NewSouth Window Solutions had a good price and a good product. The salesman was really good too. We did seven windows and it took them about six hours. They did an awesome job. The whole process from sales all the way through the install and the follow-up was wonderful.

We put a door in. NewSouth's selection of what was available in the market was a lot better. However, we weren't happy with installation. They put the wrong threshold down. And when you close the door, there was light underneath it. The people who put it in didn't see that. They did not seem to be well-coordinated between the people who scheduled the appointments. They postponed several times. I had one of the service people schedule an appointment for me, and then I called back. The central office had no record of it, so nobody showed up. And then because of the COVID thing and the availability of people, I'm still waiting for them to finish up the job. Right now, I have a date on the 20th.

NewSouth's ratings were higher from the consumers. We had another company come out too, and their product was just as good. But the employees themselves make the big difference. From the office, NewSouth kept in touch with us regularly as to the status of the order of our windows. The salesperson, Jonathan, was wonderful. He explained everything well. We had Matt that came out and measured. And we've been dealing with Shauna and Ashley at the office on a regular basis and they're very pleasant and organized. They're a pleasure to work with.

NewSouth brought their products and we liked the way they looked, the motion, and the way the doors locked. We had previous issues with the door locks not working on our old doors. And then, my husband went out to the warehouse, and then the people have just been great. We replaced two sliding glass doors and two windows. Due to COVID, everything was behind. It just was a very long delay between when we did the initial order and when we got the windows. But they kept us informed. It took a long time to get the windows and doors made and we still don't have our screens for the sliding glass doors. I guess they're still getting supplies in. But since the windows are done, we are still waiting. Other than that, they were very efficient. They came in and did a good job with the installation.

NewSouth was responsive. The installers came out, I left them alone, they did their job and did it in a timely manner. It was expensive, but it was good.

They are not to be trusted, poor quality, not responsive, and no after install support. It's a shame I spent so much money with them, never again. I would not recommend them, even if they were the cheapest and they're not. For my experience, I called after a kitchen remodel with a pass-through counter. At time of quote, I asked my salesman what happens when I do my kitchen remodel regarding the window over pass-through (that was a project on my list). He told me to call them and they'd take care of it. I called and they charged me $250 and explained TO ME that the window needed to be taken out and reinstalled. I figured, fine, even though salesman did not mention a fee. But it gets worse, they get here and all they did was caulk and seal, FOR $250! I could have done that myself. Except for warranty call, I'll never do business with them again.

The installers did a very good job. They were very efficient and mostly cleaned up after themselves, which really surprised us. We have not had any really bad weather to know anything about the strength of the windows, but we were very pleased with what we have received. We were also pleased with the workmanship and the information we got from them about getting the city in for inspections and they kept contact with us. They have to come in and put the final trimming after the city inspection. That's the only thing we're waiting on.

NewSouth did major surgery on our condo here and we're very happy. They were not the cheapest but we felt more confident that they would do a good job and we were right. It's quite common for people to have these kinds of shutters on the inside. Everybody else told us, "You're going to have to call the people and they're going to have to all be taken out." When NewSouth came out to measure, I talked to a gentleman and he said, "You have to take out these insert things." He showed me how to take them out and he told me it would be okay. I spent a lot of money on that and if it wouldn't have gone well, I would have been upset. I was able to do that myself instead of spending thousands of dollars to have somebody come out and take out everything. They didn't have any trouble installing it.

I'm very happy with the quality of the window that I got from NewSouth. They look beautiful in there. The guys were very good. They cleaned up after themselves. They got it all done in one day, which we were glad about. They were also very polite, very nice and did a great job.

The sales rep of NewSouth was great. We got the hurricane protection windows. The installation was good, very thorough and quick. However, I just wished where the two windows meet was a little thinner because it went from a 3-inch metal piece in the middle for the new frames to a 5-inch. It just takes up a lot of the window area.

I was informed that it would take 14 to 18 weeks for the installation, I am now in my 21st week. I paid NewSouth Windows almost $8000 deposit of the $21000 cost and they act as if I don't care or make a different. I have called them about 15 times and the only thing that they have done was to get a permit to install the windows. I applied for a rebate with Gulf Power that ended November 30, 2020 and was informed by NewSouth Windows that I should have waited until the windows was installed. The salesman was the one who told me to apply for the rebate. NewSouth Windows has acted as if they don't care. I informed them that I have cancer due to Viet Nam and they did not care. I informed them that I could died before the windows are installed and again they did not care.

My experience with NewSouth went very smoothly. I got new sliding glass doors and I'm very happy with the product so far. The installation went very well. The guys were well-prepared, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a good job.

I like that New South Window has their own windows that they make. It's not a third-party or a middleman. The price is right too. When the gentlemen came over here, I liked the windows better than the other ones that I've seen. He was very pleasant, very friendly and knowledgeable about the window. The installation was excellent. The guy and his team showed up. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I really enjoyed that. So far, so good. We're just waiting on the screens. They said there's a backlog on the aluminum. Hopefully, I get the screens so we can open the windows. I was pleased, overall, except for the screens.

Two people in our subdivision, one of which I respect, used NewSouth Window Solutions' services. We went ahead and started with a door and two windows. We wanted to see how that works out. If it's good, then we'll replace all of our windows. We had a phenomenal sales rep. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. My husband had a lot of technical questions and he knew everything to respond to him. It was great.

New South was very good about calling to let us know how the windows were coming along and really kept us abreast as things were going on. It started going awry when the guys that were coming out to install, really didn't say anything to me about it. I happened to bring up the subject of the screens. They said, “We don't have them.” It was like, “Okay, why?” We went back and forth. They called the office and said they were on backorder and the company had been having issues. I said, “Why didn't anybody tell me? Why did I have to ask about my screens?”

NewSouth advertised made for Florida. The techs were on time when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. They were nice and professional. However, one of the windows failed. They will still do the trim and final inspection, and they will look at that window at the same time.

Everything's fine and we love our windows so, I would recommend NewSouth to anyone.

I tried NewSouth Window Solutions for my final three windows and it worked out much better than the first supplier I had. It was a big picture window and a window on each side. Their reps were fantastic and the installers were really great and very personable. I'm well-satisfied with it.

I had seen NewSouth's advertisement several times but I never talked to anybody about them. My wife and I scheduled the appointment and the rep that represented NewSouth came in during that time. This was in April. The installers were excellent. They did the schedule according to me because I work during the week in defense contract, so I just could not take off. My wife's a teacher and could not take off as well during the week to accommodate them. So, it had to be on a Saturday.

