All sales, preinstall, installation and quality visits are friendly, professional and efficient. Installation was easy and clean. The product is pretty and energy efficient. We had the roof done last spring by power too. The roof and windows will last longer than I will! And the warranty lasts for two owners. I highly recommend Power and plan to continue to improve my property with Power.

Couldn't be happier! Everyone was on time and professional. They did the roof and gutters within a few days, and the result was exactly what they promised. No complaints here. We previously used them for replacing all of our windows, and would highly recommended them for either project.

My experience with Power was beyond a perfect siding install. Everyone I had to deal with were the most respectful, informative and all around great crew. I put this off for so long and I couldn't be happier. The installers were very professional and hard workers. They came early and stayed late and the project only took three days. So kudos to all.

Due to COVID-19 the installation got delayed. The workers were polite but the installation of one section was sloppy that one of them has to return to redo it. 6 months after it was installed I am still waiting for one window to be replaced due to damage on the glass on delivery. They are good to their promise of no payment not until the customer is satisfied. Overall the windows are giving me more privacy, security, peace and savings in the long run.

I had meticulously went over what would would be done to 7 of the windows I needed replaced at my house and received my estimate. The second person came and also went over the windows and we signed a contract and I paid half. The third visit was to take exact measurements. The people who took the measurements told me that I needed to pay an extra $800 for the work to be done! I called management to see where the issue lied and literally I have spoken and seen a totally different person for every visit and for every phone call. I requested a refund immediately! Absolute waste of time and money. The business does not have communication within them. Incredibly frustrating. ALSO my neighbor saw their truck out front and asked for one of them to come by because she had used them before and said all the seals on her windows were broken! SO HAPPY I DODGED THIS BULLET!!

From the appointment to view and price quote to the install of the products this company was awesome. They were detailed in the presentation and review. They offered the recommendations for what products we needed to replace. They were detailed as we went through the process to order the items and everything was double checked along the way. Everything was installed quickly and with professionalism. They kept us up to date with any delays or changes with our install.

They explained the process of how the installation would go. They arrived on time and did the work quickly - according to how they said it would go. The team worked very hard and quickly, but showed attention to protecting the house and surroundings. There was one detail that I did not feel great about when the job was done and they came right back and corrected it. I am very pleased.

The technician explained the process before starting the work. He began by measuring the door opening prior tearing out to ensure the correct door had been ordered. After l approved the door he began his work. He put down tarps to protect the floor and removed the old door and frame. He noted There was no insulation so he had a foam installation. He was very precise and all the work that he did, Cleaned up all excess material and the area where he had been working. The door is beautiful and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. My only disappointment is that Power does not do storm doors, therefore, I have to find another company to install a storm door. Personally I believe the job is only partially completed. I do have to commend Power on the outstanding work they performed.

They were scheduled for early afternoon and I received a call that they were done with their first project early and could get to me sooner than expected, which was great because I didn't have to wait around all day. They were respectful and very cautious due to COVID-19. They cleaned up everything and you couldn't tell they were even here except for the remarkable new windows. The 5 windows and sliding glass door I had installed look great. Can't wait for my new bay window on project number 2 to be done.

We loved the guy who came out to contract the work. In retrospect, if it sounds like too good to be true, it probably is. It was a two phase process. The scheduling was efficient. We were told that a crew member would be onsite in a red T-shirt. He was here off and on but spoke no English. That was a barrier when I started noticing that things were pretty sloppy with soffits not fitting properly, nails flying all over the place and fascia not laying in straight lines/edges. I asked him to fix things as I noted them but for about half, he didn’t understand or pretended to not understand.
The next days the gutter guys came. When they were wrapping up, I noticed that there was a ton of exposed wood along the roof line. Asked why that was and he explained that the roof didn’t have a drip edge/flashing. I called the company. Manager came out. Said there was nothing they could do and this wasn’t within the scale of their work. Technically true. I asked why they didn’t point this out to us and the time of consultation, he threw the sales guy under the bus, citing that he was out of practice since covid. Ok.
We asked now what - he advised a roofing company come out. Price tag? 8k dollars. If we had known there was an essential flaw in our roof, we would have budgeted different. Done that work first then the remaining gutters, etc. Now we are between a rock and a hard place - there is exposed wood and this must be taken care of except we don’t have the money for it. So ya. Thank you Power.

It was a great experience from the demonstration to the end. Salesperson was great, measured. Another person came and remeasured, the job was done, very professional and efficient! Co-owner came out and checked every window and re-explained how to clean the windows and how to use them, and how to clean the windows, as the head of the team had done. We were very satisfied with the entire process. My neighbors have noticed the windows and have commented on them. My neighbor across the street had put all the windows in her house (I could only afford doing the front) and you can tell the difference, even she noticed! She paid for the whole house the same amount I paid for only the front! But it was worth it! You can see a huge difference.

I was very happy with the quality of the work done on my new windows and especially the lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. It started with someone from Power knocking on my door to see if I needed any work done and she left me a card with an appointment with a salesperson to do a free estimate. The salesman Chris was very nice and spent 2 and a half hours doing a very thorough presentation which sold me on getting the windows done. Job was completed and I was very happy.

