Mitch was fantastic, he spent the time to answer all of the questions my wife and I had. Including taking extra time to measure every window in our house even the windows we don't plan to replace yet but will need to eventually. This company rocks. We bought a roof, attic insulation, windows, gutters and siding. All of it is guaranteed for a long time. Any problems we just call Power and they come and fix it. If we sell the house. That warranty transfers to the new owner. Everything was super easy!

Incredible experience with Power. We happened across a representative during an art festival, and the moment we began speaking with them we were given excellent customer service. Their inspection of our old windows, how they educated us on their products and the process, the installation itself, the follow up afterwards - all of it - amazing. They just installed in July heat in Texas, and it's been 15 minutes with the new windows and you can already tell a huge difference in how much cooler our home already feels. (Even after no AC and open air during installation in 100 degree heat for 4 hours replacing all of our windows.)

Power communicated in a timely manner, showed up on time when they said they would, and completed the work quickly and cleanly. Left no mess behind. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous.

Throughout the estimation and contracting, the people from Power were friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. When the crew arrived to perform the work, our sole complaint was that the foreperson wasn't onsite and did not even connect via phone to introduce themselves as a point of contact. One of the crew members did give a curt greeting before they began work in earnest, though. In the middle of the day, the foreperson arrived and did make it a priority to connect with us personally. The removal of the old roof and build out of the new was completely efficiently and to high standards. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Overall we are quite satisfied with the whole process.

The entire process went smoothly, from our initial appointment through the pre-inspection to the actual install. All work was completed to a high degree of skill. The warranty is lifetime. Excellent company, will definitely call them again for future improvements.

Very easy and professional new window install. Price was right, lifetime warranty, on windows and shutters and the install date was a month and a half earlier than expected. Will definitely be using them for future home remodeling. The salesmen and the inspector are knowledgeable. I would have paid double the price at the other big advertised installers.

From the knock on the door to the install, Power were upfront and honest. Work was done in a timely manner, clean and very professionally done. Each person that we dealt with was kind and courteous and very helpful with every step of the installation.

We had all of our windows and front door replaced and we’re happy with the product and the service. 9 months later the trim around the front door is falling off of the house. We called for warranty service and the earliest they can come out is 5 months from now. It’s July and the Christmas decorations will be up when they can fix the issue with the work.

From start to finish, our experience with Power was terrific considering the number of projects that we had completed. Our first consultation with Dave A. was informative and honest. Because of his amazing presentation we ended up getting a new roof, gutters, attic insulation and all new windows throughout the house. Everything was done in a timely manner and exactly as described. When the work was complete and the QA Manager, Gus, checked in, every detail of all of the projects was discussed and all issues we may have had were rectified. They did a very good job in explaining their product. I had 13 windows and 1 sliding door replaced. On installation day, they were done and cleaned everything up in about 5 hours. Afterwards a quality insurance person came to make sure everything was done right and to my liking. Very professional all the way around. I would highly recommend.

The members of Power Home Remodeling helped explain the process very well. Even when there was a small communication misunderstanding they worked to correct the misunderstanding as best as possible. We originally got new windows in 2009. We had three windows that we decided not to replace - because then they were in ok shape. It’s 2022 and the three windows we left the glass broke. So of course I contacted Power and Joe M came over to measure and price out the windows needed. We also got pricing from one other large company for Andersen windows but the price was much much higher. So we decided on Power for pricing value and because in the past they replaced a few broken seal windows sashes. So their customer service is excellent. They were nice on the phone to me explained to me how to locate the size and ordered new replacements. NO questions asked. Joe gave us a packet with everything explained in writing - the process step by step.

PowerHRG replaced the windows in our house, they arrived a bit earlier than expected but completed the project quickly. The QA representative went through his inspection and we were able to point out some issues we found on the window screens and glass which they will be correcting. The caulking on some of the windows could have been a little neater but all in all we are very satisfied with our new windows. We would definitely recommend them.

Dec 2021 - Came with Scratched Patio Door (Promised to Replace). Feb 2022 - Came with Bowed Patio Door - Wind blows through the side, door does not close/lock. Location is New York so it was very cold for us with an infant. Called customer representative - Answer was to wait. "you can cover the door with some towels in the meantime" was what the customer representative said. So much for the "best product" that your company advertises. May 2022 - New Installation Date - No one showed up. Called the company. "Oh the product didn't come". Wasted my day off.

We found our experience to be very Professional from start to finish. We are very happy with the quality of the products overall. We would recommend this company to others looking for new windows in their home.

While being a little more on the pricier side, when compared to other companies or contractors, I can confidently say that I feel reassured about the product and service to my home, and that I’m receiving a better product than just standard windows. Ask about the heat blocking technology in the windows! Blocks out about 90% of the heat!

The crew did a great job in installing our patio sliding door and picture window. It’s so nice to be able to open and close the door easy. The only objection I have is both of us have to be home to pick a product. He’s a dealer driver and may get called on at any time to take a drive.

Great experience from the time Nic knocked on my door through the time the warranty was activated. All contacts were professional and on time. The installers arrived within the install window and installed the windows in the afternoon. I have 7 basement windows that I do not have to worry about. I must admit the price does seem kind of high, but I am paying for a quality installation and something I never have to worry about. I would call on them if I have further work that needs to be done.

