I've been through other window retailers that I didn't like. When I came to NewSouth Window, I called and they told me that the guy, John was at my house. John came to my house but there was a mix-up. He left, then all of a sudden, I got a call from him and he said that he was sorry. He also asked if he could come back right then. I was thinking "who does that?" as it was 5 o'clock on a Saturday. So, he came and stayed three hours with me. Unbelievable. That guy was terrific. Based on John and the presentation, I went with NewSouth Windows.

The sales guy explained everything and the installers came when they were supposed to and they cleaned up their mess. We're very happy with the quality and we had an excellent experience with NewSouth.

The windows are great. The installation of the great windows is a total nightmare. I was told this was a "small job and could easily be completed in no more than a day and a half. First installer messed up installation of 3 windows before stating "All vinyl siding houses should be burned to the ground". I asked him to leave before he messed up any more windows, called a supervisor who came out the next day to inspect the mess, and rescheduled a new installation crew ("a crew of 4") for another day. 2 guys showed up a couple days later and said they knew nothing of a "crew of 4". I called the supervisor who stated these 2 guys could easily finish the job today. At 5:00 with 3 windows still uninstalled, the crew of 2 left. So another vacation day would have to be used to oversee this 1 1/2 day installation. 3 guys came back a few days later to finish the job.

I did my due diligence and researched ever since we had hurricane Matthew because I'm disabled and a senior citizen. And so I had had six other companies out here over more than a year and I didn't care for any of them. I called Better Business with the hundreds of reviews and looked NewSouth up on Google. NewSouth came out and they were very upfront and honest with me. Plus their product looked better. I was really impressed. Every time they came out and talked to me they stayed true to their word. They could not replace my bay windows with bay windows because the new code says you have to build your foundation to the window. And that's a lot of money and I wasn't doing that. So I had them remove the bay and put in two big picture windows.

I was searching about window companies and NewSouth came up. I noticed that the quality of the product was different than what I had seen, even though prices were the same with someone else who gave me a quote. So I wanted the high-end one. The salesperson was very direct, detailed and honest about everything. The installation team was very good and detailed too. They worked as a team, kept it clean and kept us posted about everything that was going on. We were very pleased with that. And I gave them big tips.

NewSouth Window Solutions were super and we love them. The windows were great and they did a great job. We got high impact windows from them and it's very quiet. The sales guy I spoke with was fabulous. He answered all of our questions and that's why we went with it. They're a little higher than some other places. He didn't have to get back with us like the other companies. He's knowledgeable. Their quality is excellent.

We had bad windows. NewSouth Window Solutions was a referral and we had four windows replaced. The guy that came to install the windows was friendly. The windows are working well and lived up to expectations. Everything that NewSouth did was great. The only problem is that they told me they are sending an inspector for the house on Friday, but he came Monday or the next day, when nobody was here to let him in. The work is done and it needs inspection.

NewSouth's Better Business Bureau reviews led me to choose them over others. Joe from the sales team was good. I was in the energy conservation field and knew mostly what he was talking about, and what was nice was I knew that what he was talking about was factual, and he wasn't giving hot air. I purchased high impact windows and they had excellent quality. Everything went really well with the installation team, too. They did a really good job.

Finally, on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, a NewSouth Window Solution technician showed up and replaced the cracked window. Although the replacing process resulted in a dent and a scratch on the window's frame, I still appreciate the company's living up to their warranty and replacing the difective window. I understand that some delay occurred because of the company's relocation to a new facility in Tampa. Now, I am totally satisfied and starting to enjoy my NewSouth Windows!

I just bought some double-pane windows from NewSouth to replace the old single-pane windows that we had. The sales team member was very informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant. But we had some problems during the installation. When the county inspector came out two of the windows failed because they didn't have enough fasteners in the windows. They didn't follow the county specs like they were supposed to. There was some slight cosmetic that they were responsible for but I kind of overlooked that. And right now I'm trying to get the inspector and the company together to come back out and finish the inspection and correct the deficiency.

I looked up window companies around the Orlando area and then I stumbled upon NewSouth. I used them a long time ago for my condominium and then when I moved into my house, I used them again. Their product is awesome and it's better than other windows that you get from Home Depot or Lowe’s. The lifetime guarantee is a plus as well. I purchased a couple of sliding glass doors and a bunch of windows. The rep was very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. The installers were great and top-notch. They did the job and were professional.

I reached out to NewSouth Window Solutions online. They sent a gentleman to my house and did an estimate and left an estimate with me. We went from there. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Their windows are manufactured locally manufactured in Florida so I decided to work with them. I purchased windows and also one sliding patio door. The quality of the work and the items are both exceptional. However, I did have a damaged sliding patio door. The installers were not responsible for that and did not know about the damage. It was fixed the next day in a prompt and courteous manner. They did excellent and they were very good. NewSouth was very good to me and I'm glad that I chose them for my window needs. I would tell friends that they would get a very good value for the money with NewSouth Window Solutions.

NewSouth Window Solutions had the modern windows that I was looking for that had three panes, and had the gap between two of the panes to make it better. Also, they have a lifetime warranty. The installation worked pretty well, and the team kept everything clean. They also did not interfere with anything in the house. However, because they make the windows according to the orders, we were not sure when they were going to be installed. They could improve that and give out more firm dates.

We needed new windows and we were in the market for it, and then the NewSouth Window Solutions came to the house. We then purchased windows and doors. Troy, the sales rep we dealt with, was prompt and on time. However, since we ordered them back in September, it took a while for them to come. The installation was good and they also cleaned up. But, the windows guy are supposed to come out to replace a crack and they have not gone back yet. They told me it would take about two weeks, but it has been two weeks now. Still, we had a positive experience with them and I would recommend them. I’m also happy with the way they look.

After talking to the representative of NewSouth, Brett, I felt that their product was the better one on the market right now. He came initially and had our consultation. He was very nice, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and outgoing. He was very informative and he was professional, too. But I had to call him a couple of weeks later with a minor setback. I ordered windows and one door and I was told that the installation would be done in 10 to 12 weeks. I called a couple of times after about 10 and 1/2 to 11 weeks and they told me they were waiting on one or two items and that they'd call me when the items arrive to schedule the installation.

We had our windows ($10k worth) installed in August 2017. After 6 months of several phone calls, a few service calls, email to salesman and survey response to President of this company we still do not have satisfactory response from the company. The installation was the worst/poor quality we've ever seen. They destroyed vinyl siding; left gaping holes around the windows; they had to re-caulk most of the windows as it turned 'brown' in less than 30 days; some screens were damaged when they put them in; the locks are not properly aligned so they scratch the window frame finish every time we open the windows. We either wanted the locks fixed or the very least get a credit for the poor quality workmanship and installation. Never received a formal response or determination from the company management.

I liked the quality of NewSouth's windows and I ended up purchasing impact windows from them. Their sales rep was very good and their installation was great. They were on time, very neat, clean, and organized. They also worked diligently to get the work done in one day. Their work is fantastic and I'm very happy. They were very professional from the beginning to the end so, I would highly recommend them. They were a little bit more pricey than the other people, but their products speak for themselves and people would be more than happy with that.

I’d seen NewSouth Window Solutions on TV and it was easy to schedule an estimate appointment with them. I went in to their store and saw a window that I liked. I'm pretty busy and I said, “I don’t have a lot of time to be home. When can you come and give me an estimate?” He said, “How about right now?” That was perfect. Their sales team was professional and honest. The overall quality of their work was very good, and in fact, the inspector for the permit said that this was a very good job as well. The only downside and I fully understand that I had to wait about two or three months before they were able to install them just because they’re so busy, and I get that since there was a hurricane. But it was well worth the wait. I’d tell friends to give NewSouth Window a shot, talk to them, and it will be evident that they’re the best ones.

