I'm very happy with RainSoft. The new house that I bought had really hard water, so we knew we had to do something. The sales rep was very nice, informative, and not pushy at all. His demonstrations were wonderful. The guy that came and did the installation was awesome - how he did the installation, how quick he was at it and how informative he was. He was also very personable. Since having the new system, our skin feels a lot better when we get out of the shower, the shower glass doesn't stay stained with hard water stains, and the taste of the drinking water is great. I recommend the system. In fact, my mother-in-law bought the same system after experiencing ours. Overall, RainSoft is fantastic.

One of our children has some type of skin related issue and we thought testing our water might be beneficial to him. We went with RainSoft who offered home water testing and the sales representative who came was very knowledgeable. He did his little presentation and discussed the science behind it and it was a pleasant experience. We also didn't have any issues with the installation team. They seemed professional and made sure everything is in working order before they left. As a result, we noticed some improvement since we had the system installed.

We had RainSoft in our old house before. We moved out and lived in an apartment for a while so we didn't take our old system with us. We just moved in again and we have well-water so we had RainSoft system installed on the day we moved in. The sales representative was very informative and friendly. We're really familiar with them and water is tremendously different now compared to what we had in our apartment. It tastes great.

I purchased my RainSoft with a lifetime warranty 25 years ago. The system worked great all those years and it was self-maintained. During those years, I did my own troubleshooting such as changing my own filter and taking care of any kind of leaks (there weren't that many). There were only two instances where I had to go to the RainSoft office to ask about some troubleshooting questions which they answered and I moved on.

When the difference between washing glasses in our regular water and then once the water was treated was showed to us, it really did make a big difference. The former also wears your appliances out. That's one of the reasons why we went ahead and got RainSoft. It really is a good system, we really do like it. Since having the system, our glasses don't have any water spots on them, our kids' skin looks like it's not near as dry as it was before, and the cleaning, the soaps, we don't have that anymore with the new system. The installation team were great when they went to my home, no problems. They did it very quickly, made suggestions on where to put the system. We already recommended RainSoft to a neighbor, and they did install also. We love RainSoft.

My wife had RainSoft water system when I married her and had it updated and is now working fine. I would recommend them to a friend.

When we had our dishwasher installed, the Home Depot people asked if they could send somebody out to test the water. The guy who came out told us about RainSoft and since having the system installed, I could tell a big difference. The water is much softer, and I don't see the hard stains in the sinks and the tub anymore.

We agreed to a water test and RainSoft came out and did a good presentation. We decided to go all out and get the best. I hemmed and hawed as I really didn't want the expense this year. After speaking to "his manager" he said payments would be deferred for 1 year. This helped fit my budget and we did it. He said someone would be out the next day to install it and would bring a partial supply of soaps and a gift card. The installer did the install and was very professional. He had no idea about the soap or gift card.

We decided to get water treatment system when we moved into a new home because the texture of the water was bad and we knew about the hard water prevalent in the area. The sales rep was good. I told him what the problem was and that there was no need to hard sell for the only thing I wanted is the price and the quality of the stuff.

I live in the High Desert (CA) and it would be best if I had a soft water system being the water we're getting is more expensive now and I thought I'd make the most of it. I heard about RainSoft through a representative at Home Depot. The sales rep of RainSoft who came for consultation and the designer were really pleasant. I'm quite happy and pleased with my experience. I'd recommend them.

We moved from Cincinnati to Orange City, Florida, and the water is absolutely horrible. Not only is it hard, but it also stinks like crazy. So we said "Well, we can't put up with this." In Cincinnati, we had river water and it was better than what this is. We saw a tree display that had free water testing bottles on it, and so I sent it in. Then RainSoft contacted me and the rep was very pleasant, at ease and did an excellent job. We were prepared for high pressure, but he just sat down and had a conversation with us. It was very nice. Their installation team told me everything he was going to do. He went under the house to find where the waterline came into the house because he couldn't detect it from outside of the house. Every step he did, he kept me informed and did a very nice job. We’ll never shut our RainSoft system off. It’s a big difference. Less soap usage, no smell, our skin feels better and it's like fresh water. It is fantastic.

A RainSoft rep came to our house and showed us the difference between hard and soft water. We had them put in a filter underneath the sink for drinking water and then do the conversion to soft water throughout the entire house. Their team didn't take very long in installing the system and they were very nice. Everybody from this company has been helpful. They explained everything well and I've had about five different people call or email me to let me know how something works as well as what to do and not. Now, washing our hands feels different - it's like there's still soap on it since it's really slick. There are also no hard water spots on the dishes.

My wife’s been complaining about the dishes not getting fully clean and we’ve had a lot of hard water here in San Diego, so we went with RainSoft to get our problem fixed. The rep who came here was very informative, polite, friendly, and professional. The way he proceeded to explain the reverse osmosis and water softener was very interesting, so he did a good job of informing us.

The Rainsoft sales representative did a very good presentation and was able to answer all questions about the system. The guy who installed it was fantastic. He was in and out and knows his stuff. After it was installed, the water is much better otherwise, I would have it taken out. But the only concern that I have is that I had put down my daughter's name for one of those freebies and somebody called her but never followed up and that was very disappointing.

Before the RainSoft sales rep came to our home, there was no way I was gonna buy it because my mom and mother-in-law have it in their houses and I didn't like the taste of their water. However, they made a believer out of me. The untreated water that I had in my house when I was a kid seemed to be so much thicker and compared to that, it has now changed quite a bit.

We didn't like the way our tap water tasted so we decided to get RainSoft's services. Setting up a consultation wasn't an easy process because when you request a water test on their website, it would go to an obscure email address and would never get to the right person. It probably took me two months and I finally made some phone calls before I got a consultation. Once the rep came to my house however, everything was perfectly fine. He was very friendly and he cut to the chase. We already had the product before so he didn't have to give me the entire sales pitch since we knew what we wanted.

