This website is a scam. I went on to my local property records, got redirected to this website and now I've got a bunch of recurring charges which I never signed up for. Now I have to go through and try to get them removed. Be careful when looking for records on your local website.

very quick service and good results.. He analyzed the issue with a quick understanding and took the action I asked for... Hopefully will see the refunded amount soon! Will give a better feedback in the future.

I was unaware of continued charges from this website when I just needed to order a property line map on 3/17/26. It removed money again today 4/17/26 and they helped me to remove the account and refund my funds.

I liked the service and the information. There was confusion on the billing, and Scott helped me resolve this quickly. I was not happy about a charge, but it was resolved to my satisfaction. Customer service was very responsive.

The person that helped me with my problem helped me fully and I really appreciate it, Scott helped me and he helped me stopping a recurring charge I had since January and I told him to help with 2 months and he did, God Bless him.

Signed up for the service to gather information regarding a property I was doing maintenance for and needed some blueprints. Although this service does not provide any blueprints or information pertaining to building specifics, it did provide interesting information about timeline on ownership, detailed satellite map of the building and its property bounds, flood plain information, a load of really detailed information on demographics of the surrounding town/neighborhood (i.e. socioeconomical income, type of work, avg age, longevity avg living in the home, etc.). If you are doing research and places to live this information will give you an idea of the people who live around there. This is not exactly what I needed, but the property I needed info on is a church and this information is very helpful for us to have getting to know our community better. It was worth the information even though no blueprints are available.

I bought one report package and did not opt in for continued subscription, yet they kept charging me monthly. There was not an obvious opt-in or out of that or I would not have. Be careful if getting a report, as they'll keep charging you. They did refund once I caught it, but just be careful when buying from them.

I was probably rushing to complete my task and I didn’t read that I would be charged an additional $20 but that’s on me. Make sure that if you don’t need the service long-term that you don’t opt in for any additional subscription. The customer service agent was helpful and courteous.

You can get a lot of useful information from this service, but be very careful not to sign up for a monthly subscription unless that is what you really want to do.

As I reviewed my credit card statement, I noticed a recurring charge of $20. I had forgotten that I had signed up for the service. I signed in to PropertyRecord.com and chatted online with Donna. I requested that my subscription be cancelled and also asked for a refund which she did promptly. The procedure went smoothly and I will keep an eye out for the credit on my credit card. She told me that the credit would show up on my statement in 3-5 days.

I do not remember signing up for this service, although I guess I must have. Realized after a year that I had been getting charged $30/month. Once I discovered the charges they cancelled it promptly, but I wish I’d noticed the charges sooner. Cost me $360 for I don’t even know what.

I was trying to use the site in my work in real estate. I signed in and paid for a single use. I happened to notice a couple of weeks later my bank was billed for Propertyrecord.com. I emailed and had them cancel and refund the charge. To me this was not a huge deal. It was easy enough to correct. I gave it no more thought thinking it had been handled but yesterday I noticed they are trying to bill my account again. I sent an email and was told my account was active. I don't know if they are incompetent or criminal but regardless they will continually charge your account.

While this site is helpful it is confusing to figure out what you’re paying for. I had 3 separate charges for different amounts. I thought I only authorized two of them. Beware that you need to monitor this closely. Customer service was helpful and was able to easily close my account and prevent further charges.

They have hidden fees and will auto bill you MONTHLY because you wanted 1 report and didn't read the fine print. The information is also very inaccurate. I would not recommend this site to anyone for any reason.

I kept getting $5 and $20 charges on my monthly VISA billing. I contacted the Maricopa County Recorder's Office via Chat and was pleasantly surprised they could help me almost immediately. And this occurred on Easter Sunday, when I thought there would be no service available. The office was able to immediately locate my account and at my request, eliminated the account. And I should therefore not have any further charges to my VISA account. I was pleased with the results.

Pamela did a very good job helping me get my account closed. I appreciate her work. However as a company I am highly dissatisfied with your service. You made it appear as if I were paying a one time payment of $9.95 for the info I wanted, but then you found a way to actually sign me up for a monthly service. I have been cheated out of two or three payments for no service. You should be much more ethical and make your motives and charges much clearer. I will not be using your service in the future and will tell anyone who asks that I found your practices questionable.

Ugh. I somehow interacted with them and got signed up for a recurring monthly subscription, which I didn't catch. It must have been in very small print. And forced the user to OPT OUT instead of having you OPT IN. Very slimy business practice.

Well, it took some doing, but the rep did, in the end, resolve my situation. "It" couldn't answer my questions about double billings, then told me I had 2 accounts. Supposedly I started a 2nd one 5 days after cancelling the first one, but problem is they were double billing me since the beginning of the 1st one (for 3 months), then continued double billing me for the next 2 months.

I had an misunderstanding on what I signed up for and got what I thought was double billed. However, your agent was kind and politely explained I signed up for an account, and received the report as part of that ongoing service, and then helped me close the account.

I ordered one property report for $9.95, and apparently received two additional charges for PDF reports for $7 and another charge for $1. Then I received three additional emails advising that my account allowed me to continue searching for properties, but each email including two a day apart were associated with a $9.95 charge to my credit card. I did not authorize or request any property search, and I do not recall any notification that I was subscribing to a service with random charges. It reeks of a scam. The service is good, but being charged for unnecessary extras and random charges on my credit card is poor business. I won't use your company again because of this.

The only thing that would make your service better is if there was a longer time before the first payment charge (it was less than the next day for me) perhaps consider two or three days before first payment after the initial $1 charge, since I already paid for extras $1 report charge, $9 for owners, $9 for deed, $15 for comprehensive property report, and then the $7 pdf charges add up way too quickly.
