They make a great product. I had my whole house windows replaced by them. They were by far the most expensive company out there. My problem with them is the sales rep stated the company offers a finder's fee if you give them a new lead that buys from them. I gave them my neighbor's info and they purchased 52,000 worth of products from this company. My sales lady (Shana) out of Shalimar stated she would give me $50 plus the company would compensate me also. I've texted Shana and called the company several times with no response. I highly suggest no one do business with this company due to poor ethics and workmanships.

The sales representative was awesome. He answered all my questions. He gave me an approximate time frame for the installation. The new windows are installed. They work perfectly. The crew arrived on time. The project was done in one day. They cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them. They are courteous and professional. I will use them again for other projects.

So accommodating and pleasant to deal with from start to finish....The contractors went above and beyond on the installation... They helped out a few neighbors... They are understanding and personable....

I was looking for a company to customer interaction where the same company sold, made, and installed the windows. I found that perfect fit with NewSouth Windows. Everyone along the way was professional and friendly. The install was great, they look and sound (substantially less noise inside) great!

Sales and installation of windows and doors was ok. However it has been 7 months and I am still waiting on my screens to be installed. Each phone call is a different set of excuses. Poor customer service.

I am so amazed at this company. The sales presentation was so educational and informative. They physically show you how their windows are different and you can feel the dramatic efficiency they offer. They give an enormous amount of information in the presentation, which is appreciated when making a purchase of this magnitude. We had a 400+ square foot screened in porch converted to a sunroom. The windows are absolutely gorgeous. The installation WAS FIRST CLASS. They spare NO detail and make sure everything is done perfectly. This is by far the most pleasant experience we have ever had in remodeling. It is the best purchase we could have made. The quality, workmanship, and efficiency are unsurpassed. From the original estimate and presentation to the installation, everything was top of the line. I cannot say enough positive things about this company.

We replaced 6 windows on the south side and southeast corner of the house with impact resistant Low E windows. Our salesperson, Jeff, handled everything in the beginning and kept us informed. The installation of 3 windows went smoothly, but the picture window (3 separate pieces) had to be reordered for a better fit. From then on, we had positive ongoing communication with Amelia and Pat in Production; Denisse in Permitting; and Barbie and George in Service. Alan, Service, who did the caps and covers and cleaning, was extremely conscientious and did an excellent job. Linda and Kelly always answered the phone cheerfully and helpfully. Bottom line, we’re very happy with the windows and recommend NewSouth Window Solutions of Bonita Springs. We would use them again if we replace the remainder of the windows in the house.

I had my windows installed and had no problems. Great job. I recently had my windows cleaned and noticed 1 window had dust and wipe marks inside. I called 3 times ( no notes in my file that I called) of course. Big surprise. Each time I was put on hold for an extended period of time, each time I got increasingly more upset, hung up, called back and was promised a call back. Needless to say there was no call back. Which leads me to my complaint. I called again today. That makes 4 calls over a 2 Month (give or take) timeframe.

New South Windows just finished with my window and door project. Everyone, from my salesman, Joe **, my installer, Brandon, and the servicemen, Tommy and Alan, were great! Joe provided me with a fair price, Brandon and his worker, did a fantastic job with install and left my yard and house neat and clean. Tommy and Alan finished up and got me all that was promised, and I even got a follow up phone call! Highly recommend them!

On 03/09/2024 I called NewSouth to go visit their showroom. They told me they were open and I could come to the location on Altamonte and get information for replacement windows and patio door. When I arrived the OPEN sign was on and the door was locked. A young female employee came to the door and opened it and was rather indignant that I came to the location without an appointment. I informed her that the staff at the 800 number stated they were open and to come down. I pointed out to her if the "Open" sign is illuminated it implies they are open. She was rude and and stated that it was not her problem. That I should come back again.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of the windows, the expert sales rep and courteous and professional installation crew. The sales rep was a wealth of information and addressed all my concerns. The installation was timely and they cleaned up my home. I highly recommend the product and the staff of New South Window Solutions

After our experience with NewSouth, we feel compelled to share our honest thoughts. While we were impressed with the quality of the product, we found the overall process to be quite frustrating. Our encounter with the sales representative was marked by undue pressure, as we were rushed into making a decision without adequate time for consideration. Despite requesting a mere 24 hours to ponder our options, we were met with a pushy insistence that immediate action was necessary, citing fleeting offers and changing discounts. The installation itself was passable, albeit with a few noticeable errors. Unfortunately, due to backordered doors, the installation sequence was disrupted, resulting in a haphazard door installation that left much to be desired. Issues such as a significant gap at the bottom of the front door and misaligned frames were hastily addressed with promises of a simple resolution, which regrettably never materialized.

The service I have received from New South has been absolutely the worst. We ordered these windows in March 2023. They were installed in late June. When they first installed the EZBreeze windows, they had measured the cabana doors and a window incorrectly. The installers were contracted and they did not know what to do as a result. No one from New South came to our home that day to inspect the installation so we were out of luck getting an answer as to what happens when the measurements are incorrect. We then waited (and I spoke with many different people in the company) a very long time to get the window and door corrected. The doors and window were installed on September 7, 2023; but then the tint of the windows in the door were incorrect. We were told it would take about a month to get the correct inserts.

Today we had Jesse come to our home and give us a presentation on new windows. We had decided to get a second opinion and we are so glad we did. Jesse was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well and had lots of different things to show us why their windows were the best. We were very impressed and we decided right then and there to purchase all new windows for our home. We received a small gift for leaving this review, but we would have left a review with no gift attached to it! That’s how impressed we were. Looking forward to having them installed within a few weeks.

Very professional from the start of the process with Joe, sales. Very knowledgeable, explained difference in their windows to others, etc. to excellent installation by Enrique and David, making sure all 10 windows were perfect inside and out.

We wanted to replace some windows. The sales person did a great presentation (he would make a great Used Car Salesman) so we ordered. We did not realize the windows would decrease the width of the glass so much, or that the frame would look like it was put together with Legos, or that the screen has larger little openings that let bugs come through, or that when it rains the screens hold the water and blocks visibility, or that some of the windows may be hard to open, or that the install would be so slow since only one guy did most of the work, or that they would leave such a mess inside and outside, or that some of the windows would not be clean, or that their truck would be an old beat-up used truck with a painted over AC sign (embarrassing) in our driveway, or that they didn't know how to handle our alarm wiring sill sticking through.