The RainSoft’s rep that came for my consultation was a very personable gentleman. He gave a lot of examples when we asked questions about how the product works, and even demonstrated the multi-purpose cleaner. He squirted some cooking oil on the microwave and a couple little shots of the multi-purpose cleaner, and took it right off. We were thoroughly impressed with that hands-on example and didn’t expect him to do it, but it worked tremendously. I was home at the time of installation and the two gentlemen showed me exactly how the equipment worked. They set it all up for us to monitor so that if my unit runs low on salt, the computer would let us know. They were here for half a day doing extra work on the plumbing, and did a tremendous job. They were very, very personable and answered all my questions, and I was thoroughly impressed.

I had the water softener of RainSoft over ten years ago. I enjoyed the water and all the benefits that came with it. I had used it for a while, then neglected it so I went and had them come back and do a maintenance and an upgrade on my system. I got in contact with them through the phone and they had a guy come out to look and fix my system, which was outdated and had corroded pretty bad. It was just better for me to go ahead and get another system. Because I already knew what the service was about, they didn't have to sell anything to me. Overall, I would recommend them.

I had a great experience with RainSoft. It's been 15 years ago since I first heard about them and we had one of their first system. For this time around, the gentleman came in, did what he had to do, and offered outstanding service. Here in this part of Maryland, water is hard regardless of what system that you really use. But with the RainSoft system put in, I noticed that the water is softer.

When we moved into the house, RainSoft was already the water treatment system in use. Unfortunately, we have high-sulfur in the well-water so we purchased a new system from them as well. Their installation team is pretty good but I had to call them back a couple of times because the air in the system still had a little bit of a sulfur smell. They have been coming back a few times to test the water and adjust some things. They've given us pretty much a whole year's full service but I think it needs a little bit more.

I've lived at our address for 40 years and never had my water tested. I thought it was about time to get it tested which led me to looking into having RainSoft. It is working good. We had a great consultation with the sales representative.

We felt like we had hard water, and when I went to Home Depot, a RainSoft rep was there. The sales rep who came for our consultation did a complete work-up on our water and was very professional. The installation team, on the other hand, was very professional as well. They came in, did what they needed to do, and then went on their way. With the home system we purchased, we noticed our skins becoming softer and the water tasting better, so we are happy with it.

The water out here is not very good quality so I ended up getting a water softener from RainSoft. They had a lady come out and test the water. She did a really good job - she broke down everything and could answer any question I had. The installer was good, knowledgeable, and talked with me the entire time he installed. However we were supposed to get about a year of free soaps but they never emailed us even after I called them once. But other than that, everything was good. The water definitely tastes better and my skin feels softer with the system.

We purchased RainSoft water softener and a reverse osmosis. Since installation the water is much softer. Overall, they have always been prompt when I've had an issue and I would recommend them to a friend.

RainSoft is the best investment I've made in a while. My boyfriend got it in his home and he's the one that told me about it. The consultation with the sales rep was very fast but informative at the same time. The installer came, did what he had to do and left after cleaning the work area. I noticed that now my hair and skin aren't as dry as before.

We purchased our shower from RainSoft. We had very good interactions with their representative who came for our consultation. He was well mannered, professional, and explained everything that I wanted to know. He did answer all my questions. And the installation representative was very nice and knowledgeable as well.

Marty went to our home for the RainSoft consultation. It was fun. He was nice, informative and very entertaining. We purchased the water conditioning system. Dave from installation team was excellent and wonderful. He left the area clean and explained the system to me. The only thing that I'm really regretting is I asked if I could get a few samples of the cleaning supplies. I didn't want to get everything because I just wanted to try it. I asked both Marty and Dave but no one ever did follow up.

I wanted the system to be placed in the ceiling instead of drilling through my walls, so they drilled through my walls in a place where I did not want the system. They tore my grass up and broke the sprinkler system. The only reason they said it happened is because I saw the sprinkler head. The employees sitting outside instead of working decided to help themselves to my beer in a fridge in the garage. What else did they look through while I was inside? We just moved into the house and a lot of our stuff is still in the garage, so we will not know what else is missing until we can go through it all. I would not recommend anyone to get this product unless they can install it themselves or things will be stolen.

When the installation person from RainSoft came out to install our system, he was on time and got it all installed in an efficient and timely manner. The only issues we've had with it was the backwash thing that went down to the subterranean into the soil. And it wasn't backwashing properly. They had to come out and fix that. Since having the system, my wife says the water's been better. It's not perfect but we think it's not the system's fault. She's a hairdresser and back then we had well water up north. We just moved to Florida full time and she wanted the system because she could tell that her hair was not functioning properly. Things have not been perfect, but the response to fixing everything has been wonderful. Every time there have been issues where they have to come and do something, they've been here when they said they would. So I've not been displeased at all. I recommend RainSoft, they have been wonderful.

When I saw RainSoft on the internet, my first impression was it's very expensive. However I had a problem with my water softener and needed it replaced so I went to Home Depot and they connected me with RainSoft. I decided to go with them because I thought they were the best around. Their sales guy explained what I was getting and gave me some confidence that this is the best product available even though it's a little bit more expensive. I hear that maybe I will use this for another 10-15 years, so I decided to spend the money and invest it for the future.

Rainsoft's sales rep was very excellent, persistent, professional and knows how to sell their product. They were able to schedule a time that worked for me and I've nothing bad to say about them. Likewise, the installation team were also good so I've no complaints. After getting the system installed, I don't use much lotion on my body anymore.

We were at Home Depot when a young lady talked to my husband about getting a free water test. We set up a date for the person to come out and had the test done. We decided to get the water system. The people who came to install it were very courteous and they were very good. It took a little bit of time because we were on the phone back and forth. But they cleaned up after all the installation and explained everything so we're satisfied. Now that we have RainSoft the water pressure is lower, the drinking water is good, and the water is much softer for washing the dishes and taking a bath.