After putting up with several years worth of west-facing exposure to the house, I decided to buy a motorized 16-foot unit from SunSetter Awnings. I needed some sun protection and they seemed to be the company to go with. They advertised quite prominently and I was familiar their name. So I gave them a call and their reps provided good information and were very professional. It took them two hours to install the awning and things went very smoothly. It was a very positive experience and I'd recommend their company.

NewSouth Window Solutions' pricing has been the same as those in the mall. I really liked the salesman that we had. We had met three months prior to our second meeting with him but he remembered us when he came back. He was a nice person to deal with rather than a pushy salesman. He loved our house and he was very nice to talk to and easy to get along with. The installation team came in and they knew what they were doing. They did not even need to ask too many questions. They just worked and were professional. They cleaned up everything after they were done. The quality of the items we've purchased is very good. I would definitely recommend NewSouth Window Solutions.

Signed contract 6/26/17, gave 10% deposit, job permitted 8/3/17, window installation commenced on 10/3/17. The crew didn't speak much English, which proved to be annoying, they worked really hard, and tried to make a master bedroom window fit which had been measured wrong TWICE!! Ruined master bedroom window opening, left a gaping hole in drywall which was open for 3 months. This install was delayed due to having to remeasure (3rd time) and reorder 3 windows. I emailed salesman to tell him that we had a problem, he never emailed back or called. This was not a storm repair, this was Home Improvement.

The experience I had with NewSouth Window Solutions was excellent. I drove around the neighborhood where the NewSouth Window office was. I walked in there, got the operations, and ended up purchasing the energy-efficient windows and doors. The interactions with the sales team were excellent, while the installation team was perfect. The quality of the windows and doors are exceptional, and I would recommend NewSouth Window Solutions to anybody.

I needed some bathroom windows done because the old ones couldn't be fixed and they don't make them anymore. So I looked online for windows and found a couple. I decided to stop by at NewSouth Window's place and look around inside. They had somebody explain to me what they do, and they showed me their stuff. And then they scheduled somebody to come to my house and talk to me. The rep sat down and explained to me the process because I didn't want to finance it. We wanted the windows done, so we had them measure that day. And we paid them part of the money.

Ordered windows & slider May 2017, initial install September 2017, it is now February 2018 and this nightmare won't end. The delivery, installation and followup is woefully inept. Windows not ready for twice the time stated in the contract, they offered to "upgrade" my sliding glass door which has been nothing but a nightmare. They have made 5 attempts to resolve the problems with the "upgraded" sliding glass door after initial install and still need to come a 6th time. Each time has been me calling & pestering for them to finish the job I paid for. So frustrated at this never ending project. They act like we are here to accommodate them, take time off from work & clean up their mess 5 times. What is the consumer to do, really New South what are we to do?

We've had break-ins and we wanted windows that burglars couldn't break through. We got three windows from NewSouth, but the installers didn't install them properly. And they didn't put all the anchors in one of the windows. So our inspection was denied and they had to come back and correct the problem. Also, from the time that we ordered, they were about two months behind from the time estimate that they told us. But they were nice people to deal with and the quality of windows seems good to me since they fixed the problem.

NewSouth's windows were the best we could get. We got impact windows. No one had given us a demonstration before in any of our other estimates, and NewSouth's was very impressive. Michele, who called about the questions, was very nice. However, the installers left a big mess behind and it was a communication problem. There was a lot of plastic strips, screws, paper, all kinds of things all over our house. And then when the guy came back to install the covers over the screws, he said, "Didn't they leave plastic strips?" Yes they did, but they never told us that we should keep them or that anyone would even be back to install the plastic strips over the screws so we tossed them. The guy that came out to do that had to re-cut all the plastic strips. We thought they were done but didn't realize that somebody had to come out and do a little bit more trim work.

My daughter got the windows in her house installed by NewSouth Window Solutions and she told me about them. I wanted to get my new windows installed and get that over with. The first person from NewSouth who came talked to me and showed me how the windows were and how they worked, and he told me about the heat and the cold. He was very professional and polite, and he literally talked me into purchasing from NewSouth. I got from them four windows that are double-hung and that have got double glass. The installation went quickly, smoothly and easily, and took half a day to get done.

I am currently in the much delayed process of having all 16 openings in my house replaced with New South Impact and Low-E windows and sliders. Having owned a construction company for 26 years before retiring 2 years ago, I have experience with other hurricane window manufacturers and know that for the price and warranty, New South is the best product out there. Unfortunately, the delivery, installation and followup by the Sarasota, Florida location is woefully inept. Without getting too lengthy, let me just say I got a partial install with what they had on hand after bugging them for several weeks beyond the 14 week time frame I was given by the sales rep.

The NewSouth salesperson was very nice and I've recommended him to someone else. Plus, the lifetime warranty is great. I got the high-impact windows from them. The installer was a wonderful husband and wife team and they did a great job. It has been a month now since it was installed, and the quality of the items has been very good. Everything was wonderful and I would highly recommend NewSouth.

John, the NewSouth rep came by and he was much better than any of the other salesman. I liked their product better and I liked the way he presented it. It was informative, well done and professional. I liked the incredible reduction in heat from the NewSouth Window as opposed to the others. And their installation team was wonderful, professional, quick and courteous. They went about their business and got it all done. They were helpful and they cleaned up afterwards. They did a good tint and the quality was fine.

I purchased windows from NewSouth. I know people who have used them and have had a good experience with them. And the salesperson who came to our house was great. But the presentation was lengthy. He said it was going to be about 19 minutes, but I felt like it was going on and on. It could have been a little bit shorter. Still, he got all the information that we needed to us and showed us what we needed to do. The windows were installed before Christmas and the installers were a father and son team who worked together. They were very respectful and professional. They did the installation in one day and then they cleaned up.

We knew about NewSouth Window through a personal reference. We liked the demonstration given and it was halfway reasonable so we chose them. They installed the hurricane-proof Impact Windows in our kitchen and front living room. The installation got off to a little rough start but it turned out all right. Only one man showed up during installation and the other man called in sick so the guy was trying to do a lot of stuff by himself. But we were satisfied with the job.

Our next-door neighbor had windows put in by NewSouth and she told us how wonderful the installation was. We went with what she said. And we purchased 10 windows and two doors. NewSouth's sales rep was very good and very helpful. And the installers were very brilliant. We've had the windows and the doors installed for a month now and the quality of the products we got from them was excellent. We’re very pleased and we’d highly recommend NewSouth.

I called several companies from the ads that I'd seen on TV and had them come out to give me an estimate or talk to me. NewSouth Window Solutions was more informative and spent a little more time than I would have liked but I was glad that they did. I talked to their sales rep briefly one time then he came a second time. He brought the products in for me to look at and showed me the difference in what regular glass looked like and what they had. It did make a difference on how they said it would. He also went through the whole process, from the time I'd place the order until the time they'd be finished.

Our NewSouth Window Solutions experience didn't start out great, but it ended up great. I just have a little issue with the sales guy. He got things misconstrued about our deal. He said that we asked for off-sliding windows instead of double hung windows in our house and that was not true. We have a lot of sliding windows in the back, but that is it. It was going to cost us more and I said I'm not interested if it is going to cost us more. Then they called back and said, "Don't worry about it won't cost you any more. Will change them out", But other than that, the order, the installation, and everything else went absolutely smooth. The team that did the installation was fantastic, professional, did what they said they were going to do and just cleaned up after themselves. I'm very impressed. I wasn't expecting that. Also, we're very pleased with the quality of their items, our house temperature is one thousand times different.

