I have always wanted a cookware set from Royal Prestige. So we sat down, watched the presentation and tasted the food. And it tasted very good. I got a set six months ago and I like that you can push the little button down when the whistle goes off and it continues to cook slowly. It holds the flavor. While the overall quality is really nice, I haven't figured out how to fry something in it without sticking. I tried cooking hamburger in it one day and it got stuck to the bottom. It was just a mess. I have tried using a little bit of oil and it still got stuck. So I need to watch that little DVD that they sent and it might address the problem. But I'm still pleased with them.

I'm a cook myself so I really liked what Royal Prestige offered. I thought I would try it out when I saw them at a state fair. They were a bit cheaper than the other guy. I have had the cookware for six months now and I have been pretty happy with what I paid for. It's a nice little pan and the size and weight are my favorite features. Everything about it is kind of perfect. I don’t have to cook on high heat and it’s non-stick. They set it up with the different layers of metal and the oil in between. I think It works better than Teflon. I have only experienced one pan and I got a knife as a free gift. Both have worked really well for me but I would like to try other products and see what they are like as well.

Also, I really appreciate the salesperson who I ran into. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He wasn’t overly pushy in trying to sell his product. He put on a great demonstration and explained all the details of the contract we would be signing to pay for. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Royal Prestige to any cook looking.

We bought these pans for our daughter's wedding in 2006. She has had nothing but trouble with them. Sent one in because a handle fell off. All they did was put a plug in it. It did it again. She used it tonight and it exploded all over her and burned her stomach. These pans are a piece of crap and were expensive. Would not recommend them. They should go in the trash after tonight! Should she end up with Dr. bills Royal Prestige won’t be happy.

The Royal Prestige rep made a very good presentation at the State Fair and the electric frying pan got my attention. I was particularly interested in the even-heating aspect of the cookware. The sales guy made some good points and he was really nice, but he made some claims about vitamins that I knew were crap. I’ve been around the block a few times to pull some cranks at or sales pitch. The cookware was also a little overpriced but that's what happens when you buy a whole set. It’s not like I felt I got cheated but if a young person who was buying this was just starting out, that would be one thing. I’m quite a bit older though. I got rid of a bunch of stuff when I bought Royal Prestige cookware but there are some things that I hang on to. I bought a really small Royal Prestige set but I would have liked some flexibility in being able to create a set with things that I actually needed.

I put Royal Prestige in the same category as any other really good cookware. But the cutting machine food processor thing was really difficult for me to use because I have some issues with arthritis in my hands. It doesn’t work as well and what I need is to get a food processor. The electric frying pan was a bingo though. Because I can control the temperature and cook an entire meal in one pan. But it required some adjustments because of the difference in how much water you use and the time it. I’ve been learning how to use it a little bit. This has gotten me thinking a little more clearly about how much liquid I’m putting in and about the temperature I’m cooking at.

There’s just two of us and with the electric fry pan, I start the potatoes, stir the meat, and then turn it down to cook. Then I throw in the vegetables at the very end of the cooking and they all come out at the same time. They're all cooked and they're all great so I’m very happy with that. The thing that I like the best about the Prestige cookware is the even-heating and the reminder to not try to cook at too high a temperature.

The best thing in the whole deal though was the knives that were put in as a bonus for buying. They're fantastic and I’ll be going back next year to get another cookware set and the knives. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the purchase. Most people don’t cook anymore and that’s a real tragedy but for people who really do cook, and I do, I cook real food six nights a week, the cookware is well worth the money. I’ve got some friends who have celebrated their 55th anniversary and they bought Royal Prestige when they were engaged, and they’re still using it.

I saw Royal Prestige at the Iowa State Fair in August and I had a similar pan set like it before. I like the way it cooks with very low water and anybody who is having any health problems should definitely use this kind of cookware. It's very helpful and I especially like the new type of lid. I'll turn off the burner, close the lid down, and it finishes cooking. It's a bit like a pressure cooker. We also have the electric skillet, which is almost like a crock pot but it comes off the base. I'm very satisfied, but I wish Royal Prestige costs half as much as it does.