I've been a customer of Rainsoft back in the late ‘80s when I had it at my old house in Chino for 15 years. For our recent purchase, we had an absolutely positive experience with the sales rep. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took the time to answer the questions that we had, made us feel comfortable and not pushy. He was more consultative and took a lot of time to educate and give information. So we purchased the one that had all filters, the reverse osmosis for the kitchen sink and the alkaline for the kitchen water. Since having it installed, it went from hard water to soft water. It’s nice in the skin so we reduced the amount of soap that we use. We also don’t have to wash our clothing in hot water, we wash it using cold one which cuts down our gas and energy for heating the water. Showers are a lot cleaner because it doesn’t allow for scales to build up on the tile. Water tastes great and doesn't have smell. We're very pleased and would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

We had a water treatment system which went bad on us so we had it replaced. There was no problem setting up the consultation with the RainSoft sales rep. The sales rep answered all of our questions and I purchased a water filtration system. I was there when they installed it and they did a good job. Everything looks good and we have good quality water now.

RainSoft has been very efficient. They're professionally done and the plumber that came in knew exactly what he was doing and I got exactly what I wanted.

We were having problems with the water sometimes - it didn't taste that good and I heard that it's good to have a softener. Since having my RainSoft system installed, the water is better to drink and I love it when I bathe.

We purchased RainSoft water conditioning system that’s got two tanks, the one with carbon in it that takes all the chlorine and all the other stuff out of the water. The plumber that came in to install my system, who has his own RainSoft system as well, was very positive about. He did an excellent job, we haven't had any problems with it and he worked with us very well. Since we had our RainSoft system installed, the taste of the water is even better than it was. Georgia water is pretty good, but this is very good tasting water, and the feeling that you get on your skin with washing your hands and taking showers is noticeably different. The spotting is less on dishes, sinks and mirrors. I’d recommend them.

RainSoft called us and said that they would test our water for free. The sales representatives came right on time and they talked to us for a couple of hours. They did test our water which we knew was bad. It had gotten terrible. We couldn't even drink it and we were using bottled water. RainSoft confirmed it so we decided to go with the system. We purchased the water softener, the carbon filter, and the osmosis for drinking water. The installation team were professional and got the job done. Our water tastes good after the installation. We are very happy with the product.

3 year old water heater goes out. Hot water heater kept going out then quit being able to light it. Warranty company American Home Services came out 3 times charging 2 service fees of $89 each time without fixing it. Would go out again within a week. Called 4th time and told they would not come out again because they did not know how to fix it. Called Rainsoft who called American. Then American decided we needed 2 more parts and service fee and $200 in labor. Ridiculous. We will buy a new hot water heater that works which is not fair. Will never deal with Rainsoft or American home services again!

Our consultation with the RainSoft sales representative was awesome. It was hassle-free and we had a lot of fun with everybody. The installation was quick and easy. Everything looked great. So far, we've enjoyed the whole house purifier that we got. We love it. We've noticed a few spots this month but I know we are supposed to be getting our service this month, too. I want to make sure that everything is all working the way that it's supposed to be.

A RainSoft salesman came to my home in 2000 and did a demonstration. I found that fascinating and I heard that would be the best when I got my permanent retirement home. We set up a consultation and it was great. We had other reps from other companies but the presentation of the RainSoft rep was thus far the best and he actually told us about the product. He did a better job selling their products. It is pricier but it would be better water.

That installation guy from RainSoft was awesome - he was drilling holes, putting pipes. I'd recommend him to anybody. My consultation with the sales rep was pretty good, but the only downfall is that he said he was going to give us tickets for a cruise. I haven't seen anything of that, so if they are offering it and basically it's going to be some of their selling points, I think they should deliver on it. Other than that, everything has functioned properly. There is difference in taste in water, but I don't see in feeling. From a rating’s perspective, the overall experience is an 80% in my book, so I'm happy with it.

I was starting to hate our water so I tried to find something where I could drink it. I saw an advertisement of RainSoft and I purchased the whole system with the salt. The sales rep and the people who did the installation were nice, and the consultation went fast. So far, I haven't had any trouble but I'm still trying to get a hold of where to get the soaps. Now, I can drink the water. I've also noticed differences in my skin and a little bit on my hair. Overall, I like it.

My experience with RainSoft was good. They spent a lot of time explaining what they were going to do, how it was going to get done, and what the benefits were versus the cost. We had a lot of conversations back and forth. And they were not too pushy. They called back on a regular basis, but it wasn't too much nor too little.

When I first bought my home, I got advertisements in the mail about RainSoft so I had someone come over and tell me all about it. I bought the water purification system and water softener for the home. After I had the equipment installed, I called to set up an appointment to do the water purification test. The person I talked to said she would send someone over but the guy who came only tested the water softener. He said, "No, I don't test the purification." He told me to go to Home Depot and get a test. I found that weird because they test before the purchase to show you your water is not purified. It's a quick little test that they do - it took 2 seconds. So I didn't understand why they couldn't do another one afterwards. I can tell there was a difference with the water softener, but the only way to know for sure if the water is purified is by doing a test. I am not happy that they won't test my water.

I am happy with my whole $6,000 RainSoft Water Treatment Systems. I don't have as hard a water on the tubs as before. The sales representative who came to our door was good and did the job immediately.

My wife says we always wanted a water treatment system. So we talked to Home Depot and then RainSoft came out and told us what they were going to do. The cool sales rep was great. We got the water purification for the whole house and some 5 pounds of blocks of salt stored in our garage. They gave us body wash and shampoo for our shower and soap for our laundry. Before RainSoft, I hate the soap for this type of water. Now it gives me a good sense because when my grandkids come over and want a glass of water, there's only one place I get it and I know I'm getting good water.

We've had a really good experience with RainSoft although there was a miscommunication in the beginning about our order for the soaps. The quality of the water is a lot better and it's helping my family's health.

