Billy was very knowledgeable and polite and very timely with quote and set up. I highly recommend this company. The contract was sent over quickly and everything including coverages was explained to my satisfaction.

The representative was awesome. Billy **. He explained to me how the service works and what it covers. He explained to me that the service person collects the fee after your appliance or item is totally fixed, which I loved that policy.. He informed me that if an item needs to be replaced, the company will replace it. He also shared with me about any promotions he had to offer me. Billy ** was very professional and kind. He spoke clearly enough that it made him understandable. Other companies need more representatives like Billy **.

This is the worst company ever! I purchased a three (3) year warranty and paid upfront. My A/C cooling went out. I called to submit a claim in 6/26/2025. Was told their team will review and respond as soon as possible; they confirmed receipt of my claim and assigned a technician to handle the details. The service call fee was $100 payable to the Tech for my work order in which I paid; on his first visit (Tech) he was only authorized three hours to diagnose the problem, No repairs were done to the A/C at this time. The Technician had to inform Regency of the issue to authorize the work so!
Another scheduled appointment with the technician, at the next visit to my home the problem was identified. On 6/27/2025 I received an email from Regency requesting additional information from me to facilitate the processing of my claim I.e provide them 1. Photographs of my A/C Heating system and 2. Maintenance records for the past three years.
To make a long story short, with all the frustration and anger I never got the approval for the repair. 10/14/2025 I requested a cancellation for my multi-year plan in which I paid upfront out of pocket; one service call for my A/C unit over a three month period with no repairs from Regency Total Warranty. Requested a cancellation effective immediately due to poor performance and non compliance. I received a email 10/16 2025 to confirm they had canceled my policy and would refund my money within 10 business days. As of today I am still waiting for my refund by mail. Taking legal action and reporting them to BBB…

Worst home warranty company I have ever experienced. They do not cover your appliance completely. You have to pay for each individual item you call on. Opposed to other companies where I can call for appliances, one service fee and cover every appliance in my house. Or I can call for plumbing and call for every leaky faucet in my house. They cannot send you text messages. It has to be through email which is ridiculous. Get with the times. They do not pay the contractor for their services. You have to pay the contractor for their services and then they refund you the money.. Well what if you don't have that money???? That's why I have them! To cover the cost of repairs! Needless to say, I am canceling my contract.

Would ABSOLUTELY leave 0 stars.... if possible!!! Had an A/C problem in July, called them, they say we can't get anyone out for like 3 weeks!!!! I have an Elderly Lady living with me, who can't handle upper 90's very well, so, they tell me to call my own A/C tech out. We did, problem solved, here it is in the latter part of November, have yet to be reimbursed by this Scam Company!!!! I would Definitely NOT recommend this SCAM warranty company to anyone.... S.

Was very happy to hear all the great options and the extra years after paying in advance. Rep was very polite and informative. Would recommend Regency to friends. Feel confident we won't be our large expensive for repairs when needed.

1 star is too much! You have to do all the legwork for your repair, they will only pay a portion of the repair, but you are required to pay for said repair upfront and submit paid invoice to get reimbursed for the small amount they will cover. Now my reimbursement check is in “mail center” and I’ll get it in 6 to 8 weeks… tried to cancel policy and was told I will not get reimbursement check if I cancel policy, even though I was told the check was issued and in mail center. They do not have reputable technicians in place, I’ve had to find my own for my two claims. I purchase a home warranty for peace of mind and my two small claims have been nothing but stress!!!!

I was treated very rudely by a customer service person who claimed to be a manager. He seemed very agitated and used profanity during our called. I will be canceling my policy. I tried to explain my issue of being overcharged and I sent proof. I was yelled at and called a name!

I had previously submitted a review of five stars because they were very helpful to sign up and the pricing was good. I am changing my review to one star because I tried to use the service and they told me there was a 60 day waiting Period. So essentially, I am paying for two months and I cannot even use the service. This was not told to me at all when I signed up for the service. I think this is dishonest and false advertising.

So far I am beyond not happy with this company. I tried to go online and couldn’t log in. I did a claim for a leaky pipe and the plumbing company they supplied said they couldn’t come out for two weeks, so I asked if I could use a different one and they said yes I would just have to give them the invoice. So I had another one come out after we paid for a leak detector 400 bucks that isn’t covered by the warranty. I had the plumber fix the issue and sent the invoice to this company. They came back and said because the invoice said they fixed the problem and now there is no leaks. They wanted proof that there was a leak. Sent pictures and now there is not enough info on the invoice. OMG if I can cancel I will. This is ridiculous.

I bought this policy for my newlywed daughter. I paid upfront for 14months of coverage for her whole house!! I also paid extra for coverage for plumbing, AC, electrical and fixtures. On the very first issue (clogged drain), the company can't find a plumber for 3 days!!! Meanwhile, her toilets, sinks and tub are backing up and no water can be used in the home. We call to say its and emergency...and all Regency said was, "Sorry, we put out the call and we have to wait for a plumber to pick it up." (We should have cancelled the policy THEN)...Buuutt.
We waiting for the plumber to pick up the job. The plumber comes out... My daughter pays the $75 trip fee... The plumber can't DO ANYTHING without the express consent of the authorization dept. The authorization dept. NEVER picks up the phone!! The plumber (whom Regency hired) can't get in contact with Regency for 2 WEEKS!!! Regency's authorization department NEVER answers for the plumber. After daily calls back and forth, my daughter ends up calling the plumber AND Regency and doing a 3-way call just so that they would get connected!!! After the call, Regency says that they will only pay $150 towards the bill of $400 from THEIR PLUMBER?? Why?? Because they don't pay to SNAKE plumbing drains. WHAAATT??? What the heck else are the plumbers going to do? That's plumbing 101!!!
I'm totally shortening this story...but in the end, we decide to cancel this policy because the company seems to be run by a trio of people. 1 call center, 1 authorization dept, 1 accounting dept. and they are never all there at the same time!!!! When we say we want to cancel (after it's been 4 months in...they don't want do give us a refund!!!? We're like, What?? You haven't DONE ANYTHING??? You didn't pay the plumber, You didn't pay for any supplies or repairs. You didn't even pay the trip fee!!! What are we paying for??
Regency said that since it was after the 3 month mark (mind you...we spend much of it WAITING for authorization) we would have to get a pro-rated refund of LESS THAN 1/2 of what we paid!!! Guess what...it's been 4 WEEKS!!!! And we were supposed to get the refund in 10 days??!! When we called Regency, they said, "Well...we can't seem to get in contact with the accounting dept.???!" WHAT THE CRAP??!!! How are they even still in business... And how has NO ONE done a report about their shady practices?? Surely this is not the first one??