Run from this company. It has been a ** show from beginning, to not the end, because the end is still not here and the very knowledgeable gentlemen who provided the quote, was at the property for measurements on March 14! Delivery and install was scheduled for June in hopes of missing the hurricane season, however the install happened in mid-August, and 2 huge custom windows on the front sunroom were "damaged" in transport, and had to be re-ordered. Those showed up in October, and after they were installed and all windows were stuccoed on the exterior, it was noticed that one of the kitchen windows was the wrong size, and another window was not square.

From start to finish the job took 4 months. This was too long in my personal opinion. I had to send emails and make numerous phone calls to get things moving. Other than that I am very pleased with the whole process. The salesman was very informative and professional. He made a very nice presentation that answered all of our questions. The product actually sold itself. I didn't talk to any other window companies. The installation took 2 days but the installers were very efficient. They cleaned up everything and also hauled away the old windows. They even washed the windows before they left. I highly recommend New South Window.

Several years ago, we saw NewSouth Window Solutions' advertisement about the buy two get one free and we were in the market to replace our windows. Because we were very pleased with the quality, the style of the window, their service and their prices, we went back to them. It was also because of their honesty about how the windows would work in the house and what their purpose was. We bought the double hung windows. The first ones were the kind that go out so that you can clean both sides from inside the house. The second two windows were the plain double hung. They don't go out and they don't open up. All of them have outstanding quality.

On April 12 we signed a contract for the installation of windows and door to enclose one lower and one upper lanai. It is now Aug 27 and as yet the work has not started. We have been given many reasons for the work not to progress. None of which has made sense. In addition to writing letter to president of the company we have had calls from various employees all indicating their concerns. However there has been no results. It is recommended that before any one signs and gives a deposit on a contract with this company they make sure the contract can be fulfilled within the time frame given. To say we are very dissatisfied is an understatement.

I know that NewSouth's windows are manufactured in Tampa and I like supporting local companies. And on the internet, their CEO has an info commercial that said that if we buy the windows from them, they'll stand behind them. Also, they have the simplest warranty in the business. It's one page and anybody could understand it. When I stopped by their showroom, the salesman was busy and the girl behind the desk kept coming from the back. She happened to be the branch manager of that area and my experience with her was excellent.

I got sliding glass doors from NewSouth Window Solutions. It has a very good quality and from what I understand, they make their own windows locally. Their sales team members were great, very open, flexible and knowledgeable. The installers did a good job as well, but after they had left, I realized that they scratched my travertine in my porch. So since then, the communication with NewSouth has been not that great, going back and forth and trying to figure it out. I've had to make multiple phone calls to get them to come out and address the situation. The service manager there screen their calls if she were to come to the phone. And when she finally did after the third or fourth phone call, she then sent in somebody a week after. But the person that came in was not a specialist. They just sent one of their technicians to reconfirm even though another one had already been here.

I liked the quality of materials that NewSouth had and their sales rep was knowledgeable. He showed me what he had and I was impressed with his presentation. I had another company come in and I didn’t like theirs as good. The installer came on time and was very courteous and professional. NewSouth also came up to watch the windows being built up. It was an outstanding experience. The windows I purchased from them cost a bit more than others but they are of better quality. I know that in case a hurricane impacts, they would last.

If people are looking for something that looks nice and does the job that they're looking for, then they should get the windows that I purchased from NewSouth. I got three windows for my condo. I didn't like the windows that the person near me had, and the windows that were put in when I came in the condo weren't as heavy as that so it didn't last long. Also, I can hear everything outside. I wanted to get a window that allows me to not hear as much what's going around in my neighborhood.

We like the sliding glass doors from NewSouth very much. The quality is very nice and the installers were very professional.

I had gone to Home Depot and Lowe's and I liked the idea that Home Depot had a warranty that could be transferred to the next person. NewSouth has something that's a little bit similar but the transfer only lasts for a month. The other one would last for the entire time that the other person lives here. So that was a little bit better. But NewSouth was local and they made the windows themselves and if anything went wrong with the windows, I could contact them and have the warranty with them. So it was all through one organization and that was a good way to go. I purchased seven windows and got one of the best models. Working with the sales team member was fairly good. But it wasn’t emphasized that we were responsible for taking down the different things like the blinds when they come to install the windows.

First the positive, our neighbor was delighted with his N.S. Windows. Now for the negative, my experience was not so good. They installed used and damaged sliding doors into the lanai as new. They installed a t-astragal that had been damaged and repaired at the shop as a new product as well. At a later date, these doors were then replaced with doors that did not fit the frame properly. When I complained to the installer about them being crooked, his response was, "That is the only way they will fit". Later, N.S. sent another team out and they confirmed the doors were not the correct ones for that frame. At a later date still, they came out and installed a different set of doors.

The salesperson showed us what NewSouth Window Solutions had to offer and how the energy-efficient windows work as well. But we couldn’t afford to do windows and sliding glass door at the same time. So, we purchased a sliding glass door. The installers were good but when the inspector came to the house, they had to go and take the door apart, it was inconvenient because we had to wait another week-and-a-half to have the inspection pass. Then they had to come back and put it together again. They said that was the first time it happened, they never had to in the past. They also don’t do a lot of installations in the garden. So I said, “okay”. But the sliding door is sturdy and pretty good. I’d recommend them.

We decide to go with NewSouth Window Solutions to replace a 20 years old, big window for our bonus room. Needless to say it was expensive but we decided to invest in it and receive a good company service. The window is installed after all, but the experience was awful from the beginning to an end. Let me tell you the reasons for saying so: Company didn't contact the customer with the delays they were experiencing. (I was the one calling and asking why the time frame is overdue.) The measurements taken by company's employee were wrong which caused them to produce the wrong size window. Without any apology they said they will start again (caused 1 day of unfortunate promised installation + 1 day of new measurements + couple weeks of waiting + 1 new day of real installation).

I saw NewSouth Window Solutions on a television advertisement and got six hurricane windows from them because of the quality of their products. I had a pleasant experience with their salesperson. I feel good about the quality of the windows especially the way they were made and their overall structure. The installation was fantastic and their crew was wonderful.

My wife and I travel a lot, and have a home in Florida. We are interested in having NewSouth Windows come and give us a quote. However their policy is that they will not make an appointment with me if I can't guarantee that my wife will be there for the appointment. I called the corporate offices, and they agreed that this is their policy and offered no help except to notify their manager. It's not their business why my wife can't be there. There are many possible reasons. Maybe she is in a rehab facility, at a fat farm, incapacitated, in another state or country, etc. Either way, not their business. This only makes me think that they must employ high pressure sales tactics and badger people into signing a contract. That's not what I think of when I see or hear their commercials. If they are a good product at a fair price, they should be able to win the business. Otherwise I am going to make sure everyone knows that they don't value new business.

I had seven other estimates but NewSouth Window had what seemed like the best product. Everybody that I spoke and dealt with was great and nice. I could tell they enjoyed what they did so it was a good experience. It felt like NewSouth was the right one to go with and I got their double pane windows. At first, though, I didn’t like the price but then they gave me an option to have a few more months and use their contractor side so it was a little bit cheaper but I had to wait a little bit longer.

We liked the idea that the windows are built here and NewSouth was not just the middleman and they didn’t just install them. We got 10 double pane windows from them and the salesperson seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional. The windows were very good quality and everything went well during the installation. The people were very professional, they knew what they were doing, and they cleaned up. They said it would take 12 weeks but they did it within eight weeks so that was a good thing. It went smoothly and as expected.

