to do with the set that we have. All in all, it's good quality and I won't ever have to buy any more pots and pans again unless I want a different piece.

40 years ago, we went to a home party where they were demonstrating Royal Prestige and selling them. The only thing I wanted at that time was the shredder and they would not sell it. I had to have a party with a certain amount of money involved. I said, "Forget it. I'm not gonna do that. I wanna buy it. My money ought to be good." But they wouldn't do it. Then recently we were at this home show which was demonstrating Royal Prestige and the guy did it well. He was very personable and he kept everybody's attention. We bought their cookware since my husband said that we could afford them. Forty years ago, we couldn't. The cookware's quality is superb and the food was fantastic out of them. I love the fact that I don't have to use a lot of oil and water. They've made me a better cook.

There was a trade show where we came to know about Royal Prestige and because of the quality of their cookware, we thought of purchasing from them. We bought pots and nice non-stick pans and have utilized them for six months now. But I’m having problems since day one with the skillet, where stuff sticks to it. Other than that, the rest of the products are excellent and everything else was wonderful. I'm more than happy with Royal Prestige.

I was using the cookware from my grandmother and decided maybe I could do a little better. I've had Royal Prestige since March and so far, I like it. The quality is very good. I have a gas stove and the cookware heats evenly all through. I don’t have to sit there waiting for the whistle. I'm also still experimenting with it. Also, if I had a problem, I called them and they answered.

My son and daughter-in-law really like well the Royal Prestige set that they have. I then thought of trying Royal Prestige as well. I've had the cookware set for several months and have only used two pans out from the whole set. And for what I paid for the cookware, I'm not satisfied with it. I also talked to Greg from Royal Prestige and he never sent me a cord for my slow cooker and that's been a couple of months ago now. I'm not happy with Royal Prestige.

My husband and I went to a home show in Gonzales, Louisiana and saw a demonstration. We were impressed by it and decided then to go ahead and purchase Royal Prestige Cookware. I've been working out of town so the only pot that I've used was the electric skillet. I like that I don't have to add extra oil to it and it don't stick. It is easy to clean. It doesn't take a lot of space in the cabinet. There is even a good flavor when you cook in it. I'm very impressed by it. It seems to be very durable. The rest of the pots are at home but I enjoy them too.

I've been using Royal Prestige products for 30 years and I have loved them ever since. The first set that I got when I was still in high school still looks brand new. Then, a guy came to our house and told me the most current one. I still use the old set because they're so good. But, I needed bigger pieces for a bigger family that I have to take care of and I have to cook a lot. So, I recently purchased another one.

I originally got the baking set with the baking pans from Royal Prestige. They were horrible. With the way I cook, I need a cookie sheet that has edges as well as a flat surface because sometimes, I need it to hold water or to catch the drips. However, their cookie sheet has no edges. One end had a lip up but the rest of it was completely flat. It's also a lot smaller than I would need and the rest of the baking set were round pans. One of them was a pie pans. They weren't even deep enough to do anything with. It was a $300 piece of crap that I can't cook with so I sent it back right away.

We were at a show at Fairgrounds and I enjoyed watching the guy that put on the show for Royal Prestige. He was very nice and informative and I just listened to his spiel and he sold me on it. Also, I had just gotten a new induction stove top and Royal Prestige's product works with the induction. I then bought a set of cookware and they were very prompt with getting it out to us. I also got the griddle and I like that it’s very nice. My sister and I split the set and it worked out quite well for us to do that. I've owned the cookware for six months now and I haven’t had any trouble with it. It cleans up well and I like that I can put several different things in there and cook. I spray PAM in the bottom of it before I cook anything. But before that, I was having trouble with it sticking and after I learned that part of it then I got along quite well. I would recommend Royal Prestige to somebody else.

We were at a Home and Garden Show in Oklahoma City and we just happened to walk past the Royal Prestige demonstration and sat down. I liked the way it looks so easy to cook with the cookware. Buying the cookware was a breeze. It was an interesting show and the people are nice. I've enjoyed using the cookware. They are of good quality and easy to clean. However, I tried several different things and I can't get the stain out of the slow cooker. But it's just a little stain on the inside. I'm happy with Royal Prestige and planning on going back and see what new things they have to offer next year. It would also be nice if they have a bigger cookbook or more information on frying without oil.

We've had Royal Prestige Cookware for four months and it's been fine. Everything came fine and were delivered when they said it. I like the waterless cooking feature on cooking corn on the cob or vegetables. I have to add very little water and that's nice compared to boiling the corn on the cob. You can tell it's a nicer set of pots and pans for the quality is great.

I'm on a diet that can use no oil, butter, fats and nuts so I bought Royal Prestige Cookware at a Home and Garden Show about six months ago. They had a good quality product that last forever. We talked to some people at that show who had purchased it in the past, and they were really impressed with it and how it lasted. They even passed it on to their kids and it's in the will. Obviously, it's an excellent product and I have really enjoyed cooking with it because it's as easy as they said it would be.

The sellers make all kinds of promised about how they don't stick, that they don't need oil and that they whistle when the food is almost done. These are all lies. They're very expensive. And for those who don't make enough money to qualify they invent you a fake Job, and ask a relative to lie and say you work for them and make x amount of dollars, so you can afford to buy them. And in tiny print say if you don't cancel within 3 days of signing the contract you're stuck with them whether they work Or not. Also they very heavy and hard to clean. After washing them they stay with a white cloudy all around.

We were interested in trying to cook healthy. Moreover, we were ready to buy some new pots and pats. And so, even though Royal Prestige is a bit more expensive that what we wanted, we went ahead and got their cookware. Since getting it, we've used it primarily for steaming vegetables. We think it's of a very high quality and we've been enjoying our Royal Prestige cookware.

I've had Royal Prestige cookware for 15 years and it has great quality. It's expensive but it's worth it. When you've come to cooking, you shouldn't skimp on your cookware for your family. I like the electric skillet really well. I use it a lot and I don’t have to get my big one now. I bought my first Royal Prestige because I wanted a healthy cookware and I've never been disappointed in it.

I purchased Royal Prestige for multiple factors. Overall, I really like the product and it seemed great at the time. We're on a layaway plan, so we don't have all of the pieces but some of it is to last a year. We have the waterless, nonstick cooking and we really love it. It's a great and amazing product. You definitely pay for it, but you do for quality, so that's part of it.

We have been talking about getting better cookware and things for a while and we saw Royal Prestige down at a home show. We watched the little demo that they did and decided to do it. We put it on layaway for a while, though, so we didn’t get the cookware right away. It was right at Christmastime that we paid it off. My wife uses the cookware more than I do and it seems to be good. But it took us a little while to get used to it because you have to turn down the cooking temp a lot more. We’re used to cooking on higher temperatures so it was nice that we could cook with it at low. So, some things we still are having a little bit of a tough time getting not to stick. But we’re getting used to it. It’s all a learning process.