After a decent experience with gutter/soffit/fascia work through Power, we also decided to get our roof completed after it was still leaking in many places behind the gutters. We were assured that the crew that was coming out was very experienced, and it would be completed within 1-2 days max. The leaking we just assumed it was our bad roof, and not their shoddy work. We also specifically allotted extra decking to be added to the project, as a portion of our home is 50ish years old and had a lot of heat stress. We also stated over, and over that we were done accepting subpar work from those working for us, and were happily willing to dish out A LOT of money to make sure it was completed correctly. Again, quality was assured, and the project began.
Instead of removing the material, as asked and budgeted for, the initial roofers just took care of the water damaged only areas and left the rest. Once the nails were ran through the weak wood, it shattered and was not stable enough to be a base for the shingles. There was also complete collapse in some areas near the ridge vent (all you would see is their substitute tar paper and nails, no wood, up in the attic). I had, at one point on day 1, took my dog out to the restroom and heard the project manager explaining their product to the workers. They had absolutely no idea what it was! You can't tell me that's an experienced person or crew. Not at all.
We had also asked for a drive off dumpster to be used and removed off the property each day as we're on a dead end and cannot park our vehicles anywhere. This roll off dumpster wasn't removed after the first day as was agreed prior, and the entire driveway was completely filled with trash (ex. a whole rotisserie chicken in the Texas heat in the middle of my carport? Disgusting) and materials/debris. This left my vehicle trapped, and unable to move. The next day as they came to complete the remainder of their work (supposedly), they blew/dropped shingle material on the hood of my car, one worker swiped it around on the hood, and was also swiped up the sides and doors by one of their workers with debris they picked up near the vehicle.
Luckily this was caught on camera, or I doubt Power would have fessed up. I was never notified that anything occurred, and saw the damage on my own as we inspected their work. There were also several vents left detached and we, the customers, were made to reattach them. Again, this was not told to us; we had to inspect and find the issue on our own. One was a gas vent. Not safe at all. They had to come back a third day to wrap up. There was also damage to portions of the gutters, valley guards, drip edge, etc. We expected some damage, but were assured that it would all be taken care of. Power was so happy, "Look at how much money we saved you on the project by removing all of that wood cost!" 100% not what we wanted or agreed on.
All of the issues were brought forth to Power, and their project manager and workers agreed that what was done was negligent, but was said under confidence. I will not state names so Power doesn't retaliate against them. Around this time, the quote for the damage to my car was completed, and submitted to upper management so they could prepare the check. They agreed, and my car went in for about a week and a half worth of work. I didn't get a rental because I knew they would take it out of the worker's check, and since I'm a teacher and at home anyways, I let it go. The gaps in the wood by the ridge vents were brought up to management in the Houston location, and after a bit of back and forth, he agreed to add wood back, no cost to us.
This took another 2 days, but the workers were of a lot higher quality than before. When we looked up in the attic, there was even more damaged wood, and even more holes. There was also a leak in one of the new exhaust vents put in. My husband was able to fix the leak on his own, but again, what customer does the work for the workers?? By this point in time, my car was complete and I call management to prepare the check and submit to the body shop. He refused saying he couldn't churn out a check in less than 24 hours (he had the quote, and all of the body shop's information for over a week). He also refused to get me a rental at this point, as I needed to get back to my campus the next day for training, as well as refusing issuing the check to me personally.
He stated that this had to be after the completion of the roof. While I understand how it works due to billing, my vehicle wasn't ever contingent on the roof completion. A workaround should have been completed on his end. He more or less held my car hostage until I paid for it on my own and we got it in writing that they would pay us back. Part 3 of roof repairs. There was a hiatus in work, as I had a full weeks' worth of training online for work and couldn't deal with people banging over my head, knocking, on the door, etc. Work began again on the same area, and we had to put up the money AGAIN for the wood we wanted replaced (or, rather, had paid for, but was refunded when they didn't use it).
This took another 2 days as they wouldn't send out a full crew, just a couple of guys. Keep in mind that none of the damaged gutters, valley guards, etc. were still not corrected nearly a month later since the first bit of roofing work. Management had the gall (but later remembered and apologized) to say I was attempting to drag out the work so we could get out of paying a bit longer. He personally came out and completed most of the remaining work, and then brought in the gutter crew to complete the rest.
Oh, my husband also went up on the roof and fixed the crumpled fascia and drip guard that the guy from management couldn't fix. Now complete, instead of doing a quick walk around to confirm all work was completed correctly and then sign off on the work, he tried to shove the tablet in my hands DURING the pandemic to sign off. I'll wait until my husband comes back to confirm the work, and then we'll sign off digitally, thanks. As a whole, horrible experience and absolutely was not worth the time or stress. Next time I'll be getting work completed from a local company.
TL;DR. Work quality has absolutely has to be begged and dragged out from the company and their workers. I'm not expecting the work to hold up to their supposedly quality assurance and warranty standards, and I know I won't be calling them either unless it's to ask for them to reimburse another roofing company to complete any repairs due to their failings, if/when they occur. Power, their staff, their workers all will never set foot on our property again because they have proven that they do not respect us, or our home.

I had such a great experience with Power Home Remodeling that I'm also getting my siding done. First, the windows and door that were installed are AMAZING! Great quality and they make a difference in so many ways (noise reduction, energy saving, and aesthetics). The installation team was great! They were nice, professional, and were easy to talk to. We had four guys install 17 windows and one sliding glass door, and they were finished in less than six hours. WOW!!! EVERY person I've talked to at Power Home Remolding has been kind and professional. From the sales person to the quality control director. Nothing but a great experience from start to finish. I was thoroughly educated on the siding at the first meeting, the appointments were kept that were set (with the exception of the quarantine hitting and disrupting the 1st appt, but I received a call to cancel in a timely fashion), once the pre-inspection was completed everything went very fast. I received instructions on what to do so the dumpster and materials being delivered wouldn't be delayed. The workers showed up as scheduled, the 4th of July weekend interrupted work, but after the holiday things were back on track.
Once completed, there was an initial 'walk around' to look for any problems. A couple of minor things were spotted and fixed within the hour. The finishing touch was putting on the wonderfully huge gutters (no more overflow in the winter to create 'The Driveway of Death'), which took less than half a day to put on. The overall experience was great and my house looks FANTASTIC! I put the neighbors to shame, some of them are out painting their houses now...

The company engages in cold calling, calling at odd hours starting at 7AM. After a few tries I decided to have them come in and provide an estimate. The conversation went something like, "We're in the neighborhood and can be over there and provide discounts as we're already in the area." The lady on the call captured the information and scheduled the appointment. Received an email with the confirmation, a few minutes later another call from the same number and now a new scheduler is on the call with the same pitch, in the neighborhood blah, blah.
When I mention that there is already a scheduled appointment, the person on the call says, "Since you're fortunate to have a job and working let's cancel this and not disturb you," and hangs up. No one shows up, when I call in there is a new scheduler who is unaware of what has transpired and tries to schedule yet another appointment. Schedules appointments, keeps track of when the customer is around, cancels appointments. The company seems to be a sham company.
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. After having half of my windows done by Power by a group of three who did an excellent job I decided to get the rest down a few months later. This job was done by two males who did a very sloppy job. Along with the windows I also had two doors replaced. Through this new front door that was installed I can see daylight from the inside from the floor and up about three inches. The patio door that was installed has caulk smeared everywhere on the bottom sides of the door on the outside and inside the carpet was cut and is no longer anchored down. On the two new windows the screen on one is all bent up on the top and on the other it doesn't fit in the screen opening. And for this I have to pay out the **! For what I have to pay for these doors and windows the work should have been close to perfect. If you need proof, I can provide pictures. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

Power Home came into my home to do window replacement. The paperwork stated 'possible sheetrock patching' - they said it would be an easy fix. I took their word for it. I am not a construction worker. I don't do home repairs. But after they were done, I had called 8 different people to do this fix - every single one of them said Power butchered my walls. Window guys said the insulation was terrible. They did more damage to my walls than necessary. If I could post photos here I would.
I've emailed, called, numerous times. They are refusing to make good on their terrible work. So I've gone ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB as well as utilized other resources to get this properly rectified. Next step is contacting a lawyer and the State AG. I actually had a 2nd job scheduled with them but after seeing this, I cancelled. The guy gave me such a hard time when I wanted to cancel. Their product might be great but they did a piss poor job and treated the paying customer like dirt.