I happened to hear about NewSouth Window from another house that had their windows done in our subdivision. When I checked out the price and quality on several different companies, I decided that they had the best one. I thought in the beginning that their price was very high but what really made me decide to go with them was when I negotiated the price down pretty much compared with the price of what I thought it should be based on other estimates I received. They still see me having a little aggressive side and that could be because they have a commission to make as opposed to the actual cost of the window. Otherwise, they were thorough in their demonstration. We did our whole house and we purchased their windows and patio doors.

I called New South Window of Orlando to ask for a quote over the phone. The guy didn't want to take my measurements unless it was 5 windows or more that needed replacement. After I said ok then let me have more or less what this one window would cost and just hung up. REALLY? is this how you treat potential customers over the phone. I might have needed 10 windows for all they knew but since I called and initially said I'm only looking for 1 window the guy wasn't interested in what else I had to say. If he would have said let me send someone out to see what we can do for you then that would have been fine. I might have replaced all 5 of my windows. But now I would never use them for anything. If you are from New South Window or anyone else feel free to contact me as this story is 100% real. It happened on Monday, November 28, 2016 at exactly 11:30am.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We ordered our windows and sliding door on July 7th. I called in August and they promised delivery and installation in early September - never happened and I did not receive a call from them with an explanation! When I did call, they promised delivery in early October but that was delayed every week until October 20th. I called them that week and in a callback they said that the sliding door had not come in yet but was expected to be there in time. When the installation crew came out they said they never received the door. Now a month later they still have no idea when the door will be in - and they are supposedly the manufacturer!! Will be seeing a lawyer.

The business is not familiar with standards outside their product line. Example, I wanted a 2 panel door in an opening of 104 inches. I was told I couldn't do this due to code violation. So I went with 3 panel door. Only to find out, THEIR product wasn't coded for 104 inch space. But other companies did have doors that could fit and were up to code. 3 panel door that was put in was defective. By then, NewSouth figured out, a 2 panel door could be put in the space and they were working on a new 2 panel door to add to their product line and waiting for approval.

Everything was great from the time they came to the house to show their windows and do their selling pitch. Only issue with the sales pitch is they try and make you feel like it is a special that you can only get if you sign then and there. The quality of their product is amazing. The install couldn't have gone any better. The 2 installers were very clean and worked around our schedule and were very accommodating. The City inspector even complimented them on their work. Shortly after the install I thought there was an issue with one of the windows, it turned out to be operator error, but they came out immediately to look into the problem and showed me how to resolve it. If I ever have to have windows or sliding glass doors I would definitely use them again.

A grey colored seal was used on white vinyl windows between the double glass panes and it looks very uneven. In some areas of the window some of the seal appears to be missing. Also, an excessive amount of white caulking was applied around the picture window on the exterior of the house and it too was applied very unevenly.

I bought windows from a very good NewSouth Window Solutions sales guy and he was very efficient, polite, and answered all the questions. I'm also planning to have sliders done next year. The installation team was excellent and they were very, very efficient. They said what they were going to do. One of the NewSouth co-owners came by to drop off a window and I spoke to him for about a half hour. Then they cleaned up very, very efficiently and made sure that everything was done correctly before they left. They said they were gonna get here at 9:00 but they arrived at about 10 yet they didn’t leave till about 8:00 at night until the job was completely done and we were satisfied. They're a great company. My neighbors recommended them to me and I would also recommend them to anybody.

I got a couple of other estimates and there were a couple of reasons why I went with NewSouth. Mainly is the fact that they were local and made in the U.S. Their installers work exclusively for them - they're not subbed out. And I have had a little experience being in the construction business with my husband for many years in South Florida with impact windows. I did complete windows and doors in my home, and NewSouth was top compared to the others. That's why I went with them.

I searched for companies that did window replacements because I have an old home where I replaced windows. NewSouth Window Solutions came to the house, explained the differences between their windows and others and I was impressed. Then, the sales team person did a great job in the presentation again. They also manufacture the windows here in Florida. I bought 27 pieces of their mid-line model which are great so far. The installers were very helpful, careful and respectful of my property and house. There was one issue with one of the windows wherein they said they were gonna get it done and they did, on time. The salesman and the installers represented NewSouth Window Solutions well and the product is good.

We did a lot of research with several other window companies, and the gentleman from NewSouth came and brought his demonstration. He showed us a lot of other features that the other windows were not as well made, and it was awesome. The people that put the windows in were very courteous and polite, cleaned up, answered questions, and did a fantastic job. The items have been good, so far, and they clean real easy. The problems I had was that we opted to go 8 to 12 weeks out because there was a discount if we had done that, and we also ordered a door that had the wrong glass in it, and no one bothered to call me to tell me that it was going to be delayed another two weeks. I got impatient that there was a communication breakdown. But other than that, I was completely satisfied and would recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with NewSouth when I got windows from them. They're very easy to deal with and I was impressed with everything that they presented. I was particularly impressed with the installers. They weren't farmed out; they were the company's installers. They did a great job. I recommended NewSouth to my neighbor and she also engaged them to put windows at her apartment.

I had looked at other places and the prices of NewSouth Window Solutions weren't that much different for the quality of their items. I called them and they came out and gave me an estimate. Everybody from NewSouth was excellent. I got all new windows and I love their quality. And I get a lot of compliments on them. A lot of the neighbors and people stop and they noticed that the windows are new. That's a good thing. It was an expensive but good experience.

We had a different company come out, talk about their windows, give us a price and so forth. But we liked the quality of NewSouth Window better. Their salesperson was really knowledgeable, very nice, and wasn't pushy at all. He didn't try to sway us but he knew that he had a good product so he presented it and the product sold itself. The installers were very nice, very courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and did a nice job. We got the replacement windows from them and we're very pleased with their quality. They look nice and we noticed a big difference in the cutting out the sound. Our electric bill for our air conditioner was less than it was a year ago even though this July was hotter than last year. We're very happy with the product and with how everything went.

From the time we placed the order till the installation time, it took longer than I thought it would have. NewSouth always blamed it on how they were just busy, and it's okay. We’re willing to wait to get the quality of the ones that we want and it’s worth it. They did a good installation although they had to come back. The first installer missed a few things on the first installation. They didn’t put some of the caps in and there were some other little plastic pieces that go at the top of the ones that should have been installed that were not installed but we kept. This was a 3-year period. They didn’t put the final coat of wax and didn’t buff the trunk well enough. These were the things that the second installer picked up that the first installer should have done properly.

I contracted with NewSouth Window in July 2015. To make a long story short, working with this company was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. They sent the wrong windows, damaged my outside sills, caused some inside damage, and took until February 2016 before the installation was complete. I only had windows done in three rooms!

After spending some time doing my research on window replacement, Window salespeople make many claims about energy savings. How true are these claims? Good quality windows, installed properly, can yield substantial energy savings. How much you save depends on the type of window you choose and the type and condition of the windows you are replacing.

A salesman from NewSouth Window Solutions came over knocking on our door, and then after that, he took me to his manufacturer in Tampa. I saw the window, I liked it and I installed it in my house. I also introduced it to my church who also liked it, and then we installed nine of these windows in our church as well. I shopped around, but the only place I went to was NewSouth. They are locally here, and that’s what interested me. If anything goes wrong, I could just go over there and pick some parts or what I might need to replace. They can also come over and replace it. It's pretty convenient, so we chose them.

I had five different companies come in and give me estimates. NewSouth was in the middle of the cost. Plus, they were locally built and maintained and they could get the job done sooner and quicker. We got the windows and will do the sliding glass doors with them, too. Their salesman came out and explained how it was going to work and he was right on the nose. He came back a few nights later when my wife was available and talked to her and my stepson and gave them the whole spiel. They loved him. Everything he said that was going to happen happened.

