Everything that NewSoputh Windows had on their website appealed to me. I purchased some windows and the quality was fantastic. The only oddity was that one of the windows showed up cracked and they had to come back and fix it. The people who installed it were awesome. The sales team was great. The price was okay and the whole process was seamless. It was so easy and they do it all, so it was worry free. Everybody should use them. I'm trying to recommend them to as many people as possible. It's great.

I got 8 hurricane windows from New South and I'm happy with their quality. New South has no middle-man and they made their own windows so I thought it might be cheaper. Their sales representative was a nice man and did well. However during the installation, it took so many tries before it was right but they were pleasant and did their job. I'm happy with the quality of the windows.

I compared NewSouth Window's price to another company, and their price was more reasonable so I purchased sliders from them. Their sales rep and installation team were excellent. I've had a very good experience with NewSouth Window and I recommend them.

We went with NewSouth firstly because we were sold on the quality of the windows and secondly because of the service that we were told was above par. (The salesman was very convincing.) We bought a sliding glass door from them and it was the bay window so we replaced the entire bay window with one big picture window and the two sides on that bay window. Their installers did a good job. They were hard workers and they got the stuff in even though the wedge was kind of against them. However two of the windows were scratched and one of them was discolored, and we've been waiting for almost 2 months now for the replacements... Other than the discoloring, the windows seem to be pretty well in terms of quality.

I would recommend NewSouth Window Solutions. I purchased windows from them and they're fantastic. I just found out that the screen doesn’t fit good in one window so I got to call them back for that, but other than that they did a good job. They clean and they don’t make a mess. Phil, the person who came to our house, was awesome.

I chose NewSouth Window Solutions because they were local, as in in the area, and I have purchased five windows from them. So far the windows are doing what they're supposed to do. My electricity is lowered. The windows insulate the house more. Sound-wise I can't hear a vehicle drive by the house anymore.

We knew that NewSouth Window Solutions made their windows here in Florida and we thought that it would be a good product. We replaced five windows from single pane to double pane. The sales team was fine. They were very prompt, very good. We really do like the quality of the items we purchased. They've made a big difference with the heat coming in. We've noticed a big difference in the two rooms that we put them into. The installation team was very good but we had an issue where one window broke being put in so it had to be ordered again. We were promised windows in July but we had to wait two or three weeks until that was reinstalled because we were away. But then when they came, they brought the wrong window. That took a couple of days extra, as well. We were about a month later than promised. Other than that, everything was fine. They were very easy to work with.

Somebody broke into my house and I needed to replace the window. I heard that NewSouth has quality windows so I called them and purchased five energy efficient windows. Their sales team explained everything. The installation guy was very courteous and did the job all by himself because his partner got sick. He was very nice and worked hard. The windows are very good and I’m happy with them.

We got 12 windows for our house from NewSouth Window Solutions and we're really happy that we changed. They look like they'll hold up to the way they were advertised and we were happy with the sales and installation people. We're just sorry we didn't do it sooner because we’ve been here twenty three years and we should have done it sooner. We got the eVantage windows and from the looks of it, they're going to do the job in making our electricity bill much cheaper.

I was shopping for windows and had about eight people come to do estimates. It wasn't about price, it was about quality. I did like the gentleman who actually put the window and we couldn't feel any of the heat. That was probably based on the construction on it being an operated company of Florida and not something that's coming through somebody else like a Home Depot, a Lowe's, or a Sears. I like the support people in that respect - a company that's been there for this long who's manufacturing in the state of Florida. I even went and checked with my building inspector and my permitting to see if they had any complaints as well and they were minor and that's when I decided to go with NewSouth.

NewSouth Window Solutions has good quality at a reasonable price. Their sales team member gave me all the best discounts available and I got seven double pane hurricane-proof windows which are awesome. They're soundproof, solid, very heavy but easy to lift. The installation went in one day and the team were a couple of guys from the north so they had a good work ethic. They were pleasant, did a professional job, and didn’t rush through it. They ran into problems with our building as it was old and solved them then they put the windows in. I’m still waiting for them to come back to get the inspections done so I can take the stickers off the window, put the final plastic pieces and cover up the screw holes in. Overall, it has been quick, easy and painless. It's perfect.