They “fixed” my refrigerator on 9/25/25. Less than 30 days later, same problem. Called on 10/20/25. The entire week, I was being strung along, he’s having personal issues, he hasn’t showed up for work, we can’t get in touch with him. Apparently, there is only 1 tech. I was told it would be resolved on Monday. On Monday, 10/27/25. Appointment scheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told he was having car trouble and to reschedule to Thursday. Thursday, I was told he didn’t make it because his pregnant daughter was having complications but he will call today, Friday, 10/31/25 to set appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous. My next action is to file a complaint with the BBB. The company needs to get their contractors together and hold them accountable. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!

My first service call with this company has been a total disaster. I have been waiting for three days to have my sink incinerator repaired and all I get are excuses. Never visited by a technician!! Now to appease me I am being told that a new disposal has been ordered. How can they order a new disposal if they have never seen my current disposal and they do not even know the type and model of my existing unit?

I have only had my Home warranty policy for roughly 30+ days. (Yes, you read it correctly). The first time I called and presented my problem with my shower to them in order to file a claim, initially, they REFUSED to accept my claim because they stated that my problem was more related to a "fixture" problem (as part of plumbing coverage) and that my issue was not covered. To me, a "fixture" is a faucet, etc., which wasn't my issue. I promptly contacted the original Sales Person, "Billy", who verbally confirmed that the problem should be covered by my current policy. Also, I might add, that I asked the rep. if I were to purchase an additional Ryder with my current policy, would it be possible and how much? They quoted me a price of $5.00 (or so extra added to my policy); however, I could NOT add that coverage for it to be effective until 2026!!! "Billy" assured me that he would contact the Claims Dept. and follow up with me.
Two hours and 2-3 attempted phone calls later (Voice mail), I got fed up and re-contacted the claims Dept. They stated that "Billy" never contacted them and after much complaining about lack of good customer service, feeling the "bait and switch" and asking what the heck I was paying for if I didn't and couldn't secure proper coverage---the Claims Dept. agreed to FINALLY initiate a claim. About 1 hour later, I received an email with a contact number for the referred plumbing company with instructions not to contact them for a 24-hr. period. 24-hrs. later, I contacted the company. This particular plumbing company was "confused" over how they got the referral because they are not a vendor of any warranty companies and they did NOT have a formal contract with Regency Total Warranty! However, my personal information was forwarded to them anyways. (This is very troubling to me).
They were awaiting a response back from Regency as they had forwarded them an email in the AM and had yet to receive a response from Regency. (When I contacted them, it was around 1:00 p.m.). I re-contacted the Claims Dept. to inform them of the pending email. They put me on hold for about 3-4 minutes, returned and assured me that my Claim was being processed with them and that everything had been taken care. (The Plumbing company required a $99.00 service call fee and needed to have a credit card on file with them and assurance that they would be paid directly for their service call. They stated that they were willing to become a vendor; however, Regency did not want to provide the necessary documentation that they needed. My contract dictated that I was only required to pay $65.00 for the service call.
I was not willing to pay any additional cost as I was fearful that I would not be reimbursed by Regency--given their current track record regarding my FIRST experience with them). Regency informed me that everything was fine when, in essence, it was NOT!! Needless to say, I am cancelling my policy with them based upon this initial experience with them and their lack of follow up, conflicting coverage policies, and a questionable vendor pool, poor customer service and service delivery--it has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Currently, I am awaiting a SECOND Vendor call, as they assure me I am "on top of the list". Still SMH.... DO NOT INVEST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY INTO THIS COMPANY--- PLEASE!!!!

My name ia Mohammad ** and I talk to Billy ** on August 10, 25 and he ask me if I veteran and I said no. But he still said is ok and he told me $399.00 per year and $ 65.00 service fee. Also Mr. Billy ** told if I buy for 3 years my price will be fix at $ 399.00 for years. I paid $1200.00 by August 27, 25. On August 10 he sent me a copy of contract by email but I was not able to print or read it. I called him and I asked to mail it to me by post. He agreed but I never received then I called again 2 more times and finally I got the copy of contract middle of September of 2025. I had some minor plumbing issues and I called on Oct 19, 2025.
On Oct 20 2025 I called the Regency Home Warranty and the representative told he is looking for license plumber to sign to my plumbing issues. This is was alarming because that tell me they work with no license as well otherwise why he should of mention it. I called the company and I told my concern and I said I want cancel my policy and refund my $1200.00 but they told me I can't because their policy is I have to be with company for 365 days before cancel it. Then on Oct 21, 2025 they assign the Roto Rooter. They came to my house on Oct 22, 25 at 8:30 am and they give over $1000.00 fee for simple job. Then they told the regency only $350.00 and I have to pay the rest. I said this is ridiculous. Then the Regency said first 3 months the Regency won't pay the full amount. I said Billy ** never told me. Then the regency manager Anderw told me it is in the contract. But I never had contract by mail till middle of Sept 2025.
Anderw is very nasty guy who talk foul language and use lot of shit and raise his voice. He told me I never received my contract by mail. This guy is sick and mental as manager since he does not know the truth but he accused I lie. I told him I will take legal action since the Regency involved in fraud and dishonest business practice. The Regency does not cancel my contract for 365 days and they do not refund my money back. This company is scam. Whoever want call me please do it. **. I contacted Attorney general.. This company is total fraud. I bought new home warrant today.

I opened a claim under Policy #** for my propane furnace. You sent Doug from ARS Property Preservation LLC out to troubleshoot. He was here for 15-20 minutes after which he said “your heat exchanger is cracked!” You denied the claim because that is not covered. I had another furnace tech. come out today and he told me that there’s no way to know the heat exchanger is cracked unless the whole unit is removed and taken apart! The tech: “Doug” apparently simply didn’t want this job. He lied to you!
I am having the 2nd Company (which specializes in Park Model Camper HVAC systems) provide me with repair and replacement option estimates on Monday. I’d very much appreciate the opportunity to speak with a Supervisor or the owner of Regency to apprise him/her of this issue. I left another Home Warranty Co. to contract with Regency because of exactly this kind of experience with my former Home Warranty Co.’s contractor. I have owned 3 businesses myself and if I were in your shoes, I am sure you’d like to be given an opportunity to make this right, yes? I look forward to being contacted re: this unfortunate situation.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Regency. I reported a claim on my washing machine, paid the $75 fee. Someone came out, diagnosed the problem, told me it needed 2 parts, that they would order and gdt back to me. Several days later, i got an email stating that they would not accept the work order, and that they would provide $175 towards the repair bill or purchase of a new washing machine. I called Sears and they wanted to charge $120 to diagnose. I already had a diagnosis! Draining pump needed replacement. So if I had paid that on top of the $75, that would have been $200 out of my pocket with no repair. On top of that, what is the advantage of having this if I have to pay all this upfront and get absolutely nowhere. It's been a month and I'm still waiting on my $175 because I just ended up buying a new one. Do yourself a huge favor and don't use this Home Warranty Unless you want nothing but trouble.

