    I had a terrible experience when I purchased a complete set of Cookware in early April 2024 with one distributor named Jeff **, who promised me that I would only need to give him the names of 10 families to get my money back into my account. Her also said he will add a Juicer to my order if I buy the most expensive option he presented to my family. He lied on adding a Juicer that never arrived till today. He lied about my money returning into my account after giving him 10 names. He held unto my commission for 5 months with promises to send to me and would never send or pick my calls. He only pick my calls when he needs favor from me. Severals people I introduced him to do business had similar or even worse experience. This experience made me to concluded that Royal Prestige does not have a good business structure to evaluate their business partners. I am in the process of involving the law enforcement to expose this SCAM business.

    The sales Representative Mercedes ** straight played me in my face with a supposed deal but turns out the pot quality is just too overpriced. On top of that I asked if I could return the pots and my money back she stated yes and now is saying I can’t get none of it back. Well I think it’s a ripoff stating the fact I have concrete text messages and she does not want to refund me my money. This is a fraud and unbelievable considering the fact she’s an elderly women. If there was not going to be no refund being put in place she could of told me that and I could of kept the pots and figured something out.

    Royal Prestige is in my opinion the biggest scam!! Not only I am being charged thousands of dollars for 3 pots, but found out that I am also being charged interest by an unknown bank. I found out that the pots are NOT non stick even though I was told they were. Those cookwares are NOT worth the large amount of money they are charging us and I feel is disrespected and deceived by the company and their representatives.

    I need to return a product and get the money I already paid back, and to have the contract in which they want to force me to continue paying the installments of the product I do not want eliminated, without affecting my credit.     I did buy several Products one year ago, it took almost 39 points from my credit score, I did pay in advance, never late and one year before I couldn’t get my points back. I can’t imagine if I had been a bad customer how it would be impact my credit… Be careful buying here, for instance if you have plans to buy a home it can be devastating.

    This is the worst product I’ve bought. Also the people that attend you afterwards don’t do any good to you after they get their commission. I honestly wouldn’t recommend them at all. I’ve been had this for a long time and have not been impressed especially for the price. I'd just say take your money somewhere else.

    This company is the worst company!! I purchased a water filter more the years ago!! I have to send them back the filter! Because it wasn’t working properly! Is Been 2 months trying to get my filter back! They said can’t gimme back the filter because they doesn’t have it! Or gimme my money back!! I lost $1.200. This is frustrating! Don’t trust in this company. They stole from me 1.200.

    Their salesman do not have integrity or honor as core values. They promised one thing and do another. Their mark up is super high. We had bought around 3 different products and the last one was the water filter for kitchen and two bathrooms for around ** with tax, finance by them. Little do we now, we got 10 days to cancel after product got here on August 8 and today that I was calling to cancel my wife order, they told me it was too late and they refused to let me talk to a Manager and they do not have no control with salesman, because they are independent contractors. The salesman promised to install it as soon as we get it and conveniently went past the 10 days to cancel.

    Was supposed to be here Friday August 16 and cancel, then say he be here August 17 and he did not, because of other clients and finally came today to installed it and when he was done told us we owe him ** for the kit to install and the installation, without telling us we were to pay for the installation and the cheap kit he bought. So, we refused to pay for that, for the lie or concealing his intentions. We thought everything was included on the sale and at no point in time, he mentioned anything about that. We ask for the large frying pan for not showing up and did not get it and neither the other gifts promised. We did not even get a Military Discount as they say they do.     I had a lot of problems when using the warranty, the sellers do not explain that the 50-year warranty is only from the factory, if my utensils suffer an accident, break or are damaged by any accident, they do not fix it, this is written between the lines of the contract that almost no one reads because everything is done very quickly at the time, while the sellers are deceiving people with beautiful words and making them believe that they will have their beautiful and wonderful utensils for 50 years, but it is a big lie. They are the great deceivers.

    I regret ever coming in contact with these people. Their service is not good at all and the quality of their products is even worse. Feels like I'm in debt for life with them. My bill doesn't seem to end. Definitely do not recommend getting this service at all.

    I purchased the easy release from Royal Prestige. The pans lost their easy release capabilities. I guess we really shouldn't have used them three times a day. The pan that we used the most was the first one to go. Eventually using the pans was a nightmare; the most basic thing like cooking egg would get stuck. At first I thought maybe we had done something to the pans, but turns out everyone we discuss this with has the same issue. It was quite a big ticket for them to not work in the end. I come to find out that no matter what brand, the non-stick capabilities will diminish the more you use the more you are pretty much eroding the layers of the material.

    I did not contact the company because there is really no direct way to get help. It's a total nightmare. You need to contact the company, the company will contact the regional and eventually tack down the sales person. Then they show up and they want to sell you a shower head filtration system, or another set of something. It's never enough. There is no world class customer/client support. It's a pyramid so no direct responses.

    At this rate I'd have to return the pans, pay for shipping, and possibly to hear a "We are sorry, this is not covered under LIFETIME WARRANTY". So I just abandoned the pans, and I became a contributor to more pollution by buying these pans that will end up in some landfill. At least offer to take them pack and re-coat them. Make good use of the material. I tried buying a filter cartridge for the frescapure, JESUS, a whole drama. The lady came and she was terrorized by her Regional Manager; and she kept on pushing trying to sell me more items. All I needed was to order a cartridge. I abandoned the topic, asked her to leave and here we are.

    I ordered a tortillas pan. The box was damaged and I opened it, I had it for not even 5 day and returned because is too small for what the purpose was and they didn't accept it back because it had my fingers printed on it. Well that's what they said, and I didn't even touch it. I will never buy anything else from them. Also is overpriced. Never again.

    Be careful when you make purchases from this company, since in order to sell you, they promise many things which in a few months will change according to their rules, they promise you everything to sell you, and in the end they change everything, when you call to complain they treat you as if they did. They will give you the products, they, THE SELLERS, have the worst customer service, they are the same, when you call them, they get upset because you don't buy anything from them, and they want you to forcefully buy from them and if you don't buy from them.

    They simply do not help you with the product, because the company trains them, but the company does not provide any kind of service on the products, they are a complete scam, I have spent more than $10k and they do not have any special treatment at all, BE VERY CAREFUL, If you still want to buy, the seller should give you everything in writing, guarantee, promises, prices, the same when you call customer service, record the conversation, because they fill their mouths saying that their policy is like that... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOT AT ALL.

    I’m very disappointed with this product, I bought 3 pans the easy release. They’re supposed to be nonstick but even though I use a sponge to clean them and silicone spatula, it still deteriorated very quickly. I don’t recommend this products at all. The vendors promise so much on the products but it’s not true. Many things they say, they hide so much information specifically if you need to return or get the warranty.

    Me and my fiance went to a Dinner4Two presentation on these cookwares. We were sold, and we went through a whole process. We had to put our ID and SSN on the papers, etc. They said they would get back to us for the down payment. They texted me asking for my SSN again saying "they couldn't find it" even though it was on the papers. We haven't gotten charged, and I feel like it was a huge waste of time and a scam for getting our SSN. And why would we even need to put it down if it is just pots and pans??

    I don't know how the hell, I came into path with this company. They are horrible. The employee are disrespectful and rude. I purchased pots that they so call say they are high quality no stick etc.. They had an employee come to my house to so call maintenance the pots and show me how to cook, I have never heard of pots having to have maintenance done to or someone having to show me how to cook. That was a complete insult to my face had a women. I even made a video while the employee was at my house and laughed because he really thought he was going to have justice. Guess what? NOPE. The eggs stuck. They had me send them in, to get a call saying they tested them and they work fine. I mention, "Well you keep them and you can also keep the money you got out of me" and yet they said I have to get the pots back and continue to pay. They are out of the rabbit as minds. Wouldn't allow me to upload video.

    I am deeply disappointed by the recent experience I had with Royal Prestige, a company specializing in the sale of pots. An account was opened at this company, and despite my attempts to contact them before the contract's return policy end date, no staff member was able to assist me with returning the items. The salesperson from Royal Prestige came into my home personally and opened the packages, rendering the return policy null and void. I believe this action was premeditated to secure their commission and prevent me from returning the items per their policy. As an elderly person, I feel taken advantage of by Royal Prestige. I did not allow the salesperson to use the cookware, as I did not want it, and the items have not been used. Despite this, Royal Prestige will not allow me to return the unused items. These people prey on elderly and have no morals. And I would give them zero stars.

    I don't recommend Royal Prestige, it's super expensive. Bought 3 pans for $3k. These pans need to be used at very low temperatures, which is ridiculous. It was a stupid decision; the pans only have a 5-year warranty, and they reduced their warranty. Sales personnel will push you to buy; otherwise, they will get angry if you don't make a purchase.