Everything NewSouth Window told me was true. It made a difference in my electric bill and I also could tell that we are not getting air. With the old windows, there was water sometimes and more humidity in the room. We have a lake right behind us so we carry high humidity and we’re on the ground floor. We just had some major storms and I have not had to use my dehumidifier as much so it’s definitely made a difference and I wish I had done it long ago but it wasn’t feasible. I was very pleased and I couldn’t believe it. I know many of the other residents in the condo community have replaced their windows. I have extra cards and I’m promoting NewSouth if anybody wants new windows.

I liked what NewSouth Windows offered and I wanted to test the quality of the material, and they said they would come out and bring samples and we could go over what would be appropriate for this house. The sales team was great. They went through everything, and they were very understandable and knowledgeable about their products. When they came to have the demonstration, it was very well-presented, and that is what won me over to go with NewSouth. I was very satisfied and I gave them the contract. I had them put in all the windows and also sliding doors in the house, and the quality is excellent. I can tell it already from my electric bill.

Everything with NewSouth was great. People were great to work with. They were on time and they did what they said they were gonna do. I like the quality of my windows and so far I'm not having problems with it.

I have seen NewSouth Window's ad in the newspaper then I saw them over by my neighbor. I watched them, asked some questions, and my neighbors were pleased with their work. I got patio doors from them and had no problems with their installation team when they put the doors in. I’m very pleased with the quality. So if somebody asked me for an advice and they want new windows or sliding doors, I will recommend NewSouth Windows.

We had four bids on the job that needed to be done. We had the salesman from NewSouth coming out and we found out that they owned Champion Window in my former hometown. I’ve toured the facilities of Champion so I knew they build a great window. They’re the best of what you can buy, that’s why I went with NewSouth. We had three windows and a slider done and the installation was outstanding. The installers have 15 years experience so I knew it was going to be done right. They were here for the best part of the day, got the windows installed and things went smoothly. It’s not easy work but they did a nice job. As far as the salesperson goes, I had an issue with him. I talked with NewSouth directly and got that situation straightened out also.

Once I made the decision to purchase the windows I was given an approximate time frame that they would be delivered and they arrived right on time. While waiting for the windows to be delivered I was updated with the progress of the windows. I was kept informed as to when people were to arrive along with their names and everyone was there on time. When the day came for the installation the men arrived early in the morning and stayed until all was completed. It took just one day. They also were very professional and displayed such great teamwork working through the day without taking a break. They did a fantastic job!

I'm very satisfied with the items we've purchased from NewSouth Window Solutions. We did the patio doors which was an eight by eight-foot door and the best windows they had. Their windows are manufactured locally. It's a direct factory deal with no middleman. If there's any problem, I get their lifetime warranty on the glass and the screens.

Right now, my whole unit is equipped with NewSouth Window products. I had a two-phase situation with them. On the first part, I had them equip all my townhome unit with 12 impact windows. They did a mistake, but were prompt in fixing it. For the second part, I had sliding doors installed because I closed off my lanai. And again, they gave me a good product. It was a little longer this time because one of the measurements came out a bit wrong, so we had another day and they were prompt to fix and install the sliding doors. NewSouth Window is one of the best - they do a great job, they backed their products up, tried to keep their appointment, and gave me good service. When they did make a mistake, they were prompt in correcting it and we agreed on things so I’m very satisfied.

I knew that NewSouth was reputable and I had some neighbors that had their windows installed by NewSouth. I purchased their standard mode windows and had a good experience dealing with their sales team. We worked out a price that I was comfortable with. The installers were excellent, explained everything that was going on and did a great job. Everything that I was promised by NewSouth was executed. They did half of my house and another local company called FAS did the other. And NewSouth's sales and installation process was much smoother than the FAS experience. However, I like the FAS windows a little bit better because of the design.

We shopped around and hoped that NewSouth was the superior product. We got a front door from them and we're very pleased with the quality. The installation team was very professional and the service was excellent. It was an outstanding experience in every way. We would highly recommend NewSouth Window.

NewSouth's windows are nice but expensive. I should have probably looked around a little more, but they have good quality and I like the idea that they didn’t just slide on plastic to plastic. They have wheels under them and a stainless steel track, which impressed me. My wife’s forever opening windows and will wear them out. I'm satisfied with the windows and they did a nice job of installing them. Unfortunately, they broke my window sill, but they replaced it. I complained that they only put two windows in even though I bought three. They didn't have the other one so they had to come back. I was upset about that because I had to stay home and wait for them to come back, but it was quick.

NewSouth Window was the first company that we talked with, and we liked their windows very much. Our experience was very good. They were prompt and right out here when they told us they would be. The mess that was made was all cleaned up. They did a very good job. The only time I was really disappointed was when I recommended them to a fellow behind us. The sales team came out and they were pushing the impact windows, which were expensive. We're in a mobile home and didn’t necessarily need the impact windows. The price was unreal, and they were disappointed. I would not recommend NewSouth again because of what happened.

The sales guy sat with us and gave us different ideas that we could go with. He showed us the example of what they do with the heat on TV and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, he was very helpful and was not pushy or pressuring us. I'm very happy with NewSouth Window. They have wonderful people and we really like the product.

I bought windows from NewSouth. I chose them since they have transferable warranty and I like the windows better. The salesperson was nice, answered all our questions and gave a good demonstration. The installation team got everything done and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the windows seems great. It was a good experience because NewSouth followed through with what they said they would do and did a great installation and cleanup.

I was happy with the window. I was happy with the guys that installed them but the problem that I had was that they did all this without having a permit. It took almost six months and a lot of phone calls trying to get the permit and for me to be able to take the stickers off the window. I would not recommend it to my friends. I made them really know that I wasn't happy about what they did, and they said they couldn't understand why it happened, but it did. NewSouth Window shouldn't be installing windows in a house that they don't have a permit for. It's ridiculous.

We liked what NewSouth was offering and we ended up buying windows and screens from them. Their sales rep was accurate with what we were doing and getting everything involved. Their installers were also courteous, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. Furthermore, they actually made sure my dogs stayed inside the cages - that was significant to me. On the whole, they were easy to get along with and worked with my schedule.

I heard about NewSouth and decided to have them come out. At that point, I was not going to have all of the windows done, but by the time the gentleman presented how the windows were, I asked if it was okay to have the rest of the windows measured, and I had them all done except the sliding glass doors. They were very thorough with what they did, they cleaned up afterwards, and I had no complaints. I was extremely pleased.

My windows were extremely old and they needed to go. I purchased sliding doors for the back patio and semi-windows from NewSouth. I looked into a couple of retailers but I decided to go with NewSouth because of the presentation and the sales person who came out. Everyone from beginning to end has been great. The installation team was absolutely awesome - very professional, nice, explained everything, and cleaned up really well. This is the best purchase I’ve ever made. I love the windows and how they look. Everything seems more open and my electric bill went down already.

NewSouth's salesman did a real good pitch. Their prices were twice as much as the one that I was originally going with and I still ended up buying (thermopane sliding) windows for a lanai and a door from them. The installer was outstanding, very meticulous with what he was doing and it showed in the overall job. The people who have seen it are impressed with it, but the prices made some of them back out from buying their items. Other than that, I'm very happy with what transpired. They did everything that they said they were doing (and then some). There was a scratch in the window and they replaced it.

We've had three different windows out there in front and I wanted to try something different. The other manufacturers around here were too expensive. We chose NewSouth and they were efficient and timely. It has been fantastic in all ways. The only downside is the period of time between the actual purchasing and getting it put in. But then I realize that it’s got to be made to order and it’s not something you just pull off the shelves and slam in.