We went to an outdoor event at the State Fairgrounds in Shreveport, Louisiana and one of the vendors was doing a cooking demonstration using Royal Prestige Cookware. My husband and I was with our son, our daughter, a cooperative granddaughter, and a fussy grandson. We sat down and the rep entertained us. We really enjoyed the demo. It was nice and very entertaining. The rep was good in getting the food done, letting our grandson sample the food, and telling anecdotes. We’ve had our Royal Prestige Cookware for more than a year. We like the knife we got, it’s very sharp and versatile because of its flat blades. The cookware was nice to have, but we haven’t used it. We’re just the two of us and it’s an overkill to use the cookware for just two people. And so we were waiting for the family to get together so we can cook for more than two.

I had always been talking about going to the fair and buying a slicer and dicer. My wife said, "You've got more slicer and dicer than you need." And I told her one can never have too many. Many of the fairs around the country don't have all of the sale stuff like they've got it our fair, but my wife had been wanting to get a hot tub and if you gonna buy a hot tub, you wanna go look at them at the fair because that's where they're all in one place. Now, my wife doesn't like to spend much at the fair but they started the wine tasting so she was just floating. We can walk by and she can pick stuff out without getting all anxious.

I was looking to cook more salty type things and I like the presentation the gentleman did on the Royal Prestige Cookware at the home show. I'm not one of these persons who like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, but I like the cookware's quickness and the easy cleanup. My favorite thing about my cookware is I can just throw a chicken breast in the skillet, have it cooked in 20 minutes and have my vegetables done in ten minutes. What you can do is stick it in there with a little bit of water and vegetables are done in no time. It's the same with chicken. The way they tasted when they came out was great.

I’ve been a Royal Prestige customer for about 25 years now. I am actually very impressed with them. Royal Prestige to me is second to none. I am a firm believer in their products and I can probably do a sales pitch as good as any of their people do just by using them. I took my wife out to one of the fairs and we watched the demo. My wife said, “Does that really cook that well?” And now, we own several pieces.

I have owned Royal Prestige Cookware for about three months. They clean up nice, but when I'm frying, especially chicken, I like to turn the chicken and have everything stay on it. Since I can't crank the heat up with the cookware, when I turn it, all of the coating is rolled off the chicken. That's not my kind of fried chicken. I shouldn't have gotten Royal Prestige because it's not the way I cook. The cookware has a decent quality but I wish they could stand high heat.

I got my first set of Royal Prestige Cookware back in the 80s. I went to the Tulsa State Fair here in Oklahoma and saw they were there. It got my interest up in the new sets. It's very high quality. And I like the ease of cooking and cleaning up with it.

My dad does the potato pancakes and uses a lot of oil so I asked the rep from Royal Prestige to make potato pancakes. It's to see how they would be. He did and the pancakes turned out great. He used a lot less oil than what my dad uses and that's what sold me on it. I did go to the home show again and told them that I couldn't view the second and third of the video parts. And they told me that I could watch them on YouTube. I wish Royal Prestige could make the change to the DVD to just do a play all. Because then, people without remote could just watch it all at one time without having to go into each one.

My cousin has got some Royal Prestige cookware. When the Royal Prestige rep, Jonathan, gave us the demonstration, it was amazing and jaw-dropping. I needed a 12-quart pot that didn't come in the first set and Jonathan made me an offer of a different set that has a huge skillet. There was a couple of other smaller pots and it further enhanced the whole set. I am enjoying the pots, pans, and skillets a lot. They're exactly what they're supposed to be as far as cookware. They're topnotch. I'm cooking in them daily and they do the job. My husband and I are enjoying eating more steamed vegetables without oil. I also like boiling potatoes without water and put a little seasoning on them.

We saw Royal Prestige cookware at a craft fair. It cooked without much moisture and oil and so, I decided to buy a skillet, saucepan and the lid from them. While what I've done with the cookware was fine, there was nothing outstanding that I could see. Also, clean-up was not as easy as I thought it would be.

I want all my cookware to be stainless and I'm 100% satisfied with Royal Prestige. I got two signature sets from them. I have the steamer, stock pot, frying pan and the electric fryer. Additionally, I got the induction burner for free. My favorites have been the deep pan and the small pot. I use my electric skillet and induction burner. Cleaning up the cookware is easy, but there are dry water spots after you clean and then hang them.

I've had my cookware from Royal Prestige since October or November. It's the best quality and a lot of people have them. It's all nice and easy to use. It's also expensive but it's good quality. I also got the knife set and it's really nice. They also included the cutting block for me. They're great and they're making cookware great again. I'd recommend it.

I went to this Taste of Cooking in our town and signed a card for some knife. Then, someone called about giving a presentation about pans and said we would get a chef's meal. We got two knives for free, and bought the Royal Prestige's most affordable two pans and a shredder. I like the shredder for chopping up vegetables. We also got a two-clad bowl. They're really nice. I'm looking forward to how it would be a healthy way of cooking with the liquid inside of it, then heat the vegetables that are put in the pans. They're really a good grade of cookware.

Royal Prestige's presentation at a state fair sold us. After demonstrating and showing to us how their cookware worked, we just liked it so we bought the whole set. They have good quality but I love the things that cut up the vegetables and the electric skillet the most. I know they’re making classes on cooking with it but their brochure should say when and where their classes are. Nevertheless, my experience with Royal Prestige was wonderful.

I liked the presentation that Royal Prestige did at the Oklahoma State Fair. I had gone around to different presentations and enjoyed that one the most. I needed some new cookware, and I liked their electric skillet and the salad maker. It was an easy way to cook with their cookware and because with the electric skillet, it takes no time to cook my meals. They have a lifetime guarantee too. However, the cleaning is probably the biggest downfall. I am having a difficult time with one of the pots as it's hard to clean the grease off of it. It's like a burnt pot and I can't get it off. There were instructions on how to prepare it beforehand and clean it, so we did it. And then we used it and it's completely stained. I haven't even used the electric skillet because I'm scared to. I don't want it to get stained like the pots. Other than that, I like the cookware.

We've seen a Royal Prestige demonstration at the Shrimp Festival down in Alabama. I was impressed with their grater and of all the free stuff that came with it so we bought from them. I like the weight of the pans. Also, we don't have to use a lot of liquid with it. It was worth the money and I'd recommend Royal Prestige.

We needed some new cookware and Royal Prestige looked good at that time. We spent $4,000 for our new cookware but I’m a bit disappointed in it. I can’t fry an egg in it because it sticks and I have to polish it every time we cook anything in it. Also, they told us when we bought them that they would stack on the lids but they don’t because of a bent thing on the top. Actually, I was going to return or exchange the big frying pan because it’s not level on the bottom. The middle part kinda rocks and gets hotter than the edges do.

I saw Royal Prestige at one of the fairs. I like the demo and the taste in the samples so I went ahead and bought their cookware. We've owned it for six months now and it's easy to clean.

My wife and I bought the Blender. It took about 1 week and a half to receive. After opening the package we realized that the blender was not as great and light as they said. We called the distributors the next day and told them we wanted to return the product. To which they told us that they would come by to pick it up a few days later.

We were looking to get new pots and pans and I saw Royal Prestige at the Shrimp Festival in Alabama. We bought our cookware and got it a couple of weeks later. I like the even cooking but I've had a couple of problems with food sticking while cooking, like pancakes and it's suppose to be non-stick. I've been trying to figure out how to use the cookware but at any rate, they seem like good quality.