My husband brought a water sample to be checked when we went to Home Depot. RainSoft made an appointment with us and they came. The young sales rep was very nice, experienced, exact and explicit about the equipment. He was here for four hours explaining everything and showing us samples. He was able to convince my husband who is not the type that buys things like that especially at that price. We were satisfied. We purchased the system which is more expensive and has a lifetime guarantee. My husband keeps checking the machine to make sure that there's salt. But it's softened. It's very good for my hair and skin and washing dishes. I've had no problems with RainSoft and I'm very satisfied with it.

My wife set up the appointment for RainSoft to come in and do the test on the water. Their sales rep spent a few hours going over testing water in different ways, showing us the results, and we signed up to get it. We purchased the water purifier and we've noticed differences since we got the system installed.

I wanted to check out some water and air treatment systems, and the sales representative from RainSoft was able to schedule a time that worked for me. A nice guy came for my consultation, and I ended up purchasing the water softener, the laundry room deal, the washing machine, and then the air filter deal. The water is a lot better now.

I went to Home Depot and signed up for a contest. After that, I received a call from RainSoft and they asked me about doing a water test and I agreed. We set up a consultation which was pretty easy and the sales rep who came for the consultation was great -- he was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed us everything. This water system is so much better than the one we had in Abilene. I really like the feature that has some sort of bubbles in their system that purifies the water. Then the installers got in and did what they need to do and it's all good. Since the system was installed, my pool water is a lot easier to take care of. The only thing is that we don't have water pressure in some of our faucets in the house that are connected to the water system but that's okay because it's something we have to adjust to. So overall, I love RainSoft.

We were buying some things at Home Depot and RainSoft asked us if we would like to have our water tested, so we went with them. We went and purchased the higher model among the two that they had, and the installation team showed me some of the system basics and answered any questions I had. Since installing my RainSoft system, our skin is softer, and I’m noticing that my toilet and tub don’t have black rings like they used to. I’d recommend them.

Consultation with the sales representative worked out well, we were able to come up with the date that worked out good for everybody. We got the water soft whole house system, the RO and the oxygenator. The installation guy did the whole thing, not a bad experience. Now things are cleaner and would stay cleaner longer. We're drinking a lot more water and we hardly use any soap when we wash. We were supposed to get a voucher for a cruise but haven't seen that, but overall, we're happy. Were having a great time with RainSoft and we love it.

I deal with sustainable buildings for my full time job so I began researching on water or air treatment systems. Eventually, I got Rainsoft's services. I had a great interaction with the sales rep. He was upfront that he was new and that he was learning. That's fine with me, I'd rather him refer to the notes than tell me something wrong.

I bought a system from Rainsoft that converts the water in my washing machine so that it could wash with cool water without soap. Everything went good with the salesman - there was no problem. I installed it myself and it works except there's one problem. It doesn't let enough water to it. I couldn't put more because my machine starts beeping. But overall, I would recommend it.

RainSoft is very good, and everything went well and very smoothly. We've been RainSoft customers for 25 years now!

I have well water in my home that is high in iron content and I needed a way to get that filtered out and have usable drinking water. I then requested a water treatment system and water filters for my home from a local company that uses and sells RainSoft products. The representative I talked to was great, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained everything and demonstrated the content of a bottle of water that I had and explained what ideal water levels should be. Installation also went well. They explained everything and what I had to do. They even let me take a video with my phone so that I could make some of the changes myself.

Well, the salesperson was professional at least. He did the usual song and dance with the gross looking water sample he took from our sink compared to the pristine sample from his portable filter. And the unit we bought does work fairly well. However, had I had the presence of mind to actually shop around for the price of competing products in the same or higher rated categories, I have discovered that the best water softener money can buy cost less than of the price of RainSoft. This is beyond unreasonable. We were taken for a ride by our own gullibility. RainSoft is horrifically overpriced! Oh, and the unit was advertised as "maintenance free" except for salt. I just got a call from RainSoft offering to "service" the unit for only $159. A complete and utter rip-off in terms of cost vs. effectiveness.

I purchased the RainSoft basic system, and it's good. My water system is much better and I don’t have any major problems. Their sales representative did a good job, and was able to schedule a time that worked well for me, and the installation team was also good. RainSoft is outstanding.

My water conditioning system used to have the three cartridges under the sink. Now it's down to two, and we don't have to replace them as often and we don't have to regenerate once a week. 12 years ago, Rainsoft’s installation team drilled a hole in the sink to fit the faucet to get drinking water out of, but now they use a different kind of faucet that comes up and barely covers that hole, so it caused a leak because the hole is off a bit. My concern is that anytime you splash water out of the sink over the top of it, it barely covers that hole and there’s no washer underneath it so that if it’s off, just hitting that thing and then splashing water on it, you’re going to have water leaking under the sink.

RainSoft set up a consultation schedule that really worked well for me and they explained everything. We got the system installed for the laundry, water softener in the kitchen sink and the rest of the house. After having the system installed, everything has become different from what it was and I've noticed that my skin has become so soft.

We're enjoying our RainSoft system because the water is soft. After we got it installed in February, there are days when we would get dark colored water. I'm a little disappointed with that, but it could be because of the area we're in. Sometimes we get a dark color because of the dirt flushed into our system. I called the support guys in Columbia and did maintenance. But they told me the sediments can block up the system that's why we flush out our lines in the morning because the over flooding of our system happens overnight. But when I check our tanks, they're dirty again. I cleaned them very well when the system was put it and they're dirty again. That could be part of the city water because we're here at the bottom of the mountain and in the lower part of the country. When you get far down the line, there's only so much filtration you can get.

We had a soft water system before but we moved into a new house so we began researching for water treatment system and got RainSoft. The sales representative was very thorough and clear during the consultation and was able to schedule a time that works for us. The installation guy came and was easy to work with. Since having it installed the water feels soft. We can definitely tell a difference when we take a shower.