PHR salesman came to the house for quoting window replacement for all windows that needed it, and at our request itemized by room/area separately. We had already ball-parked roughly $1000 per window installed, parts & labor. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable about company and products, and pricing was additionally discounted for being a BJ's Wholesale member. Then there was an additional discount for "sign today" which we took advantage of for one section/area of our house that desperately needed new windows due to non-opening status and failing seals/insulation. Total project came out to just under $1K per window with all discounts so it was a good buy. Salesman measured for initial quote.
About 3 weeks later a pre-install inspector came out to re-measure and finalize details for install scheduled 1 month later. Install was delayed due to COVID-19 shutdowns but company kept us posted on restart plans. Actual install was 2-3 months later. Installer - 1 guy, not a crew - came out promptly at the start of the appointment time (730a) and re-measured everything before touching anything. Tackled the most complex/largest window first, took him 3 hours to remove old and install new. Very meticulous with spray-foam insulation and caulking, caulking, caulking. New windows are smaller surface area than old windows due to insert style of replacement. Easy to open and close (casement/crank) and screens are very low-profile, easy to remove for cleaning.
Project manager came out to check status towards end of install (all day, almost 12 hours) and go over all details, warranty info, answer q's, etc. Installer was protective of all areas and cleaned up thoroughly, inside and out. Only problem through the entire process was that PHR phone numbers appear as "Potential Spam" on mobile phone screeners so you have to answer those calls when you know you're waiting on calls for scheduling, appointment confirmations, etc.
When they left voicemails, the reps wouldn't leave direct dial or extension numbers so you have to call the main 800 number and wait through menus to get to a person; that said, every rep was able to look up the account and check status, answer questions, give info, etc. so they are a very large company but must have a very detailed records system, with employees who actually use it to log all actions. Will wait and see if any problems develop with the product or installation. After 1 rainstorm, no leaks. Sun/heat is definitely cut down dramatically. So far so good. If all stays good, will definitely consider PHR for future work.

Our project was delayed from March 2020 to June 2020 because of COVID-19 but they completed the installation in about a week and a half, delay because of weather 3-4 days. Roof looks great and now it can breathe because of the ridge vent and special air vent in special first roof shingle. Siding with insulation was installed with trim around all exterior door and windows. Gutter installed in one day. Excellent work done by Power.

I had my siding and gutters and capping installed. The installation was terrible. Since day one I have had to get shoddy work fixed. Also they are careless. They chipped my pavers on my front porch and they put a hole in my swimming pool liner. They assumed responsibility and promised to fix the damage their installers caused. When they received the estimates they denied any damage, despite the photos and conversations with their warranty department. Please do not use this company. They were double the price of other reputable companies and the work is average at best.
We apologize for any undue frustration or inconvenience. Roofing and gutter project - Crews were on time, courteous, professional and treated our home like it was their own. Amazing process to watch. Power team was like a well oiled machine, everyone having a purpose, no wasted motion. I watched them move quickly to the next task after finishing the one they were assigned. Top notch materials. Finished at 3PM on humid June day. Before they came, our AC would have normally been running. After Power finished, temperature in the house actually went down! AC not running! The extra investment will pay for itself within a year. Try Power if you are looking for a great product and company.

I initially only had 3 windows replaced because I wanted to see what kind of work they did. I was very pleased with the installers who were very nice & polite, & also the project manager who came by to check on them & give a hand. I agreed to have the remaining windows, 13, replaced based on that experience. My install date was a Saturday in October. It was cold & had rained early in the day. The installers (2) were a few minutes late, no biggie. One guy tried to talk me out of the installation saying it was going to rain again so maybe I should wait. I'd already waited several months & my weather app showed no more rain. I declined to wait, the guy trying to talk me out of it gave me attitude & the window he installed won't lock now. I only realized it when the COVID lockdown occurred, since I was working from home I took advantage of the fresh air flowing through my house.
To be fair I haven't called Power yet to have them come out & they do have a warranty. Also the project manager never showed. He only called & spoke to the rude guy. I felt like once they got me to agree to the windows there was no need for customer service. I also received a great rate & discount based on the number of windows I purchased.

Low key sales pitch with pressure to "sign now" to get this "best" price. Product seemed good, on paper. Installers were good, neat and somewhat detailed. Had a new door and garden window installed. The door exterior is not holding up to the weather (which was mild this winter) with obvious nicks that have to be touched up each month. Mold is present on the caulking. Garden window handle placement to crank open side panels is not convenient. Have to step on a stool to reach them. The interest on the financing of the project with Power was much higher than expected based on my high credit score. I would not recommend Power for your project.