I had a booth next to Royal Prestige cookware at the fair, saw them using the cookware and thought that I needed one of them. I've had the cookware since September and I like it because it cooks even. It's also nice and easy to clean and so far the only thing I've used is a little touch of soapy water and baking soda. The quality is really great and I don’t think anybody else makes anything close to it.

We were at a home show and Royal Prestige had a booth set up, so we stopped and we ended up ordering some pots and pans from them. We’ve had very good service from them. We had our first set for a good eight years, and then we got another set that we’ve only had for six months. We’re very satisfied with the items.

I like my cookware from Royal Prestige and everything was fine with them. I'm happy because of the price.

I had been to the Tulsa Home and Garden Show, and this was my second time to purchase something from Royal Prestige. I saw the demonstration, tasted the food and was convinced that we didn't have to overcook food and have great texture. I've had Royal Prestige for a long time, but I've not even used my recent purchase at this time because I'm still using the first. I would put the vegetables in there then do as demonstrated, and the vegetable still had life to them and would not be overcooked. Most likely, this purchase will be something for my children/grandchildren later.

My sister has Royal Prestige for 30 plus years and a handle broke. They replaced the whole set since they changed the design. I also happened to like their cookware so I purchased from them. I like that it doesn't stick. Overall, I'm satisfied with them.

We needed some decent cookware then we happened to be at a National boat show and saw Royal Prestige, so my husband said that we should purchase it. But, that was before there was that big recall where they corrected it by drilling a hole and putting a plug in it. And we did not like that, but they sent us a new set with everything that we had. Also, it's much lighter than the first one so I find myself using that more as opposed to the heavier stuff. We also bought the bakeware but they buck up and warp every time we use them in the oven. Same thing happens with the paella pan where it gets a dome in the center when you heat it up. I talked to them about it and they gave us an address to call so they could give something to send it back. Other than that, the company has been great and helpful.

I bought a set of pans in 1977! I was just out of high school, I was set up on a monthly payment plan. Afterwards, I had some buyers remorse, I never opened the box, but I paid the $18 every month. A year or so later, I moved in with a new roommate who found the unopened box, she told me they were the best pans available! Why wasn't I using them?? I have used them daily ever since, I had to take one back over 10 years ago, they replaced it without a word. I have added pieces from time to time at the Iowa State Fair.

We’d seen Royal Prestige many times at the state fair when they put on their demos. We sat down and listened to one and my wife decided she would like to try it so we bought a set. That was last September and we’re still working on it. We really like the cookware and enjoy it.

We were looking into getting new dishes, and the people at the fair had Royal Prestige said that they liked them, have had them for eight to twenty years, and said they were good. They said that if something happened to their cookware, they would swap it out for new at no cost, so we thought that was pretty cool. Then we just watched the guy do the cooking and saw how fast he cooked the meals, and that was cool too.

There was a Tulsa State Fair where I first heard about Royal Prestige. We watched their demonstration and we liked what we saw, so we bought their cookware. It has good quality and when using it, I like the even cooking and the waterless effect, where one doesn't have to put very much water especially for vegetables. I like that I can put the cookware in the oven, too. That's handy.

I was at the fair and saw Royal Prestige Cookware. The demonstrator was awesome. I thought for my lifestyle, the cookware would work great for what I needed – quick, and easy cleanup. I purchased one however, I returned it because I wasn’t in a financial position to keep it. I’m sad I couldn’t keep the product.

Royal Prestige had a tent in a festival and that's how I heard about them. I like that their cookware is very tough. It has a great quality and I'm enjoying it.

I knew about Royal Prestige from my friend who invited me to her party. We bought our own a few months ago and my husband really likes it. He uses it and likes how fast it heats up. We have all the different pans. The only problem we had was the guy said that we would get a call before they would complete the order and send it to us and they never did that and then the next thing we know, they're letting us know it's been shipped. It kind of turned me a little against it but we were perfectly happy so far with the product.

I have used the slicer and the fry pan from Royal Prestige. My favorite features of the cookware are its easy cleanup and it doesn't need a lot of grease. The overall quality of the cookware is very good too.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase new cookware and were discussing not to purchase the Calphalon or the Teflon-coated, non-stick cookware for health reasons. We stumbled upon Royal Prestige when they were doing a presentation at a shrimp festival and now we've had our cookware for three and a half months. They're stainless steel, as opposed to the non-stick which is what we wanted. They're also a little pricey, but it's good and it worked out.

I have the very first pans that came out but I've sent them back and they put a plug in them. This year, they replaced them all with the new ones that was supposed to be before. I wanted the base but I ended up with two pans because I have one that sets on the slow cooker. They cook faster and all clean up really easy.

I like stainless steel on the griddle because I do not like non-stick materials that they put in cookware these days and the shredder works really nice. I would definitely recommend Royal Prestige. We bought our set of Royal Prestige back in 1987 based on a live demonstration of the product using limited heat, water, and oil. We've used our set on both gas and electric stoves and have not been disappointed. This 14 piece set of 7-ply SS Titanium Silver Alloy-Copper has stood the test of time as you could never tell it is 1 year shy of 30 years old. In keeping with the warranty of the product, several years ago we had a handle and one of the steam valves break. After calling customer service, was no red tape involved in getting replacement parts which were received with a weeks time. If this set were to ever go bad, which we don't foresee, we would most certainly purchase another set. Royal Prestige has lived up to its reputation. As the adage goes, you pay for what you get and with this product, you get high quality cookware, supported by a company who stands by their warranty.

We bought our Royal Prestige cookware in October. Their representatives came out to our house and the stuff they had was good. I really liked the 30-quart pot, which is the reason I bought most of them. The only thing I don't like about them is that they're a lot harder to clean than how it looked on the video they showed. On the demonstration, it could be wiped off with a cloth easily. It's not as hard as cleaning a regular pan, but on the demonstration, it looked really effortless. But other than that, our Royal Prestige pans work well.

We've dealt with Royal Prestige for years. And when we went to the fair, we decided to sit, listen and talked to the Royal Prestige salesperson. We bought quite a bit of cookware and a number of pans. I like stainless steel cookware so I purchased from Royal Prestige. They are quality cookware. I bought the big canning pan last year but I have a couple other pieces that I've gotten a couple of years prior like a griddle and a frying pan. I like them all but my favorite is that big, all stainless steel pot for cooking when I'm canning. It's got the thick bottom so stuff doesn't burn on it as compared to the aluminum pot where I was cooking in before.

I went to the Royal Prestige demonstration at the Hershey RV show in Pennsylvania. And then through the next year, I looked online to see if I could find them elsewhere and if I could find anything that was comparable. But I couldn’t, so when I went back the next year, I decided that Royal Prestige was gonna be the best thing for us to replace our pots and pans. And I'm very happy we did. I like that I can get it started and then turn it down and just let it heat up. It takes less energy. And once I got past the learning curve and stopped burning things, it got better. It has excellent quality and I'm very pleased with my experience. They're wonderful. I love them. We call them the magic pans.

I just wanted to buy some good cookware and so I did and I've been using it ever since. They have good quality and I like its sturdiness. However, I don't use the electric skillet and the salad shooter. I wish there was better information on both of them. I've been through their website but I didn't think it was all that helpful.