We had an old RainSoft and something happened to it, so we had to have a new one. Then, we scheduled a consultation at the time that worked well for us with their sales rep and it went good. Apparently, we got a water conditioning system from them. The system works well and doesn't use as much salt.

My RainSoft experience has been good. They show up on time and did what they promise to do.

RainSoft sales representative was very knowledgeable and came within a week of us calling them. I got their rain dissolve filtration system which makes the water softer - I can tell on my skin. It's really slippery and can tell a lot more when I'm washing clothes. I've always been a bottle of water fan and we just never have liked the taste of any water but this water tastes good enough to where I don't feel like I need to buy a bottle of water any more.

We heard about Rainsoft from a neighbor that had it installed. We were having problems with the water here. In some places, the water either smells or tastes funny. So I said "well, we better get a water filtering system." The sales rep explained everything and was pretty thorough. He came to my home for consultation and was real nice, polite, and helpful. He suggested one thing or another, explained why or what for, but left it for us to decide. The installation of the water softener was a nice job. The hole made through the wall to tap to the waterline was patched up smooth, looks neat and clean. Since installation, you can tell a difference when you take a shower, wash your hands, do dishes etc.

We bought a new home where I had my first experience with a well and, I was always cautious about just drinking anything. The prior owner told me that they had a neutralizer in the garage. I came by and met him briefly, and he said he maintained it himself. After hearing about what he did to maintain it, I thought that he wasn’t doing it the way it should be done. So to get a second opinion, I called the number that was on the tank to set up appointments with them to come out. Then they came out and took a look at it, and found out that it was already a very old tank that wasn’t doing anything anymore. When they tested the water, it was extremely hard and a little bit acidic, so they told me there wasn’t so much they could do with the tank. They then told me about the benefits of RainSoft, about putting in a new tank, and having a softener as well to get the hardness out of the water.

Ever since RainSoft's installation of the water softener and the reverse osmosis system, we've been using less soap. We like RainSoft very much. When they came to my home for installation, everything went well. Their installation team was very professional and was able to explain the system to me.

RainSoft is okay but I don't like some of their soaps since I haven't had a good experience with my first shipment. It didn't have my laundry detergent. Also they were supposed to give me a 30-day supply when I bought the initial package, but I only got empty bottles. I can't say there's much of a difference in my water because we're on a well anyway and we did it just to see if it could soften our water a little. The only good thing I like about it is that it will keep the water heater going longer because it's going to filter out everything before anything gets to the water heater. On the other hand, their salesperson only showed us one of the tests for the water so I was disappointed because it didn't show us anything so I probably won't do it again.

I purchased a water purification system from RainSoft and the installation was very good. Their guy installed it and went through everything very quickly, and it's one of those things that you don't have to touch. There are times when I don't know if I should be doing something and I'd probably forgotten most of what he told me simply because it isn't something you have to touch very often. Anyway, the water tastes a hundred times better. We don't even drink it out of the refrigerator anymore going through filter since we just drink it directly from the path and it's much, much better.

Our consultation with RainSoft was excellent. We purchased the whole house system because we have a well, and then a reverse osmosis under the sink. They only sent one guy for the installation. It could have been faster if they sent two guys as it was difficult on one guy but everything went well. He had to take out the old tank and put the new one in. They really need two guys to do that kind of job, and they should've let them know ahead of time what they would have to be doing. In addition, when he was doing ours and had to bleed the system, there was water all over the floor. He could have brought a small wet/dry vacuum. Nevertheless, I'd definitely recommend them. Since the system was installed, our water has been cleaner, and I don't see as much scum now.

We've had RainSoft for around 10 years and I enjoy the water's softness. It makes my hair soft without shampoo which I know it doesn't do when I'm not home. During the installation, they've upgraded it and I don't have all that junk underneath the kitchen sink that I have to switch things back and forth so it's much simpler. If anyone asks me about RainSoft, I tell them I'm happy with it.

The girl who came out with all the products was great and the service people that did the installation were very good and efficient. We've enjoyed the water since they installed the RainSoft system. It's soft and tasty. I didn't drink the water before because I didn't like the taste of it and it always made me feel sick but now I drink bottles of water lol

We originally bought a Rainsoft system 27 years ago. Our sales rep came out to actually look for that and see if he could repair our existing one. It was too old so then we have to get a new one. The installation went very good and we'd recommend them to friends.

Their sales representative answered all our questions and he was very, very good during his demonstrations. However, he said he will come back to do another test after the system is installed and it's been three months, but he still hasn't showed up, so that's disappointing. Rainsoft's system is really expensive, $6000 and I found another water softener company that is considerably cheaper, so I paid way too much. But still, the system works and we're happy with it.

I am COMPLETELY livid on how the salesman lied about not running my credit and will wait on my authorization. Instead he ran my credit without my approval just so he can get a commission. If this company are allowing employees LIKE HIM to represent their business who's to say that what they are trying to sell is ineffective and just another way to make money off of innocent people who work hard for their money? All I can say is he put a distaste in my mouth for this company and refuse to refer anyone about their products. Please if you live in Broward County Florida STAY AWAY from TIM **!

We got the home system with the water to get it throughout the house and the water faucet at the sink. Since we've had our RainSoft, I've noticed that my skin is not as dry anymore. I would recommend them.

The people from RainSoft were absolutely phenomenal. I am very pleased. They were prompt, efficient, and left my place clean. But I had to call back because after they left, the water had a weird taste. They explained to me what was going on then they sent a technician out. They were very prompt and courteous, and made some adjustments to my system so that it didn't do that anymore. They taught me a little bit that I was being neglectful, and they were very patient with me and my learning curve.

The high price is something to improve on, but I'm happy with the service.

Two things about RainSoft. One is we haven't had an appreciable change in the quality of the water. Everything was fine regarding the installation. The chap did everything quite well, very professional. I check it from time to time and make sure it's not reduced. But the shower water seems softer so there's some hardness gone out of it. However there are still some coloration showing up on the coffee pots and things like similar to what it was doing before when it ends up clouding up the sides of the plastic container. My wife spoke to someone at their office and he said something about "it may take some time" and maybe he would come and do a water test. We just want to be assured that it's working the way it's supposed to work.