We saw Royal Prestige set up at a hunting-type show. The presenter did a demonstration and that helped with the time that it took and how it tasted. I have the cookware package for six months now and it includes a pot and a non-electric food processor. It is expensive, but it seems it’s going to last a long time so the cost will equal out. I like the items that I purchased but my favorite so far is the electric skillet. With it, I don’t have to use any oil to cook and make it taste like it's been fried. But I wish on the electric skillet, that they had more in the cookbook. To me, it's lacking. Other than that, Royal Prestige cookware is a good investment.

My folks have a set of Royal Prestige’s pots and pans. My husband and I had been talking about it and we decided one day, at the state fair, to buy them. I like that the cookware is easy to clean. It doesn't matter if I burn something in the bottom of it or cook something too fast, it just wipes clean. We ordered the ultimate cook set that had the knife set and the cookie sheets, and everything with it. They're of very high quality. We had a great buying experience, and I enjoy them. I use them daily. I'm really sad that I waited 10 years of being married to buy a Royal Prestige set.

We go to the state fair each year and we sit through demos of Royal Prestige. We were told how long the products last and there are people who've had them for 60 years and are still using them. We sat through a quite a few demos before we decided to buy some of their products. We've had our cookware for less than 10 years and each time we go to the fair, we buy something to add to it, whether it's one piece or another set.

I like the quality of the cookware, the induction heating element and the crock-pot. They work so well and with the little crockpot, I can stuff that thing fully it just does a good job. The way their products cook is so much different than cooking with regular pots and pans. It's waterless and oil-less. We burned a few things in the beginning though. You have to know what you're doing for it to work.

We once had a problem with the base of the chopper and with no questions asked, Prestige sent us a new one and it was all taken care of. The products are a little overpriced for what they are, but they are an investment and we can hand them down to our kids when we get old and they can keep on using them. I have recommended Rotal Prestige to people at work.

I call customer service one more time asking for a new seal and they refuse to send something under warranty. Can't believe after the cost of this product that I have to pay more money. This is just turning to be a schism company.

My wife’s grandma had Royal Prestige. The cookware wasn’t quite the same thing as what we have but they were from the same company and she bought hers years ago. My wife thought they were good ones, and that was why we got them. She bought them at the state fair in August. We like that the cookware cleans up really easy. They’re pretty high quality. Normally I don’t like to buy stuff like that, but I was pretty impressed with how durable they were. Also, everything’s guaranteed forever and that’s a pretty big deal for me. We had five different sets before from other brands that she used all the time, and nothing really kind of matched and it seemed like nothing ever held up. If the pans were good then the handles were junk. If they look like the handles were sturdy then the pans were junk. Nothing seemed to last for very long.

We’ve recommended Royal Prestige to several people that bought them too and they’ve all been really impressed. My wife’s cousin bought some and they actually got shipped wrong. They ended up receiving two of the same boxes. Royal Prestige gave them something for free for the inconvenience. Their customer service has been really helpful.

We had an old set of cookware, so we needed a new one. The Royal Prestige demonstrator showed how easy it was to use. However, we used the skillet quite often and it sticks no matter what you cook in it and it doesn’t clean up well. I wish they could figure out a better way because the cleanup on some of the items isn’t as good - I don’t know if that’s the lapse time between the demonstration because he wiped it out right away. In most places, when you are at home, you don’t get a chance to do that when you’re cooking so. But, the rotary chopper that you can cut your cheese and celery with is awesome. We use that a lot in chopping up stuff, and then you have the different sizes that you can connect for different things you’re doing.