My Health Craft salad machine fell apart and when we were at a fair and I saw Royal Prestige. I listened and they had a pretty good deal for a group of pans. They also had the salad machine that I wanted so I made a purchase. The salad maker is my favorite. However, I had trouble with the slow cooker base. It was boiling the chili at the lowest possible setting and I sent it back in. Royal Prestige sent it back and said that it was working fine. It’s still really hot, but it's better and not as hot as it was. That's the only problem I had. Other than that, the quality of the cookware is very nice, and the Royal Prestige staff were very informative and helpful.

I purchased a set of 7 pieces of Innove cookware on 9/2014. From the first day I got them I didn't like but I thought that it was me, that I wasn't using them properly so I try and try and I hate to cook on those pans, so I was very frustrated with them. I call to the sales representative that I purchase them and he told me that will come to show me how to use them. He came and we show that one of the pan had a fabric scratch. Anyhow I explain him that the pans were so difficult to use and to wash them a nightmare. I reexplain him what I was looking for so he told me he will try to do something. I told him if the old version will be easier for me I will take them instated since my money could not be back, I was ok with that.

We were remodeling our house and they were going to put in an induction cook-top. So, I searched for cookware. I went to the State Fair and sat in on one of the Royal Prestige demonstrations and I decided to go with them right off the bat. It's now been two years and I order more each time I go. I really love the cookware. It cleans easily and it cooks nice on my induction which is the main things I liked about it. I had some old Lifetime cookware of my mother’s that I've used on it too, but I noticed that the heat that goes through the pan takes longer for the water to boil than it does in the Prestige, because it's an old set. Overall, it's top-quality, very great cookware, and I love it. The demonstrations were wonderful. It taught me a lot on how to start cooking with it.

My mom has owned pans from Royal Prestige since before I was born. I'm 30 this year and they're still kicking so they are going to last me forever. The sales rep also demoed them and I really liked what he had to say. So I decided to go ahead and make the investment. I really like the pans and the warranty is great. I've bought three sets and they're probably the best investment I could have made and probably the best pans I've ever cooked in. They're pure, stainless steel pans but I can cook pancakes and eggs, and they don't stick. In the same pan, I can cook anything else in. It doesn't have the non-stick stuff. The cookwares are great and easy to clean. They can go in the dishwasher, which is amazing. I couldn't have bought a better set of pans

I have a 2 quart pot with steam vent lid. Royal Prestige seven ply titanium silver alloy copper - not exactly sure how old it is but I would say about 10 - 15 years old. The handle broke. Called customer service. They have no record of me and I do not have the paperwork for when the pot was purchased. I love this pot and use it all the time. I offered to purchase the handle & was told, "we don't sell handles for replacement??"

We're eating healthier and more organic and I wanted to get rid of my old pots that had metal stuff in them. I wanted something where I could cook water-less or with very little water. We had seen Royal Prestige last year at the RV show in Hershey and I really liked it, but I was on the fence. I talked my husband into buying a set the following year and we knew right from the get-go that we were going to buy it.

I love my Royal Prestige pans, the quality is excellent and customer service cannot be beat. The only issue I have is the quality of the whistle valves. The threaded part is too shallow and they easily pop off. I haven't been able to find replacements either. If it weren't for the valves I'd give 5 stars.

Bought your 16 piece on Takealot. They look great, frying pan is heavy and created an expectation that all the pots were the same. They NOT, all the other pots are light and flimsy. Besides that, everything sticks to the bottom, with oil/water AND without oil/water! Can someone please explain this!!! NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL!!!

I got to know Royal Prestige when I was invited to a party for a wedding couple. At the fair, I didn't get their biggest set but it's the biggest set I ever purchased and it includes a pressure cooker. I love the quality of the items and the presentation I saw was great.

My Royal Prestige 10-piece set was a very good purchase. The sales guy was excellent and we bought other stuff from him since. We had a problem with the handles but they sent us new handles. Other than that, we love the quality of their product.

We've seen Royal Prestige at the fair for a couple of years in a row and last year we looked again and thought, "Yeah, let's do this." We got their basic set as well as the electric skillet, the crockpot, and the Dutch oven. Price is the only thing that gets a little tricky but we do like the products and we're enjoying them a lot.

Royal Prestige had better salesmen than other similar companies. The first time we bought from them was about 10 years ago and we purchased again from them last year. We had to send the first set we bought back to them though, so they could drill holes and put rubber stoppers on them. My wife didn’t like that too much but we still use their cookware everyday.

I'm writing the review for Royal Prestige. They have horrible customer service in trying to let them know why they're charging me late fees on my account if I have it on auto pay and they're still charging late fees. And now the lady has the stupidity of telling me that my payment isn't going thru cause I don't have available funds. Really lady if I didn't have funds why would I have auto payment? Looks to me like they're just ripping me off.

The guy that was showing how to do everything with the Royal Prestige cookware was really good. We purchased the cutter thing that chops everything up, the fry pan and some sauce pans. They're very good quality but I wouldn't recommend them because of the price.

I bought Royal Prestige's mid-level package as a Christmas present. They had a presentation in which I was satisfied with. I liked the style of the cookware and the fact that it uses less water. The lady friend I am with really liked it as well. It looks like it was really good cookware.

After purchasing a set of your pots from an online retailer Takealot.com and a nasty accident, I discovered that the handles of the pots get very hot and cannot be picked up with the bare hands. This is a 16 piece marble coated pots and pans. I complained to Takealot and inquired if I could purchase heat proof (silicone) covers for the handles. After a time I was informed that Takealot had contacted yourselves and the heat proof handle protectors are not available. Your product is not only dangerous but also useless and now spends it time not being used. I will certainly not be purchasing or recommending your products in the future. An email from myself direct to yourselves also went unanswered!

We were at the Country Stampede and won a free cook show. Royal Prestige came out and cooked for us. The equipment was excellent and the fact that the payments didn’t have to be upfront was excellent. We weren’t even really looking for cookware and the show just blew us away that we decided to get some. We have the salad cutter which is amazing, and then we got one of the pans that my fiancee likes to use a lot. Everything we’ve got is awesome. The quality of the products is excellent and they work wonderful. Royal Prestige is a great company and the guy that came out was wonderful. I've already talked to friends and family about it.

To begin with I'm not the kind of person that takes time to write a review ever but this is the first time I have really been disappointed in the quality of service I have been provided. I cancelled a order after placing a deposit of $180 and it took multiple frustrating phone calls, 3 different agents to tell me different information and about 3 weeks, after I cancelled the order for my deposit refund check to be approved, due to the lack of communication between the company and the representative that sold me the product.

I recommend Royal Prestige all the time. My mom has had them for years. They are set of pans that last for a very long time. I got a crockpot, a vegetable slicer and an electric skillet from Royal Prestige. What I like about the cookware is that it contributes to healthier cooking. I absolutely love Royal Prestige. Their cookware are of very good quality. The only concern I had is recently I had to replace my electric skillet cord. The electronic part of it wore out and I couldn’t set the temperature. But they replaced it without any charge. I got very good customer service.