I wished I had not signed up with this company, stay away. I regret signing up with them. My dryer broke Sunday, I called them Monday morning. I got an email around 9am with a number. I called the number but noting, I emailed them that the number didn't work, and no one answered my email. I called this morning, and I was told someone will call me back with a time no one did. I called this evening the same number I called this morning told me next week Monday morning. I wished I had stayed with Homeserve, you get a text from the servicing company about a call later. You get a call that same day to schedule a time. I have to go a whole week without a dryer. I had high hopes for this company, I guess I shouldn't have, very disappointing. Now they have my money so they can do whatever they want.

If I could give this company, a zero star,(0) I would NOT recommend Regency warranty and salesman Alex B. When I contacted Regency, I spoke with him and advised him I was shopping different warranty companies. He asked who, I provided him the name, he googled the company and talked down about that company’s reviews. He was so assuring when selling me his warranty for three years and the amount of $1320. I would get a better deal. Later on, after giving him my credit card info, I contacted the company a month or so later to have my refrigerator icemaker fixed.
Alex says that the refrigerator icemaker is not covered. I asked who buys a refrigerator without the icemaker? He said that he could write me a check for one time for 120+ dollars to have someone else come out and if it cost more than 120 bucks, I would have to pay for the services. I said, "I’ve got a three-year warranty with you. Why would I have to find someone else." He said he wasn’t gonna argue with me and I said it’s OK fine, I’ll dispute it with my Credit Union. Thank God for my Credit Union.

Do not EVER do business with this total SHAM of a company. Terrible customer service. All they want is your $, when it comes time for a claim they jerk you around for weeks on end then they come with 10 excuses, provisions etc of WHY they cannot pay labor. Very be rating to me as well. Salesman promised the world, everything covered 100 percent. Only pay deductible. Total lies and a joke.

Purchased policy to aid in the sale of my residence. After having the policy for 5 months I had to have the property inspected for a potential sale. The inspector found several issues with the house that should have been covered by the warranty. I filed a total of three claims, the first two claims was for electrical issues and plumbing issues. Regency contacted a contractor to handle those issues and sent him to my home. The third claim was for the heating system in my home that was not working, but Regency could not find a contractor and suggested I find one on my own. The contractor they had sent for the first two issues said he could also do HVAC work. The contractor submitted a detailed invoice to Regency with the diagnosis of the issues. Regency replied back that he was good to proceed. The contractor asked for the cost of the materials to be paid up front but Regency refused, stating they only pay upon completion and their approval.
In order to get the contractor to proceed with the repairs, I paid out of my own pocket $700 to purchase the needed materials. When the work was completed, the contractor and I both together called Regency only to be informed that they didn't believe they had granted approval for any repairs. After several calls and a lot of grief, Regency agreed to pay but began losing emails, documents, etc just prolonging making any payment. The contractor refused to do any additional work for the third claim because he could not get paid for the first two claims. I agreed to pay the contractor an additional $400 to begin repairs on the heating system. Regency in the meantime continued to claim they were issuing payments and things were tied up in their approval department. The contractor found the the entire heating system was damaged and issued to Regency his diagnosis with pictures as well as his estimate for repairs.
Regency came back after receiving the contractors estimate of $6000 and said the policy only covers up to a maximum of $5000 per claim. The contractor agreed to accept this. I then received an email from Regency requesting 3 years of service records as well as pictures. I called and spoke to customer service and explained to them that I only had possession of the home for one year and I had the system serviced just last winter, all other records were on the systems cover, which was damaged, however I did know the residential services company that maintained the property prior to me taking over.
Regency responded back that due to the fact I could not provide 3 years of service records, they would only pay $175 per the guidelines of their written policy. This I feel is would not be fair to any home buyer making a purchase of a home that was expecting a fully covered home warranty. At this time it has now been 8 weeks since filing these claims, providing invoices, documentation, pictures etc.and neither the contractor nor myself have received and compensation. At this point I believe this warranty company is a scam.

The 5 star reviews must be fake. I signed up with this company over 60 days now & every word has been a total lie. I had an issue with my refrigerator the tech came out, perhaps because of the language barrier he told me to contact the company for an update. I called & was told they put in the claim & would call me back. I’m still waiting on that call, smh. I reached out to them after initially being told before signing up the waiting period was 30 days, it’s now magically another 45 days after before they cover any repairs. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE & RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!

I think it's bad business to not at least partially be responsible for your service contractors. I do not have faith that these repairs will be carried out in a satisfactory manner. Plus 2000 to cover a central ac system that can cost between 4000 and 8000 is pathetic.

It’s one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The sales people lie, the customer service people are rude & uninformed & extremely poor customer service skills. NOTHING is covered. It’s a total scam. From garage door going off the rail to gas range regulator leaking gas. You name it and it’s not covered although when they sell you the plan they say that all of the above is covered. Very very tricky. Beware. I was with American Home Shield for 20 yrs, so I know what I am talking about.

I wish to cancel my contract. It is policy **. I am not satisfied with the coverage and amounts paid for services. There are better warranties available, and I will look into them. I paid my $75 for a dryer repair, but I would have to pay over $200 more. I'm far from satisfied.

When it comes to protecting my home I spent the last 20 years with AHS and watched the coverage shrink and the cost increase and then I found Regency and they offer a good fair price compared to all others and Regency fits the budget and offers peace of mind with my home.

The enrollment went very smoothly. Looking forward to working with the company if needed. Really gives me peace of mind to know I won't be facing any big repair bills in the future. My representative clearly explained the enrollment process and explained all of the benefits. As a senior citizen, he was able to find discounts for me. He was also able to adjust the service fee.