I bought two cute little pans from Royal Prestige this year, and I also bought their crock-pot which can double as a single burner. I didn’t have it mobile-tailored but if I did, I could take it and plug it in and even heat up something else on it because the pot comes off of it. And then I also bought the grill which you can use on your stove and you just place a stick on there so you get the grilling marks on quickly. It’s kind of messy to grill on the stove but sometimes I put it in the oven because it’s oven-proof too. They cleaned up beautifully. I also have a little melting pot. I steeped some tea in it and it sat there and when I threw it in the dishwasher, it came out sparkling clean.

It is a waterless cookware, and when Royal Prestige does their demonstrations, they just cooked the food slowly and it is delicious. It doesn’t strip your vegetables when you’re cooking waterless. All the nutrients are still in there, which is another good thing. And I haven’t been hungry. Also, I am very impressed with the very high quality. They are expensive but it is an investment. I have a friend that hardly cooks but she bought the whole set.

Royal Prestige is very good, and they also are not high-pressure sales. They tell you to think about it and won’t push it on you. They know they have a high-quality product and if you’re willing to pay the money, you’re going to get good cookware that will last you a lifetime. And it has a 50-year guarantee. It’s really good cookware. And if you had a problem and you call them, they would probably send it to you before you send it back to them.

I communicate in the morning because I'm really worried. I want to pay the debt, I transfer my supposed number ** collector who very rude tells me that at this moment cannot talk to me, that the number to call to pay all the money that does not have time for this... Wow. I was paralyzed because he did not let me explain and I hung up.

Well I make my second attempt already a little annoying and the SR Luis I take care of him and explain to him what happened and he asks me if I want to know my balance and I say, "I understand that they are 1,855.85" and he tells me, "A moment. We got sold when a guy came over and cooked dinner for us using Royal Prestige Cookware. He showed us the capabilities and demonstrated the advantages of the cookware. I like the electric griddle and the regular pots that he did the veggies in make perfect vegetables. Their pricing is really expensive but it’s better to eat healthy and spend a couple of extra bucks to do that.

We also got two free knives. I recently gave the three-and-a-half-inch knife to my dad because we're impressed with the quality. I got feedback from him saying that whenever he needs to use a knife that's the one that he grabs for. He's been very proud of his knives in the past and he keeps his original knives extremely sharp. Now he moves those other ones aside to get the Royal Prestige knife. He told of this experience when he grabbed the knife to open a case of water. He sliced through the plastic covering holding it all together but he also sliced through three bottles of water. He's happy with that knife.

I saw Royal Prestige at a gun show and their product seemed to be a good type of cookware. I watched the presenter do his demonstrations and I was very pleased with how he was using them. The cookware is stainless steel and the construction is better than the junk I was using. Although the price was horrible and I’m still agonizing over the price, it was worth it. I’ve had the cookware over a year now and they're cool. The lids all have the little buttons and I love those.

Royal Prestige is nice cookware and cleans easy. There was a little bottle of special stainless steel cleaner in there and I’d like to get some more of that. The people at Royal Prestige recommended it specifically for this cookware, and so I wanted to find some more before I use up the one I got. I do the dishes myself, so if I clean up right away, I won’t have a problem. Somewhere along the way, I would need to polish the cookware and make it look pretty. Overall, my experience with Royal Prestige was good and I enjoyed it very much. I’ve had a lot of pots and pans in my life and I should’ve had this cookware when I was 20. If someone’s rich and have nothing better to do with their money, the Royal Prestige Cookware is well worth it.

I’ve had the Royal Prestige Cookware for four months now and it cleans up well, which is good. It’s easy with the little thing on the top where it whistles when it’s time and then I turn off the burner whenever it whistles if things are done. I like that it is lighter compared to the Le Creuset that I have, which is too big and heavy. Sometimes, the grinder that came with the cookware takes too much time to get it out and clean it. I've always wanted a set of good cookware that I don’t have to toss every other year so I went with them. We bought a set along with the electric skillet and some other things and they're wonderful. I like being able to use very little oil and sometimes no oil at all. I also like the fact that the whole pan heats evenly. It’s like a cast iron. It’s easy to take care of as well. I paid $4,000 for it and I baby the cookware. I don’t put it in the dishwasher. The only thing I'm having trouble with is the salad maker. This thing is driving me crazy. I've never really gotten it to work like their reps did at the home show. They’re going to send someone out to my house and show me how to grate cheese in it.

