We got our first swim spa from ATV in April. We had a good experience with ATV Swim Spas up until the install date. We worked with Mark and he was supposed to come out when they were building the deck and do some reconnaissance to make sure we had everything that we needed to get into the space and that we had the right deck planned out. But he didn’t come until later when the product was delivered so it delayed a few more days and we ended up having to take a pole down. We had a few hiccups with the installation but we finally got it in. It's a great product. It runs and heats well and maintains the temperatures. We use it for swimming, relaxation and family time, and we've enjoyed it. We have a daughter who will be three in December and it'd be a great place for her. She gets her swimming in and we love it.

We got the Marquis Spas less than a year ago. The installation was excellent and didn't take long. They had the hot tub installed within a week of buying it. They're very helpful and efficient. The hot tub has been very enjoyable. I use it once a week right now and we'll be using it more often once my husband retires.

The customer service representatives showed us how to put in the chemicals and offered a demo on how to use the swim spa. My wife uses it every day for about an hour. She's more into water aerobics rather than resistance exercise. So far, it seems to be operating properly. But she has problems lifting the lids because they are heavy and some of the plastic exterior security clips keeping them in have also fragmented. But overall, it's good and for its ease of use, I would recommend ATV Swim Spas.

My Marquis hot tub is nice and hot and I love it. But I'm having a little trouble with the water chemical makeup since it is my first spa and I'm just learning. I love the blue clear water but it seems that the water gets green fast. Also, when I was changing the water, it wouldn’t turn on. It kept jumping the breaker. It took the repairman the next day to fix it because was very busy to come so I missed one day and I was devastated. But the repairman was very sure he knew what the problem was and brought a spare part with him. Those aside, my hot tub is the perfect shape and size for what I need. I got the little one and it's beautiful. For one or two people, it's great but not for my girlfriend with two kids. But I've had the perfect experience and I recommended Marquis. I'd recommend more time and more information on water quality though.

I picked Marquis Spa for health reasons. They were the first one I looked at then I went to four different places and went back to them. It was the first tub I ever had. I liked it and it was everything I needed. It was small and it had a lot of jets. It had a lounger in it that helped my neck, the deep seat that helped my lower back and it had the cooling seats. I’ve put it on my porch and for where it was good. However, I’ve brought it to their attention that it went down very hard when it was unloaded during the delivery. I have a little home and the delivery team had to go up three steps but it was French door-wide. They said they do that but I want them to be aware of it.

The construction was the most impressive about ATV Swim Spas and when I looked at two others, their quality seemed to be the best. We got it the first week of September and I use it a few times every day. I like swimming in it and the grandkids love playing in it. It’s the perfect size so it doesn't take up too much room. During installation, all the neighbors came to look because the crane picks it up and lifts it over the house and puts it in the backyard. So, it was an experience for the whole neighborhood to watch. Everything went smoothly and it was fun. When one of the panels on the side started bowing out, the technicians came here, took pictures and went online with the people at ATV. They figured out how to fix that and sent in a new piece that’s going to be installed on Thursday.

I've had my Marquis tub for two months now. It's efficient and it doesn't take me much to maintain it. It's helped my wife with her sore muscles and she's been able to sleep. They did a good job during the installation and they were very efficient. Their service and operations team were also good. I'm happy with my experience with them.

The whole buying experience of the ATV Swim Spa is fine but I’ve already had someone come up here and make an adjustment on it because it isn't consistent in pushing out water. There is less depth on both sides of the bath that hit the back of the steps. I’ve had it for a little over a month now and I’m enjoying it. I had a fracture about a year ago and I can't really get up and walk just as far as I normally would do and so the spa was going to be a godsend for me. I was a competitive swimmer as a young person and now I reached the point of my age that I shouldn’t do a public pool. I like the current and it's rewarding to be able to actually swim in place. It has helped me with sleep. I'm quite satisfied with it.