We purchased eight windows and a back Florida room door from NewSouth Window because of their price and because they were manufactured right here in Tampa. The only problem we had was that the three big windows in the Florida room were measured wrong. So they had to go back, remeasure and reorder. Initially, the manager in the warehouse kept on saying that they've already made the windows but I said that they weren't the right size and they had to make three new ones. Jackie, who was working in service or installation, finally got the issue through to the warehouse manager's head and the replacement took about six weeks. Other than that issue, the product is perfect and the experience is satisfying overall.

It was excellent dealing with NewSouth. They were good all around. The team members were great. Everything was explained to us before we purchased the product. They went over all of the questions with us. We bought 12 windows and a pair of French doors. The guy that came out to do the measuring was very good. He double-checked to make sure my back porch had a permit for it. And as far as the installers go, they were very pleasant. They helped me move some of the furniture around so they could get to the windows easier. They were in and out of our house in two days. I was extremely happy with all of it.

We checked three or four window retailers and we liked the salesman of NewSouth. The price was pretty much the same as the other ones, but we went with them because of the fact that they did the doors and the windows while a couple of others would only do windows and we would have to find somebody else to do the doors.

I shopped around and NewSouth Window was not the least expensive. However, I like the fact that they were made in Florida. Because who better knows our conditions but a company here. I was also impressed with the sales pitch, and got windows and sliding glass doors from them. The installation team was great. The cat popped out of the rubber that they put the screen in. They were right back out and took care of it. No questions asked. It has been an awesome experience and I’m very happy.

We had a wonderful experience with NewSouth Window and our windows are great. We were extremely pleased with the phone contacts we had with the company, the representatives they sent out to evaluate and give us an estimate and especially the actual people who put the windows in. We have recommended NewSouth Window to a number of people here in Clover Leaf Park.

We had an excellent experience dealing with NewSouth. We bought windows from them because we want to use someone local. Their Sales rep was delightful, very pleasant and professional. I really enjoyed talking with him. The installation team were very good as well. I can't believe they came on a rainy day and put the windows in. Everybody was just courteous and nice. I'm waiting until I can get two more windows from them next year.

We tried to set up some appointments with window retailers while we were going to be down at our rental house because we don't live there, and NewSouth was one of the people that I could get an appointment with so we went with them. Also, the presentation, quality and design of the windows seemed better than the others.

We bought four windows from NewSouth Window Solutions. We love the quality of their products. Their salesperson did a very good job and the installers were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and they explained things to me in a way that I could understand like how to open, shut, maintain and take care of the windows. Also, they were very clean. It was a very satisfying experience.

The salesman was nice and made it appear to be a very good product so I chose NewSouth. I bought six hurricane windows and the fabric that goes over the windows. The guys came in and installed the thing. They did a pretty good job. The team had one guy who spoke English and he did a very good job of communicating with the other folks that didn’t do so much. However, they walked all over my plants in the front and pretty much destroyed them. It could have been avoided. Also, they tracked mud in the bedroom. They immediately went out and got rolls of paper and plastic and laid down everything after they tracked mud in but it left a dark spot on our new carpet. Moreover, the hurricane fabric was put up by a different crew and they seemed to do a good job. However they had trouble with one bolt and were going to come back and do it later but they never came back. So it’s still missing a bolt.

Placed my order for ~$30K worth of sliding doors and windows back at the end of September (9/24/2015) and provided an initial deposit of $10,500. Salesperson verbally indicated 6-8 weeks, but the contract clearly stated 7-9 weeks. As it turns out, I would have been very happy with 7-9 weeks. It's now 18 weeks and counting. Called in early November and was informed that order was not thru production yet. Several follow-up calls and several weeks later, was promised an install date just before Christmas - never happened. Received a call on 1/4 that the windows were ready to be installed and the doors would be available to be installed the week of 1/11. I was traveling on business both of those weeks, so we agreed to do the complete installation the week of 1/18.

We ordered 5 windows from New South Windows on 8/24/15 for a condo we had recently purchased to give them plenty of time to install these when we returned to Sarasota from Indiana in early October and the correct windows have yet to be installed by late January 2016. Virtually every NSWS employee that we have dealt with except Sarah at their Sarasota location is totally incompetent. To relate the entire saga that we have experience would take more words than this site allows, so suffice to say that I wouldn't recommend doing business with NSWS to my worst enemy.

We did most of our research online. We used Angie's List and were skeptical about NewSouth Window Solutions because of the reviews. We had the salesman come out and they gave us the sales line. We went to the factory to see everything and make a decision. We sat down with one of the reps there and said, "Look, we've had several people come and give us estimates and we're leaning towards you but we see the reviews about your service and have a lot of major concerns about that." He said, "Oh, we're such a fast growing company. We were having a tough time keeping up with all the things but we've got that all under control and everything's working." The guy that they use on the news gives them this great endorsement, too, so we decided to go with them.

I was interested in getting some windows replaced and needed three of them. NewSouth had an offer they were running for buy three get one free. I called them to see what that was about and their sales guy named Zachary was wonderful. He was very informative and explained everything. I talked with him on numerous occasions and I told him that I'd recommend him anytime. Their installers were awesome as well. Four of them came in and were very friendly and thorough. They moved things and cleaned up everything. They had to reframe my windows to accommodate the new ones and they did everything with very good craftsmanship. They were thinking that they would do it in a day but they didn't rush to get things done. They went out and got extra materials.

We liked the salesman at the home show in Tampa and the demonstrations with the heat lamps and stuff showing how the windows block out the heat. We purchased the hurricane glass windows and they're quite heavy but very nice. We would use NewSouth Windows Solutions again. We have more windows and if we could get this paid off, we could get another set. We would recommend them. Everybody was very thorough. They all checked back and made sure that everything went well. They kept us informed of when people were coming and everybody showed up on time. It was a good experience.

NewSouth advertised the buy two get one free and we were going to do our whole house, so I knew I needed to save some money. Their salesman who came out to talk to me was also good and personable which sealed the deal for us. He was awesome and my husband and I connected with him on a deeper level than we typically do. He was very trustworthy, knew his product well and described his experience at an older company and why NewSouth was better and why the product was so good. He was also able to point out a defect in a window that we currently had. So we purchased 14 windows of different kinds and sizes, some are double hung and some are three light where they slide sideways.

We like the guy that come out and offering a promotion that if I bought two windows, I get the third for free. The sales representative was good, he was very thorough in showing us the demonstration of what the windows would look like. The people that they contract to do the installation were extremely good and very meticulous. They answered all my questions and made sure that they took extra care in the house. They did a wonderful job on installing them. We’re hoping that if we have a hurricane or a tornado, a really bad severe weather, we’re not going to have any leaks.

I purchased a window from NewSouth. The rep and the quality of the product were good. However, the installation team wasn't so good but they did get the job done. Overall, I'm happy with them.

I saw a neighbor down the street that had windows from NewSouth Window Solutions. I got her opinion and looked at the windows. We contacted NewSouth Window and the sales guy did a very excellent job on presenting the product. The installation team was great. Steve did an excellent job and I cannot ask for anybody any better to be more considerate or professional. I'll take him back anytime. We redid the whole house with a couple of different style windows and replaced windows that were in the house originally. It looks great and we're very impressed and tickled to death with the product. It has made a great improvement in my house. I'm just going to wait and see if my power bill goes down.

I'm very happy with the double hung windows I bought from NewSouth. Their rep was very informative and he knew what he was talking about. He told me it would take about six to eight weeks to get the windows, which was right on par. Two guys got here for installation early in the morning and worked right straight to it until it was done. One can't even tell that they did it, so they did a really good job. I'm glad I did it and I have a bigger ease of mind right now.