A brief history before I begin. I live in a single family home, rancher style. The house is on the corner so it is very visible. My roof was about 22 years old at the time. I purchased the home when I was 20 years old and knew very little; in hindsight I should have waited to buy, but that is not the point. When I bought the home, thankfully, the mortgage was via FHA so the owner needed to fix some items before selling the house. One of those things in need of repair was the roof because it needed shingles and there was a significant sized leak coming into the master bedroom and living room. The owner did the bare legally standard minimum repairs in order to be able to sell the home. This was back in 1998 so who knows what the rules were. The house passed FHA inspection and I was able to purchase it - all 1,150 square feet of it. It's not a big home. This was to be my 'starter' home, but as they say, "life happens".
I had dealt with Power Home Remodeling over the years while living here and my initial impressions were not good. They would, and still do, quite literally 'hunt' you down in the aisles of BJ's Wholesale Club. If my information was obtained by their telemarketing team the calls would be relentless bordering on stalking. Needless to say, now that I was in desperate need of a new roof I would not be reaching out to Power Home Remodeling. I shopped around and received some estimates. I needed a complete new re-deck as well as the shingles, etc. I knew that because of my procrastination and lack of funds would make this job rather expensive since any roofing company in their right mind would need to rip the entire roof off down to the studs, lay new plywood (re-decking), etc. I was expecting the job to be anywhere between 15K - 25K based off of estimates I had received from other roofing companies. They came in at 18.9K.
It was by sheer luck and timing that a neighbor was using Power Home Remodeling, so they had representatives knocking on doors in the neighborhood to try and book free estimates for whatever home improvement product you might need. I answered the door and was immediately apprehensive, to say the least. I relayed all of my bad experiences to the representative and expressed my concerns about pricing since after all Power Home Remodeling is the largest contractor in the area where I live. He was very friendly and courteous and said that a lot of things had changed at the company over the years so I should give them a second chance. I scheduled my free estimate for the next day after 3pm.
The next day I received a call to confirm the appointment and if I still agreed then the sales reps would be there shortly. They arrived around 3:30pm. I informed the two female reps that this appointment was a ruse and that they were not going to make a sale today. Even knowing that they proceeding through their pitch very friendly and enthusiastically. They were very knowledgeable and very determined. I had to say I was impressed not only by their level of knowledge and that I got to see and touch the actual materials that would be used, but also by the incredible on-the-spot inspection of my current roof including photos and videos. The rep went right up into my attic as well as a walk-around outside. Most of the time was in spent in the attic.
I was also impressed by how patient they were. See, I had fibbed when I made the free estimate appointment because the company likes both homeowners to be present, but I knew my wife would not be home from work until about 6pm. I made the sales reps aware that I had received quotes from other companies, but I was careful not to tip my hat by telling them what their numbers were. They made many calls to their supervisor that afternoon into the evening in order to continue to drop the price by adding in this discount or that discount.
I especially liked the one discount where if I allowed them to take before-and-after photos of the job to use on their future sales pitches then I would receive a discount. I was given pictures & videos of my rotten, wet roofing plywood accompanied by a horrific crackling sound when pressure was applied; I had support beams that had "ambered" meaning that the heat in the attic was so hot for a long period of time that the sap from the wood was being pulled out of it. It is not dangerous to keep that wood, it just showed me that I did not have proper ventilation in the attic which caused my roof to rot. Which, I think, is better than having had a leak which would have rotten then wood.
My wife arrived at home and she has an incredible background in sales, so she is never swayed by anyone's pitch. She was not swayed here. It was me that initially gave in and for multiple reasons:
1 - The price was incredibly low compared to other estimates I had received.2 - They're an established company with a proven track record, so built-in to that price is a lifetime warranty that I can transfer if I decide to sell.
3 - Their materials were the best, top-of-the-line, most impressive, durable, proven, name brand and there were many choices as far as style.
4 - The speed and convenience of the job being concluded in a single day except for the dumpster arriving the day before and picked up the day after.
5 - The contractor, the foreman, the confirmation calls; all while I was working from home.
6 - The plethora of financing options as well as the competitive interest rate and term of the loan.
7 - Again, the warranty is amazing - any warranty is only useful if the company is still in business. I think Power Home Remodeling will be around for a long time.
On to the actual job. The foreman called at 6am to verify that the materials were delivered the day before along with the dumpster and that I still wished to proceed with the job. I confirmed. The crew immediately began to work at 7:30am. The foreman introduced himself, showed my the permits which I needed because I was having a full re-deck performed. They were very careful go over the property after the job was done multiple times with different magnetic devices to pick up any nails that may have been on the ground. I took pictures of them performing the job every 1/2 hour just to see the progress and ensure that everything that was sold to me was installed. Everything from new flashing, new ridge vents, ice-shield, and the durable, indestructible sheeting material that gets nailed on top of the plywood was installed. I'm sure there is more I just don't feel like pulling out the folder with the itemized list of materials installed.
The township inspector came out after the re-deck was performed and then the crew proceeded to complete the job. The roof was completed by 5pm. It looks beautiful - definitely enough to make the neighbors envious. The foreman went over everything with me after the job was done, answered all of my questions then I signed-off on it. About an hour later Power Home Remodeling sent a Quality Assurance inspector. He went into the attic, walked to property, climbed up to the roof to inspect it. He also was very friendly, answered all of my questions. He also filled out the warranty information right there on the spot and registered it. That was a nice touch.
It's been almost 3 months now and I could not be happier with the roof's function, appeal and quality. I would definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling for your roofing needs. I would recommend to not take the first price given to you and always keep pressuring them to lower the price. There is always something that can be done within reason, of course. One thing that they do is they give you 2 initial prices. 1 is the price if you decide right there during your free estimate and the other price is the one that you get if you decide to call them back within a year of the quote. Just so you are not surprised by that tactic, it is common because fear is the best motivator and sales tactic. Just keep pushing and tell them that you would decide to make the decision that day if the price was just 1K lower, etc.

The date for the installation was set for March 11 with the pre-install inspection set for 2/12 between 11:45-12:45. Matthew was right on time and quickly did the inspection and rechecked the measurements, which were right on point from Anthony's. The crew arrived on time on March 11. Starting with the high pressure sales (sort of), The guarantees from salesperson that didn't show up at installation. The lack of email response when asked, which makes me worry if I have a problem will I be helped. The cost of the windows as compared to the quality of the ones we received. The warranty statement from a competitor that the salesperson said their windows were better than. Now before the season of opening and closing them started I have one that is extremely hard to close. Lastly on the bad side the initial fit of the windows as there was a lot of spray foam used to fill big gaps. GOOD side the installers were fast, courteous, and cleaned up well after they were done.

He set us up with a coordinator who came out and remeasured our windows and set us up with an install day. We had our windows done about 4 years ago and in that time had a couple warranty claims that were handled immediately and amazingly.Yes, they are a little more expensive than others but the warranty is worth it, to me. We just had them back to do our roof and the whole experience was very smooth and amazingly fast. The crew did a great job cleaning up and there was no damage to anything around our house. The roof came out great and from estimate to finished roof was only a matter of 2 weeks, but I think we were just fortunate with timing.
The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is due to the way their sales people seem to be trained. I personally find it very pushy, aggressive and endless. This happened with BOTH the windows and roof and same scenario with different people. The original "quick estimate" ended up being a 4+ hour meeting that seemed to not want to end until we agreed to something and a drastic discount if we signed that day. The sales people, themselves, were very nice and not at all unpleasant. I think that is the only reason I put up with it as I normally don't have the patience for or put up with pitches like this.
When the job was finished, they sent someone out to inspect and review our project. This was nice and he was very professional, but it also felt to me like another sales pitch towards the end. We were asked if we wanted to get other work done soon (we just spent a lot on the roof) and they seemed to be fishing around for other people we may know that they can contact for more work. When we finally finished up and I thought he was on his way, I had a gut feeling it wasn't over as he sat in the driveway and sure enough my doorbell rang with another pitch to sell me on the possibility of the next project. I started getting irritated at this point and decided my review could not be 5 stars.
I know this may sound like a negative review, but I don't intend it this way. I was asked to come give an honest review and here it is. I feel like the company is great, with innovative and quality products. The warranty is stellar and I know because I've used it. Just tone your sales pitch down. It's worse than used car sales people and very time consuming in this fast paced world.

The new installation has made our home warmer during the winter and I am sure it will provide the same benefit in being cooler in the summer. A added benefit is that it has made the home quieter eliminating street noise due to the backing in the siding. Although not the cheapest company the quality of the product and installation make it money well spent.