NewSouth was a little cheaper. The sales team was good. It got a hurricane strength window. There was a delay though. They were fast in putting it in. It took an hour or so to do. It was just the fact that they came, they brought the window to the house, if somebody from the manufacturer have seen the damage, and these little bolt things in the window, other people saw it, and then they stuck it on the wall. But these little bolt things in there, until my husband noticed it when they were about to leave, seeing all these bolts that were in the window that wasn't supposed to be there. That was why then they had to wait another month or two for this new window. They replaced it but it went through processing and manufacturing, shipping and handling, to my house. I don't understand why nobody noticed it. But my husband saw it.

I know NewSouth was a lot more expensive than anybody else but we decided to go ahead with it. I wanted them to enclose my back porch because it only has aluminum, and I wanted hurricane windows and a door put in. Well, they wouldn't even quote me a figure. I found out I could have gotten the windows $4,000 cheaper, and I'm almost sorry I didn't go that way. The people were wonderful. The guys who installed were excellent. However, I was disappointed in the fact that they said it would take 12 weeks but it turned out to be closer to 18 to 20 weeks. I don't think any other window company is going to get them to you any faster since everything is very slow right now.

NewSouth had a good product. I had 15 windows done which took two days. It went pretty smooth. The windows are a lot easier to open and close. The lifetime warranty is also very good.

I own the glass shop in Charleston, South Carolina and I used to sell Certain Teed replacement windows. But the way they showed on the ad on the television how NewSouth's windows were made, I said, “Hey, that's the way to go.” We had the guy come out and he measured everything. I said, “I want as much glass on this porch as we can get.” He said, “Okay, I’ve got it.” He was very personable. He was there to help us. And then, the guys who put those windows in were really professional. They just 1-2-3 and they were in. The quality of these windows is superb. We are enjoying our new windows. I've already recommended NewSouth Window Solutions about six times.

This company delivered cracked impact windows on top of taking 26 weeks to deliver and install a product that was to be delivered within 14 weeks. Impact windows were installed with cracked glass and still waiting for repair. We signed a contract on March 4th, 2020. According to the contract the impact windows would be installed from 12 - 14 weeks. It took New South Window Solutions 26 weeks to install the windows. To make the situation worse they installed the windows cracked and broken. They convinced my husband to let them install the windows and they would be back within 2 weeks to make the repairs. Unfortunately that was a verbal conversation. Here we are going on the 4th week and not a call or schedule in sight to make the repairs.

The team who came and replaced all our windows, 3 sliders and 2 doors were real professionals. They worked for several days as they started with the windows on the west side and worked their way around my house, keeping away from the sun as best they could. We are pleased with the work they did and also pleased with the pleasant demeanor of the whole crew. We are glad we chose New South Windows.

NewSouth Windows was very responsive and nice to deal with. Purchasing the windows was great. The installation experience was okay. They changed a big window, which apparently, they handled improperly because it fogged almost immediately. They didn't want to bring their crane, so they had to go upstairs. And in the process of bringing through the stores, they twisted it so they lost the seal. They're gonna replace the windows through warranty. I had a very hard time to get them to come and finish the details of installation. Finally, because I was selling the house, I had to get it done on my own. NewSouth got very nice people. I enjoyed dealing with them. But I shouldn't have to be pestering them. And in the end, they never really came to do what they were supposed to do.

NewSouth sat down and talked to us. The rep explained the whole thing. He came out and brought a sample with him. We talked to somebody else who did our next door neighbor as well. Both of them gave us an estimate. The other estimate was a lot cheaper. But for some reason, we decided to go with NewSouth because the rep responded a lot quicker when we wanted to move forward with the project.

I called in and we made an appointment. The rep then came out. He was a bit pushy, but that is what he is supposed to be. The installation team was one guy but he was really good. It was very positive. And then, NewSouth sent a team out to finish the installation up completely.

The installer was good and polite. They did everything and left. I only purchased three energy hurricane windows because that's all I could afford right now. They're expensive. Some of the things that NewSouth quoted me on were pricey. So, I'm gonna get several more estimates before I decide what I will do for the rest of the house. I used another company for my living room and then I used NewSouth for my bedroom. I just see which one I liked best. But I like NewSouth because they have the steel still in the windows, which would help. Also, I like that they have locks on the windows.

I bought windows and a door and the cost is expensive, but the quality is very good. I had two different teams come in to install. One team came and put the windows in and another team came by and they finished some of the windows that didn't get finished on the first day at a quite a bit later date. They both were very good. I still am waiting on one window for my neighbor though. It's a regular, 73 by 60 inches wide window. I had to pay for it because I'm in a homeowner association and our windows have to match. The installer got sick and it's been dragging out for several weeks now. Other than that, I got a good product. I liked NewSouth Window Solutions 'cause they're just made right here in Tampa. The sales reps were very knowledgeable too. I had done a lot of research on windows beforehand and they definitely knew what they were talking about. I really like them.

I bought a door and six windows from NewSouth. I was very pleased with the sales rep and the team that put the windows in was outstanding. The work is good though it hasn't been inspected yet. They're supposed to be coming out next Friday for the final inspection but I was very satisfied so far. Everything was beautiful. The only real concern I had was the period of time it took to get the windows. It took like almost three months once we ordered them until we got the windows.

NewSouth Window Solutions was outstanding. The guys that came and did the work did a great job. They did great follow-up too. I'm happy with what I got. As a consumer, I would love to get a better cost. But comparing NewSouth to Andersen or Pella and looking at their warranties which were a joke, there's no comparison. NewSouth is truly in a class by itself.

I'd recommend NewSouth Window highly and I've always done that. I went with them because of their pricing and reviews online. I bought impact windows and doors and it's the best. The installation took two days and it was effortless.

My experience with NewSouth Window Started with the sales person and ended with windows installers on time as scheduled. The product was delivered on time and the work was done professionally. The product is high quality and the workmanship is the best.

We found NewSouth online and although we had gone to some other facilities in the area, theirs seemed to be a lot nicer and bigger. I liked that everything was made right there onsite and the quality was better than the other manufacturers. We purchased a condo on the beach and we restored a balcony that was enclosed previously by the owners, and NewSouth installed new sliders on them. Outside contractors were not being allowed in the building but they were ready within the timeframe allotted. The finished product was great.

I was looking at different companies online and I saw NewSouth Window Solutions and their reviews and started reading them. We moved here two years ago and not any of my neighbors have NewSouth. I have a neighbor who bought windows from a booth in Home Depot and they said the windows are nice but then the people that were installing are not related to the company. They're just a contractor to install and when my neighbor had issues, they had to go back to the main office and it was a lot of back and forth. When I started looking at NewSouth, I saw that they're all local from the area. We made the decision to give it a try and see how it goes and our experience was outstanding.

NewSouth did two bedroom windows and a kitchen window. So far, so good. They're nice windows and I'm happy. The installers were on time but the only thing is they could make the installation a little faster.