I bought a den window and a slider from NewSouth and I'm very satisfied. We had some demonstration and a video online that showed the heat transfer and it was incredible. The only problem that happened is that I didn't have wiring for an alarm system and the wires were just about too short to get through and they're really not reconnected but I can't blame them. They're efficient and professional.

NewSouth had very good products so we got 5 windows that keep the heat out and let the sunlight in from them. The sales guy we had knew his product, did a good demonstration, and explained everything quite well. The quality of the windows are great. I'd recommend NewSouth to anybody.

NewSouth Window Solutions had a lifetime warranty so I bought a sliding and two double-hung windows from them. The sales and installation teams were both very nice. I like the quality of the windows I got and had a pretty good experience with them.

Four companies came out for my window needs. At that time, I liked NewSouth's personable salesman so I purchased double-pane, double-hung windows from them. The windows are good but the personnel or the public relations is in dire need of help. Their salesman said that he follows through with the job all the way through the end, which I thought was wonderful. However, NewSouth brought the incorrect order the first time and I had to wait another two weeks for it to be completed. Not in any one of those times did my windows representative call, I had to call him and on the fourth time, I got him by accident. I'm not very happy that he lied to me and his credibility went downhill for me.

NewSouth Window Solutions does everything – they manufacture the windows as well. The sales representative was good and we purchased sliding windows. Also, the installation team was very quick and efficient. We had a problem with the screen and they came back to fix everything. Compared to our old windows they’re really terrific and the slider is so easy to work with. We're happy and we love the NewSouth windows.

It has been a good experience with NewSouth Window Solutions. The guy who did the installation was a little bit late but he did call so it was nice that he let us know. It was due to traffic and beyond his control. They are a very good company and I'm looking forward to make sure that the windows are going to perform like they say they do. And if they do and I have a lifetime warranty, I'll be very happy.

I was interested in a product that was made in the US and I found out they're made in Tampa so I used NewSouth Windows. But my experience with them was not good at all. I purchased two units for the front and back windows so that's a total of four windows. I have inside shutters and the nice salesperson said they would have a carpenter remove them before they put in the window and then to reinstall them, all in the same day.

NewSouth windows seemed to be made better and my wife wanted them, so we bought them. The windows and the people who are putting them were great. But, I can't say it's the best money could buy and the other people were saying they were overkill with all this stuff. It's hard to compare. It's like going through a bed store and trying the bed out for five minutes. I think they were too expensive, but they're supposed to be the best windows around - I'll lose my roof before I lose my window. I intend to buy more when I can afford them.

We are really impressed that the NewSouth windows were made for the climate. We're coming up north and we do find that things don't last the same in Florida as they do with other places because the climate is so harsh on certain things. The sales person was very good at showing us what made NewSouth different. We ended up buying 15 windows. We haven't done all windows because we have a lot so they're coming back out to do more. It's good quality. We love them.

The installer from NewSouth was very kind, attentive, fast, and did a good job. When the inspectors came, they said that it was a very good job, so we were pleased. The windows look nice and we like the way they open to clean up. We wish that we could afford more, but right now, we can’t. We had a very good experience with NewSouth and we would recommend them.

We met with their salesperson and we were really impressed that NewSouth windows were made for Florida climate. We're from up north and we do find that things don't last the same in Florida as they do with other places because the climate here is so harsh on certain things. The salesperson was very good at showing us what made theirs different so we ended up buying 15 windows. We were out of town and they were holding them for us until we got back. They couldn't hold off any longer, so they came in and installed the windows. They had to cut out a lot of our bushes to get near the house and that can't be helped as they had to get the windows in.

Everything was fine with NewSouth Windows Solutions. They're coming in to put the strips in on Monday and then the project is finished. I feel good about the quality of the windows I got. We went to the factory over in Tampa and the salesman spent a couple of hours with us, explained everything to us. We went in there to buy windows because we got our neighbors bought the same windows, so we thought we'd look around and the two gentlemen that were out here to install our windows did a fantastic job. Everything went smoothly and they got here when they promised. They finished on time and they were great.