Buyer beware! I just started service with this company in June, initially I was supposed to try one year of service. They talked me into purchasing three years at a fixed rate so I went ahead and paid the policy in full for three years. In July they deducted $399.99 from my account. In August they deducted $399.99 from my account and attempted to do the same thing in September however, my bank was already made aware of their fraudulent transactions so the payment was denied.
I have asked on numerous occasions for a refund and disputed this with my bank. Regency Total Home Warranty has not refunded my money and continue to lie and give me the runaround. They are not returning my calls in regards to this issue. This is a scam company and I don’t know who I need to get involved but it’s about to become a small claims court issue. This company is horrible. I don’t know who they paid for those five star reviews they have but it’s been a nightmare. I have asked to be fully refunded. I don’t want any part of this company and they tell me now that because I signed up for three years I’m locked in for the first year and I have to wait until after my first year to request the other two years be refunded. I have never in my life heard of anything so crazy. They’re holding my money hostage.

Filed our first claim after two months for a pool pump. Couldn't get an appointment for six days, then the technician never showed. Customer service was useless and hasn't refunded the service fee. Stay away for these guys! Very shady dealings and no customer service or follow up. I wish I had known before.

My washer was working, but the dial kept skipping. The service Rep that arrived was unfamiliar with the washer; played around with it and tightened the dial so it would not turn. When I asked him to put it back like it was so I could at least use it, I was told it was not covered in the so called warranty. Incredibly angry and feel my money has been wasted on this company.

I give this company no stars. A very big disappointment. I had a pipe issue behind my pool. I asked them to send a pool co. tech. They gave me the name of a company. I called them and they said they did not deal with Regency. I called back. They said they would get another company to come down, they never did. I subsequently had a toilet clog. They sent a plumber. He solved the clog and I asked him to take a look at the pipes outside. He said it was a valve. It seems regency does not cover valves. Two weeks later my pool pump was making noise. They refused to send a pool tech to check it out because the plumber had listed a valve problem behind the pool and they said since it was turned down, I could not put in another claim for one year. They never sent a pool person. Now I find out I can’t even cancel my policy until march 26, 2026 at which time I will only get half of what I paid them. I do not recommend this company.

I bought a warranty from Regency, but unfortunately, they have some gimmick advertising. I told the salesman, "You offered something online, and then you increased the monthly service call to $85, and you were advertising $65." He said, "No problem," and that he'd take care of it, and he never took care of it. I've called back three times, and it's no big deal unless I have to use a service call. Too many people say too much. It's a marketing gimmick. They're no different than their competitors. Every one of them was exactly the same. It was all bait and switch.

Signing up with Regency was straightforward initially; the rep thoroughly explained everything to me. However, I was confused when I noticed $54 was deducted from my account even though the services were supposed to start in September. I was informed that this deduction was for August, and they assured me it would remain the same without any increase. The scheduled cycle date mentioned was at the beginning of the month, around September 8th.
There was a misunderstanding that caused a lot of stress - $999 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge, although Regency was not responsible for that transaction. It was concerning and then quite a relief to find out it wasn't them. As for the cost, Regency has assured me that the service call fee would be $75, and they've promised there won't be any price hikes – if there are, I'm prepared to find an alternative service.

I was exploring different homeowners on Google when I first came across Regency Total Warranty. They stood out to me due to their good ratings on the Better Business Bureau. Although I've just signed up and haven't needed to use their services yet, the sign-up process was straightforward and easy. I'd definitely give that a solid 5. As for the pricing, I also appreciated its value and would rate it a 5. Lastly, the customer service during the sign-up was excellent; they were helpful and pleasant, so another 5 for that. I haven't had a chance to use their website or app yet, but so far, my experience has been smooth.

Horrible experience. Have been trying to get a technician out to service my gas dryer. All I got was the runaround. 3 weeks and still no one. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They don't care about their customers.

Do not waste money, They do not keep agreements. I have tried twice to use and both time never had a service done. They will take your money and never take care of you. I have found every contractor. We have call every contractor in the area to see who would use their service and all say that they will not do work for them because they have to fight to get paid. I had AC go out in the heat of the summer, I'm a 73 year old senior with a back injury and they keep saying, "We will get someone there." I finally had to hire and pay someone on my own. I signed up and paid a whole year upfront in January. My first claim took place in August. This is the most disorganized company and I am still trying to get them to fix my AC for over a month. They hired a contractor off the internet without asking for their credentials. The contractor tried to keep charging me extra for the work under warranty. Regency did nothing. It’s been 100 degrees and I have even more AC issues after they sent someone without expertise to fix the problem. Do not use this company!

I signed up with them and paid for the all year. Had a Garage door opener and door replaced made the claim never got anything back. Dryer died, made the call, technician called back a week later and by then I bought a new dryer. Today, my ice maker on my fairly new Samsung Fridge Went out, made the call and guess what? ICE maker is not covered. Get anyone else, very bad Home warranty. Will Not Renew and will not do Business again. I had Home warranty before with other Company and it was fine. Never with This Company again!!!

In my experience, this company is committing fraud and they have not lived up to their contract. I have waited through six week of delays and escalations for a dishwasher claim. They never sent a technician. Representatives blatantly lie. Please record your conversations with them - advise first of course - because you will need them when they go back on their word. They delay responses, stall approvals, and ultimately deny legitimate claims. Attempts to resolve issues or request a refund were met with poor customer service. Do your research - and not on their website. Very disappointing — I would never recommend Regency Home Warranty.

Our old air conditioner's compressor ceased working when we moved into our new home. Since it is not considered a failure under normal wear and tear, the representative that we spoke with over the phone at Regency Total Warranty denied our claim. They are refusing to pay for the claim even though our contract did not allow early failure. They claim in their sales pitch that they will cover your home no matter how old it is. I am so frustrated to hear that.

We made our very first claim on a Monday and despite their claim of 48 hours to assign a repair tech it took 5 days for them to assign a name and phone number for the repair company. When we called the repair company we had to leave a message. It has now been 2 days with no response from them. Their coverage is great if you can even get the coverage. Don’t waste your time calling the company because you are wasting your time. And don’t waste your money by buying their warranty. If I could give negative stars it would be minus 5 stars.

The worst company ever. No matter what claim you submit (that was after they submitted the wrong claim several times) they always find a reason to deny it. I submitted a claim for my dryer, they e-mailed me back in reference to a washer and next an air conditioner, plus the technician they referred said they didn’t even service this area. I asked for a refund which was denied, so my next response is with the BBB. They are awful.