I also like how versatile it is. The lids fit each other and it's got a lifetime warranty. If I can take them off and beat them on my semi, I'd get new replacements if they get damaged. However, the cleaning on them is a little bit different than a normal cheap pot or pan. It takes a little more effort if you’re not used to cooking with them but after you get used to working with it, Royal Prestige is one of the easiest, healthiest and fastest ways to cook.

I found out about Royal Prestige when I went to an RV show. I have heard of other stainless steel pans and had seen other demos, but the reason I decided to go ahead with the purchase was Royal Prestige was a smaller set than what other companies had. I don’t have that big of a kitchen and it’s just my husband and I. Royal Prestige was able to let me mix and match the pieces that I wanted instead of forcing me into something that I wouldn’t want so that made a big difference. The only thing is it’s a little more effort to learn to cook with them. Some things do require water or oil to cook with and the pans don’t like that, so it’s a little awkward. But I'm learning it and figuring it out. They have the DVD that comes with it, but it doesn’t work in every player. Other than that, we’re really enjoying our cookware and their quality is great.

We watched the demonstration a guy did at a home show and we thought of trying Royal Prestige Cookware. We liked the cookware and I like not having to put the moisture in it or the grease. I really liked the dome lids, too. He did veggies and it was really good. And they didn’t taste cooked which was kind of my thing. It's been a busy time for me, so I haven’t had to cook very much and I haven’t had a really big opportunity to use the cookware. But when I have used it, I’ve liked and enjoyed it. It takes some time to get used to it for it’s a little different. You kind of have to play with it a little. I have a glass-top stove that has the convection heating. So, the guy recommended, “Don’t follow the directions in cooking it.” For medium cooking, he said, “Don’t put it above 2.” And so, I found that to be true.

It cooks really fast. If it's too hot, it gets the food too cooked. So, when I cook rice and stuff, it turns out really good when I turn it down to the number 2 on my oven. I also love the Crock Pot. I really enjoy it and I roast in it. I had taken the Crock Pot to church and I had a lady call me and she said, “I have a wedding coming up. Where did you get your Crock Pot? I love that.” And I told her. But I'm sure people shy away from the price. I’m very happy with the cookware's quality. It's really nice and it’s worth the investment. And I have recommended it.

Also, it’s definitely been a learning thing for me but I wish there are more readable directions like having a CD or a little cookbook. It covers a couple of notes but I wanted to know how to heat up green beans and have little tips on what I need to do, if I need to turn it on high, or if I need to start it with the lid shut. I didn’t find a lot of info for stuff like that. So, a little bit more basic information on how to start out using them would be really good. It would be good if you get, “Start here and try this first,” instead of “This is how you make a whole dinner.” I don’t want to make a whole dinner. I just want to know, “How do I warm up soup?” or, “Do I need to put a lid?” Overall, it is a different way of cooking and I like it. So, my husband likes it, too. And it’s fun to experiment with stuff. I’ve been so pleased and it's been a good experience.

I have seen a different brand of cookware the previous year but I couldn't afford it at the time. And then when I saw Royal Prestige, I liked it a little bit better because it had this little whistle on it. But what I like about it is I'm able to cook healthier. I'm a diabetic and I also have had triple bypass surgery already so I have to watch how much fat I use and cooking with this cookware, I don't have to use as much. Last night I cooked salmon. I put a little bit of water on the bottom, threw the salmon in and it cooked perfectly.

The cookware is nice but my favorite thing is that once the whistle starts to blow, I can set it to low and I don't have to worry too much about it burning. In the very beginning, I burned something in it because I was still trying to figure out when I need to turn it down and how long I have to boil it but now I have it in control. I use the cookware a lot and its quality is awesome. But when I use my cooking spray, it sticks on it a lot of times on the side because they're not cooking on it so it's not coming up and then I have to scrub. It would also be nice to have a video that did a little more different things than what I have. There were a few things that I didn't see so I had to improvise and guess doing what I needed to do. But other than that, it works great and it keeps me and my family healthy.