The quality of the eVantage windows I got from NewSouth was great and I don't have issues with it. Moreover, the sales team member we dealt with did a nice job and the installation was an easy, quick and good experience, too. NewSouth did everything they said they would do in a timely fashion and it works for me.

The salesperson was a professional. He handled everything to my satisfaction and my overall experience has been very positive. We've got the double glazed argon-filled LoE non-impact windows. NewSouth did what they're supposed to do and I feel pretty good about the quality of the windows in the house. It was great doing business with NewSouth. I have no complaints and I'm looking forward to doing more business with them.

I had NewSouth come over to give me the whole rundown on their windows and I felt it was a fair price, so I went ahead and hired them. I purchased the eVantage, and the quality is good. The guys showed up when they were going to and they did it in one day. It was a clean job and they left it looking good, so I was satisfied.

We love the windows from NewSouth and everything about it was fantastic. The only negative aspect was that the windows have been in for eight weeks now and they had problems getting the permit on the French doors and I don't know when they are going to finally go through so we can get a building inspector out here to look at the windows so I could wash them. But everybody I dealt with has been great and I would recommend them.

We love our new windows from NewSouth Window Solutions. The windows are great and they're made here in Florida for Florida homes which was a big deal for me that's why I bought them from NewSouth. Their sales guy was fabulous and very informative. I had two or three other guys come and show me their products as well, but he's by far the best and he didn't push too.

We showed him what windows we wanted to have replaced. We discussed it and he gave us an estimate of what it would cost. Then, he wrote the contract of our plan. I saw an ad about NewSouth Window Solutions in the Tampa Tonight, a local newspaper. Prior to that, I had contacted three other window companies. One was referred by one of my employees and the other two were from ads in the newspaper. I had all four of them come out and quote. But I was more comfortable with NewSouth because they seemed to know what they were doing and with them there'd be a lot more customer service focus. They actually came in with a higher quote than I received from another competitor, but they said, "We're gonna beat it," and they did.

My experience was pretty good and the sales guy was very professional. He did a really good demo, and knew his stuff. We made a decision to go with NewSouth Window based on what the sales guy showed us. And when the installers came, they did a great job. They were a lot better than what I expected. When I had a problem with one of the screens because my kid put his disk through it on the first night that he opened the window, NewSouth Window replaced the screen and sent somebody to change it out. The windows were good quality, and it's a lot better than my old ones. I paid a fair price and the windows are keeping out the heat. I got good service from them and I didn’t have any aggravation. I absolutely recommend them.

My wife and I are thoroughly pleased and ecstatic with NewSouth Window Solutions. I watched them do their work and they were spotless - everything they did was meticulous, measured, and perfect. Even the building inspector said that he's never seen anything like it. NewSouth's guys were a very good set of professionals and I have recommended them to my friends.

I'm happy with the work NewSouth Window Solutions did. I chose them because they offered a good deal. I had heard a little bit about them -- that their windows are good. Their sales guy was knowledgeable and explained to me everything about the windows. The guys that came in to install the windows were good. I like my new windows. All the way down the line, my experience with NewSouth Window was excellent. They are fabulous. They came out to give us an estimate and my husband, who has a background in building, saw how the gentleman gave the presentation about how their products are made. It was a no-brainer for us -- we went with NewSouth. The couple that came and installed from Kassini were fantastic. The installer is a perfectionist. It took them two days to complete the work and they were excellent, hard workers, A+.

NewSouth Window Solutions’ warranty looked good so I decided to give them a try. I loved their salesperson. He had good level of knowledge and was able to explain the product and features. Installation team were on time, courteous, and got the windows in, however I had one little glitch. A few days later, I had the alarm company come out and we couldn’t get one of the windows open. I called the Windows and they sent somebody out right away and fixed it; it was a little piece of something from the manufacturer of the window. They fixed it, and it worked fine. They were wonderful, very prompt, and they got a really good crew. I love my new windows and I wish I could afford to do my whole house. I’d recommend them!

The sales team was good. They explained a lot of things about the windows, how they were made and the warranty for them and the installation. They also demonstrated how efficient the windows were. The windows we ended up buying (the eVantage windows with the gas in between) are of great quality, easy to clean, they really look good and they fit great.

