Power Home Remodeling warranty is misleading. I purchased windows for my entire top floor in 2015 and activated the lifetime warranty. Almost all the windows has failed. I called the warranty department and was told the supplier dont make those windows anymore but they can replace the panels at a cost to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor because that's not what I was told when I purchased the windows back in 2015. No supervisor was available and I was told someone will call me back, I haven't received that call yet and it's 2 months later. The craziest part is that I replaced all my windows for my first floor with them in 2024 along with my gutters. Now I'm wondering if that was the right move. Power Home needs to be honest about their warranties of their products.

This company is a complete scam. Just look at all of the people with issues. 5 Stars are all from people who just had work done. They haven't figured out yet that they overpaid or that the installation wasn't done properly.. This company has no idea how to install products, they lie about warranties, customer service is a complete joke and they will laugh at you. They will try to scare you into thinking things are worse than they are, but if you have an active leak they will avoid responsibility for it...They are the embodiment of fraud. See that white board, that's the board under the door they installed. Even though they tried to make me believe they didn't install that door after catching them in a lie. You don't have to be a professional installer to see that doesn't look waterproof. And guess what, its not...see the damage inside. Thanks Power Home, rotting wood just what you promised.

We needed windows, siding and a roof over our deck put on. We were in the process of getting estimates so it was perfect timing when they showed up at our door asking if we needed anything done. We scheduled for the first morning appointment since my husband had to work that day. They had us confirm several times the day before and that day (me and my husband). My husband delayed going into work for the appointment. They rescheduled it for an hour later, without asking us, right at our scheduled time. I contacted customer service. Customer service verified with the salesman that he was on his way and would arrive an hour later. My husband waited longer. They didn't show.

This company is defrauding customers. I was sold windows 10 years ago with a lifetime guarantee on replacement. In May of this year, I had two sales reps come to my home and confirm that although they do not do by with the window company that made the windows that I have, they would honor the guarantee. I called today, August 7, and was told the guarantee was void and I would have to pay $180 per window to get the windows fixed. When asked to speak to leadership, I was told they don't have a customer service number. There was no communication from the company that the warranty was changing and this is crazy that they are now asking for $180 per window to fulfill their warranty. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not honor their warranties and dismiss their customer.

The installers were very friendly and professional, and efficient with their time and the finished work was excellent! Overall, it was a 5 star experience!

I would highly recommend this company for any work done to the exterior of your house. They are always professional, personal, and timely. Their work and materials are of the highest quality.

Exceptional experience with Power Home Remodeling. I was very impressed by the workers who came today to install my new windows. They showed up on time and were finished in a half a day's worth of time. They cleaned up perfectly after themselves and they even had a quality assurance manager check the work out once the job was done. I really want to give a shout out to Greg the sales person for his work with me. He even came back to help me with my blinds. This is a five star experience.

This has been a great company to work with. Every person I have encountered has been wonderful, down-to-earth, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the company and products, and have answered all my questions with genuine sincerity. The app they have has been pretty user-friendly too. The windows they installed look amazing! The crew that put them in had a great deal of experience between them and were a great group of guys. I will be using this company's services again in the near future to put in a new sliding glass door and new front door. Overall, I am very happy with this company. American made is a major plus as well!

Alfi ** rules! He was very thorough and clear in describing the roof system, what work would be done, and why it needs to be done. He was pleasant. Engaging. Personable. He's a keeper! The install was perfect. Installers arrived early, were polite, cleaned up as they worked as well as when the job was completed.

The work on my house was excellent, and I was very happy with the quality of the project itself. Unfortunately, everything changed after the project was completed and I signed the final paperwork. They left the dumpster in my driveway for an entire week after the siding was removed. Even worse, after more than four weeks and at least eight phone calls, they still have not picked up the extra materials that were left on my front lawn. To make matters worse, the dumpster company cracked my driveway, and every time I call Power, no one can give me a timeline or tell me what is being done to resolve the issue. It’s very frustrating because they are a great company while they’re selling and completing the project. However, once the job is finished, the customer service completely falls apart. A project that started out perfectly has turned into a nightmare simply because they failed to make sure everything was completed properly after the work was done.

Very professional; felt like I’m a part of the family. Best pricing by far, highly recommend. They actually care about the customer.

The salesman was great, offered a fantastic deal. The install team was great also. Didn't take all day and cleaned up well. The QA follow up was great also. Showed us how to use the windows and confirmed the install went well. We are happy with the product and will definitely do more business with Power!