    I'm still paying for this horrible product!! Already sent them to warranty and their response was I was chopping ICE with them. Smh /_? And the sales lady said she was going to help me and never did. I own a set of knives I purchased at Walmart for less than 100 dollars 17 years ago and still have them intact. I was just sold by the sales lady that I deserve better and I was going to build credit. I regret buying that trash.. Don't waste your money.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They use high pressure sales tactics to sell mediocre, overpriced cookware. Then they will give you every run around possible to charge you extra to include cancelling your automatic payments, and changing your communication languages. The call center staff is rude and unhelpful. I would rather have spent 3k on off brand pans and knives from Walmart than the absolute waste that is this company.

    Spent 2000 on frying pans and sets. This is so far the worst purchase I could have done. I feel scammed. The frying pan first time I used the eggs got all sticky which they said that would never happen. I ask the person who I purchase from that works for them and she said I have to schedule an appointment for them to come to my home and make a demo of how to use the product correct and also apply a Product on the pan so it’s ready to use. It’s been 6 months, all I’m asking is to just change mine to something that will actually work but no response. All I can say is stay away from this brand. It’s not worth buy some pots that you got to be extra careful when using. Plus the 50 years warranty it’s all crap. They don’t do crap for you.

    I had a horrible experience with this company. Sales order said refunds take 10 days, ours took over 30 days which resulted in me incurring charges on my card. I had to call and email several times to get my refund processed. I am still waiting for this. They shipped out products even after we cancelled our order. Such a waste of time and money either due to incompetence or lack of checks in the system. Buy from them at your own risk!

    I bought a knife from Royal Prestige about 15 to 20 years ago. After several years the tip of the knife broke so a few weeks ago I decided to call customer service to get a replacement (according to them these have a 50 year guarantee), So, after the runaround my replacement was denied. According to them since I didn't have a receipt (remember, this knife has been brought over 15 years ago) and my phone number didn't show in their system they couldn't honor the guarantee, REALLY. I don't recommend this company, don't spend your money on products so expensive, you get better deals on a retail store and you will get your money back if not satisfied with your purchase.

    I met a person who sells this product. Completely lied to me. OKC 405 grocery store Feria Latina (Leonardo). Also said he could come and show me how to cook with a pan. I bought which is one of the dumbest things I’ve heard! If you claim the pan doesn’t stick then why should you have to tell me you can come and show me how to make an egg when all I use is butter on a low heat! I told him the pan wasn’t good. He said I would have to mail it back and they have to inspect the pan for any burned damages & they would decide if I was right, so why do that? If the pan turned brown they were going to deny it, not just that he messaged and messaged me until he took me to court, a small pan I bought that was $300 cost me 882.24. Sales rep also took me to court.

    There’s so much more but moral to the story don’t trust these sales reps. They are just making commission off sales then harass you until you pay their outrageous fees they makeup and add, also when I went to court for Royal Prestige sales rep Leonardo I had to translate for him with the judge assistant. He didn’t even understand what they were saying, (he is **). I basically did him a favor without pay, the clerk asked him, "If she doesn’t pay what happens?" and Leonardo was like, "Dismissed."

    I had an oil core probe go out. I called the company and they said they discontinued the product but to send it in to see if they can fix it. Well, I mailed it. Contacted them almost a month later than when they received it because I didn't hear anything back. Someone signed for it at the warehouse. The person who responded to me said they didn't receive it so I sent the information from the carrier to them. They told me to contact them within 3 business days. I've been contacting them since and they are ignoring me now! Shady! I have two sets of cookware from them but I'll never buy again. They lost a customer and I have definitely told and will continue to tell people what they did!

    I ended up paying over $3k for a few pots and pans. The level of poor service is horrendous to say the least. I am almost done paying off these pots and the harassment of calls received to buy more or for payment (which I've always paid) is worst than all marketing calls received in a lifetime combined. I've told them at least 100 times to take me off any marketing list and have boldly told them I'll never buy from them again and still the calls continue. I've received calls from regular numbers, WhatsApp, and blocked numbers which should be illegal. DON'T BUY FROM THIS CO!!

    Their knife set was guaranteed to last 50 years or more when sold to me. The knife is messed up all of them are I would have been better off buying Miyabi or Zwilling knife sets. I have been paying off the knife set and other stuff I got and each time I tell them they say they'll replace it this month, they keep telling me that if I don't pay they can't guarantee what I bought. I tell them each month for the last 3 months I'm paying fix my knife. Now I'm at a point where I got a lawyer for their fraudulent practices, and just told them today that if they don't respond to what was agreed on contract and with their representative when I bought everything that I will see through to sue them and get back every dime I've paid to this day for their infringement on their contract.

    Note: They thought because I speak perfect Spanish and told them my family was from El Salvador that I was a immigrant and threathened me with my credit saying it was hard for immigrants to fix their credit. They got surprised when I told them I was born and raised in Texas my whole life and that I wasn't going to get pushed around by them and that their attitude and infringement on their contract was going to result in a law suit.

    I bought from Royal Prestige the easy release products, at the same time Other 2 families bought the same product. All of us have the same Problem with the easy release products, these became to change color inside and all the food that we want to heat or prepare stick to the pan. We had all the care that Royal Prestige recommended us but now we Don’t have nothing, a very expensive products and the same quality of a $10 pan. I recommend don’t buy from Royal Prestige. At the end they are not going to give you the warranty they promise at the beginning. Don’t buy Royal Prestige!

    When I call the company, the answer was those are very delicate products, need to handle with care. Still waiting for the handles. The person who answer me was very impatient. Also when called the agents about the situation, the wife (they are a couple team) said she was busy right now, she will call me later that day. That was a month ago; still waiting.     My mother purchased a filter for $1500 and the technician that came to her house switched it for a cheaper version, to make it worse the damn filter doesn't work and we we called customer service. They say that is not their fault but it is. It's been more than 3 months and finally some came and told my mother that what they did was wrong. Took the filter and left without any solutions a total fraud. My mom is 78 years old and today I'm going to hire a lawyer to sue them. Royal Prestige takes advantage of elderly people. They should be ashamed but we will take them to justice. Don't buy anything from them. They are a big fraud.

    I bought a juice extractor from one of the distributors (Roberto) at 4 yrs ago (at $800.00 dlls), 3 weeks ago stop working, called customer service and told them about it, they asked for the receipt which I don't have any more, I told them that, then, they told me to take pictures of it and send them, I did that, they reply my email saying that the extractor is not register in their system which is not my fault and they couldn't do nothing about it, they told me to contact the distributor who is still active with the company, they gave me his number and I called that phone number belong to somebody else, I called back customer service and I told them about the phone number and they told me is nothing else they can do. Don't do any business with this company, SCAM.

    First and foremost, this company is known for having good merchandise and being overpriced. Everyone is allow to do what they want with their money. However, when a representative is at someone's home for more than 4 hours trying to convince them to buy after having home owner say "no, thank you" multiple times that is disrespectful. Feeling like the only way they will leave is by saying yes. Trying to cancel the next morning but having this representative make you feel like you're not thankful enough of the discounts and extra merchandise added to your order it's insane.

    Like I mentioned you're allow to do what you want with your money but if deciding to buy groceries or make a payment for expensive pots and pans because this individual representing this company didn't understand what no thank you means is insane. My mother will be keeping them because her kids will help her buy them but imagine elderly people on social security income who feel the need to buy because certain seller don't understand a "no thank you. I didn't know they would be that expensive" and drag a basic demonstration for 4 hours or more. It's not okay.

    On November 28, 2022 my wife and I invited two Royal Prestige Representatives to our home to discuss possibly purchasing some kitchen items. Once the meeting was over, we decided not to purchase any of the items. Several days later UPS delivered a box of kitchen items that we didn’t order. We have been trying to return the items ever since, the box didn’t contain any paperwork and was opened. So far, my wife has been threatened with collections and being taken to court over this matter.

    Also, someone forged my wife's signature on a document that appears to be a contract. Yes, someone within the Royal Prestige Company forged my wife's signature in order to process the items and charge us. Whoever did this didn't know my wife has a unique way of signing her signature. My wife and I have been treated very poorly by this company. All we want to do is retune the unused items. Royal Prestige continues to harass us with threats of court and send us to collections if we do not pay. Do not trust this company.

    Hi. My recommendation is stay away from this company when they come to you. They tell you one price if you do a return. They give you another price because they don’t want to lose the commission. I return a shower filter. They told me the price was around 900 and right now that they process the return. My credit for that return was only 350 and my new balance is still around 1,650 and the original balance was 2,001. Once they knew I did the return, the guy called me, saying not to do the return because It was going to affect my credit.

    I called customer service and they say it won’t and then the guy said that he’ll exchange the product for something else for the same price but they were doing it so they don’t lose the commission and that’s messed up because you work hard for your money and they just wanna take it away without no effort. Never buying again from this company and if they call you saying congratulations you won a prize hang up 'cause they are only giving you a cooking spoon just so they could come to your house and take your money.

