They had said they needed a copy of the deed on my home to show my assets, but I sent them the information from your website. I was told it wasn't a real deed and that I would have to go to the courthouse to get one. Which I have done.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The company is a scam. They do not disclose that the service they provide is a subscription. Ordering one document results in recurring charges on your credit card. Resulting documents are close to worthless.

I wanted to look up a property and I understood I was to be charged $1 then another charge popped up $18. I looked at the specifics of the property in question. As it turned out my total came to $58. Supposedly I received an email about canceling within 24 hours so the charges another $19 and $20 added up very quickly within 2 days I had a total of $58 charged. To me I feel as though I was SCAMMED.

I initially had a good experience. I was charged $1.00 for simple record I could view online. Then, a couple days later, I was informed by my bank that they tried to take out $30, which I didn’t authorize at all! I did NOT sign up for any kind of plan that allowed them to take any more money out. Luckily my bank’s fraud department caught it. I would not recommend using propertyrecord.com at all!

I am beyond furious with this deceptive company! Initially, they advertise their service for just $1, claiming it grants access to public records. That seemed fair enough, and I thought it was a straightforward deal. But what they don’t clearly tell you is that after that initial dollar, they sneakily start charging you $30 every single month without any proper notification. This continues until you finally notice it, which in my case, added up to an outrageous $120 before I caught on! This isn’t just misleading; it’s a blatant scam. They rely on people not noticing the charges, and by the time you do, they’ve pocketed a significant amount of your hard-earned money. There’s no honest reminder, no transparent billing practices—just hidden fees tucked away, draining your account silently.

This company is a total scam. The information they provide can easily be obtained by other means through public records. They make it appear that they are only charging you a few dollars but what they fail to tell you is that they will charge your card $30/month thereafter. You are required to contact customer service to cancel the service you unknowingly signed up for. Their very limited website should've been the telltale sign. It's a total scam.

There was some confusion with my sign up/account and I unknowingly was paying a monthly charge. The online chat customer service team was very understanding and helpful when I contacted them and resolved the issue immediately. They said they operate with integrity and held true to that. Getting records was good but they kinda scam by luring you in with the $1 and then charge you $20 a month until you catch it. It’s easy to cancel but you just have to pay close attention to your account because they will sneak in and take the $20 a month.

Their website stated $1.00 for property report and then my bank notified me of a suspicious $30 charge from them that the bank declined. To make matters worse, I then started getting unauthorized charges of up to $700 to the same credit card from other merchants! As a result I had to have my card canceled and get a replacement.

Our realtor brought it to our attention that the county records were incorrect on the square footage of our house and that our taxes would be incorrect and we should be paying less. I looked them up and found all kinds of information that was both useful and interesting. Very well put together, and yes I will be contacting the county to report this misinformation.

I recently contacted PropertyRecords.com to request the removal of my personal information from their database. Despite my efforts, the responses from PropertyRecords.com were unacceptable. In my communication, I provided an official letter from the court verifying that my data was removed from public record in 2018. Regardless of where PropertyRecs.com obtained my data, they are responsible for removing it upon request. However, PropertyRecords.com failed to comply with this request.

Generally a pleasant site. Very much detail. Home value was calculated a minimum of $20,000 to $40,000 less than other sites, such as Homes.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com and Zillow. Estimate by local realtors far exceeds Home Values estimate.

I was lead to this site by visiting county tax office. I was pleased to find all the info concerning my home. It was complete with all the details about my property. I look forward to using this site again, should I need more info.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I was looking for a property survey report for the advertised $1.00. I was not given a receipt nor was one sent to my email as a confirmation. When the report was so incorrect, I decided to check my credit card transactions and found I was charged $18.95 that also was to be recurring. The report was for a non specific address on the street requested and for a house that sold in 2006. The house I was inquiring about last sold in the 1990's. When I called the customer service number it had a recorded message that the number was no longer in service. I called a 2nd and a 3rd number and was placed on an extended hold at each. I got onto the live chat where I was assured that they would cancel the charges and close my account. I'm not convinced that this is a legitimate site.

Totally fenced in back yard. Sliding door in back that has open access directly to the enclosed back yard. Pictures of the house hidden by trees shows next door house instead.

I was very disappointed with the results. I wanted today's value of the home compared to recent completed sales in the nearby area. I could have obtained all or most of the information you provided on my own, and the current estimated value for 2019. The home last sold in 2000, 19 years ago. I found the assessment/sales record information I was looking for. Using the site was easy enough. There was much more information available than I thought I would find. The sales transaction and property value information appeared to be accurate. I like that I can log in any time I want to review my report.

They just sold 2 homes in this area for $115,000 and $150,000. 1 on 3 acres and the other on 2 + acres. I sold my home back in 2012, 4 tier home with horse barn on 6 acres for $199.000. Tax rate and home insurance rate high but could not sell it for what it was worth. SAD. I remarried in 2011 and moved in the smaller home with my new husband because we thought this would be more affordable because we retired and thought we could live here forever. I came across this site trying to get a price for a possible FHA refinance loan. The site seems to more accurate than others that state it's free. I somewhat agree with the price however it does not tell how the house has lots of craftsmanship that isn't like the average home in the neighborhood. This home also has very nice fireplace, 8 inch capped baseboards and extremely nice crown molding. Also a great front porch with slate flooring and slate sidewalk. I ordered a $1 basic report which displayed a basic internet street photo and address info. Building size, year built, number of bedrooms, number of baths and last sold fields were blank. Current property taxes were not even in the ballpark. I'm not sure how the value was estimated. What can you expect for a $1? What I didn't expect was a rash of confirmation emails and text messages for other services from the agent and his manager. I responded by thanking them for the $1 report and told them that I didn't need anything else. I also didn't expect an 18.95 per month automatic charge billed to my credit card! When I called the phone number on the credit card billing, the Property Record company was very quick to have the bogus charge removed. It sounded like this is something that happens all the time. It's up to you to catch this billing and turn it off. I'm not sure how it got turned on in the first place. NEVER AGAIN.

I went to the website and was looking for the property line of the house I just rented. I want to put up a fence. I was not charged what I was told. I was told $1.90 and my account was charged $18.95. I also only got the lot size - no lines for the property. Although it was somewhat helpful in other ways, it wasn't what I was looking for. The agent they gave me was quick to respond. However, this was not the site I needed.

The report that I received was detailed and held quite a number of things I didn't know about where I live. All of it for a dollar. Although it didn't hold everything I was looking for, I am still happy with what I did find in there.

I learned AFTER contacting customer service that there were two such changes, so a $1 cost became a $40 charge. They use scammy language. Phone operator said she was "authorized to refund two payments," but that I'd have to e-mail a request to the manager for the other three. Horrifying scam.