A friend of mine and her husband had done a bunch of research and they thought NewSouth Window was the best one around. I kinda took their word and had NewSouth come and give me an estimate. We had them do all the windows in the front of our house. We also hired them to do all the windows in the back of our house. I already did half the job and now we have to save up some money to get the second half done. The people that came in to do it were very nice. Everything looks wonderful and I'm happy with it. The county people had to come look at it then they came back out to finish everything off and make sure everything was good.

NewSouth's rep was very convincing and very knowledgeable on the product. He provided all of the information, answered all of my questions and was not pushy but just explained what the product was. I had a lot of windows done but it was all done in one day. I love them. I have another company's windows in but I prefer NewSouth windows. I had the doors put into a different house that I had that I was selling, and they were nice, solid, excellent quality doors. The installation also went quickly and the installers were very professional.

NewSouth's price beats some of the other competitors so I decided to go through them. The salesman was not pushy. He just demonstrated the windows they had and told me what they would do. I had a total of six windows replaced and the installers did it in one day. They came in and did an excellent job. They were very professional and didn't leave any debris. I would do it again.

All aspects of our experience with NewSouth Windows was very positive. From the initial sales representative to the installation to the inspection to the service department and all communications in between were very professional, positive, and well received. I would highly recommend NewSouth Windows to anyone. As a matter of fact two of our neighbors have already used NewSouth Windows for their new hurricane resistant, impact resistant window installation as well. We are now all waiting for the three panel sliding doors to become available so we can complete our projects. Thank you very much.

I Googled window manufacturers in the area and NewSouth was right near me. They had just opened a Bonita Springs location. I interviewed three places and decided to go with NewSouth because they have multiple panes for the impact windows. Also, their warranty seemed to be the best so I chose to go with them. I had them put in windows for the whole house. The salesperson was great and I didn't have any issues until I got to the project coordinators.

The salesman was a complete ** once I signed the papers. He was rude, combative, sarcastic. He talked down to myself and husband when trying to figure out what happened to the one window change. Once they started one window that was supposed to be hurricane proof was not, (bc salesman didn't order it) the back sliding door did not have what was needed to put in, waited 6 more weeks for right window and back door to be done. That is a total of 12 weeks to get windows. The managers at the office do not return calls, we had to call and text several times to get it done.

I looked at NewSouth online and I liked what I saw and I called them. When the salesmen come out, what I liked the best is we explained that I just wanted to do one front window and he was real good. He didn't pressure us to do anything else and went through all the products and showed us that. I liked him real well. Also, one of the things I liked is about the veterans. I'm a Vietnam POW survivor and that was another factor. The only complaint that I would have would be how long it took between ordering the windows and getting them installed. But I don't hold it against them. Some of that was the virus, in addition to them having to manufacture the windows. During installation, the installers were here most of the day but they were efficient. They were friendly and clean.

I found NewSouth Window Solutions in an advertisement on TV. At the time, I had three estimates and theirs was the best quality for the price, so I decided to go with them. I did 25 windows and they were different sizes between bathroom, sliders, and side sliders. So, I got three different kinds of windows on the house.

I had used a different company when I lived near Clearwater, Florida. We had a town hall there, and we took out the squatters and put French doors in, and then we just loved it. It cut down on the noise and changed the whole appearance of the room. So, I was looking to do that when I relocated to Naples, but I wasn't in a hurry. We were just watching TV and I heard NewSouth was advertised, and I checked them out with some of my friends. I know that they're in construction and they have a very good reputation. Even the home inspector when he came out here reiterated that they were a good company.

The salesperson was amazing. She answered all my questions, showed some good options, and worked through a good estimate for me. Then the installation went way better than expected. The people finished the entire project in one day, which were 10 windows and four doors. Very well done and incredibly clean. The product has very high quality and I like it very much. It's sound resistance and heat resistance. It's been awesome.

We just had our windows replaced in our house. The entire event has been nothing short of outstanding. The installers were professional and very thorough. Very happy with the results! Highly recommended!

The salesperson that came over was fabulous. He understood our concerns about why we wanted to replace and do the windows and the sliding doors. He was not pushy when he came back to do the entry door. He just demonstrated the product, gave us a couple of comparisons, and actually had samples of the other products as well as their product and so it wasn't a hard decision at all. Then the installation on the windows and sliding glass doors was perfect and wonderful.

There was a NewSouth Window Solutions sign on the neighbor's house and I just thought I'd like a new window. The sales rep was very nice and I ended up getting three windows. NewSouth was very professional and I have no complaints. They were great.

NewSouth Window Solutions is advertised everywhere and somebody told me that they were good. I ordered two patio doors and two large nine-foot windows. We ordered them in January and they did not get them until the end of May. We were supposed to have those windows installed two months ago but we had to leave. I kept calling NewSouth Window and telling them, “Look, I’m leaving in two months. I have to leave.” They said okay. I called them every week and they wouldn’t call me back. Finally, we were getting ready to leave and the car was packed. They said they were coming next week so I had to hire somebody to go sit at my house.

Even with Covid 19 installation and follow up work went smoothly. Everyone has been kind, efficient, and pleasent to work with. When we're ready for the three windows, we wouldn't heisitate to call New South Windows. Keep up the good work. God Bless.

I have nine windows and a door from NewSouth. The installation went very well and they did it in one day. The quality is great. I didn't feel like I got pressure from their salesman and he got right to the point. I'm very pleased with NewSouth.

The highest quality we found. We researched windows and doors for a year online and at 3 Home and Garden shows. New South was the highest quote that we got after 2 other quotes. We picked New South not only for their quality but honesty in the excellent sales presentation by Jeff and they also delivered exactly what we wanted. Rob and his staff at Bonita Springs office was very friendly and helpful and informative. Eric and his installation crew was prompt, hardworking, courteous and did a fabulous job.

NewSouth Window Solutions has a local office and a local factory. We purchased hurricane-proof windows from them because we knew they were gonna be top quality. Their sales rep was wonderful. That person, as well as the installers, was very professional and kind. It almost felt like they were family when they were in the house. They were very caring.

Mr. David ** came face-to-face with me and showed me what they were gonna do, did the measurements in front of me, and followed through every time I called. We purchased storm-resistant or impact-resistant windows. They appear to be very good. The installers were very good and very professional as well. I was impressed with them. It’s just all the rigmarole after that, with all the permitting. And I’m still not cleared. The permitting, I’ve been told, changes every three years in the city of Naples. And it’d be kind if NewSouth would tell the customer things that are beyond their control, that they will do everything that they can do get the permits done. And they did do that. But to warn us that I don't have to be spending 20 hours of my time, trying to fix things, so that I can get my permits done.

I have an old home with the old jalousie windows and they were horrible. Living in Southwest Florida, the heat pours through the jalousie windows. We even went as far as purchasing huge sheets of styrofoam and as horrible as it looked, we would tape it into the windows in the summertime because it was unbearable in our living room. Doing an internet search, I inquired about windows and NewSouth Window Solutions was one of the places that showed up. They had a store, I went in and they sold me the second they showed me how the heat does not come through the windows. I could not believe that and then they did a fabulous job.

