Awesome service! Very glad to have them work on our home! The representatives were very professional. They thoroughly explained everything. They were friendly and answered all our questions. They helped us match the gutter color to our home. The work crew arrived on time and let us know when they arrived. They worked with us in regards to the fine details in routing the end caps. They got the installation done in a timely manner. The gutters look great and the color matches our home beautifully. Very happy, and would highly recommend them.

They were really good talking about the products they have. But when they get done they don't do a quality check or call you on how they did. When you have them to come back to fix something they put you off for over a month!! Beware of what they promised you!!

We have had a really bad experience with PHRG... We had new windows installed in 2013 with a lifetime warranty on all windows. About 5-7 years in, several of the windows started to develop a weird film on them that could not be cleaned off. We reported this to PHRG, and they started the process to replace those windows, but this happened during COVID, so there were long delays to replace them because of supply chain delays and issues which is understandable. The customer service could have been better during that time, as they scheduled installs, but did not show up for these installs, and they did not call to let us know no one was coming, and also on at least two occasions when they did come to install, they had the wrong window size or forgot to bring one of the windows altogether. Ultimately, they did replace all of the failed windows.

Was very impressed with your entire crew. All were professional and Curtis took extra care not damage anything and did a super clean up at the end. Everyone we dealt with gave us a good indepth explanation and made sure we totally understood. I'm a retired General Contractor and built big custom homes and properties. We appreciate the service we received.

Amazing experience start to finish. Every point of contact was professional and caring. The installation was super quick and smooth. These guys did an amazing job and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. Great investment. I highly recommend, makes my house look polished and complete.

This entire process has been extremely satisfying from the way that we met the door knocking person. She was so pleasant and was really the main reason why we proceeded to go with Power. We weren't originally thinking we were going to get anything but after the salesperson presented the high quality windows and showed us the need for the gutters. We felt very comfortable going with this company. They have followed through being very professional and respectful. The crews have been also very neat and timely. We are going to continue to use them now for our siding and would recommend this company to others

Bryant and Cheyenne were a pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable and polite. I would love to have either come back when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows.

I had siding and gutters installed on my house, although the product is nice the installation went bad, my house and yard was left a mess. They popped my circuit breaker; I had to replace an outlet that was burn up. I had to leave out of town on an emergency the next day while the installers were there and had a friend check on the work. I was out for 10 days as I traveled north, I got a call from the lead installer who informed me that the power was out again, I stated no way! So I pulled into a rest area to check my security cameras. None were working which told me power to the whole house was out, this just added to my frustration. I came home to a mess, spoiled food, the smell, and had to hire an electrician to fix the power.

Overall good experience with minor miscommunication but nothing Power Home team cleared up and even try to do more to fix the communication issues. The actual material used on project are of quality and the actual workers who came onsite very professional and walked project with me and the follow up after project with Quality check manager was very good. And nice to have follow up to walk the project with me even on a smaller job for gutters only.

From start to finish we were thoroughly impressed! The employees were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely personable. They went above and beyond for us and we will be using Power again in the future.

Everyone that we’ve interacted with at Power has been very friendly and professional and have helped my family look out for our best interests. We got all of our windows replaced in one day, they look beautiful, are super easy to operate and clean with the ability to fold the double hung ones to the inside, and I can already tell the temperature difference after installation. We’re also getting a beautiful door and brand new gutters that will handle our water. Everything’s transparent and all the information we need is available through the Pulse app and it’s very user friendly. We’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone considering a remodel.

Power Home Remodeling has been an excellent job, installing windows, doors and gutters on our home. We were really sold by Kendall and his personality. He was patient, showed us examples of all the samples they were going to use. We were also impressed with Pella‘s partnership with power. The job went very smooth, and the company has shown a lot of professionalism throughout the process.

Power Home Remodeling did a fantastic job throughout the process. They helped me to hold custom windows for 2 months while I completed work on my foundation. The installers were professional and courteous. They kept the area clean and hauled away the trash. I plan on using Power Home Remodeling in the future to install insulation in the attic. I recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their home.

POWER: very friendly, professional and my experience went great from the time they knocked on my door informing me of a free estimate to the time they completed the installation. I absolutely am happy I said Yes and followed through with their offer, I am pleased with my gutters.

Used Power for a recent window replacement. What a great experience and what a great company. From meeting with David our sales consultant, to working with the measurement team, and having the installation team in our home was a very good experience. The great ending was working with Miguel the QA manager to close out the project. All in all a very good experience and we are pleased with the quality of the windows and workmanship.

Good experience from sales to installation. Quality of the work is good. Just 1-2 misunderstanding or not communicated instances but everything went well and happy with Pella product and Power Homes.

Very professional from start to finish. The doors are gorgeous. The installation crew were efficient, on time and courteous. Would highly recommend.

So far, not pleased at all!!! Was supposed to start on Tues, got a call Monday saying they're going to be a day, no biggie, then Wed 1 man comes to do the job, was supposed to take off all the cedar shakes, said didn't need to, wraps the 3/4 of the house. We called to complain and project manager was supposed to come 2-3 hrs never came, waited 4 1/2hrs. Called thurs, guy came with 2 young guys and started siding. Project manager came told them to rip off shingles and start again, they quit. Was told we'd have new crew Fri, open the app to find out now scheduled for Monday. No notice, just a new schedule on the app. Not to mention, they broke a window, AC unit got dented and I fell off my steps when going out my door and wrap all over porch, and left nails in my driveway. We tried to be understanding, but enough is enough. When you call they're nice and promise you everything and don't deliver.

Power did an amazing job delivering what they promised in a timely and effective way. They were extremely professional and walked us through any questions and concerns we had making sure we fully understood everything before continuing!

I had all new windows on my house and two new doors installed March 2026. Shortly after the doors were installed, the keypad was not working. You would hit the buttons and it wouldn’t open the door I even tried the key. The key was getting stuck in the lock. My husband called to let them know and they said the earliest they could come out was July 16. I thought that was crazy because they just finished putting those locks in. They needed to come out before July. I called Power Project Pulse and let them know that I was going on vacation and I had someone watching my house and my dogs. I did not want them to be locked out of the house. Somebody needed to come out and look at the locks. Project manager named Rob came out and he agreed that locks on both doors were not working properly. He told me that he would order two new ones and call me when they came in. I never heard back from him.

Very great! So happy with everyone we’ve had come out to the house! Very good and efficient company! Loving their work!