Regency Home Warranty was terrible to deal with when my AC broke the first week of August. It took them 7 days to get a technician out to my house and then he turned out to be incompetent. Wanted to charge us over $2k for a “Freon leak” when in actuality 2 parts needed to be replaced. Freon level was perfectly fine. I personally brought in a certified technician who identified the 2 parts needed for replacement and also that there was no loss of Freon. I was told by a “claims” agent to send in the diagnosis from the competent technician and cost of repair and they would reimburse me for the cost of parts and labor. They lied.
They denied the Freon report which is ok since they don’t cover leaks, but they didn’t even look at the other information I emailed them. So now after waiting for 2 weeks they denied my claim and I’m waiting for the competent technician to replace the parts next week. So basically, I’m paying Regency Home Warranty for HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and no form of reimbursement. Unfortunately I paid in advance for their warranty, but if I hadn’t I’d be dropping them immediately. Totally disgusted with their service or lack of service. What infuriates me more than anything is that my one year old baby granddaughter is suffering because of their lack of service.

I am a new customer of Regency Home Warranty and have been very disappointed so far. I filed a claim because my A/C went out on Friday the 8th of August, 2025. On the following Tuesday after I had called them to check on my claim status they emailed to me the number of a technician that had been assigned to my claim. It told me to contact the technician to set up an appointment for the repairs. I called the technician and they told me they didn’t work with home warranty companies and had no knowledge of my claim. So I called Regency and they told me that there had been a miscommunication and they would assign me another technician.
On Thursday I got another email with the name and number of another technician that was assigned to my claim. I called them to set up an appointment and was told the same thing. “We don’t deal with home warranty companies.” At this point I feel like I’m being scammed. I’ve called Regency numerous times since then and they keep trying to reassure me that my claim is being expedited and they’ll find me another technician. Yesterday the 18th the Regency person I talked to said they had found a technician and even gave me the name of the company they were assigning to my claim and said they would email the information to me as soon as they got confirmation back from the technician. Still no email and it is the 19th.
I called once again and the representative I talked to today said there was no technician assigned to my claim and they would email me as soon as they had one. I believe that Regency Home Warranty must be a scam. Be warned despite the good reviews I saw when researching home warranty companies this one is a total scam. If I get a response from them soon my mind can be changed but until then stay away from Regency Home Warranty. I’ll keep you updated. If I could give zero stars I would.

Updated on 08/19/2025: Today is August 19th, and we have yet to receive the reissued reimbursement check that was promised. My husband contacted your office again and was met with extremely poor customer service. The representative he spoke with was dismissive, refused to allow him to speak, and failed to deescalate the situation which only adding to our frustration as we were forced to repeat the same information multiple times. After several requests, we were finally connected with the billing supervisor, Josh, who informed us that the check should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. We are now holding Regency to that timeline. If the check is not received within the stated window, we will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau citing neglect and unacceptable customer service. We have been more than patient throughout this process. We expect this matter to be resolved promptly and professionally.
Original review: We began our service with Regency on March 20th and utilized your services on April 30th for our air conditioner unit. At that time, we were informed that if we paid the full amount, we would be reimbursed $145. A check was sent, but unfortunately, it was misplaced, likely discarded with junk mail. We contacted your office in June to request a reissue, and were told it would be taken care of. A month passed with no check. We called again in July, and while we were again told it would be reissued, the response came with more runaround than resolution. It is now mid-August. After multiple follow-ups and assurances, we were promised the check would arrive today, August 15th. It has not. At this point, “upset” doesn’t begin to cover it. We expect this matter to be resolved immediately.

Original Review: This is the 1st time I had a claim with Regency and I am not happy. 1st of all I submitted a claim and they tell you that you will hear from them within 24-48 hours. After 48 hours, I had to call them since I didn't hear from them. They then emailed me a company that I was to call and go through. I called the company and they said that I would have to pay them and Regency would reimburse me. The company came and the pieces needed were discontinued and unable to get for the repair, My only choice was for replacement, and I took their cheapest option that cost me $995. I was denied reimbursement at first and then after further emails to Regency, the only compensation that was offered was $200. The warranty repair should have only cost me $75.00; but I had to pay $795 after their courtesy reimbursement. This was horrible.

I have not used your product yet. I’m on a 60 day waiting period. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and he understood my needs what I needed for my home if something breaks down.. When I do need someone I will send them picture about what’s completed. Show that the item will be fixed correctly.. Again as I stated a person I spoke with was very helpful and and explain to me all the items that was going to be warranted in the plan that I purchased.

Regency never sent me a copy of the warranty until 8/6 at which time I was told I couldn't cancel with them for 365 day as my contract was annual. They took $ 399.99 out of my account three months in a row after I told them I couldn't afford to have this done. I was told in July that they would refund the 2nd payment but never received and they charged me again in August. I am now stuck with this company for a whole year and I am not sure I trust them after they lied to me about my refund.

I made a mistake of purchasing a 3-year home warranty from Regency. I was greatly disappointed on the way they handled my first claim for a water heater that does not ignite. I was referred to 3 different companies and when the last plumbing company gave them the diagnosis and repair estimate at $1,700, Regency agreed to cover only $175. I cancelled the claim and my altogether out of disappointment. Then I was told that I can only get refunded after 1 year from date of purchase.
On the day I paid for this plan, I was made to believe by the agent and reassured me that I can cancel the policy at any time if I don’t need it anymore or not satisfied with it. Now I felt misled and totally regret my decision to purchase a long-term policy from Regency. I felt trapped with this insurance that does not serve its purpose. And I hope to warn others not to fall into the same mistake I did.

This coverage is outstanding. Even though I am sure this is a rare situation, I submitted the plumbing claim at midnight and to my surprise the problem was resolved next day. The professional handling of the claim has really impressed me and the plumber was also very competent. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Difficult to access this co, no website but just one phone number. The initial agent who sold policy seemed great but the company is not customer friendly. After 2 months enrolled, made a service request, gets denied which is ridiculous. No follow-up. Can't reach them ,& kitchen sink has been out for almost 2 weeks!!!