I liked the quality of the product. The rep was very informative, prompt and answered all our questions. And then, I was amazed that they got the installation done as quickly as they did. I was concerned because they had a 12-foot hole open in my house. But it all worked out fine. My wife likes the windows. That's the most important part.

We had half our windows put in a couple of years ago by Armortech. But my husband felt that they charged too much and weren’t very customer-friendly. So, we looked for a different company. We had gotten a quote from West Shore Windows. But we didn’t feel comfortable with the salesman or the process. And so, we got a second opinion, and we felt much more comfortable with the salesman and the process with NewSouth.

NewSouth seemed to have a better product. I got a sliding glass door. The sales representative was fine, but there were some errors in his information. He said there was an extra charge for a sliding screen, which there was not. It was included. He also said it would be our option how the door was installed, but it was not. It was just installed. The installation crew's work is fine. It’s just not what I was thinking for an $8,000 door. The door seems to be of very good quality though but for the cost, the finish wasn’t there. Others should be very cautious with NewSouth.

NewSouth Windows was a good recommendation and I trusted the person that I was speaking to. Also, I had done research before. The sales reps were all very professional and they certainly knew their job. So, I was very pleased. And then, the installation was very professional. I got replacements of the front door and side window. I’m very happy with them. I feel that I won’t have a problem way down the road.

We purchased one window from NewSouth, but it’s a huge window, it had seven smaller windows. The gentleman was really nice. So far, the quality of the window is good too.

My next door neighbor gave a good recommendation. The NewSouth sales rep was very good in demonstrating all of the stuff that he had to do. And then the installers had to stay late, but they got it done. However, they didn't bring a window sill that had to be replaced. They didn't look far enough into the work order to bring it with them. I'm waiting for them to come back to replace the broken window. But other than that, they were courteous. A couple of people were looking to replace some windows too so they asked me about it. I told them who I got and that my windows are all hurricane-rated.

There was a time when I needed new windows and I wanted to make sure that I was getting those that were gonna protect my house. I went with NewSouth and I love the windows I got from them. Their installation team was great.

We've had windows put in in the last two years from another company. We were going to do the first part of the house and we did not want to go back with that company. We were very impressed with NewSouth Window's presentation of how windows held the heat and the warranty on them. The sales team was great. And then, when the installers came in, they laid out a drop cloth. They vacuumed the entire time. And as long as they were drilling, they were vacuuming. It was a lot of people that were here. Some were outside, some were inside. They knew what they were doing. When we do the back part of the house, we definitely want to do the same installers. The all-around experience with NewSouth Windows was excellent.

We purchased three windows from NewSouth. The installation went fine and their crew was efficient. They picked up after themselves. However, we're not happy with the fact that they never came back and out the finishing strips in. I understand they had to wait for the inspector to come and see the windows before the strips can go back in but we have called twice and have gotten no answer. I suspect that is because we live in Sanibel and they don't have any other reason to come out to our location. Since they started the job though, they ought to finish it off. Still, we're happy with the windows we got.

I got NewSouth Window for two houses. Their salespeople were very good. I like them. The installation went well and the quality is excellent.

Late in October 2019, I had Michael from NewSouth Window over to give me an estimate to replace my 24 windows and double front door in my home. I had already spoke with three other window companies, but felt New South would be best for my needs. He stated in the contract that the windows would be ready in 10 to 14 weeks. After 14 weeks went by, I emailed Michael to find out what the status of the order is. He replied I should call the office to find out. With that level of customer service I knew I was in trouble. The office stated about 4 more weeks.

I like NewSouth Window's guarantee and the way they were built. The salesman was very nice, wasn't pushy, and explained how they're made in comparison to some of the other windows that are out there in the market. The installers were professional yet very easy to talk to. We had a sliding glass door and windows throughout the entire house. We're very pleased. However we ran into two windows cracked. One while the guys were still here and another one cracked when they had left so they are coming back to replace those.

They have agreed to replace my husband's driver.

My sister got windows from NewSouth and it was a great installation. Then, we were looking to get new windows and I followed on for our main house in Orlando. Also, we have a rental here in Longboat and we did the same windows here. I had a great experience with NewSouth with both of them. My sister had warned me about dings in the frames and having to repaint so I was prepared for that.

We contracted with New South Window in mid 2019 to be installed in FEB 2020. They began work in late Jan 2020. Work was done very poorly for which they had to come back out to repair but all was not finished. We are still missing one window due to cracked frame. We have 2 sashes that have failed and one window that was put in incorrectly. We have been told on several occasions it would be done or they would have an answer by the following Monday and each time Monday goes by with no response. This is a poor way for a company to operate. At this time I would not recommend this company.

I priced NewSouth's windows years ago but didn't do anything about it because I was having sticker shocks for about three years. When they offered 40% off, I went to their showroom and found the price to be a little more than what it was three years ago from other companies. I needed to replace a window that was drafty and wouldn't stay open. I spoke to Chad the NewSouth salesroom and went with them. Recently, I called Chad again to ask a few questions and he was very thorough.

New South's windows are very expensive but I'm very happy with them. New South was fantastic, too. When they installed the windows, they even put my Venetian blinds back in for me. They also did a beautiful job of cleaning up. Other than that, I was coming from single-pane windows that were the original windows here in the condo, so I was impressed with the construction of the windows that New South offered. I also liked the fact that they are hurricane-resistant. And I have noticed a difference in the noise value as far as when the windows are open and when they are shut. These windows are a lot more insulating and it’s going to be quieter once I replace the rest of the windows.

Most pleased with both the window quality and installation. Very good appearance from street and excellent heat transfer resistance as previous windows caused living room to overheat and 'kick in' air conditioner frequently.

Getting window replacements is daunting. So many really sketchy companies with disaster reviews etc. We gambled and went with NewSouth, not really know what to expect. The salesperson was nice and informative, like all the others we talked to. The pricing wasn't the lowest, nor the highest. Just something seemed like, "Let's gamble on these guys."

I like that NewSouth builds and installs the window. My experience with the other window was somebody built it and somebody else installed it, and that kinda led to problems. NewSouth's sales team got here real quick, looked at everything and had some good suggestions about how we should approach the project. They were good. I got 4 big picture windows and a matching set above them but they have sliders in them. I like the windows a lot. They're great. The installation guys were excellent too. It took them 2 days to do the installation. It's kind of a unique project. It's a big opening that they put it into and there were some structural issues with the building that they had to take into account. They did a real good job of figuring out what needed exactly to be done to get them to fit correctly.