Royal VORT-X. I am really disappointed at my purchase. I absolutely unsatisfied with this blender. I hate the fact that all the food gets stuck in between the cup and this silver thing, it smells really bad because of all the food that it's stuck there. I went to the actual store here in San Jose on Alum Rock Ave to complain and I forgot the manager's name but it was a guy around his 30s maybe and he told me I have to unscrew the whole thing and to clean it. It's like I don't have time to be doing all that stuff. I completely hate the blender and I'm going to do everything possible to get my money back because I'm still paying it and it's so not worth the price...

We went to a craft show that featured Royal Prestige Cookware and I was really impressed with the way the cookware cooked, the way the guy was using it and demonstrating with real food. We watched him cook the food then we tasted it. I was particularly impressed with one of the larger pieces that didn't come in the set. But after having a serious, sit-down discussion with all parties involved, we decided that for the unforeseeable future that it would be better for me to get a Crock-Pot.

I purchased a package with Royal Prestige and everything was okay but the filter was not. The valve was not compatible with my faucet. Independent distributor Marco ** was made aware of the issue, local Customer service department was too and out of state Department. Both departments expressed "its the Sales representative responsibility" to address the issue. Not ONCE has he been able to return my calls. Filter is sitting in its box full of dust, I have a debt of $2000 and company expressed Returning the product is NOT an OPTION and the only thing they can do is send him an email to inform him the situation.

We liked the product from Royal Prestige after seeing them in a fair. We have the cookware for a year now and my favorite about it is not having to cook as long and I usually just put water in the product. We also got five metal grinders, two slow cookers, and the knives set. I like their quality and they are easy to take care of.

I went to the State Fair and I was tired so I sat down at Royal Prestige's booth. I tasted the food that they had prepared with the pans and it was really good. I was looking for an alternative way to cook without using oil, so Royal Prestige was just right. We got an electric skillet that sits from the countertop so there's an extra burner we can use. We like to cook our chicken in there a lot. It's really nice to just put whatever meat we want to serve in there because we don't have to worry about it sticking. The quality is really good. The fact that they are dishwasher-safe is really nice, too. I would recommend this to people but I would also tell them that it's a big commitment because they are pretty expensive.

I was a t a Women's Expo when I encountered a Royal Presitge salesman. He offered us a free teo-days call, so we had him come over, and he was pretty convincing. Our existing pans were also in very much need of a replacement, and we wanted something that would last for 50 years. So, we got the Royal Prestige because they're quality items. We've had them for six months and we're using it. My husband is the cook in the family and his favorite thing about it is the speed with which it cooks the food. However, we have one issue with one of the vents as it melted on one of the lids. Other than that, it's pretty good.

We went to a festival and there was a person from Royal Prestige who showed all the dishes. My mother-in-law has had the dishes before and that made us stop to check them out further. We like the 50-year warranty - the idea of not having to buy dishes for a long time, in case anything happens to them. We could just get it replaced. My items are good and I like the ease of cleaning them. Sometimes food sticks to them when cooking and we have to scrape it off, but that’s the only problem we’ve had with them.

I’m very pleased with Royal Prestige's service and with the quality of their product. The price is a bit excessive, but once I get past the cost of the cookware, cooking with it has been a real pleasure. I came across Royal Prestige when I sat through a demonstration of their product in a festival in West Monroe, Louisiana. With the way it was demonstrated, I like that it took little water or oil to cook food and it seemed a healthier way to cook since I don’t have to pour out the liquid and all the nutrients. Also, I can tell that the cookware is excellent in that it's a heavy type of cookware that withstands and distributes heat. One of the kits that I bought from them didn't have a piece that I was supposed to get, and the customer service took care of the issue. Dealing with them was very easy and pleasant.

I have used Royal Prestige Waterless Cookware for over 30 years. When my husband and I purchased it, we got the basic set with stoneware and silverware. We paid around $800 dollars. We thought that was a lot but it was well worth it. They have replaced handles, whistles, and broken or chipped stoneware all free of charge. We still use it and it looks like new. I have even added other pieces to it over the years. People who have trouble with it are not using it correctly.

We watched Royal Prestige's demonstration and thought it was a good product. I liked the warranty that it had, and it was one of the main reasons that we chose it. The person we purchased it from also allowed us to make payments, so everything really fits well for us. The cookware is really nice and of very good quality. I like how it disperses the heat evenly across the pan when I cook. We've looked online to see Royal Prestige's other products and I'm interested in them as well.

I was talked into buying a set without being disclosed the price on the first visit. On the 2nd visit, they told me the price and had me sign papers not knowing it was a credit application. The application was filled out by the vendor and even made up references or used their own references. At no point did they disclose my credit would be checked. I am sending the set back and wish to have my money refunded to me. I feel they took advantage since I am elderly and do not know English or know how to read. I just signed my name. My daughter Angelica, is writing this for me. Once I explained to her this happened, she contacted the number on the card provided and told to not harass me about buying it, and yet me and her and have continued to receive calls. How dare they use their own references and fill out my application. I have a copy if needed. I want the payment I gave back. I gave $150.00.

I have family members that have Royal Prestige cookware and I really enjoy it. I have not owned my personal set very long, but I’ve lived with someone who owned it for like three years. The materials are of higher quality and they use a heavy weight like aluminum. The bindings are good and the handles stay on. I have the skillet and I like how easy and simple it is to use. It is not non-stick, but it cleans easily.

The handles in my last cookware set were starting to fall off, so I gave them to my daughter. A rep was cooking with Royal Prestige at a fair and it looked like it was better quality than the ones I had, but the things I had were really good quality. It turns out that it’s the same company. I like that I can keep them looking nice and they wear for a long time, and they have a lifetime warranty like my last cookware set. I’ve used the pans for a while but I like my first set better than I do with these. I probably need to look at the DVD and use the cookware differently than I did my first set. I use the cleaner on them but I can’t get the inside of my frying pan get all nice and shiny again because everything I cook in it sticks. I’m trying to use it as water cooking, but I’m still having a difficult time with things getting to where they stick and burn.

I needed to replace one steam valve, and since one of their centers is close by, I went in and they said they’ll send me another steam valve. It wasn't a big deal to them. They're very accommodating.

It's a wonderful product with waterless kind of cooking feature and I noticed that the lids don't seal like how it does in my Cutco products. When I'm cooking using Cutco and put it off of the side, on a burner that's not on, the pots would seal to the point where I can't even pull the lid off of it. I have to heat it a little bit in order for the steam to get built up in there and the lid could be removed. And that's not the same with Royal Prestige. I think that Royal Prestige has an outstanding product. I was just a little concerned about the fact that when salt is being added, it discolored the bottom of one of the pans. And I probably like Cutco a little better.

I was interested in Royal Prestige's slicer-dicer used to chop vegetables so I got it and the rest of the cookware which I also liked. I bought the whole set the first time and we’ve also bought some starter sets here and there because I’ve been buying a set a year since we bought the original set. I like that their cookware is easy to clean.