RainSoft took away the bad taste of the water, and now it tastes good. The installer was good, friendly, and funny. They were awesome. I'd recommend them.

The young guy from RainSoft that came out for consultation was awesome. We got the thing in the garage and then the RO in the house. No issues with the installation. I'd recommend RainSoft.

Our consultation with RainSoft worked very well. We purchased the system for the one that sits on the kitchen sink and furnishes filtered water for our drinks and whatever we need it for. The person who came to install it was very good and did very well. He was also very polite and effective. It's been working well and we are happy with it.

RainSoft sales representative was informative and he heeps calling and checking up on us. The installer was neat, quick and explained the system to me. There's a big difference since the system's installation, although there's still a little bit of iron taste and I can smell it occasionally. I'd say three quarters, it was taken cared of. The sales rep said he'd come back and we would discuss things about it.

My parents first had a RainSoft product and we purchased our water softener from them as well. Our consultation went easily and did not have any issues with installation.

Consultation with the reps of RainSoft and when they came to my home were very good. Installation was easy to do and everything is good so far.

Rainsoft team cleaned up very nice and did a neat installation. We really see the difference in bathing though I don’t think we see the savings in shampoo and soap and all that stuff that they say. Some of the soaps don’t lather as much so I don’t think you save that much. But other than that, we’re satisfied with it. I have two minor complaints though. After they installed, the very next day they set an appointment and I thought it was too soon to assess if we can see changes affecting our lives by using the product. Second, we set up a credit of 12 months same as cash to Home Depot. They said the first payment won’t be due for at least 60 to 90 days, 2 to 3 pay cycles but it wasn’t even 30 days after and I paid $25 minimum payment for the installation. Aside from these glitches, the experience was fine. Hopefully, it lasts us a long time. I’d recommend them.

RainSoft's salesperson, Joel, gave a good presentation and took time to explain everything to us. On the other hand, the installations many months ago were not so good. I had a percolator and when I came in the house, one of the guys was hacksawing it off of my granite countertop. I asked them to replace it, but they didn't think they were going to replace it. Also, I got in touch with them last week because one of the lines broke downstairs and they have to come back and fix the drain line when they go into a regeneration. When they came back, I said, "You guys never replaced the percolator." It was a 2010 model. I was going to use it for something else and there's no sense in throwing it away. I have to buy them again. But the guy blamed his boss. So I had to get him the serial number. I'm waiting to see what happens now; if they're going to replace it. The installation guys need to be trained up.

My husband and I are enjoying RainSoft. I just had one issue earlier with the loudness of the RO unit's return water. The technician came out and he resolved that issue. Everything else is great.

The Rainsoft consultation was good. The sales rep talked to us and set up for somebody to come out. The guy that did the installation was really excellent. There's a difference in the water and I'm satisfied with the system.

Rainsoft is excellent. Their customer service was good and they were timely with their appointment. I was very satisfied with the product.

Setting up the consultation with the RainSoft sales representative was easy. She was really nice and very knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was the sales technique which was probably how she's trained with the company. It's very hard-sell tactics. I wanted to think on the prices for a little bit before we decided because we had just bought our house so we already had a lot of money going out. So I said, "Let me think on it." She said, "If you get it today, you get X amount of free soap products from this other company."

The representative continually calling me for payment for a service that was not rendered. Says service was on or around 12/9/2014, but I worked 30 days out of 31 in December 2014 and no one came to my home. Does not even know the exact date the service was rendered. Maybe she should check the log of her workers to verify hours before continually calling me and threatening to turn over to a collection agency. Do not deal with this company.

RainSoft is fantastic. Someone referred it to me and now my cousin also wanted to know how he could get one. The sales rep was nice and very professional and answered a few questions that I asked. The installation team installed something under the sink and put in the extra faucet for drinking water and the system itself floated to the rest of the house. I told them I'd recommend them to anybody. It is heaven and I like it.

I was in the store and there was a lady that was giving some promotions out. We took one and they had someone come down and take a reading on our water. I was already looking for a way to clean the water here, I had a couple of things that were supposed to do that but they weren't cleaning it good enough. That's how we ended up getting RainSoft. The installation was perfect, I can't complain. They did a real, fast, good job. No leaks until now. At the beginning, we didn't know if it was working good enough. I don't know if it takes time for the salt to work right but after a week, it started getting better each time we use it.

I've been an owner of a RainSoft water softener for over 20 years. When it works, it works great. But for years now, sometimes when it regenerates, it seems the final rinse cycle does not totally flush out the iron and residue and when you use it after that, you get a load of rust in your toilet or worst yet, the hot water heater if you draw that first. Then that takes a few days to dilute out and you have crappy water. I wish someone could tell me what to do to remedy this.

I purchased the system for the shower and my interactions with Rainsoft's installation team was good. Since the system was installed, we can tell the difference in the quality of the water. Everything is working fine as expected.

The installation was okay but I had somebody come back because one of the new pipes was leaking. They got it fixed in a timely manner, as soon as I called them they scheduled to send somebody to check it out. Since the installation, water drinking-wise, washing your hands and washing clothes, everything, is much, much better.

The sales rep went over on a Saturday which was great because my husband only has Saturdays and Sundays off. He gave us a presentation and was very informative. We signed up for the RainSoft system that day and they came and installed it on a Saturday as well so it was great. They were fast and very knowledgeable. They helped us out a lot and made sure that they answered all of our questions before they left. We got the conditioning system and since it was installed, the water is so much better. My son has super sensitive skin and he always got itchy after taking baths or showers, he hasn't complained a bit once since we got the system. You can definitely tell skin is softer and I drink our water now.

We love Rainsoft. We didn't live in the house yet where we have it but it is working well. All the company needs to improve on is communication.

