Next Level Concrete Coatings offers several financing options, and most applications are approved within minutes. Customers can choose six- or 12-month plans with no interest. Longer-term financing plans with interest are also available.

Payments begin after the floor is completed.

Next Level Concrete Coatings provides a limited transferable lifetime warranty on residential installations. Coverage continues for as long as the original purchaser owns the property. If the property changes hands, the warranty can transfer, though coverage terms may differ for the new owner.

The warranty covers yellowing from UV exposure, along with peeling, chipping, separation or delamination under normal use. Replacement is limited to the cost of materials.

Warranty coverage doesn’t apply to damage from accidents, misuse, fire, extreme heat, corrosive spills, animal activity, substrate failure or poor installation. Adding unapproved coatings or chemicals also cancels coverage. Slip-and-fall accidents are excluded.

To file a claim, customers can email the company or complete an online form with proof of purchase, details of the damage and photos. An inspection may be required.

Repairs for issues that fall outside of the warranty terms, such as cracks or mishandling, start at $250. The company’s responsibility is limited to supplying replacement coating materials.