I had to clean the pan and was scorched black, so I haven't used them since. After telling me about it, I went to two home shows and sat through a couple of presentations. The price was high, but the guy that demonstrated made it feel like it was a good purchase.

Berghoff is the brand that I was using prior to buying this and it's a Teflon enamel surface that delivers exactly what it says it does. Its non-stick property is the reason why I generally gravitate towards it. However, to do complete meal cooking, my daughter tends to gravitate towards Royal Prestige. We got everything including the electric roaster and the salad maker. Being a new bride, she likes to cook and experiment and she's doing quite well with it. Seeing her use the pieces that I bought for her makes me feel better about my purchase. The rep from Royal Prestige talked to us about the cookware and it really looked great. My husband liked it that it's dishwasher safe and it's made out of the famous surgical-grade stainless steel. We got the pots, pans, and the electric skillet. We have the electric one that they said you can make a cake in it or lasagna. You can put on the stove like an electric skillet. We've had them for five months now. When we used the cookware, it didn't work. We watched the video and all the other stuff that came along with it, but we're finding the food is sticking, things aren’t cooking properly, and it's not an easy cleanup. It's not just something I can throw in the dishwasher like it was explained. We've been washing everything by hand. We used the electric cooker once too and it was awful to clean up. We haven't used it again.

I was not happy with it from the start and I'm not happy with the way it all turned out. We're not overly thrilled with the amount of money that was paid for our cookware. With the amount we spent, I could easily have gone to a store and gotten something comparable that I could do cooking with for half or quarter of the price. I still go and get the other pans that we used to have because it's easier and quicker to make food for me. I've been cooking for 27 years and I didn’t think I needed an instruction manual to know how to boil water with spaghetti or something. With Royal Prestige, it was very frustrating for me. When you have three and half-year-old twins, it's very difficult to fiddle around with trying to figure out how to cook when they're wanting food.

My parents bought Royal Prestige 15 years ago. We saw them at a boat show and the staff cooked a chicken and some vegetables and showed off the induction thing. We figured we'd buy that one since we were tired of buying pots and pans. We've had the cookware for six months now. I like that it works. Also, the cleanup is good once you get a hang of cooking with them. With the Walmart cookware, you just cook. But with the Royal Prestige one, you preheat it then turn the heat down. So learning how to use the oil to your advantage was the main thing. Once we got that down, we simply wipe it out.

I'm also pretty impressed with the quality of our cookware. It had a used car price but I don’t plan on buying anything else within the next 20 years that’s why I was okay paying so much for it. Also, it's pretty easy to deal with their staff. Every time I have a question, I reach out to them through Facebook, message their people and they always get back within 30 minutes to an hour. I didn’t have any issues dealing with them and we did the layaway deal. Once we paid everything off, it shipped. They said it was gonna take six weeks, but it was here in four days. So the overall experience was pretty good.

I looked at other cookware retailers but the guarantee on Royal Prestige is much better. My husband said that he wanted to treat me for my birthday, so he got them. They cook nice and evenly. I love that it cleans easily and that I can cook with very little water. I steam my vegetables and they come out really nice and flavorful. However, I wish they had more recipes or more info on cooking directions. At first, it was hard, but once the vegetables boil and I turn the knob, then I put them in for five minutes. Also, I’m having trouble keeping the electric frying pan connected. Somehow, it slips out and then it loses its heat, so I’m always pushing that in. Overall, the pans are really great and they're heavy too.

I've had my cookware from Royal Prestige for a year. It's healthier and the food tastes really good. Also, we don't have to use grease and it is so easy to clean. The food doesn't stick to it and as long as you don't let it sit in the pan for a long time, it cleans up. Our pan still looks brand new. It's a shock to get over the cost of it and we know that we had some other pieces that it would be more handy. But we can do everything that we need to do with the set that we have. All in all, it's good quality and I won't ever have to buy any more pots and pans again unless I want a different piece.