Royal Prestige's job was to sell their product, which they did. They've done their part. Teaching how to use the product is the next step and part of that requires the student to get in class. So, I have a responsibility on that part. I was so intrigued with the idea of more healthy, efficient and easy to clean after cooking and I haven't learned to properly cook with Royal Prestige yet. I still have hope that I can do that. As a matter of fact, I brought the DVD from Royal Prestige, with me at work but just got no time to watch it. But I have no reason to think that it's going to be anything but wonderful.

I hadn’t done a whole lot of research but I liked Royal Prestige's presentation and the performance of the pans. I love the steamed vegetable type of cooking - very little water, more steaming and hopefully more nutrition. The cookware lets me know when the vegetables are done a little bit and so far, the cookware's quality is good.

We watched the demonstration of Royal Prestige and we liked how they cook the food. We bought the cookware and we've had it for five months now. I like my electric pan. I put a roast in there and I seared it. I didn't add any spices or any kind of broth. I just let the meat cook itself and it had a really good flavor of the meat with the seasoning.They are very good pans and makes good food.

I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase from Royal Prestige. It was about quality over just spending money every year on pots and pans. At the Tulsa Home and Garden show, I saw how they perform, the guarantees and the people who were satisfied with their purchases from previous years returning so I felt it was a pretty decent investment. I purchased it last April and I like the time it takes to finish. I'm pretty happy with it however I would like it if there were more availability of recipes. Well, I got the little DVD and it only gave five recipes. I would like to see different recipes on either the website or availability to be able to cook different things. But overall, those pots and pans are able to do so many different things.

Royal Prestige was pretty convincing on how well the products work and they looked interesting to me. They're very easy to clean and the quality seem pretty good. However, it’s a little tricky to get used to learning how to actually cook with it.

We've had Royal Prestige Cookware for 40 years now. Back when we bought our original set, it was sold at State Fairs and home parties. I was in a sorority and at the dinner presentation of one of the girls, I signed up for the next one at my house. We liked it so much and the presentation went so well, and they threw in so many extra dishes that we bought a set then. But that was a long time ago. I've raised five kids plus some grandkids, and everybody has used the cookware so it went through a lot of abuse and wear and tear. And if the boys burned out a lid, he just put it in the trash. Didn't think that it could possibly ever be cleaned again. Things just disappeared like the little frying pans. I also lost some lid handles that eventually came off. When I start missing things like that, I start replacing them and because we liked the first set that we had, we decided to purchase new ones a few months ago.

What caught my attention is that I don't have to use oil. Since my husband has high cholesterol, I thought it was perfect. When we used Royal Prestige, it almost burned. We tried to clean it, but did not have a good luck at all with it. There's like a trick to it which I must have missed during the home show presentation. My mother-in-law says that you're supposed to preheat your dish before putting any food in there, but we didn't do that as we put out food in like it is normally done with a regular pan. She took the dirt out by using vinegar. We also used something where you can plug it into the wall, and we used another one, but both of them have messed up. The cleaning process makes it complicated, so they need to be more informative.

I was in need of a good set of cookware. My other set was still good but getting old and I wanted to try some new ones. The main item from Royal Prestige that caught my eye was the salad shredder that had the different types of inserts that you could make different kinds of things to go with it. The sauté pan seems to burn a little quicker than we like if we have the temperature a little too high, but we've adapted to it all right. Royal Prestige products that I bought were of good quality.

Royal Prestige was selling a great big pot. I like the product and so I bought one. I've had it for six months now and I like that it's a heavy stainless steel. The quality is great as well.

I've owned my Royal Prestige cookware since springtime. We went to a home show and the rep was a very persuasive talker and told us that we’d get a free gift every time we’d come back to the home show. I like that the cookware cleans up pretty decently and the electric skillet is really nice. I use that for stir fry but it is heavy. I’m concerned about as we get on in age having to lift that up under the countertop, but not for right now. I’d recommend Royal Prestige cookware if people have the money to spend on it because it’s pricey.

We love Royal Prestige cookware's quality. Aside from their products' functionality, we liked what we saw at the demonstration they did at a home show. The cookware is easy to use and clean, have perfect sizes and heat up great. It's a little on the heavy side for me. I have a bad wrist, but that doesn't matter. I still like them. We did have a little trouble. We weren't sure if one of the pans was marked wrong or if they sent us the wrong size, but it got cleared up. The rep was very lovely on the phone. Royal Prestige cookware is perfect and they have a bigger sauté pan that I would like to get.

I bought Royal Prestige cookware because they seemed high-quality. Even though it's pricey, it seemed reasonable for what I was getting. We've had the cookware for six years now. It's stainless, cleans up well and looks really nice too. Aside from cookware, I also picked up a 20-quart Stock Pot, the complete knife set, and the larger Paella Pan. They're very nice stuff. The knives are second to none. They're my favorite.

My dad and mom had a waterless cookware when I was growing up, so I've been familiar with waterless cookwares. So when I was at the fair that had it there, I just took care and purchase them from Royal Prestige. They looked better than the other brands that were there. I love making hard boiled eggs in it. However, when I did chicken on the fry pan once, it turned out that I did something else. I also tried to make pancakes, but I did something totally wrong and that didn't work at all. Then when doing the vegetables, I had it on too high in heat so the broccoli went dry in the pot. So I'm still figuring it out.

I bought my Royal Prestige Cookware five months ago in the Home and Garden Show. I like the salad shredder but then they had a good deal so we got the whole pile of them. It’s very good. We got them because I like that the handles don’t go all the way through so you don’t have those little screws that you always have to clean out. My favorite thing about them is how fast stuff cooks in it. I use my little saucepan a lot for my vegetables and it does cook quickly. I also like how they cook with the waterless and the greaseless.

They gave a very convincing presentation. The cookware's quality is very nice. I have no complaints.

The Royal Prestige rep was a hoot and a half and very nice to deal with. I would have no hesitation referring anybody to him specifically. Their cookware fit component pieces that my husband was very excited about because he likes them and enjoys using them. He helps cook and prep so I was all for it as well. It worked really well so we actually bought a few more pieces because we were very happy with it. In fact I’ve recommended it to other people who’ve used Teflon in the past. However I would’ve liked it being a little less expensive. I would’ve gotten more pieces. I don’t regret having made the purchase but it’ll probably be a while before I add some of the other pieces to it that at some point I’m looking to add because of the cost.

We went to a home show here in Tulsa and the way Royal Prestige showed cooking vegetable had been absolutely wonderful. The sales person also answered every question we asked and the food was great. We decided there's no time like then to buy it, so we did. I love everything about my cookware - the clean-up, how easy it is to cook everything. You don't have to use a lot of oil and you may put all the vegetables in one pan and still have their own flavor. We wished we'd had done this many years ago.

I was looking for pots and pans and found a large set Royal Prestige at The Fenton Expo. After the salesperson shared with us some things about it, we said we can't afford huge kits but we could buy a couple of other items. And the salesman made us a deal that we couldn't pass up. The big thing that stood out to me was how it heated up the sides and the bottom and how all equally cooks which saves us time. I've seen how it works and how easy it cleans up. I wish I could afford more though. I was really surprised on how well it worked. It was also explained and shown to us what's behind the items and the need to invest in something that will last more than a couple years and still continue buying it. So the cost, how long it lasts, and the guarantee that it would last made us choose Royal Prestige.