I had two entry doors installed in my duplex and am very happy with the whole experience. The representative who came was very helpful and informative regarding my choice of doors and the installers who came were very professional and respective of my property. I am VERY happy with New South and will continue to use them in the future.

Every person we had contact with was top-notch. From the salesperson to the person who came and finished the project. The wait time was minimal from the time we ordered the windows to install. The crew doing the installation was friendly, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. The window quality is excellent and has already made an impact on our electric bill. Outside sounds have been reduced as well. We replaced 21 windows and their price was comparable to several other estimates we received.

Love my new windows - I had plenty of compliments on how great they were. The only thing I was disappointed with was the windows had smudges and outline of where the stickers they pulled off were. Now I have to clean over 23 windows. I didn't think I would have to be cleaning brand new windows. :( I haven't had time yet to clean them - I guess during my Christmas break I can. Also, there was broken glass from the previous windows that I had to sweep up.

I had my front door installed. It was an overall good experience but I would have liked for the installer to add my smart lock back to the need door. The door is supposed to be under warranty for a lifetime but we will see how that goes. We all know lifetime warranty means until it's paid for which I paid in full

The installers showed up on time as promised. They were a very efficient and very conscientious crew. Everybody worked together to complete a great job. We highly recommend NewSouth Windows to anybody that needs replacement windows.

Very pleased with new slider and new windows. From sales to final inspection, and everything in between, customer service and follow up was professional and on time. We will definitely be using this company again and could not be more pleased with final product. Look no further as this is the company you want.

I am very pleased with my new windows. I had single pane with storm windows on top and they would still sweat so bad in winter I'd have to put towels in them. With cold weather my new windows have not done that! I can even sit by the large one and feel no draft. It's great. I'm so happy. Even my heat didn't come on until temperatures got done in the low 40's.

UPDATE - November 9, 2023. WARNING!!! They showed up with the replacement today! Finally! Guess what? WRONG SIZE AGAIN! Another six months or so and maybe they’ll be back? Who knows at this point. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT YOU SHOULD NOT HIRE THIS “OUTFIT” TO HANDLE YOUR WINDOWS.

Difficult job to install but completed successfully. The location's just off the lanai and was the entrance to the swimming pool which made the job difficult to install. Each employee of New South Windows knew their jobs. And they all worked together as a team. Each time we phoned the New South Windows they always respond to our call and handled all of our problems.

Jesse ** was awesome! He was Very informative, it made us feel confident going with New South! Great, quality product! Their windows are beautiful, what a change it will make to our home. We're very excited to work with New South. Presentation was wonderful we learned so much about what is going on our home.

From the moment we met Paul **, we knew we were in good hands. My son actually overheard and joined us, to sit through his pitch (weird, right?!). I did an exhaustive process screening and reviewing multiple vendors/quotes. When it came to presentation, Paul stole the show. Knowing NewSouth originated in Tampa, has slowly crept West now into Texas, manufacturers hurricane grade, steel reinforced, UV reflective windows for coastal residents made their concept pre-proofed. With everything weighed Apple-to-Apple, New South's Quality to Value scale was head and shoulders above the rest. 5 weeks after order, we were scheduling install of 6 windows, including a LARGE Picture window, 5 SH Windows, and another narrow Vanity Picture Window.

New South Windows Orlando was wonderful to work with. Luis M. who came to measure and quoted the job was very professional. The team of four men, led by James, who did the installation were exceptional! Cleaned up after themselves and even reinstalled the window treatments. We could not be happier!

I liked the quality of the New South Sliding glass doors. The installation process went very smoothly. The cost may deter some people from choosing this company. Contacting someone at the main Orlando office was difficult at times, but, all in all, once a representative was contacted all questions were answered and each appointment was on time.

I had windows that needed to get replaced. Jeff came out to show windows. He showed up on time. His presentation is really good and he answered all of our questions. In fact, the windows are the nicest windows I have ever seen and they are sturdy. Plus, you could finance the windows. The guys that installed the windows were also very friendly. Tito & Christian were on time, very professional and thorough. They made sure the areas they worked were clean upon completion and that I knew how to operate my new windows. I am very pleased with both the installation and my new windows as well as the warranty provided. I have never been treated the way NewSouth window treated my wife and I. We placed an order. Never received return calls as the windows leaked each time. Even the owner blew me off after I complained. This was the most horrible experience. I ended having to pay them for a window I do not have.

Overall an excellent installation! Installers were on-time and well prepared, courteous, professional, protected homeowner's furniture and floors, did not waste time, worked well together, cleaned up afterwards. One window needed minor repair. Technician arrived within 48 hours and completed repair within 20 minutes. What more can I say? I would highly recommend NSW and these installers!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Tim the sales guy was great to work with, knew his stuff. Communication was clear and often from start to finish. Junior and his install team were on time, quick, detailed and clean. Hands down best construction experience I have had. I would recommend New South to anyone looking for windows and/or doors.

Sales pitch was to long. Started out with a high senseless $$ amount. Bottom line was fair. Process was good. Installation was done in 1 day & installers where very good. Inspection took 20 days. I didn't like, you are pressured into a credit card to pay off balance, which has a $29 fee, they will run your credit & I have to take my personal time to cancel the card which is not good for my credit score rating. It shouldn't take 5 weeks for someone to come out to put back window strips.You are given a voucher for a very discounted 1 wk condo stay & only have 60 days from date of ordering windows instead of 60 days of final installation. I was very disappointed when I went to activate it.

l absolutely love my new casement windows. It took me so long to find someone who knew what they were. I've had downright criminal dealings with middle men and scam artists preying upon my fixed income now I'm widowed. This process has been an entire and absolute nightmare that won't be quickly forgotten and in some instances might require legal action against scam artists and hooligans. Thank goodness I found a reputable service with Ron and his buddy when they came out to my property in the country; Real Life Savers, and right when I was down to my last 24 hours to use my allotment of grant money for services!