Wonderful experience. We got windows for our new house from NewSouth Windows and the quality is amazing! Their sales rep was wonderful. He followed-up and was very meticulous. The installers were very professional, took care of everything and did a great job. I think anybody who is looking for new windows should at least go look at the plant because things are local here in Florida and they send better products. If anything happens, they will come over and fix it right away.

We visited NewSouth Window Solutions' factory and saw first-hand how things are made. That sold us into the product. We purchased windows and front and patio doors. The salesperson who came to our house was polite and promised me that he never delays and so, we got convinced...but got disappointed in the end.

I purchased a door and windows. The NewSouth sales team were good and friendly. The installation team did fine but the door that they installed opens the wrong way and it was too far into the installation at that time to change it. Because there has been another door ordered and the other one had already been taken out, the company gave us $100 off when we finally agreed to leave it as it was. I still don't like it opening the way it does, but I'm living with it. The quality is very good and I would recommend NewSouth Window Solutions.

A commercial window installer recommended NewSouth Windows to me. I ended up purchasing small windows for bedrooms, two sliding glass doors, and then picture windows for the front of the house. I’ve had two different experiences with NewSouth and both were positive. They had knowledgeable salespeople, and they didn’t try to oversell the way people in sales usually do. We love the installation team. They were professional, polite, punctual, and very good at what they do. The windows are of good quality. I have nothing but good things to say about NewSouth Windows.

I bought 3 sets of hurricane windows from NewSouth because I liked their ideas and their philosophy. The sales team and the quality of the windows were fantastic and the installation was done extremely well. Everybody that I worked with from the workers to the management were all professionals. It was a very nice procedure.

I'd recommend NewSouth Window Solutions. I like their salesman, Bobby. I purchased windows from them and the installation went well and the quality of the windows is very good.

The NewSouth Window sales person was pleasant and very thorough. He brought in a sample of the windows and it seemed a little expensive but it was a very good window so we went with it. Also, the installation team was very good and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks good and we're happy.

The quality of NewSouth's product was better and I can see no problems with them so far. I got a very large glass door with three huge panels and when they first put it in, it did not close easily. It was not inoperable and it was just too heavy for my wife to close. NewSouth was right on that and within less than two days down, they had it fixed. My wife is so happy that she can close it now and that makes me happy as well. Aside from the door, I also got all the windows all over the house from them. In addition, I spoke with their sales guy, Ricky, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their installers were competent too. Overall, my experience with NewSouth was good and I'd recommend them.

I had been shopping around for a window replacement and NewSouth was the third company I had called. They didn't have the lowest price, but I went with them because of the service they provided. The gentleman that was doing the sales call wasn't pushy. I had told him that I had already sat through two presentations, so he gave me the information that I had wanted. He was great, down-to-earth, and very friendly. The installation team was also fantastic. They put the windows in in only one day. They were there from eight o'clock in the morning to eight o'clock at night, and they worked through lunch without even taking a break. They got everything done on Christmas Eve and they cleaned up everything. They answered any questions I had throughout the installation process.

We purchased windows from NewSouth because my wife wanted it. So far the quality seems okay. For the most part, my experience with the sales team has been good, but I had some issues with the installation team. They broke some window sills and some of the windows aren't put right, initially. I thought they were gonna put it differently. But they're good, they had to run everything, got it done according to when they were supposed to be and nothing's falling out.

I recommended NewSouth Window to several neighbors and friends. I had a great experience with them.

The quality of NewSouth Window products is excellent and the installation team were wonderful. However, we're still waiting for our permits, wherever the permit is and the final inspection, and that's been a while now.

NewSouth Window Solution is wonderful. Everybody there was professional and I love my windows. I absolutely adore them. In fact, I told several people in the park to use NewSouth if they got to change windows.

I got a better deal from NewSouth Window Solutions in terms of products and price. I bought windows double hung and sliding doors at the patio and they are really awesome. For now, I'm not living at the house yet but the construction and the finishing of the product are really good. The sales rep explained everything. The installation team was on time. Installation was supposed to be in two days, but he did the whole job in one day. It was a clean and professional job. It's top-notch!

When I needed windows, I checked other people but NewSouth was the best. They came in, put the windows in and did a wonderful job. They were a couple of weeks early which made it even better. In addition, everybody was friendly. The windows have great quality and they're guaranteed for life. I'm handicapped so they're very easy for me to open and close.

I bought a front door from New South and it was worth around $1,500 because we had to go buy our own hardware. They came and installed it. I have a house that was built in 1940 and maybe the salesman should have told me that they were gonna have to rip off half of the front door frame to put the new door in. It might have made me think something different. He should have told me, “Look, because your house is X amount years old, we’re gonna have to tear your frame up completely.” But he didn’t tell me that.

I recommend NewSouth Window Solutions. They have prompt service and the communication was great. They let us know exactly what was going on. That’s the biggest thing—that communication was outstanding. It was a very enjoyable experience.

There was more damage done to my landscaping than I anticipated and they weren't too concerned about that. But NewSouth Window is definitely an honest company that follows up on its problems, though it was not exactly a problem-free installation. Excellent product and well worth to buy.

I’m not really happy with NewSouth Window Solutions. The installation team was very good. They did what they were supposed to do, but I think their installation design is not right. Also, I am very dissatisfied with the sales aspect; they misled me a whole lot. The two windows in my bedroom were very good. I said I don’t want their company to replace them if they cannot guarantee that they will be as good as what I have in here. I told them, "I cannot hear the car door next door. I cannot hear the pool pump come on. I don’t want to hear it again.” They said that I wouldn’t hear anything. It would be better with theirs. They also said that the temperature would be better, but it has gone up two degrees since I put the windows in and we’re headed to our winter season. I can’t imagine what my summer’s going to be like. I’m very unhappy with the windows.

Everything's good with NewSouth. The subcontractors they used to install the windows were excellent. I recommend them to others.

At the outset, when NewSouth Windows had the first four windows done, it was a little touch-and-go. But after they came in and installed the other nine, they were very good and very professional.

We went around and called Sears first because I always call Sears if I want to find the price on something. The windows were around $18,000 with Sears but with NewSouth Windows, we got it for 10 grand. It's a big difference. Sears was way out of the ballpark. The guy from Sears got mad and started hollering when I told him I was only trying to get an estimate and I'm not going to get the windows from them. He said that their quality is better and I'll never find any that will beat their quality. However, NewSouth Windows is good too though Sears had nice stuff.

They developed a window specifically for a Florida climate and I've had problems with our previous home where the vinyl dried out and just things that other states deal with so I was impressed that they were trying to make them unique to the Florida climate. I have the color impact windows from NewSouth Window Solutions. I chose them over others because they say it has lifetime warranty. Their personnel were good to talk with. Also, I admired the way they clean up the place and I didn't have a lot of dust. That was the best part for me.

I bought hurricane-proof windows from NewSouth Window Solutions. The sales team was okay - they explained the products and warranty. The quality of the windows was also good and I'm satisfied with them but I had a terrible experience because it took NewSouth over four months from order to installation. And then when they came out to install them, they couldn’t find one of my windows and my kitchen window was busted. So they had to remanufacture both windows. I also ordered an extra window off the site. I’ve been waiting for it now for five months and they still haven’t made it or delivered it to me. I couldn’t get any return calls from them. I leave messages, they wouldn’t return my calls and could not give me a status report on my questions. It’s like they turned their phones off. I'm very dissatisfied.

It took five times for NewSouth to come out to get everything completed because they keep forgetting parts. Then they gave me a lock set for my front door that I couldn't get a key made for it. I had to wait for the manufacturer to send me keys.