    We purchased a full set of products from Royal Prestige 15 years ago. Pots, pans, skillet, water glasses, wine glasses, big bowls, small bowls, cutlery and plates both big and small. This was our wedding registry so pretty big deal for us. Well they have been great for years until my dog hopped onto the counter and knocked two of the large bowls and a cup to the floor breaking all three. They did not break into large pieces but hundreds of shards. Thankfully no one was hurt and the dog did not get hurt beyond getting the crap scared out of him. I knew we had a 50 yr warranty for exactly this reason so I contacted them and after half a dozen emails I was told they would replace my entire set of dishes with a new pattern. Great. Sounds good to me.

    After not hearing from them for a few weeks I reached out to them again.. Had to send 2 emails a few days apart before they replied and was told that nope no new dishes but I could get a chocolate maker or an 8in skillet instead. I have two sets of pots and pans already so this is not good to me at all. I tell them this and I am referred to the warranty page where he says that they can replace broken items with an equivalent product and that they do not make dishes anymore so nothing they can do. After several emails back and forth they add a 4 pc steak knife kit or a Dutch oven to the list of crap I could choose from for my dishes set. What is the point of a 50 yr warranty if they stop carrying the product and refuse to give you actual answers.

    I am frustrated and annoyed with this whole process. At this point I would tell people to avoid them as the warranty is not real. BTW nowhere does it mention in the warranty information that if the product is no longer available they can just send you some small token to get you to go away. As for equivalent there is no way a 8 in frying pan is an equivalent product to bowls and cups. I do not care if it is the same price and who knows what the prices actually are. There is no list of items and what they cost and if you click on the buy now button on the website it says they will have a local salesman contact you.

    I bought 3 fry pans for over $2,000.00 US dollars and I was given the sales pitch that it was an investment and that they last a lifetime and is all SCAM. I bought my fry pans in June 2022 and by Jan 2023 I noticed the material started to fall off. I contacted the seller. She provided customer Service number. I called and sent the fry pans. I paid for the shipping. I have to buy new fry pans to use while waiting for the warranty people to inspect my fry pans. Royal Prestige received my fry pans on March 1, 2023. Today is March 17th 2023. I had to call to ask what's going on and of course they said I did not take care of the fry pans correctly that the FRY pans were overheated!!! LOL. I'm pretty sure everybody needs heat to cook!!! And that the warranty is for 5 years only not a lifetime like I was told. So I fell for a Scam and gave them $ 2,000 for cheap low quality fry pans. DO NOT BUY. THEIR PRODUCT IS A BIG SCAM.

    I have had a very bad experience with Royal Prestige, the sellers are liars, as long as they sell they don't mind lying, 1- they promise royalties that they never give, 2-they are not interested in the well-being of the client, they want to indebt us until they cannot. 3-It does not serve to make financial credit!! They have reduced me much more than what it generates to punctual payment! It has terrible customer service, they don't help or solve anything.     The customer service is set to don't acknowledge returns! In 2021 I purchase a cookware 8 pieces set plus the Paellera for my son's wedding git. In November I received an invitation to watch a video and win a prize, I did and then I received a call from Carmen ** telling me that an agent will come to my house to give me the prize. Camila came gave me the prize and sold me a pressure cooker, coffee maker and a chocolatera. The order was placed on 11/29/22 and shipped 12/02/22. When I received it I tried the chocolatera, I didn't like it and call the number for customer service, they never answered, and in January when I finally reached Carmen ** and Camila, they told me that they are going to call me back, never did until today that I call them both. Carmen ** asked me for three way phone call with Camila.

    At 1:00 pm the call was done, no solution, I felt that my integrity was questioned about if I called, or why I didn't google for another number for customer service. They said that they can help me if I refer other clients and pay me from that sales commission, which I will never do and let any of my referrals to have a bad experience. It is sad that a company that is supposed to be good, doesn't have a good customer service. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    Very disagree! I live in NJ and purchased a $1200 water filter. Something exaggerated to be a water filter but I still buy it, its installation lasted more than 4 months. Which I paid first but I decided to wait until they did me the installation as they had promised. I call many times until I try to return the product but it was not possible for any circumstance. Now that they make the installation paid for me, I call to defer the payments of after month and they tell me that they can do nothing. For 3 months I did not use the filter and the response was literally "That is not my problem. You had it in your hands." Really I would never buy with Royal Prestige again. They fool seniors.     This whole company is a scam, they offer you great quality products only for them to break or not work. Then when you want to return it they either scam you into buying another product so they can help you. We’ve bought a water filter and then it broke, when we contacted the company, they promise to send someone and never did. We spent years trying to get someone to come fix it or replace it. Never did. Got a blender that broke and was told to buy a pan so they could help, then they ended up losing the blender so I can’t even get it back or get it replaced. They have the WORST customer service, and pressure you into buying new products. They are also extremely unprofessional, constantly avoiding and ignoring our calls for help. Emilia was extremely unprofessional constantly avoiding our calls after she got us to buy a product. I could go on and on but just don’t buy from this company.

    A lady took my name and number then called me. Said I won a prize and she wanted to come over and show me some products. Being that I live in Far Rockaway and the water is not good to drink I got the water filter and air purifier with the discounts. She said the amount would be 2,824. My first bill said 3,099. I called and advised I had already made a payment the first day before getting the product and a payment when the bill was due. How is it higher and added to my credit, I called and the reps are like programmed computers constantly repeating the same thing about a scamming. As contact they do not transfer you to anybody that can help you and basically tell you you're stuck paying more than you agreed to pay! I just want to start getting the word out through here and social so this company can be shut down for good! We are in hard times and this company is taking advantage of people!

    They will not honor the 50-year warranty! I paid and sent back my cookware about 1k and juice extractor which was worth over 1700 dollar alone. And they said it does not count if you use it often! Ask to speak to a supervisor and they give me the runaround. Stay away. I will file with a small claims court.     I have no complaints regarding the quality of the cookware sold by this corporation, but this corporation is hungry for money and they will take it if you get them a chance. I logged on to my account with the purpose of paying my debt in full. I found out that the card on file expired two months ago. By calling customer service, I found out that I was already sent to collection. I was disappointed by the fact that they will not even try to grab your attention for courtesy as many other organizations do. On top of that, I was charged with late fees, which will not waive even though I paid in full. I have been a customer for about ten years, and found out by revising the statements, that the highest interest rate that I have paid is 22.79%, Ridiculous! This corporation is not recommended, they are wolves and will not feel sorry for taking your money.

    Updated on 03/05/2022: The company has called me and informed me that I would need to call the distributor to cancel the order and the distributor is telling me that the company has to cancel. I don't know what scam they are running. This is very stressful and it is taking a toll on my family. I can't seem to understand how the representatives have scammed my elderly mother into this and it is not fair that families have to go stressful situations. Having to go to court and file police reports in order to get anything resolved. I truly hope that someone is listening to my cries as we did not ask for this and my mother is an elderly woman who has her good days and bad days.

    Updated on 03/02/2022: Royal Prestige I have yet to hear from the company about the representative who went to my mother's home to service a filter I bought in 2018 and began to sell my mother other things, my mother is a hospice client in bed with dollar's worth of things that she can not use. While I was working she called me and asked me to verify the order to which I did as I was at work, once I realized what my mother had done I called the representative back and asked them to cancel this order as she obviously under her condition will not be using all that they sold to her which was on the second day of the order. Then in a few days we received the boxes with these things anyway.

    When calling this representative he avoided the conversation so I called the company's customer services. They reported that because I verified the order and it was not cancelled within 3 days I will have to pay for this merchandise that was put under my name without my authority as well. They took advantage of an elderly frail hospice person and they will not take this product back from her home. The company reported that it will not be cancelled and this will need to be paid.

    I have people that overheard my conversation with the representative 2 days after he put the order in. The company's customer service informed me that because it was not canceled within 3 days this order will need to be paid. This is very upsetting that the representative took advantage of an elderly person, falsely put the order under my name, and did not cancel when he was asked to do so within the 3 days. We in NY are struggling and we have to save to bury my mother when the time comes and this is what they did.

    I would like to report the representative for elder abuse and would like the company to acknowledge that he was informed to cancel this order and take their product back. All is still in boxes and I am not sure if I should start a class action as I see many are dealing with similar representatives in NY. NEED HELP ASAP.     Original Review: I am very upset because these representatives came to my mother's house and took advantage of an elderly Hospice client. She is on oxygen and on her last breath and they sold her almost 4K worth of stuff she cannot afford. On top of that they did not put the merchandise on her name. They in turn ran my credit and used an account I had back in 2018 to put the things under my name. I have called the company begged them to come and pick up these products as my mother cannot even use them. Due to her health she does not cook nor can she get out of bed. No one is calling back. The company keeps giving me different numbers to call where they do not resolve anything with this. If anyone has a similar experience please let me know if it was resolved as will report them for elder abuse as well.

    I wanted to purchase a large high-side frying pan and a large pot to make soup and stuff in, and ended up buying this. The rep offered me a set. I love all of it.

    It's just mostly plain home cooking that I do. Fried potatoes, roast in the electric fry pan, and I did pork chops in there too. They are heavy, but I love the weight of them. Also, a lot of them I can just wipe out and do a quick rinse and they're done. They are very expensive, but I expected that. And it's gonna last. It isn't something that I have to worry about the finish coming off and having to buy another set, which I've been doing. And it's something that I plan on leaving to my daughter.