We had a Hot Spot for 20 years and it finally gave out. Then we bought a Marquis tub two months ago and it's a great hot tub. I've dealt with them before and Marquis is a great place to go. The people over there were great. They gave us a good deal and everything went perfectly. They were out here when they said they were going to be. We use the tub every night and we're lost without it.

The sales rep from Marquis was a kid I taught in school and he's a great guy. It's a family deal and we've been messing with him for about a year for a hot tub. He's got several different sizes and we couldn't decide which one we wanted. We didn't need a big one because it's just me, my husband, and a nine-year-old we're raising. They had a medium size one and that's what we bought. He delivered it and set it up. I liked the pulsing of the tub and when the water comes up and fuse out the side, that's a neat little feature right there. We also liked the lights on it too. It's not too big and it's a four-seater which is what we need. It's thoroughly enjoyable and it's easy to clean and maintain. I'd recommend Marquis.

The ATV Swim Spas team were so good. When I went into the store they had the 17 foot swim spa hooked up and I wanted to buy it immediately. They're so helpful and they've come out to help me. They told me about the chemicals and what to do and did a really good job when they came back the first time afterwards. We had to slow fill the swim spa because we are on a well. They waited until I told them that it was full and they came out and told me about all about the dials and how to run it. I run into their rep the other day at the home show and I told him I was having a little bit of problem keeping my chemicals right and he says, "Okay, bring in a jar and we'll test it to make sure and then we'll tell you what to do." He's so good to us.

I love my Marquis hot tub. I've had it for a couple of months now and I get into it just about every night. Aqua Palace was my tub dealer and they're very professional. They did a really good job and I'm totally pleased with everything. I like the different zones in the tub, the way you can shut off some and turn on others. You can replace the jets too. I was walked through all that and shown how to change the jets if I wanted to put one jet in a different place. Those are kind of nice. I talked to some relatives and told them about Marquis. They’ve been in the Aqua Palace and looked at some.

We've used Hot Spring, a three-person tub, and we wanted to downsize but we didn’t care for the design they have for a smaller tub. We now have one from Marquis, we use it twice a day and we’re very happy with it. The sales staff was very knowledgeable. They weren’t pushy, listened to what we wanted and directed us to the different pros and cons of different tubs that they had. I was very pleased. It didn’t feel like a high pressure sale. And the installation was also wonderful. The Marquis team called and checked on us to make sure everything was okay. We had one issue where we couldn’t turn something and they came out the same day and got it fixed in a couple of hours. We were very pleased. They even led through the first process with us. We love it.

I got an ATV Swim Spa because it was a bit cheaper. I've had it for a month now and it's good for swimming. The guys who installed it did a great job. They were friendly, courteous, professional, respectful and on time. The unit's nice but there is a section that does not work well. The cover's also a little hard to get on and off, but it should be expected as it's a big lid.

We built a new house and the dealer that handled Marquis also handled the fireplaces that we dealt with so we just stayed with the same company. The installers came and they put the tub on a cart, rolled it around on a deck, put it down and away they went. They were very helpful in getting the tub started up and explained what I needed to do. They were also very knowledgeable in that they have enough information about the tub. After everything was done, it’s fairly easy. We've had our Marquis hot tub for about six months and we’re happy with it. If somebody’s looking for one, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We went to all the showrooms and did a process of elimination by swimming in the different offerings and finding out their features and price. The staffs were more than happy to have you come and hop in with your suit. What makes ATV Swim Spas different compared to other brands is in the materials being used. On the low end of the spectrum, you have an overgrown hot tub that’s injection molded. You can get into that for around $16,000. Then on the high end, you have an endless pool with super high-end details. It starts at $55,000.

An old dude came with my Marquis hot tub in his truck and he hauled it off but he needed my help to get it off his truck and in placing stuff. I've had the tub for six months now and the Marquis is pretty good but I have to do a bunch of hot tub maintenance now. The foam pillow things got discolored really fast too. The material should be something that’s a little more resilient and holds its segment.