Please be careful and do your research before you let anyone into your home to do anything! I did not do any research and just went with the first people's convincing sales pitch. On Wednesday, November 20th, 2019, a group of men arrived at my house after 12 noon to install new windows. Little did I know it was doing to be a long disastrous day. The men were in a hurry and began work immediately by demolishing all 10 my old windows at the same time. In the process of doing so, they damaged more than half my window ledges by leaving gouges, dents, cracks, scratches, nails sticking out, black scuff marks, and some were completely cracked down the middle. They also damaged and broke some of the brick outside my house. At the beginning of the demolishing it was a crew of 5/6 men working, then it was only 2 men left.
As they proceeded to work on the installation process I noticed 2 inch gaps all around my windows. I knew this was not right because it should not be no more than a quarter of an inch gap from window to drywall. Then to make matters worse, all that is holding the windows in place are 4 screws and a ton of foam. When I mentioned my concern to the head worker (Ed) he said that I was right, and there should not be that big of a gap all around my windows, but that there was nothing he could do because he was not the one that originally measured or ordered the windows, and he was only there to install them. It did not matter that the windows were too small and clearly an improper fit.
Since they busted out all the original windows at the beginning it was too late to stop the work. They had to proceed with the installation with the wrong size windows. The head worker (Ed) was not going to say anything to me and just hope I was ignorant enough not to notice the terrible job and not complain, but my intuition knew that it was wrong. The crew did not leave my house until almost 1 a.m.the next day. I had to provide them with them with extra light so they could finish the crappy job on top of it all. That was unacceptable.
This experience has been so upsetting to me because I trusted what the salespeople said about the "superior quality service and workmanship" of Power Home Remodeling company, but what I experienced that day was a nightmare. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I regret the day I ever let Power salespeople step foot in my house. What a total waste of my time I will never get back. I have pictures and a video of the type of work those men they subcontracted to come to my house. All the damages are documented. I also have cameras all around my house and a ring doorbell recording them On November 20, 2019. Furthermore, Power company did not get a permit to install the windows at my house. In the city of Killeen, Texas a permit is needed, so they broke their own contract. I should have read the reviews on Power company before I was lured in with their 4 hour sales pitch. I am disgusted with Power.
Thank you for your review! While we do our best to minimize them, we are human and make mistakes. For every permit, we handle the application process in accordance with local municipalities. An error was made during the permit application process in the beginning of the project, but we have since reached out to your town’s local municipalities and have secured the correct permits retroactively. With the permits squared away, we are ready and willing to address all concerns to your satisfaction.

He had won the sale solely based on his statement that Power would fix the rotting wood, my old back door was in great shape and did not need to be replace only the wood around the door. I bought the new door based on the salesman's description of replacing the rotting wood around the door.
When the installation team came they installed the new door into the rotting frame only replacing a small portion of trim. I asked the crew just before they started fitting in the new door if they were going to replace the rot around the door frame, and they stated they had not been briefed on the rot and did not have the materials to replace it. The door was installed with the rotten wood still in place only replacing a small section of trim. The builder did assist in notifying Power of my complaint and a quality assurance agent came out to see the completed work and hear my complaint.
He stated that he would update my complaint and that they would try to find a solution. While the quality assurance agent was at my house he again tried to sell me on the wood around my windows. One week later I called Power's customer service line and was told they could not solve my issue or give a discount my only recourse is the warranty. I was told that Power does not do any framing or wood work as the salesman had suggested. I am very upset that Power refuses to perform the work as sold to me or even offer any discounts or refunds.
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Power. We’re sorry to hear this - we will reach out directly to try to help resolve this.

We had our windows and gutters replaced and the temperature was below 20 degrees. The workers were great. We could feel a slight draft and the windows were cold to the touch on our old windows. The new windows were airtight and the windows weren't cold to the touch. The house stayed warm while they replaced the windows. Highly recommend.

So the 1st gentleman that came by to give an estimate lied about my home having a leaky roof. I needed a new roof per the home inspector from when I first bought my house. The 2nd gentleman that came by to check how much material will be needed had told my wife that there was no leak in the roof. As far as my gutters I didn’t like that none of the end pieces on the downspouts were secured to the elbows. One had a end piece that was too short, luckily it didn’t rain or all that water would have seeped into my basement. I got in contact with the Foreman and he told me that I would be charged for a longer end piece or I should just get plastic extension from a hardware store. The cable tv cable outside my house from the “pole” is just hanging and no one bothered to carefully take it down, it was yanked and once everyone finished no one bothered to fix it.

Signed contract in June and was told our project would be completed before September. Project was finally completed mid-December. From an initial delay due to window factory problems, window installation problems because what they promised us differed from the instructions that were ordered, and our entry door being ordered incorrectly two different ways causing the longest delay. Thankfully the installation workers were witness to it all and were very nice to work with.
Unfortunately due to all the delays our Promotional Period with the financing company expired. Our mistake not getting energy readings on the windows before to compare with after, but we will have no way of knowing if the window and door products were constructed as they advertised until we see actual energy bills to compare. Hard to know being the project was supposed to be completed in the summer, was partially completed in the fall, and finalized in the winter. We can not recommend working with this company.
Thank you for your review. We apologize for any undue frustration or inconvenience. We exhaust all efforts to quickly resolve serviceable issues, however, some service issues take more time to resolve due to specific manufacturing requests needed for the resolution. This company is hard selling, good company. I had windows, shutters, two exterior doors and insulation done at my home, although I thought they were expensive, I liked that I could get it all done, finance it and what sounded like a good warranty. After less than 2 years my exterior doors I can see light on side and underneath as well as the weather stripping that is on underside of door has already torn off. I have a couple way less expensive doors from local hardware store that the weather strip on the bottom of the door lasted way longer for about 1/5th the cost of Power door.
I finally got around to calling and they schedule me three different times throwing me into the new year. Scheduled time is now between 9-11 today, January 2nd, 2020. At 7am I am woken up by a call that I missed, went to vm and I read transcribed vm about an order status Dec 1st and if I still need help with this to call them. I call the number she gave me, they are closed and probably still asleep!! I call the actual number that called me (local) and oh yeah they will be out between 8 and noon, at 10:44 text message saying between 12 and 2. If arrival time changes they will let me know as they have an install before coming out.
It is now 2 and nothing but crickets!!! Too bad, I was going to use them to side, windows, doors, insulation and possible skylights in an addition that will be going on within the next couple years. With this kind of service from warranty, I will be better off having local contractor doing it with local building supply store stock items put on it. Don't like when someone yanks around with me and my time!!!! Finally reached out to me after 2, saying they need to reschedule me for tomorrow, NO I have a job!!! Totally hacked at them right now!!!

We’ve been very pleased with our experience with window replacements done by Power Home Remodeling. A month ago, we met with a Power salesman who inventoried the windows in our house and gave us an estimate of the cost of replacing all the windows. The cost was considerably more than we were prepared to spend, especially since our existing windows (wood frames, 18-year-old house) seemed to be mostly adequate for now.
Initially, we made it very clear that we were not prepared to purchase any sort of replacement windows and were interested only in getting a cost estimate for future planning purposes. As the presentation wore on (and on and on – total of more than 4 hours, though this also included questions on our part and reading and signing documents), we became impressed with the quality of the Power window (durable vinyl frame, no painting, easier to open and clean, better energy efficiency, etc.) and the pricing options that were available if we made a purchase that day. We normally steer clear of such pricing deals, but this one included a lock-in of favorable pricing for at least 5 years. Since we were planning to replace a number of windows in that time frame anyway, that proved to be an important feature of their terms. We signed on for the minimum number of windows they would sell us (4 large double-hung windows for the ground floor front).
Within a day or two, Power sent a pre-installation inspector to confirm the salesman’s window measurements and explain the installation process, then scheduled an installation date. The installation was done one week after we signed the agreement. The installers were on time and very efficient in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. The installers did a good job with sealing the windows, and they left the house clean and tidy.
During the process, we noticed that there were some scuff marks on the frames of two of the full-window screens (fairly minor and only visible close up). Power insisted on replacing the screens despite these small defects, and that is scheduled to happen soon. With that small exception, the windows were in perfect shape. A quality control inspector came three days later to verify that the work met their standards.
Power did an excellent job of communicating the status of our project and confirming appointments. We’ve seen a number of pretty bad complaints about them on the Better Business Bureau website and just as many strongly positive ones on the Consumer Affairs site. All we can add is that our experience has been nothing but good and we would recommend them highly to anyone considering window replacement. Keep in mind that you don’t have to make the huge investment of replacing all your windows; Power is happy to do as few as 4 windows without obligating you to do anything else at a later time. We’ve already decided to replace the other 5 windows on the front of our house. When we’re ready to do more, we plan to call Power.