A very clear and efficient process from start to finish. Trustworthy and knowledgeable employees that explain everything very explicitly in a detailed report. We ordered windows, and the quality assurance manager of tested out all installed windows to make sure they were working efficiently and modelled simple maintenance strategies with us. 5 Stars!!

Entry door to deck was not installed properly and the latch and deadbolt do not align with the latch plates. The company sent one person out to repair it, but his attempt failed. The next person said it would have to be removed and reinstalled. That was more than a week ago and I have not yet received notification of a new repair date. A $4,800.00 door should work properly from day one. They did replace 2 picture windows that had flaws in the glass.

Our 18 window replacement went really smoothly! They moved up our installation date because materials arrived ahead of schedule. They had a large team of installers and they worked very well together. We found one damaged screen and they replaced it the day we called! Amazing!

I felt my door knob should not have dislodged in 3 months and the explanation (“it happens”) was unacceptable. I had to wait over a week for a technician, so my door was inoperable for that timeframe.

The company personnel arrived on time born (consecutive) days and were well mannered and polite. They worked neatly, diligently and quickly, cleaning up the debris they made as they progresses and when all was done, polished all the windows. The windows are exactly as ordered and very good quality. We are very happy with this company and so far with the windows themselves.

From the moment I was approached at my doorstep I was intrigued. The gentleman was engaging and was not forceful in his delivery. Later that same day the consultants were just as engaging and informative in their presentation. Providing me a single mother with great tips on what was most important as it pertains to homeownership. Only downfall was the amount of time the consultant spent pitching the sale. Other than that the pre inspection was smooth and the installation was available weeks before originally quoted. Thoroughly happy with every process including a quality manager coming out after installation to ensure everything was completed to their level of service. Every single person on the crews were polite and the end result is something Power can be proud of and so can I. My house looks brand new and will be so much more energy efficient.

Everyone from the Sales team, onsite installers, Office, and Quality Assurance was very knowledgeable and friendly. Really feel like they back their product and labor. Everyone was very respectful and handled all aspects of the process in a professional manner.

We met the reps for Power Home Remodeling at the Wilmington Home Show in March. We were very impressed with their presentation and product knowledge. We scheduled an appointment and met with Eric a few days later. He was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. He explained the company’s commitment to installing quality products and delivering timely service. We agreed to the project. Matt came out for the pre-install inspection and was very thorough and professional and explained the process completely. Our project was scheduled and the installers arrived on time and prepared to install the windows.

However, some of our perspectives were different than what was communicated. The QA manager: again very knowledgeable and understanding as well as educated in products, and did an outstanding job of remediating the issue of concern. The company as a whole from sales, to installation, and then final inspection very respectful, and professional.

They installers showed up on time on schedule date and did an excellent work. Working with this company has been a great experience.

When making the appointment it should have been told to me that appointment will be 3 hours long. I knew this was a big purchase and all I wanted was the final estimate. I had already gone on line and reviewed the company, materials and warranty.

Gabriel was very helpful, the install went smooth and while Kareem was here, he was very professional and helpful with information on purchasing gutters. He also informed me of the benefits of multiple projects.

This company went above and beyond from the first explanation of the product to the installation. The wait time was minimal for the windows. The staff communicated well and answered all my questions. The crew was phenomenal. Very polite and hard workers. They amazed me with their skills. When we noticed one window pattern wasn't right, they were quick to reassure me it would be taken care of at no charge to me and in a timely manner. The product rivals those windows that are more expensive and you get a lot of bang for your buck. The warranty is the icing on the cake. The manager came and checked things out and was so helpful.

We had a 20 year old 3 Tab replaced by Power Home Improvement. It was a great experience beginning with Remodeling Consultant, Anthony **. He is very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to explain the entire process and the materials to be used. He took the extra time to answer all of our questions and at no time did we feel that he was trying to high pressure us.

I was sold a blown-in insulation and radiant barrier product. I did have heat problem in the attic, but I am surrounded by trees and don't have a lot of direct sunlight. Come to find out what I really needed was a vented soffit. I had the soffit vented by another company since Power does not perform this service. When installation day came and I explained the issue, I asked for only the blown-in insulation to be installed. Power Home Remodeling would not do the insulation without the radiant barrier product. I decided I did not want to pay several thousand dollars for a product I didn't need and we couldn't come to a deal. They said this was a late cancellation and charged me $2,400 according to the contract. Due to this I would not recommend Power Home Remodeling.

Power has well informed employees that are ready to answer your questions. There were a few bumps that came up but they were iron out. They seem to really want the final product to be the best it can and take the steps needed to insure that.

We absolutely love our new windows and siding. Power is by far the most professional, and customer focused company we have ever had the pleasure of working with! I will be using them again! I highly recommend their services to everyone!

We absolutely love our fancy new windows lol, they are so pretty and we can definitely tell the difference during summer and winter. Our house is always at a great temperature. Our friends love coming over because of the temp of the house. Overall super happy with all of our projects, not just windows. We had the siding of the house done.