    I don't use my Royal Prestige because I don't like it. First of all, there's so much slack in between the shredder/grinder that I can put my finger through there, so it doesn't work well, and that's the main thing that I wanted. And because they know how to use it, they make it look good. Won’t that be handy and nice to grind up everything with? It's not. The only thing that I use is the pot with a whistle on top for vegetables. I wish I could take these back or sell them in a garage sale. I cook, I really wanted some nice cookware, and I really wanted to do what they present the product to be. But it's expensive, which makes one think it's good, but it's not. I still use my Calphalon, which I've had forever. I would hate to see anybody purchase this cookware.

    I purchased a 22 piece set of the 7-ply Royal Prestige Cookware at a trade show over 40 years ago for $800. I was young and my roommate and I went to a trade show and two cute guys sold us each a set! We had no living room furniture and microwaves had just come out - all we had were pots and pans! There was initial regret, and it took me three months before I could tell my parents what I had done. We made our payments for two years and eventually went our separate ways with our pots and pans! These are the only pots and pans I know how to cook with! Greaseless and waterless cooking; every piece is a pressure cooker with the sensor technology.

    After almost 20 years, the bottom of pot in the original set began to peel. Royal Prestige replaced the entire set as the design had changed and so I would have a matching set. Over the years, I have had to replace some of the sensors and handles. At no cost, Royal Prestige/Hycite has sent me replacements. Fast forward another 20 years and several of the pots have pitted or started to peel on the bottom. I contacted Royal Prestige/Hycite yesterday. The 7-ply sets are no longer made so they are now sending me a NEW 5-ply set at no cost!

    The cookware is amazing! The toughest of meats are tender when cooked in these pots! When the sensor whistle sounds I can turn the pot off and the food continues to cook and in 20 minutes, it's ready! The food is delicious and truly cooks in its own juices (meats) or vegetables retain their crispness. I even baked a pineapple upside cake in the skillet once, which was a recipe with the original Ultra-ease set. The company stands behind their products and I am so happy that I will be able to use my Royal Prestige cookware through the end of my life and not have to learn to cook with other cookware. Only downside is the original cookware could be stacked for cooking and the newer ones cannot. This is an investment indeed, and I can say it is one of the best investments I have made in my almost 70 years!!

    I got sucked into buying several very expensive pieces at a trade show years ago. After experiencing food sticking and burning and the cookware staining, I finally put it away and went back to my old Revere Ware (who actually stand behind their warranties). One of the products that I purchased was a 2 gallon stainless steel bowl which I use on occasion, usually when I’m preparing large batches of food for canning. The stainless steel bowl has begun to react to salt and vinegar by developing black spots. I called today as Royal Prestige said there is a 50 year warranty on all their products only to be told there is just a one year warranty on the bowl.

    We liked the water cooking with the Royal Prestige Cookware. We use that periodically. Also, when you cook something, they hold their heat. You put it out on the table, and things stay hot through your dinner. However, the rubber handles, seem to wear out really easily. We've had to replace ours a few times. But, it's all been warranty. It's been easy working with the company.

    The only other thing that I don't like is, because I go from stove to oven with them, I wish all of the handles were the U-shaped ones instead of the long handles. But the quality has been great. I also love that I can go from stove to oven. We also went through that whole vent thing where the vents blew out. We had to send them back, get the little vent holes put in them, and then we've had near steam burns a couple of times from those things blowing out. Then finally, we just got them all exchanged with the new upgraded ones where there's less steel, but no holes.

    I got involved in getting this product for a coworker who invited me to a demonstration, the show was okay, the seller showed me a set of pots I told him I can't pay too much every month and he convinced me about the comfortable payment options, I asked him about the interest. He told me there was 2% which for me it was a good interest for the price they charge for this cookware brand. I agreed and signed when I went home and read the whole yellow paper I signed I realized that they charge finance interest of about 27% like a credit card plus an equivalent annual rate.

    Besides that when I could return the purchase because these people have the ridiculous three-day cancelation policy to make my experience worse when I use the pots and pans the quality was a disaster, as soon as I use the pieces after washed they got a dark purplish color I let the seller know about it, he came, he did the curation (curacion) that is how they call it, he promised it will go away but it didn't. He told me to call the company and ask for a replacement which was not worthy because after a lot of back and forth calling I got a replacement set but with the same issue. I DON'T recommend people to purchase this cookware it is much expensive and the satisfaction of the product is very poor. I rather spend 1K with cookware at Macy's where can I get a refund than keep paying a monthly fee with high interest and not seen the balance go down. Big mistake ever. Please be aware and before purchase check the reviews of this business.

    At the demonstration of Royal Prestige, they prepared a chicken breast and a potato in one skillet. Then in another saucepan, they put broccoli, cabbage, corn and a bunch of different stuff in it. I never put all that stuff in one pan, but I have been using it for my potatoes, not cooking with water, just a little bit and it seems to be working quite well. I fried chicken in it, and it really makes the chicken really juicy and good. I'm satisfied with it. It's easy to clean up. It's good.

    Yesterday they finally came and install the filter for the kitchen. It was 2 weeks after the paperwork, went to drink the water and it was horrible tasting water. Not worth the $800 and they won't accept the return because from the time I signed the contract they give you 3 day to cancel but they will install 2 weeks after.

    The representative was very deceiving and it seems the company teaches them not to mention it-can-not-be-returned. After receiving the pots, he was coming to deliver a handle. But that April 13th, an hour before the appointment I asked him not to come by texting and then calling him. He didn’t care to answer or call, but arrived at my condominium expecting I receive him. I told him I find his action so DISRESPECTFUL of him. I texted and called you and you didn’t care to acknowledge my call or request. Then he sends me a picture of him standing under my bedroom window, smiling as if irresistible to reject. That was so degrading and so disrespectful. I don’t want his services ever again and i don’t want the pots not the handle that he could have left. But didn’t because he wants to proof domain. So disgusting. Also, I had asked if the pots could go in the oven. He said yes. And no that can’t go in the oven, handle is plastic

    Royal Prestigue cookware doesn’t want the product back. Altogether leaves me with distrust. It has been 7 days, he hasn’t had the courtesy to communicate with me.     The Royal Prestige cookware is very durable and that's the biggest thing about them. The two things that stand out are the pressure cooker and the little hotpot plate thing. That's been super fun. We used the vegetable slicer too and that was awesome. One drawback would be that you have to make sure you clean everything right away because if you let them sit, they would be much more difficult to clean. Another thing that Royal Prestige should correct is when they shipped the items, they were all individually boxed. We had 80 boxes of things to recycle and although that was fine, there is probably a better way to do that. Also, when we were first going through the billing stuff, I reached out to the people who do the billing and they were really hard to get ahold of. They weren't super good at responding to emails. But we eventually got things figured out after a couple of months.

    Other than that, I prefer this cookware as opposed to the Teflon ones. Royal Prestige is definitely more of a luxury or boutique item as opposed to everyday cookware. We replaced it with all of our other cookware over time so I would definitely recommend it. It's not as affordable as some of the other options that are out there but it's good stuff.

    The Royal Prestige cookware is expensive, but they're worth it. They're good, so people should pay now and enjoy them. I really liked the steak knives and the steamer. Those are my favorites. I just like the whole system, how it works. I like the older ones that I had from 20 years ago versus the new set because the handles and the top are a little different. I had a flat top from 20 years ago that fit nice and firm in there, and these are a little sloped. Maybe I didn't get the same series, but I noticed I liked the other tops better.     When I went to purchase this pot I told the girl I wanted the individual 12 quart pot with a top. I wanted that one because in my home it's not a lot of us so I don't need a big pot. She is the one that is familiar with this product not me. In my order she put the 20 quart one and when it was all said and done I told her that's not the one I wanted and she said that it was not that much of a difference in size, that it may seem like a lot but it only a bit bulkier and that all at it was $100 difference from the 12 quart one. I told her it's not about the money it's about the size and ask her if she was sure because I really don't want a huge pot.

    I really don't believe her about the price and she said that when I got there to just exchange it if I don't like it. Not only I don't like I hate the pot and she won't answer my calls and the pot is not even the one on the catalog and I feel stuck with a pot I'm paying for but will never use unless I have like 100 people in house. And the company should be responsible to do a simple exchange, a re-adjustment of the price.

    Back In 2008 my wife and I attended a cooking seminar for engaged couples and we bought in the delusion of Royal Prestige. We loved everything we were shown and we were sold. Well, it turns out nothing performed or held up like we thought. Basically it was bait and switch, the pan vents fell apart, food would stick and they became extremely hard to clean and keep clean and our frustration grew. As of now we haven't used the pots and pans in 5 yrs. They've been collecting dust and I've actually debated on scraping them to recover some of the $2,500 I spent on them. After we switched back to normal pots and pans and we are much happier and less frustrated so please don't fall for this scam.