We had the water softener EC4 from RainSoft. The sales representative was very good. He knew his stuff and he's very knowledgeable. I wasn't home when they installed but my husband said that it went well and smooth. I'm hoping that it will last for a lifetime.

We got the Rainsoft system installed and there were a couple of problems. The two people that installed it lived 45 minutes away, and they still drove back to see me and fix the problem. It's been great. I don't have to worry about my pipes anymore. The water has been really soft, which is very much an extra added bonus and I rarely have to clean my bathroom anymore. It was an awesome experience.

Now, our water is clean and it tastes good. I can leave a glass full to sit out overnight and it's just as good the next morning as it used to be.

I grew up on well water and everything that I've experienced with RainSoft has been great. The water definitely smells better than it did and it tastes good too. The only issue that I have is there's a little smell in the water. I noticed today that it didn't taste as clean. It had a little bit of a hard taste. One guy told me that I have to drain the hot water heater and that would get rid of the smell, which I've already have done three times. Another guy gave me different instructions. There's a little bit of unclear things that they got to resolve. Somebody is going to have to come back out and go through the system again.

Rainsoft was out here the next day after we heard about it from Home Depot and everything was great. Their installation team was knowledgeable and told me everything that was going on, how it's gonna be set up and how to use it and it was fantastic. There's a big difference since we got the water purifier and everything's great.

We made an appointment with RainSoft and the sales rep came by at our house. He had done really well and sold us the product - we purchased the whole filtration system. The water tastes a lot better and my skin feels better. I do construction so I bring a lot of water to work in a water jug. As much water as we consume for everything, it was a good investment overall.

The sales rep of RainSoft was great. Very informed, answered all my questions, provided an excellent demonstration of the product. They also have a good crew who were quick and efficient. They went through all the operations of it with me and they did a good job. In and out and left it nice and clean. I purchased the water softening and conditioning system along with the water purification system with reverse osmosis. I'm real happy with it. I've never had a water softener before and I was really impressed with the quality of the water and just even showering with it. It's a nice product and I really like it.

I'm understanding how everything is working, but I like RainSoft. The salesperson came out to test our water for free. He was knowledgeable and professional, and was able to schedule a time that worked us. I was also amazed by the installer who did all by himself. Since we had the system installed, we noticed the softness of the water. We can tell the difference when we are washing our hair and skin. I'm also trying to switch over to the products - cleaning products, shampoos, dishwashers, etc. - that we got for free that came along with the system.

We've had a very pleasant experience with RainSoft. I was very happy that we made the investment and anyone that uses that water can tell the difference. I would recommend them.

We first heard about Rainsoft from the Home Depot. We were getting a new dishwasher - we live out in the country and we knew our water was hard. We had talked about a water softener for a long, long time and just didn't think we had room inside the house to put it. Nevertheless, in our consultation with a nice elderly gentleman from Rainsoft, he said that it can go outside the house and they would set it up for us. That's what convinced us to go ahead and get it.

I learned about RainSoft from Home Depot. Their staff was great but we had a couple of bumps with the installation team. Our sump pump backed up when they were here. We got the reverse softening system and now, my son's hair is not as green anymore because our water was turning it green before we had the system.

When the Rainsoft rep came for my consultation and went through the demonstration process, he was very nice, very friendly and gave us the pertinent information regarding the system and how it compares to other systems. The installation team was very nice and answered our questions. It was good. Since having the system installed my skin is silky and nice. My cuticles aren't as dry and I have soft hair although the water tastes a little different sometimes.

My interaction with RainSoft's staff has been good. I purchased their filter and they installed it with no problem. Now our water seems to be a lot cleaner.

We got a call from somebody to do a water test. And we think something was funky with the water right here so we said okay. They came out, showed and explained to us what's going on with our water. And we decided to treat our water. We got the conditioner and softener and then at the sink, we've got RO. There was definitely a difference since installing it so we'd recommend RainSoft. It's been a very pleasant experience with them the entire time.

Rainsoft called us asking to do a water test at the house. Their representative was nice, polite, animated, good at what he did and he was excited about the stuff that he sold and so he didn't press anything. We got the water purification system with the two different filters, one to pull out the hard metals and another one to pull out the chlorine and the chemicals. The installation team showed up on time, very thorough, polite, and good. I had a special request for him and he took care of that while he was there. Since having the system installed the water was much softer and better. You cannot taste the chlorine in it. You don't need as much soap or anything.

We absolutely love Rainsoft. We see the difference in our skin. We purchased the water conditioning system and the softener from them. The sales rep was great. We asked him a lot of questions and he answered it without feeling irritated. The installation team were pretty good also. They worked well with my husband.

I told my friends about Rainsoft as I think it's a good thing to invest in them. They've been very good so far. The installation went well and they were very good people.

I bought the product 3/13. I was promised a lot of things: namely, we would only need to fill the salt tank 3-4 times per year, rust and dingy spots would be gone, and we would get free soaps. We started to notice problems with our water being hard. It got worse, despite the system reading "OK" for everything and the salt level read 2.5. Well, there was no salt. After just 2 months. I called someone out because of the hardness, and when he came I explained there was no salt which caused the hardness, but I had since filled the tank. I told him I was concerned the salt alarm was malfunctioning because it read "2.5" when there was no salt and the alarm did not go off.

The sales reps at RainSoft were polite, and they did a good work. They didn't mess around. They got in and got busy. When I wasn't satisfied with the way they put in something, one of the guys came back, redid it, and moved it from where they put it the first time. The product we purchased made a lot of difference on our water. I would recommend them.

A gentleman came and did a demo for RainSoft at the house and we liked it. The whole family was there and we saw the benefits of it and signed up on the spot. We love it. They gave us a bunch of products - hand soap, shampoo, body wash, detergent. The installation team were very professional and nice. My family asked them questions and they answered everything. We quickly noticed that the shower is a lot cleaner now. I'm guessing that the old water that we had was pretty bad because the flooring used to get real ugly and it's been clean now that we have this water. With the drinking water, you can't even tell its difference with the bottled one. So we saved a lot of money not having to buy all that water. It's been a very, very, very pleasurable experience up to this point. We had a small, little leak on the bottom of the sink but by the next day, it was already taken care of.