I had the warranty for a little over a month when I had a major leak in my bath. When I called, I was first told that it wasn't covered. Although to be fair, English was not her first language and it took a while before she understood my issue. In the meantime, water was leaking out of my wall. I'm elderly and I had to crawl under my house and shut off the main. I waited 2 days for a response and it was all through email. No real human contact. By then, I had called a plumber and I was done with this company. No real human contact, had to wait on hold forever until I gave up and just waited for a response via email. Horrible service. I canceled after a month and a week. They only returned a small portion of my payment, I paid for a year and they kept about $150 of my $400. Pitiful, just Pitiful. I wish I'd never signed up for this service. AWFUL!

In fact, I had to follow up with the office to inquire about the status of two work orders we had with them. The service technician arrived and completed the task satisfactorily. My only advice is that after they leave the task, they indicate if the work has been completed or if it requires additional work. They were skilled, however, and they were wonderful, very nice, and professional when I followed up with them. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Regency Total Warranty replaced another warranty provider, and we have been really happy with it thus far. Our appliances are all old and breaking down one by one. We had two service visits in the last two weeks, and Regency did not blink an eye. They sent out personnel to fix repairs and provided prompt and excellent customer service throughout the process. We anticipated trouble owing to the volume of repairs, but we were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called in because I was selling my old home and moving into a new one. I needed To have my home covered in case something broke. The representative was very thorough with his explanation and also had great pricing for new members. Great service with great customer care. Now my new home is fully covered in case something goes wrong. When you have children, it’s always necessary to have insurance because you never know what’s going through a child’s mind. The home warranty is almost a joke. Be-aware that if your claim is denied once you cannot put another claim for same equipment for next 12 months. My A/C claim was denied last time so I got the equipment fixed outside my pocket. After a month or so a different problem came which is covered by the warranty however because the first claim was denied, it automatically voids any future claims until 12 months. Be careful what you sign up for. This is something that I haven't heard before.

Alex was very happy to sign me up for this fake warranty. Took my money with a smile. But when I called in a claim, he was rude and unprofessional. Saying that I only paid $80 and expected a $2500 dishwasher. That was not the case. Then he hung up on me. My dishwasher is still broken. Lesson learned. What a scam.

I phoned Regency Total Warranty because my cooling unit was running and but not cooling and it was costing me electricity for no reason. The rep Max responded promptly and sent a contractor immediately. After next few hours a technician came, he was a good guy and very professional. He fixed the problem and explained what had occurred. I am really happy that I have signed up with them.

The representative was very respectful, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was able to explain my coverage to me and explain the benefits of having the highest coverage. I was looking for a higher plan than it is available but that doesn't exist and also there was no deductible buy down that I was looking for. I was told it is already included.

Extremely detailed and informative and answered all of my questions pertaining to my future home repairs. However,! this guy named Jess was lying to me when I asked him if my icemaker on my counter top would be covered and he said yes only to find out it did not. Then I called back in the second time because I was starting to feel pressure and that’s when the second in claims answered my questions truthfully. I was afraid of being dealt with treacherously.

He made it easy, quick and had patience with our questions. We have not used the warranty but we have had other warranty companies in the past and so far it looks like Regency offers more to us than the others did. We researched several warranties. Initially we felt that, based on the sales rep, it was the best for us. Unfortunately, we kept getting different information (and pricing) from the reps and were also approached by more than one (telling us different things). We went ahead but after reviewing the contract, we found the wording in parts of the warranty was poorly written and the details regarding the add-ons was different than described. We have cancelled our policy.

We just signed on with Regency so I don't know completely how their service is yet. But When compering services they gave us the time we needed to think about it and were not pushy. When we WERE ready to sign on Jeff was an excellent help with also telling just about discounts available. So far compared to EXCEL who we had for years they are great.

I placed claim for A/C not working, over 100 degrees outside. NO TECH CONTACT for 4 days. I'm 80 yrs old, 94 degrees inside my home at 10pm. I have heart issues, afraid I would die. My son, who lives in different city, finally paid for a repair. I'm trying to CANCEL but no one will return my call! Someone help please!!

We filed a claim on an air conditioning unit that was no longer working. It is now been a month and still no service person has been assigned to fix this issue. We were informed that we could hire our own technician and that Regency would pay for it, however, no technicians or service companies in our area will work with a warranty company. I have called repeatedly to have this issue handled professionally to no avail. We are completely dissatisfied with the Regency Home Warranty company.

As a realestate agent I will strongly discourage ALL my clients against Regency. My house has been 99° for a MONTH! Waiting for them to approve/deny. They did not communicate with me. Then denied me based off their 30+45=75 day policy. Which was not made clear initially. I had to hunt them down for that answer. Why didn't they tell me that a month ago? I even paid out of pocket for a tech to come diagnose my AC because Regency "couldn't find anyone". I am so disappointed.

I called the Regency to have my air conditioner fixed. When that technician went out and told we to see that it's a leak in the lines and it need a freon they said it's not part of my policy. So I paid out of pocket over $1,600 to get the freon restored in my unit. 4 days later the air conditioner stopped working again so I called Regency back and they said I'm only allowed one service call on my air conditioner per year.

We have had terrible plumbing issues, and they have fixed them without ever asking if they were covered. They have really polite individuals. They are always very quick; it is not their fault if it takes them a while to get someone out here. Very pleasant individuals to work with. They have addressed every topic we requested of them. Other than that, they have been a pleasure to work with. At one time, we had a problem that was the city's problem, and they obviously did not cover that. We have renewed each year we have lived here, and I have been incredibly pleased with them. I have told friends about them.

The representative said it would take several days to find someone to come out due to the holiday. Regency has been doing nicely. The only issue that I see is that no one can do anything unless they have approval from Regency Total Warranty. The contractor could not perform what he needed to do until he had the go-ahead from Regency Total Warranty, which kind of tied us up, but not too much.

This has been the worst home warranty company I have ever dealt with. My central air conditioning unit went down. They assigned two companies to me to do the work, when I called the companies they stated they do not work with warranty companies and would not do the work. I escalated the situation and never received a call. I was even yelled at my a representative stating it was busy and I needed to give them time. I finally found someone on my own that would send the issue to them, all of a sudden the AC unit was not covered. They do not have set companies they work with and state that if you find someone all they need to do is call the claims department and they will instantly be paid for the work. But they deny almost every claim. It is a total scam. They do not help at all and have so many reasons why work can not be done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will regret it.

This company is awful! We have an issue with one of our appliances that should be covered under the contract. My husband has filed a claim and there hasn't been any contact. He called to inquire about the claim submitted and was told that he could find someone and they would reimburse. He was like, no, I need someone to come out. Later, he was told that he was scheduled after he asked to cancel the contract. They never scheduled anyone and would not cancel the contract. Our contract was paid in full and they have NOT provided any service!! Just a constant shuffle and scam!! The only contact we have with someone from this company is if we initiate. They DO NOT follow up!!