In June, I placed an order for my entire house for the hurricane impact windows. September 1 the team from Newsouth Windows, came and installed the windows for me. Mine had a little more details so they came back two days in a row. This team of guys worked together so well and had such high standards. The customer service was outstanding with them. Their work ethic was beyond fantastic. They were perfectionists and cleaned up anything lying around. They even painted almost an entire wall for me, or some windows were replaced in the shape was changed. I highly highly recommend Newsouth windows. The wait may make you a little impatient, but it's well worth it. John ** that is my salesman. He was very informative and he does keep in touch with you. If you have any questions, he will email you back immediately.

I had a hard time deciding on what style of door, if I wanted widows, no windows, or windows with built in blinds. Did I want to have the door open inwards or to the outside…. The salesman was very patient and coached me along by asking the right questions to help me determine what options would be best. Thanks sooo much for your patience and guidance. Then there was a surprise of a semi-free (I will have to pay a $100 to $150 booking fee) vacation that I have up to two years to take.

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding job NewSouth Window did in replacing our old windows and sliding doors. This decision did not come without some apprehension but NewSouth Window Solutions made the whole process easier than expected. From the sales rep, John ** to Ricky, who did the measurements; the three-man crew who worked tirelessly; the trim technician who put the final touch on the inside and inspected the windows and doors, to Kris, in the office who answered our endless questions, we appreciate their friendliness and attention to detail to ensure we were pleased with what we received. The new windows and doors are much easier to operate and made the house more comfortable and quiet. And, the price was right! I had a great experience dealing with Jesse. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The value of the product is very competitive. Being able to see the product and what it can do for my house sealed the deal for me. The warranty is another thing that make it an easy decision for me.

My husband Robert and I did a window project with NewSouth Windows of Sarasota a few years ago and were very happy with the quality and service they provided. We are happy with the results and decided to call them back to replace our sliding glass door. Paid 50K for all my windows and doors. The materials seem to be good. Installation is EXTREMELY subpar (I have pics to prove it). They sent the same person over and over, to solve the issues they themselves created. Failed inspection due to wrong installation procedure, noncompliance with county code, doors with handles scratched, installed non-square, not closing properly, parts missing (i.e: plugs to cover screws). Broken seams, stucco used improperly (Came off at first pressure cleaning). Crew showed up at least 4 times, not counting scheduled inspection. Last time I had to threaten with a lawsuit to have them come and fix inspection failing issues. Doors are not square, I do not recommend at all.

It took a while to make the windows to order. Once installed it took 2 weeks to get inspected. Another 2 weeks for caps to be installed. That made me feel under construction longer than expected. I know it was needed, just be prepared. I love the finished product. I didn't realize, for insurance to do anything I would have to do my doors and garage door too.

The products appear as advertised; the installation crew was among the very best I have seen in my 40 years in construction. Lead installer Sam ** is excellent, with attention to every detail in the installation. Post installation inspection by Baldwin County substantiated observation of well done. When financially able will replace the remaining 33 year old windows. Now for the hurricane season.

We had our new windows installed two days ago. The crew was very punctual, polite, and explained everything to me before they left. They cleaned up everything from removing the old windows and installing the new ones. Windows were installed and cleaned very quickly. I would recommend New South to anyone looking to purchase new windows.

Had NSWs install 4 new windows at our home on 3/27/ 23. A crew of three arrived at 10 am and proceeded with installation. We stayed in for the duration of install and found the crew to be very professional. They took a short break for lunch and were back at it until around 4 pm when all windows were installed, plywood storm panels & hardware for install on supplied standoffs around windows and trash removal and final clean of glass.

Install 5 impact windows/screens file the papers for inspection, some finish work after the windows were installed with a timely matter, no delays when they were to report to finish the job.. All phones calls were answered when promise and reports were made if there were concerns. These windows cost 7,386.00. This is the second time I have used them for impact windows. Did half of the windows in 2017, very pleased with the company and work.

I am very pleased with New South Windows. They were very professional from start to finish. Our salesman Jesse ** was very helpful and informative and the installers came today and did a great job. Covered all the furniture and floors and cleaned up before leaving.

We have recently installed the New South Vinyl Windows and Cabana Door on our previous screened-in patio. I must say that without a doubt this is one of the best investments we have made. The vinyl windows with screens look great and the windows slide from side-to-side to allow fresh air to come into your home. These windows keep the pollen and rain off your patio and make your patio room more livable. We love these New South Vinyl Windows and Cabana Door and would highly recommend this product to everyone.

Crew did a great job. They were professional and cleaned up the areas after the windows were installed. Completed within 5 hours. The process was done in a timely manner. Decided to go with NSW close to the end of February and windows were installed close to the end of April. Timeline is close to what they had indicated.

I'm very satisfied with my new windows. From the initial consultation to the install everyone was helpful and patient. I was very impressed with how quick the process went. My other windows were original to the home, 1976, super thin so you could feel the outside temperature and hear every conversation. The new windows are keeping the house cool and I'm no longer distracted by outside noise.

All Hurricane Rated: 11 Windows, 3 Exterior Doors, and 1 successfully completed job! We decided to go with this company because they offered windows that are black exterior and white interior, just what we were looking for. And that’s exactly what we got. Top-notch sales from knowledgeable Brad, measurements were taken accurately, we even got frosted windows for the bathrooms. I was very nervous about installation since it such a massive project however, I had no reason for concern. Isaisa and his team showed up, worked hard and swift to replace our 72-year-old windows. They fixed everything they had to take off to do so. We were so happy! They were clean and polite. So much so that the inspection had not one issue.

My eighty two year old mother had forty thousand dollars worth of windows installed. All she has wanted is for them to come and do the sheet rocking that they tore out to replace the sliders in her patio. She even went so far as to give them several months after hurricane Ian to get in touch with them and remind them she needed this help. They gave her a date for when they were going to be there and then they didn't show up and then they refused to call her back about the issue. Now seven months later she finally gotten them to respond to her again and allegedly she'll be hearing from them, specifically George. She was given NO apology for not showing up or receiving a call from George who was the person who was supposed to have been in charge of the repair in the first place.

Installation was completed with close attention to detail and in a timely manner. The installers were very professional and worked hard to install the windows with as little disruption to our home as possible and with minimal cleanup needed by us. We have already noticed a reduction of noise and the entire house seems much cooler. Thank you to NewSouth Windows for a superior product.

I love my new windows. I didn’t expect to like them as much as I do. The sound and temperature difference was immediately noticeable. The process from beginning to end was seamless. While costly, I definitely recommend. The windows additionally come with a transferable lifetime warranty.