Recently had the windows replaced in our home with New South Windows. The factory direct process was what initially drove me to this company, as well the factory was only minutes from my home. The sales pitch and product review were very informative and hassle free, the product really sells itself. The quality of their window frames and glass defiantly impressed me right from the start. The production and delivery of the windows was completed ahead of schedule, much to my surprise – how often does that happen. The installation crew did an excellent job completing the 10 window R&R in one day. They did a pretty good job protecting the floors and furniture with drop cloths and cleaned up the area as they went.

While we were upset with a couple in home estimates we go, we were hoping maybe a visit to the local plant and seeing them built in person would be a much better experience. It sure was, We cannot be more happy with the job they did building our windows and installing them. The install team was very professional and very good. The soundproofing in our house has been the most noticeable and the ac is not running as often. Thank you to Earl, and Bob and all the employees at NewSouth here in Tampa Bay Area...Great job.

Getting to know them was great, went to the facility and looked at windows got my appointment got my price, then paid, scheduled when they would come and install. Very satisfied from the beginning until the end. Thank you NewSouth Window Solutions.

I had the last two windows in my home installed and had a terrific experience, just as I have in the past. What is great about New South is I did my home over 4 different installments. My windows are consistent quality. The installers were equally as good each time. I have cut my utility bill by 25% to 30%. My biggest savings happens during the warmest months of the year! That's big in Florida!

NewSouth was recommended by a neighbor and the salesman was very informative. He had a nice presentation. We talked to some other company about getting some windows through them but when the salesman from NewSouth came to our home and showed us his nice presentation about the windows, it sold us on it. When you see why you have to pay this much money, it makes sense but when somebody just sends you an email and gives you the price, it’s a tough pill to swallow. We got blown off by them and if you want them there, there they are. We just moved to Florida and it was all new to us. He did a good job and we're very happy with the impact windows that we got.

NewSouth does a good job. I bought doors from them and Sonny, the rep, came by on the installation day to make sure it was right. I’ve used the same team twice and they were great.

We already looked into another company and then we went down to see NewSouth’s window. We were very impressed with the quality of the product. It was a little bit heavier than the other ones we did and they had a nice incentive going on at that time, which was one extra window. What they usually do right now is pay for two and get three but we got just a one-day type of promotion. Sony, the rep, was very informative, helpful and cooperative. He knew his stuff and knew the competition so he knew what he was talking about.

We are very satisfied with our windows from NewSouth and with the whole process. We had a very positive experience with their sales team and the installers were very professional. They knew what they were doing and they got it done pretty quickly.

When I had the salesman come out, he brought me cut-away sections of their window. We went over the warranty-guaranty. I like the fact that it was by direct, with no middleman. I talked to people who bought windows through a middleman and if there was something wrong with the window, everyone points the finger at the other guy. But when I’m dealing direct with NewSouth and if I got a failure in one of the windows, they would come out, take a look at it, and they’d order the part. They would do everything they say. The installation was great. I’ve been very happy with them. They've done all my windows and some of my doors. They did a great job. I have three more windows to do and they’re gonna be the people I’d call for those.

The installer was on time and gave his all to do the job. He was very polite and did the job efficiently. I was impressed with the quality of the product. I really feel that our windows will keep us safe no matter the weather in Florida has in store for us.

This company is top notch. The sales team are most informative and pleasant. I only got 2 sliding doors, but was treated like I was buying a whole house full. They kept me informed as to how my order was progressing in their factory which was reassuring to me. (I’ve worked with other companies that didn’t and had to reach out to them.) Installation was wonderful. I now have beautiful sliding doors that offer more security and do not sweat when it’s hot outside and the AC is on. The crew was respectful of my home and covered furniture to keep any dust off them. They did a great job cleaning up too. I called the office for help with filling out the rebate with TECO and they were great. It was a pleasure working with all of them and I will use them again for all subsequent window replacements.

We're very happy with NewSouth Windows. The salespeople were very good and the installers were hard workers. They installed 7 windows and a door. The quality is excellent.

We had some unique window styles that we wanted and NewSouth Window Solutions was able to accommodate them. Looking at the factories, seeing how the windows were made, and feeling confident that the windows were gonna last and be made well, we decided to go with them. It was good dealing with their reps and the Installation was fantastic. They were done in two days and did a really good job of staying late one night to get all the windows done. We’ve only had the windows for a month now, but they look great. They open and close great and will hopefully be much more efficient than the ones that we had.

From the start with Florida New South Windows, we had a very pleasant and professional experience with all the employees of this company that we either met with or spoke to. We were impressed with the presentation of product, follow-up phone calls during the production of window and then to the installation of the windows. The installers, Ray and his crew, were very professional and thorough while working consistently throughout the whole day. Kudos to the company for having such caring and respectful workers. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing for a superior product provided by a superior company.

I looked at a lot of windows and, at the showroom, NewSouth had the best constructed windows because they had cutaways and this, that, and the other thing. Some of the others did, but these were thicker. There were different thickness of glass and all kinds of things. After seeing them, compared to the other ones, it was pretty obvious who was better. We purchased 12 windows and a door, which is wonderful. The products' quality is great. We love it all. We couldn’t be more thrilled. Also, the installers did a good job of cleaning up and they didn’t tear things up too badly. The sales team seemed to be knowledgeable and fair, too. Overall, it was a really good experience.

I purchased windows from NewSouth. The salesman was okay and good. They were doing anything they could to make sure that I got the windows right then. However, they gotta come back and replace one of my windows because it wasn’t put properly. The installers finished late at night. They left the tempered glass, and then outside it, they had to wait and pick up when they come back to do the final thing, putting the buttons on. And then there was crap on the other side of the house where they took the old windows out, and the old caulking and everything popped out of the windows. It’s just little nitpicky stuff, but it looked bad and we didn't see it. We told them everything looked good ‘cause I couldn't see it. And then the next day we’d seen it. But they're good-quality windows.

We got the thermopane with a grid, there are two huge windows in the sunroom and then we got the new door, which is great. It even has a handicapped handle on it. So far, we’ve been very pleased with the workmanship. The young men that came were so efficient and skilled, and they cleaned up after themselves. The only thing was that when the girl called to say when they were coming, she said, “You have to move everything away from the windows, 3 feet.” My husband got upset. I hurt my back doing this. It would have been a better selling point if they would be willing to move them. With all of those muscular guys, it wouldn’t have taken them long. Still, they were very skilled. Even the gentleman that came after it was finished was great too. We were pleased with the whole thing and it has made a difference. It's like we don’t hear the train and sometimes, not even the airplanes. It seemed to immediately make the house more cozy.

I called a couple of places and they would never come out. My brother and his wife went with NewSouth and were very pleased and happy with them, so we went with NewSouth as well. We're very happy. The installers were wonderful people.

Rep told me "we have our policies ..." I attempted to remind her that my time is as valuable as theirs and they would have to work to my schedule. Call went downhill from there. If my experience is like this in the "dating" phase I can only image how it would have been if I elected to do business with them. Customer is king folks.