The first time I called for AC service, everything went well and was very happy with the response. A few months later, I called again for AC service and the initial process was smooth and they sent a technician the next day. After that, even though the technician told me he was sending the diagnosis report that day, every time I called Regency for status update, I keep getting different answers, such as, we haven’t received the report, followed by they sent it to wrong email and we have provided them the correct email should we receive it within an hour, after that again we haven’t received it.
After three days, I got an email request to provide a three-year maintenance record. I told them I change filters every 3 to 4 months, provided them with an invoice for a deep cleaning of ducts and told them the rest been taken care of by home warranty. After a while, I was told I don’t have three year written maintenance record so, they refused to fix my AC after almost two weeks of back and forth. They made all this excuse not to fix it because the quote for repair was $1100.00. I will take a legal action but I will be canceling my contract with them. I will tell anyone to stay away from Regency.

Initially I felt somewhat pressured into making a decision to purchase a policy. The policy didn't have the terms I agreed to on the phone and I had to go back and forth several times to get the agreed upon terms in writing and reflected in the actual policy. From there I had billing issues, there is no way to access my account, payment methods, personal information or to just maintain my policy. I called to cancel and was told I have to wait for a service rep to call me back. I am assuming this is so they can try to talk me into keeping the policy. I don't feel comfortable with this company. Everything is suspect and unprofessional in my opinion.

I was unhappy with the process for my current warranty. The process was very unprofessional and not organized. It seemed as though the contractors were taking advantage of double dipping the fee. Regency seems to be seamless in its process of claims. As far as Regency as I have said, I haven't filed a claim yet so I do not know how it will be. I did get a military discount.

Had great experience with my sales rep. He walked me through all of the available plans. He was able to clarify any questions that I had. I was able to add additional items to my policy such as pool, equipment, pumps, heaters, etc..

Even though I informed them on the first phone contact that I had selected a different warranty, I have received far too many calls. I called back and spoke with a manager because the first man who kept calling me was so impolite. I am not even sure if it will stick, but in order to get my name off the calling list, I had to fabricate a crazy claim about why we did not purchase a home. They are terrible and harassing. I would not even consider doing business with this firm if I were still shopping.

This is my second claim in a short period of time, and the service is excellent once more! My repair was finished by the afternoon after I contacted in the morning. Awesome! The worst company ever. My pool filter failed because it cracked open. They would not replace it. Normal wear and tear bull when a part fails. I paid for the policy for my pool equipment, the most expensive part of filter system. Go figure. Right there. Totally a rip off.

I called on Sunday. I had previously scheduled an appointment for the contractor to come out on Monday and did not anticipate them to fix the problem at the same time, but they did, and my air conditioner was fixed that day. So the fix took only one day. I had a previous warranty provider, and I promise you that the identical repair would have taken three days and cost me more.

We were not feeling the cooling from the unit, and it was quite hot. The young contractor had a good deal of information. To find out what he need, he got in touch with Regency Total Warranty. He needed to add extra Freon. The air conditioner has been operating smoothly ever since the repair. I was happy about everything that happened.

When an appliance you use frequently breaks down, it's never fun. When our washing machine stopped working, we called our Regency Total Warranty company and submitted a service request. This is a great service company, and my warranty has made me less worried about repairs. The contractor was helpful in many ways, and when my washing machine malfunctioned, he was on call with me to get a phone report and then called back with a good time. We have made 2 claims. 1 claim our stove went out. Tech said we needed a new stove because of time they would only cover $150 we never got, 2 claim our ac quit blowing cold air, with our policy they were to cover Freon but denied the claim because tech said it had a leak. They find a way not to pay. Save your money and place it in an account to pay tech yourself money ahead. Will never ever get a home warranty ever again.

I like to give companies a second chance since we all make mistakes, but my mistake was not doing enough research on this company. Once I reached out three times for supervisor and was told they'd call but never did. I realized finding a corporate office or any owner information is next to impossible. We had a plumbing problem after business hours and was told they were unable to get a plumber for us until the next day but we had no bathroom use, so the CS rep with Regency stated that if we could find a plumber we could submit the invoice to them but when we sent Roto Rooters invoice they rejected it. They said we should've gotten approval first and I told them we did and to listen to the call log (as I'm sure they record them) but to no reveal. So disappointed with them and now hoping BBB or court can assist us.

When my refrigerator stopped working, they sent out a technician who barely looked at it. After waiting several days with zero communication, I was finally told the issue wasn’t covered. I’ve been with Regency for about two months now and filed one claim for a plumbing issue. Something was clogged in between the pipes to the outside. We called them for an issue with our fridge. They sent a tech out who diagnosed that could not be fixed. Our fridge was dripping and leaking onto the wood floor so we didn’t want to wait very long. We waited until we got the official email from them that the claim had been not closed, but moved on. The next morning we got a call from them and the rep Alex told us that a replacement has been approved and we were allowed to get a new fridge. We got a replacement payment check from them after 40 days.
We understand the need for a swift resolution during such stressful situations, and we're sorry to hear about the inconvenience with your fridge. The rep I spoke with was very clear and I understood everything he was talking about. I was told to wait for a call from the plumber for a garbage disposal claim. It took a day to get the plumbing contractor and when he arrived he told us the garbage disposal was jammed. He tried to unjam it but no use so he replaced it with the same model. I am pleased with them and love having a warranty company who are just a phone call away.

I signed up with Regency Total Warranty because I was concerned about having to replace my central air conditioner in the middle of summer. My old air conditioning unit died this week, so I phoned my house warranty. They called upon a service expert, who found a leak in a coil. The part was not in stock and getting one would take ten days. Regency Total Warranty opted to accept the repair with a 10-day wait. They did not do what their advertisements suggested, they chose the cheapest option. Just be aware that if you call them about A/C difficulties, Regency Total Warranty will go into defense mode and screw you to the wall. I would also like to inform you that their dispute resolution specialist kept me on hold for 30 minutes, hoping I would hang up. I didn't, and he was completely useless. Save your money, do not give it to Regency Total Warranty.

I have used them twice since taking out my policy and both times I was told that they could not find technicians for me. The first time was my garage door and we had to wait days before they found me someone. Even worse, the salesperson told me that major appliances like my refrigerator were covered, but when it came time to use the service, I discovered all these exceptions hidden in the fine print, and I had to pay out of pocket to have my refrigerator fixed, while Regency Total Warranty dismissed it. They are quick to take your money but vanish when you need them.