Great door- reduced our air conditioning expense and provided security against weather related threats. Installation went as promised- great crew form start to finish. Custom door fit perfectly - preinstall survey ensured a great fit and simple install. Crew cleaned up and left our home looking great.

We love our new windows and so do the dogs who can look out of them! The project was seamless from start to finish. The sound-deadening quality is amazing and adds to their value for us, with barking dogs!! We would recommend New South without reservation.

I replaced two windows in my living room (52" wide). The initial install was bad, the windows didnt line up in the middle where they met the centerpiece and the caulk was pulling away after 2 days. They came back out and realigned them and re-caulked. That was better except for they scratched the heck out of the trim when they re screwed the windows. Now after a few months, the windows no longer stay open. They shut in about 5 minutes after opening. I'm sure they will come fix this too but remember these windows are twice as expensive as the other brands and that is no exaggeration. I gave them 2 stars because they truly do block the sun and heat and if you believe the sales pitch they are basically bulletproof, which is hopefully never tested but pretty cool.

Updated on 04/14/2023: Everything has been exceptional except they still haven't come out to finish the final step after inspection... I think we are scheduled for later this month but it has taken an extremely long time to get the project finished (and they took final payment before inspection and installing the covers).

We needed 3 replacement windows and got several quotes. New South was on time and honest with their warranty. We got our windows installed in the timeline they gave. Installers were friendly, professional and cleaned up after they finished. I will recommend them.

We had 4 new windows installed by New South Window solutions. The crew were on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are well made and look great! The process was easy and will help protect our home.

We selected 3 sliding patio doors 6' x 8' to replace our current patio doors after Luis ** gave a great presentation about New South Windows people, process, and product. After we signed the contract we were given a delivery date range and they were right on time hitting the very beginning of the delivery range. Rudy and his crew arrived on time, covered all the furniture that was near the work area. They removed the old doors and installed the new doors and they look Great, slide very easily and provide a better sound barrier than what we had with the old doors. We are extremely happy with these sliding patio doors manufactured by New South Window. They even put a really nice border around the doors on the outside of the house which we did not have. WE are very happy with New South Window product and the personnel working in the office and in the field. We also had our inspection and passed with flying colors.

Very seamless process. The time from order to installation was as promised. Office personnel, salesperson and installation team were all very professional and amiable. Windows installation was clean and orderly. The job site was left in great condition. The product itself is of extremely high quality; movement and locking mechanism are superior. Vendor is not the lowest cost option, but the value is exceptional.

Our New South window installation went great, the windows look fantastic, and the techs VJ and Teddy were excellent in explaining the entire process. They were prompt and efficient in the install and cleaned up any debris from their work. The whole process from the sales and measurement to the install and administrative work was excellent.

My family employed this company to do our windows and doors. The salesman sold my father on the dedication of the company, and how they’d be in communication every step of the way, and that the salesman himself would be reachable by my father anytime. This was the final time we would ever speak to that particular individual. After we made our order which was in excess of 30k we waited months and months before hearing anything regarding the delivery and installation of our products. On the day of installation it was revealed that one of the doors wasn’t measured correctly and couldn’t be installed. Additionally we were unhappy with how one of the windows looked.

I was very pleased with the job New South Windows did on my house. They were very timely and professional. They replaced two sliding glass doors and four windows. I can already tell it makes a big difference with blocking the heat coming into my house.

Windows delivered before estimated dates. Installation took two days just as promised. Crew cleaned up after themselves the best they could as it was dark when they finished on second day. Some minor problems during installation but the crew supervisor was quick to give a solution. County inspector approved final inspection within a few days. Crew supervisor was receptive to my suggestions and never refused to do what I asked during installation. Only had windows installed a week ago, but so far we are extremely happy with the product.

Had 3 windows installed on Monday January 9th. It was a very Pleasant and non eventful experience. The two young men were very pleasant and diligent. They answered any questions we had and covered all furniture or counters that might have been in the way. Upon completion they removed all their tarp and cleaned up any debris or mess that might have been on the floor. I would definitely recommend New South Windows.

Do not hire this company to install hurricane impact windows. Installation was horrible still waiting for sliding door screen 4 months later no updates or any kind of customer service. The installers just cut and chiseled the sliding door opening to get the doors in rather than to send them back to be fit right. The head installer measured wrong and NewSouth windows just don't care. The installers just did whatever it took to get the job done in one day. The installers used tape on our real wood paneling and left marks on it when they tore the tape off. It took me weeks to clean up the mess that they left. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS I WOULD. DO NOT HIRE NEWSOUTH WINDOW.

The windows are nice. Very nice. I loved the informative presentation that the representative gave. And I loved how well the company insured everything went. The only thing I would want you to be wary of especially if you got your blinds professionally installed as I did. I was forewarned that I needed to remove my blinds but was assured that my brackets could stay. However on the day of the installation the installers told me that they had to take them down. This was a problem for me as it would leave my home wide open to passers by after the installation was completed. This is the one and only bad situation that I encountered. I hope the company eventually reaches out to us for this concern.

Great product and service. They removed all old windows and material and did a great job cleaning afterwards. I have white carpet and there were no markings or stains even though it had rained just prior the installation. They had drop cloths, etc. Would recommend them anytime.

Everyone was excellent and very professional. Ravi was the install man and he was very knowledgeable, polite and thorough during the installation. Installed Hurricane windows a year ago. After one year one of the panes developed a crack. New South Windows ordered a new one and replaced it with no problems. The tech (Anthony) was very professional and nice to talk with. Very happy with this company.

Great company. I had 3 windows blow out during Hurricane Ian. I had all my upstairs windows replaced with hurricane windows. Not an easy task as they are second story, arched, custom windows. Many companies would not call back or gave a time frame of almost a year. My new windows were up before Xmas. A special Thank You to Jill ** who got the process done extremely quick (permits, measurements, etc.), to Elvis and Owen who spent 2 days installing the windows which wasn't easy, and the rest of the company. They did the job right and you could tell they took pride in their work. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

I signed a contract for 9 new windows on 10/27/2021 with Warren Cambell. As of today, 12/20/2022 the job is unfinished. The windows are very good and have met my expectations. However, follow up service is what is lacking. One window did not pass county inspection and had to be rebuilt. The rebuilt window was the wrong size. Another one had to be remade. This took several months. Then I left for my home state for the summer for 3 months. I had to make many calls to get the service people to complete the job. We forgot to complete the work on the final window. I am waiting for that service now. The window glass is really good. It is so clear to look through. They operate well for cleaning. The sales Rep has been no help to me. You need better follow up service.