A guy from Royal Prestige Cookware came and did a demonstration at my house. I liked the time that food can be cooked with it. I've had the cookware for six months and the quality seems very good. So far, everything cooks quickly and easily.

My family has been purchasing their products for over 40 years with no issues spending thousands and thousands of dollars. My mother in law and sister in law ordered a blender of some sort on June 1st of this year. Well just this past Thursday unfortunately my mother in law passed away and my sister in law worked as an in home supportive care nurse for her for the past 5 years since her health started to deteriorate. Well naturally what does this mean? My sister in law has no job with no income now. She hasn't received the product and no money has been taken so we called to cancel and they tell her "Well things happen everyday so you can file bankruptcy or we can just send you to collections." Are you freaking kidding me?

I love my Royal Prestige cookware. I've had it for about eight months and I like the way I cook on it by steaming. It's also easy to clean.

I have had a set of cookware for 30 years. It was the best investment I have ever made. I still use it daily and it looks brand new. Yes, you cook at a lower temp. with covers on and use the whistle to monitor the temps. If you don't and food sticks and burns just use baking soda and water and bring to a boil. The residue will lift right off. I have broken knobs or handles and all you have to do is call and they send the replacement parts right out at no cost and have always gotten the parts in 2-3 days. 30 years of happy cooking!

The Royal Prestige cook pot with the little water for the vegetables sounded neat. They're good heavy pans but I'm struggling with it because I want to fry the meat the way it was demonstrated to us, and I can't get it to cook right. I'm having trouble with the pan when I put on the lid and it's building up steam. It seems the trouble is it has to be a pan full of meat and not a few pieces. It just wants the spices to burn as they get on the meat.

Royal Prestige's staff gave an impressive presentation at a show so I bought from them. I haven't used it much because it's been at my mother's but everything is good with it. I like that I do not have to take the lid off whenever I’m going to pour the juices out and that it’s also heavy duty. It's good equipment so I'm very happy.

Zero stars in customer service if possible!! I ordered a Royal espresso coffee maker as the perfect gift for a wedding. The salesperson said it would be delivered in two weeks maximum and it took two months to be delivered!!! I couldn't give this for the wedding and I asked inmediately for a full refund and they didn't give back my money!! Very bad customer service. They don't care about customer's satisfaction, they just care about money. I could say they are a kind of "polite thief". The products are too expensive and they are not worth the money. You can decide spending $2500 in a set of pans or getting the same quality in a USA store for maybe $300-$500 bucks and be careful with your orders because they don't offer a refund later on. Too bad! But first and last time that this happen to us and NEVER AGAIN!!!

I hate Royal Prestige Cookware. They seem a good quality and heavy duty but I can’t cook eggs or fry anything because it burns it and they never whistle. I bought the cookbook and it says it’s supposed to whistle after so many seconds but after several minutes, it’s not whistling. I don’t know what to do with them. I want a customer service number that I could call to ask what to do when it isn't working. Nothing works out with the cookbook. I’ve practiced and played with it and I’m really, really frustrated.

I like that Royal Prestige Cookware was all stainless steel. They have some other stainless steel that I like so when I saw they were having a cooking demonstration, I went to watch and they had a good demonstration. I wouldn't have purchased it without that. I got a really big stock pot two years ago and another couple of items from them for about a year, like the electric fry pan. It doesn't go up to the temperature it says, so I have a thermometer to check until it hits the temperature I want, but the items are of really good quality.

Royal Prestige had a good presentation. The sales rep sold the cookware on the fact that it's stainless steel and how you could cook with it using less water. I like that even after you cooked, it keeps the food warm because of the surgical steel around the sides and how it emits heat for a good while afterwards. We bought the whole kit of pots and pans and the slicer. The cookware works very good.

I was at a home and garden show with my brother and Royal Prestige was doing the shows. Their cookware seemed like really high quality and something that would last so I bought one set. It looks really nice and one can feel it's good work. The vegetable shredder is easy to use as well. The cookware works, I really like it.

I had gone Paleo so my mother thought Royal Prestige would be good for me to cook better without all the grease and fats. We bought the cookware when the guy came in to do the in-home demonstration. I’m still learning how to use it. It seems to be different but once I get to where I can use part of it, it works pretty well. I’m still having burning issues. I burn stuff in it every once in a while and I never know how long to cook carrots or potatoes. The quality of the cookware is really good. However, I have to use the cleaning solution a lot more than I anticipated. There seems to be bluing sometimes on the bottom of the pan. I put something in it, overcooked it and I even put it back on the stove and boiled it out but it was still really hard to scrape.

We went to a type of a home show then we saw a demonstration of Royal Prestige and we liked it. We weren't necessarily looking for a cookware, but ours wasn't in great shape. They seemed to have good quality and had some special pieces that we were interested in, especially the electric skillet and the grater, so we thought it was a good deal and bought one. It cooks really well and it doesn't stain. Even if one gets something burned in it, it comes off and it cleans well. It looks just like new. And it's worked really well for us. The cookware's quality was also excellent. We use it regularly and enjoy its fresh cooking aspect.

My sister-in-law told me about Royal Prestige, and said they really liked it. I haven't used it much though. I like the quality of my Royal Prestige cookware, and that there aren’t any rivets inside the pan. However, I'm dissatisfied because of the lack of communication. Royal Prestige said that the cookware can do all these stuff. I called them, and they said that the guy that did the presentation would call me back, but he never did. I’m not too sure how to use some of the cookware. It is great if you want to cook a big pot of lasagna but as far as using it for other small stuff, there’s nothing there to tell you how to use it. Also at the demo, the guy put carrots in a pan and no water. I called to get some information on that and they never called me back. So usually, my cookware just gets used for the same reason as any other pan. I’d like for somebody to actually call me back and give me an idea.

We went to an RV show and saw a demonstration from Royal Prestige and felt that the water-less, oil-less cookware would be to our advantage. I use it based on the instructions that the lady gave while she was doing the demonstrations but we have not been able to use it the way it’s meant to be. Things would be a lot easier for me once I can follow the instructions and exactly know how to use it. They gave us DVDs but I haven't been able to watch the DVDs yet. I also have an insulated bowl with the cookware. I made fruit salad over the weekend for a retirement party and I took it out of the refrigerator in that bowl and it was cold for an hour and a half which is wonderful.

The presentation was great. The sales guy was professional and very nice. He did a fantastic job and sold me on the cookware. Cooking on it looked so easy and the food he cooked was delicious. So, after his presentation and getting some incentives at the show, it was a huge investment but it's going to pay off in the long run. I've been married for 35 years and I've been through many sets of cookware. There's nothing that's going to be able to fit the bill. I'll still keep my old stuff for my husband and my son and I will use the good stuff for myself.

I knew Royal Prestige products have good quality and don't have the rivets on the inside of the pan that get dirty. When my 30-year-old pots and pans from them wouldn't work with the induction stove we purchased, I bought some Pampered Chef products to use but they weren't as nice as the Royal Prestige ones. So we bought a small set from Royal Prestige again not too long ago which came with the fry pan, slow cooker and shredder/food processor. I'm not impressed with the shredder and I haven't used the fry pan yet, but I like the rest of the stuff really well.