I had several prices and not only did NewSouth Window matched one of the locals, they came in a little bit lower considering their above excellent quality so I went with them. I also liked their windows. The salesperson was very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. He bent over backwards to get my business. Same with the installation team. They were out of here in no time. The whole experience was good.

We had the whole house done with new windows by NewSouth Window Solutions. The windows are topnotch. Sales rep was excellent all throughout the entire process. We had a long presentation here at the house before we decided to make a purchase and he demonstrated the abilities of the windows and the heat reduction and how it stops 99% of the heat coming in. He did a very thorough job. If we ever had an incident, I would text him and he would text me back within half an hour, if not sooner.

I am very happy with the windows. The windows are doing what they advertised and has excellent quality. They told us it was going to heat, whether it's the sunshine trying to come in or the heat from inside the house trying to go out. So when the windows were newly installed, I was cleaning the windows outside and I can feel the sun, the heat, the rays of the sun reflecting when I was doing the glass. I was very happy that the window was doing what they say it's supposed to do. Their sales team is excellent. Bill is very professional and a very personable man. He was a huge gentleman, kind and patient. We had two different installation teams because one of the windows was not done properly. But both teams were great to work with. No problem there. I will definitely recommend them, in fact we already recommended them to a neighbor.

We bought our windows from NewSouth, and they look good. The installation team came in and went right to work. They didn't seem to take any breaks. Just did their job. My wife and I had to go out for an hour or two, and we just let them have the run of the house. There were no problems, and everything went fine. They stayed in the couple of rooms that they were working on, and they did a good job. We haven't had a hurricane yet, but I hope they'll be all right in terms of quality. I would recommend them.

We liked NewSouth Window Solutions' advertising, their demo, the windows and the company. Their sales rep was very enthusiastic about his product. He first measured all the windows and told us a little bit about them, and then he showed us an actual demonstration of the window and it was very positive. We came away feeling very good about the whole thing. In addition, my husband said that installation went very smoothly. They had to come back a couple of times to do a couple of things, and they were done in a timely fashion and everything went well. And the inspector came in and the inspection went well too. Moreover, we liked the quality of the windows and as a matter of fact, we're getting more windows from them. They're being made now and they'll be installed within the next couple of weeks.

I first heard about NewSouth Window Solutions at a home show. I got three quotes from three different companies and NewSouth was not the least expensive. They were in the middle, but I felt they had a better product from the lowest priced and they were the best value. The salesman did an excellent job, no complaints whatsoever. The installation team did a good job as well. They were thorough and very fast, they got it done in one day. They come in like a well-oiled machine, everybody knew what they were doing. They were professional, they had one minor flaw and without any hesitation they came in and corrected it. I wouldn't ask for anything more from anybody. The windows we purchased are real good.

Our neighbor who had some windows put in had seen a demonstration at a home fair and he was telling us about it. When the salesman came over, he invited us and that's how we heard about NewSouth Window Solutions. We are very comfortable about the quality of the items we purchased and we like it very much. The installation team was great, nice bunch of guys and they were in and out fast. Everything was okay except the time it took for us. There was one window that was broken at the factory or somewhere and when it was received here, it wasn't correct. They told us it would be installed in a couple of days and that didn't happen, it was four weeks later. We just wanted to be kept informed. But aside from this, I'd recommend them.

We liked their construction and the fact that our windows were built here and custom-made to what we needed. They were good recommendations from a guy on the radio that we trust. We had three windows put on one side of the house last year, then we had three windows put on the other side this year. The quality of the windows are very good. They're solid, quiet, and they look nice. The sales team member explained everything to us and he had us come over to the factory to show us how the windows were made. He was nice and helpful. Also, the installation team last year were very polite and got everything cleaned up well. The ones from this year was a father and son team who worked well together and did a good job! I'd actually written a recommendation and the President called to see if it would be okay to call me and get our opinion.

Our neighbor had their whole house done and all of the windows replaced. I called them, went over, looked at their windows, and they were beautiful. Then, NewSouth's representative came out and explained why their product was so much better, so I chose them. We purchased a sliding glass wall for our family room and it's wonderful. It's quiet and it keeps the heat and sun out. I wish I could afford to do that for the whole house. I would recommend them to anybody.