We purchased 5 windows from New South about 5 years ago and loved them so much that we just has another 8 windows installed. The installers were excellent, professional and cleaned up after completion. I would highly recommend New South Windows for all your window and door needs.

Our inspection was dated for November 17, 2022. The inspection failed. According to the customer service representative in NewSouth Window Solutions the inspection failed because their technician was late to the inspection appointment. Furthermore, he was unable to provide additional information because his assistant has been out, and notes were not entered about our inspection/results. We rescheduled for another inspection for December 14, 2022. When I asked my mother what happened on the day of inspection, she says that the inspector failed the inspection work completed because the work was plastered, and he could not verify the details for each window. Who is responsible for this delay?

Spoke with salesman and ordered two sliding glass door for Den and Bedroom, they measured and gave us how, when and what was going to happen. The installers came and removed the doors and installed the new doors, not rushing and efficiently. Took their time to do it right the first time. Trimmed out the doors beautifully and cleaned up afterward. Finished product was great, we love our NEW doors. Thank you.

Very professional, on time and knowledgeable of the job. Clean with processing and explain all that we need to do and were protected with my furniture. The inspection was delayed, but it was very fast. Glad I did it.

We purchased our condo in 2021 and was advised we had new windows in 2019. We had a Hurricane and the condo below us Sustained water damage. The unit owners had an inspection done and said the water intrusion was coming from our window. I contacted New South Window and spoke with an Anthony. He advised their warranty only covers the original owners who purchased the windows and if they sold would only cover the new owners up to a year. Their website does not disclose that. Their website says “lifetime warranty and is transferable”. There is no timeline in new owners only that is says Lifetime. They do not stand behind their products at all, so don’t think you're getting a lifetime warranty that is transferable which is what we were advised upon purchase of our condo. The window has had sealant coming out since we moved in 2021 and they installed in 2019. Terrible promises and false advertising.

All was great. Just was awhile between inspection and them to re-roll a couple screens and put in plugs but all in all was a good experience and the install (12) windows was done in 1 day. Will recommend as I have done to a couple of people in neighborhood.

From start to finish...excellent. Our salesperson, Romeo, was friendly and professional. He explained and demonstrated everything. He also worked with us on pricing for 17 replacements and we were very satisfied. The following week, the person came and measured all the window areas. He too was friend, professional and explained everything. We were in contact with Angela and nori, both of whom kept us informed and comfortable. The wait was short and before we knew it the installers came. They were great and made sure everything was covered and they took 2 days to install the windows. They made sure everything was cleaned up. The company is wonderful. I highly recommend them over the others who were just trying to sell us windows without telling us what we needed to know.

The window replacement process with New South Windows was great from the first meeting through the installation. The quality of the windows is very good for the price. The windows were ready for installation in less than two month. The installation crew was efficient. My new windows look great! I highly recommend New South Windows!

Do we love our windows? Yes. Do we think they are great quality and will help us with our energy bill? Yes. Will it keep the sound out of our home? Yes. However, working with NewSouth Window has been a complete nightmare. We had Chris and Mike install 17 of our 18 windows and they did a wonderful job. They let us know that our picture window was damaged, so we would have that installed very soon.

The installers were very conscientious. The only thing is that the caulking they put around the windows was very toxic smelling. They kept closing the doors but the smell was just unbelievable. Other than that, they were very professional. They went straight to work and didn't bother me at all. Every time I looked, they were busting their hineys.

I'm still waiting for everything to be finished after more than a year. Installation started in May but one of the sliding doors was not installed properly, so I couldn't lock or unlock it and it had to be open all the time. Also, one of the windows was broken. I decided to spend that money because my job requires me to be away most of the time and I want my family to be secure. But with a broken window and a messed-up locking mechanism, it was making me nervous and worried. But it took them until August to come and fix the locking mechanism for the sliding door. They also finally changed the window that was broken. Then, on Friday, they came and did the inspection. Now, I got to wait until October for somebody to come and put the covers on all the windows and the door. Also, when I called customer service, there was a lady there that was very nasty. Do some searches before you finish with NewSouth.

One of the installers was in an accident on the day we had scheduled and they weren't able to come. They rescheduled us for a Saturday and they showed up on Saturday morning. By lunchtime, they were done. They were very professional and they worked great. I recommend NewSouth highly. The windows look great and they provided great service.

Shane from NewSouth gave me a lot of information for us to think about and go over. Answered my questions at the time. We knew it would be a long order process because supplies everywhere had been supply chain issues. But he kept me in the loop. I got three giant picture windows. I love them. But I have been a little bummed on the screen issue.

At time of sale I was asked how I heard about Co. I said a friend recommended and on tv. Was never told friend could receive referral bonus. After install in pkg recd it advised of this. Called 3 times and provided info but my friend has heard nothing. Lost faith in this co regarding their honesty.

The reps were wonderful. We asked them how long the process would take and it was very straightforward. They did everything they needed to do. We got the whole house done and put in double-pane, hurricane-resistant windows. The gentlemen who installed the windows were so nice. They worked well together and they kept everything super clean. The head crew guy was very informative. We asked them if we needed to keep the air conditioning on and they were very helpful giving us pointers on what to do and not to do. We got our inspection after the hurricane hit and the windows did well. They held up to Category 4.

We are very happy with our decision to use NewSouth Windows for our home window replacement company. The initial contact was prompt and the estimator was very professional and thorough, yet did not overstay his welcome. The estimated timeframe for window construction was much less than initially anticipated, and we were able to get the installation done the day after getting the call that the windows were ready. The installers could not have been more courteous and caring while in our home and we actually enjoyed having them here. And lastly, the quality of the product so far seems top-shelf. Very happy with the job!!

The rep had knowledge and knew what he was talking about. He verified everything that I wanted to know and he got it. That's why NewSouth Window Solutions got the order over the cookie man. Also, it was a better window when I saw the frames. The installers cleaned up fine. They left the place just the way they found it. If you can afford the windows, get them.