Came to my home twice knocking on door to push using their company. The second time I agreed to do the front of my house. Appointments were canceled twice... once the night before & once the day of. When they did come, they were working until dark & I couldn’t really see it well. The next day I noticed a cracked frame around my bay window as well as silver screws used instead of red to match the shutters as were used in other windows. I was in contact with the project manager & he assured me that he would take care of it. That was November 30th & I haven’t heard back from him.
I have tried calling & the voicemail of the project manager has been full. I have emailed twice with no response & was kept on hold for 15 min at a time on the phone when calling the general number for the company. They were very easy to reach before I paid them. While overall, the siding looks nice, with the exception of the damaged trim & silver screws, I am not happy with this company, and do not recommend them.

To start, two men rang my bell and asked if I needed any home improvements, as they company was working in the neighborhood. I was hesitant but when they said they did roofing (which I needed), I agreed to a free estimate. They took my information and from that point on everything from calling me to installing the roof was just perfect. From the sales person to the workers; all were very professional and friendly. The sales representative went into the attic and explained his findings down to the smallest detail and showed me the material that was going to be used.
The following day, the inspector came, we went over everything I was getting and gave me a date for the installation, he also went into the attic. The materials and the dumpster were dropped off within the time frame given to me. The same goes for the workers, they were right on time. The cleanup was unbelievable, they took their time, they even wiped down the railings. I had no problem with the price and had no problem saying yes to their discount on the spot! At no point was the sales rep pushing anything. They used the best materials and as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". I would recommend Power Remodeling for any home improvement projects you have. Very impressed.

Sat Dec 14th got a call saying my installation for my window should be between the hours of 12-2pm. I had to take off work, and I expected to see them on time like I had experienced with them coming to quote everything. It had reached 1:56 and got a phone call saying they had to reschedule. A previous job had ran over. I wasn’t pleased at all because I couldn’t talk to anyone because the office closed at 2pm on Saturdays and they basically told me I had to wait 'til Monday to reschedule.
Around 3 I received a phone call from the project manager Steve saying that they should be there around 3:30 and that they wouldn’t have to reschedule if I didn’t mind waiting until then since I took off work. I responded no problem. They show up and started the demo right away and the project manager was there also. Everything was going smoothly. Window was out by 4:30. New window was ready to go in or so I thought. They all of sudden stopped because they didn’t have the right materials to do the job. So one of the guys put a plastic sheet over the window while the other went to Home Depot to get more supplies.
The project manager told me that it should be about another hour or two until everything is complete, he also informed me that my shutters wouldn’t be in until Monday and they would install them then. He then tells me he is about to leave and that the guy should be back shortly to finish up, and that I had his number if he needed me. Well he came back with more materials and then told me 15 mins later that he needed more materials and that the window would not be complete that evening. I gave steve a call letting him know this is completely unprofessional to open a window in 40 degree weather and not finish. It was already going on a couple of hours and the house was freezing, with my son and pregnant wife.
He then informs me he’s going to run back to Home Depot and get more materials to do a temporary fix and complete the rest of the job the next day. Around 8 at night the window was finally in even though it wasn’t completed, which relieved me somewhat to know I could finally cut the heat back on because the thermostat was reading 50. Also I can finally leave and get something to eat since it was basically and waiting process all day. The next day they came and completed the window and steve came over to apologize. I told him it’s done I’m just glad the window is in but he also informed me something will be knocked off the bill and that he would send me a updated email to sign off.
I still haven’t received a email, I expected a so much better experience with this company and since I recently became a new homeowner was going to consider them doing the remaining windows in the basement and the roof. I had even referred them to a couple of co-workers since I work for Metro and a lot of us need work done to our homes. The end result the front window looks great and shutters finally came yesterday and was installed yesterday as promised. However no one should have to experience a process like this due to lack of materials and scheduling issues.

Had it done in one day. Left not a trace of them being there. And stayed in contact throughout the process. It was a thoroughly stress free and refreshing experience to not have to worry about anything. They did everything they said they would from start to finish. And didn’t ask for a dime until the job was completed. I was repairing the old roof after every major storm because of its poor installation by a local contractor. So even though Power Home may be a little pricey, it’s well worth it given their lifetime warranty.

I received a quote to replace my roof by an employee who was previously a "roofer worker" and now doing sales. Meet in BJ in Wappingers Falls, NY store. Upfront I advised him that this was a one income family and didn't want to be "sold" or "hustle" into purchasing a new roof. He assured me that this was a family owned business that prides themselves with integrity and so forth. Our roof came out to 16k! We didn't want to pay that much but we were told that our roof wouldn't last through this winter so we decided to do the roof but we didn't want to hear any added cost to the already pricey roof.
Sure enough when two inspectors came, they advised me that NYS code requires the wood planks to be 1/2 inch, she proceeded to advise me that it would cost me an additional 4,6k. Add the interest rate this roof would've cost us about 30k!! I said no, the Power employee(s) conferred with an manager who said they would take the 4,6k if we gave them a "good review". Now I know why they have so many "good reviews" on-line. Buyer beware. You will be hustled by Power!