I'm very happy with my new set of kettles. I use them everyday. The kettles are so easy to clean.

I had liked a Royal Prestige great big pan. We did some investigating on them and they all came out as a pretty reputable company. I got the pan and I like how it cleans up. I am very satisfied.

This is the worst company that I had try. I bought a 5-piece set and I finance the price. The salesperson told us that there will not be interest in the remaining balance (Why I did not ask in write this statement). Well, my monthly payment, (that they set up for me) is $73 dollar. So every month since February I made my automatic payment. I log in to see my statement and see what I find out. Every month, they charged me interest beside a finance charge (are you kidding me). 05/14/2016 Finance Charge - ** $33.43. 05/07/2016 LOAN PAYMENT - PRINCIPAL ($37.10). 05/07/2016 LOAN PAYMENT - INTEREST ($35.90). You can see that from my $73 dollar payment on 3.60 go to the principal. How a company will change interest and at the same time finance charge? I am going to get my friend lawyer and sue these people.

We liked the way Royal Prestige Cookware was presented at a home and garden show that we attended. We've had the cookware for 6 months now and we like that it's durable and easy to clean. We're pleased with our experience.

I've seen and heard about Royal Prestige for years. I was at a store and a gentleman showed me the product. He was very affable and wasn't pressuring. I had a cooking teacher 50 years ago who loves the waterless electric fry pan. She was a chef for years and gave cooking lessons, and she said that Royal Prestige was the best merchandise that she'd ever seen. So that tempted me. We're also looking for better cookware and Royal Prestige looks like it will last. I've realized that the Teflon coating sometimes comes off and I can't get my husband to stop using scratchy stuff on it.

My daughter and I were at a Royal Prestige show and I liked what I saw. I purchased a $2,100 order. The electric skillet is my favorite and the items I bought had overall great quality.

After we set up an appointment with Royal Prestige at a home improvement show, their rep came to our house. My wife wanted to try products out, so we bought them. The cookware heats and cooks evenly. Moreover, it cleans well and it works well. It was the quality of the product that sold us. The whole experience has been easy.

The gentleman at the Bryan, Texas area did a very good presentation of Royal Prestige. I bought it for my lady friend and she said, “I thought you were buying it for yourself.” So she’s taken a couple of pieces and I’ve taken a couple of pieces. Nobody has used the shredder not even once, and it was the part that we thought we'd use the most. And I don't know what to use to keep them clean like when they were brand new. But they were certainly excellent. I had a few pieces of something that my wife bought a number of years ago through Amway. The principles of make it boil a little bit, put the cover on, take it off the flame and let it cook on its own for a while were basically the same thing. But Amway would be way beyond anything I would even consider in cost.

I watched a demonstration at the March Denver Home and Garden show. I thought the cookware was very nice and the man did a good job making it look easy. After a lot of talking, I succumbed and paid the money for my set. After getting them and using it for several months, I feel the value of the product does not match what I paid. I'm a disappointed but nothing I can do now.

My husband bought me the pans, electric skillet, salad shredder, a big mixing bowl, and the Crock-Pot type of thing from Royal Prestige. For the cooking I do, those pretty well cover everything. I'm having trouble with the skillet as I seem to burn things with it, but I enjoy the pans. I used to have Lifetime pans and they cook about the same way. However, the handles on my Lifetime pans kept falling off and I could never get them replaced. On the other hand, these handles look like they'll stay on a lot better. But basically, it's the same type of cooking I was accustomed to. I'm really impressed with Royal Prestige's cookware. They're easy to clean and cook with, except for my experience with the electric skillet. But other than that, I really like them and I'd recommend them to a friend.

We saw the Royal Prestige demonstration and I liked the way it cooked - needn't have to use a lot of oil or none at all and the clean up was really good. They're really heavy pots and pans that are guaranteed forever. The man that did it was Jamie and he was real informative. He said if we had any questions or complaints, give him a call. I haven't had any, so I was really happy with the whole thing. It looks really nice, especially some of the pieces that I got with the set. You can set them directly on your table and it hardly takes any time at all to cook anything. I love it.

I chose Royal Prestige based off of what I knew about it in the past. I enjoy how easy it is to use. It is very high quality and I'm very pleased.

I am happy with my Royal Prestige Cookware. I bought them last January because my old pots and pans were needing to be replaced. What I love the most about the cookware is that I can put my vegetables in there, put the lid on, get it up to temperature and just steams away. It heats evenly and it's so wonderful. My only concern is with the shredder. I'm not quite sure I can get it to work properly. It just doesn't work right for me and when I used it, it just didn’t work the way I thought it should.

We were on vacation in Gulf Shores, Alabama last October and there in the Shrimp Festival, Royal Prestige was doing a demonstration. We were extremely excited about the way that we didn’t have to use any kind of oil, water or anything else to cook in the cookware. You just put the food and go on. There were several different options or plans and the one we purchased included the salad shooters, bowl for the salad, an electric skillet, and a slow cooker. We got them in February.

My husband and I were at the fair and I've really wanted the cookware for a while, so he agreed that I could get it this time. I like the versatility and durability of the cookware. I just like the way it works. It cleans up so nicely and everything cooks very evenly. Royal Prestige was very much upfront. They wanted us to love what we got and I haven't had any negative experiences with any other. It's been a really wonderful experience. I love to cook and Royal Prestige makes it that much nicer.

I bought our Royal Prestige cookware and it burned everything I put in it. It wouldn't clean up. I asked them about this and went back home to try it, and still wouldn't work. So I gave away that crap. That's $2,500 down the drain.

I spoke with Heather on the phone. She was extremely courteous and helpful. Went to the store the next day with my lids and came out with new vents and handles. No questions asked, just quickly replaced and a new catalog. Thank you so much.

We bought from Royal Prestige because we know that it's a good company with quality products. I can cook with a very small amount of water and steam vegetables. The quality of their customer service is excellent. We had initially ordered a full set at the show and we were making payments on it. Then we had a situation come up where we were no longer able to make the monthly payment. Royal Prestige worked with us to send us items that they let us choose for the amount we had already paid and then they included a cover for one of the pans for no charge because there were lags in the communication on their part. I respected how they handled all of it. It was a very positive outcome and very appreciated.

We went to a trade show in Texas and saw Royal Prestige Cookware. It seemed like it was good quality and was a good deal as well, so since we needed a new cookware, we decided to buy from them. We like our new cookware and we've been happy with it. I like how easy it is to steam things with it, and it has a little pot that lets me know when to close everything up. It makes cooking easier, faster and more energy-efficient.

We were at an RV show where Royal Prestige Cookware was doing a demo. We didn’t have very good pots and thought it would be nice to have one. The system looked really good and the guy who was demonstrating it was able to make them work very well. We bought the whole kit and caboodle…all the cookie sheets, steamers, the griddle, and the induction heat plate. We got the biggest set there for $5,000. The gentleman that did the sales presentation was very good. He gave me his personal phone number in case I got hung up cooking with it, but I figured it out. I read the instructions and they have the nice DVD. It changes the way I cook. My husband used to put a pot on and turn it on high. But now, we understand the temperature settings and we wait until the food releases itself from the thing and then things don’t stick. It taught us patience.