We purchased three big windows from NewSouth Window Solutions. Each was like three or four windows together and I had them all face the front of my house. When the sales guy came in and showed me all the stuff, everything was great and wonderful. He put his boss, Earl, on a conference call and they told me that they have the glass and it's going to be easy. I was on a timeframe because I had a leak on my prior window that went into the house. So when the guy came to figure out where the leak was coming from in the side it was a window leak and they had to cut my walls open. That was July 5th. I told them, "You know, I have an event on October 10th plus I had to get all these stuff totally re-done, repainted, the whole nine yards before I could replace the window".

I am happy with NewSouth. They're really good windows and I have recommended them to other people. I also know some people who had NewSouth and they liked them better than the Hurricane windows.

We had seen NewSouth in the fliers that came and we got quotes from the three main ones including them. They said they could do something with our windows, front door, door in the garage, and 2 sliders so we chose them. Quality is fine but I'm having them back again and again for stuff that should have been done right the first time. The installation itself was fairly good but when they were installing one of them, they sat there and nicked up the actual frame. It still hasn't been fixed to our satisfaction but hopefully, it will tomorrow. And I got one of them that wont lock at all because it's off-kilter. With my experience, I don't think I would recommend them.

NewSouth was very good and business-like. They have very good products and we love our windows. We bought three at a time with the get two get one free windows for the house, and we still got a couple windows to go. We're seniors and looking forward to them showing a big improvement in the winter for leakage. So far, they feel so secure and tight in everything. They are very good windows and everybody we dealt with were all very nice people.

He wasn’t pushy and took his time as he was telling us about his product and took very good care of us when doing his presentation. We got the eVantage windows which were the double-pane ones and they're very good about them. We had three windows put in and the quality is good. My husband liked NewSouth's windows better than other retailers. The sales team member was all right and so is the installation team who came to our home.

We had terrible windows 6 years before. They all broke so we ended up finding a couple of people that had NewSouth Window and they couldn't say enough good stuff about them. We didn't want to go through the expense again in another 6 years so we purchased from them. So far, we're absolutely in love with our windows. In addition, the installation team had estimated that the installation would take a day and a half, and instead of stopping and coming back the next day, they stayed until about 7:30 and finished the whole job. And, their salesman were excellent and the installation team who came out were fine, we just left them there alone. We wanted to be able to open them from the top but the screens aren't made for that so my husband had to make screens so the bugs can't get in. As for the windows, their quality was excellent.

We had a few window retailers out to the house, but only NewSouth Windows mentioned that they built the window we had for in the south rather than up north. So we went with them and got windows, a set of French doors and a sliding glass door. We had a great experience with their sales rep. There was no pressure which was a big thing. We have a metal roof, like an awning, over our patio in the back of the house and when it rains, I can't hear myself think. After the windows were put in, they are soundproof. It was raining one day and we didn't realize that. We thought, "What? Is something running? Is that the refrigerator or something?" And when we opened the door, an ear-shattering noise was outside. Their windows are the best.

I got two sliding doors and two windows from NewSouth Windows. Everything was good, although the sliding screen doors would not close properly because there's something wrong with the design or the stopper installed was wrong. It's been a long while and the job is not yet finished so we are dissatisfied with their service.

We had been shopping for windows but we didn't know what we wanted. We went with NewSouth Window because it's built in Florida and I liked them better than the other two that I had spoken with. The installation team was great. The windows turned out beautiful and I was so happy with them. I would have NewSouth do the other windows if I have the money.

We got the more expensive windows from NewSouth Window Solutions. But we had some issues with the sales people. It was very confusing. They measured the windows and our plants wrong. We also had issues with the measurements of the plate glass window above the door. I also noticed one of the windows in the exercise room is having some issues closing and locking. But we haven't used the windows more often because we have not moved in yet and they're all covered up and full of drywall dust. But our installer was wonderful and I would definitely recommend the windows.

We ordered 6 windows and an elite wall system for our condo in Florida. Our experience was great. The windows were custom made, arrived and installed earlier than expected. The install crew Allen and Rinell were fantastic. The product is undeniable, highest quality. I would highly recommend New South Windows. Just remember this is a custom order, and it takes time for the process. You will not be disappointed with the product. If you are able to request an install crew, I highly recommend who we had for installation Allen and Rinell. They were amazing and their attention to detail was outstanding. Installation was Nov. 6, 2015.. 3 weeks earlier than proposed.

I like the fact that NewSouth Window owns their own factory, I don't have to go through a middleman. They're a great company, have a good product and their employees are very well-trained and personable. Their sales team was wonderful and the quality of items purchased is great. They've helped with my utility bills already. Also, the installation team were very professional. They were done quickly and everything was nice and clean after.

I wanted the big window on the wall that looked out onto my sun porch taken down and got NewSouth Window Solutions. It took them a long time to get here but once they did, the windows are fine and we’re very happy. I let the installation people do their job. They had taken the window out and the salesman, the second guy, re-measured it before putting it back. The guy told me, “We’ll do that and we’ll close it in, but we won’t send the paint.” I said, “All right. I’ll get my own painter.”

A guy from NewSouth Window Solutions came out and did his presentation. I was impressed with it and I was satisfied with the price, so I agreed and bought double pane windows -- the more energy efficient type, which all have to be for Florida because there is a certain rating they have to be. The installation part was great, and I couldn't believe how quickly they did it. They came in and installed around seven windows in a matter of three to four hours. My house is very old with original 1923 windows, and they were the pulley-type that was painted shut. They took off all the framing around them and then put them back up the way they were. They were very meticulous about taking the stuff off so it came out perfect when they put it back on. They were very professional and did a very good job.

We wanted to change our windows out because we've been in this house for over 20-something years, so we went with NewSouth Window Solutions. Our original windows were beginning to rattle. We looked in the newspaper and saw their ad, so we called them. They were very timely coming out to talk and show us the windows. They gave us all the information and then we agreed to do it. They did the measurements and all of that went through.

NewSouth did everything that they said they were going to do. However, I'm expecting a call from somebody to get back to me on a question that I have and no one has gotten back to me. I've been too busy to give them a callback, but I will. As soon as I get a chance to get my act together I will call them and find out who I need to talk to. Otherwise, it's been a good experience.

We chose NewSouth over others due to their buy-one, get-one free special. We got front windows from them the first time and then a couple years later, we replaced our sliding doors, another door that leads outside, and a bedroom window mainly for hurricane purposes. Their sales team was good both times. The installation team however was only good the first time - I wasn't happy with this last installation. When they got the products out of the box, the installers accidentally used a box cutter and there were slits in the aluminum part of it. Also, they were here until 6 that day when they were only supposed to be until 1. They were running late and they got sloppy with the caulk - I'm still getting caulk out of areas, especially by the door frame. If I had known how bad it was gonna be for the installation of the outside door, that they were gonna have to cut into the concrete frame, there's no way I would have done it.

We have a sunroom which has a lot of windows, so I elected to take out four sliding glass windows to put in four fixed picture windows in the same space. I chose NewSouth Window Solutions for this job and I was very dissatisfied with the company. They never told me when they were coming out and when they told me dates they were coming out, they never showed up. When they came to put the windows, they were the wrong size. Until now, I still have outstanding issues with the windows so I'm planning to call them - theirs are the only ones that fog up in the morning. Their window is supposed to be thermopane but the existing thermopane windows we have don't fog up.

I'm happy with NewSouth. Price-wise and everything really went well. The only thing that I'm not yet satisfied with is that the installers did not clean up the area very well on the outside, so there's still pieces of glass from the broken glass blocks that had to be removed. There's still pieces of glass in my flowerbeds and a few of the sprinkler heads were damaged, so I ended up having to pay $50. I need to get reimbursed for the sprinkler head situation and the NewSouth people need to come over here and really pick up the glass that is in my flowerbed.