I was shopping for different window makers, and I was more impressed with NewSouth's display than the other manufacturer. The display was the little cut-up window that they bring in and show you how theirs is constructed compared to others. Theirs were constructed better than other manufacturers. The salesman was fixing to talk himself out of the sale, but the display is what sold the product. The salesman was starting to irritate the hell out of me, and if I had another manufacturer to go to, he’d have talked himself out of the sale. It was kind of a high-pressure sales pitch. "You gotta put money down tonight to get this price. And I can stretch it out till Monday." That was on a Friday. I don't like high-pressure sales pitches, so we almost didn't go with NewSouth for that reason. Had I seen another manufacturer with as good or better a product, I would have gone elsewhere.

Not only were my windows ready before I was expecting, the crew that came in to install these were very professional. They arrived early and worked to replace all my windows quickly and properly. Having dogs at my house made install a little more complicated with moving them around, but the crew did not make me feel rushed to get everything completed. Would recommend them to anyone who will listen.

We were happy with NewSouth. They knew what they were doing. The other company was about to put one of the windows in backward where the inside part was on the outside until my husband caught it. They left a mess and we had to do a lot of cleaning afterward. Also, their warranty wasn't as good as NewSouth's either. I definitely recommend NewSouth.

Our process thru installation and after was not what we expected. The morning that the installation started we were told that it would be a crew and only 2 people were sent. They were laying the windows on the concrete driveway that we had to give them and suggest putting a cardboard down as some were getting scratches, they cleaned the windows with same rag as the caulking that they were all foggy. Two people after the install had to come out to clean. The Orlando office to receive a call back was impossible that at one point we had to drive to the Altamonte office and the person in the front was annoyed that we were there. We are happy with quality of the windows but are extremely concerned if we have any issues if it will be addressed and taken care of. Very disappointed as you have a great product but we cannot recommend with the poor customer service we were given.

What was a good part that I listed is the storm, these hurricane windows that seem to be well-built. The techs worked good. I didn't believe they would get all six windows done in one day, but they did. I like the windows.

My main issue is that after completion and inspection the new windows were never cleaned prior to my acceptance except for a cursory wipe down. I would’ve thought for the amount of money I spent on the windows would’ve been given at least a thorough cleaning. This is you could’ve been resolved through a follow up call after the sale and installation process was complete.

Experience with the sales representative and the installation team was super professional and respectful. From the start to finish, the process was seamless. Very pleased with the follow-up from our sale representative. We are already seeing the savings as a result of the upgrade in our windows. Contemplating door purchases.

The rep knew his products, wasn't overly pushy and was pleasant to talk to. I got double-hung, non-hurricane standard windows and everything went smoothly during the installation. The installers got the old windows out and wired the windows in. They were careful not to cut my alarm wires. Even though there was a problem with the screen, they came back out the same day to replace it. Even though they asked me to look things over, I missed that there was a problem with the screen down close to the ground. The screen material itself was evidently cut short. So, the little rubber seal had a gap in the screen material. My wife was able to see that when she looked at it after they had left. Other than that, there were no hiccups at all. I'm happy with New South Windows. It was worth the money.

We looked at 3 companies and while new south was the more expensive option we saw the value in their product over the competitors. Our sales guy took the time to explain the difference in NewSouth Windows and how they take care of their customers. Our installation guys were courteous and professional and did a great job! BUYER BEWARE. I purchased New South Windows for my home. I have several complaints. I will do a Google review because I do not have enough space to list all the issues. Main issue is poor customer service. I was told someone would call me back, but it never happened. The installers were rude and could not communicate in English. The poor quality installation. Takes too long between installation and final inspection.

Waited 10 months for door (understood) ..Once installed was told the keys weren't delivered with door, would overnight them, which never happened. So someone came out to replace and installed a new lock.. which was broken. Was also told at time of install they needed to wait to until inspection to place the caps over the screws. After inspection, called and informed company door was ready and had passed inspection... After 3 attempts and a call to corporate, someone came out to house to inform me that the the caps to cover screws weren't the correct ones and that the door lock was my issue and that it wasn't his fault the weather stripping was coming off a door that was less than a month old.. Still waiting for door to be completed..

Our windows and doors were ordered in January. They came in late May, no problem. But, we can not get them finished or inspected. The have never finished the install. The doors do not fit properly. Wrong parts ordered and still not installed. Wrong doors ordered. It is now August and I am still stuck with paper all over the windows held hostage by your company because they won't call for the window inspection. They are afraid they might have to pay for a second inspection for the doors. My HOA is upset because this is unsightly in the neighborhood. Our salesman has been contacted but I really just need help and I want it done, 8 months is long enough for anything!! This is what I was afraid of based on prior reviews and it has come true. Bad follow up which is important as original install! I have parts laying all over my home that were left in the floors for the final work that has never happened.

From the first stop in the West Palm Beach showroom, the sales appointment with Amanda, the hassle-free paperwork with HOA and Building Permit, the measuring crew, to the installation and post-installation the professionalism, care for my property, and quality of work was nothing short of outstanding. The windows were even ready earlier than anticipated!

Installation was fast and great. The installers cleaned up after themselves and we had no complaints. There was a problem with one window that was left off the order, however, the Pensacola Manager resolved this quickly, much better than expected. The only thing that could have been done differently is a layout of the process by the Salesman so we would know when to expect the inspector, etc. But this is very minor! Overall, the product and work is exceptional! We would definitely recommend New South Windows.

Still waiting for the follow-up team to contact me and come to finish the installation after the inspection. I sent an email notifying about problems, and got no response. Romeo ** is our salesman. Also, he sold the windows as hurricane resistant, but the contract says "Non impact". I do not know what that means. On the plus side, the windows look beautiful.

So far - So Good!! BUT, We are still waiting for a new screen for kitchen window. Current one has a bent frame. We are assuming that is why we haven't heard anything about your final trip to replace caps, etc.

The windows were ready earlier than expected, the install team did a great job, everything was installed perfectly, they covered all of our furniture and cleaned up when they were done, the floors were swept and all of the stucco was patched. Overall was totally impressed with the process and product from start to finish.