    I am writing this review as a tale of caution... Sometime in October of 2020, I was in the market for a pressure cooker and saw on tv that Royal Prestige were selling one that I was interesting in buying. I went online to their website to check out the pressure that I had seen on tv and upon looking to see where or how I could purchase one, which lead to me having to call Royal Prestige, and they informed me that a representative from the company would have to come over to my home in order for me to be able to buy the cooker; to which I agreed and the reps came over in less than 2 days.

    The reps came over and after discussing the features and benefits of the item, I agreed to purchase said the pressure cooker at well over **, but they failed to properly note with the Royal Prestige of my purchase and failed to provide me with my account number and of no proof of my warranty, which I also paid for. I only found out the last 2 things after waiting, what now is several weeks afterwards, and am STILL YET TO OBTAIN my proof of warranty. Also, upon me calling the customer service team at Royal, I was told that they do not have a record of my buying a warranty. So, in the end, at this very moment I still do not have any sort of proof of warranty and the company, to my knowledge, does not have any record of my warranty and I still do not have an account number so that they could at least identify me as a person who purchased an item directly from them.

    Do not waste your money on Deluxe Easy Release Skillet. They do not cover STAINS in the warranty. The product got heavy intrinsic stains with low heat. And one of the product got a dent right after first use. They asked if I did hit the skillet? So what was that? They don't want to warranty the product at all. By the way for the price it is outrageous to see a product to get disgusting stains and dent. I won't spend that money. It is better to go shopping where your money it is valuable with a better quality. And to continue with the problem they returned the Skillet with a Dent on it. Stated that I misused the Skillet just for using ONCE! SPAM!!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. AT LEAST THE SKILLETS. LOW QUALITY.

    I would give them a 0 but 1 will let me review. I was invited to a demonstration at a home, I needed a grill and some pots and pans. They guaranteed that they were the best and that they didnt stick or burn. The seller was very nice and I asked if I didnt like them if I could return them. He said yes and that nobody returns them because they are the best. After a wait of 2 weeks I finally received them and waited a little longer for somebody to come and clean them, When I received my products I was very excited to try them. When I finally used the grill pan I noticed it was burning and sticking and started to change its color and not just that my food wasnt being cooked properly and I made sure I used in low heat.

    I have contacted the seller. He refused to help me. He said he was busy and that he would call me back, and he never did. I reached out to the Hy cite enterprise and was told I couldnt return my product or get my money back just like I was told, And that right after I signed the contract I only had 3 days to cancel when I didnt even received my product. It is not fair how they dont let you use them to see if you are happy or not and they dont really care. All they care is that they sell and have people sign. On top of that their interests are off the roof. Definitely dont recommend this company and their products. They lie to you and all you are with is with some high bills and defective products.

    Went to a show. Seen a demonstration of the cookware. Loved what we seen. Decided to get the big set of 11 pc. A 75 yr. Warranty was promised. So we thought great. One set for the rest of our life. Also was promised 0% interest for a yr. So we could pay it off early. It was nowhere near the case. The pots and pans stick. Hard to clean. Tried them in all Temps. Cook with spray, butter, even oil and still sticks. And the Hy Cite company they use is a scam. Interest rates so high. You can't even pay off your set. It would take 289 months if you pay the monthly payment. Not what we was promised at all. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! I will be disputing this and trying to send it back!!

    We purchased what we thought was an great pan. Was told it had a 50 year warranty (not). The pan is in great shape but the handle just broke off and no way to fix it and of course it is different than anything we can find, called company and was told I couldn’t even purchase a new one!!     I made a purchase back in January 2020 because I needed a good set of cooking pots and pans so I talk to a salesman at El Super Mexican market in Phoenix Arizona specifically 32 st and Thomas Adrian is a very friendly young man. In my opinion he did his part in making the sale. I can not say the same of the financing company And their employees. They are dishonest thieves. Disgusting And ignorant. I was told that my credit was Approve by their Hy Cite financing department. I was under the impression that I was not going to pay interest for a year and that I did not have to make a huge monthly payment. Adrian told me, "You can pay as low as ** dollars that is how our company works." When hy cite representative call me they never discuss with me your purchase of ** cents is approved but the interest rate is the highest 24% and starts immediately. I gave them ** down payment upfront so they only finance **.

    I requested the statements to be in English but they sent it in Spanish which I speak and read but when it comes to finances I don’t get it that is why it took me 4 months to catch the thieves’-strategy’s call them to let me know that they were making a mistake. I added my down payment ** plus a payment of **+2 payments of ** As the contract I’m not good in may but it doesn’t take a genius to figure out what I pay them so far. So they look at their records and they insisted that they were correct and that I owed them **.

    When I said, "No. I gave ** dollars so already. What are you talking about?" they only told me to look at my contract and I said, "No. You fix your records." they at that point hung up on me so I called them again and they just argued that the charges are correct and that if I had a problem with the charges I should contact the sales person. Hung up on me again so called them again and at that point demanded that they give me a clear accounting for the money I already paid. After arguing with the representative she told me that they were charging 24% interest monthly something that was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase or at the time of my credit approval.

    I’m a customer with morals. I pay all my bills on time and as quickly as possible. I have a very good credit report. This thieves have no right to rob the public blind. We at times don’t have all the money to buy what we need specially now during this pandemic many families are unable to make ends meet and they are the most opportunistic disgusting thieves. Heartless. That Is why they target the Hispanic community because they know we just pay our debts but this time they mess with the wrong person. I’m not just going to sit here and let them get away with it. I have contacted the credit department BBB to report them. There is plenty of law suits against this thieves. They dug their own grave. I hope the public read this review so they don’t do any business with Royal Prestige and their hy cite credit partner.

    I spent over $2000 dlls in your product, one of your sellers came to me and did an exceptional speech about the product and I believed all he said about it, I guess that’s their job. Funny thing he offered and showed me Prices, types and WARRANTIES for all the product, now that I am trying To contact Royal Prestige company about my warranty on their product and they said they have no answer, warranties aren’t available for independent sellers, but funny that they do keep the money.     I was at a home show in Oklahoma City. I was buying a new house and the presentation of Royal Prestige just won me over. My favorite thing about the cookware is the quality of the material. It really cooks well. You can cook everything in it. You can cook whole meals. They also threw in like a slow cooker bottom, so I use it for my slow cooking, plus on the stovetop, you can just cook stew, soups, vegetables. It has a steamer. It's really good. It's really super cooking. Your cooking time is way down, uses less energy. It cooks fast and it cooks just perfectly. And it cleans up really well.     We were at a festival in Aransas Pass, Texas. The demonstrator of Royal Prestige explained everything to us, and we were impressed at how everything was built and how everything worked. We like everything about it - the food, the processor and all the pots and pans. The only complaint that we had was the big bowl that has a plastic lid on it. It doesn't fit. It never fits on it securely. I haven't called the gentleman yet. I called him before about some questions on something and he answered immediately and answered all my questions. But if I call, I'm sure he would make it right or send me another one. I'll call him one of these days. But we've used them all. We're very satisfied with the Royal Prestige.

    If you can avoid purchasing anything from this company please do so. I had purchased a set of milk and butter warmers and I was guaranteed that I would be making 5 monthly payments WITHOUT interest. This was made very clear by the salesperson (Miguel **). Upon receiving my statement bill however I was suprised to see that I was indeed being charged interest. I contacted the salesperson and he said he would resolve my issue but I never heard back from him. I then proceeded to call Royal Prestige's customer service department and explained my situation to them. One customer service representative told me they had spoken to their "supervisor" and that they would fix my account so that I didn't pay any interest.

    I was told they would call me in the following week and of course I never heard back from them. I called them a second time and explained my situation and this time the customer service representative told me that I needed to contact the salesperson in order to get this resolved. I expressed to them that I had contacted the salesperson initially and that they never got back to me. Customer service simply told me to try to contact them again. Is this how a reputable business handles customer issues?! So in short, please stay away if you don't want any billing issues.

    I figured Royal Prestige would be a healthier choice. The thing that convinced me to get it was its compatibility with the induction cooker. However something that I noticed that I wasn't too happy with was that it gives a strange, kind of that rainbow, iridescent sheen to it. I read the directions and it said to make some kind of vinegar solution and rinse everything with the vinegar solution prior to cooking in it. One of the pots and the frying pan had that funny sheen to it but it doesn't affect the cooking. Also, it doesn't clean quite as easily as the demo. The food sticks to it so I have to soak it to get it off. I also managed to make some scratch marks. It's a little heavier than the Teflon pots and pans. For an elderly person, it might be heavier than they would like. It's not as easy to pick up. Other than that I love the induction, that it cooks so quickly and I feel like it cooks quicker on my electric cooktop as well. And it is very heavy duty.

    I used my Royal Prestige electric pan to cook chicken and casserole. I let the food sit on a low cooking temperature for eight hours and it was tender. That worked well. When I got this, I noticed that it was made of a YETI type of material. It had double insulation too. YETI works well with my cold stuff and my Royal Prestige can cook a good meal and hold the heat in. However, at the demonstration, I saw the reps cooking vegetables and a piece of chicken. When my girlfriend and I tried the pan that we bought, it didn't work the same way. It burned the corn we were cooking.