The hot tub was installed pretty good. It was quick, easy, and simple. The Marquis Spa team was great. I've waited a long time to have a hot tub and it was pretty great since I've got it. I know I can come home and relax in it. It's just all-around perfect. It's made it a lot easier to sleep. If a friend would ask me about Marquis, I'd tell him to buy one.

Marquis is a good tub, and we love it. We heart about it from our neighbor who had it for 20 years, and we have ours for about a year and a half already. That longevity sold us on Marquis tubs. When we bought one, we knew ahead of time what we’re going to buy so we went to the shop and it was really easy to go through everything. The hot tub dealer that we dealt with was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helped us through the whole thing. However, he told us that we got an upgraded cover, but then the one that they sent was the same one that we had. I highly recommend Marquis because they’ve been in business for so long and that they’re employee-owned, which is what we like best about it.

We bought our Marquis ATV Swim Spa this summer. We chose them over Endless because of the installation factor. We knew that the unit will be outside and that we're going to use it throughout winter. They also had the edge over Michael Phelps Swim Spas because they were in a showroom. Since we are investing $30,000 in it, we want to make sure that we could see what it's like. However, there was a little bit of confusion with our marketing material. Since we were the first ones they sold the unit to here, there was some confusion about what was included in our package. We were told by the salesperson that the package includes WiFi which I can use to check the temperature of the spa in my house and turn it on. However, it did not include any of that. It was an additional option. The same thing happened with the Dave Scott training videos. They told me that it's amazing but it was not included.

I looked at two spa brands, but the Marquis ATV Swim Spa was a much better quality. It’s polymer resin instead of acrylic and I like the detail and the curved sides of the actual optional steps. It’s nice, strong and takes me right up to the top to get into the spa. It’s a beautiful equipment and I was impressed with the workmanship. I purchased it in July and got it running two weeks later. My wife uses it to work out and I also use the tether and freestyle in it as much as I possibly can.

I've had different hot tub brands and I had a Marquis in the past. I like Marquis and their service provider in Bend so I went back to them. After the tub was installed, a very informative rep came out for a start-up and started it all up. Other than the fit of the control panel door that I didn't like, it's fine. Marquis is a high-end tub yet it's simple to use. I'm glad to be using it and the experience has been very satisfactory.

I had a tub that was from one of those dealers that one can buy from at the fairgrounds. It didn’t have the power needed to run all the jets and was not very well done. Then I got a Marquis and it's the best. The installation was incredible and the installers did an awesome job. I use it everyday as much as I can and it makes me feel good. Awesome experience. My brother is also buying one next week.

We bought the ATV Swim Spas about three months ago. The salesman was fine and answered our questions. The installers were also very helpful and explained how to get it set up. It's a good product and my wife likes it, I don’t use it. The jets on it are not as strong as the other brand. You definitely can't outswim it and you need to use a harness.

There were two shops in our town but we decided to go with Marquis Spas. We purchased it with our new home and had it since May. It was convenient to install and it fits our home really well. It’s also simple, easy to care for and we only had to pick up the routine supplies for it. The local store here was great as well. Overall, Marquis was excellent and I would recommend it to anybody.

I preferred Marquis for its overall function and built. The Marquis team was personal and friendly and I had a pretty good experience with them. We have had the tub for six years and have been using it for relaxing. My daughter who plays softball uses it to relax and keep muscles from being sore. It's good quality and our experience has been great overall. I'd definitely recommend them.

I bought a hot tub from Marquis Spas five months ago. The team was helpful since I’m a first timer. I've had a devil of a time trying to figure out how to maintain the chemicals in the water. I thought I was doing it fine and I went out there one day and it was either slimy, slick or cloudy so I just drained it and started all over again. I’m about to figure out the right mixture though. Since I've got a crippled hand, the tub improved it a lot. The tub has been a part of my heat therapy. It helps a lot when I soak my hand in the whirlpool water, it beats the heck out of a heating pad. Marquis Spas are great and I’d suggest not to get the brown one as the reflection of the water never looks clear.