The sales team member was fine but it'd be nice if NewSouth Window had pricing per square inch on the window size. It's not comfortable pricing that thing. One of the things about the whole thing is their sample window is the super high-priced, hurricane-proof window but they sell a lower wind-graded window. There was no sample of that. I was shown the big one and when installation came out a month and a half later to install it and I saw what I had, the window was a lot thinner than the big one. It was a timing thing. It was an issue. It's a rent house and I needed windows. If I was doing it again, I would shop around a lot more and see what I was actually getting rather than the sales guy just telling me it's a little bit thinner than whatever. But the installation team did a good job and was quick.

1. Minimal Foam insulation between outside and inside around perimeter of window. 2. 1st Install crew brought wrong color material for trim work. + Windows (your Clay) did not match front windows (as I requested). "That's our clay from management" so stuck with it??? 3. Windows arrived with flange around outside, apparently manufactured for new home, not replacement. Crew had to saw flanges off. Typical warranty would be voided by such actions, flanges obviously intended by original designer. 4. Caulking around the new window on outside perimeter, is installed minimum width....some trim has small openings at seems, over time water will get in. 5, Second install crew brought trim interior molding made of plastic. I told crew I wanted wood, so old blinds could be used, they said they use plastic... which prohibits me from installing old blinds...Another $1000+ I have to spend to replace blinds.

While the crew was very nice and did an excellent job, it's simply not done. One window arrived with a cracked outer glass and the job can't be inspected or completed until that's replaced. We've been told anywhere from 4 to 7 weeks for the repair and in the meantime we can't get a wind mitigation completed so we can renew our insurance. At this point we have no idea whether or not we'll be able to get it done in time.

I order Eze-Breeze windows last year, was promised to install 3 months but It took 1 yr, But finally so many issues after installations, had many visits, poorly installed, sub par quality service on New South Window's end. Lack of communication is major issue.

This was a terrible experience. The product was a great window but the customer service has a lot of improvement needed. They sell the product and then you can’t get a response if there is a problem. We had one man to replace our windows. He had to work around the plantation shutters because the rep said we could leave them in. The guy struggled thereby leaving us with a lot of patching to do. When they sent someone to clean them he said he was only going to wipe off their fingerprints not remove excess caulk or black marks on the glass. They broke a marble window sill. We waited 4 more weeks for that to be replaced. Terrible experience for the money it costs.

About 18 windows in the house replaced during the installation. Installers were courteous and well trained. Also, they spoke highly of the window quality. It's not cheap, but well worth it for the quality. Follow up was excellent and they delivered on everything promised.

Horrible experience!! We paid more than 35k and they installed the windows more than 2 months ago, first inspection failed and now I have to wait almost another month for the last inspection because they are busy, so basically I can't clean the windows (I can't remove the sticker in order to pass the inspection). And we already paid for everything. Also overprice! The quality the vendor show me is not the same they install in my house. Super unhappy! Won't recommend to anyone!

I had a window with odd dimensions that needed replaced. I assumed that the replacement would take a day, but these folks got it done in an afternoon! The window itself took a while to make due to supply chain challenges, but I was kept updated along the way with multiple phone calls and postcards, which made it feel faster.

The installation and the crew that came were very efficient and very good. However, the follow-up that I was anticipating didn’t happen. Then, we still are waiting on a quote from our salesperson for the whole house. We've reached out to him three times with no feedback from him. If we want to move forward with additional windows in our house, I don't know how much it's going to cost us because we don't have a quote.

We love our new sliding glass door and front door! Can't say enough about this company! We recommend the high quality of the products they installed on our home. The installers were very nice and explained everything to my wife. Passed the county inspection. The inspector told us they were a good company and always pass. I liked that New South knew more about the building of the house than just being a salesperson for a window product. I told them the house was built in the 50s, and the salesperson knew the fact that they had, originally, wood windows. The installation of wood windows is a whole lot different than just going back and installing new windows. The guys did a great job. They answered some questions that I had when they were installing them. They came late which was fine by me because it was a Saturday morning and I had just gotten back from vacation the day before. They did 22 windows and were done by 6:00.

My wife had four windows installed. The guys that did the work did their cleaning up but burned some of my grass. They could have cleaned it up elsewhere instead of in my grass. They could have been a little courteous about that and where they put their stuff. Other than that, the quality of the windows is good. The only complaint I heard from my wife is the closing and locking up of the window. If they're not seated inside the groove, they won't lock properly.

From start to finish New South is A#1. Sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was professional and in a timely manner. Most importantly New South accomplished what they said they would when they said they would. The quality of these windows are first class. The look from our side and inside is awesome. Our cooled air stays in and the sound stays out. I actually overslept the first day because it is so quiet in our home.

When they did the installation, they broke a piece of marble from the window and they promptly replaced it with an external company and followed up subsequently. So far, the quality is good and I would totally recommend NewSouth. I'm very happy with the service.

Sales rep did an excellent job explaining the product, showing samples of the actual product as well as providing different pricing quotes that we requested. He was also very honest about the delivery timeframe which they adhered to. Scheduling the installation was efficient and the installation crew was absolutely excellent - very detailed and explained how things were going even if we didn't ask - they wanted us to understand the progression. The independent inspectors were very complementary of the quality of the installation. The final service was originally scheduled several weeks after the installation which didn't meet our needs so they were able to accelerate the appointment for us after a few calls. The entire team was very professional and courteous - just that little frustration at the end with scheduling the final service. Very pleased with the product and the company overall.

This is the 3rd home I have replaced windows and by far the best. Demonstration was top-notch, entire process was smooth from measurements to installation was handled with professionalism and care. And the price and warranty were the deciding factor in the decision making. Will continue to recommend NewSouth to all.

Put down deposit in summer of 2021. Was assured they would be built & installed by end of November 2021. Received call end of November saying they had to come out & re-measure windows. When they did I asked if they could get mine on the fast track because they should already be installed. They said they would. (Didn’t happen) Waited several more months before they manufactured them & with repeated phone calls from me they finally set a install date.

All NewSouth people were very professional and work was exceptional. I got my windows and doors almost a month early and they came out when they said they would. They put all the windows (11) in the first day and returned next day and completed the doors. The workers were very courteous and respectful. Tim T was a pleasure to work with and explained everything well. Waiting for county inspection now.