They first approached us by knocking at the door (very late at night) asking to talk to us about quoting us for a new roof. Said he knew all about roofing and his crew was in the area, but they were nowhere in sight and why wasn’t he with them working? Told him not interested but he wouldn’t let me shut the door. Came into my house without permission and continued with his pitch. I told him to do it fast and go and he said he couldn’t get us a quote but could schedule one... He had already said he was a roofer so why couldn’t he do it? They didn’t end up making the next day quote meeting and tried to rescheduled, I told them to just not contact us again. They contacted us again and set up another meeting which I just consented to.
I’m a very nice person and they wore me down and forced the issue. They said he would do the quote, get us paperwork to review and then be out of our hair fast, guy (really like a kid 22 maybe?) was here for 4 hours talking and checking paperwork. He said we needed a new roof like immediately, like 3 weeks ago. Keep in mind we just bought this house a few month prior and had all the inspectors in and they reported no issue. There was slight mold growth in the attic that was brought up but the kid acted like our house was about to be open to the elements of outside. Got us the quote then said he could take 2k off it if we didn’t think about it and just signed the papers then, at like 9 pm at night after a long day and with no time to discuss the options with my partner or get another quote.
We agreed because he said he could arrange to have it all finished within a 5 day span of time. They did not. They got pushed back once due to weather (totally understandable) but didn’t tell us that until 8 am the day of, when they said they had people watching the weather 24/7 and we should of gotten call a few days prior so we didn’t have to use up valuable vacation time. Reschedule not for the next day but 4 days after, said ok understandable because of weather. Didn’t come for the reschedule even though 2 different people call us that morning And said they would be seeing us soon. Called at 1230 (they were supposed to be there at 9) and asked where they were, guy was stunned, said he was wildly concerned because they must have got harmed?
Called us back an hour later and said he was sorry but they went to another site and did someone else roof. Guy apologized over and over with no meaning in his voice and promised his word they would be there 9 the next day to get it done. 1030 next day they still weren’t here, got a call that the exact same thing happened, despite various “emails” and “calls” I told him plainly that this was very poor customer service and that at this point we were so dissatisfied that we were no longer interested in their business. Guy apologized again over and over with no feeling in his voice. I hung up because he wouldn’t stop. Crew chief called me 20 minutes later and said he was having a emergency team dispatched to me ASAP, even though the guy before said that was 100% not an option.
I said fine ok thinking if they could just get it over with we’d be alright. Crew chief told me they might be able to get it done in one day but didn’t seem worried about when the other half might be done. Crew came. I am not racist, but entire crew of Spanish speakers came looked over the materials and said “bye” to me. I speak Spanish and they called their super to tell him not all the materials were there, there were no shingles there. Crew seemed fine but I truly believe not all of them were legally here in the USA, which isn’t fair to American workers out of work. Called the guy back to say to please not contact us and to remove their stuff from our property.
I honestly believe parts of it might have been a scam, and I felt like parts of their organization (like they crews they employ) might be conducted illegally. We got lucky but I feel like they were not worried about people but just out for cash. They lied various time and I honestly knew the guy was lying through his teeth when he told me 9 am the next day. I believe he knew that wasn’t possible but he just made an appointment to call and cancel again. I work hard for my money, I’m in customer service, and this place has no idea about customers' needs.

First met Power home improvements at Sam's Club. Made an appointment for estimate for two replacement bay to bow windows and garden window in kitchen. I did research on company and reviews which I was pleased with. On installation day the crew arrived and worked until late to complete. Louis and his crew were courteous, pleasant, and meticulous on the workmanship. The boss Kevin? called during the day and left his number if I had questions. He stated he would be stopping by (which he did not) and felt I should have gotten a call a day or two later or inspect the job as a follow up. So far happy with Power window quality, will follow up if any problems arises or concerns with warranty.

The sales people are very good and know the product as well. If your reading this and need windows by all means use Power. You will save in the long run.

Power Home Remodeling provides incentives to customers to post a 5 star review. Their high star rating is not accurate to their work quality. Their aggressive sales policies pressures consumers to make a decision the day of the initial inspection to take advantage of a steep discount. They advertise a high quality product with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately what we got was an expensive shoddy shingle job that needs to be replaced.
Without our consent, Power had a dumpster and building materials delivered to our home. They proceeded to push back the scheduled work date one week. They refuse to remove the materials. This prevents us from access to our driveway and garage during the winter months in Michigan. We are severely disappointed by the quality of the product and the incompetent level of customer service from this company. The inconvenience of their services is just the cherry on top. We will never utilize their services again and strongly suggest that other consumers steer clear.
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Power. We apologize for any undue frustration or inconvenience. Since coming across your review and being made aware of the details of your experience, we can see any service issues have since been addressed and resolved on 11/20. I was excited to get the product as they are great windows and mine were really crappy but project had issues that were not addressed and no clear explanation was given as to why the installation was incomplete after 2 installations just that it would be done. Company has great installers for windows. Crew was on time at both installations, professional and did a phenomenal job. They cleaned up the worksite and explained what they were doing and why they needed to do it. After they completed the job I loved my window and wanted to do more.
My issue with the product is that I received 2 upside down gridded windows which were to be corrected at my second installation of my front window (that somehow did not make the trip from the factory on the van). These new grids also did not make the trip on the second installation which to me is becoming a pattern which makes me question what was happening with my project. I did 11 windows and I am pleased with only 8. In spite of this setback I was interested in adding more products from Power as they have great quality products and great installers but I needed to sleep on this decision. Unfortunately my discount expired when quality assurance walked out. I think certain decisions need at least 24 hours. So I guess no doors nor my additional bathroom window.

Absolute Nightmare!! First of all let me start by saying this is my first review I have ever written. Secondly, never do business with this company!! They will not show up, they will not deliver on previous guarantees and worst of all they will threaten you and your family!!!! I’ve listed our families experience and timeline of events below:
Back in September 2019, a gentlemen knocked on my door. He described some of the services his company provided which included windows, which was great because it was on my honey-do list. At first glance, I was impressed so we set up a time for the sales manager to come by. Later that evening a gentlemen by the name of Ryan showed up and presented us some of the window options and their benefits. During this meeting he made several guarantees to include, but not limited to; 100% customer satisfaction, lifetime warranty on all products and unlike the typical contractor that never shows. He guaranteed to show up and do the job on the day that we scheduled over a month in advance.
Listed below is a timeline of events that occurred the week of the install and the reason for this review: November 7th - Power Remodeling called time confirm the install on Saturday. Everything’s good at this point and things are going as planned. November 8th - I stay up late moving furniture and removing blinds while my family sleeps.
November 9th (install day): 7:04am - Patrick the Service Manager calls to say they can’t make it and needs to re-schedule. 9:37am - Falcon (another service manager) calls me to confirm the install is going smoothly. I actually had to inform him that Power Remodeling had called to cancel earlier that morning. 9:40 - Someone from Power Remodeling leaves a message saying that because scaffolding wasn’t delivered for another job, a crew was available to do a couple of the windows, but would have to reschedule to a later date to have the other windows installed. 9:41am - I called Patrick the Service Manager, however he did not pick up so I left him a message.
10:03 - Patrick the Service Manager calls me back. He told me that not all the windows came in and that we need to reschedule for another date. At this point I expressed my frustration as nicely as I possibly could under the circumstances. I told him that I was seriously questioning Power Remodeling’s promises and abilities to even show up to do the work they promised and even less the actual work and products. This man actually goes on to say that I “don’t have a choice” even if I am questioning their work ethic and guarantees. He goes on to tell me that he’ll be happy to “take me to claims court”.
I’ll be honest, at this point I pretty much lost it. It was bad enough up to this point, but for this man to threaten me was inexcusable. This conversation escalated so quickly from a displeased customer to the Service Manager threatening me. I was so upset I asked to speak to his supervisor, however he said “he was the supervisor” and there was no one above him. The conversation ended abruptly as I hung up on him as he continued to threaten me. Do not under any circumstances let this company work on your family’s home! Hands down the worst company I’ve ever with with!!!

I have had an excellent experience with Power in getting my windows installed. They are trustworthy, honest, transparent, and helpful. There were a few minor issues that were immediately handled and the communication in getting things resolved was surprising and excellent. One drawback is the price.... They are not on the low side but you get what you pay for. Igor was my salesperson and Lucas and his crew were the installers... 5 star professionals.