Then, a guy came to our house and told me the most current one. I still use the old set because they're so good. But, I needed bigger pieces for a bigger family that I have to take care of and I have to cook a lot. So, I recently purchased another one.

The ones I got from way back look awesome and even look better than the new cookware I have because I didn't get them treated good enough with the vinegar stuff. You treat them with vinegar, soap, and water. I pre-washed it before I used them but it didn't get very good. I still have some sticking on it. I tried doing it again but I've got some buildup on them. There's lifetime guarantee on the cookware and I'd call Royal Prestige about it. Other than that, I'm very happy with them and have recommended them. My daughter has moved back home before the wedding and she's been so excited to get her set because she's using mine.

I originally got the baking set with the baking pans from Royal Prestige. They were horrible. With the way I cook, I need a cookie sheet that has edges as well as a flat surface because sometimes, I need it to hold water or to catch the drips. However, their cookie sheet has no edges. One end had a lip up but the rest of it was completely flat. It's also a lot smaller than I would need and the rest of the baking set were round pans. One of them was a pie pans. They weren't even deep enough to do anything with. It was a $300 piece of crap that I can't cook with so I sent it back right away.

The quality of the original set that was displayed and what I have used to cook on was there. I have used it for about a couple of months. It was an oil infused titanium set and I liked that I could cook on it and not need oil. However, it was not what I ended up with and I'm pretty well dissatisfied. I went through divorce and they cut my money on file. So whenever it was time, I was like, “How much do I have with you guys? Let me get what I need from you with what I’ve got.” Then it showed up with a stainless steel cookware and not a titanium one. They told me it has always been stainless. I can go on eBay and see that titanium infused steel products are what they used to be.

I also hate my frying pan. It was supposed to be an oil-less system but it's not. The one thing that I do like about it is the size of my 16-quart pot. However, the valve on the lid for my cooking pot whistles like a tea kettle. For $500, it's horrible. The nice thing is that you can unscrew it but now I have a hole in the lid. It's still better that it's linked. So either the lid is clinging around because it's bubbling underneath or it's whistling from the steam.

We put it on layaway for a while, though, so we didn’t get the cookware right away. It was right at Christmastime that we paid it off. My wife uses the cookware more than I do and it seems to be good. But it took us a little while to get used to it because you have to turn down the cooking temp a lot more. We’re used to cooking on higher temperatures so it was nice that we could cook with it at low. So, some things we still are having a little bit of a tough time getting not to stick. But we’re getting used to it. It’s all a learning process.

Our cookware came with a kit of things like a bread cutter and a bunch of different things. All the items were really nice stuff. Our purchase was expensive but you get what you pay for and hopefully, it’ll last forever. Royal Prestige is a great quality product and they have been really good about everything. I had always been talking about going to the fair and buying a slicer and dicer. My wife said, "You've got more slicer and dicer than you need." And I told her one can never have too many. Many of the fairs around the country don't have all of the sale stuff like they've got it our fair, but my wife had been wanting to get a hot tub and if you gonna buy a hot tub, you wanna go look at them at the fair because that's where they're all in one place. Now, my wife doesn't like to spend much at the fair but they started the wine tasting so she was just floating. We can walk by and she can pick stuff out without getting all anxious.

When she stopped to go to the rest room, Jamie and their deal was out there. So I'm laughing, I said, “I’ll just be here looking at their slicers and dicers.” Well, by the time she went back, I decided I liked the Royal Prestige slicer and dicer. So we watched the presentation and we got to talk with Jamie after the deal. The more I looked at the cookware, the better I liked it, the looks of it and all. I had a set that I bought in stages over the years but the styles change on you. So I got one of everything, took it out and tried it, and I really like it.