NewSouth got the job done in one day and came back for two issues. The screen got a rip in it, and they replaced it. There was one that didn’t line up right and they fixed that immediately. They are coming back out to quote doors. However, there was a promotion they had at the time which was either for a cruise or a four-day stay at a condo of our choice but I don't have any paperwork on that.

I'm not satisfied with my overall experience. The windows don't open enough compared to my previous windows. I raised a ticket and someone came and said it cannot be changed now.

From start to finish New South did not disappoint. I have used another company in the past and they have been difficult to work with and disappointing. Customer service can’t even compare. New South kept me informed of all the steps in the process in a timely manner.

Great job. Very professional at all times. Job done ahead of schedule and workers here each day on time. Cleaned up the whole time and could not have asked for a better crew. Love our new windows and again great job!

The installation of our windows went perfectly. However, having to follow up multiple times to see when the inspector would be out to inspect the windows has been more than frustrating. I’ve called more than five times and the inspector still has not been out. Today I was told that it would probably be 2 to 3 days before the inspector would call me to make an appointment. Still have and covers on the windows. The follow-up after the installation of our windows has been very very poor!

Absolutely the best windows you could ever buy. I highly recommend buying these Windows to anyone and everyone, you will absolutely love the windows. You can't go wrong with these windows. They help with noise and heat transfer. My electric bill dropped drastically.

Very disappointed that bathroom window came in the wrong size as it was much smaller than the one that was there. Your workers did put in a 2x4 with some sealer but it was not fastened well. I paid a carpenter $220.00 to fix it and fasten it correctly.

The installation is not complete. Two windows were wrong size and type. Damage done to my Hardiplank. Excessive amounts of glass and debris in my yard and inside my house. Windows were not cleaned well. Caulking was messy. Dirty hand prints on Hardiplank and doors. I was told that the service manager named Bob or Rob would call me about making things right but haven't heard from him. The sales rep. Michael ** didn't even call to see how the job went. The only calls I have received from and New South employees was about payment. At this point, I am very displeased.

Installation process was excellent. We found manufacturing flaws in several windows. Installer reported the issues. We never received any type of communication that the report was received. No attempt to schedule an appointment to inspect. Installed on 6/30/22. Production Manager called on 7/12/22 to schedule a time to inspect. There was no interim communication. Unacceptable and we are extremely disappointed about this. We sent an E-mail to Earl ** detailing our experience.

We had NewSouth Windows replace 2 sets of French Doors. The doors arrived when scheduled, as did the guys that installed them. These new doors seal so much better than our old ones! There is no draft anywhere around the door. When they removed the old doors, they were able to remove the molding intact so that it could be reinstalled. A big relief to me because I did not have to go look for matching molding. I highly recommend their doors and service.

Ordered 2 High Impact windows to replace my 2 Glass block windows and gave a deposit check for $1,830.00. They installed the WRONG windows, NOT THE HIGH IMPACT WINDOWS OR THE PROPER COATING ON THE WINDOWS and promised to expedite this order if I gave them another deposit of $3,320 which I did on my Credit Card April 27.2022. I emailed their Corporate office because in June I never received any update on this order. My wife spoke with the Production Dept and receive no answer when the windows would be ready!!! They have $5,150.00 of my money, with ONLY $400.00 on the balance due whenever they come back???

The team on the initial installation team was great ... Had follow work due to mismeasurement on one window .. The follow up team that done that install was lacking and lurking towards poor ... The windows themselves are working as promised.

New South Window did a great job. They really made a huge difference on the looks of my home as well as a noticeable difference on my energy bills. Working with New South Window has been a pleasure not only their management but with the installers.

Very pricey but Great, tough, super sturdy, easy opening impact windows. Nice looking. Company was very thorough and courteous in all respects. Customer service was very good. Passed inspection easily and they returned just to finish by putting track covers on.

I paid dearly for the NewSouth windows because they're very expensive. It was a lot more expensive than Window World. The rep was very professional and thorough. But when we said that we couldn't afford what he quoted and if he could bring the price down, he walked away. Then I said, “Well, is there an option for borrowing part of the money?” He should have given me that option but I had to ask him. I was surprised at that. We went with borrowing the money and we were supposed to get a weekend trip but we've never heard about that.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. After signing 2 separate contracts with them (windows and doors) and over two years we still have not gotten the project completed. Their staff is rude and extremely unorganized. Multiple times, appointments have been set and they have been a no show. When I call to inquire, their excuse is always "there must have been a mix-up" and then just proceed to try to reschedule. Multiple windows that were installed were the incorrect glass and they knew it when they installed it, yet just stated, "We will order another one and bring it to you in a few weeks." They could care less about your time that you sit around waiting for them, or on hold to speak to someone.

The product is excellent and the service was very good. From the time that was promised, we were happy with everything. But I was a little disappointed with the local manager. When they were installing the small window in the bathroom, the installers broke the inside tiles. When they pulled the old window out, they broke. And I wasn't very happy with the fact that they were offering me to find somebody that they could do it for $235. I said, “No, I don't think so. You broke it. I'll buy the tiles if I have to.

New South installed/replaced my 3 door slider. This was a huge expensive project. I felt the salesman was honest and was looking out for my financial best interest. The installers were professional and detail oriented. The doors are great. Will use this company again.

When the installers came, they were wonderful. First, they did have a guy come to measure. Then the installers were wonderful. There were a couple of guys and they were very respectful of the property with how clean they were and how much they picked up. Putting the windows in as far as like the inside woodwork, everything was left intact. They sealed up everything, caulked, and took care of any questions. The only thing that I had when they had put them in was we have two smaller windows, and both of them, I have to reach across the kitchen counter to open or across a dresser in the bedroom to open. I have a hard time doing that. They did lubricate them a little more. But otherwise, everything was fantastic. They were great in every other aspect of it.

The salesman was pretty good. When I called him, he was in Ireland. But he called and got stuff taken care of even though he was in Ireland. But every time that I get ghosted by NewSouth, I'd have to call him, and then they would finally get back to me. NewSouth promised me the installation before mid-February but they didn’t get out till the end of February after I called the salesman. I couldn’t get the customer service person that was supposed to be my liaison with the company on the phone. So it was really weird. The installers did their job. But they failed the inspection, so they had to come back out. The lead guy said he had to go to the bank, left, and never came back. The guys that were working for him finished it. But then, they finished it wrong. So they had to come back out and do it. But they’re good windows. They look nice.