    I bought about $3000 in pans and knife set. All of them have pitting corrosion I don’t think this is stainless steel as they said. I called the seller and came home to clean them with something for stainless steel. Cooking is a mess. Everything get stick to the pans, even soup, so I guess I can use them just to decorate the inside cabinets. Cleaning is a pain... I doubt it’s the material they said it is. But I will fight it.

Please remember, our cookware requires minimal heat as it will reach desired temperature very quickly. A nice and easy product to use to remove any stains and burned food is Bar Keeper's Friend. It may be found at your local grocery store.

    Also, do you normally use a dishwasher? Reason I ask is because even though our product is dishwasher safe, it must be removed and completely dried to avoid any yellow stains. You may also use Bar Keeper's Friend product for your knives.

    Firsts I want to start with customer service is bad. Second of all the product is no good. I regret my purchase I made 25 years ago. I have been dealing with this company for a long time and nothing has been done. I spent so much money on their product and their warranty is a piece of crap. First they tell you that the warranty covers your pots and nothing they keep tell me that the damage on my grill was a personal damage of overheating the grill so they don’t want to honor the warranty which made me pissed off. I honestly don’t like their products at all. I would rather purchase Princess House, what better product. People don’t waste your money on their product.

    I also think Walmart has better stuff than these people. If I could give them no stars they deserve it. They shouldn’t be in business at all. I will also stand at the swap meet where they're promoting their product and I will tell the people not to purchase anything from them. I’ve done it before I will do it again. The only reason I sent out my grill back to them was because a salesperson their company came out and seen the grill and he said, "Yes, send it out." So I did, someone from their company called me a week later and said, "Your new grill is on its way, you will receive it by Friday 3/20/20." Till now nothing. I called them back yesterday and they said there send my old one back that the warranty doesn’t cover the damage on it. I’m like WTH. So I will be fighting with them again till this issue gets solved.

    We needed a new cookware and initially, I was sort of against buying one from Royal Prestige. But my husband wanted it so we purchased from them. The cookware is very heavy, so at times it’s very hard to drain a pot. No senior citizen could use this cookware and it needs to be lighter. Also, we’ve had it since November and I’m still learning about the temperament of the cookware, how to heat up the pans, and what’s the best way to do things or to cook eggs without everything sticking to the bottom of the pan. Other than that, the guy gave us some recipes and things that we can use with our cookware, but it’s like reading stereo instructions to learn how to use the cookware.

    I’m really into cookware, knives, and stuff so when I saw Royal Prestige at a Christmas craft show, their guy offered to do a live presentation. I liked how quick, easy and mess-free it was. There was also the fact that it didn’t need water. It was really nice. I've had my cookware for four months now and so far, so good. I have a set of copper core All-Clads I also use. I split time with them because some stuff are better on the All-Clads but a lot of the stuff are easier on the Royal Prestige. They're easier cleanup too. My cookware is as billed.

A person in the group asked for a one-on-one and went to my house. I bought the Royal Prestige products which are a little pricey, but it’s okay. I’ve been using the pots but not the electric pan.     When we were at the fair, Royal Prestige had a demo. I’ve always wanted a better quality stainless steel pot, but have never been in a position to get one. However, the thing that really tipped the decision was the vegetable shredder. I fell in love with that during the demo. It was one of the things that were free if you bought a set. We were looking to upgrade the pans anyway, so I figured, “Why not?” I'm still working to learn how to use vegetable shredder though. When I do the potatoes, it still comes out kinda like runny. Also, the induction cooker has a big crack on it and I didn’t notice it because it was one of the last pieces I started to use. I didn’t notice it until some flour had gotten spilled and was caught up in the crack. I don’t know if it came that way or if something got dropped on it that I’m unaware of.

    One of the things I like the most about the cookware is how quickly it heats up. It heats up so much quicker than my other pot. But that has been a bit of a learning curve. I've reminded myself to not turn the stove on quite so high and to watch that pan. For a little while, I was having trouble cleaning it because I was overcooking stuff. But now that I'm doing that, I don’t have as much trouble cleaning it.

I liked the way they were cooking, so we watched it and decided to buy the cookware because we use an air fryer a lot, so we’re not cooking in grease anymore. Now with the pans that I got, I’m not using any grease to cook any vegetables. They’re just cooking off the steam which is a really good thing. The cleanup’s good too.

    One thing I didn’t understand was the date on the bottom of the pans which was three years ago. But I realized I got a 50-year warranty. I called my salesman back after I got the cookware and told him about that which I was a little confused about. He said that was the manufactured date and he didn’t realize that Royal Prestige had that much of a backlog of pans. Then the control on the electric skillet didn’t work right. The salesman had them send me a new one of where it plugs into the back of the pan and got temperature controls so I was pleased with the service on that.

    My dad bought me Royal Prestige cookware as a wedding gift after he had an in-house show. It's the cookware that I've been cooking with for almost 40 years. I like that it's typically quick to cook food and it's easy to clean up. I like the giveaways too. I have a lifetime guarantee on mine which I used when I had to replace handles and stuff on my set. But customer service wasn’t so good until I found a representative here in Houston. Trying to do anything online, I can't do it. It just doesn’t allow me to go where I needed to go. But my rep has been treating me well and I have his number. I can call him when I need something. Everybody likes using our Royal Prestige cookware. My daughters used the cookware when they were growing up. Now, they're on their own. I just bought two complete classic sets plus some stuff for both of my daughters. My youngest hasn’t got hers yet as we're just waiting on the wedding.

    I've been recommending Royal Prestige to friends but nobody can afford them. I can afford it though. As a matter of fact, I bought two. I bought almost $6,000 worth the last five months. But other people can’t afford it and my sales rep also says that that is what he’s finding as well. He’s gotta find the people that are making actual good money to buy even the basic set. The thing about it is the people, especially young kids, don’t understand the longevity of the parts. Even though you have a 50-year warranty on them now, which just typically takes you to the end anyways, these kids can’t afford anything like that, especially with our economy. But even before then, people don’t understand you buy one item and it lasts forever versus replacing them every 10 years at a much cheaper cost. Royal Prestige should improve the price if they want to get the younger crowd involved.

    I had aluminum cookware and I really liked it. Royal Prestige was an upgrade and I really liked it. It doesn’t take high heat. It cooks pretty fast.     I came across Royal Prestige during the county fair in Monroe. We went there to fill out a little form for the drawing and then we won that drawing, so we were able to have an in-home consultation. We like them and they definitely heat up quickly. The pans are a little deeper, and the pots are a little bigger than the standard 3-quart. They are comfortable to use and they function as we expected. Make sure to read up on how you are supposed to use them. When you use them right, they work well. But, if you try to do things that are not meant for it, they do not work so great -- they don’t like potatoes because they stick to them.

    We were at the RV show and saw a presentation for Royal Prestige. We got their product and I had some trouble in the beginning, but I'm fine with it now. We've had it for less than a year. I got the thing that you crank and I call it a grinder. I am not happy with that and don't particularly care for it. The different shapes of vegetables and the spirals, I have not had good luck with. It doesn't come out like it's supposed to according to the recipes. Otherwise, the cleanup is very easy with the extra coat.

    I had to return 4 of my original pans and dutch oven pots recently due to a recall and possible fire hazard. The replacement came today and I want to cry. The replacements are thin and the thickness and copper bottoms I had in my old set are gone. I would never purchase these at the store or an event. I would like a refund due to the low grade quality of the replacements. My old set of pans still looked new, with thick sides, copper on the bottom of the pans, and engraved information on the bottom. The information on the replacement set is stamped on and the pots and saucepan are made with thin material. I am so disappointed.

    My wife purchased a set with the water filter. In the end, she spent about ** and she still owes about another ** or so. I got mad at her. Who in their right mind would spend that kind of money. They say that the food don't stick to the pans. That's BS. Go to a dollar tree or Dollar general. They have better pans that don't cost as much as rent.     I could cook waterless with Royal Prestige cookware and I could have pans that would last for life. I wouldn’t have to keep re-buying them all the time. They had a great sales guy too. A long time ago, I bought a big set from them. Recently, I bought a little 8-inch fry pan to go with it. I also bought the good chopper thing that you can use to grate and everything.     I have a friend who sells Royal Prestige cookware. My wife likes the high-end quality kitchenwares. That was the first thing that got us interested with Royal Prestige. After the demonstration that we saw, we felt like everything they were trying to sell us was gonna be a good fit for us. We liked the idea of having one set for a long time and the warranty behind it. We were also intrigued by some of the technology that they were sharing with us.