Nicole was great! She was honest, personable and straight up and treated us like family instead of just another customer! Alvin and the crew they sent out were also great! Clean, effective and worked fast!

I had given him all my info: social security number. Banking info, etc. (dumb I know). I tried to send Power an email and text which came back as undelivered. Left messages on out of state phone numbers and one local number.

Awesome service! Very glad to have them work on our home! The representatives were very professional. They thoroughly explained everything. They were friendly and answered all our questions. They helped us match the gutter color to our home. The work crew arrived on time and let us know when they arrived. They worked with us in regards to the fine details in routing the end caps. They got the installation done in a timely manner. The gutters look great and the color matches our home beautifully. Very happy, and would highly recommend them.

They were really good talking about the products they have. But when they get done they don't do a quality check or call you on how they did. When you have them to come back to fix something they put you off for over a month!! Beware of what they promised you!!

We have had a really bad experience with PHRG... We had new windows installed in 2013 with a lifetime warranty on all windows. About 5-7 years in, several of the windows started to develop a weird film on them that could not be cleaned off. We reported this to PHRG, and they started the process to replace those windows, but this happened during COVID, so there were long delays to replace them because of supply chain delays and issues which is understandable. The customer service could have been better during that time, as they scheduled installs, but did not show up for these installs, and they did not call to let us know no one was coming, and also on at least two occasions when they did come to install, they had the wrong window size or forgot to bring one of the windows altogether. Ultimately, they did replace all of the failed windows.

Was very impressed with your entire crew. All were professional and Curtis took extra care not damage anything and did a super clean up at the end. Everyone we dealt with gave us a good indepth explanation and made sure we totally understood. I'm a retired General Contractor and built big custom homes and properties. We appreciate the service we received.

Amazing experience start to finish. Every point of contact was professional and caring. The installation was super quick and smooth. These guys did an amazing job and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. Great investment. I highly recommend, makes my house look polished and complete.

I absolutely love the siding provided to my home. All of the contractors and salespeople were informative, and pleasant, and polite.

This entire process has been extremely satisfying from the way that we met the door knocking person. She was so pleasant and was really the main reason why we proceeded to go with Power. We weren't originally thinking we were going to get anything but after the salesperson presented the high quality windows and showed us the need for the gutters. We felt very comfortable going with this company. They have followed through being very professional and respectful. The crews have been also very neat and timely. We are going to continue to use them now for our siding and would recommend this company to others

Bryant and Cheyenne were a pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable and polite. I would love to have either come back when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows.

I had siding and gutters installed on my house, although the product is nice the installation went bad, my house and yard was left a mess. They popped my circuit breaker; I had to replace an outlet that was burn up. I had to leave out of town on an emergency the next day while the installers were there and had a friend check on the work. I was out for 10 days as I traveled north, I got a call from the lead installer who informed me that the power was out again, I stated no way! So I pulled into a rest area to check my security cameras. None were working which told me power to the whole house was out, this just added to my frustration. I came home to a mess, spoiled food, the smell, and had to hire an electrician to fix the power.

Overall good experience with minor miscommunication but nothing Power Home team cleared up and even try to do more to fix the communication issues. The actual material used on project are of quality and the actual workers who came onsite very professional and walked project with me and the follow up after project with Quality check manager was very good. And nice to have follow up to walk the project with me even on a smaller job for gutters only.

From start to finish we were thoroughly impressed! The employees were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely personable. They went above and beyond for us and we will be using Power again in the future.

Everyone that we’ve interacted with at Power has been very friendly and professional and have helped my family look out for our best interests. We got all of our windows replaced in one day, they look beautiful, are super easy to operate and clean with the ability to fold the double hung ones to the inside, and I can already tell the temperature difference after installation. We’re also getting a beautiful door and brand new gutters that will handle our water. Everything’s transparent and all the information we need is available through the Pulse app and it’s very user friendly. We’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone considering a remodel.

Power Home Remodeling has been an excellent job, installing windows, doors and gutters on our home. We were really sold by Kendall and his personality. He was patient, showed us examples of all the samples they were going to use. We were also impressed with Pella‘s partnership with power. The job went very smooth, and the company has shown a lot of professionalism throughout the process.

Great customer service. After they put in the windows, they clean up. They know their windows. All the staff from start to finish were very reliable.