We are very happy with all of our interactions with New South Windows staff. Three of thirteen windows were replaced. We plan to replace more windows and sliding doors in the future. We look forward to working with them again.

I had a gut feeling about the product of NewSouth. I wanted the windows and I bought two picture windows from them and three regular ones. I also got two sets of French doors. I like the quality of the products. The installation was great. The inspector said it was one of the best jobs he had ever seen because of the quality of work. The only problem that I had with NewSouth was the delivery time as well as communication. When they said 14 to 18 weeks, it was not. It took six months and there was always a reason. Other than that, everything was fine.

My experience with NewSouth Window Solutions was wonderful. I moved here about three months ago and had a broken window in the home. I talked to Joe in the sales department, drove up to the showroom, and he showed me. He was a kind man. He told me more about windows than I’d ever need to know. Then, the guys came to my home, took the measurements, and made sure everything was up to snug all the way along the line. These guys were polite, they introduced themselves, and then they put on their booties. they came in, did a quick, clean and quiet job, and explained everything before and after. Then there was a follow up with it by another fellow to make sure I was totally satisfied and understood how everything worked. And I couldn’t be more satisfied. What a great team. It was nothing but a quality performance. When I need more windows, they would be the first ones I call.

We heard about NewSouth from a neighbor, and we purchased windows and a patio door from them. We had a very good experience with both the sales and installation team. The quality of the windows is great and we really like them. I would definitely do it again.

I got NewSouth to do my house windows and then through Hurricane Irma, I sat in my lounge chair in my living room all night long. I could see the trees moving, but I heard nothing even the rain. It was plastered against the windows. After the hurricane, I sent them an email. My neighbor and I both got windows couple of years ago and we discussed. Then I called back NewSouth so they'd do my garage windows 'cause I wanted all of them to be alike.

A recent bad experience with the NewSouth warranty team prompted Me to write this review after seeing a bunch of ads on tv. Don’t be fooled by their claim of “made in Fl for Fl”. We moved to FL and our house needed some new windows. We saw their ads and decided to give them a try. This was over two years ago. Our experience has been nothing short of horrible with this company and their product. We purchased 9 windows, waited several months for them to be made, the installer showed up and had damaged the windows during loading and transport. I sent him away and they had the windows remade. The second installer was amazing and I thought we were finally good to go. About 6 months later the first of 8 windows had the seal fail and the pane fog. We have replaced all but one sash, several more than once. So much for the “made for Fl” claim. These windows seem to be poorly made.

NewSouth was not the cheapest out of the estimates that we got, but they were highly recommended and local, and I liked their presentation. My neighbor had them, so we had a good referral. I love my new windows and doors. The crew was good and the foreman on the crew was superb. He had a lot of attention to detail, and he followed up and made sure his crew did the right thing. Sometimes they needed to have some adjustments and corrections and he made sure that’ll happen. NewSouth has different workers and some of them are subcontractors and they need to be supervised in a situation like that.

Enclosed lanai with sliding glass doors and windows. Appreciate work done to allow sun room for more months spent in Venice. We were informed of progress and pleased with the outcome. Previously, we needed to remove furniture, etc. when visiting in northern states. All workmen were polite and were prompt in arrival and completion of work in a professional manner.

It was a pleasure working with a company that actually shows up when they say they will be there. Newsouth Windows is truly a customer oriented company who prides themselves in the quality of their work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace windows or doors! Great job to all!

I purchased windows for my home and waited three months to get them in. The company screwed up the measurements on the main picture window. Their mistake. I waited another three months for the fix. My home sat with no window treatments and unfinished windows throughout because the final inspection could not be done. After the second wait, the company showed up and, once again had screwed up the window build (opened wrong direction). Throughout my six month wait they only spoke to me if I called. And they took very little responsibility and offered no good solution or even a discount for our trouble. I currently sit unsatisfied with an incomplete job in December - when the install should have been done in August. I would not recommend a company when they treat their customers so poorly.

NewSouth Window Solutions of Bonita Springs are great people to work with. Gary the factory representative came to our home; he was prompt and knowledgeable. Gary spent a lot of time explaining and showing us the window quality etc. Paul the production manager measured and assessed everything. Again, very prompt and polite. The windows arrived about the time Paul had estimated for us.

Everybody over at NewSouth was nice and knowledgeable. The sales rep did a good job with the demonstration and everything. So, we decided to go with them and purchase 11 windows. It took them a couple of days to finish everything. The guy came out and he only had enough parts for four windows. So we've rescheduled for them to come out again. They had a really good service and it was a pretty good experience.

We had impact windows installed and the quality has been so far, so good. But its cost needs to be improved. The NewSouth Window's sales team was all right though. And the installers had the windows in really quickly and they went over everything.

NewSouth Window Solutions was the window made in Florida. That was my main concern, that it was something that was locally made and the fact that it was Tampa, even closer, it was the selling point for me. The sales rep, Jacob, did a great job. He explained everything and demonstrated what we were getting, so we felt like we got what we bought. We got the hurricane impact windows with the open prairie design, so mostly they’re single hung. The fact that we were able to do projects in stages was also a big plus because it’s hard to do everything all at once. It’s a little cost-prohibitive. We knew what was priority for us. We had a good idea. We do want to get all the windows done and he was able to work with us.

The doors and windows we ordered arrived early than anticipated. This involves all of our windows and three sliders. The work was to be completed in three days and it was. The workers were punctual and worked straight through each day. They were conscientious of our property, friendly yet professional. One of our marble window ledges broke during installation but Eric spent two days finding the replacement. The finished products are not only great looking, it is such a relief to know we are protected for the rest of our lives here.

Our NewSouth sales rep was very responsive. He got us the quote and everything was done very quickly. We were told that it'd take about 16 weeks for everything to come in. Although it came a little bit quicker, it wasn't by much. The installers were very professional and did a great job. They showed up when they said they would and finished in a day like they said they would. We replaced all 14 windows in our home and we like the new windows a lot. The quality seems to be very good. The weather has gotten cooler, so we've opened some and they operate easily. We'd definitely recommend NewSouth.

These windows (we ordered 8) were installed in record time (6 hours). The installers cleaned up everything. They were personable, answered our questions and did an awesome job in installing. The windows look great inside and out.

I had NewSouth in to do their demo with others. I felt like they had the best product. I had them do 10 windows and a couple of over-arches over windows. One big, one small. However, there was very little communication. One of the windows didn’t fit in right so they epoxied it in until they could get a new one made. They installed on the 3rd of September. And they had to have a new one made and today, I still don’t have a window.

I went to Wells Fargo, and they gave me a list of people that would do the windows for the loan-out, the homeowner’s loan, and they gave me the number of NewSouth Window. The installation went very well. We love our kitchen windows. The people from NSW were very nice and they did a great job.