    We got our cookware in March and it was pretty expensive for the whole set. But I like knowing that we have a quality product. Royal Prestige feels like a quality product in your hands when you’re using it. It shows too after you’ve used it and you cleaned it up properly. There is a peace of mind type of thing. I have had a couple of issues with vegetables but there is probably just some practice that we need. Otherwise, the cookware is fairly easy to clean. We put some water in it and heat it up again while we use some of the cleaning material that was given to us when we bought the cookware. We have a water softener but if we don’t use that cleaning material, the bottom of the pans will become yellow and blue. There’s kinda like white scaling on them so we would have to go over it a couple of times with a paper towel.

    I was at a home improvement show and I saw Royal Prestige. My first question to their rep was that I wanted something to cook pancakes with. We started talking and he was very nice, then he came to our house. I bought the griddle, and it doesn't work like I thought it would. It's stainless steel, but I'm looking for old-fashioned aluminum that's sturdy for high heat and to cook a pancake. The electric skillet is still in the box, unopened. I haven't used that 'cause I figured it would be the same for my pancakes as the griddle. Also, they're very expensive. It was $2,000 and I'm still guilty I spent that much money. I still don't have anything to cook pancakes with, so I spent $2,000 for something I really didn't need. Nonetheless, I like the pans really well.     I haven’t used my Royal Prestige cookware very much. I don’t find very many recipes online and the cookbooks are limited. I was told there would be a cookbook. I didn’t expect it to be five recipes. They need a little more recipes. Also, I’m not sure how the pressure part on the lid works. I turn it, and it never seems to pressure. It just acts like a lid. They should give a little more detail on how the pressure actually does work. The information is very limited. I looked it up online. There are not very many YouTube specials on it. It says, turn the valve. I turn the valve, but it doesn’t do anything unless the pot’s at a certain temperature, which it does not mention.

    We were at some sort of a convention show thing in our area and Royal Prestige had a demonstration there. I liked the demonstration the guy did and the shortened cooking time and so we got this cookware. However, I’m not fond of it. In order to utilize the not-having-to-cook-with-water and all that, the pot has to be almost totally full with vegetables. There’s only two of us in the house so I don't find that it’s beneficial for two people. And I’ve only used two of the pans. Then they gave me a shredder that can julienne things, all this type of a kitchen tool. The guy did a remarkable, awesome demonstration and it looks so easy to use. I’ve tried to use it four or five times and it’s been a disaster every time. I didn't find it very useful. There are no instructions so I think it lacked there.

    The quality's good but the practicality of it is not. And it seems like the maintenance on it when I cook carrots in my pot and I rinse it out and wash it with dish soap, there are still markings in there. It’s like I have to use their polish every single time I use the pan. I could have returned the cookware but when I went online, it said that I couldn't. There were no refunds. If I would have known that, I probably would not have purchased it because I believe that a company who puts out a good product, would, in fact, allow people to return it if they were not satisfied. Overall, I’m dissatisfied.

    Royal Prestige had a presentation at a home expo, and I liked the way it cooked and the ease of operation. You just don’t have to play with it a lot. You don’t have to oversee it a lot. The guy that did the presentation did a wonderful job with it. He was very knowledgeable. The ease in which he did everything, he was very accustomed to it. He wasn’t a new person that didn't know what they were doing. And the food tasted good. We stayed for the whole presentation, and he hooked us. We've had our cookware since February and so far, so good. My electric cooks a roast fantastically. We can put it on before we would go to church and set the temperature and timer and come home, and it is fork-tender. It is absolutely marvelous. You wouldn’t believe a roast coming out of that thing.

    I got the basic package with the electric skillet with it. Also, I’ve got the hand tools and the utensils. They're very high quality. And we've heard it’s so much healthier for you. It’s a little expensive. But that’s something you learn with age. You do get what you pay for. Sometimes, paying more for something is wise because it’s better quality and it lasts longer.     I never had a good set of pots and pans and I saw Royal Prestige at a craft show in South Padre Island, Texas. The guy who was doing it happened to know a couple that lives in our park and I just got stuck with him. He was a very nice guy. I’ve had the cookware since January and it was sent to Texas so I didn’t unpack it and use it until starting in March. I was most interested in the chopper. I’ve used it once for vegetables and it was my favorite thing. I wound up having the, “If you buy this, you could buy this.” Everybody thinks I was crazy to buy cookware that'll last forever at the age of 72, but it was something I decided that I wanted to do.     Royal Prestige provides cookware that is completely unheard of! The time I spend in the kitchen has been cut in half because the pots and pans are so efficient! The quality of my food is so much better with the stainless steel cookware, no more peeling and discoloration! My salesman’s name was Ysidro ** and he was the easiest person to work with! Very transparent with price and knowledgeable with instructions and also provided us with a book on how to use the pots including some recipes as well!

    My best friend had like a dinner, and he made food and it was awesome. That was when I learned about Royal Prestige. I like that they could split it into monthly payments, and it didn't seem as big as an investment as it is because it’s so prolonged. They have 50 years warranty and you can’t beat that. No one else has that. I have four kids and a very busy-type schedule. With the cookware I can cook a full dinner and even frozen chicken in 12 minutes. If you get fresh asparagus, it’s six minutes.     The salesperson of Royal Prestige said the cookware has a lifetime guarantee, and that was what sold me, so we wouldn’t have to buy new pans in the future again. We had one set first, and that’s probably been about five years and then, the other one like a couple of years after that, the smaller ones. We like them because they're easy to clean. They don’t burn and we always had the burnt in our old ones. Our son makes a lot of chicken, with mixed vegetables in that. We can also use the pan to make rice in it.     We sat in at Royal Prestige's display at the home improvement fair. That time, I was looking for a food shredder to make salads. Royal Prestige was the only brand from whom we saw something like that. We got cookware from them but then, the shipping was behind schedule. It was during a time when we had horrendous snowstorms but still, I wasn't really pleased. I had to call and reach out, and they couldn't find my order which was a little disconcerting to me. Since then, I've used the electric skillet. I like how it cooks food and how I can put multiple items in it, such as my meat and vegetables. Also, I was a little disappointed about the water stains or heating unit stains that came on the bottom of the cookware. The water boils and then I have a stain at the bottom of my pan that's not browning but blue. I know that can be replaced but I don't feel a need to replace it because it's not damaged.

    5 months ago I bought a set of cookware with this company. I thought the financing interest was too high and I didn’t think of purchasing. The “representative” told me that if I get the 6 month financing I wouldn’t get to pay any interest at all. I accepted and I realize there was an interest rate in the contract, he told me it would be deducted off my last payment and I believed him. LOL!

    I was making my payments on time every months and I was planning to pay all debt by month 5. Now I’m checking that no amount is deducted, interest still fricking high and financing department is telling me that I have to pay because I signed the contract and yes the interest rate stays. I called 3 times the financing department and the representatives, no one is giving an honest answer. Of course the stupid lady told me they are a different department therefore don’t have any responsibilities of what those sellers do or say. Yes, I’ll pay, but I got more than 20 people with the same issue willing to open a lawsuit against these criminals and they will be hearing from us very soon. Wouldn’t be the first time for them!

    We were entered in a contest for a bridal show and we we thought we won something great. We attended the presentation thinking we were making an investment in cookware as we are getting married soon. We received the cookware and with two uses of cooking the pans burned and the food was stuck on pan. We thought we were going to live a healthier lifestyle with pans that were of great quality. Come to find out our old pans were of better quality. I am very upset at the fact that we were targeted as couples that were getting married to only be burdened with a loan now for 3,000.     I saw a demonstration of Royal Prestige at a festival and I liked the fact that it was no oil, no water and it was fast cooking. I got the cookware but I had been having some difficulties with it. The cookware wasn't doing for me like it was doing for the rep. One time, I used the electric skillet and I was doing fish. The fish stuck to the pan so bad that I couldn't even get it out of the pan. Also, I cooked rice and the rice burnt. I went to another demonstration that the rep had at the expo in Monroe rep and we went over some things. He said I needed to turn down the fire on my burner because those pots get so much hotter than regular pots. The quality of Royal Prestige would have been okay if I could get things to turn out as he showed in the demonstration.

    I've seen Royal Prestige for years and I haven't found any retailers that do similar cookware that is decent around this area. So when Hurricane Harvey removed most of my stuff, I figured I deserved to get the cookware after having to deal with all that. But the very first time I cooked in it, I burned it. My mom also bought a set at the same time. But she couldn't remember how to use it. We went back to the cooking show and the rep explained to us. My mom also wrote all the information down and now, she's using her cookware.

    Having a manual on how to do it the first time would be nice. Watching the guy do it on the instruction, it sounded really easy but a little helpful hint would be nice when you do it yourself the first time. Even if it was just a one-page little flyer so that the very first time you try it, it's a positive experience. Although I figured it out after I messed up one of the things, it still took me a while to cook the meat. But other than that, I like the cookware and I've recommended it to other people.

    I have owned my Royal Prestige cookware since last November. I like that I can put vegetables in a kettle when I'm cooking it and I don’t throw all the nutrients and all the stuff in the vegetables down the drain. It doesn’t make the vegetables bland. I like that I am not overcooking my stuff through. It whistles and I'd go through the whole procedure, and it is not overcooked.     We went to a concert event and Royal Prestige had a booth set up. We signed up for a home visit after the concert and they came and cooked for us at our house. They showed us how easy the product was to use at the time. The cookware was really expensive for what we got and we had to pay for it for a couple of years. Our credit wasn't the best and yet the salesman worked a deal and took care of us.