Since we have well water, it was recommended that we use a RainSoft system. The installation team was knowledgeable and did what was needed in replacing our tank. They were in and out, cleaned up, and went off. The technician who came here knew all about the system and explained things to us because we went from an older system to it's now more electronic type system. We were satisfied with everything. I would recommend them.

Rainsoft''s system is pretty good. When you take a shower, you feel better. When you clean your car, your car is a little bit shined than normal.

RainSoft's sales reps were great, and they were able to answer the questions that we had. The installer was nice and clear about helping us know what to expect. Everybody was helpful and knowledgeable, and we appreciated that.

Knowing what's in the water and all the crap in it isn't good for us so we wanted to get rid of that and have soft water. We had a water softener and the reverse osmosis and then recently, we got a new reverse osmosis in the apartment we're in. Both sales representatives we've worked with and the installation team have been good. They left the work area clean and were respectful. Since having the system installed, we've had good water, the water that we were used to from the previous house we were in. I'd recommend RainSoft and would use them again.

We began looking into a water treatment system because of the amount of calcium that was in the water that we kept seeing. The sales representative from RainSoft was very professional, answered everything we needed to know and explained everything in detail. Awesome guy. We also got the water filters for our sinks. The installation team did a great job. They explained what they were doing step by step. They were in and out. Since having the system installed, we noticed right away that taking a bath, you feel cleaner, and water tastes better. I've recommended RainSoft to my brother and several other people.

I decided to get RainSoft water treatment system because the guy that came and did the explanation made me feel like the water is horrible and I better do it because the water is just awful in San Diego. So it took 3 hours but that's what did it. Their sales rep was professional, courteous, friendly, on the point, very helpful and nice. I didn't have much interaction with their installation team when they came to our home but they did things efficiently. They explained that there was no way they could do the extra hole in the sink in the kitchen for the drinking water, and I was disappointed with that, but they explained why. And of course I had a sink that I wouldn't want damage done to it but there was nothing I could do once I already signed up.

What an experience we had with RainSoft. We had a little issue with some iron. We live out here in the estates, out in the country, and we have a lot of iron problems. We gave up on the old system and bought this one, and it really got bad. They came back and made some changes. It appears to be doing better. I'm noticing a little bit of discoloration in some of the fixtures. But all in all, as far as the people that we worked with, it's fantastic. It's great. We were riding down a road and saw RainSoft on the side of a truck. This was at about 1:00 in the afternoon, and we came home and called them at about 4:00 p.m. The RainSoft rep came over at 7:00 that night. And two days later, we had our system installed. Their installer is just a super guy, good to work with. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I couldn't ask for any better. We're very happy with the whole situation so far.

I'm the one who pushed my husband to get Rainsoft. We're building a house and we were having well water, so I was a little nervous about drinking the water. We had our water tested at Home Depot at the free testings there. The Rainsoft sales representative was adept at testing and we purchased the EC4 technology. Their installation team was very professional and quick and that's what I really liked. They knew what they were doing and got it done. Everybody at Rainsoft was very professional. And we've noticed some changes in the taste of the water and even in the clarity.

We looked into RainSoft's water treatment systems because we were concerned about our water. So we purchased one for our drinking water. I'd recommend it.

We have really lousy water. It's very hard. There was a lot of particles in a glass with our ice cubes. The representative of RainSoft did a good presentation and we were ready to go ahead and do it. We purchased the RainSoft filtering service with the salt and then we have the one underneath the sink. We also have the air freshener and the washing machine where you don't have to use soap or less soap to wash your clothes. The installer did a great job. The only thing is he couldn't get in the crawlspace far enough. It narrowed down to the point where he couldn't get up there for our refrigerator to be hooked up. He got the line all the way up there but he couldn't get it attached to the refrigerator underneath because he was a husky guy.

We researched water treatment systems because our water was like crap and we needed to do something about it. We had another water company come in and they could not get it corrected so we were looking for somebody who could come in and get the water resolved. The RainSoft sales representatives were very knowledgeable and very courteous and the people who came out and installed the system were very good guys and knew what they was were doing. They did a very good job and solved the problem.

RainSoft did an excellent job installing the water conditioning system. We had it when I was a kid growing up and our water was soft, so I've always wanted one ever since I moved out.

We looked into Rainsoft Water Treatment Systems because we knew we were on well water. We had just bought the house and wanted to get our water tested. Their sales representative was very nice. He was on time and it went really well. We purchased the whole home system, except for the thing that hooks up to your washer.

I have no problems with the Rainsoft products. It's been wonderful and I'd recommend them to others.

We have the filtration system for the whole house and a water softener put on it. We love the sales representative and the installation guy did everything perfect. He was great. He did the job. I'm already talking to people about Rainsoft, tell them how great it is.

We purchased from RainSoft the water softener and the purifier and also that do with the washing machine. The installation team was good and the water has much better taste and saves money. I haven't had to buy a water like we always did.

The only part I didn't get from RainSoft was Alkaline Water Filter but I intend on adding that some other time. I was really impressed with their installation team. They did a good job. The person who sold it to me promised me more points on the products than I actually received so I was a little disappointed on that. But other than that, I have had a positive experience.

When the sales reps came to our home, it was fine and I ended up purchasing the smaller of the two products. I have a distiller here and I distill my own drinking water. I distilled some water that came out of my faucet about a week after the installation, and there was about a tablespoon of brown syrup left in my distiller. So I gave it to the RainSoft guy and he put it in a little vial, and he told me he was going to get back to me with what it is and where it came from. Nobody has called me and it's been 2 months. But overall, I'm satisfied.