NewSouth Window Solutions was running a special on TV. They also had a good reputation and they’re local in Florida. We had them do four windows in the bedroom, one large slider window in the living room, and sliding glass doors in the back kitchen area, and the front door. The experience was great. Everyone was cooperative and helpful. I had a little question on the sliding glass door and I called them, the service department came out within a reasonable time frame and corrected the situation on the screen door at the sliding glass door and perfected that. So there were no issues and everything went smoothly and one-day installation. I feel ecstatic about the quality of the windows. The electric bill has reduced to some degree and the noise resolution is much quieter now.

Order window 5 14 2019. Got them install on 9 18 2019. The installer crack one of the pane. Still wait for replacement. When I call all they say is they are work on it. I haven't had them inspected yet. Still waiting. Very unhappy.

Dealing with New South Windows has been a pleasure so far. Installers were excellent. Did a great job. Very friendly and efficient. The quality of the windows is outstanding. We love our new windows. The county inspector said the installers did an excellent job.

NewSouth's sales team knew what they were doing. We did windows through them and everything was pretty quick. We did the whole house the first time except for one window. However, it took five months for that one window to get built. That was a little long. Still, all in all, the installation with them was good. We're happy with everything.

They said if I recommend a friend I would get 100 dollars. Well it's been 8 months no check. I have called three times and was told they would take care of it. NO check no return call. I think I will not obtain this money. Don't believe a word your salesman tells you.

If you want to save energy, put in good windows in the house in Florida. I bought from NewSouth due to the guarantees for life. The quality of the impact window I got from them is good. The reps did a good job in installing it and they cleaned up after themselves but there’s one issue I’m taking care of on Friday. On the slider on the top rail, it was about an inch too short. I didn’t wanna have them fill it full of caulking, so they’re coming out to look at it.

We purchased 2 sliders and 11 windows from NewSouth Window Solutions. When I contacted them, I was very impressed. They seemed like they were customer-oriented and really appreciated the business. The installation team did fine except that they did not clean the windows before they left. They said that that was our responsibility. So, I called back NewSouth's office and I told them, “You know, you buy a new car and it doesn’t come with dirty windows.” And the cost of the windows was almost the same as a new car. NewSouth then said that the installation team should’ve cleaned it. So, they’ve been taking care of a couple of things that needed to be cleaned up and I would have no problems recommending them to my mother. The quality of the items installed is very good too. All in all, I would highly recommend NewSouth.

The NewSouth Window sales team made an appointment and they came out. It was actually a really easy and simple experience with them. The installation team was also good. They were in and out of here within two hours. The quality of the five windows we purchased is good and the product is doing the job. And every time I call, like they have to come out because the screens are falling off, there was no hesitation on it. NewSouth was like, "Okay. We'll see you in a week." They're cheaper too.

I don't usually like salesmen but John from NewSouth was pretty decent and he knew his product. That was the biggest thing. I purchased the eVantage from NewSouth because of the quality. Like most craftsmen, tradesmen, the quality of installation is never what you will expect if you do it yourself. There are always things that can be done better. That being said, the installation done by NewSouth wasn't a terrible job. Two things that I called them on, they don't use shims between the window and the wall. They just put a screw through and tightened it up. They claimed that the frame was so strong, it didn't need shims. I said I didn't know about that. So I disagreed with them on that.

I went online and researched NewSouth Window Solutions. I got three bids and looked at the windows, and visited the factory in Tampa. I liked the quality of the window, which was why I got all new windows and one patio door as well as a sliding glass door. John from the sales team was fantastic and he did a great job. The installers were on time, efficient and did all the windows and door in one day. They were great to work with. Plus, the quality of the items was topnotch and they're the best windows that I could have bought.

NewSouth did a wonderful job and I'm very pleased with all their work. They were great. I went to Lowe’s and a couple of other people but you look at the long term, people that you’re dealing with might retire and you're just a number. So, I would rather go with somebody that does everything, and NewSouth manufactures and guarantees the install. I bought the hurricane windows and the salesman came out, and laid out and showed me everything. He explained things and how extra thick the windows were because of the strength that's blowing on the glass, and you get protection from UV. I wanted to get that so the house can be cooler from the air conditioning and save money. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up everything. It was a good experience with NewSouth Window Solutions. I enjoyed watching them, I saw them the whole time, and they're very good people. I would recommend them.

I had Window World put in the rest of my windows, but when I had the salesman come to do the last five windows, he was very rude and unprofessional. So, I called NewSouth Window and they finished the last five. NewSouth's salesman, Sonny, was very helpful. He answered all my questions. The only thing was that the gas leakage out of that one pane. It might have happened during installation. But I had the blind on the window, so you couldn’t see. And then one day, for some reason, I pulled up the blind, and I saw that streak. Luckily, it only has been a couple weeks. So, when the guy came and looked at it, he said that it happens once in a while, and they just had to replace it. So they're not completely done yet. They’ve got to come back for that, and then put it in. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The way NewSouth Window's product was presented and their warranty made us go ahead with them. We had somebody come out and show us everything and give us a quote, and that was excellent. We got the sliders, and the installers were very professional. They did a professional install. They were scheduled for two days but they got it all done in one day.

Friends of mine had some windows down by NewSouth. We also went online and checked them out. They've been to the house several times with their show and tell of their window samples. And that was good. It took a while to get there, but we did get there finally. Our experience is very good, so far. They actually got to come back and put two more windows in for us. My wife said they were fabulous. The quality is awesome. There were actually a big difference in our electric bill since they've been put in. And then, we'll see how the test comes when the hurricane comes. But overall, I'd recommend them.

NewSouth Window went beyond what they promised. Everything went smoothly. They said about four months, but it just took three months. The installation and cleanup went perfectly. We now have beautiful-looking windows. We were dreading the process because it was a lot of work. But it went much smoother than we thought. I initially looked NewSouth up because we were gonna go with another company, but it was expensive so we knew we had to do our homework. I had about four people come to the house and present. And because of NewSouth's lifetime warranty and the quality of windows, we went with them. They are the best out there. We could have paid less for the same windows, but we're getting the lifetime warranty and the quality with NewSouth. If something happens, they're there.

Window replacement. Everything went very well. From ordering to installation. Would recommend New South to everyone. They were on time and very clean with the installation. I’m very satisfied with all. They are willing to do return visits on your schedule. And they clean up after every visit.

One of the best construction crew operations I have ever experienced. The job both started and finished on time. The windows are awesome. They are not the least expensive, but this is not something you want to cheap out on.

NewSouth has a good product and great salespeople. The ordering and delivery process went very well. They arrived to install on schedule - but from there it went “south” so to speak. There were installation issues which we pointed out to the installers. They assured us that service personnel would be sent out to address the issues. A service person came and agreed with the our issues and stated that they would tell us how they would solve the problems. That was our last communication with the company - no more contact could be established. We had to solve our issues by hiring a private contractor to complete the work. I don't recommend this company. Anyone can make mistakes - it is how they address the issues that count - this company failed at that!!