We're satisfied with the customer service we received from the reps of Marquis Spas. We have their hot tub for five months now and we haven't used it very much because we have it at a house where we're only living in part-time. So far, we're moderately satisfied with their product. We also had a Jacuzzi before and it's a little superior than the Marquis spa.

I’m enjoying my hot tub quite immensely and this is the first one I ever had. I painstakingly researched this before I even pulled the hooker and bought one because I wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted. It took me about over a year looking at different brands. When I went to Marquis Spas, I talked to their rep who was such a nice guy. I asked what makes their brand so much better than Joe Blow’s brand that will send it right to my house. He said that those tubs were built for Wisconsin and if I have trouble, I would probably call them. He also said that if I have something that wasn't designed to withstand this type of environment, I'm going to end up having more money into it than if I had one from them that’s built for the area. That’s what made me buy Marquis.

The Marquis Spas dealer that we worked with was great. The first time we filled up the tub, we had a little problem with the water left in the residual pipes. They came out and gave it a bunch of chemicals. We drained it once already and then we were told to drain it again. I've been very happy with the support that I've received from them. They were very helpful and responsive to our problems when it did arise.

We’ve had our ATV swim spa for 7 months now and we enjoy it. But there was a lack of communication with ATV Swim Spas. Before the hot tub was delivered, I would call and I would ask questions at the local dealership where we bought the spa from and I would be told, “Okay, I’ll look into that and I’ll give you a callback.” And I wouldn’t get phone calls. I almost had to call back and I ended up never getting the information that I was requesting and that was frustrating.

We had a hot tub years and years ago and we recently bought one from Marquis Spas. The installation went very smoothly and they did a great job. It's been a month since we had it and I use it daily and I can hardly stay out of it. It's been a very pleasurable experience for me.

We saw ATV Swim Spas when we went to Leisure Pools and then I researched them on the Marquis website. The reviews are mostly good. I would have purchased the Endless Pool but then it’s another $10,000 because I like the flow better but I liked the size of ATV for where we wanted to put it and it seemed to have the features we were looking for. I did a test swim in it from Leisure’s store.

I bought a used hot tub before and three weeks after I had it, the pump and heater went out. I got tired of throwing money into bad situations so I got a new one from Marquis Spas and I have it for four months now. I had a good experience with their installer. He called if he was going to be late. They brought the spa out on a Friday and installed it, but the motherboard went out on it right then. The installer looked up to me, apologized and said he’ll order me another one but it won’t be here until Tuesday so we had to wait for about four days. It went down unperceived and he did what he could so I didn’t have any problem with him. I’m out there almost every night since it was installed. I have back issues and it works well. I love it and we’re satisfied with it right now. They followed through on their word and it was an excellent experience. I'm happy with the spa and I will recommend it.

I have an ATV Swim Spa for six months now and I love it. I can do exercise and I don’t have any aches and pains associated with the exercise like I do when I’m out of the water. I liked the customer service where I was going to and it gave a lot of comfort knowing that they knew what they were dealing with. Anytime I need anything they’re on it. The installers did a good job as well. I had it put on the ground, inside a vault and they placed it where it needed to be. They hooked it up and got me going.

Installing my Marquis hot tub was kind of tricky. The two guys who came for the installation were struggling and they scraped the side of the tub when they tried to force it up on the deck. But I had an electrician here to connect the tub once it was delivered and he helped the two guys find a way to get it up on the deck. I spoke with the gentleman from Pool and Spa Outlet about this situation and he said that they weren’t responsible after the tub gets on the property. They had something in fine print that helped them not have to deal with the fact that the installers jacked the pool up on the side. Pool and Spa sent me like a little gift package though. I could have complained about it, but the tub wasn't damaged to the point that it wasn't functional. Other than that, I love my Marquis and I would recommend it.