I signed up with Regency Total Warranty expecting peace of mind, but all I got only stress and disappointment. When my washer stopped working, they sent out a technician who barely looked at it. I was eventually informed that the issue was not covered after waiting for several days with no communication. A categorical refusal with no genuine justification. If you do not like being scammed and dumped when it counts most, stay away from this company.

We feel that salesman Max ** was deceptive when selling us the Regency policy. He agreed with us that a week was way too long to wait for a refrigerator repair. Made us think Regency would be better, NOT. I tried to make a claim online, but couldn’t figure out how to make a claim so when we called, we spoke with a very glum employee and told him we were having trouble with our refrigerator and we followed his instructions. One being we would give the $85 copayment to the person who came out.. a very unprofessional. Individual showed up a week later and then put me off another night because the job he had had gone for too long.. very unprofessional and would only give me his first name when I wrote him the check for the claim payment and he didn’t even know the company that Regency claimed he was from.
I had to follow up to get further information and come to find out. Regency was not going to pay for the repair of the refrigerator. They were only gonna pay $175. I had to follow up with the unprofessional person to get a quote and they were gonna charge us almost $700 for the repair. I wasn’t gonna have that guy back in my house anyway so it didn’t really matter.. (from my research I could tell he was charging us $300 for a $27.99 part).
At this point we canceled our policy and my husband talked to a Mr. K who told us two weeks ago. He was gonna send us $490 refunding our policy along with possibly the $175 that was already approved for the refrigerator repair. We hadn’t received no word so we followed up and Mr. K changed his tune and said we were only gonna get $425 as a refund because there’s a $75 cancellation fee. His arithmetic was off and we are so done with them and we tell everyone do not use them because they’re fraudulent. Another note is that with the bad service we went back to Max who sold us the service and he could not care less so he doesn’t believe in nor care about or know about what he’s selling..

When it comes to the company's policies, it appears that there are many limitations. I am beginning to wonder what you cover particularly. I have experienced a number of plumbing problems, such as leaks. According to what I have been told, my kitchen sink's line leak is a fixture issue. There is a leak in my faucet's line. I paid the service fee for someone to come out without fixing anything. I am completely dissatisfied with the services you offer.

The electrician arrived late and was not able to address the matter right away. We have to hire another electrician because the problem is severe. After a week, our claim was eventually processed. I would suggest them to use professional and efficient contractors.

The service contractor who came out to fix the air condition outer unit wasn’t the best. He just talked on the phone majority of the time and after few hours he told us he would be back to fix it but I did not hear from him for a few days. He never informed us about the situation. After few days we called them again and he came back and fixed it. The air condition is cooling fine now.

This warranty is total crap. My AC quit working due to the fan motor burning out, and they refused to cover anything or provide any assistance because the coolant was low. I just bought my place three months ago and purchased this warranty to cover any surprises, and the surprise was that the warranty is useless. Makes me wish I had never given them any business.

I’ve had Regency Total Home Warranty for just a few months and have already filed two claims — one for my clothes dryer and another for the ice maker in my refrigerator. In both cases, the only response I received was an email saying technicians are “backed up” and that I should find my own technician. Why am I paying for a home warranty if I’m expected to do all the work myself?
Their technician network is apparently useless, and there’s been zero follow-up. I had to call Sears myself, who charges $125 just to diagnose the issue — something Regency should have arranged and covered. This defeats the entire purpose of having a warranty. I bought this plan to avoid stress and unexpected costs — not to handle everything myself while still paying them. Do yourself a favor and avoid Regency. You’ll end up doing all the legwork, and they’ll take your money for nothing in return.

I wasn't sure that my home warranty protection plan is covering garbage disposal claim. I picked up my phone and open the Regency Total Warranty App which I have never used before, the app is incredibly easy to manage the claim. In few hours everything was done and the contractor and they also did a good job. I am sure Regency Total Warranty pay them well for their hard work.

As a new customer, I have no regrets about changing my home warranty provider. There was no cooling in the house when I came back home. I figured the cooling system had failed. I received a call from the cooling contractor firm a few hours later, and after receiving all essential information, they sent a technician to my home the next morning. The technician evaluated the unit and advised me that a part had to be replaced. After two days, he came with the part, and our cooling system was repaired. I appreciate Regency Total Warranty team for their efforts.

May 30th: called to report an A/C issue, most likely as a result of the thermostat. 5 days later I called because I had not received an email regarding assignment to a technician. Had to leave a message and asked for a call back. NO CALL BACK. I called again to find out that my claim got an assignment to a service provider out of Mesquite TX. I live in Longview! I was also told that I had been sent an email...NO email received. I called again on June 4th after trying to sign up online: where it said I had been sent a temporary password. NO such email was sent or received! I asked for a new temp password to be emailed and now it's a day later and still nothing. NO EMAIL, NO PHONE Calls! Poorest service ever!

I made a claim for replacing a ceiling fan that was not working properly; a fan I paid for & needed Regency to only take down the old one & replace same with the new one. Despite giving me a claim no. more than a month ago, they now tell me the insurance I have with them does not cover replacing the job.

After submitting an online claim with them, our freezer claim proceeded smoothly. A rep Alex contacted us and managed the situation very well, from start to finish he kept in contact with us. Even though the freezer needed a part replacement but everything was done accurately and timely. The technician replaced the damage part and freezer start functioning again. We got an excellent home warranty deal for our house on sign up and the agent Elliot told us for senior citizens they got a special package. The home protection plan covers everything we needed but the price and deductibles will be less than the actual. This considerably lowered the overall cost.

We have a plumbing issue with a sink leak. Billy swiftly scheduled a service call and dispatched a repairman team, who did a great job. I have been with them for nearly a year now, and the service is quite for less priced while ultimately providing additional coverage.

The garage door motor claim took a week to fix. The technician arrived nearly two days later, and when they checked, the motor was not working, so they decided to replace it. However, they had difficulty finding the identical model motor. Several days later, they returned with a new motor and tested its compatibility. The work was performed, and the door now works again. I respect the service company's dedication. If something happened to the garage door again, I would call this technician back.

Both online and over the phone, it is very simple to launch a claim and they will reply immediately. Even though repairs can occassionally take long time but still customer support agents promise that customer will be satisfied when the claim is resolved.