    We're not overly impressed with the cookware, but they're okay. We hardly use all of them though. We've used a couple of the pots and pans, but we don't really know how to use them so we tried to use them like regular pots and pans, which kinda worked. We don't really use the pressure cooker feature, which is its main purpose, and it's frustrating. But we use the knife set all the time.     A guy came to our house and said I had won a vacation and then decided that he was going to stay and show us a video. My husband thought that what the guy showed was a good idea and so we purchased from Royal Prestige. However, I have returned the cookware because it was awful. The guy stated that I could put it through my dishwasher and it wouldn't change colors. When I put it through my dishwasher the first time and pulled it out, it was stained with 14 different colors, and they wouldn't come off even with a polish that I was given. And then, my husband went to cook rice in the other pan. Apparently, nothing sticks to it. It's completely great, top-notch pan, but the rice completely stuck to the sides and the bottom of the pan and it would not come out.

    I had called Royal Prestige and they said that they wouldn't talk to me and that I had to talk to my sales rep. I talked to my sales rep and he was awful. And so I talked to his boss and his boss said that he would help me and get it figured out. He had my salesperson contact me again, and the salesperson repeatedly kept texting, calling and was being very annoying so it was just a really bad experience. People can get better cookware for a cheaper price at Walmart.

    We were at the fair that Royal Prestige comes around every year and they had a really good presentation and a decent sale going on at that time. I liked how the cookware was explained and how you could test the food. I was thinking that if I was gonna buy cookware and spend money, I might as well make sure it's gonna be worth it. It cooks betters and the food tastes more natural. The flavor and the taste of the food are also different. The cookware has a very sleek design and different finish. It is very modernized. My wife uses it more and I told her not to be so aggressive with it. There are a few scratches and I told her that it isn’t like her regular everyday one and that she has to take care of it if she wants it to last longer, so she is being a bit more cautious and careful about it now.

    The only bad thing was the time for actual shipping because by the time we got the cookware, it was about a month and a half later and the only discrepancy with that is you only have 30 days from the signing day to have any issues. It was not good because if you don’t receive it until 30 days after, you are in a bind. But it worked out well for us.

    We were down at the Fairgrounds in Jackson, Tennessee years ago and my wife bought Royal Prestige cookware. They're great cookware and I've had a good experience with them. I'm very happy to have them. I like to cook vegetables in them. We have an electric skillet that I loved but its legs kept breaking. I ordered legs for it and after my wife passed, I called Royal Prestige to get them. However, they couldn't give me the legs so they sent me another skillet. I also bought an extra one.     I purchased my Royal Prestige RoyalCore skillet in November 1991. Throughout the years this was our go to skillet. It has probably used almost every day for a meal. Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC Royal Prestige has been wonderful to work with over the years. They replaced the Redi-temp valve two times and a handle one time over the past 27.2 years. This winter I needed a new handle and contacted them to request a replacement. My skillet parts were no long available so they sent me a new RoyalCore skillet model. I would have been happy to just receive the handles. I haven’t used it yet but my husband did yesterday and thought it was great. The new skillet has several new amenities that my old one did, it has the ability to work as a slow-cooker and has keep warm setting, so will excellent for bringing to a potluck. It also has a rice setting.

    I am impressed with the service and the quality of the Royal Prestige skillet and other pans I have purchased from them. I highly recommend their products, they are durable, clean beautifully, and have lasting value. You may think it is costly but it is worth it and will last you for years as mine has.     My husband and I were down at Hershey for an RV show and within the last hour that we were getting ready to return home, there was a cooking show going on. I’m a retired health teacher and I like what I was hearing about the product so I sat down, listened to what the couple who was giving the show have to say and watched their demonstration of the cookware.

    Royal Prestige is a health-conscious cookware that was efficient in the preparation of the food and I like those concepts. I enjoyed cooking in the Dutch oven where I could pile all the potatoes and all the different vegetables in with 4 ounces of water and got everything done quick and easy. The food was delicious, too. I also enjoyed making omelettes in the frying pan that was 4 inches high. I could do more than just fry. I could cook in bulk and I also made chicken in that quick and easy. It’s a different concept, but I liked the first two pieces I used.

    One other thing that drew me was the slicer where I could put the vegetable in, run the handle around and it slices. The vegetable then ends to the bowl. I’m surprised I’m not using that more often. There was also a lid on the bowl. I made my first bulk salad where I cut a bulk of vegetables and toss them in the bowl where the vegetables go into from that unit where I slice them. All these fresh vegetables in the salad have been sitting in the refrigerator and they were still fresh in the bowl and it has been four days. That was impressive. I served the vegetables to another health-conscious friend that teaches at the University of Boston that was visiting us and he thought the food was delicious.

    I’m still learning how to use the equipment but I like what I’m learning so far. I’m protective of it. I don’t wanna let my daughter or even my husband use it unless they read the instructions. I don’t want to do anything to ruin it. I like the whistle concept on the lids and how fast and how good the food is when it’s done. The Royal Prestige cookware is heavy and bulky. However, I haven’t totally let go of my other pots and pans yet, so I’m finding a place to store the new cookware. It would also be good to sit down and watch another class but I have the CDs and I just haven’t taken the time yet to look at them and go to town. Royal Prestige has done a nice job with the product.     When we first married, 38 yrs ago we purchased a full set, we made a financial commitment because we were told it was a lifetime product, the salesman was right, today 2019 we still enjoy the set as much as we did the first day. We’ve gifted a set to each of our sons and they are as pleased as we are. Right now we need to replace a couple of handles and will seek out the company to get them replaced. It’s a very useful, good investment and easy to use product.

    I’ve been wanting new pans for quite awhile and I looked at the ones from Royal Prestige for about three years in a row before I finally decided to do purchase from them. I have the cookware since the Kansas State Fair last year and I’ve used them a lot. They clean up really easy, which is my favorite part, and I love being able to use the heated skillet as a slow cooker. I love doing pot roast so I can turn it up and stew it, then put everything else in, put the lid on, and have a pot roast going without running the whole oven and heating the house up.

    But Royal Prestige should include a little more of the polisher when you buy a kit. They only sent me one bottle of the polishing stuff. They should also send a few more of the magnets for putting the pots on when they’re hot. If you accidentally put the O rings in the bottom of the cookware upside down, they’re not heat-resistant. So, I worked a little table of O ring things to keep them from sliding around because I accidentally stuck one on the wrong side of the pan. So, that would be one thing I would change in product design. If they use rubber on the bottom that is heat-resistant, that will block it. Other than that, I like my Royal Prestige cookware.

    At a state fair, the gentleman selling Royal Prestige Cookware sold us on his products. The cookware is really heavy. I got a food chopper from them and boxed it back up because I can't get the thing to work. It's a large thing that suctions onto the counter. I can hold a bunch of carrots in there and for the first few spins, it cuts like a knife. After that however, the food flies all over in it and even if I hold it in or use the pusher, it's more work. It's easier for me to cut the carrots up. I'm really disappointed with that chopper. We like the other cookware we got from Royal Prestige even though they're priced kinda high. I also wish I could just go online and get more ideas and training that shows how to use them, clean them, cook with them. Nevertheless, the cookware I have is nice.

    I watched Royal Prestige's demonstration when I was at the fair last year. They have excellent products. I have their cookware for three months now and I like their salad maker. Their products are very easy to use and I don't burn anything. Then, as for the clean-up, I just put them in the dishwasher and it cleans it. Overall, my experience with Royal Prestige has been a delight.

    I’d had a lot of non-stick cookware and enjoyed them a lot. I wanted to try the non-stick finish and see how that would work. I thought Royal Prestige Cookware was just pretty and my husband was intrigued by the salad maker. We got our cookware from them in September and I enjoy all the pieces. They are easy to clean up which I do after my husband cooks.

    The other thing about Royal Prestige is that I can use them on my convection which is very nice. You can only use certain ones for convection ovens as they have to be able to hold a magnet on them because that’s how convection works. I got two little pans that are just cute and perfect for melting butter or warming up syrup. If I use them on my gas stove, I never can get them adjusted right. But, they're perfect on the convection because it only heats up where the pan sits. The only drawback for me was that Royal Prestige was kind of expensive. Still, they are probably worth it in the long run with the guarantee and everything.

    Previously, I purchased Royal Prestige's salad machine for my mother-in-law and I liked it. I also liked the demonstration which showed that the cookware was healthy.     I finally decided to eat better and take better care of my body, and that’s why I finally decided to get the Royal Prestige cookware. I’ve had it since September and although it took a little bit to get used to it, I really like it. The cleanup is usually pretty easy unless I forget it’s on the stove and burn it. That almost happened twice. But I eat a lot of vegetables now and the flavor is so much better when I use this cookware.