Now, original set we've had for five years and they are the easiest cleaning pots and pans I've had. I like the fact that you cook under less heat. But then, the original ones I got were 9 ply and right after we bought them, they put out the little recall. We had them back but they told me later, “They didn't tell you how to test if you have a bad one or I would never send it back. Because when you put the little plugs in there, it's just asking for water to leak in there.” But no, I like him and we've gotten several more sets for the kids for Christmas. The only thing is, the new little blender didn't have any recipes with it. I told Jamie this and he said, “Go to the website,” and we got it out there.

The warranty has been great as well. The only time I've had to send something back was because of the handles on the grilling plate. They're supposed to be good up to 500 degrees. Then I stick it out on the grill and shut the lid and I know I never got over 475 but it bubbled up one of the handles. So they sent me a couple to be able to stick back the handles but I haven't put them on yet because I might accidentally get up to 495 or 550 again. I'm saving it until we use them for company.

However, once you get pots and pans, of course you have to remodel the kitchen. You have to get an induction cook top and I'm pretty sure there is a Federal Law that if you have an induction cooktop you have to have granite counter. But getting that is really hard even when you go out to the warehouse and look at the big slabs. Trying to visualize it in the kitchen is really difficult for us. It took us seven months to find what we wanted.

My favorite thing about my cookware is I can just throw a chicken breast in the skillet, have it cooked in 20 minutes and have my vegetables done in ten minutes. What you can do is stick it in there with a little bit of water and vegetables are done in no time. It's the same with chicken. The way they tasted when they came out was great.

This cookbook has been a learning experience for me. I'm in a mess seven days and the overall ease and convenience of it, versatility of the utensils and how they all can do typical cook as far as gourmet types, I really, really like it. I wish I'd come across it early on, but back then, I may not have been able to afford it. I've had it for a couple of months. We got to paid full about a month ago. So far, it's been great.

We needed some new cookware and Royal Prestige looked good at that time. We spent $4,000 for our new cookware but I’m a bit disappointed in it. I can’t fry an egg in it because it sticks and I have to polish it every time we cook anything in it. Also, they told us when we bought them that they would stack on the lids but they don’t because of a bent thing on the top. Actually, I was going to return or exchange the big frying pan because it’s not level on the bottom. The middle part kinda rocks and gets hotter than the edges do.

My wife and I bought the Blender. It took about 1 week and a half to receive. After opening the package we realized that the blender was not as great and light as they said. We called the distributors the next day and told them we wanted to return the product. To which they told us that they would come by to pick it up a few days later.

When they showed up all they wanted was to sell other products and said that the return policy (3 days) was up and could not be returned. Well they waited and waited to come so the return can no longer happen. They insisted over and over on other products we didn't want. We already have a lot of other products and don't need anything else for now. Finally, they left with no solution. When I called customer service the employees (rep and supervisor) did not care for my situation and did not offer solutions. They became unfriendly and unhelpful. Now, we have a $950 blender we don't want or need. The company doesn't care if you like the products, only that you pay for their stuff. Never buying Royal Prestige again, nor recommending if this is not solved.

I saw the demonstration, tasted the food and was convinced that we didn't have to overcook food and have great texture. I've had Royal Prestige for a long time, but I've not even used my recent purchase at this time because I'm still using the first. I would put the vegetables in there then do as demonstrated, and the vegetable still had life to them and would not be overcooked. Most likely, this purchase will be something for my children/grandchildren later.

We needed some decent cookware then we happened to be at a National boat show and saw Royal Prestige, so my husband said that we should purchase it. But, that was before there was that big recall where they corrected it by drilling a hole and putting a plug in it. And we did not like that, but they sent us a new set with everything that we had. Also, it's much lighter than the first one so I find myself using that more as opposed to the heavier stuff. We also bought the bakeware but they buck up and warp every time we use them in the oven. Same thing happens with the paella pan where it gets a dome in the center when you heat it up. I talked to them about it and they gave us an address to call so they could give something to send it back. Other than that, the company has been great and helpful.