I had 11 windows put in my house and 14 windows put in my business right next door. The windows are fine and comparably, they were average-priced. So it was an average deal with the one install being great and one install being horrible. One crew was more professional than the other. One was messy. I came out of the house and I saw all the stuff laying there. They also broke the window of my car but they wouldn’t own up to it. They did buy me a window though. On the other hand, the crew that came to my office put little things on their feet when they came in the building and cleaned up. I couldn’t tell they had been there except that the windows were installed. It was night and day. NewSouth doesn’t have enough crew to go around so try to get information on who your installers would be. They subcontract the job out and you just have to do legwork on that.

We had some neighbors who had some windows put in and they were very satisfied with NewSouth. So I decided to go with them. I replaced all the windows in the house and purchased about 20 windows. As far as the windows and the labor that was put into it, I’m satisfied. However, they need a lot more communication among the person who sells you the product, the person who does the installation and the person at the warehouse. Overall, there was no communication.

We purchased hurricane rated windows for our entire house in January 2018 at a cost of $28,000. The windows were finally installed in June 2018 after much prodding on our part. We have had nothing but problems and can get no answers from the company. One window was broken upon installation and had to be re-ordered. After a very long delay the window was finally replaced. Another window was found to have a scratch on the inside between the two pieces of glass. They agreed to replace it. It took 5 months to get that replaced and then the installer got the new window all installed and said there was a scratch on the new window. It had to be reordered. Nothing comes in when they say it will. My big window in the family room has spots all over glass between the two layers. They came out and said the window had failed and it would be replaced. That was months ago.

We had appointments with three window people. The first person that was scheduled was this salesman that came out from NewSouth Window and he did a really good job. He seemed very aboveboard, straight, and very proud of the company that he works for. He kinda made us feel like we really didn't have to look any further. We didn’t even get prices from anybody else. One of the big things that we liked was that the factory is here in Florida and it is owned and operated for the people. The salesman explained the difference with HPG. There was also the fact that the windows are made here but they’re subcontracted. Anybody could go and buy them, but the company makes and stands for their own, so if we should ever have a problem, NewSouth would be there to take care of us.

I liked the salesman for NewSouth Window Solutions and I liked their price. We purchased 15 windows. The installers were very helpful and they put the windows in with no problems. They were here and gone before I knew it. So far, I love the windows. NewSouth has been pretty good and it was a wonderful experience.

I like NewSouth Window Solutions very much and I’ll highly recommend them. I got 30% off on all the windows. I purchased nine windows, a patio door, and a front door from them. The rep I dealt with was nice the way she was, and everything went along fine. Also, the quality of the items I got is very good. They seem to be really solid and do a good job. They operate nicely.

NewSouth seemed to be a little thicker than the rest of the ones that are on the market. I did the whole front of my house, I got a bay window in the front and then I had two bedroom windows. The installation team did a fantastic job. The window quality is great and it cuts a lot of noise down. I live on a corner of a heavily traveled street so I could hear the noise of the cars, and now I don’t hear it. I recommend NewSouth to the neighbors around the street here, and I still have their sign in my front yard.

I liked NewSouth Window Solutions' construction, the quality in the construction, and how much of a guarantee they have. We purchased a big bedroom window with two inside pieces on it. They have A1 quality. NewSouth's sales team was fine. They answered every question I had with them. The installation team was good too. They were very professional and did a really good job. NewSouth is highly recommended.

I believe that from the time our order was placed until the time it was installed took way too long. You can improve on that in my book. I believe that since you are in Florida and I am in Florida... the time it took could and and should have been less. I am satisfied with the product and the one day installation. There were some post installation issues that were resolved quickly... but I think some improvement could be made in that area as well.

I got bids from several companies and NewSouth Window Solutions turned out to be the best. I got windows for my house. Their salespeople and installers were fine. Everything went well. I’ve had the windows for a few weeks now and so far, the quality is good.

As the summary says, the doors/windows manufactured by New South Window are extremely high quality. BUT, the installation of the extremely expensive pocket doors and the two other exterior doors were installed totally unprofessionally/sloppy/lazy). New South Windows used 'FLORIDA CONTRACTORS' to install their products (not their own employees). Good products installed poorly makes for an overall poor quality job (for the highest priced company). I would never recommend New South Windows to anyone and I'm totally dissatisfied with the job.

We recently had all of our windows and sliders replaced by NewSouth and couldn't be happier. Not only are they beautiful but also, the construction makes our home more energy efficient and have just enough tint that I no longer need blinds on my slider enabling us to enjoy and appreciate the view outside. All of the crew involved in the installation were professional and courteous. They did a great job and we thank them not only for that but also for cleaning the area and all the windows! Last, but not least, thank you John ** for taking the time to educate us on your product and providing us with a superior experience. We will definitely provide an excellent recommendation for NewSouth as a company that provides excellent products and service.

I would never recommend NewSouth Window Solutions to anybody. I’m going to tell everybody in the neighborhood how horrible of an experience it was. It was a gimmick. The salesman was a gimmick. The one guy that I talked to, Bob, said he’s been trying to get them all on the same page. I felt so sorry for the last guy that had to try to come up and clean up after their installers. He was absolutely worthless. And I don’t even know why you subcontracted somebody when on my contract said you weren’t supposed to do that.

The installation of the windows went very smooth. It was great to see the process of the replacements being installed. With the old windows and sliding doors we could stand by them and get toasted by the sun. In my office I had to keep the blinds tilted almost shut to keep the sun and heat out. I was roasting in there! Then the new windows and sliding doors were installed. Wonderful. I can keep my blinds open and I don't feel any of the heat and the brightness of the sunny is less also. We have a road in back of us and we could always hear the traffic. Sometimes at night a loud vehicle would wake us. Not now! There is one problem though... I can't hear when the mail truck comes. Oh well I'll put up with it. Awesome job!!!

I had purchased a few new NewSouth Windows years ago and was very happy with them but the customer service at the time was not the greatest. Upon ordering up new windows to complete my house I will have to say the customer service was way better then it was from my first experience. They kept me up-to-date from the beginning of the process to the end of the process with phone calls and emails. From the salesperson to office staff and the installers, everyone was professional. As of now the one and only complaint I have is that one of my windows was scratched when it arrived at my house which was brought to my attention by the installer, something I probably would not have noticed. But unfortunately it is taking a while to get this window replaced, which they advise me it would be. Overall an excellent experience and great windows.

I would not recommend because of the length of time to obtain windows. The installers did not put the required number of nails in the sides of windows. The New South inspector did correct this issue and the so windows were approved by Pinellas County inspector.