My house was built in 1971 and needed a new roof. When Power came to offer a quote, they were incredibly detailed in their procedures. All work was done exactly as designed and scheduled, Crews were meticulous, courteous and friendly. It all started with a very engaging presentation of their products and methods. A thorough initial inspection revealed leaks and out-of-date to current code building materials. There were two follow-up meetings with management personnel relative to the scope of the job and detailing needed materials.
Construction appointments were made, but I was informed as to the flexibility of these dates, at my discretion, not the installation crews. Provided with management contacts during all phases of the process, calls were answered within several rings, all resolved to my satisfaction. Each phase of the process was done by knowledgeable and empowered employees who let me know that I was indeed the boss and my satisfaction was their goal. I intend to use Power again next year for aging window replacement and was given a quote and information by their Quality Assurance manager in the follow-up inspection to this job. They are certainly not the least expensive but certainly worth their quality.

I have had several quotes for siding over the past few years, and the quotes have been very high and extremely low, the presentation on most of them including Power Home has been long and tiring, but the difference between them and Power Home was the time he took to actually time to survey my property point out problems within the foundation of my Home, I knew I had some rotting wood, but the amount was more massive than I knew. The final results were great, the follow up after the completion was wonderful, they gave us a step by step of the process and they lived up to it.

This company was going door to door which I thought was timely because I had been thinking of changing my windows to something energy efficient. I hired them on the spot but later began to wonder if I had been foolish. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. They met all their commitments but a problem arose. When it did so, their representative came to me in person, explained why it was his fault and BROUGHT ME FLOWERS as an apology. I was blown away. The issue was resolved and now I have beautiful, energy efficient windows!

We had a roof and gutters installed in 2 separate visits. The roof was installed in 1 day and looks okay, but I was very disappointed in their "clean up" efforts. I spent over 3 hours sweeping my yard with a metal detector and magnet and collected more than 200 nails and other pieces of debris from my yard than they did. They came back after a "quality control check" to "clean up" the yard after I had already done so. The gutters were done in about 1/2 day, look great and work very well. Unfortunately, again, I ended up picking up a ton of gutter and soffit pieces, nails (non-magnetic, of course), and other assorted debris from my driveway and gardens. I never got a call from them asking if the work was done well, or if there were any issues, any areas to improve on, etc. I guess they figured they got their $$ so why bother. Needless to say, I would probably never hire this company again for anything.

The windows I purchased are still in excellent shape after 23 years! I was so satisfied with their quality and price on the windows and the financing available I got my roof done by them too and could not be happier! How many contractors offer a lifetime warranty better yet how may are still around and in business since 1992! Ask yourself that and then call them!

The team arrived when scheduled, introduced themselves, and immediately went to work. They were here all day, replacing my front door, the side glass, and a slider and screen. I was aware of their interactions during the process and just let them do their job without too much of my curiosity detracting them from their work. I was within hearing distance and so appreciated their joint cooperation with each other (there were four people on the job with one women). I was interested in how she was treated and was highly satisfied with the comradery of the entire team, with respect shown to all. They cleaned up when finished and I found myself simply delighted with the day and the work they had done. Their products are not only highly attractive, but my living area is much warmer since the installation of the two doors. The frigid weather we have been experiencing since has proven that! I could not be more pleased.

I had new windows installed, paid a ton of money for them!! There are 2 screens that aren't installed properly, you would think that there would be better quality check for the amount of money I paid!! Three weeks later, I'm still waiting for them to be fixed!! Workers left a mess in my yard from the old windows: screws, wood pieces, aluminum pieces, etc. Piece of wood went through my lawnmower, luckily it didn't hit me. Someone had to come out to clean the mess, but how ridiculous!! This company claims to have superior products with a lifetime warranty, but their quality is lacking and follow through is non existent.

Power did an inspection inside and out of the roof. The sales rep. covered very extensive list of warranties and products and I never felt pressured as the pricing quote was good for 2 years. I knew I couldn't go 2 years with the damage on mine and even though it was more expensive than 3 other companies, I decided to go with Power. The roofing crew of 7 plus a foreman were laying tarps around house and pulling nails, staples, and replacing plywood by 8.20 on scheduled morning.
I am a very non-trusting person so I watched throughout the day as layers went on and questioned everything! It took the crew a day and a half as I needed some inside repair on a split beam (rafter?) as well as a ventilation system installed. They finished in afternoon after cleaning the yard and picking up metals with a magnetic roller. Roof looks amazing and done just in time for a super storm that hit this S Austin area only a few hours after they finished. I will definitely use this company again.

I had gotten several quotes to replace the siding on my home. The price that Power Home Remodeling quoted was reasonable and it included siding, gutters and trim. They were able to schedule the work pretty quickly. They estimated 5 working days to complete the job. It ran a day over. That was not surprising to me for such a big job. All of the workmen were polite and professional. They straightened up after themselves at the end of each day and clean up at the end of the job was good. I am very pleased with the results. My house looks great. The warranty is awesome! Thank you.

The process from start to completion was unexpectedly easy. All of the people involved were very friendly and courteous. The construction crew were simply fantastic. My friends think the windows were too expensive based on the estimate price without seeing the demonstration or the completed project. But after the windows were installed and they could actually see the difference they were silenced. They could not believe the huge difference in the quality. The noise dampening is incredible. All of the small details that make up the whole make this product well worth the investment. The screens are one of those details. From about 4 feet away I cannot see the screens at all which makes my view out so much better. I love the tip out feature so I don’t have to dangle out of the window to clean them anymore as I live on the 2nd floor.
I feel confident that POWER will stand behind their product. This is not a fly by night contractor, or a guy who knows a guy. This is a well established company that provides a top quality product. Again, I really can’t believe the ease of this project. The window quality is what it is, no upgrade nonsense. Every window is the best they have. One of the screens they brought in was damaged. Any other company would make you wait until they got a replacement to you. These guys went out to the truck and repaired it right then and there. Complete new screen on the spot. I can recommend with absolute confidence this product to anyone. I have had work done by contractors that would not stand behind their work. An absolute nightmare. This is not that, I repeat, this is not that. All of the people I encountered gave me absolute confidence they stand by the lifetime warranty.

A young man came to our door several weeks ago to see if we were interested in purchasing new windows for our house. We had wooden windows that were almost 60 years old and had thought about new windows in the past, so we decided to make an appointment with a salesman. The man who came was professional and very informative about Power HRG's windows and seemed proud to represent them and their product. The fact that their windows would keep the cold (and hot) air out and, therefore, lower our oil bill over the winter, was a major selling point for us.
The windows were recently installed. The installation crew was on time and did a great job. Clean up was excellent; they even vacuumed our baseboards which we weren't expecting. The new windows are beautiful and a nice upgrade to the interior and exterior of our home. To add to our home's new look, we decided to order front and side doors from Power, which should help keep more cold air out.

Although it was a little bit more money than I anticipated spending it really made sense after it was explained to me because we wanted to feel safe and we wanted to experience comfort moving forward with our home.