I bought a set of pans in 1977! I was just out of high school, I was set up on a monthly payment plan. Afterwards, I had some buyers remorse, I never opened the box, but I paid the $18 every month. A year or so later, I moved in with a new roommate who found the unopened box, she told me they were the best pans available! Why wasn't I using them?? I have used them daily ever since, I had to take one back over 10 years ago, they replaced it without a word. I have added pieces from time to time at the Iowa State Fair.

3 of the handles became loose, I took them in today and again without a word, they replaced the handles. It was no doubt one of, if not the best purchase of my life. This year is the 40th year I have been using them. I am planning on buying sets for my children when they are setting up their own homes. What else can you buy once and never have to replace? Thanks for a great product, feel free to contact me!

We were looking into getting new dishes, and the people at the fair had Royal Prestige said that they liked them, have had them for eight to twenty years, and said they were good. They said that if something happened to their cookware, they would swap it out for new at no cost, so we thought that was pretty cool. Then we just watched the guy do the cooking and saw how fast he cooked the meals, and that was cool too.

We liked the Royal Prestige cookware when we first tried them. But within the first two washes, they started tarnishing in a way, which we were told wouldn't happen, and then we didn't want to use them. We went back to our old dishes instead and now we'd like to return the Royal Prestige cookware because we realized we weren't using them as much as we thought we would, and we paid two grand for them. We tried calling within the second week. I told the rep we'd give it a month to try the dishes and see how we like them. Then after that month, if we didn't like it, we'll ask to return them because they said they should be able to take a return policy after so long. However, we left messages and emails, and still haven't gotten a call back. We feel that they don't care.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase new cookware and were discussing not to purchase the Calphalon or the Teflon-coated, non-stick cookware for health reasons. We stumbled upon Royal Prestige when they were doing a presentation at a shrimp festival and now we've had our cookware for three and a half months. They're stainless steel, as opposed to the non-stick which is what we wanted. They're also a little pricey, but it's good and it worked out.

However, my concern is the cleanup. Just by cooking noodles or rice, the bottom has become discolored and I don't know if there's a better way to clean it. In order to get the discoloring off, I got a polyester cloth, so that it's not as abrasive as stainless steel because I don't want to harm the cookware. I like it and I have recommended it to other people because it's worth the money. If I could get them looking like brand new or at least close to it, that would make me very happy.

We bought our set of Royal Prestige back in 1987 based on a live demonstration of the product using limited heat, water, and oil. We've used our set on both gas and electric stoves and have not been disappointed. This 14 piece set of 7-ply SS Titanium Silver Alloy-Copper has stood the test of time as you could never tell it is 1 year shy of 30 years old. In keeping with the warranty of the product, several years ago we had a handle and one of the steam valves break. After calling customer service, was no red tape involved in getting replacement parts which were received with a weeks time. If this set were to ever go bad, which we don't foresee, we would most certainly purchase another set. Royal Prestige has lived up to its reputation. As the adage goes, you pay for what you get and with this product, you get high quality cookware, supported by a company who stands by their warranty.

We bought our Royal Prestige cookware in October. Their representatives came out to our house and the stuff they had was good. I really liked the 30-quart pot, which is the reason I bought most of them. The only thing I don't like about them is that they're a lot harder to clean than how it looked on the video they showed. On the demonstration, it could be wiped off with a cloth easily. It's not as hard as cleaning a regular pan, but on the demonstration, it looked really effortless. But other than that, our Royal Prestige pans work well.

Aside from the 30-quart pot, we had another large frying pan type thing. I liked it because we cook large quantities. We haven't used most of the small ones yet, but we've used the bigger ones. I like large size of them and they're more heavy-duty, so I think they're going to last longer than others. They're good quality and a lot better than what we can buy at our local big-box store. I've gone through a few sets of stuff from Wal-Mart. They get the black stuff from the bottom of the pans which can get in the food and I don't want to eat whatever that coating is on there.
